Jessie at Frank Leta Acura was so great and helpful! The customer service exceeded my expectations across the board. She made the process of buying a car very easy and straightforward. She explained everything to me each step of the way and was very friendly and easy to talk to. I came in around 5pm after work and she was able to get me all squared away with the car I wanted by close of business. However, Anu took the time to explain Acura's values and to learn what factors were most important for my vehicle purchase. He didn't pressure me to purchase any vehicle during my first visit and simply encouraged me to enjoy my test drive experiences.I inquired about another vehicle and Anu made sure the vehicle was available the 2nd time I returned. It adopts a different selling method in which a product specialist will come out first to help you to decide what kind of vehicle you really want. The specialist assigned to me, Mr Annu Achar , is really helpful. After I became more aware of my needs ,tested several cars and made the final decision, it took only 30 minutes to finish all the paper work and be ready to drive back.

My husband and I leased a 2016 Acura TLX last weekend at Frank Leta Acura. This was a big deal, as I'd been driving my first and only car up to that point, a 2002 Acura RSX, which I absolutely loved. By far, the most impressive and enjoyable part of our leasing experience was the Frank Leta Acura staff members who assisted us with the purchase. Garrett Patton was our salesperson/product specialist. He was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about Acuras. He was eager to share such knowledge with potential customers in way that conveyed sincerity and genuine excitement about the vehicles. While accompanying us on a test drive, he pointed out all of the vehicle's bells and whistles, regularly checked in regarding my driving experience, and took time to get to know me and my husband and figure out what was important to us in a vehicle. He was all around a pleasure to work with. Additionally, we primarily worked with Nick Dubrouillet, sales and leasing consultant, during lease negotiations. He was also wonderful. He spent hours with us discussing the differences between buying and leasing, answering our questions, and providing us with the information necessary to make our purchase. Throughout our time spent together, he was professional and personable, and conveyed information in an easily understandable manner. Once we decided to lease the TLX, he worked with us to get the monthly payment close to where it needed to be in order for us to consider moving forward with the lease. Finally, we also worked with Travis Morss, general sales manager, while negotiating the final lease terms. He was also great to work with, and clearly communicated that our loyalty to Acura was important to him. He made the final negotiations happen in manner that was professional, respectful, and appreciative of our business. Overall, this was an outstanding leasing experience made possible by fantastic Frank Leta Acura staff.Additionally, I have also worked with Heather Buttice on the service team for approximately the past year. She, by far, is the best service member I have ever worked with at an Acura dealership. She's friendly, charismatic, and knowledgeable- seemingly the perfect combination for a service team member. Not only has she always answered all of my questions and provided me with necessary information regarding what services my car needed, but she has also kept me updated via multiple phone calls whenever my car was being serviced. Recently, she stayed late and called me after hours to provide me with an update; just one example of her devotion to her customers. She is an all-around fantastic member of your team and I'm very thankful I've had the opportunity to work with her!

I was very satisfied with purchasing an MDX at Frank Leta. The Product Specialist took the time to understand what I was looking for and direct me to the package that gave me the "must have options". If the person I first worked with wasn't available, they got me to someone who was. I sent e-mails after hours and received responses back. I had questions about the paperwork after the sale and received answers to all of my questions. They want to make sure you understand the process and understand what you are purchasing. We recently worked with Jared McDonough in purchasing a pre-owned Acura from Frank Leta Acura. Jared was extremely helpful and straighforward with us throughout the entire process. When we went back to pick up the car on a Friday evening, Jared was scheduled to finish up his work day at 6:00pm... he graciously ended up staying beyond 9:30pm (the dealership closed at 9pm) to provide us with a 45-minute briefing on all of the car's interior and dashboard features. I purchased an MDX there and had a wonderful experience, if you go in to look at anything, ask for Jeremy Castillo, he helped us out and was fantastic! He was more of an advocate for us than a salesperson, meaning he made sure our needs were met and our questions were answered. He made sure we found what we were looking for based on what we needed! He asked questions to help us land the vehicle that worked for us! No pressure at any point with him, and when we made a selection, he was there to follow up throughout the process! Five star customer service for sure! This place has provided a great consumer experience, whether buying, looking, or needing service, this is the place to go! The sales reps are just crooks. They give false promises and keep you waiting for days (in my case 13 days). Their certified acura inventory is a sham. They list something on cars.com with alluring pricing and when you visit them, you'll be shown something else. When you insist on the specific car listed on cars.com, they'll say that the car is under maintenance or in workshop or loaned to a customer. Then they'll try to sqeeze a down payment/reservation fee for the vehicle which you haven't seen or test driven yet. If you dont budge, then they'll ask you to wait for their follow up call about the availability of the car. This is exactly what has happened in my case. Then they made me wait for 13 long frigging days and today told me that the car was sold to someone else as i failed to put down token money on that. What a lie? All these days, they knew that i was pretty much interested in the car and still sold to someone else, what could be the real reason?I'll never ever recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a used vehicle in 2012. I negotiated the price for 3 hours. One of the amenities to me settling on the payment was car detailing every 6 months for the life of the vehicle (in my possession). I have went there 3 times to have a full detail done, and had no issues. I just called today to set up an appt, and they are now telling me they don't make agreements like that !!!! WTH!.. I will NEVER purchase a car from them again!!!!!

