I appreciated the kindness and courtesy I recieved before and during my vehicle purchase from Patti. She was such a pleasure to work with. Thank you Patti. Blake in finance not so much. Update: Through a misunderstanding gap insurance was missed during this purchase. I called several times to speak with Blake. After several attempts I finally got in touch with him but only after speaking with Patti my sales representative to ask him to call me back. When I finally got in touch with Blake he stated he had discussed gap insurance with me which Was Not True. Not once in our conversation did gap insurance come up. I take some of the blame. It was late in the evening and I had been there quite awhile. He started going through extended warranty information and after that he moved on and I forgot to ask about Gap insurance but when I'm called back a few days later I got the run around from Blake. He stated he asked me about it and that just isn't true. He said during this conversation that I could add it for an additional monthly amount. He said he would speak with someone and get back to me. He never called me back. So I don't know what to say about Fowler except I liked working with Patti. I don't know about their service dept. I'm not sure I even want to return there for any type of service. Update: March 2021 I have received 1 oil change and 2 tire rotations at Fowler. First visit I was told they do not change the oil until 10,000 miles. They did a tire rotation and a multi-point check. Second visit they performed an oil change, multi-point check and tire rotation. I asked if the dealership put in after market remote start, I was told no but the technician recommended Unique in Tulsa. I called Unique, a very nice and helpful gentleman said no they don't do that but he could get someone to do it for me. Chris from Unique called back right away to tell me he had found someone and the total costs to install it and a few important details about Toyota vehicles and remote start when installed in Toyota vehicles. He did ask me who told me that they install after market products. I told him the technicians name and he said I'm not sure why he would tell you that, but that he was happy to help me.

My husband and I had our best experience ever at a car dealership at Jim Fowler Toyota. We came in not totally sure if we would end up buying that day but our sales person, Jared, was so helpful and made it so easy we ended up leaving with a brand new, all wheel drive rav4! They made a fair offer on our Tacoma and we were able to handle the whole transaction in house. I highly recommend this location.

I bought my car over two months ago. At first when called to tell them that it was making funny noises, I was completely dismissed. I called and spoke to service again a couple of weeks later and was able to get it into their shop. Since then, multiple things have needed fixed. This is after I was told that they "don't sell cars with problems" I have tried to pick up my vehicle several times, each time not making it further than a mile before bringing it back for a new issue. This last time, they promised to fill the tank and detail it again for the trouble. They didn't do either and it started making a new bad sound. They get one star for letting me have a loaner during this mess. I work on-call and need to have a reliable vehicle for my job. All I can say is don't let them bulldoze you and don't expect them to roll out the red carpet for their customers... You're just a number.

I felt pressured at first but who doesn't when their making a major purchase, all together the Fowler team was willing and helpful in every area of my purchase and kept in contact with me promptly on any questions. I believe I got a nice vehicle at a decent price, this being my 2nd car I've purchased from Fowlers and have had no problems with either. They find you a finance Company and keep to your requested purchase payment amount.

Had a great experience with Fowler Toyota while purchasing my new 2016 Toyota Highlander! Rudi Nolan was a great and knowledgeable sales representative and I was so pleased with the low level of pressure. Since they didn't have a Highlander on site in the color and interior that I wanted, they located one and brought it in and had it ready for me next day. Loved working with Sammi in finance also. I would have to say this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks to all who helped me!

Fowler Toyota went above and beyond expectations in every way. I bought a used Toyota Tacoma from them in May. It is the truck I've always dreamed of, and my salesperson was very courteous and patient. I asked a LOT of questions, including specific questions about the condition of the drive train, CV axles, etc. I was assured it was all in great order.In October, I took my truck in for it's first oil change and recieved a bill for a lot of work that needed to be done on things I specifically asked about when buying the truck... I reached out to Fowler Toyota and told them my situation. Their response went above and beyond all my expectations. They listened to my situation. Matt & Charlie worked with me to make sure I was a completely satisfied customer, and I can say I've never had better customer service in my life. I am truly impressed. They have made a customer for life.

