Daven Divine was an AMAZING salesman. He did his absolute best to get us into a vehicle from the time we set foot on the lot until the time we finally made the deal and got a car. The whole process was very trying and it took 3 days but Daven did not give up and was very helpful in ideas of what needed to done to make the purchase. I cannot thank him enough for helping us make a car purchase at a time we really needed to purchase a vehicle. I will Definetly refer him to others looking to buy a car and will be returning to him for any future purchases.

The salesman help us look for a car without trying to get us to buy what we didn't need. He let us take our time looking at the cars while telling us the model of the car and what each car had inside. He helped us with all the paper work and walked us through it. The other staff was just as nice to us as we walked around the lot looking. I have told my friends about our dealer and told them if they wanted a good car at a good price go to Fletcher.

Started a car searching process on Saturday for our daughter. Came back Monday and bought one for ourselves Came back Tuesday and our daughter bought one. Daven was NOT a pushy salesman. We went to every Fletcher lot I think and he never seemed irritated. Even stayed with us until after 10 pm. He listened to what we wanted and worked with us for four days keeping in touch with us and informing us of any updates. Great car buying experience. We will go back in the future. Thanks DavenChad

I purchased a 2016 Kia Soul. My salesman went above and beyond helping us through the process. Almost 3 weeks after purchase someone hit me head on, totaling my new car. I returned to Fletcher and Alex. What was a very hard time for me was made a bit better by retiring to someone I new. From calls to text messages and annoying questions he assisted. I left in a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and peace of mind. As the conclusion of filing insurance and the aftermath of the accident Alex has been there every step of the way to help.

What to say about Davine, this young man really can sell cars he is so patient me and my wife christy had met davin on the parking lot in joplin he came up to us very pleasent and listened, wasnt over powering let us look around, we started out wonting to buy a used car and that took sometime finding what we liked devin tryed to make us happy vechile after vechile and then we drove a santa fe sport at another dealer because me and my wife shop around for the best deal we liked it and we both said we would buy from davin. he found a perfect vechile for us THANK YOU Davin for making our shopping pleasent. I was an internet shopper and decided that my preference was the Nissan Altima WHITE. After driving 45 minutes to Joplin we stopped and was greeted by our salesman Alex Cupp. After several attempts to get me to look at a different color, Alex came driving around the corner in a BLACK Altima. To my surprise I knew this was my "Perfect Car"! I am so happy with my purchase and the hospitality of the entire dealership. I traveld over an hour to see my 2015 Chevy Z71 never hearing about Fletcher Pre-Owned in Joplin Mo. Not knowing anything about them, I was a little nervious. But just after I had been there a few minutes I met with Alex Cupp who instanly made me feel real comfortble. I had spoke with him on my way to the dealership and he kept me in the loop on the vehicle I was driving to see. Once we meet and I saw the vehicle it was just as they descibed. I not only feel like I got a great deal, a really great deal, but I made a real friend and I have built a trust with someone in future business. My experience with Fletcher Pre-Owned was wonderful I really sujest you work witht Alex if you want to be treated like royalty.

Mark Pulliam went above and beyond to find us the Honda Odyssey that we were wanting to purchase. Even though there weren't any available initially, we told him exactly what we wanted in a vehicle, and we told him what our budget would be. He went out and found exactly what we wanted, and in the price range that we wanted. I think it's the first time I didn't feel pressured to spend out of my budget! He has even contacted us after the sale to make sure that we are happy with our purchase. The customer service was above and beyond, and we couldn't be happier! We will definitely recommend that our friends and family look him up when they want to purchase a good used vehicle. We are thrilled with our 2013 Honda Odyssey!

I was shopping for a used car, and accidentally walked into the new car sales building, which was probably the best thing that could have ever happened to me. Al C. (wish I knew his last name) came right over to us to see what we were needing. Al is not a salesman, but he took us right over to the used car lot, found out what I was looking for, and showed me cars that fit perfectly within my parameters. He was so friendly and personable, that after 15 minutes I felt like I had known Al for years. Never in my life have I smiled and laughed so much while car shopping. This man loves life and loves his job and it really shows; he was such a pleasure to deal with. After checking other car lots, and what was available, I came back to Fletcher and went straight to Al to buy my car. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I owe it all to Al. I certainly hope Frank Fletcher knows exactly what a gem of an employee he has in Al. I found a great car at a reasonable price, and loved the $25 gas card that they gave me with my purchase. I think this is a great place to go shopping for a car.

I recently purchased a brand new 2016 Honda Pilot from Jeremy Timi. I cannot imagine a better experience buying a new car. Not only was he attentive to my needs he was attentive to my wife's needs also! We initially had planned to purchase a 2016 Toyota 4Runner. Jeremy had found the perfect car, got the paperwork started and patiently waited for us to come visit Joplin in order to buy. Lo and behold, my wife changed her mind and now wanted a 2016 Honda Pilot. Not only was Jeremy a super a salesman he was also very understanding. He quickly located 2016 Honda Pilot and bam! Jerimy Timi found the exact car I wanted delivered it to my house for a test drive AND most importantly got me into it for less money than o thought I was going to spend. Payments are way lower than I expected. Jerimy made the process so seamless. That's a nice change of pace. Buying in the past from other dealers has sometimes taken DAYS. Not here.
