Our salesman John Heslin was great. We stopped by the dealership to check out the Kia Souls. John came out and greeted us and I told him what we were looking for and we were just looking and not ready to buy. He told us about the advantages buying a car from Fred Anderson Kia and gave us a business card. There was no pressure. We found one we liked and called John two weeks later when we were ready to buy. Everyone we talked to during the buying process did a great job.

Best experience I've ever had at a dealership...hands down. Made an appointment online and when I arrived they service manager was ready and waiting to take my vehicle. He took time to talk to me about what was going on and even gave me an up front look at what the visit would be costing me. I also had a warranty issue that needed to be addressed and he completely took care of it, even called the warrant company for me. While i waited I had access to a quiet area with wifi so I could do work. I don't get that much done at the office as I was able to accomplish in the time I was there. I may have to start working from there :). When the car was ready i was cleaner than when I brought it in. Bottom line I felt like i was a lexus or Bmw owner in the way I was treated and that's something I really appreciate. Great bunch of people there and my next car "WILL" be a Kia and it "will" be from Fred Anderson!

I would actually give the service department 0 stars if it was possible but there is no option for that. I bought a 2012 Kia Sorento from this dealership and had it service here only. Then, things started to go bad from there. Just on 9 August 2016 I had a repair done on my high-pressure fuel pump that was done a year prior, but this second time was a botched job. This botched job, caused fuel to leak all over my engine and almost caused my car to catch fire on the side of the road in the middle of the highway on my vacation less then 2 weeks later. Another Kia dealership came to the rescue, with customer service skills only Fred Anderson Kia could only dream of. They fixed my car and told me it was because a mechanic had left off a vital clamp and put in the wrong hardware thinking no one would notice. Also put back damaged parts onto my car thinking they could get away with it. This service job FA Kia cost me money and time in a long awaited vacation with family. During this time, I could barely get in contact with the service manager at Fred Anderson or anyone else to help with me with the situation they put me in. I was dealt with a whole lot of attitude, no answers, and dodged calls. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone, however I still love the Kia brand. Will be looking into another to Kia dealership to service and buy cars from, but not this one. I urged anyone to look into buying or servicing Kia to look elsewhere than this dealership.

The service department refused to honor a quote provided and then the service director became condescending when I requested that they work with me to resolve the matter. They were insincere when speaking towards me and I am highly disappointed with this lack of service. I have used them for all of my past service for both of my Kia cars and have always been OK with them as they have always tried to fix the any issue immediately and ensure that the service visit went well. That is not what happened here. I will not be buying any future cars from Fred Anderson Kia and will no longer refer anyone to them.

I was highly impressed that Louis allowed me to send a video taken of the problem with the vehicle to his email. That was great and it allowed the mechanic's to see first hand the problem with the car. Also I'm glad KIA has its own courtesy transportation service. The young man that took me home and picked me up was very professional and well mannered. I forgot his name but he made sure the a/c wasn't too cold, was their any particular music I wanted to listen to, etc. In fact we didn't listen to music at all we just had general conversation. KIA needs to keep him on your payroll!!!! I give KIA a BIG KUDOS!! Just continue great customer service and maintenance on my 2007 KIA Rondo!!! : ) I learned never to take my vehicle to Jiffy Lube again. They had one job to do and couldn't do that!!

I had the BEST salesman! Xavier Overton-El was the best part of the experience. I had bought a Kia 5 years ago from Fred Anderson Kia but the salesman no longer worked there. I went to Kia thinking I wanted a particular car but once I sat in it I quickly realized that it was just not what I wanted. Before we even went out to look at the car, Xavier told us about his experiencing driving a Soul and although I had looked at one online, I really never thought about buying one. Well long storty short, I drove out that day with a 2016 Soul Plus and I love it!! Xavier and Dmitry (sales manager) were wonderful and worked hard to get me into the Soul I wanted and stay within my tight budget. As long as the service is as good as the sales department (Carl and others in sales were very nice also) , I will be a customer for life!

Everytime I think Fred Anderson Kia may redeem However, I later, I am once again disappointed. I remain just a number, not a person. I took my car in for two recalls, and I will say that Jake at the service desk was quite helpful in his efforts to make me feel better about this dealership. They are lucky to have him around... I don't know why he is still there, as he could do much better then work for this company who really doesn't care much about there customers. I later asked about their buyback program, as it was my intention to get this company out of my life... I spent quite a bit of time speaking with a manager and a salesperson, but was unable to reach a satisfactory buyback price. I understood the reason behind that, and that is not my beef today. What annoyed me the most was getting a phone call two days later from Fred Anderson Kia representative who asked me if I was interested in buying a car from them. The woman who called had no idea that I even owned a Kia , much less that was just in to address two recalls. As usual, they hear nothing you say. They only wish to sell you a car, and are usually unable to answer questions regarding their products' details, etc... I repeat... One is simply a number, not a respected consumer. If you just need a car and have a lot of extra money to waste, then you're in good shape here... Otherwise, run away. I am stuck now due to a new car warranty, so I have to continue to deal with this sorry excuse for a dealership. And one last note... The administration was sorry a while back... Sadly, after much turnover they remain the same. That is all.

They treat me with respect and at least try not to take advantage of me, considering me a long term investment and not just a short term profit machine. I know they are trying to make as much money off me as possible, and that is fine. But I appreciate that they try to consider my own limitations, knowing that if I feel like they are trying to help me save money, I will come back. Obviously, if I figure out they are lying, that would be bad, but so far that is not the case.

Brian Brooks handled my 2015 Soul and the problem I was (and unfortunately still am) having with it as if it was his own. He listened attentively as he documented the idle start/stop issue my car has been having and kept me updated regularly as Kia tried to fix It. As I mentioned, the problem is not resolved and I will have to bring the car back to Kia. I trust that Brian and the Fred Anderson crew will do all they can to resolve it. However, I'm starting to lose faith in the Kia brand due to this on-going issue. I've bought pre-owned vehicles for many years. This Soul is the first new car I have bought in a long time. Sadly, it has spent more time in service than any of the preowned cars I've had.

I purchased a vehicle at Kia in Raleigh on September 7th, 2015 through one of their banks. I also purchased within that loan a gap warranty, and a tire warranty, both provided by Fidelity in Florida.I refinanced my vehicle with my Credit Union on September 29th, thus eliminating the first lien holder . One of the stipulations for a refund of the gap and tire warranty was that the car was paid off with the first lein holder who had the payments included in their loan.I received a letter from Citizens Bank noting the lien was paid off on October 5th, 2015 by my Credit Union..I went to Kia to sign for the cancellation of the gap and tire warranty soon after, thinking since they were both through the same company in Florida, it would cover both warranties. It turns out that not true; each one had their own separate addendum number, but they didn't tell me that. I received the refund for the gap warranty soon after, and realizing it was ONLY for the gap warranty.I called Kia to discover it was separate, and I had to go back to Kia, again, to sign for the cancellation of the tire warranty on November 5th, 2015. I have a copy of that transaction that I sent via fax to Kia since that time, after repeatedly trying to get in touch with, or get a response from them concerning said refund. It states clearly on that cancellation notice that the loan was paid off by my Credit Union on September 29th, 2015. In a message on my phone, Mr. XXXXX informed me that the refund was sent to their bank because my car was still financed with them when I signed the cancellation notice. No, I signed that paperwork on November 5th, 2015, a full month AFTER my Credit Union paid off Citizens Bank. Citizens Bank was no longer the lien holder and was not entitled to my refund. It was supposed to be sent directly to me, as per the contract for the gap and tire warranty paperwork that I received with my loan from Kia. This mistake was made at Kia in their accounting department.In the times I did get a response, I was told, again, that I was not due a refund since the car was still financed with the first lien holder when I canceled, and that they sent the refund to them. Again.In the fax I sent to Kia, I provided a timeline to take care of any 'confusion' that may have arisen during our months and months of semi-negotiations about my tire warranty refund.It was a month from the time of the pay-off of the first lien holder to the day I cancelled the tire warranty, and within the time frame allowed to cancel and receive a refund directly from Kia.I am entitled to the $350 refund of the initial $400 that was added to the first loan. The tire warranty contract stated $25 per month be withheld, and since it was November 5th that I canceled, that was within 2 months of the first loan, thus the minus $50.I do not wish to name names; my sales person was nice, and all the people I talked to there were nice. The main person I had to deal with is no longer there and not listed below.I got a good deal on the car I purchased, so no complaints there. Also, I would like to commend Kia of Raleigh for the re-conditioning they do on used cars. Mine looked new, and even smelled new even though it was a 2013. I don't usually publicize complaints, but I find I have no other choice.

