We met with Tony back in May to design and order a new Alpha Romeo Stelvio. At that time we were told the wait would likely be up to 8 months or more due to the strains on the supply chain in our current environment. We loved what we designed with Tony and decided it would be worth the wait. Tony tracked the production progress of my car and gave me frequent updates, which I appreciated so much. We were shocked when he emailed to tell me it was finished and on the boat months ahead of schedule. We were able to pick it up last week and absolutely love it! I can't say enough kind things about Tony and all of the professionals we met while finalizing the transaction. I highly recommend Foreign Cars Charlotte.

I had never bought a car online sight unseen, so I was a little apprehensive. However, I found exactly the car I wanted at Foreign Cars Charlotte. My sales person, Tony, was absolutely phenomenal! His guidance through the process made the purchase effortless. He kept in close contact, handled all the paperwork, financing and arranged delivery in a closed transport. He followed through on everything he said he was going to do. There was absolutely no sales pressure. The transaction and delivery was much faster than I expected. The car was flawless; exactly as represented. Louis handled the registration and title and actually got me out of the Motor Vehicle Commission in one visit which is simply amazing. Bob was the general manager who followed up with me to be sure I was completely satisfied. They delivered on their promises at a competitive price for such a rare car. I give them my highest recommendation without reservation. Thanks guys!!!

We initially learned about the vehicle we purchased through an Ebay auction. After contacting the dealership for additional vehicle information, we were able to connect with Sal Calabria, one of your Sales Consultants. We appreciated Sal's vehicle knowledge and expertise in handling our questions along with the invitation to travel to Charlotte to inspect the vehicle we were considering. Sal also took the time to meet with our daughter who lives in the Charlotte area so that she could test drive the vehicle and gather some initial information for us prior to our visit. This was very helpful and prompted us to make room in our schedule for a personal visit to meet with Sal as well. Upon arrival, we were very impressed with the dealership personnel and thoroughly enjoyed meeting and working with Sal. His personal and professional manner quickly set us at ease as we considered this additional vehicle investment. I RECENTLY WAS SAVED BY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT CHARLOTTE MASERATI...if you have heard horror stories about Maserati Dealers...DO NOT PUT THESE PROS IN THAT CATEGORY...I was selling my Quattroporte and the guy flew in from Indy to buy it...suddenly the car went into electrical melt down due to a faulty window switch...I was 20 miles from the dealer...I called Steven who is the service manager and he told me to tow it in...we got there at 5:45 PM...they close at 5:30, but they waited for us. And then spent another 30 minutes getting the car off loaded and into the bay, so it could be safe for the night. The next day (yeah the guy buying the car had to stay over in a hotel) they dropped everything, and moved me into first position, past existing customers cars in line to be serviced. Astonishing since I was not a regular customer, having always dealt with an Indy. The story goes on and on...they had to contact Maserati USA, to get the "electrical code" and then the radio code, and after an hour with their software they fixed it...BUT for some reason then the air condition went out...after a 30 min analysis...At first, Ryan, and Christian feared it might need a "dash out" which is 14 hours of work and of course, would have blown the sale! Not to mention the expense! and really piss the guy off who flew in to buy the car for his wife's birthday the coming weekend. ( ha ha, I had told him the car was perfect.) Wow, what a mess. Head Tech, Christian from Argentina--a real genius, said "let me try something" Using Maserati's proprietary computer analysis software...he went into the car, and started checking all the electrical points/circuits which are he says like a chain of cross roads in the car and all linked together...Viola' he actually fixed this issue in 2 hours of constant diligence, without ever using a wrench...just a computer!By the way, only official Maserati Dealers have this Computer Software and can do this...so if you think Indies are the only answer...THINK AGAIN...without these guys and there arsenal of tools and their incredible talent and dedication to a guy who walked in literally off the street...I would have lost the sale, been very embarrassed, and wasted two days over what we all know are the quirks of this temperamental but fabulous car...Moral of the Story...DO NOT HESITATE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THE CHARLOTTE MASERATI BOYS...STEVEN, RYAN, CHRISTIAN...WHOM I THANK FOR AMAZING EXPERIENCE!Cheers, Grant W

The service we received from our sales person Harry and the sales manager was excellent. They made this a truly enjoyable experience for my son and we did not feel pressured to buy add-ons. Everyone we dealt with was so kind. Our sales person was not there when we picked up the vehicle but another sales person went over the vehicle and did such a great job you would have thought it was his sale. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a luxury vehicle. Thanks again for a great experience.

Bought a Maserati at Charlotte Maserati. Worked with Stanley Miller who was great. I've bought many cars in the past, and I've always been reluctant to give out my phone number and email. Stanley Miller provided me with all the answers to my questions in a timely manner never pressuring me to buy a vehicle. He approached the sale with the attitude that it is more important for me to be happy with the purchase than it is for him to sell the car. This was a breath of fresh air from all prior purchases I have made. Pricing was extremely competitive. I researched similar vehicles throughout the country for best prices. I looked at autotrader.com and cars.com. and many more. My purchase price was in the top 3%. I would buy another car from Maserati of Charlotte in a heartbeat.

