We had a great experience with Don Franklin Nissan in Columbia. Our salesperson, DJ was very professional. He was eager to help us and made the whole process of buying a new vehicle very easy. I would recommend anyone to go see DJ when looking for a new vehicle.

Initially, I had an issue with this dealership not honoring their advertised and stated price. I wont go into those details as the dealership has since made it right and all is well. I will say that working with Peggy was a pleasure. She is a talented and hardworking saleswoman. Also, Bruce (manager) was a true professional in regards to sorting out my complaint. He went above and beyond to make sure I was treated fairly and with respect. It was very obvious he was customer focused and was not going to stop trying until I was completely satisfied with my Don Franklin experience. Thank you to Peggy, Bruce, and Josh (Finance) for turning what initially started out as a negative experience into a positive. I look forward to working with you in the future.
