My 2010 Mercury Mariner Hybrid needed an assessment for a service engine light. Called Flood Ford and scheduled a drop off, with a responsive service manager Brian. I delivered the vehicle at the date and time we arranged. An assessment was performed, received a call explaining the condition found and a estimate cost to correct the condition. service work was scheduled and performed. Received a call when work was completed, cost for repairs was just as expressed in the estimate. Paid for service remotely, picked up a clean car with service invoice record of work performed. To date Mariner is running just fine. Nice Job - Thanks

I loved my 2014 Explorer, but wanted to upgrade to the Lincoln Nautilus. I was introduced to sales representative George Belovitch who asked me some great qualifying questions to determine my likes and dislikes. He then introduced me to the different Nautilus models and explained the different features and prices. I received a very fair trade-in price for my Explorer which made the purchase price of my Nautilus Reserve very affordable. The Nautilus has exceeded my expectations in every detail. It was tough to part with the Explorer, but I am so glad I moved up to the Nautilus. Thank you George and everyone at Flood Lincoln!

I was hesitant to deal with Flood after my previous experience at another dealership, but was told by a friend to give Dave Bailey at Flood in Narragansett a try. I went to the dealership to look at Ford Ecapes to replace the one that I lost in an accident. Dave came out to show me a few of the pre owned that they had in stock (I commute for work so new is not ideal) and he showed me a 2014 Titanium that looked really good and had all the features I wanted. He tld me the price, but all I saw was $$$ because of all the features. I told him I would put that one on my list of cars and then he showed me a 2016 SE in the color I wanted, but it had a newer SYNC system and it didn't feel right. He asked if I wanted to test drive the Titanium and I said yes. As soon as I got behind the wheel, I loved it. I asked him what the car was going for again and he told me, and it was under my budgeted price. Dave never pressured me to buy, never pushed anything, and gave me time to think about what I wanted to do. The paperwork portion in financing was smoother too, and Meghan explained everything to me and said if I had any questions to call either her of Dave. I felt like a valued customer, something I haven't felt in a while.

We saw the car I was looking for online at Flood Ford. They were located an hour and a half away but we took the drive and we are so glad we did. We met a friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to help us close the deal. The finance department was super helpful and the service department stayed late to make sure our car had the extras we wanted. Even though they are not even in the same state we live in, we would recommend them in a heartbeat! We have only had the car three weeks and we have heard from them three times to make sure we were satisfied. Flood Ford sure makes customer satisfaction a priority!

I just purchased a 2016 F150 from Flood Ford Narragansett two days ago. I went there thinking I would probably be pressured to buy and also receive a low ball figure for my trade. I was very pleasantly surprised to find all that didn't happen. Jim, the salesperson, was very polite, helpful, patient with all my questions and did not pressure me to buy. The amount I got for my trade was quite fair as well. I was also surprised that they brought the truck I wanted down from their East Greenwich store and how smoothly the transaction went . I was also pleased with the Business manager, John, who explained the available extended service plans and maintenance plans. There was no pressure to buy those either. I end up buying the plans that were right for me at what I feel is a very reasonable price. I drove home my new F150 that same day. It's my first Ford and I'm quite pleased with the build quality, the ride, the technology and performance.

I purchased a 2011 GMC Terrain and found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They were easy to work with; my only issue was that I have infant twins and expressed to the salesman how difficult it is for me to get out of the house with them and if they could have as much paperwork ready as possible for me to sign when I arrived. This was not done and I was left waiting for an hour before anything was ready. But overall good experience.

