We just got a new car from Frank Leta Honda. JB Brown at Frank Leta Honda was very helpful for us in understanding the leasing process. We were not looking to lease, but after talking with JB, and doing our own research on leasing, we are confident we got a good deal on a great vehicle. I would definitely work with JB again in purchasing/leasing another vehicle. Tito in the finance department was also easy to work with and very helpful.

Always have had really wonderful experience here. Looking at getting our third car now there. Their service department is good to. The wait area is large with TV, snacks, beverages. Sales people are always polite. Just been one of the better places I've ever shopped for cars at.

I really like the service department here. The waiting area is pretty nice too. They have snacks, drinks, and some outside seating. They also have a little area for kids to play inside. The service people are always friendly, especially Tyler. He has always been helpful when I bring my car in.

We had visited a number of dealerships to look for a Honda vehicle. In Frank Leta Honda, we took the selection of car seriously because we felt they were more service oriented. They understood our financial constraints and worked their way to get the best out of our budget. Steve Neely was the one who made things possible. He spent so much time in explaining details and was very patient even when we did not give the assurance to buy from him. We bought the car with satisfaction. Thank you Steve!

I'm a little confused... I recently visited the dealership to check a car out. The car was not available and I couldn't see it which was perfectly understandable at that time. I asked to see two other vehicles but was told that they were not available either (which was strange since both cars were parked 40 feet away from me). That's a lot of unavailable cars for someone whose job is too sell cars. I was asked to come back later which I did. Unfortunately, no one was available to talk to me. I called a few days later asking if I could come see the car. The first question I was asked was whether or not I was ready to buy the vehicle today... Well, no, I'm not! How could I answer yes to that question without having a chance to see the vehicle? The salesman then informed me that he was too busy to meet with me and asked me to call him back later. I am not trying to be difficult. I just would like to get a chance to see the vehicle I am interested in...

Went looking for a pre owned. Vehicle had been there for some time, but when test drove, it was broken. Made it .25 miles from dealer before turning around. They were nice enough to tell me they would fix it if I bought it. Amazing. Salesman wanted me to call their manager about my experience. I told him, if manager cared, he could call me. Never heard from him. Stay away from this dealer.

My experience with Frank Leta exceeded all of my expectations! I went in wanting to look at the new 2016 Civic and Kyle Lucas brought around a civic to test drive. He was very professional and knowledgable about the car, and made me feel confident that this is the perfect car for me. Once finalizing payment (with Loretta who was also very helpful and professional) I went through a briefing with Kyle to learn how to use all of the technology in the car and drove that car home on the same day! Thank you Frank Leta and your amazing team!

I had been to two dealers and was about to give up trying to get a new Honda Civic EXT at this time, when my wife gave me the name of Kyle Lucas. She had done a little research. It did not take long before we had made a deal and I drove away in my new vehicle. Kyle was extremely nice and knew his stuff!

I was looking for a used car to replace my every day driver, and found one that fit my criteria online. I was able to make an appointment to see the car the same day, and made my way to the dealership and ended up making the purchase. It is really nice that the hours for the dealership are so flexible, I was able to shop without missing work. Great staff and service, and accolades to an excellent salesman Kyle for making the whole ordeal very pleasant.

I just purchased a new car at Frank Leta. The dealership is great with excellent customer service. The best part, Kyle Lucas is amazing! He was fun and great to work with. He easily answered all of my questions and wasn't pushy about buying the vehicle or any added services. I would highly recommend Kyle if you are looking for new vehicle!

We were really happy with our experience in buying our new Pilot. We actually live 3 hours away from the dealership and have looked at cars at dealers all over the state, and we felt like they did a great job compared to other dealerships weve gone to. Kyle did an outstanding job answering our questions and we never felt pressured in any way as is often the case at many dealerships. He also made sure they did a top-notch job detailing our new car before we drove it off, and even drove with us to the gas station to top off the gas tank before we headed back home. We felt like they gave us good value on our trade, and overall it was a very positive and pleasant buying experience.