I got quality Kia parts and excellent service for a great deal. I got a quote from the NTB near where I live and they didn't seem trustworthy at all. I knew I could trust the folks at Fred Anderson Kia; it was a little more expensive, but well worth it for the peace of mind. I visited Fred Anderson Kia to just test the water, and had a great experience with the sales manager, Jay Aspesi, we casually drove around the property looking at r previously owned vehicles and had great rapport. I did not feel any pressure to do anything, and he listened to me and my wishes and my limits. The Sorento we were driving really appealed to me and gave me much food for thought. After several days of deliberation, I decided to trade. I was a bit late getting there, and the suv I wanted drove off the lot shortly after my arrival. A salesperson, Carole Henderson, helped so graciously, to search for a different vehicle. We drove around the businesses and didn't see anything I liked, but the vehicle I was driving was really nice (2012 Sorento EX 61k. mi.) It was not in my price range. We returned to the showroom and I really thought my search would continue on, I was trading a 2002 Explorer Sport. I knew I wasn't going to get much, but I had an idea what I wanted. We continued to negotiate, and continued until the finance manager (Dimitri) came out and said we are going to work with you any way we can. We want your business and to satisfy you. Carole was great and very open and honest about the entire process. Well, today me and some bank own a 2012 Sorento. These people were just great. There was no pressure, I could have walked away at any time. I do feel like I made a fair deal and made some friends along the way.

After working with Kia Roadside Assistance (a little complicated) and explaining issues on the care for about a day, Sales & Services both did their best to resolve all issues. They were very thorough, checking every detail, fixing anything possible, and since it was a brandnew car from their dealership, they took care of everything without causing any more distress. Working with Tabitha Wright at Fred Anderson Kia of Raleigh this past weekend was another perfect experience. We had to bring our child with us and it was no problem. We were in and out with the car we wanted in less than 3 hours! We will never buy a car from anyone else! She makes the dealership and the process incredibly easy and pleasant. She gave good advice but with no pressure and got us exactly what we wanted...with a friendly and cheerful attitude.

terrible negotiations - wasn't offered advertised deal - dealership could not admit to their mistake - was told it was a "misunderstanding".......took what should have been a 1 hour process over 4 hours to complete. very disappointed with management. they lost a customer for life. I will be going to a different KIA dealership for my next new purchase. The only positive from my experience was the salesman Xavier Overton-El was the only honest person I dealt with.

wasn't offered current advertised deal of Kia deferring payment for 5 months along with KIA Corp covering first 2 payments and 0% financing. was told by dealer management I could not get all 3 even though it was advertised on TV and the KIA website. then they tried to change the negotiated purchase price because the made a mistake and were not honest about it. I was told it was a "misunderstanding" when they could not admit they made an error. Too bad because I love the car but I will go to a different KIA dealership for my next new car purchase

My family and I drove to Raleigh from Farmville NC on December 28, 2015 to check out the deals at Fred Anderson Kia. I have to say that they more than exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have been more impressed with the care and attention we got from Mr. Carl Baker. He was not only very knowledgeable about his dealership and what they could do for us, but he had a tremendous level of understanding and commitment to our needs. He took the time to walk us through every step in the process from the selection of our vehicle, road test, financing, to touring the service facility and introducing us to the parts and service managers! Then he followed up with a personal phone call a week and a half later to see how we were doing in our 2016 Kia Sorento! I have not had many instances of using the service center until recently. My first visit for my current outstanding issue is what I would summarize as rude. I went with my husband as we planned to drop his car off and I would drive him home. I was explaining to the service center rep the issue we were having and why we had brought the vehicle in. He was making eye contact/looking at my husband the entire time even though I was speaking (my husband wasn't speaking). When we left my husband commented this was very xxxxxx and he could not believe that a person would ever display such blatantly xxxxxx behavior. When we came back to pick up the vehicle (they couldn't reproduce the issue we had seen), the service rep made eye contact with me this time. They said they had done a software update due to a recall that was out and hoped that would fix the issue.About 3 weeks later, the issue was back and occurring much more frequently . We took our car back again to the dealership who had managed to work us in on that Saturday (I was told on the phone they had no appointments until the following Friday but as it was a safety issue I pushed the issue). We dropped the car off and dealt with a service rep that was extremely professional and polite. Since we had dropped it off early Saturday afternoon, we were hoping we would receive some sort of response before they closed. I ended up calling them Monday afternoon on my way home from work (I drive by their location on my way home) to find out if my car was ready or not. It was ready, so I stopped and picked it up. Apparently we need a part replaced. The part would take 2-3 business days to arrive. Based on that information, I expected a call by Friday. By the following Monday (1 week later), I had received no call. I called and found out the last service rep I had worked with was now at the Toyota location. He gave me the number to someone in the Kia location. I left a message that evening (Monday). I called again Tuesday and left a message. I called again today (Thursday) and finally got someone on the phone. I don't know how long it would have gone on if I had not gotten someone on the phone. At this point I am frustrated as it does not appear that my business is important or even matters to them. I could understand this being a lower priority if the item needing to be fixed wasn't related to a potential safety issue. I understand they are busy, however, that does not negate the rude behavior I have experience. Nor the lack of even returning a phone call. What even makes the service center worse is the fact that the sales staff is so wonderful. We have bought 2 Kias there. And each time we have bought a vehicle it has been an excellent experience. However, I will not do business with them again as the service center that has to handle warranty issues is so terrible. I expect to be treated in professional manner.

I bought a 2016 Kia Sorento from Fred Anderson Kia. The salesman, John Heslin, could not have been more helpful. He and the sales manager worked with me and we came up will a great deal, to include a surprising great trade-in offer. John did everything you would expect in a salesman to ensure you got the right car at the right price. I highly recommend you ask for John Heslin if you are looking for a new Kia. By the way Kia was just rated in Consumer Report as the best mid size SUV.

I bought a used Sportage (not from Fred Anderson) that still has quite a bit of factory warranty left. The first problem I encountered was my break light staying on. They did manage to fix this, but if I were the manager I would be very upset at the process they took. I work in the repair business and I know If I wasted the amount of money these technicians wasted throwing parts at the problem, I would be fired. I had to take the car in 3 times. The first two times they said it was fixed. They replaced the break booster and master cylinder on the first two trips and it still did not function properly. On the last trip they finally called Kia Tech Support (at least that's what the customer support guy called it) and talked to someone who knew something. It turned out to be a simple switch at the pedal. Wow..talk about throwing parts at the problem. - Now I have 2 more issues with the car. The sunroof does not work properly and the rear view camera does not work properly. I have been in twice and they have replaced switches and cameras...you guested it...threw more parts at the problem and wasted more of my time and Fred Anderson's money on parts. The last time I brought my car in to address the issue I managed to speak with Steve, the service manager and communicated to him my frustration. He had an even worse attitude than the customer service people he managed. When I brought up the fact that my car was still not fix I was told by the people at the counter that their regional manager would have to approve a third replacement and would be in the following week. The customer service person said they would call me so I can bring in my car when he is there. No phone call was ever made to me...imagine that. The customer service people also told me it might not be fixable. What? It's under warranty...what the xxxx is wrong with these people? By the way...my wife bought a Mercedes and I brought her car in for service...wow...those people get it. Fred Anderson...take your service center on a field trip to Leith Mercedes and learn a thing or two!

