Great staff with great cars to choose from. Felt very welcomed when i came down to look at a vehicle. Did my research on there website. Was alot of help knowing exactly what cars they have available so i could have something in mind. I did have alot of questions before coming down. Blase was alot of help threw emails. Hands down. A great experience.

Love fort myers auto mall. They have helped me with my down payment all my fees finding insurance etc. Lehian is amazing she is very funny and bubbly she def takes the time to get to know you. I love the dealership and they can find you a deal even if you have bad credit. And the cars a reliable if something goes wrong they try to fix it asap. Highly recommended.

I financed a Honda accord in 2016 and was treated as family love the customer service and the car runs great the cd player doesn't work but everything else runs perfect. Ive recommended a very close friend to get her vehicle from the same place as soon as she gets on her feet.

I was referred to Fort Myers Auto Mall by my daughter-in-law. My first visit I test drove a 2015 Jeep Patriot, got approved but had some reservations about buying a Jeep. LeeAnne stayed in contact with me offering to do anything she could to help. I went back finally after weeks of driving a borrowed car in the torturous heat and bought the Jeep. I felt very at ease with everyone there. No pressure like most used car dealers. They were honest and treated me like family. I would not hesitate to buy from them again or refer friends and family as well. I love my new Jeep!!!

Everyone here is very friendly. They go out of their way to get you what you need and can AFFORD which is very important these days. Any questions you have they are ALWAYS available. They treat you like close friends and make you feel comfortable. if the car you want isn't on the lot they will find it for you. The buying process is fast and easy. They even have a play area if you have kids... I definitely recommend Fort Myers Auto Mall for buying a car for whether its for your kid in high school you are tired of the one you have. Flexible payments and even in house car service! Did i mention the $100 you get for for recommendations

When I first came to Fort Meyers two months ago I came with the shirt on my back and a Fuji bicycle. I had been going through some rough times in St. Petersburg so I needed this move to work. I began work and being homeless without wheels that was a God send in itself. Then I met Leigh Ann on the way back from seeing the beautiful sunsets you all have here around the yaht basin. she showed me such a wonderful car I could only fall in love with it. if you see me riding around in the cleanest Caddy you have ever seen just know that it was Leigh Anne that made it possible. If you want a nice car at a reasonable price please check her and her hard working husband out, yes it is family run and that says a lot about service. If the wife don't get it right he will.

Our family has been in a lot of transitions and we to,put us in a rental car for 3 months and it was digging in our pocket! We both had less then great credit and not much down since we had just got a new home and had been paying so much for the rental. I had been to other dealerships but didn't find anything that I like and they were still uncertain as to whether they've been able to help me even if I did find something that I liked. Customer service here was amazing they were so sincere and tried so hard to assist us she also was a great help with my three children who were so excited to go back there the next day when I did not have all of my papers. She made car buying a complete pleasure and we are so excited. So grateful and blessed

I love my purchase. I just recently bought a Kia from Fort Myers Auto Mall. Although it's my first time buying a car, Ramon Greene and Leigh Anne Thompson welcomed me as family. Not only did they help me find reliable transportation, they took $100 off of my total payment after my uncle referred me to them. All in all, it's a win win situation every time I stop by. Best Customer Service no pressed sales people at you while you are looking for a auto. I dealt with Leigh Anne Thompson. She was great she let me look at the autos she had on her lot, was not standing over me and answered all my questions. I had been looking for 2 months with one bad experience after another. I took the SUV I liked to my mechanic there was a few things wrong with the SUV, they fixed it at once. She handled all my paperwork making it stress free for me. AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A++++++ I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. YOU DEAL WITH THE OWNERS NOT PUSHIER SALES PEOPLE. I WALKED OUT OF OTHER AUTO PLACES BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT LEAVE ME ALONE SO I COULD TAKE MY TIME AND GET THE SUV I WANTED. I GOT EVERYTHING I WANTED IN MY SUV. I AM SO HAPPY I BOUGHT IT THERE.

I bought my Dodge Journey from Ft Myers Auto Mall and after about a week started having some minor mechanical issues with the Journey.
