I wouldn’t buy a stick of gum from this place. Bought a 18 wrangler and 2 weeks after purchasing I noticed abnormal amount of play in the rear wheels. Indicating possible wheel bearing issues. Made a appointment with dealer and was told it was normal lol then tried to charge me to look at it. Had the vehicle 2 weeks maybe. 2000 miles later rear end is now making severe grinding and clunking noise. Take it to a different dealership and guess what’s wrong? Yup, wheel bearings. Huh that’s funny right? Guess both outer and inner pinion bearings went in 2k miles. They never even checked the fluid in the rear end when I brought it in. I know bc I did a paint line on the fill screw. Pretty said I had to take my vehicle to another Chrysler dealer to be diagnosed and fixed.

If I could give a negative rating I would! Went to test drive a car, and I decided that I didn’t like it. I went there specifically for that car. I had called ahead and made an appointment with the sales manager. When I arrived the manager set me up with Gage Wright. I drove the car and when I came back and said I didn’t like it Gage was beyond pushy! I am so disgusted by the way I was treated. I don’t like being pressured to make a deal even though I didn’t like the car. I wanted to leave so I told him to make sure he deleted the picture of my license he needed for some reason? He gave me a hard time about it. So I decided I needed to write this review. I don’t know why he felt the need to be so aggressive, maybe because I am a female going in alone and he thought he could push me into something? I am just so disgusted how I was treated! I recommend going to any dealership other than where that guy is!

Timely & good customer service! The Service Manager came out to update me as I had asked about the wipers ( I was there for an oil change & NYS Inspection & the wipers needed to be replaced as did the air filter. I drive a lot so I want my vehicle to be in good shape!Thank you Fox Jeep!

Our salesman Andrew Bruns listened to how I described the Jeep experience and memory I was looking for - He let me test drive at least three new vehicles and then found the Wrangler - just the Jeep experience I was looking for! He was knowledgeable, friendly and we never witnessed any impatience with my indecision during the beginning search for a new vehicle. We purchased our Honda CRV from Fox several years ago and Fox serviced my Jeeps during previous years - We'll be back!

Fred Gibson was very knowledgeable about all the vechiles. I looked at Jeep Grand Cherokees. And wasnt even considering a Dodge Ram. I told him I was going to trade car in on Jeep, but my Ford F150 on a new Ford F150. He suggested I try out Dodge Ram, because I would like the ride and quality. I decided on trading for a truck now and car at end of year. I went looking at Fords and went to a dealership that has salespeople that were conniving. I left very unsatified, and went to another Ford dealership, but always kept in mind what Fred said. I decided to try a Dodge Ram out. He asked what I wanted...I replied. He drove up a Dodge Ram, I fell in love with. Exactly what I had asked for. I purchased it on the spot. Negotiations were pleasant...not pushy. When I trade my Honda in...I will start with Chrysler! AND go to Fred. I also like Rick.

Salesman Tim did a great job. Took the time to show me all of the Cambry Hybrid options on the car I was interested in. I wanted to take my time to think about the deal and I was allowed my time. Absolutely no pressure. Tim and his manager offered me a great deal and I was allowed as much time as I wanted to think about it. I wanted to compare the offer with another Cambry that Fox had at another Fox dealer location. Tim went and got the other Cambry for me to compare with the Hybrid Cambry. Tim's help and no pressure made my buying experience a pleasure. Now for the best part of the deal. I live 1 hour and 30 minutes away from the dealership. Tim offered to deliver the Toyota Camby Hybrid that I purchased free of charge!!! Unbelievable!!!!! Right to my driveway!!!! Unheard of!!!! I am a happy customer!!!!

My Jeep Liberty had a 3/4 inch by 3 inch chip in the paint on the front passenger door when I bought it. Trying to save money, and having a family member try to sand and paint it, only made it bigger, and the wrong shade of paint was used. Personnel at Fox Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram body shop were very professional and experienced. They scheduled the work for a day and time that was convenient to me. When I dropped my Jeep off they arranged a rental car that was inexpensive and gas efficient. I picked my Jeep up the next day. The paint work is amazing. No one would ever think that there was a chip out of the paint on the front passenger door. I am one happy customer, and would recommend Fox Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram body shop to any one who wants quality body work done on their vehicle.

The truck we went for was sold before we got there. A lot of fast talking, other trucks, oh, its at another site. Saw one husband checke it out , we brought it but never got the specs we received on our last purchase. got home and found the controler for the trailer brakes was missing, just cut and lightly taped. We discused with Art the fact that the ball was missing, I had said we could easily get that, so I know it was there. We have call 2 times and they say they will look into it but NO call back. I think they are good at luring you in and selling fast.Otherwise they were pleasent. As of now I wouldn"t go back or refer them.