The service representative (Brian Houck) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, and respected my need to have services performed on my 2006 Kia Sportage in a judicious manner and at a reasonable cost. He brought a number of issues to my attention that I hadn't considered. I was kept abreast of the progress being made and once the services were completed he spent time reviewing the work and discussing future services that I might want to have completed. Gregory White greeted me with a smile, and handshake as I entered the KIA showroom. It was the beginning of a great experience. Greg was very interested in my requirements for a new car; first time buying a new car in about 20 years and recently widowed. To be honest, I visited Fred Anderson KIA because I had seen an Optima advertised on line that interested me. It was a used car with low mileage and great value. Never did I dream that I would drive away in a brand new 2015 KIA Forte! Gregory spent lots of time going over critical points with me and understanding my recent situation as a widow. He wanted to make sure I got a safe, reliable, efficient car. The test drive was the best! I was amazed at how responsive and fun the Forte was to drive. I felt like I was 16 years old again, instead of 62! He took time to introduce me to the staff in the service and parts department; friendly faces for future visits. I was treated royally, but I got the impression that Gregory treats all visitors he meets royally! He really sold me on KIA and Fred Anderson.

However, what is a truly unique experience to Fred Anderson is to have my time wasted, be treated so rudely, be over charged for services that were barely performed or not performed at all and then have my vehicle returned to me covered in grease. That is something only Fred Anderson does. I spent an hour of my time picking up a vehicle that was returned to me in worse shape than I dropped it off in. I was treated incredibly rudely and made to feel like my presence as a customer was a burden to the shop instead of a value, and then got charged a truly unbelievable amount of money for basically nothing get done with my car. Being in customer service myself for ten years and having been to car shops that give a xxxx about their customers, I know exactly how how my experience should have went, but it went very differently. To make up for my inconvenience and the fact that the technicians dirtied up the vehicle, some amount of extra effort should have been put forth to make me feel valued. Clean the inside of the car instead of just the seat, comp my oil change, or perhaps maybe just act like wasting your customers time and damaging their vehicles isnt how you normally do business. My wifes car broke down on Monday, 01Jun2015 and it was not worth it to fix the transmission problem. So we went to look for a used car. We found one at this dealer through our credit union and contacted the dealer. Soon I got an email from Jennifer, the customer care representative. She said the car was still available and come to take a look. We went to there on 03Jun2015. The car looked nice and test drive was good also. The only issues we found were the passenger side headlight has water in it and the heat shield underneath the car damaged. It was raining that day so the seals on the headlight must not be tight so water went in. Then we sat down to discuss the price of the car. As usual with most car sale, the price was expected to negotiable unless specifically stated it is not negotiable. At the beginning, the sales manager sounded that the price was negotiable. I told him that to make it simple, tell me what your lowest acceptable price. But he insist on us to give him a price and my wife gave him a price. Then he went to the office in the back and came in less than a minute. He sat down and showed us some printouts to tell us they were selling the car at a very low price now. He can only sell this car at the price as we saw on the web without even fix the issues we found. At this point, we felt we were fooled. We left the place immediately. When we got home, we sent Jennifer an email to tell our experience at the dealer. She replied and asked us the name of the sales person. I then called her to tell her the details. Soon after, the sales person called me to ask me if we still interested in the car. I hesitated a little, but we really needed a car, so I had some discussions with the sales person and finally agreed on the terms for us to buy the car. The sales person also sent me an email containing all the details of the final price and we agreed that we will finalize the deal at around 5pm next day, Friday, June 05, 2015. On June 05 right after 12pm, I got a call from Jennifer. She told me that they had sold the car to another customer. I told her that I made a deal with them first. But she said they could not honor it because I did not put down any deposit to hold it. At this point, I got really mad because we were fooled again. But later, when I thought about it, I felt I am glad I did not buy the car because I really cannot trust them anymore. When you think about buying a car, especially used car, from this dealer, please think twice or find someone you trust to check the car before buying. This is my nightmare experience with this dealer. You can call Jennifer to verify it and I have all the emails with them to support my story.

Brought in the vehicle for a simple oil change but tech check other systems. Found where a mouse had gotten into the cabin filter of the heating system. Presented that to me and we had the system cleaned while there. Glad they found the problem and prevented a possible health issue.

Staff was very friendly and took care of the cost for my service because the process was not explained fully when I purchased my vehicle initially. During the buying process it was stated free oil changes for the life of the vehicle, however if the service you having done is free you still have to pay for tire rotation which is about a $35 charge, so it's not totally free, you have to pay for something when you bring your vehicle in for the oil change. The staff explained this very well, but the salespeople or the finance department need to explain it the same way so that people are not misled when they come in and possibly get upset with the staff in the service department.

My car suddenly broke down with an error message popping up that no one had ever seen before. The dealership was good about getting me a car rental (and covering the expense) while they figured out how to address the problem. It took a while, but my car was fixed and the warranty covered the repairs. I appreciate all the effort that went into figuring out the problem and getting the work done.

I was very impressed with the salesman who assisted us with the transaction. He was very concerned about what we wanted in the car. He made extra sure we were happy about what we were getting, he was very informative about how the trade would go. We were also impressed with the gentlemen who helped us with the financial part of the deal. He was very concerned about making sure he told us everything we needed to know.

Lee McKoy did exactly as I asked, and that was something no other dealer would do. He provided me with the detailed quote I asked for on the exact car I asked for, then took delivery of that car from another dealer who had been uncooperative. Fred Anderson Kia is the best possible car buying experience I can imagine.

Ill admit i was prepared for a let down because of my credit issues. So i went in expecting nothing or something at best, but andrew work some magic and got me in a new 2015 optim within my budget. I could not be happier.

This is the worst dealer I have every done business with. I called them on a used car and was told there was one that fit my needs so I cancelled my previous appointment and went to this dealership. On my arrival I was passed onto another salesperson. He sat me down and insisted on taking the information on my trade first I asked to see the used car to see if it is something I would even be interested in and he said he needed to take this information first. Then I was told he did not have that car, never did. He did not even try to replace this car with another one.I wanted to speak to the Sales Manager and was told he was to busy. I later called and got a hold of the Sales Manager and started to tell him the details and he informed me that he would look into it and call me back. He did not call back. THIS DEALERSHIP LIES TO PROSEPECTIVE BUYERS TO GET THEM IN THE DEALERSHIP. If they do this what else do they do. Think about it.