Our son visited this dealership in the past and was treated with respect and was provided advice from David Bailey. Months later, our son came back to the dealership due to David's kindness and patience.When he returned with his girlfriend, both were treated with the highest level of professionalism and when it got to making a final decision on the lease of a Black Label MKZ, David, introduced the General Manager, Tim, who gave a patient and comprehensive explanation of the transaction. When our son called from his office, Tim was very kind to me with questions that I had about the transaction. Since we are from New Jersey, we had concerns about our son entering into a negotiation in Rhode Island. My wife and I drove up on a Sunday and David made a point to be at the meeting on his day off. David fully answered our concerns and when we entered the final stage of the transaction, I asked that they provide us a test drive with the specific car in question, which by-the-way was in the showroom. Spotless and gleaming inside as snow flurries fell outside. Not a hesitation, the car was taken from the showroom. The young man who drove the car out was also very kind knowing that he had probably detailed the car and now we wanted to go out with it when the snow was coming down. Well, my son and I went out for the drive with David and all went well. The ending was a very pleasant experience with the paperwork that David initiated and followed up by Meghan Shovelton. Meghan handled the final signing off with my wife and son as I looked on. I wanted our son to experience what should happen at the final signing. It was a very special experience for our son since Meghan spoke directly to him which made him feel great. He will be purchasing many cars in his future and having this great experience set the standard of what a dealership should do for their client. There is another gentleman that we would like to mention that went over all the features of the car with our son prior to driving off the dealership lot. George was very exact in his explanations with snow and wind while going over the exterior features. He then sat with our son in the car and proceeded to give a detailed explanation of the interior features as I sat in the rear. What I truly appreciated was George's final comment to my son, " if you have any questions in the future, don't hesitate to stop by and I will gladly go over any question you may have." My son, wife and I are very happy to be provided such a great experience.

The service was good. It took longer to fix than expected. In the end everything worked out. I had a loaner car for 4-1/2 weeks that helped ease the pain of not having my 2015 f150. The reason for the long wait was back ordered parts. Ford needs to do something about this. Maybe next time I will be looking at another brand.

I purchased a brand new transit van in September. When we sat down to sign, the woman pushed for extended warranty. We said NO. Payments were high enough. We were told we could get it for no additional cost. We asked how? We were told it was the rapport they have with banks. When we were signing the payments were extended three months. It was 75 instead of 72. I was very upset. After complaining they had to redo all form to resign. How many of you are not catching this? Thought it was an oversight. Happened again yesterday at Chevy. Bought the car. Came home and had to go back to void out forms and redo. Again 75 payments their response was I asked for lower payments. Check your paperwork. I am tired of being taken advantage of

Lincoln MKZ 2014 Routine maintenance and recalls. I called ahead to schedule my 15,000 mile maintenance (a bit early on the 15,000 mile service but it is nearly a hundred mile round trip to Flood.) Shortly after I arrived it became evident that I needed a new tire, a shock absorber and three recalls, two of which Lincoln had neglected to appraise me. There was not time to finish the job that day and one or two parts were not in stock. My service agent was obviously ill and ended up in a hospital within a day or so. The service manager picked up the load, told me when the parts were available and scheduled the rest of the job at a time convenient to me during an extremely busy season. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and courteously. I can get Ford/Lincoln service closer to home but I go to Flood for a reason.

I was happy with the sales/leasing process but found after getting the vehicle home that it did not have all of the same features (with the exception of the big screen on dash) as my previous Escape....it did not have the back up assist. I was very upset about this as I had asked a number of times to be sure and the salesman assured me that it had all the same features. I am happy to say that this situation was remedied....the back up assist sensors were installed!

I was perplexed when the lift gate on my 2015 Lincoln MKC began slamming shut once it hit the desired height. After a call to this service department and a brief conversation with Greg, it was decided that a service date would be arranged once the parts came into the dealership. Less than a week later, an early morning appointment was scheduled for the work to be done. While Greg originally thought the job would take about 5 hours, I received a call less than 3 hours later (while I was Christmas shopping across the street)from him to say that my car was ready. I truly appreciated the attentiveness, reassurance, professional and timely manner in which the problem was addressed. They even managed to complete the 7500 mile check and a car wash! This service department ranks above the best!!!