Maybe it was just my salesperson, but I contacted this dealership regarding a used vehicle they had posted and was told that it was a new arrival and that there wasn't much information as it was currently in the detailing shop. I told the salesperson that I was looking for a car for my son and the ad looked like it was everything I wanted and I was very much interested. He said as soon as it had been detailed he would take some video and send it to me. A day went by and I hadn't heard anything so I left a message for the salesperson. Two days went by and I finally received and was told to expect the video right away, which I was sent. The video confirmed that it was the one I was looking for so I called and spoke once more to the salesperson and he asked if I would like to put a down payment on the vehicle to reserve it to which I told him I would, he said he would get the details and call me back - again. The last call that I received was to let me know that the vehicle had already been sold. I asked how that could be and was told that the person I was dealing with had been off the day he was supposed to get back to me. So all in all I wasted 3 days trying to buy a used car from this dealership. It was the car I wanted, I had cash & no trade - they couldn't make it happen.

Buying a new car here, and with some follow-up service, has been very positive. The buying experience itself with Kyle was great. We were listened to, and respected, and no one tried to put anything over on us. Everyone we worked with was most professional and very friendly and considerate. The minor service and oil change was pleasant as well. Service reps were friendly, prompt and attentive. Nothing to complain about. Our experience so far has been great, and based on that we would definitely recommend this dealership.

I needed a new car and decided I wanted to return to a manual transmission which I had driven for years before my last car. A friend found this 2005 Honda Civic (in mint condition!) listed online at Frank Leta Acura. She knew someone who had dealt with Frank Leta Acura for years and recommended them. I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle and Dzevad couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. He did not act like I was crazy when I said I wanted a manual transmission (like I encountered at other dealers), he was very enthusiastic and we had a very fun conversation about our previous vehicles during the test drive. He arranged for a 24 hour test drive so I could have the car checked out by my mechanic and stayed in contact with me throughout the week as paperwork was completed. When everything was done and the car was ready, he delivered it to me at the rental agency as I turned in the rental car I was using! This is service above and beyond! In the mean time I have talked to others who have dealt with Frank Leta and they all have good things to say. I am enjoying driving my Civic! Thank you very much!

We just happened to find an old Honda Accord for sale on the internet through this dealership. Went to look at it and bought it. Dzevad Tasic was our sales associate and he was fabulous. FrankLETA refurbished the vehicle and performed major service and cosmetic upgrades to it. The vehicle was delivered to my location by Dzevad personally. Frank Leta is a joke first and foremost. They haggle their customers to get their last dollar and talk them into high interest rate loans. They only do this to get them back in the door months alater like it's a service to the customer. The Concierge depart sucks. You call address issues with the lead person Angelique and she is useless. She will constantly not help or solve your problems but, offer you free car washed and a vacuum? How ridiculous is this. Then you have the sales team led by ignorant and notorious dirty sales managers who lead sneaky and unhanded product specialist. This busiest as a whole is joke. The general manager: Steve Brown is a joke, liar, and a conman. I would advise anyone in the st louis area to not shop at Frank Leta and for current customers to run far away and never come back!