My appointment was in the morning. I drive all the way from Clinton to get my Kia Soul serviced. This was my first time. Service was awesome. I didn't eat breakfast before I left because I figured I pick something up when I get there. Shuttle services were at least 30min away. The youngman at the service desk, I believe he was the assistant manager, got one of the mechanic to take me to Bojangles and wait for me to place my order and bring me back. I was sooo thankful, because what that young man didn't know, is tha I am diabetic. I know that I should have planned better for breakfast but again this was my first visit there. I will continue to drive all the way there for any services needed to be to my vehicle.The coffee / waiting area was wonderful. And the bathroom facilities.....Spotless! Thank you,

Our experience was an absolute nightmare. Highlights: Brant, Daniel Rangel, and Tony Woods attempted to pull a bait and switch scam on us after letting us drive 30 minutes to the dealership 3 times, pregnant and with a baby in tow.On Thursday, my husband and I were quoted a price match over the phone, so we drove the 30 minutes with our 11 month old to check out a 2011 Kia Sorento. We met with Daniel and Brant, saw the car, test drove it, and all seemed well. We negotiated a price despite their many attempts to upsell us cars that were much more expensive. We left saying we would think about since we wanted to discuss it over at home and give one last look at the financials based on the quote they gave us. They called the next day and we agreed on a price. Since I was working 12 hour shifts on Friday and Saturday, we weren't able to go back until Sunday. Daniel said that was no problem and that the car would be ready to pick up on Sunday. We said we would be there when they opened at noon.We made the drive again and once there, we were informed that the car was actually locked up in another building where it had been drying from the new paint they placed on the bumper and, sadly, no one had keys. However, if we wanted, we could buy the car, go home in a loaner vehicle, and they would have someone concierge our car when it was ready. We preferred to come back and complete all the exchanging/purchasing in person. They said that they would take the car to be detailed first thing Monday, so not to show up until about 1145 when it would be done.Monday rolls around and we get a voicemail from Daniel at 1031 saying he just dropped the car off at the detail shop and it would take between 2-3 hours to complete. We show up at about 1230 to get the car and are informed that the car had been sold by another dealer. Many apologies and attempts to sell us far more expensive cars ensued.However, the same Kia Sorento that was miraculously sold in the two hour timeframe that it was in the detail shop (amazing!), is still listed online for sale and listed with 10,000 less miles on the odometer- matching VIN and all.

Couldn't be better! The airbag indicator light on my Kia (recently purchased used from another dealer) was lit; I had taken it to other mechanics who couldn't identify the problem. Fred Anderson staff identified the cause of the problem (a loose connection) quickly and fixed at no charge. I would have been willing to pay a nominal fee for them taking the time to check out the car, but I had heard horror stories about problems like this leading to a four-figure repair so was very relieved that they didn't try to take advantage of me by telling me I needed a new part or worse.

My experience at Kia Dealership was amazing! I worked with Mrs. Tabitha Wright and she was super sweet and kind and have an extreme amount of patience with my mom and I for it was my first time ever buying a car. She knew her stuff about the cars and if she didn't know something she would ask and get back with us promptly. She looked after me as if i was her 22 almost 23 year old daughter. Not only did my mom appreciate that because she got us a GREAT deal I appreciated it. I think If you are in the North Carolina area you should go to Mrs. Wright. She won't steer you wrong! That is for sure! Not to mention it was my birthday the day I purchased the car and she surprised me with flowers, and card and a gift card to starbucks! That was way more than what I could have asked for!

The price has always seemed fair to me - always. I am not up-sold on parts when I am requesting the service folks to check out something. Many times they check my concern and say something like "nope - that can wait longer" or "there is nothing wrong that we could detect and there was no charge to check that out for you". Dang! That just doesn't in my world! Thank you for being a place of integrity in a line of business that often has a soiled reputation. I recommend Fred Anderson Kia to everyone who will listen.

I personally appreciated Alan Fluke's (my sales represenattive) personal demeanor and helpfulness during the entire sales process. Along with the dealership's General Manager at Fred Anderson Kia, they were instrumental in making it all happen. It was because of their hard work and willingness to help me on the deal that I am a current customer. A fact underscored by my leaving Fred Anderson Toyota to become a Fred Anderson Kia owner and customer. I love my new 2015 Kia Optima EX, it is as exciting to drive as it was to look at and test drive from the dealer. This vehicle is a great value for the money spent. It can copmpare to more expensive brands on the road today (like Lexus and BMW). The new 2015 Camry, a close competitor, has nothing on this vehicle, in fact, Camry is still as unimaginative in its new redesign as it is reliable (its interior options are almost identical, even in its most expensive trim, the XLE model). Kia has demonstrated over time that it can do the same and even beat it. Its new look is more aerodynamic and sexier than your average mid size sedan. I look forward to my next purchase from Fred Anderson Kia.

We called in to ask a few questions regarding purchasing new since we never owned a Kia before. The operator put me thru to Amy the Manager of Internet Sales and she gave us all the time we required. She explained all the perks of owning a new or Certified Pre Owned Vehicles including free oil changes!! Not 4 or 8 but continual for a great length of time! That in itself is impressive. We asked to set up an apt with Amy and she explained her not being able to but she'd make an appt. for us with a sales person. Amy personally met with us and introduced us to Tabitha and then came back to check in on us as we waited for approval. Tabitha introduced us to Reece and other Anderson employees. We were impressed with their diligence and ability to listen: let's face it, that's one thing that's mostly an antiquated thought! Listening to the customer, caring if they are happy, checking on them as they wait, apologizing for the wait of the Finance Dept. and best, have the Sales Mgr. say goodbye prior to his leaving for the day! My wife is quite ill and I can say they also cared about her comfort ability as we waited. Second to NONE!! We know what old fashioned customer service was long ago, we found in at Anderson Kia. Thanks to all!!!

We were at another Kia Dealership a few days prior and we were interested in finding another dealership closer to our home. We found Fred Anderson Kia online and we were impressed with the offer of free oil changes and car washes for a good length of time! As we walked in, we realized the employees don't act as common sales people: 'make the deal and not care if the customer is satisfied'. Whether the sales person was ours or not, all make an effort to smile and say hello. Whether Tabitha, our salesperson is in or not, I believe adamantly, one of her co workers will take care of what needs to be addressed. Thanks Fred Anderson!! Great service and I'll recommend your dealership as often as I can!

After 1 year of online reviews, driving to the dealership once a month on Sundays and customizing my car on Kia's website...I finally purchased my 2015 Kia Optima SXL Turbo from Fred Anderson Kia. Richard Forcillo, Sales Professional and Reece Roberts, Sale Manager did everything possible to get me into my Kia Optima SXL. Both Richard and Reece epitomize the Golden Standard of what a TRUE car buying experience should be like.I told Richard what kind of car I wanted and for the first ten minutes he LISTENED to what my needs were (something you rarely find in a sales consultant). He took me out to the car lot and showed me my car. We grabbed the keys and went on a test drive. Richard explained the cars many features and ask more question pertaining to my what I expected of the car. After the test drive, I told Richard I needed time to think about my purchase. He simply gave me his card, wrote his mobile number on it and told me it was a pleasure meeting me and looked forward to doing business with me in the future. And he did exactly that, when I had a question, he called me back before close of business with a detailed answer....with no pressure at all!!When I returned two weeks later, quickly noticed that it became a team effort to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Richard met me at the door asked if I was comfortable with my decision, paper work was processed, Reece worked on offering me the best financing options available and the rest and my new 2015 Kia Optima SXL is history.Overall Fred Anderson Kia is an excellent dealership and I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. They were willing to go the lowest in price than the other dealers (even though the car was actually on the lot of one of the competing dealers). They honored their word on what they said they'd do. No hard sell or pressure tactics. Well done Joey O and Reece! My wife bought from Fred Anderson Toyota and they were also good. Don't underestimate the free lifetime perks associated with the dealer, either. Well done. Also, I love the car (Kia Optima SX Turbo). Beautiful looking and driving car. Perfect blend appealing to both my enthusiast and practical sides. That thing can get up and go, and handles great. Very exciting to drive. Amy Gifford was our first contact and she was extremely helpful with our initial doubts (I think she's in charge of online questions), after reading several reviews we decided to ask Amy if she could hook us up with Tabitha Wright, who, from the reviews, sounded like an angel... Amy arranged everything and when we arrived Tabitha was waiting for us, she was sooooo patient... We checked several cars, discussed some financing issues, and worked with our (mine) constant changes of mind... she was super sweet and listened to all our questions, answered, and if she didn't know the answer, we would go to someone that would know... VERY COOL! The guy that got us all the paperwork and signing was Bradon, he was also AMAZING! he was patient, and would stop when noticing that we were getting a bit lost in all the paperwork... it was a great experience and we will definitely recommend anyone to visit Fred Anderson Kia, I am pretty sure that all sales representatives are amazing, but Amy, Tabitha, and Bradon really rocked today, thanks a lot guys!!!!

they are very considerate and understanding when buying a new car. they have a great waiting area for when you have your car serviced; like oil changes, etc.. it's best to take your kia for servicing to keep your kia in top notch condition, i do and i have had my kia since 2009. happy motoring!