Jason Bailey, Sammie in Finance, and Bruce Abbott were extremely professional, prompt, friendly, humble, and considerate. I was restricted on time. They were prompt and considerate about it. They have a friendly demeanor and are very humble people. Did I say professional? I have bought A LOT of cars and this is my 2nd "BRAND NEW" car. My first one was from Honda. I was treated like a "Queen" compared to Honda. They might as well have had red carpet out for me. I felt pretty important and they did not hassle me in any way. If anything they did not want me to leave unless I was 110% sure I was satisfied. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is hands down the "BEST DEALERSHIP" in town. Thank you. The sales team was professional and easy to deal with. Eric and Glen were great. I especially appreciate Glen going the extra mile to explain everything about the truck in detail. He is very knowledgeable and obviously works very hard to make sure his customer's have a good experience.I had my other vehicle serviced as well. Glen set everything up so I could leave my other truck there and drive the new one home. My other truck was ready the next day. After finding what I wanted online, I visited the Fowler dealership. Bruce was very knowledgable and helpful. There were a few things that needed repaired on the SUV and they were fixed very satisfactorily. High marks to Bruce for following the procedure and making sure everything was completed.

Rudi Nolan was my salesmen and he was very informative on the car I was looking to purchase, showed me the comparison between Camry and Rav4. Samantha Tilly was the Finance Persom, she was very speedy, had me in and out within 35 minutes! We purchased a new car from here on Saturday. Best car buying experience ever. Freddie (our salesman) was great to work with. No pressure, pleasant, did an excellent job for us. The general manager also went above & beyond for us. We forgot to get our garage door opener out of the old car & he retrieved it for us and gave us a very nice gift. We have never owned a Toyota before, I also have a 2014 Ford F150 -- in two years or so I plan on trading it in for a Toyota Tundra if Freddie is still there. Wonderful place to buy a car.

I bought a new 2016 Tacoma from an dealer out of state, a couple weeks later while washing the truck i notice to me at that time the bed is not aligned properly with the cab where bed and cab meets.If looking from the rear of the truck, the bed is too much to the driver side, leaving a bigger gap on passenger side. I work in downtown Tulsa so i chose Fowler since it's closer commute for me, took it in after work and Service Adviser Victoria offered help. Explain to her and also walked to service bay area, she noticed the issue with the truck as well. I was schedule to drop off the truck two days later which was fine with me.After their master tech was able to inspect it they told me it may be the cab that is not aligned, Fowler opened a case with Toyota, I was told by Victoria to pick up my truck and wait for a call from Toyota once they can figure out what to do. I did not question to much as i figure a few days or maybe a week. I called two weeks later and asked if she can provide status or perhaps a phone number. She is unable to provide anything, status or phone #.Forward to today, another week after my call with Victoria, no call yet from Toyota. I understand they may have multiple cases open and can take some time, but with any open service cases someone is probably assigned to it and perhaps update the ticket with some status i would think? I'm only asking for status on my case to get understand if anything is rolling on it. Having a customer just waiting in the dark is not confident inspiring. I will wait a couple more weeks and perhaps try to reach out to the service manager, Victoria mention she just started few months prior so she may now know, im not sure but i hope we can get this fix soon.

Frank helped tremendously with my search for the perfect car. He had very adequate knowledge and knew just the right questions to ask, but more importantly, knew when to shut up. I don't like pushy salesmen, and Frank was just the opposite,, providing just the facts I needed, but his sense of humor and his love for what he does is obvious.Overall a five star experience. IN the end, I did not purchase, but I will be back.