Last evening i signed a lease for a 2015 RDX AWD and worked with Brian Smith, Austin and Kevin. I must say from the first initial contact til the moment i pulled off in my new car my experience has been nothing but a ten. What i appreciated most was the upfront honest numbers the dealership provided and that they were willing to work with me to get to the payment i needed. After getting through the bulk of the paperwork Kevin took me for a tour of the dealership and gave me a rundown of the maintenance program which i have to say really blew me away. You can most certainly tell customer service is #1 to Frank Leta and it really shows. Brian took the time to really explain all of the features in my new RDX and take the time to get everything all set up. I have been coming to Frank Leta for years now for service on my 2005 Acura MDX and have always been happy with the results. Recently, my wife needed a car and so we test drove a few at different dealerships. We ended up buying a 2011 Honda CR-V from Frank Leta that was in great shape and priced right. Brad Johnson was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and we are very happy with our purchase. I found this dealership from a Google search for a local Acura dealer who could replace my recalled airbags. The location of this dealership was convenient and without looking at reviews I called to schedule the service. I feel so lucky to have found them! The Frank Leta Acura team has been exceptional to work with! Every team member is friendly and quick to offer their assistance. Unfortunately, I returned to the dealership after my airbag service due to unrelated problems with my car. Rob and the service team were of tremendous help! They gave me a beautiful loaner car, kept me updated on the status of my car, and were very flexible with me while I made decisions regarding the repair. Car troubles are stressful, but Frank Leta made the process as smooth as possible. I couldn't be more grateful for my experience here!

I went to Frank Leta Acura becuase they did such a good job with my Girlfriend's car search and purchase. The team at Frank Leta helped out with everything I needed and went above and beyond for almost everything. Kevin Dilthey helped me with the in's and out's of the car I was looking at and Matt Prater was an All-Star on the financial's!! We are prior Acura owners, and very upset with the honesty completing the sale of a new Acura . If you have a trade and purchasing a new vehicle beware. Once you leave the doors of this very unorganized dealership you will not be able to follow up on the process.

We spent 6 hours trying to decide if and whatto buy and Greg was very patient and supportive and encouraging of us. He did not pressure, but rather supported us by making sure that we agreed on what we wanted. He well recognized that a car purchase is a major item and was very considerate of us as we talked through our decisions.We then spent another 4 hours when we picked the car up as he again patiently showed us how to use it and made us familiar with the many fine features. Great Experience at this Dealership!!! The one comment about "Night and Day Difference" between Frank Leta Acura and Mungenast Acura is completely Accurate! There is nothing more important then treating the customer like family. I didn't have a bad experience at Mungenast, they just couldn't put me in the right vehicle. Since buying a car is a person's second biggest purchase to a house, customer service is paramount in the buying experience. My salesman Nick did everything he could to help me out and and even joked around with me to lighten the mood a little which was pretty cool. Go to Frank Leta Acura and ask for Nick! He's awesome!! These guys asked me from the very beginning what would make me happy. I pointed to the new TL on the showroom floor and said "that one". However due to personal reluctancy, I drove a used one with only 12k miles and thought there wasn't a chance for the new one. Turns out with all the rebates and incentives and lower interest rates available on NEW vehicles, you can sometimes get a NEW Acura for similiar payments that you would a used one. They made it work. I'm now driving the one that I pointed to on the floor. These guys are in truly in the business to sell cars. If there is a particular vehicle you want right off the bat...tell them! Let them go to work for you and make it happen. The service dept is great as well!

I enjoyed working with Austin Dry and appreciated the no pressure sales approach. I owned my first Acura for almost 18 years and put over 220,000 miles on it. It was serviced exclusively by Frank Leta for the first several years and I believe this is one of the reasons it is still fun to drive at it's advanced age. No high pressure sales tactics, no gimics nor upsells on the vehicle choice - just a salesperson and atmosphere conducive to finding the right car. In the past I have literally gone 60 miles out of my way and paid hundreds more for a car just because I didnt like the sales staff in another city. This is our 3rd Acura purchase and thus far our best. We love our 2013 TSX and our salesperson was awesome to deal with during this process. Many times when "test driving" a vehicle you are instructed to go down the block and then go back to the dealership and make a decison based on a 5 minute drive. We drove the TSX for 2 days before making any decisions. Greg, our salesperson, could not have been any more helpful than he was. He did everything within his power to get the numbers right for us. Once in finance, Gus made the process seemless and it took very little time to get through the paperwork. My wife and I were thrilled with the entire process. We will definitely continue to rely on Frank Leta Acura for all of our new Acura's needs.