After we selected a car, my nerves started to get the best of me; I also hadnt come in planning to make a down payment until Tuesday only to select which car we wanted and find out my financing options. Wed planned to return later in the week to finalize things. However, the manager and Tabitha were able to sense my nerves and ended up helping us strike us a deal that we just couldnt pass up. There was no pressure, just options presented. They gave my husband and I plenty of time to talk privately, and again, no pressure. Thanks to their support and time with my husband, I went ahead and chose to purchase the same day. The financing process was seamless, as Trey explained everything to us and, again, didnt pressure us about any final options. It was just a matter of being presented options then my husband and I having time to talk it out ourselves. With an almost non-existent credit profile, we were surprised we could get financed, but Kia did it! They even explained how this will help us build our credit and then how we could refinance in 18 months for a lower payment. No one there had to talk about that with us but they did; we werent frowned on or talked down to. Everyone in our family is impressed by our car and the deal we got at Kia of Raleigh. We are forever grateful to them for making us feel like equals, making us feel knowledgeable about the process, and for helping us leave with our new car today!

It seems that the customer service to get you to buy the cars is exemplary, but the customer service to keep you and your car happy, not so good. I bought a 2014 Kia Soul in January, immediately I LOVED my new car and was so pleased with the buying experience I had at Fred Anderson Kia.....UNTIL about 2 months later when my car left me stranded on the side of the road, just barely 3000 miles on it. I was shocked! I had my car towed to the dealership and was given a loaner car. Before what couldnt have been much of an inspection it was determined I needed a new fuel pump, so one of them (there are two on the soul) was replaced. I went to pick up my car several days later and when I got there the check engine light was on. They took it back into the garage, cleared the code and sent me on my way, stating they must have forgotten to clear it.TWO WEEKS later, I find myself stranded again...This time, in the middle of rush hour traffic at a major intersection with a special needs child in the car with me. I again have my car towed to the dealership. After several days and several inquiring phone calls made by me, they have decided that I now need a fuel pressure sensor. When I asked if it was possible this was the same issue that wasnt actually fixed before I was told this was a completely separate issue from the first. Unlucky for me the sensor I needed, they didnt have so it was being ordered and they would receive it and have fixed on Tuesday of the next week (this was late Friday afternoon). I said okay and hung up the phone. Not an hour later did I receive a call telling me that my car was fixed and could be picked up. This did not sit well with me, made me feel even more uncertain that my car was actually fixed. I did make arrangements to pick my car up the next morning. So the following day I drove to Raleigh AGAIN to pick up my fixed car. Here it is July 1st and my car has been at the dealership since June 21st. Yes, it left me stranded for a 3rd time. (Total= 3x in 4 months, not to mention about a month total sitting at the dealership getting fixed). I traded my previous car in with 175,000 miles on it for one reason..Because it was getting to be about the time that major things go wrong and I could be left stranded. Though my little Nissan Sentra hadnt ever left me stranded before I feared that it may one day. I spent a year researching cars and test driving cars. I was confident in my Kia Soul purchase after the reviews that I read and what other consumers posted about their Souls. I purchased my car because I believed in the product and I still do. I think I was the unfortunate person that got a lemon. NO ONE else has anything bad to say about their Soul. I went to the dealership to see what they would do for me. I spoke with the general manager and told him I did not want that car anymore. He told me that they had made their monthly goals so he had a little leeway to play with getting me what I wanted. He told me that he would take a loss if that meant me leaving with a smile on my face. When I told him what I wanted, that was a different story.He was unwilling to refund my money. He was unwilling to trade me out of it for a new soul with the same payment. NOTHING! After already spending over a $1000 dollars in car payments since I bought the car I was willing to say forget it, just give me a new one and I will restart the payment of the loan. Nope, nothing. Im disgusted. I couldn't believe that even after all that I was going through this man was still working on making a profit off of my misfortune and a lemon that this dealership sold to me. So now its off to go through the lemon law process. I was trying to avoid it but now I have to. If you are from the triangle area I am recommending that you do not buy a car from Fred Anderson Kia, it is clear that they do not stand behind their product and are truly only interested in profit not consumer happiness after the purchase.

I had been looking to purchase a used car for about two weeks. After visiting numerous dealerships I ended up a Fred Anderson Kia of Raleigh. Never owned anything other than a Honda. However, the Kia Optima caught my attention. As I pulled up to the dealership I was immediately greeted by Tabitha. I told her that I was just looking and comparing prices. She began to ask questions about what type of car I was looking for and what was my price range. She proceeded to show me some of the Kia Optima they had on the lot, however, none where in my price range. But that didn't stop Tabitha. She said I'm pretty sure we can get you the car you want in your price range. We went inside and she did her research online to see if there was anything I may be interested in we found nothing. Still didn't stop Tabitha. She gave me her business card and took my email address and phone number and said she would call me once she found a car for me. We spoke on that following Monday Tabitha said I have a car on the lot that we can put you in within your price range. Tuesday afternoon I drove away in a 2011 Kia Optima. It seems that once the papers are signed and the car is purchased the lack of communication with the customer goes out the window. I bought my car almost two years ago along with three extended warranties. I went last week for my oil change and to have them look at one of my tries. There was a nail in it and with the warranty I thought I had it would be covered. I just found out that this was not the case the road side hazard was not approve and I would now have to come out of pocket for the tire. When I asked why I was never informed of this the answer was the person that was handling my financing for the car was no longer with the company. How convenient for them. Very poor customer relations if you ask me

I did my research on Fred Anderson Kia dealership online and I immediately noticed how happy pervious customers were with their purchase and their experience. I didn't see a single negative review. I knew from that alone I wanted to purchase my car from Fred Anderson Kia. I already knew the year and model of the car I wanted 2014 Kia Forte LX. Once again I did my research online. I had such high expectations for customer service and my purchase when I finally went to the dealership but unfortunately, I was wrong. Hootan was the first sales consultant that I worked with. I told him what kind of car I wanted (2014 Kia Forte color: black). As we got further along in the purchasing process Hootan began to start trying to sell me other cars that I had absolutely no interest in. I would ask him a simple question and get three different complicated answers in one sentence. Hootan Nour has extremely poor customer service. At one point, Hootan even expressed that he was frustrated with me. I could only assume it was because I didn't agree with everything he said and I immediately asked for another sales consultant. I would never recommend him to anyone. I work in sales as well and I would never tell a customer that he/she is frustrating me. I literally wanted to walk out and go to another dealership altogether. I'm so happy that I didn't though because another sales associate named Tabitha Wright helped me and did an excellent job. She listened to me and got me the car that I wanted (2014 Kia Forte color: black). I quickly noticed that it became a team effort to make sure that I was happy before I left. An associate namedLee Mckoy made me smile and did an excellent job in turning the situation into a better one for me. I do hope any other customer that works with Hootan will not experience what I did. Overall Fred Anderson Kia is an excellent dealership though I would still recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I do, however, strongly recommend that management keeps a closer eye on the sales experience of the customers

Joey O" is all that I can say! I guess the "O" stands for OUTSTANDING! I purchased a 2014 Kia Sorento on yesterday and he was super cool and laid-back. He took the time to explain the vehicle functions and programs. He let me test drive the actual color that I wanted. He was very personable, pleasant and professional to work with. I did not feel pressured at all. He gave me time to think about what I wanted to do. The finance person was great too (Troy). Joey went the extra miles to fill up the vehicle for me as if that was not enough, he even proceeded to program my radio stations and blue tooth as well. If you are looking for non-pushy salesman with a honest sense of ability, go to Fred Anderson Kia and Ask for "Joey O"!!!!!!