I have never been a big fan of car dealerships - since they are usually overbearing and aggressive BUT this is not the way I feel about Fowler Toyota. Friendly manner, professionalism, and and truly sincere, helpful attitude convinced me that all of the other dealerships could take a lesson from Fowler. Ashley was one of the staff members that really stood out to me during my dealings there purely because of her willingness to help and make sure that my questions were answered and my issues were handled quickly and efficiently. Because of Ashley's extra effort, good attitude and bubbly personality, I will be giving all my business to Fowler. Thanks for being a business Tulsa can be proud to have in the community.

Recently purchased a new vehicle for the first time from Fowler and John Winfield was a great help and had excellent knowledge of the truck. Took it out for a test drive and was really friendly throughout explaining all the features and specs while out on the road. Excellent salesman, very professional, a really funny guy, and would recommend anyone looking to buy a new vehicle to ask for John.

Don't even waste your time going elsewhere. This is the best place to buy a car. Period! The guy that helped me was so nice, and he even gave my daughter a granola bar, since she was starving from all the car shopping. Stand up guy, and nice dealership! I left with a Chevy Silverado, and I love it!

I have been looking for the right car to fit my family of 3 and have had a lot of not very friendly people or willing to go out of their way for me, however I sent in an email about looking for a car and I got a call back from a Chris Bottoms in your bdc dept and HE WAS THE BEST!! he treated me with nothing but respect and kindness, worked with me to help find 3-4 cars I am narrowing down so I can buy after tax season, I would highly recommend him to any family or friends!!

Thank you Michael Mann!...This was the BEST car buying experience from a dealer we have EVER had! Absolutely NO pressure. Michael is laid back, knowledgeable, and friendly. He even caught an extra charge that wasn't necessary and had it taken off. We had a coupon from the internet and got an extremely good price on the car, and he did not argue or try to push the price back up. He was happy for us that we got such a good deal. (and we did get a really great deal!) Tim was nice too, and friendly when we finalized the purchase. I can't say how great this experience was!

Took my car in for service oil change and tire rotation. 1st time there so pulled into shop, wasn't busy but no one came to greet me or question my arrival. So had to go find clerk who never got off his chair at terminal. Zero customer service and poor attitude. I did not feel welcome. Waiting room was fine. Bathrooms were a mess. Atrocious. I wanted to ask a manager if he would want to use it but did not. Clerk came later with standard up sale since my Toyota is a 2012 and I wasn't in system here but I service my vehicle by the book since purchase. I just moved to tulsa and I just had the filters changed last service... I knew they were good. Can't blame them but I find it poor business practice if you want repeat service. Lastly I was told about recall. Appreciated it but I had the mail notice already. My car was done within an hour which I expected for an oil change however wasn't washed or cleaned at all. I politely asked if that was a service fowler offered and was told yes. You just have to ask.. so they don't tell everyone I guess... lazy poor service.. not pressed at all. Guess I will drive to Norman where I bought my camry brand new and where they take.care of me like I and my car matter

I have always disliked going to a dealership. I just hate that oily feeling you get sometimes when dealing with a "car salesmen". We have been doing business with Fowler Toyota of Tulsa now for years and the people I have had to deal with just keep getting better and better. From sales, to finance and on to service I have to say...hats off folks! My sales rep, Karen Martin, walked me through the purchasing process like a pro but with a long time friend feeling. When we had an issue with a seat, because let's face it "things happen", we worked it out together without making a big fuss. Karen handed me off to the finance guy, sorry I can't find his card, and not only did he make the process painless we had a good time and laughter along the way. Karen brought my son and I bottled water and kept us up to date on the progress of getting our new 4Runner ready. When I next asked about all weather matts, Karen walked me back to the parts department and she helped the salesmen put my new matts in my vehicle. As we walked out the service department door a service rep held the door open and greeted me with a smile. A genuine smile! The general manager spoke with us on several occasions throughout this process and left me feeling...like not just another customer but someone that Fowler Toyota of Tulsa wanted as a long term friend. I'm a little late on this, and I doubt they'll do anything about it. Bought a Corolla about a year and a half ago, it had a scratch on it. I was told I would be called to schedule a time to bring it on and get it fixed, I never got that call. Finally got a chance to bring it in to get the scratch touched up and my car still has the se scratch on it.