This new car experience at Frank Leta Acura was the best of the best. I had answers to all my questions and a deal worked out within amatter of a couple hours. I had been through this before at Frank Leta so I anticipated the same personal treatment from everyone there as in the past. Nick walked me through all the new features, explained everything in detail, synced my IPOD and PHONE to my bluetooth and even offered to come to my house and program my garage door opener. I know the service department is exceptional, because I have been coming here for years. The relaxed atmophere makes it a pleasure just to walk into the garage and showroom anytime. Its like "CHEERS" everybody knows your name!

Bought a certified pre-owned Acura TSX a couple of weeks ago. Noticed the cup holder lid was jammed and they offered to fix it after the sale (We Owe agreement). Brought the car back a week later and had noticed that one of the front door speakers sounded distorted. Service looked at the speaker and not only replaced the front door but also told me a rear speaker needed replacing as well. Because they had to keep my car overnight they gave me a loaner (2013 ILX). The service and loaner was no cost to me! Talk about great service! I have also taken my son's 2002 RSX in to Frank Leta for service (over 120k miles) and they bend over backwards to get me out at the lowest cost. Even took care of a restraint system fault that was covered under a lifetime warranty. I bought my TSX at Frank Leta because of the amazing service department. Sales process was pretty painless as well. I highly recommend this dealer!

I liked the way they told you up front what the bench charges were for my service and explained that if it was covered by warranty I would not have to pay the charges for the service. They were very up front about prices and offered a loaner car even though my car was 7 years old. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and my service visit was professional as well as great service.

I stopped by the tent sale at South County Mall. I was greated by a saleman that did not work for them and was brought in to help. He had no idea what the price was on the car. I was trying to move into a smaller SUV. I found a Traverse which I bought. Service was pretty good but the guys doing the paperwork from Frank Leta Acura were making fun of the women walking around. The name Hoosier kept coming up and my son who is in college was not comfortable and thought it was rude! I ended up getting rid of the car a month later because it was too small and when I looked to find out what the value of the car was, I overpaid. The price was a $33,000 list on a car with 45,000 miles and I couldn't find a car online that was equal to that model for over $28,000 which infuriated me. I was just getting an oil change and tire rotation, so I am not exactly sure how I could quantify the quality of work, which is the only reason I put "Good" there instead of "Great". Bought a 2010 tsx new, at 11,000 break pads wearing prematurely and had to argue for 30 minutes before they would cover under warranty. 6,000 miles later told lower engine cover damaged beyond repair and needs to be replaced at the cost of $320. Car has not hit anything that even caused a bump on the road, and the said cover is partially removed for oil changes. Now they want almost $100 to reinstall an item they take off when they change the oil. Service department has been unhelpful and very disappointed in the quality of the new acura, seems to be cheaply made with inferior products that don't last.

I would give Frank Leta a very good review. This was my 4th Honda but my first from Frank Leta. My husband and I were debating between Honda and Nissan, he is the Nissan guy. I already knew Hondas were good cars but I needed to convince my husband they were better. There were several perks that he was impressed with. The dealership was also very nice and friendly for my daughter. She is 3 and we were there a long time, she also loved Nate. He was cute with her. Nate has been very helpful and told me that I could call him anytime if there was anything I needed. So, with that being said, we were very happy with the experience. My one and only area that I was a little put off with was the finance part. We told him a number that we wanted to stay under, well after all the talk about the plans and warranty options, he gave us a number that was higher than that. I know his job and that he most likely gets something for selling these plans and extra warranties to each customer, but he didnt tell us that he put them in there. I had to ask and then he told me that both the coupon package and the warranty were in there. I dont like that, it seemed sneaky. Either way, I think customers should be given all prices with and without the "extras". I know he would have said it sooner or later but I felt like he added them in without asking if we for sure wanted both of them. I just wanted to add that in there, it made me nervous.

I have used Frank Leta's Service Department since I bought my first Acura in 2005. They have always been courteous, informed and helpful. Their waiting room is outstanding with free drinks, coffee and some of the best popcorn I've ever had. When your service is complete the service writer always comes to the waiting room and explains what they have done and what you may need. They know me because many of the service writers that were there when I bought my first Acura are still there. They have helped with many issues over the years that saved me considerable money over time. It seems they have their eyes on getting customers to return. I'm ocnvinced that my loyalty to the service department got me the great trade-in I got when I bought my '10. I will continue to use Frank Leta for all my service needs......and for my next Acura!!