Buying a car should not be a gut-wrenching experience. We don't need to deal with the "key keepers", hours at the dealership, back and forth on price and the unending paperwork. George listened to my needs, proposed several options to meet my expectations and had me in a car in 2 days. I spent a total of 30 minutes on-site at Flood Narragansett to pick up the car and, according to True Car, I got (without pressure and endless haggling), a better than average deal. Had a warm handoff to a sales rep who held true to pricing, worked to accommodate my schedule, and overall it was a very easy process. All the number details were given through email, no back and forth numbers games, wasn't told to "come down and let's talk about it," never met a manager with the old "what will take to get you in a new car today." Definitely no sleazy salesmanship going on here, my associate George was straightforward, honest, and true to his word. Leasing with George was the experience I'd expect from a high end dealership. This was by far the nicest, easiest and fun vehicle transaction i have ever experienced. From the negotiation with the Sales person to doing the paperwork it was an A+ job. I have to say dealing with Meghan in the finance department was incredible. She made me feel comfortable and at ease and even fun. I originally went to Flood Ford when the lease on my 2013 F-150 was up being somewhat upset with another dealer in the area after I was a long time customer and former employee. I was interested in a 2015 Ford Explorer which both dealerships had identical vehicles in stock. The first dealership wanted ridiculous money for the Explorer with the same package. I went to Flood and saw David Bailey and Tim Whitford. I asked them for their best lease deal on that vehicle. Not only did they beat the competition by $1,800 but lowered my payment $150 per month. I fully expected to have to come back another day to pick it up and again they surprised me by getting the vehicle cleaned and fueled up and I drove it home that day. I was so impressed by this my wife was looking to replace her Mazda 6 with a SUV. We went and saw Dave and Tim again 4 months later and purchased a Ford Escape. Bottom line was great people, great price and vehicle was ready when promised! Thank you very much guys!!

George's personality fits our way of doing business to a tee. He is laid back, knows his cars without being a "know-it-all", is polite without being "sappy", and worked hard to make us feel that buying the car we did was a good decision. Everything was explained to our satisfaction by George and also by the young lady who walked us through the paperwork. The paperwork did take a long time, and even with computers there is so much paperwork! None of that was Flood's fault, it seems to be the way things need to be done.

Started our search via the Internet and within minutes Michelle began e-mailing me with the information I requested. We set up a day and time for us to come to the dealership to view the vehicle we were interested in. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the sales manager who paired us up with a sales consultant. Forty five minutes later the deal was made and could have taken delivery of the vehicle immediately, however we chose to return the next day as we had not brought the title for our trade. The following day upon our arrival, the paperwork was completed and we took delivery of a 2015 Lincoln MKX. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as David Bailey who was our salesconsultant. This is our second vehicle from Flood and I see many more purchases in the coming years.

The service on my F-150 was great things did not take long as far as paperwork is concerned. The staff in service are excellent on the day I was there. They are just so helpful and polite. I really feel like I matter when I go in and over the phone. I may even stop using my local mechanic who has done work for me for years because of how good my experience has been.The one area that needs attention are the people who work weekends or at least they were there the two times I have gone in on a weekend. All the questions I had about getting something done or a part ordered was deferred to calling back on Monday and talking to the service manager. When someone dismisses my concerns like that it makes me very frustrated. They seemed more interested in what they were doing on their computers and could not get up and talk with me.