We negotiated with Fowler on an Avalon Limited Hybrid located out of state. The car had collision avoidance and adaptive cruise control and Blizzard Frost paint. When we picked up the car we were rushed through the delivery process and told that the window sticker was discarded by the original dealer. The salesman appeared to know very little about the electronics of the car. The dealer "expert" gave some short tutoring, giving us (as we later discoverd) misinformation. The car did have remote start which wasn't in the original deal, and it was the right color. A few days later, we took the car out on the highway to test out the adaptive cruise control; not there. They had switched cars on us. As there was no detail in the contract other than the "list price" and no window sticker available, we were stuck. They later printed off a "window sticker" on their computer; the Technology Package (which included the features we were promised) was not there. This is my wife's car. She did not want to go through the hassle of trying to make things right. She said she would rather have the remote start than the other features, plus her trade was long gone. We will never have any dealings with Fowler again, and would not recommed this dealership to anyone.

My family bought a 2015 Corolla S. The staff was so friendly and helpful. John was my salesman. He was a great host in between wait times. Very professional and they found us the best deal, the finance manager was able to work with our less then perfect credit score and got us into the new car we wanted. They treated us as though we had the "perfect " score and we do not. We are now loyal customers. My parents were also looking for a specific car and was looking at another Toyota dealership. Fowler not only met the other dealerships offer, but exceeded it and they got a better car then they wanted!

We drove over 4 hours from Southern Missouri for a car we wanted that they agreed to hold for us. As if the price wasn't reason enough, the service was well worth the drive. From the up front, no haggle pricing to the excellent customer service, this dealership is bounds above the rest. Marquis was our more than helpful salesman and Robert was the business manager who closed the deal. The whole experience was top notch, right down to the time it took. We arrived at 11:30 and were gone in less than two hours total time with the car we wanted at the price we needed.

We visited the dealership to buy a car on a Friday. After 2.5 hours of sitting in very hard chairs we walked out. We ended up getting a RAV4 LIMITED from a distant dealer. The Crushed Blue RAV4 LIMITED was delivered to our home 72 hours after we left Fowlers Toyota. We may still be in the market for a new Camry LE. This time I only plan to visit (with Fowler Tulsa) on the phone. Unless I answer the question about "Would I recommend this dealership", the computer will not let me finish. In general I do not recommend much to anyone.

I wanted to buy a new Tundra. Visited Fowler in Tulsa three times and had several phone calls before arriving at a deal. Their website had an internet price for the truck. We reached an agreement waiving the nitrogen in tires charge ($380!)and the dealer paperwork fee ($299) and buying the truck at the published internet price. When my wife dropped me off, the truck had been serviced and was parked outside the doors. After some delay, the sales manager came out and said the internet price we agreed on was wrong and wanted about $500 more. Manager seemed angry at me. I walked out.UPDATE - spoke with the GM. He investigated my problem and resolved it by allowing the sale at the previous internet price. Good price, great truck. I am satisfied now.

I went in, chose a car and negotiated a monthly payment of $280 at 65 months- I made it clear that I can not pay above $300 because I am currently going to school and every penny I save goes towards tuition expenses; After getting everything approved and signed, I received the title in the mail a few weeks later and registered my car. When the first payment came around, I paid the $280 and the payment was rejected. So I call up Toyota to ask them what the issue was and they said "Toyota will not do 280 at 65 months and I will need to go up to $380 at 50 months". The first time I went in, I recorded the conversation- I agreed to do $380 at 50 months and we signed A NEW contract. When the second month comes around, my payment was rejected again. I call them up and they say that payments will have to extend to 60 months and I will need to come in to sign a NEW contract to extend payment- this ultimately increased the price of my car to the suggested retail of $22800 rather than the $18200 I originally negotiated.I would have rejected a new contract, but I had already registered the car; ultimately, Fowler will lie to you to get your signature on a contract. I also have all copies of the contracts and all of the conversations recorded; I plan to charge Fowler Toyota with Fraud.