My wife and I were in the market for a new Acura recently. Some friends and co-workers own Acuras and recommended them highly. We knew how much (approx.) we would need to pay through our friends who bought the same exact car(as it turns out from St. Louis/Mungenast Acura). We live close to South County and thought it would be much easier to have a relationship with a dealer nearby, so we went to Leta. BAD MISTAKE !! I have never encountered a more condescending and sneaky person than the car manager Allan Massengill !! He looked me right in the eye and said the things I asked for were impossible, that I was way off base. Well I guess they're working miracles at St. Louis/Mungenast because the things that are impossible at Frank Leta are getting done regularly at St. Louis/Mungenast !! And I say regularly because my co-worker who ended up buying at Mungenast said they had the same experience. He said they were made to feel very uncomfortable because of their ethnic background, language etc. (they're Chinese) My wife and I are from India.

I had never purchased a vehicle from a dealership before and went in expecting the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I found the car on the internet and went into the dealership to take a test drive. After the test drive, I looked over the car and noticed that a piece of the trunk was missing. When we got back inside the dealership, the salesman immediately went to find out how much it would cost to replace it before I even had a chance to ask. I went in with the mindset that I would make them an offer and if they said no I would leave since I did not want to haggle. I came up with an offer based on research that I had done on the market value of the car and they accepted it even though it was my first offer. I did not have to negotiate or even threaten to leave. The salesman was very friendly and there was not a lot of pressure to buy.The finance manager shopped for a loan for me and the interest rate that he found was actually lower than what my bank and insurance company had offered me. There is some pressure to get you to buy a warranty.I have been driving the car ever since and have had no problems whatsoever. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from this dealer again.

This was my first time visiting Frank Leta Acura after recently purchasing a used 2008 TL. I met Marcus and Jason in the service area. They're a good team! I witnessed them helping each other when checking my battery problem. They also communicate to me, the customer, in a very professional manner. Jason had the car checked out, found some issues and recommended service. I accepted, but did not feel any "Hard Sell" which was good. I must say that I was very skeptical going to the dealership and went away VERY, VERY satisfied. I now have a "peace of mind" that my wife can bring the car in and Jason or Marcus will treat her right. I also wanted to mention that Samir the mechanic who worked on my Acura did a great job and was fast!

I bought my first car in 1963, and in the ensuing 48 years, I have never had a car-buying experience remotely as pleasant and stress-free as my recent purchase of an Acura ZDX from Frank Leta Acura. The salesman, Victor Kremar, was courteous and helpful every step of the way. He went out of his way to provide answers to my questions, always took my phone calls (or returned my call quickly if he was otherwise occupied), and kept me constantly updated on everything. At the time of my purchase, the ZDX was a hard car to find; none of the dealers closer to me were even willing to try to find one, just told me Id have to wait, whereas Victor was able to locate one, in one of my preferred colors, in two days, and arrange to have it trucked in to Frank Leta at a nominal cost. He gave me an unbelievably good price on the vehicle; and whats more, he talked me out of several expensive dealer-installed accessories I had been considering and thats certainly a first! I had intended to pay cash, but Dean Engledow, the business manager, offered such an attractive finance package that I went that route instead. When I arrived in St. Louis to complete the transaction, it was accomplished courteously, quickly, and efficiently and they had some awesome, fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies in the waiting area. I highly recommend this dealer.