I purchased another Ford Fusion, On Dec 31, 2014 I was involved in a head on collision with a drunk driver. Because this car is so safe I only walked away with 4 broken bones in my foot. First of all we have had continuing difficulty with our 2012 Focus, the second new Focus we have purchased from your dealership. The well documented transmission issue with this vehicle, has been a source of frustration, anxiety with the safety of the vehicle, and at times despair.If it were not for Gator your intelligent and sensitive Service Manager, we are not sure where we would be. Today we got our vehicle back after a new clutch was installed. Without Gator's influence, and the integrity of Flood, this would not have taken place.We sincerely hope this fixes the problem, but regardless it does not lessen what Gator and the dealership did for us. He was always happy to answer my questions/calls and to make himself available to me, even after the sale. In addition, the business manager, Meghan Shovelton assisted me in getting an interest rate which beat the rate my credit was offering (which was a special rate), so i was very pleased and impressed to be able to receive an even lower rate. The sales manager remembered my name a few weeks later when I went to pick up registration/plates, and considering all of the people who come in and out of the business, I found that in of itself to be very impressive. My overall car buying experience at Flood Ford Lincoln of Narragansett was far better than I could ever imagine. I received a good deal on the vehicle I wanted and the Salesman (Ryan Leaf) did a fantastic job throughout the process. Ryan was very attentive to my wants, needs, and concerns. Ryan answered all my questions, and if he could not provide an answer for me, he was able to get the answer within a very short time period. He also personally made sure I was provided transportation when I needed to get to the dealership to complete the car purchase. The only issue that I have throughout this entire process was an issue with some of my fluids being at the minimum/below the minimum requirement of the vehicle. I informed the dealership and they told me to bring the car back to them at my leisure and they would top off all of the fluids needed. Although this is a slight inconvenience overall a great experience with Flood Ford and Lincoln of Narragansett. I have informed my experience with many friends and family in hopes that during their next car buying process they take a look at Flood Ford first.

Your service department is always helpful. They schedule an appointment that is convenient for me and they always get me in for service as soon as possible. They are helpful with suggestions and communicate the service status and what to expect. They are courteous and respectful. On my recent service in January, I needed a new set of tires and was prepared to have them installed that day. The service technician recommended that I wait until February which is when Flood Ford was having a tire sale. In particular, Stephanie is always a pleasure to work with. She remembers my name and when I had my tires replaced a couple of weeks ago, the tires were on sale, and she told me that I qualified for a rebate and she submitted the rebate information for me. A couple of days ago, I received a notice from Ford that my rebate was approved. In addition to the staff, your show room and waiting area are wonderful. I enjoy waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. The lounge is comfortable, you have fresh coffee and bottled water available, and even donuts. The bathrooms are always clean. Visiting Flood Ford in Narragansett is a very pleasant experience! Thank you!

Needed tires for my sons vehicle and they had to be ordered - appreciated the fact that they were available when I was told they would be. Took the car in and took care of the tires, replaced tire rods (which was not expected/but was able to be fixed the same day for what seemed like a responsible price) and had an oil change. When we picked the vehicle up, we were pleasantly surprised that the vehicle was washed.

Had my f150 in for service. Only issue was a small puddle of oil the next day on my garage floor. Not leaking but probably a result of poor wipe down after removing drain plug and or oil filter. Also it would be nice if cars were sent thru the car wash after service especially this time of year with salt and sand.

My service was based on some work that the last service detected that would need to be completed. The service manager told me at the time, that it did not need to be done then but that it would need to be done at a future service. I dropped my car off for an OFL, State Inspection and to have that additional work done. It was completed at the time they said it would be done and at a lower cost then they had initially quoted.

I was in the process of packing my 2011 ford escape for a long trip when I noticed some oil on the floor below the engine . I called Stephanie at Flood ford in a bit of a panic, she said to bring it over and they would check it out.The transmission was leaking, but she said not to worry they would take care of it right away . Well 2 hrs. later I was all set. What a relief ! Flood has proven to be a very different kind of car dealer to me , and the service dept. is the best I've ever come across. I had phoned for an appointment to have a recently inherited (from deceased 93 yr old mom) 2002 Mercury Sable winterized, etc. Not ever having a FORD product, I thought I was phoning the place I see from the road. Not so! Arriving at that site to find out there was "no appointment" I was readily assured they would honor the coupons and yes, they could take the care right away. It got better when the service agent offered to open a Ford credit line and then handle all the rebate forms for the 4 tires I was purchasing. I normally don't enjoy "automotive dealerships" but I left this one refreshed and feeling well taken care of!

