I was going to write a letter - so you've saved me a stamp. I am over the top with excitement and extremely grateful. My check engine light has been on (I'm driving on expired plates) for 3 years. I took my CR-V to a dealership in Greensboro a couple times - and after several hundred dollars, them "claiming" it was repaired - I would drive down the road and it would come back on within a couple blocks.First - Kelly did a super job finding out what I needed, and assuring me that your technicians would start with the simple fix - instead of haphazardly replacing things. She had your master technician (sorry, I don't know his name) work on it. They determined the problem (a $60 part) and ordered the part. I needed new tires, but wasn't going to put them on if the engine light issue wasn't fixed. Because of the delay on the part, they sent me home in a loaner car. On Thursday, Kelly wasn't working but Kurt helped me. They got the part, installed it, the master technician took my car for a long enough test drive to make sure it was working properly. We proceeded on the tires. Your cashier (again, I apologize for not knowing her name) helped me with my bill (a fraud alert had been triggered on my card, so I had to fix that with my bank). So...late last night I picked up my car, and happily drove home with no check engine light - and brand new tires (plus all of the additional maintenance work that was overdue completed). Truly impressed!!!

1. For my oil change, they let me bring my own oil. I don't think every dealership would do this, so I was very appreciative.2. Clear communication about my car and the recommended maintenance.3. Timely service for my oil change and tire rotation. Easy to make an appointment and the appointment was on time and quick.

I have asked the service dept each time to go over my ride...I am a widow who doesn't want to bother my sin in law unless absolute emergency...so , living up on a dirt road (they'll NEVER pave this road! lol) I need to be sure things are right, tight and secure, safe. I depend on them to do me right and they do! thanks! I was serviced where I bought this Honda at Vester Honda in Wilson , NC and was not sure I would receive adequate service here...I do! thanks again

JJ was able to get me the car I specifically wanted from another dealership that wasn't extremely close by at a very quick speed. I felt like I was being taken care of instead of being sold the whole time.

Service is usually pretty quick and correct. I like the fact that the reps don't come out and tell me 100 things that are wrong with my car like the Toyota place did when I had a Toyota.

Johnny was willing to match the no hassle price I found for another Honda dealer. The only thing I didn't like was that my $1,000 down payment was charged to my card before I was expecting it to be charged, and before I received a price breakdown. When I explained my concern, I was promptly provided with a price breakdown, and was happy with the end result. Overall a good experience.

Listened to what we could and could not manage in looking for a pre-owned vehicle and kept working for us until we were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted. Your follow-up telephone call and letter were nice touches and appreciated. Most places once you sign usually are ready to forget you. Forest City Honda is a very friendly and caring operation. The salesman was very kind and understanding--not pushy or demanding at all. He answered our questions or found out the answers for us.

The technician took extra care in "diagnosing" my car. He took it on test drives to ensure the problem was corrected. I was informed with each step of the way. This treatment has been consistent at every visit I have made. You guys are top of the line!!!

When I got my vehicle inspected in Nov. a gentlemen advised me about doing the 90,000 mile servicing and got me a paper with the service increments listed. No one at the dealership had ever gotten me this type service schedule. I appreciate receiving this information and scheduling the 90,000 mile servicing before I experienced any problems.

Upon visiting the dealership, they were very easy to work with and negotiate with. No hassles with the business end of the deal and very high quality inventory. They even made a home delivery of my new truck since I was not doing a trade in and needed a way to get my new truck home.

I was down to the final day before I needed to purchase a car. I had one picked out but Forest City had the exact car I wanted. I emailed then late on a Sunday. They responded Monday morning. I informed them that I intended to purchase a car TODAY. I was a little concerned in purchasing a car unseen. Mrs. Robertson was extremely helpful. She promptly got back with me with a price and offered to drive the car to Atlanta for me. She took additional pictures for me to view. Very stress free experience.

The service and sales staff were all very friendly and helpful. After they were able to diagnose my wife's battery pack issue and the service department handle the replacement of a new battery pack very efficiently as well as the warranty issue. The sales staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