I'm 49 years old and have bought cars at a number of dealerships through my lifetime. Frank Leta Honda did an excellent job for my wife and I as we purchased a new 2016 Honda Pilot. Our sales representative, Kyle Lucas, was wonderful. He answered all of our questions; he was not a pressure guy at all. He worked with us every step of the way and made sure that everything tied out as we agreed, when we left to consider the offer overnight. We came back one day later and wrapped everything up; very clean and easy. I had purchased an Acura from Leta probably 12 years ago and they were equally good on that brand as well. Overall, I'd highly recommend them. Oh, they were also very fair and quick on the trade-in assessment.

My first experience with Leta Honda was great. Kyle Lucas was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I would recommend not only Leta Honda but also Kyle in particular. He found a way to get me the Honda CRV-Touring at a price I was willing to pay. The car is for my wife and she loves it.

While this was the first time I went to Frank Leta, while it was open, it will not be my last. Yes, I have been a "Sunday" looker! From the moment I was greeted, by Kyle Lucas to the follow-up call I received from him today, it was probably the best and easiest car buying process, ever. From my observations, it seemed that all the staff was doing their best to make sure all the customers were pleased with their experiences. While I was a little hesitant a to go to a new to me dealership, my choice to go to Frank Leta, proved to be the best decision for me and my family. I believe part of the reason it was so great is that Kyle Lucas listened to me about what I wanted, what I was willing to compromise, what features were important to me, and mostly, what budget I had to work with. By asking questions and listening, he was able to give me several wonderful options to choose from. Some new and some used. All options were given to me. Overall, it was a pleasant and easy experience! Thanks for opening up my eyes to what the car buying experience SHOULD be.

I have absolutely loved my experience with Emmanuel at Frank Leta Honda in Ofallon. I have owned a Honda earlier and just bought another Honda a couple of days ago. I found visiting and working with Emmanuel and Frank Leta to be such a great, comfortable experience. I actually look forward to my oil changes because I usually see my salesman, Frank Leta , who goes out of his way to come over and talk to me while I'm enjoying complimentary coffee. He is by far the best salesman that I have ever dealt with.. I recommend that anyone looking for a great dealership, head over to Ofallon Frank Leta Honda. You will love it!!

I recently bought a used car from Kyle at Frank Leta. I never felt pressured or rushed at any time during the process. Being that i bought a used car i expected a few small scratches or blemishes ans there were but they are so great that they are fixing those things for me. All in all i had a great experience and will be back!

Randy Borth was absolutely amazing to deal with. he was very knowledgeable about the product and took the time to explain every aspect of the cars features. Not one time did I feel pressured to do what I was not comfortable with. Matt Craft was amazing at explaining all aspect of getting me the best deal on my trade and on the car. Matt Prater was also amazing in the financing dept. It was a very hassle free buying experience

I bought a preowned vehicle from Frank Leta Honda last week and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Kyle, who was my salesman, made everything very easy. He met my pace and really made sure I was going to be happy with my purchase. I didn't have a whole lot of time to get all the paperwork done so they even let me take my car home for the night and come back the next day when I had more time to finish it all up. I will be recommending Frank Leta anyone that needs a new car.

This was by far the best experience buying a car I've ever had. Kyle Lucas was my salesman and he did a great job going over all of the details with me and making sure the car I bought was the right one for me. I didn't feel any pressure from the sales manager and I feel that he got me the best price in town. The finance department did an awesome job getting me a really good interest rate and showing me different optional plans for service, gap, and additional warranty plans that their dealership had to offer. Again going over these additional plans I never felt like I was being pressured to buy one. I give my experience a 10 out of 10. I will definitely tell my friends about it and definitely buy my next Honda from them. Keep up the great work guys.

I had a great experience with purchasing my used vehicle. Kyle was my salesman and he went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied. I had a small issue with the car after I took it home but he even took care of that for me. I will definitely be returning for all my future cars.

A great start turned into the worst buying experience. Donna (our sales person) was wonderful but things turned horrific when we reached the business manager. My girlfriend and I were treated with such disrespect and I found the business manager's rudeness intolerable. Yet, despite my request, management never moved us to one of the other managers, so we gritted our teeth. Although we love the car, I would have to recommend that potential buyers find another dealer.