The salesman, sales manager, finance manager and online sales manager were all very polite and patient as they explained the transaction. Finished the sale and follow up. I bought a used vehicle but treated as if I were purchasing a new loaded Acura. I had the car in the service shop and the lady that I worked with was great too. i would highly recommend this dealership to others. Maybe in the future I will be in the market for a new Acura who knows.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE VERY WORST COMPANY for CUSTOMER SERVICE, and the worst dealerdship I have ever been to. The people who work there are Rude, Scammers, and Inattentive. They sold me a car, after a month a motor in the car died. I had 2 year warranty and 3 month warranty from the dealer that they offer, but they wouldnt fix the car, they claimed it was my fault the motor died?? Finally after many phone calls, visits to the dealership, and consulations with the lawyers, dealerdship agreen to pay for the full amount on the old car, and for me to pick a new car so I could do a trade in. While doing all the paper work for the new car, and getting ready to sign, I NOTICED THAT THEY PAID ONLY FOR THE HALF OF WHAT I OWNED ON A OLD CAR. When I asked what was going on and why they were trying to be sneaky they argued, yelled and were unpolite through the whole situation. They claimed that they never said they would cover the whole thing. Then I noticed that they wanted me to REFUND them the money for the WARRANTY ($2,000 for 2 years) that I bought, out of my pocket while purchesing the first vehicle. They said that they had the right to this money because they need to fix the old car ( that I didint own anymore). They charged me for cancalation fee for the warranty that I Cancelled($600), but the warranty refunded me the whole $2,000. They stil owe me $600 along with many things that I will probably never get back. This situatuion almost caused me my Job, brought many arguments with my family, and caused me so much stress. Unfortunately, people who come on here to read the comments do it after they buy the car or after it's too late. I wish I went online and read more about this "DEAN TEAM" before purchesing anything from them. It is bad enough that people are loosing jobs left and right in this though economy, but then we have monsters such as this dealerdship waiting for the first opportunity to steal from us. SUCH A SHAME!

I was treated with respect and given every courtesy. I felt like I was seen as a human being not just a customer. There was no back and forth of "let me go talk that over with my supervisor" and high pressure sales. The salesman listened to me and proved he heard what I was saying. These guys went above and beyond in my estimation! It was as pleasant as buying a used car could be.

We bought our new Acura TL with the Tech package on May 23, 2009. In almost a year since we bought the car, we never had to return the car for mechanical issues. We have returned the car for routine maintenance. Just as advertised, the staff at Leta Acura is friendly, has a friendly environment and the maintenance issues were accurately performed the first time.

I have been a Leta customer for 10 years and now own 2 TLs. Frank Leta service department has kept my 2000 TL in excellent condition. That is one reason I bought another TL and am very pleased with it. Not only is the product of excellent quality but the service backing it up is excellent.

I have consistently experienced quality work for routine service appointments. I travel over two hours to this dealership but it is easy to schedule an appointment that is convenient for me, I only wish they would provide loaner vehicles for services under three hours allowing me more flexibility during my visit to St. Louis.

Frank Leta is the best place ever to buy a car and maintain it. These guys are great! My faithful little 2002 Acura RSX has more than 180,000 miles on it, but the service department has always treated me just as well as they did when I was a brand-new customer. They are helpful, willing to work with my schedule, communicate promptly about any unforeseen problems or changes, and provide a 'loaner' whenever I need one. If I do wait while my car is being serviced, they have a very comfortable lounge area inside the dealership with free beverages and popcorn, TV and magazines. You're not stuck away in a cramped, stuffy room with uncomfortable chairs. My car always comes back in perfect working order, washed and vacuumed.

I am on my second Acura TL and besides being one if not the BEST cars I have ever owned, this dealership, from Sales to Service is bar none, the most fantastic group of people I have ever dealt with ! I give the service department the highest praises that one could alot as they know their product and how to service it in a timely and efficient manner. My wife and I have purchased cars from Frank Leta Acura in 1996, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2010. We were originally attacted to this dealership by the "can do- will do attitude of the service department." This has remained constant over the years and all our cars have been serviced by this dealership for the past 15 years. Our experience working with the sales staff and general management has been a very positive one. We (collectively listen to one another needs and wants with accomodations been made on both sides of the sales transactions. Professionalism and courteousy have characterized our relationships. We have in the past and will continue to recommend this dealer to our friends.

I originally purchased my new Acura in 2000 from Frank Leta. The services performed whether it was an oil change or other recommended maintenance, was always handled professionally, friendly and on the time scheduled. In addition, the availability of a loaner car when needed was an extra incentive. It is by far the most user friendly automobile service that I have ever encountered.

My family and I have been customers of Frank Leta for 21 years. The first car we bought was a used Honda Civic, but the customer service and the condition of this used car were such that my husband told the sales representative, "The next time I come back, I'm going to buy an Acura." And that's exactly what he did. When our son turned 16 we asked the sales department to look for a good, reliable used car for him, one that would give him good performance and keep him safe. The sales representative found one for us. Most recently, I bought an Acura TL from Frank Leta and it has been a superb vehicle. The bottom line is this: I trust Frank Leta. The staff, from sales to finance to service, has always been honest, never charging me hidden fees and never doing unnecessary work. We have bought our cars from Frank Leta since 1988, and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. I have recommended friends to Frank Leta and they have all come away from the showroom with a great experience. Frank Leta has my business for life.