Nice online presence allowed me to window shop ahead of time. When quickly passing through town, Frank was overly accommodating in helping me preview the vehicle. Bought used car for the second time from Foreign Cars Italia, Charlotte NC. Yes, as with any other used car, encountered few issues on delivery. May be for some peoples the issues can be called miniscule. But to my surprise the dealership took it seriously and resolved all the requests. Special mention to my salesman, Frank Gastelum. He is no rush and is there to please his customers. Would also thank Bob Pletcher, manager of the facility. Found him fair and honest.Would highly recommend.

Absolutely Awesome !!! In the past 3 years I have bought a Maserati Grand Tourismo MC Corsa Stradali, a new Maserati Ghibli, an Audi R8 and just yesterday I took home a beautiful black Ferrari California with only 6,000 miles on it from Foreign Cars Italia in Charlotte. This car is awesome, It drives great, sounds great and is drop-over-dead beautiful. All of the guys at this dealership are very polite and helpful. Harry Osborne has helped me with all of my cars that I have bought here, he is a super nice guy and goes out of his way to help you get just what your looking for. Chris Blount was a huge help showing me the different aspects of the Californias features and the aftermarket upgrades as we drove around the Charlotte area. I would also like to say thanks to Luis Pinto, Bob Pletcher, Frank Gastelum and Donnie Pack for there help and advice over the years and for staying late after closing a couple of yrs ago to get me taken care of so I did'nt have to drive 2 hrs back the next day to pick the R8. My Sales Rep, Chris Blount, was extremely knowledgable about the vehicles on the lot, and spent time with me helping decide what vehicle fit with what I wanted. This required us to drive quite a few cars, and multiple emails. Through all this, Chris was very helpful. We were referred to Harry Osborne by a friend that purchased from him in the past and had a great experience. Our experience was excellent as well. I found a used car online at one of the dealerships part of the Paramount Auto Group. The car was about 60 miles away. We confirmed it had the options we wanted. The price was good based on the year, mileage, and options. Harry arranged to have the car brought to his dealership for us to test drive. The car arrived two days later so we went in to review the car and a test drive. When we checked the price, it actually dropped by about $1,000, which brought it down to what we wanted to pay. We completed the transaction that afternoon.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Maserati/Aston Martin of Charlotte. I am located in New York and was anxious about purchasing a vehicle from 700 miles away. I called and spoke with James Manfredi (my salesman) about the vehicle and he was very upfront and honest about the vehicle condition, known history, and where the dealership stood on pricing. I also was called by the general sales manager Donnie and he too was very honest and reasonable in discussing the vehicle. My concerns of a long distance transaction quickly melted away and within less than a week from first contacting the dealership I flew into Charlotte, James picked me up from the airport personally, I reviewed the vehicle, finalized the purchase with finance manager Luis, and I drove the vehicle home to NY all within the same day. They had the vehicle detailed, fueled, and ready to go for my return road trip upon my arrival in Charlotte. They made the entire purchase experience easy. I highly recommend this dealership. These gentlemen were a real pleasure to buy a vehicle from!

This is by far one of the best transactions I've experienced. I met Cyrus at the car show in Hilton Head recently and got a clear and comprehensive overview of the 2016 California T followed by a road test drive Cyrus made happen in about 15 min. The ride was all that I expected and more. Next we had a simple yet detailed pricing negotiation. Cyrus was prepared to finalize the deal within th next hour and I comfortably committed to the purchase. Cyrus personally delivered the 2016 T to my home over 100 miles from Charlotte. We completed the paperwork in less then 15 min. Cyrus took his time reviewing all the specifics of this fine automobile until I was completely comfortable. He also followed up several times assuring me that I not only bought a fine car but a great support person as well. If your looking for more than a salesman Cyrus is the guy.

I can't speak more highly of Cyrus and ALL the people at Foreign Cars Italia Charlotte. The level of service and care goes beyond what they are required or asked to do. From buying to service to management the passion for the business and the product is so refreshing to experience. No job or question is too small or too large. With 40 years of Ferrari ownership (except for a few years when racing in the 80's) it is important to deal with people who know and appreciate cars. Cyrus Klaesi is such a person as is the manager Bob Pletcher. Cyrus was very supportive during my slow decision process on an F430 Spider. When my decision was made the actual purchase was very smooth. Happy to recommend Cyrus and the staff.

Im new to the Charlotte area and due to my affinity for fast cars, Ive been paying visits to FCI in charlotte here and there with zero actual intent to buy. The guys over there welcomed me with open arms and let me hang and window shop without any issues. Finally the car came along that Id been waiting for a 2010 458 that I noticed theyd just taken in. After some homework on my end, Chris let me test drive it without any prying inquiry and took my interest and intent at face value. I appreciate this kind of sales where a relationship is established prior to the actual deal and I also valued how no financial commitment or inquiries were made as a contingency to test drive.Fast forward a couple weeks and all my homework on the car was done we arrived at a reasonable deal price and the car was mine. Chris, Donnie, and Bob were wonderful to deal with. Everything was straightforward and as described they even made a few follow up text/calls to make sure I was happy with the purchase. Ill continue to make my weekend visits to window shop at this dealer just to hang out and see the pretty scenery. They do some work in house as well so Im confident if anything should go wrong or if I wish to have any additional work done, they have a knowledgeable competent and accommodating team to help out. Great buying experience and hope to stay in the FCI family.