My previous experience had been with a pushy "salesman" type person, which I was not looking forward to. Russ was very personable and made ne feel immediately comfortable and not at all pressured. Nick proceeded to give me information I requested, accompanied us on a test drive, and took care of all of the necessary paperwork. We felt very comfortable through the entire car buying process, from the first hello to formalizing the loan. My 2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid's service was excellent as always. The needed part was available so I didn't have to make another trip back. My only concern was that the defective part was not covered under the Lincoln Premiere Extended Warranty, which I purchased for unexpected repairs (fuel filler door did not close) like this one. A rather expensive repair for what I thought should be covered by the Extended Service Plan.

I showed up without an appointment and it appeared that the service area was extremely busy. The young man working in Stephanie's work station was very pleasant when he stated that it would be at least 2 hours before he could get the car in for service. This was the first oil change, etc for this car since I leased it from you last November. So a friend and I went to lunch and while at lunch, about 45 minutes after dropping off the car, I was pleasantly surprised to hear the young man say that my car was ready to be picked up. Nice Job ! The staff is always willing to help to get your vehicle serviced what ever you need at the time you stop in .my most recent stop in for oil and all filters changed ended up in a full check up they decided i needed brakes and rotors couple of other miner things to be to par i had a little time to wait so i took a walk out to parking lot looked over the 2015 super dutys came back in saw Russell and with his help and knowledge I ended up trading my 2013 f-350 for a new one the entire staff did and excellent job Thanks to all Randy Q.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus Titanium Hatchback.My wife and I love the car.2 Minor problems were resolved by the service department.I would give Ford an excellent rating, if it was not so difficult to get the service department to enable Daylight Running Lights (DRLs).However, I do thank the service department in the end for making the effort to enable the DRLs.I am still amazed that this is not standard on Ford automobiles.I am even more amazed that I was told it could not be enabled on my car.It was only after much ado, that the DRLs were finally enabled.The staff was very helpful, and in the end came through.

Very happy with staff and with the car. Only two minor problems.1. Still working with Service Staff to get Daylight Running Lights enabled.It appears that Ford's policy is somewhat odd. By default in the US they do not enable daylight running lights and do not give service people information to enable them.After reviewing the Ford Focus service manual, the BCM needs to be reflashed with a small change in the vehicle configuration to enable the Daylight Running Lights. So far, the Service staff has been reluctant to do this. Hopefully this will change.I assumed that DRLs would be automatically enabled Most manufacturers have been doing this for years. For some reason Ford only enables them for fleet purchases and for cars sold in Canada.Such a proven safety feature should be enabled by default in the US as well.2. Driver side windshield wiper reverses too soon, leaving a 6" area on the left of the windshield that does not get wiped. Passenger wiper works fine.

I had an appointment for 10:15 on Saturday 8/30. The service took longer than usual. I believe that walk in work was taken in despite those who had appointments creating a delay in service. The brush/splash guard under the engine compartment was left unsecured and the front of same came down on the Jamestown Bridge and was damaged. I believe the service tech was NOT paying attention to details and failed to secure the bolts for the guard. Service had no one to attend to this issue so Ford roadside assistance had to be called. Roadside Assistance came and took off the guard. I drove back to Narragansett to have it secured. A new guard has been ordered and will be installed at a future date. Needless to say this experience took most of the day Saturday, so what should have been an hour at the dealership ended up as a six hour event which required having to change our plans for the day. The service manager did all he could and assured me that some arrangement will be made for my time expended. This is the second bad experience I have had with service in a row at Flood Ford. Last prior service required the update of software for the SYNC system and in doing so all my phone contacts and radio presets were wiped out without the service tech mentioning anything. The service tech's assumption was that I would know how to reset ALL my phone contacts....bad assumption.