The tag line of Can't Beat a Leta sure held true in my case. I was looking to buy a new MDX and went to Dave Munganest and Leta. Both had the exact same car but Leta's offer was $4,000 better than Munganest. I live 5 minutes from Munganest so I wanted to buy my car there for convenience sake but they couldn't match Leta's offer. When I told them what the quote from Leta was they were surprised and said that if that offer was real then I should take it. The offer was real and I love my new Acura. In my case the other Acura dealer in town couldn't beat Leta.

My experience with Frank Leta Acura was extraordinary. I submitted my request through the internet and immediately received response via email and phone call. From that point I received nothing but excellent customer service from all the people involved. I came to the dealer on 10/24 met Victor K and was introduced to Kevin G. I test drove two cars and decided which one I wanted. Kevin was very professional and extremely helpful. Middle of the week we talked about the car I wanted and the search began. Within an hour I received the call that they have found the car I wanted.On Sat, 10/31 I came to the dealer, all the financial portion has been completed via internet and it was a matter of going to the process of selecting the options for my car, learning the car technology and just completing some paperwork. The whole process was smooth and painless; as a matter of fact it was a very exciting experience. Everyone in the dealer was so friendly and provided the best customer service.Overall my car buying experience with Frank Leta was excellent. I would highly recommend Frank Leta to my friends and family and would definitively come back.

I live in Illinois and have to drive 45 minutes to get to Leta Acura. But the friendliness and professionalism of their service staff has always made the trip worth while. Even if I'm having a rotten day and have to take "vacation time" from work to get over to Leta Acura, I leave there in a great mood. Ten days ago I bought a new vehicle from them. This is the third car I've bought from Leta Acura, and I can't say enough good things about the pleasant non-hassled experience (which started with an on-line quote, led to me taking an all-day test drive in one of their cars while I was having routine service on my 2004 RL, and ended up 4 days later with me driving a sweet new 2009 MDX home). We will continue to service my car there and recommend Leta Acura highly to all our friends.

I came into the dealership looking for a new black MDX and was very impressed with the whole experience. The sales manager was very professional and friendly and I never felt pressured. As a woman, I always dread going to a car dealership looking for a car but Frank Leta Acura made the entire experience enjoyable. I now go to Frank Leta Acura for my servicing needs and it's just as an enjoyable experience. Their waiting room has internet, coffee, snacks, and drinks...easy to go there in the morning and work on my computer while my car is serviced before driving into work.

Purchased a used Acura CL from the dealership and found the sales process extremely easy. I was happy with the search, service, and final sale. The car was a one owner prior to being turned back into the dealer and was fully examined and serviced before purchase. I have had no major issues with the vehicle and it has run great for me. I am no longer in the St. Louis area but whenever I have called with questions regarding service I was promplty answered. Even though I am not in the area I will consider this dealer when it is time for my next car purchase.

Purchased new over the weekend. Had a very unpleasant experience at Leta Acura, the salesman Jay B. was disinterested, confrontational, and appeared angry from the initial grumbled greeting. I (later) stated I'd emailed him a few times with no response, to which he replied "I don't do email". Also, I witnessed another Leta salesman belittle a customer. Very unpleasant and discouraging experience, I almost cancelled the next Acura appointment and went to Lexus. Fortunately I did keep the next appointment at Mungenast St. Louis Acura which was an entirely different experience. Salesman Bryan was not only pleasant, polite and interested, but actually very helpful. I had a price I intended to pay, which was quickly agreed to and everything was done. Mungenast was a pleasant experience with friendly service-oriented people, while Leta was a horrible, off-putting experience which will prevent me from visiting them again and from servicing any of my Acuras in their department.

They requested $500 deposit to find new car model I wanted and promised to deliver in 5 days or deposit returned. They did not have car in five days and would not return my deposit. After 8 days I flew 300 miles to another city and bought the car I wanted. Again I requested my deposit after telling them I had bought elsewhere and they would not return my deposit.<br><br>Before I had bought elsewhere, they had told me that a truck had picked up my car in another city from another dealer and it was on the way. AFter waiting 3 days I checked with the other dealer and I was told that no truck had ever showed up.