I also love the fact that she was able to keep my two year old entertained while we shopped for cars. I was referred to Andrea Rushing, and trust when I say that I was not disappointed. Andrea was knowledgeable, pleasant and very welcoming. She listened to me - with the understanding that this was huge, She made sure my wants and needs were both addressed when choosing my car. I was able to leave, key in hand, driving the car that I absolutely had to have: Optima!!! Not to mention that Kia's warranty is excellent. Andrea, along with Jeff (General Manager), Braden, and all Fred Anderson Kia employees that helped me with my purchase, were excellent. Having been a Honda owner for almost 20 years, I decided to look for another brand as my next purchase. Based on the high ratings, Kia was my first stop. After visiting other nearby dealerships, I ended up back at Kia purchasing a new '14 Optima. Amy and Derek were both extremely pleasant to work with. Derek answered all of my questions on the vehicle and was very patient with me as I decided on what kind of car to get. Out of all the dealerships I've visited in Raleigh, Fred Anderson Kia was the best experience. Everyone is very friendly, the sales staff are not aggressive and are there to really help you find what you want. The dealership is a very comforting atmosphere. Customer Service means more to me than anything and that played a big role in converting me to Kia. Their warranty is also unmatched, as is the Family Care package. I can't say enough great things about Derek and Amy. Both went out of their way, even after sales hours, to help me get the car I wanted and also meeting my budget. I highly recommend visiting this location if you are in the market for a new vehicle. I'm loving my Optima. Bye bye Honda.

My wife and I were interested in a new Optima. We were trading in a vehicle. I knew the financing/rebate incentives Kia was offering. I wanted to finance no more than $18,000 over 36 months. I also wanted the 0% financing Kia was offering with a $1000 rebate. As usual, we went back and forth several times over price. Joey O was a very nice salesman and of course, a "middleman" between us and the sales manager. Suggestion to all dealerships: That really gets old.Like always, the sales manager started very high from our price. I truly didn't care if we did the deal but my wife had been eyeing the Optimas for several months. But she trusted me with what happened whether we bought one or not. Several times I reminded them of the 0% financing for 36 months was what I wanted to do. This was with a $1000 rebate while a $1500 rebate came with .9% financing. Not a big deal but that's what I wanted. Several times they made us an offer, I asked them if it was with the 0% financing. The last time I asked, the sales manager said "Its what you folks were talking about." Finally, we were about $1000 off what I wanted so we agreed to not do a deal. No problem. The next morning my phone rings and its Joey O. He said they called a Fred Anderson dealership in Fayetteville and somehow they found another $500 for our trade-in. I knew how much my wife liked the car so I agreed to meet them halfway on my price. Since I was at work, Joey asked me to fill out the financing paperwork online and he would get everything taken care of. That way wouldn't be at the dealership very long. I am a firefighter and would only have about an hour or so so I appreciated him doing that for us. Later that day everything was almost complete and we agreed to meet around 5:00pm. My wife would drive to pick me up at the fire station and then we would go to the dealership, sign the final papers, get the car, and she'd take me back to work. Around 4:30 she's on her way to pick me up and Joey calls with a question. As we're talking about the financing details, I confirm they did the 0% financing. He tells me they only did the .9% financing because that was the only way they could get me my price. Immediately I was livid but my wife was already on the way excited about her new car. I'm feeling like I just got the old "bait and switch". If it was solely up to me, I would have told him to forget it right then and there. They say they found me another $500 for my trade-in but I guess they just gave me the .9% financing with the $1500 rebate to supposedly "find" that extra $500. The whole time we're doing the papers I try all I can to be cordial. Its my wife's brand new and I want it to be fun for her. But inside I feel cheated. I just decide to let it go for her. During this time, we constantly got the speech about "please give us 'completely satisfied' on the Kia survey." If we heard it once, we heard it 100 times. Out of respect for Joey, I just decided not to do the survey. As much as they beg you to answer "completely satisfied", its assumed if you don't, you'll be branded from that day forward. I guess most dealerships these days just want people to say they're great even though they're not. Why would any dealership work to fix problems if everyone tells them they're "completely satisfied"?Would I buy from them again? Maybe but they wouldn't be my first choice. I'd shop around and if they were the only ones who had what I wanted, I'd discuss a deal with them but you better know I'd get it all in writing and not do anything over the phone. I just can't trust them enough for that.

When I was first looking for my latest vehicle, Kia of Raleigh had not made my original list, as I was looking for a used 2012 Ford Escape, so I figured Capital Ford was my best bet. Wrong. Unprofessional-sales associate who talked on the phone while helping, walked off to help other customers in what I found to be a shotgun approach to landing a sale, kept me hanging (would not give back my drivers license) when I kept repeating that I needed to leave and come back in two days because I was going to be late for work, tried to trick me into signing a sales agreement when he behaved as though it was only tenative numbers (luckily I am not that foolish), and he was also 20 minutes late for the follow-up appointment I scheduled to buy the vehicle I wanted on their lot. (Side note:That vehicle showed up dirty, covered in cat hair from dash to carpet when he brought it around to test drive.) With such a terrible experience, I was becoming discouraged. The vehicle I wanted to trade in was a 2011 BMW 328i, and Leith BMW had been so wonderful, I was starting to think I would never again find that kind of car buying experience outside of Leith BMW. Then I contacted Kia. The Kia associate was prompt in responding to my online inquiry, friendly, and courteous (Megan Barry). When I went to the dealership, I was impressed that all associates who were not already with a customer were outside at the front enterance waiting to help the next person. The associate (Derek) who worked with me was straight forward, attentive, honest, and never once pushy. I bought the car two days later (after thinking it over). I was given awesome financing, and a wonderful extended warranty on the vehicle. I would recommend to others, absolutely.

On 09/04 I went to this dealer looking for a used car possibly Honda Accord. The sales guy approached me and asked me what my budget is and I told him 10-12. He walked me through the lot and there were few cars that are priced little above 12,000 around 14,000 or so. He promised to call me(he took my number) when he gets cars in the range I told him and he went in to office and I guess he spoke to his manager or managers. I have seen him talking to a bunch of them through a window while I was waiting on the lobby. Since I was outside I could not hear what they talked about. The guy came out and said he has a car that is in my price range and took to the back of the building and showed me filthy,dirty and disgusting car.(I am not exaggerating here), I could smell dog and see dog hair all over the seats. I asked him what is this, and he said they can clean it real good and he will call me back once it is detailed. This is the most disrespectful customer service I have seen in a long time. They do not have respect for their guests and customers. Why did not want to negotiate on the others car ? I do not know . I will never go back and do not recommend to anyone.-Dawit Yilma

I actually came in to the dealership looking at another model. But it didn't work and Andrea suggested that I try the Soul and I loved it. She got me in the car that I wanted.

2 years ago I bought a car from Fred Anderson Kia because of a situation I was in. I had a 2002 Civic and it was in bad shape and I still owed a lot of money on it. I bought a 2005 Ford Escape fast forward 2 years later to now I found myself in the same situation. This time Chad Susan was my sales specialist. He saw to it that I got just what I needed. Even when I wanted to give up due to financing issues he encouraged me to push forward with the purchase (which I really needed) He advocated for me with Chris and got me the best deal possible. Not to mention he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got the car. I left February 15, 2013 in a lightly used 2012 Kia Forte and I have never been happier. It is now August and the car is still as awesome as the day I got it. Chad still calls me from time to time to see how I am doing something I have never experienced buying a car. I appreciate him for his help. I LOVE MY CAR!!! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for good treatment and a fair price. Chad took care of me and he will take care of you.