During our last service, Stephanie told us that the suspension system needs to be fixed and she will order parts and get it fixed. We really appreciate her help on this because she took our car as her own car and tried to fix any tiny issue that might have. This time we took the car to fix the suspension issue. I have to say that they did a great job. More importantly, I asked to look at the problem of shaking on highway when braking, they fix that, too. The car is now very smooth and the problem is gone. 2010 F150XLT - we are going on an extend trip and will be pulling a 28 foot travel trailer. We flew in, Nick picked us up from the airport, we inspected and test drove the vehicle (my wife loved it) and in a little under 2 hours we were heading back driving my wife's slightly used 2014 Acura MDX (that is of course, after making a brief pit stop at the Washington County Fair...lol). Everyone was so friendly and helpful and George Shakel was above and beyond professional and knowledgeable. I am a super busy working mom with little time for car shopping never mind the usual games that go with. George conveniently corresponded with me over email for about 10 days helping me narrow it down to two vehicles and then had both ready on Saturday morning when I was able to come in. At no time did I feel pressured or uncomfortable, in fact, quite the opposite, especially when I sat down with Megan to do the financing. Both George and Megan helped me stay in my budget while getting me into a fantastic vehicle with an amazing warranty and maintenance package. This is the fourth Ford I have owned and first buying from Flood. I will never buy a vehicle from any other dealer, neither will any of my family or friends if I can help it.

It was only too easy to find him with his stellar reputation. We had a few phone calls regarding the car I wanted, and when George told me they had an MKZ with all the features I wanted and the right miles and price, I told him I wanted to see the car. Unfortunately, I was busy for the next 2 days. George asked...Where are you going to be?.. I told him I was going to Lowes on Route 2 and told him what time I would be there. He met me with the car. I received a call from from an long time aquaintenance (car salesman) who recently switched over to Flood Ford from Rhode Island's other big Ford dealership. He told me about a killer deal on the 2013 Lincoln MKX. So I made the long trip (Ha Ha) from Johnston down to Flood Ford in Narragansett and true to his word the deal for the MKX (102A pkg) was unbelievable. George explained the deal, showed us the features on the MKX and then we took the it for a nice test drive. The ride was the best i have ever had in a large SUV. The deal for the MKX was better than what I presently had for my 2012 Ford Excape. The folks at Flood allowed us to discuss and think about the MKX deal without any pressure or the feeling of being rushed. I still cannot understand how I was able to go from a 2012 Ford Escape to the top of the line 2013 Lincoln MKX, but George and the folks at Flood Ford made it happen. A couple of days later we picked up the new MKX and this was a very smooth and quick process. We spent about 10 minutes with the financial guy, who clearly and without rushing explained the lease agreement. Then our Lincoon sales rep took his time in fully explaining and demonstrating all of the features in the MKX, which included going over Lincoln's Sync and pairing our phone with the vehicle. We left the dealership completely satisfied and completely comfortable with our MKX. Flood Ford has contacted us a number of times since we aquired the MKX to ensure our satifaction and to see if we have any questions or concerns with the MKX. Flood Ford and the MKX has exceeded my expectations for what a car dealership and a vehicle can provide. If you live in central or northern Rhode Island don't fear the drive. Go down to Flood Ford, talk with the folks at Flood and you will see that my experience explained above is how Flood treats ALL of their customers.

While having my oil change they noticed that i was in need of new tires. They worked with me in finding some tires that were well recommended and at a good price, I had also signed up for the service credit card after being told that i could get 6 months no interest if i used the card on any work there that was over $250. In 2006 bought an Escape from Dave Bailey and had such an exceptional sales experience when it became time to turn it in I returned only to find he had left. I purchased another Escape (can't remember who from) and continued to have my vehicle serviced at the dealership. Stephanie's attentiveness to detail makes servicing my car so streamline that when it became time to trade in my second Escape I went back and was pleased to see that Dave Bailey had returned. Can't say enough about Dave's customer service. All I want is to fill out my paperwork to get the remainder of my warranty back via check. I realize it isn't a sale but I was still a customer and have done this with other dealerships in the past, never has it been this difficult. I've left 4 messages and finally 5th time was a charm I reached someone! However, I have yet to receive the paperwork. I have called corporate as well, they weren't all that helpful either, so I probably will not ever be getting a Ford in the future. I may personally not have gotten a ford, but our company still purchases Fords and only Fords, so they should really treat their customers well even if it isn't through a sale. I hope I can get my refund some day. It's been about one month now and I have gotten nowhere.

