Took my Honda Pilot in for routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). This was my first visit to Flow Honda, as I have only recently moved to Burlington. The facilities were great, the customer service was great and I will definitely be going back. I had a 2:00 appointment and my car was in the service area by 1:55 and I was out in less than an hour.

I purchased my 2016 Honda CR-V on 6/22/2016 at Flow Honda in Burlington, NC. Mr. Mark York was an excellent sales rep. I walked in already prepared to test drive my vehicle and Mr. York approached me and spoke first. He was a humbled and kind man that I believe recognized me as a customer of course but as a person who needed a helping hand in buying a vehicle. I had not purchased a car in many, many years. He new one that I needed a car and that I was prepared with what I could afford. This Honda was my first choice of vehicles among 3 other vehicles and plus I had done my homework and looked at this SUV for two months. He made the process so easy, it was almost like walking in and picking up the keys in just a few minutes. and I was on my way.

Always helpful and friendly and most of the time I get a appointment when I need one. waiting area clean and nice and they are pretty good at getting you in and out fairly quick.

Flow Honda was great to my wife and I during our car buying process. They were willing to allow us to walk away from a car that was wrong for us financially but way more than accommodating at providing us with the car that worked for us and this meant driving to Statesville and back to get it. The no haggle pricing made the buying process simple and easy and they didn't bombard us with sales pitches during the finance process.

I had said that if I ever bought another car, it would be a Honda. Just two weeks ago I started contemplating trading my current car for a 2016 Honda Civic. I stopped by Flow Honda of Burlington to check out the Civic 4-door Sedan. A salesman came out to speak with me on the lot, and he just happened to be the salesman who sold my brother-in-law a 2016 Civic Coupe just two weeks earlier. Within a week of my visit, I took a test drive, got my trade-in estimated, received a great offer, along with a convincing dealer discount, and drove my new Civic home 3 days later. This buying experience was the way purchasing a car should be. I wholly recommend Flow Honda of Burlington for your next new car!

No pressure. Very easy to work with. No gimics. The salesman had everything printed out on a sheet of paper of what I would pay out the door. They also gave me a very reasonable price for my for fusion. A+

I brought my crosstour in for 30,000 mile recommended maintenance. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They serviced my car and turned it back to me saturday morning. They even have free wifi in waiting room. Thanks!

Had a minor piece ordered and installed on new car that was actually purchased at another more distant Flow Honda but service was still excellent. We have bought both used and new cars and had both serviced here in the past. I highly recommend these people!

I just recently bought my new car from Flow Honda and was very impressed with the dealership. I was originally going to buy from another dealer that is closer to home, but they were completely not honest about their inventory and were not willing to spend the time to help me get the car I wanted once I put down my deposit. My experience at Flow Honda has been completely the opposite! Now I"m really glad my first dealership sucked so I was able to do my business with Flow Honda instead. All the sales representatives were helpful, patient, and sympathetic to our situation. They were so easy to work with and matched our prices from the other dealership right away. The entire process of buying my car actually took less than 2 hours in person! It was so easy and they didn't pressure you into buying any additional services at all. Definitely highly recommended!

We purchased a new Honda CRV this past spring. Our Salesman - Johnny Foust - was extremely courteous, patient, and knowledgeable about the car. He was really great at showing us all the things we needed to know , and never put any pressure on us to purchase. He kept working back and forth with the sales manager to get the best deal for us (and dealership), which meant a lot to us. He made it clear that he really cared about the customer. He never gave up and we got a great car ! There is no doubt we will eventually end up at the dealership again, looking for another Honda and we will be looking for Johnny !