My husband and I were in search of a 2015 Highlander. It was raining so clearly we were serious about walking away with a car that day since people don't usually "browse" in the rain. We walked around the lot for thirty minutes and not one single employee offered to help us until we were getting in our car to leave. A service guy who was taking a smoke break asked if he could get someone to help us. We said no and drove down the street to Jim Norton where we ended up driving away in a 40,000 dollar car. Too bad for Fowler! We bought our previous two Toyotas from Fowler, but after that experience we will never go back. Which is too bad for Fowler as we only but Toyotas.

My experience here was horrible the purchasing of a new car should be a fun experience especially with a 10,000$ dollar down payment on a 20,000$ vehicle.. they are so pushy and horrible sales people they dont sale they push they have a big fancy shop nice cars but try to score you on money!!! Why do u think they have the big shop..to keep u from seeing the real mess!!! I ended up not purchasing m vehicle with them because they tried to gibe me a 15% interest rate ( I got it at 8% at us auto in bixb, they are an (amazing dealership and friendly) skip fowler go somewhere else and be able to eat during the month

Great price, great service. However, my only complaint is they would not provide a 2nd key or key FOB for the 2011 Tundra I bought. They are a Toyota dealer so they should have provided both. Also no owners manual in the truck. I understand it was used but it was factory certified so I feel that should have been included. Other than that everything was great. I drove from Kansas and they had the truck waiting on me. Test drive it, confirmed the numbers we had worked out via email, signed the papers and was out in about 2 hours.

Joe Krautheim was a great, friendly, down to earth guy which is just what was needed. We were t-boned at an intersection in our Toyota Tacoma which was totaled. We were bruised and sore only, thank goodness everyone involved was okay. But we were ready to get in another Toyota, and Joe found us a great deal on a Tundra. We are very satisfied...and this is our third Toyota from Fowler so we just keep going back. Thanks again!

They are okay with routine maintenance but incompetent when mechanical repairs are needed. Had my '07 Camry in for repairs in February, quit on me again 2 days later, had it towed back to dealership & was told it was the 12 volt battery. 2 weeks later, very same issue, car just quits. Needless to say, I did not take it back to Fowler. I traded it for a GM vehicle. In Oct. '13 I purchased 4 new tires there. After 2 days, the tires kept losing air. I went back to the service dept & was told the tire pressure was low because of the cold temperatures. They put more air in my tires & sent me on my way. Had to go back in a couple of days because still losing air. This time they actually checked the tires & discovered the valve stems had not been pulled completely through thus the reason for the leaking air.

I am a returning Toyota customer and I've always bought my cars from Jim Norton Toyota, but this time I decided to try out Fowler Toyota instead. I bought a 2013 gently used car from Fowler Toyota at the beginning of February. The customer service was great when I bought the car. But, it is now over a month and I have yet to see my car title in the mail. I've called Fowler Toyota several times but I could not get through so I left messages with my contact information so they would call me back. Not one person has returned my calls. I find this to be very unprofessional for such a large place of business and a huge inconvenience for me. Because of this, I will not be recommending this dealership to friends or family. Next time, I will stick to Jim Norton Toyota.

Fowler did an excellent job on my Corolla and had me in and out in less than an hour. I like how they do a full check of the car and give you the results but aren't too pushy about anything.

I bought a 2000 Tacoma pre. Runner in April of 2013. During the test drive noticed the brakes made a vibration . The salesman assured me service dept had done a comprehensive check and found no issues with this vehicle. I should have had my mechanic look at this truck because front rotors were shot and the transmission needed service flush as well. A few small issues with the truck but its a good truck now . I think they need to look at these vehicles a little closer or as the saying goes let the buyer beware.