I visited flood ford for the second time looking for a lease situation that would work for me, It was the end of the month & very busy in the show room. Jason was fantastic. He had a lot going on but was very helpful and attentive.I took a quick test drive and then needed to catch a ferry. Jason said that he would get some pricing for me and be in touch later in the day. He called a few hours later saying he was still working on getting me the info but wanted me to know he was working on it. He called back again with said info. I went back into the dealership the next day in the " 11th hour". It was again very busy but Jason was right there to meet me.I took another test drive and then sat down to work on getting the lease put together. Jason got things started and as we waited for credit approval he had another customer. He continually checked in and a fellow sales associate Robert Bell sat with me and got the rest of the paper work put together. I felt very well taken care of. I was never left sitting alone and was actually quite entertained. Not too many people look forward to the whole car buying experience and I am included in that group. So the first dealer I went to did all the traditional things and fulfilled my expectations. When talking with Bill Stamp, he enthusiastically recommended Flood so although it was a bit longer drive, I called and made an appointment. So a friend of mine and I met Tom and his approach to sales was very different. We embarked on a journey of learning all about this car, a real soup to nuts explanation of all the features and benefits so that by the time it came for a test drive, it all made sense. I was pretty sold on the car based on what I already knew but with Tom's graduate course it became a done deal. Once we got down to business there were no games or bs, just a quick and straight forward negotiation. I had no intention of buying a car from Tom on the first day but it is a testament to Tom that I did. Everyone there at Flood was great. They put together a financing package quickly and at a better rate than I had hoped. Everything went very smoothly and very quickly since they don't waste time on a lot of bull. I think their approach shows a lot more respect for the customer.

Absolutely outstanding dealer experience. Very professional, kind, courteous, and ultimately honest and treated me with respect. Internet sales representative Emmett Patriquin was very responsive and provided me with all the information needed upfront. Sales consults Jay Carlson was fantastic not only getting me the exact car I wanted, but walking me through the price negotiation (which was practically stress free). Finance person (Kevin Barry) was awesome and explained everything completely and in a non-pressure manner. Gave me a very fair price for my trade, and were very upfront about the price of my new Fusion. For someone who has bought many cars from that "other" large RI Ford dealer this was a breath of fresh air. I bought this Ranger at Baily-Flood and has been serviced only at Flood. The showroom and service are great and very friendly. The Ranger on the other hand, requires service every 6 months it seems. I like this truck but simply can not afford to keep it on the road. Yesterdays state inspection at $1500.00 was the last straw. Maybe its a lemon, I dont know. Love the dealership though.Wayne

It was a great experience working with Earl Collins at Flood Ford Lincoln in Narragansett Rhode Island. He was very nice and I felt like he was working with me and really trying to get me the best deal possible. He went over everything with us in detail. Made sure that we understood everything. He always stayed in touch while looking for the vehicle that I wanted and made sure it had everything I wanted. He went above and beyhond in every aspect of the sale and even stayed late with us once we purchased and had possession of the vehicle to show us how everything works in the car. He set up sync and all other accounts he even helped me set up my phone on the bluetooth and put the plates on himself. I would recommend the dealer and salesmen in high regaurd.

What I like most about this dealership is I don't feel like I'm going to a dealership to get my car serviced. From my intial phone call with Russ to schedule my appointment, till I drove home after my appointment I felt as if I visited a trusted family friend who knows how to work on cars. As a woman who knows little about maintenance on cars, I am always treated with respect and friendliness whenever I have a car issue be it an oil change or a scratch. I leased a Lincoln MKX Limited addition from Flood Ford in Wakefield, RI. The process was smooth, enjoyable and seamless. Yes, I actually did say, 'enjoyable'. I've already had the first oil change and that service was done in an expedited manner...and I recently popped in on my way to work as one tire had a slow leak and they took the car right in and fixed same within such a short period of time that I was not even late for work!