Purchasing a car, especially a high end vehicle, is more often than not, made easy. The ownership experience can be challenging however. Not at Maserati of Charlotte. It has been the best ownership experience I have ever encountered. A typical example was when I suffered a flat tire. As my car was being delivered by the flat bed, Chris Blount recognized that it was my car and called me to ensure that I was OK and that the road assistance was satisfactory. The repair was done quickly and he kept me up to date with when I could expect to have my car returned. They remain considerate of my busy schedule and always try to make any service easy for me. I can not imagine purchasing a car elsewhere.

Chris Blount was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and outgoing, he and the rest of the team strive to have excellent customer service before and after the sale. Our experience was was lovely, the communication was direct and overall a great car buying experience. Everyone was friendly and outgoing, we did not feel pressured into purchasing a car, it felt more like an educational experience that concluded with driving a new car home. I went to just view some cars and Frank G without hesitation was very knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased a 2015 Maserati Ghibli in July 2015 and til this day Frank still provides quality customer service. He is highly recommended as a salesman at this dealership. Anytime I didn't know about the car, I was able to call him and he was able to troubleshoot.

Bought car ( as is ) 3 days later dead battery dealer paid a out of state mechanic to replace battery and send to Charlotte. Four days later once again a dead battery, dealer sent two men in a car to pick mine up and drive back, after 4 days of extensive investigation found short that was draining battery every few days,that is not all they then sent same 2 guys back with my car. By the way i live in Hilton Head SC 512 miles round trip x2 and that is about 14 hours drive time. ( once again i bought as is------- That is what i call Phenomenal Service. Wonderful, knowledgeable service and sales department. First class. I will definitely buy from them again. I especially love going to the dealership on Saturdays for bagels and a car wash. The team there treats me still like a new customer even though I bought my car a year ago.

This is the best dealership I've ever been to. No joke. If you want to buy a car ask for James, he's extremely knowledgeable on the cars and helps you weigh out your options. If you need service ask for Marcel, he's great!They are really really nice, and extremely accommodating. They skip the typical car buying non sense. They aren't pushy and annoying, they will exceed all expectations. They go above and beyond with everything! They have beautiful cars! Unique luxury sports cars. (Exotics) Maserati Aston Martin and Ferrari! ?? Cars Italia is a great dealership. They actually care and want you to be happy with your vehicle.Car wash every Saturday. ?? (sitting here now getting my girl washed up!) There aren't a lot of employees at the dealership so everyone is super friendly and welcomes you kindly as if you are part of the family! It's a great environment. I am extremely impressed with the team here. And I love love love my ghibli! ????

Good, seamless experience. Frank went above and beyond in the purchase of my vehicle. He was what I expect a salesman to be; knowledgeable, helpful and ready to sell a car. By comparison, the guys around the corner (Metrolina) thought a similar car was too special for me to test drive. The guys at Foreign Cars, let me drive whatever I'm interested in, any day, any time.

Been searching for a used car for 5 months. Every dealership plays the game. ."I have to talk to the manager". They waste your time and refuse to deal fairly. James was so respectful. We did the deal quickly and he explained everything. The car was detailed beautifully (it looks brand new) and the tank filled. I was concerned about not being treated well because I was not buying an expensive car. But James promised me that wouldn't be the case and he delivered. He has followed up several times and been available to answer my questions when I call. The customer service is outstanding.

I bought a used vehicle from this dealership on 08/14/15. The salesperson was totally incompetent. He gave no demonstration of the cars operating features either before or after the sale. His delivery process was to change the tags and hand me the keys. The salesperson Rob Lorello still has not contacted me to even say thanks or see if I have any concerns. It was completely strange that after I made an offer on the car he did not even consult with a manager instead he let me leave. I called the manager back about one hour later and he accepted my offer. It also took 1 1/2 hours to get the paperwork ready through the business office after I returned to take delivery of the car and I paid cash which took very little time or effort. I cringe to think this salesperson actually was paid for selling me a car-----ha ha!!! I definitely would not recommend this dealership.

Cyrus was very responsive to my request regarding a specific 911 Porsche. He immediately e-mailed information regarding the car and followed up with a phone call to see if I had any questions. Cyrus clarified the Certification process and confirmed the vehicle's options Within a two day time frame and several phone calls we finalized the transaction and negotiated a price with the assistance of Colin Nugent. Plans were set to pick up the car and at that time I meet Cyrus at the dealership. The car was in immaculate condition and exceeded my expectations. After having an additional accessory added to the car Cyrus spent time explaining and demonstrating the numerous features of the car. Cyrus is extremely professional and he made the sales & customer satisfaction a very enjoyable process.