What a great experience! Joey O. was very professional and knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. I never felt pressured and he was nothing like the typical car salesman. He let us ask a bunch of questions and he took his time to show me what the differences were in the vehicles I was interested in. I have already recommended him to my sister and my tenant!

I had a vehicle malfunction which caused me to peruse a new means of transportation. I started with the dealership I had always used for service on my Nissan and after three days of feeling like they just werent listening to me in my very desperate situation, I chose to take the chance and drive my wounded vehicle home. A co worker who had always raved about Fred Anderson gave me guidance before I had a melt down and insisted I at least visit the Kia folks. Andrea met me at the door and I warned her this was going to be ugly but she welcomed the challenge with a warm smile and a caring attitude. She invited me to her desk and listened to every word I said, jotted a few notes and never had an opinionated expression on her face. It made me feel so comforted that she had also experienced the melt down feeling when you cant even decide what to have for lunch let alone make a major decision on a vehicle while in a very vulnerable place. I visited Andrea on Thursday and Friday evening, much to my surprise, I drove off the lot in a brand new Kia Soul. I thank you Fred Anderson and I thank God for crossing my path with such a beautiful person as Andrea Rushing. Just for the record, day two of driving the Soul, LOVE IT!

Purchasing a vehicle ranks second to a home purchase in terms of stress and anxiety. When one walks into a showroom, you wonder how you will be treated. I visited Fred Anderson Kia on Tuesday, July 16, 2013, and any anxiety I may have had shortly dissipated when I talked with Chris the sales manager and Lee McCoy. I have purchased a number of vehicles over the past thirty years, including several Lexus models, Ford, Chrysler, and Hyundai, but I can say candidly that my experience at Fred Anderson Kia was by far the less stressful. Lee McCoy, especially, made the experience stress and anxiety free. The Optima that I wanted was there within twenty-four hours. My experience from initial contact to delivery was absolutely excellent.

December 2012, we began our search for a previously owned vehicle within our budget. We did not consider any vehicle unless it came from a reputable dealership, as they do not sell used autos without putting the car through an inspection to address any obvious or safety concerns. On 31 December 2012, we purchased a used Nissan Altima from Fred Anderson Kia of Raleigh, North Carolina. When we decided to purchase the car, our sales person stated they would install new tires, but later stated after a thorough inspection, that the tires were good and they did not need replacing, and the car passed a complete inspection with no issue.. we later discovered, this was NOT true!On 4 February 2013, we had a Nissan dealer complete a full inspection of the car, and found the following problems: All Tires need replacing - All Outer Tire Rod Ends/boots need replacing - Rear Brakes need replacing - Rear Rotors need replacing - Broken Motor Mount - Air Condition Compressor need replacing. Prior to purchasing the car, the driver side window had an issue of not going up properly, the serviceman checked it out and it appeared to be working, but later the same problem returned. The Nissan dealership also stated 'they would have NEVER sold a car in that condition'. With the exception of the Air Condition Compressor, all other issues were SAFETY problems. For Fred Anderson Kia of Raleigh to allow anyone to go on the road with these horrible safety conditions is unacceptable. On 1 April 2013, I spoke with Ms. Rushing (our original sales person), and expressed our concerns. She stated that she will check into my concerns, and call me back. To date, we have received no response from Ms. Rushing or anyone from Fred Anderson Kia of Raleigh.

I went to Fred Anderson Kia looking for a used Kia Soul. I had originally talked to Andrea, but she wasn't there, so Joey O. helped me. He was very professional but went out of the way to help me learn that my cell phone would work with the car's bluetooth. it amazed me. Joey was really helpful in getting my rental car back to Enterprise. He went out of the way to bring me my walking canes which I had left in the Kia Soul so that when I got out of the rental, I had my canes. That really made a big difference to me. That was especially kind and thoughtful. I really appreciated that kindness. It was an easy experience. I was ready to purchase and they were ready to help me. It was probably the easiest experience I have ever had at a car dealer. I would recommend Joey O. and the Fred Anderson Kia people to anyone. They were great.

I had just gotten my check from the insurance company, and went out to Fred Anderson Kia looking for Andrea Linney, but she was not there. I was assisted by Joey O., who was really professional and went way beyond expectations in kindness and helpfulness. I really loved the car that he showed me. We went for a test drive and I didn't scare him. He was very helpful in getting my rental car returned so I could leave in the Kia. The purchasing process was really good. It was simple and very helpful. Joey O. went out of his way to help me. I use 2 canes when I walk, and when we took the rental car to Enterprise, I had left my canes in the Soul. Joey brought them to me when I was getting out of the rental. That was above and beyond kind. I really appreciated that. It made a huge difference to me. The service was excellent, and I really love my orange car.

As a customer looking to buy a new car, I never thought that I would ever have the experience that I did. The salesman was very short, rude and was not friendly at all. It seemed as if I was a "waste of his time." After showing me a car, I was asked the purpose of my visit. As I clearly stated prior to the visit that I was just looking around and could be interested in buying, I felt very insulted. So, obviously, I did not purchase from them and would not recommend anyone to purchase for them. The manager seemed much nicer and friendlier but the incident that occurred prior completely turned me off.

She understood our price range, and worked with us for hours to find the perfect car to meet our needs! Pearl is my new (to me) 2010 Kia Soul. I bought her from Fred Anderson Kia on Sunday. Everything about my experience at Fred Anderson Kia was great. I stopped by just to ask a quick question about the Soul. This was my THIRD time visiting a Kia dealership. The other two visits were at a different location but both times I left feeling like I wasn't confident in the vehicle yet. Andrea Rushing greeted me as soon as I parked and let me know she was there if I needed help. From the second I met Andrea I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. I ended up test driving a Kia Soul that day and bought one the next day following. The Family Plan they offer is an awesome deal (free oil changes for life?? I'm in!). I cant say enough wonderful things about Joey-O who assisted us with the purchase of our new KIA Soul. I especially appreciated his quiet non-pushy sales approach. He was always quick to answer our questions. He patiently let us look and test-drive several different models (we really werent sure what we wanted initially) and gave us lots of time to shop and space to make a decision. Fred Anderson Kia is amazing they really have miracle workers in there!!! The Sales team is great and the finance team is great too. I went to the dealership not knowing anything about buying a car. Chad however showed me everything I needed to know and helped me out tremendously. He was very nice and very honest. I went in there looking for a used vehicle because that is all I thought I could get approved for and afford. However with the great finance department there I was able to get a brand new 2013 Kia Soul. I love my car and I love all the staff at Fred Anderson Kia especially Chad. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know who is trying to buy a car especially new college grads because they have a great college grad program.

I looked at different dealerships online for quite awhile. I got lots of prices and talked to lots of people. Once I decided what I wanted I was able to work out the price with Megan online and over the phone. Once I got into the dealership there were NO surprises like what I experienced dealing with other places. Everyone was really nice and helpful, the dealership was very clean and comfortable. Chad got all the paperwork finished, gave me a tour of the building and scheduled my first free oil change.My Soul was waiting for me with a full tank of gas and was perfectly clean from top to bottom. My experience buying a car from Fred Andersopn Kia could not have been better. I initially read the online review for the dealership and noticed that Andrea Rushing's name cam up often! Many other customers had written online reviews indicating that they had a great experience working with her at the dealership when purchasing a car. I called and asked specifically for her, told her my requirements and wish list and that I would come in that evening when I got off work to see if we could make a deal. Long story short, my loan approval was in place when I got there-she was very patient with me as I test drove some cars. She even backed one out of the showroom for me and that is the one I purchased! Her attention to detail and positive attitude helped make an experience that most people do not look forward to fun! The rest of the staff I interacted with was pleasant as well! Great Job!