My son wanted a scion TC and Fowler had the color and options that he wanted, the good news eneded there. He negoiated and the deal was made on 5/31/2013. He was financed thur Toyota Motor Credit and was told he had a credit score of 799 and there was no problem. So he took deliver of the car and assumed everyhting was fine. A week after the sale he was waiting for the check $8000 for his loan payoff and they all of a sudden need all this information , pay checks , income tax returns, etc. then nothing. No check , called and left messages no call back and then the finance manager was gone. Kept calling and nothing , now we are 18 days after the deal the car we traded in is for sale and we still do not have our $8000 check. Kept calling and finally went to the dealer and camped out until the finance manager would talk to us. He explained he was new and the old manager did not know what he was doing and everything is screwed up. This is my problem???? He would try to get to it but it would be another 7-10 business days to get the check while our car is for sale on the lot. This is not a reputavble dealer .Run , get away from this dealer.... The general manager will not take calls I guess the toyota new car survey will be a eye opener for them when they score a 2. There should be a law against this we still have the title we have not signed a power of attorney . The state of Oklahoma attorney general should be investigating this dealership and the manager should be brought up on criminal charges....

I purchased a 2004 Tundra online, sight-unseen, so I could drive a moving truck to Grove, Oklahoma, drop it off in Tulsa, take delivery on the Tundra, and drive myself back to my new home on Grand Lake. Kelly picked me up at the Budget truck rental center on 41st Street, drove me back to the dealership, and handed me the keys to my pickup. Everything went like clockwork. Kelly drove up within seconds of the Budget rental staff clearing me on the truck turn-in. Katy worked with me long distance during the preliminaries, and Fowler Toyota accepted my offer. The whole transaction went without a hitch. Finance needed only $2,000 down on a credit card and waited for my personal check to arrive in the mail for the balance. By the time I arrived in Oklahoma, my check had cleared; everything was set to go.This is the way I prefer to do business. I received a fair price without a runaround. The staff adapted well to the tedious process of executing the paperwork via e-mail, and everyone worked with me cheerfully during this somewhat unorthodox transaction.

BUYER BEWARE!My first experience at this physical location was in 2011 right as Riverside became Momentum and then Fowler Toyota. Great expereince with the sales guy John, but I wanted a sun roof in my car and they did have one like that on the lot so I was promised a "like factory" add on. It was horrible, nothing like factory, but the dealership took care of things and provided me with the car I had originally agreed to purchase. The service department has been great with routine mainenence.We ahve even rented a van her in the interim and had a decent experience, other than the van interior was a little dirty.Since they did handle this pervious issue to our satisfaction, we recently returned to bought a used Sienna. Shame on us for being trusting again. In the final sales office, we were offered to add the $500 warranty extending the initial new warranty since the van was a 2012. The business office guy kept giving us blank forms to sign saying he was trying to help us get out quickly with our kids since it had been a long day and around 8:30pm. I kept asking him to print them before I signed them, but on the big one he had to reprint and then pointed out the monthly payment was the same except the final payment was a few cents more. With all the printing, reprinting, and waiting to sign I let it slip that the warranty charge was actually $2900 and our payments were the smale but extended by 6 months! We have also not been contacted to have the fabric protection done as we signed for in that meeting and it has been over a week. By far this has not been the prompt attention we received in 2011. I feel the repeated half truths and trying to have me sign blank contracts and then slipping in different information indicate deceptive business practices. Its my fault for not watching more closely and falling for the "let me help you get out of here faster". I will never return to this Toyota location for any new vehicle purchase, I will deal with Jim Norton's annoying commercials or drive to Bartlesville or OKC, but I will not let this location fool me again. Proceed if you wish, but heed the old saying and BUYER BEWARE!