We made an appointment last month to look at a 2011 Honda Pilot. Leta uses what they call "fair market pricing" and we were shocked to see that their internet price on this vehicle increased by $900 two days after we inquired about the car. When we asked for an explanation, all we were told was that their software program continually evaluates their pricing and makes adjustments. Incidentally, KBB value on this vehicle (in excellent condition) was priced some $2400 UNDER their "fair market pricing" and did not fluctuate. Frank Leta does not believe KBB represents the value of a pre-owned car UNTIL is it time to appraise your trade. Sorry guys, but I call this business hypocrisy. To add insult to injury, when we turned down their offer, they would not return our car keys (from the appraisal process). A manager appeared and tried to strong arm us into another meeting to discuss why "fair market pricing" is fair market pricing. We had to request our keys THREE times before they let us leave the dealership. Two days later , we found the almost exact vehicle at another dealership, priced fairly within $400 of KBB. In less than an hour, we made our purchase and were treated as valuable customers. So my advice in dealing with Frank Leta Honda or any dealership: 1) Do your research and don't let them bamboozle you into thinking they have some special inside track on pricing. 2) Keep calm and professional even when their tempers rise a bit. And 3) Always ask for your car keys back BEFORE sitting down to discuss numbers.

I recently bought a new CRV from Frank Leta and I can't say enough good things about my experience. I felt that they treated me with respect and were very upfront with me about all of my options. I shopped around at other Honda dealers in the St. Louis area before arriving at Frank Leta and experienced, for the most part, salesmen would would not give me the time of day and tried telling me that the sticker price was the best they could do! I truly felt I got the best deal at Frank Leta from my trade-in to the purchase of my new car. My experience with their overall team was extremely positive; dealing with their sales representatives and the sales manager was as painless as buying a car could be! Frank Leta is not your stereotypical car dealership; they helped me tremendously working through the red tape and didn't put me through the ringer. I highly recommend this dealership. I will continue to go to Frank Leta for any of my car service needs and for the next time I buy a car!

I have bought cars from a number of dealers over the years and the staff at Frank Leta is far and away the most professional I have ever dealt with. From my salesperson (Tracy) to the managers I was introduced to, everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. I could tell that they all took great pride in their work. There were never any gimmicks or cliches used and best of all, no high pressure sales tactics. The entire process was very smooth and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Went in for a simple oil change the staff was very friendly. I was advised my oil change would take about an hour but is was complete with a free wash in less than 45 minutes. I will recommend this service department to my friends and family.

Frank Leta Honda not only has amazing facilities, but they have pretty awesome sales force as well! I had a lovely experience choosing a new car, and the sales associate who worked with me was very helpful - she encouraged me to test drive as many car models as I needed in order to decide which would be the best fit, and, after I had chosen, she made sure to go through all of the new features with me! The Finance process was also pretty painless, took almost no time at all, and everyone was very cordial. All of my questions were answered in a way that I understood - no confusing jargon involved. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Frank Leta Honda and the service I received when purchasing and picking up my new car. I also understand that there are weekly car washes for customers! Purchasing from Frank Leta was a great experience and I have already recommended them to all my roommates and friends.

I have always been treated well by their service department, even though I didn't buy my car here. Every employee I've ever dealt with has been very courteous and professional with me, and Rob the service manager knows me pretty well by now as I get my car washed about once a month. Fast service and a much nicer waiting room than your typical Jiffy Lube.

I bought a new Honda Odyssey from Frank Leta Honda in October 2012 after my old Honda was totaled in an accident. Due to delays with the two insurance companies and Honda finance with the gap insurance, the matter was not completed until January 2013. I spoke to Honda Financial many times during this time and they told me there was no record of the new vehicle so there were no payments due. If there were back payments due once the paperwork was complete, they assured me that they would differ them to the end of the loan term. So my wife and I used the money to pay medical bills relating to my Parkinson's disease. Now comes the strange part. At the beginning of February 2013, I was contacted by Kevin Shultz at Frank Leta Honda, who informed me the paperwork was complete and I owed them $1,390.24. When I inquired about the money they claimed I owe them, I was told they made two payments on the vehicle and now I owed them the money. I tried to explain that Honda had agreed to defer the payments and I don't have the money as it was spent on medical bills, but Frank Leta continued to insist they need the money and have threatened legal action. I don't understand how they can do this without my permission or knowledge of them making the payments.