Andrea arranged a ride to pick me up from the airport and even shared some of the staff's lunch with me while I was waiting for the paper work. My overall experience with Fred Anderson KIA was great. Jeff Williams was very knowledgeable & willing to help me choose a vehicle. If he couldn't answer a question, he was sure to find the answer. He was extremely patient and understanding- I think we looked at every Sorento on the lot & even the ones that weren't on the lot! He went the 'extra mile' to make sure I was pleased with my decision. He also set up the Blue Tooth for me! It was an extra trip for me to bring the vehicle back in because it wasn't totally ready when I picked it up (the protective coating had not been applied), but I don't believe that was Jeff's fault. He is a great salesman & I would definitely do business with him again as well as recommend him to others.

I received the best excellent customer service throughout the entire purchase of my 2014 vehicle, from the moment I walked through the door until I drove off the lot in my new car, and was pleasantly surprised to receive a couple of follow-up calls. The paperwork was processed expeditiously and I received my license plate in exactly one week. While the idea of buying a new car is thrilling for me, the process of interacting with the dealership often dampens the experience. Tim Fleming with Fred Anderson Kia of Raleigh, made my experience one of the most pleasant I've had over the years. Initially I chatted online with a Fred Anderson Kia representive to obtain specific information about my purchasing options. My questions had to be referred to a sales person. Tim responded via email and answered all my questions. I explained that I would be ready to purchase a car in a couple of weeks and requested not to be contacted until that time. I took the "don't call me, I'll call you" approach. Tim honored my request and when I contacted him to get started on the process, he promptly responded to my emails, and within a couple of days, worked out a deal which included sticking to the price I was initially quoted, and getting a good price for the car I needed to trade. Tim made my purchase virtually stress free and best of all, the total process from start to finish over a three or four day period only took about 3.5 hours!! Tim was even a babysitter for my grandson during the final closing process! My grandson had such a good experience that he asked if we could go back to visit the "car man." We had never visited a Anderson Auto group location. Our initial visit on 04/06/13 was very good. Over the days after, we were actually thinking to buy two vehicles after talking with two nice & professional people on staff.The return on 04/08/13 was horrible. I will not id names, or exact specifics; they were emailed to the group's GM (Mr. Carroll). There was a disagreement with vehicle pricing, but that was not the final deal breaker. A new element of unprofessional-ism was introduced towards staff and customers, that was not involved on our initial visit. It was completely unacceptable and we decided to never visit a Anderson dealership again.If one does decide to go to this location, see sales & leasing spec. Lee McKoy. He worked very hard to keep things glued together and help us.

Hands down the best car buying experience out there! They offer a no pressure sales approach, which I loved from the moment I walked in the first time. I've bought not one, but 2 vehicles from this dealership and that speaks volumes in itself. Derek had the car I wanted there the next day after we first spoke, and I basically walked out papers signed and keys in hand in less than 24 hrs. There's plenty to choose from on the lot, but I am picky and Derek made it happen flawlessly and expeditiously! Derek was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and what would best fit my lifestyle and what I wanted to get out of the car. I filled out an application online before picking up my daughter for school, within 15 minutes I got a call from them. Within an hours time they asking me what time can you come in today. I was so suprised. At first I thought it was a joke. I even asked,"Did I get approved for financing" and Audrey was upfront with me and said, "Look if we can get you approved or not we are not going to waste your time" When I got to the Kia dealership she already had found the car I wanted and the color. By the morning of the next day I had signed my paperwork and was driving off the lot with a 2013 Kia Soul. Wow.....

My wife and I were looking for a used car in the Raleigh area and we did a lot of research. Generally, buying a car is not a task I look forward to doing. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we visited the Fred Anderson Kia lot this week. We worked with Rusty Skinner, who gave us the right amount of attention, understands how to treat customers the right way, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We liked the car enough to move forward, but wanted our mechanic to check it out. Rusty not only agreed to that, but he also took the time to drive the car across town to our mechanic and spent an hour of his day with me while they looked it over. I enjoyed my time getting to know him a little bit.One usually expects the song and dance/back and forth negotiating with the sales representative, the customer, and the manager. This was minimal. Rusty looked my wife in the eye and listened intently while she spoke, the same with me. He and the manager, Kevin Walker were courteous, respectful, and easy to work with during the whole negotiating and buying process. There were some minor issues with car and they agreed to fix them as part of the sale.I work in Client Services at my company and have high expectations in every dealing I have in that arena. This is as important as what I pay for something. Rusty Skinner is one of the best car salesmen I have ever worked with when buying a car, or anything for that matter. I would recommend Fred Anderson KIA and Toyota to anyone looking to buy a car in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill Area. I had a very bad experience with another Kia dealer, who agreed to a deal over the internet for a new Sorento, then after I drove 90 minutes to buy the car, that other dealer reneged on the deal. I complained to the area manager, and he directed me to Fred Anderson Kia. They essentially made good on the other guy's deal, and did so with a smile. Couldn't have been treated better. I've also had one problem with the Sirius satellite radio (a Sirius issue, not a Kia issue), and Fred Anderson Kia has worked very well to try to address the issue (replaced the radio and antenna).All in all, probably the best car-buying experience I've ever had.

My overall car buying experience was simply AMAZING!!! Megan and I talked back and forth via phone and e-mail a few times, searching for the exact car that would meet my wants and needs. It felt like it was personal and direct in helping me find the vehicle that would meet all of my needs. Megan found the perfect car for me and set up the time and date for me to come take a look at it. Once at the the dealership, Megan introduced me to Nader and he was equally AMAZING!!! Nader knew every aspect and detail of the 2013 KIA Optima, and blew me away with his calm salesmanship approcach. There was never any pressure and Nader had the answer to every question I had. Once we closed the deal, Nader took anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to show me every aspect of the operation of the vehicle. That showed me that Fred Anderson Kia is more about customer satisfaction. I would HIGHLY recomend Megan and Nader to any friend or Family member of mine.

I had the absolute best experience ever here!!! Chad and the management team made me feel like one of the family. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and I'll tell you what....I have NEVER HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE :)!!!! I was literally in and out in about 2 1/2 hours. Chad took the time to explain the Uvo system to me (because I'm not that tech savvy! Lol). Lets face it...I could have bought the Optima from anywhere else, but chad and the rest of the team were so friendly and fun that my experience was hands down the most laid back and "stress less"! Last time I purchased a car it was like getting a tooth pulled! Not at Fred Anderson Kia though!!! I will recommend this dealership and chad as well to all my friends and family!

Chad went out of his way to make sure our new Kia Soul was ready for pickup.Tim helped find the color we wanted. Because what they had in stock was not a color we liked. Delivery came in a week early and they called to let us know so we could pickup before we left for vacation.After we picked up and went home the next day I noticed what looked like scratches on the front end..I called Chad and he had me come right in with it and they checked it out..It was from the Xzilon (just streaks from applying) They took care of it asap.They didn't make me wait for an appointment.Chad knew that in two days after we picked up the Soul that we were leaving on Vacation and help make sure everything was all set with it.Chad even called that evening to make sure everything was all set with our Kia Soul.Chad knows I am a huge and I mean huge coffee drinker and bought me the Kia travel mug..It sure came in handy on our vacation.(the afternoon we were in looking to buy,I went to get a cup of coffee and they were out, well they made a fresh pot, even though it was close to closing time)I was the one to do the dealing on figures and not once did Chad nor Tim make me feel uncomfortable as other dealerships have (because they wanted to deal with my husband and not me, hence they lost our sale)The one thing I would recommand was to have more colors in stock and not so many white or Dune..We were happy that Chad & Tim understood how important color was for us and help find one for us..I would and will recommand the dealership and Chad to anyone I know looking for a car..we traded in a Kia for a Kia and have to say we love the Kia's..
