All was perfect! I had a seat belt light on at all times - that was the reason for my visit. They re-calibrated the driver seat and it went away - easy fix. Plus did the recall and complementary washed my car . All this was done from 7 am til noon. Was Very easy to schedule appt too (next day). Happy camper! Glen was professional and nice! Great service!

Everything was great. Went not knowing whether I was buying something used or something new. Left with a new Frontier and felt I was giving a good deal. In and out in 3 hours. All i asked was to expedite my dmv registration. Generally it takes 2 weeks to get dmv registration. My job requires dmv registration.Its been 3 weeks and all they had to do was fax copy to the dealership or allow me to pay extra for overnight. They didn't. I have now been out of work for a month. The worst part is Zain didn't bother to return my phone call.In two weeks my first payment is due. I can't day i don't have money they will still expect payment.Very disappointed.

Between her and me we have asked same questions more than three times .However, through the mist of All Reggie stay polite, calm, helpful and patient with me .Nick came a short while to explain more in details what the warranty and the benefits packages cover. I was very happy and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends .

We purchased a brand new 2015 Nissian Altima in January. We have already spent over $2,000 in repairs to breaks, tires, and a mysteriously never fixed alignment. Not to mention that our warrenty included breaks for the first 100,000. They never mentioned that you get the $45 break pad for free but you still pay $400 plus for the service charge. The most recent insult to injury has been that when placing the car into park the gear shift snapped. When I called the service department to make an appointment, Brittnay, in scheduling refused to listen to the reason for my call and would not make me an appointment until she sent me to service. I hung up and called back, spoke with a different lady and had no issue. This company and dealership are a farse and will not support ANY of the promises made and contracts signed. I can't wait for them to drag out this new service for weeks and weeks waiting on mysterious parts that never show up...

I recently moved to Asheville, bought a pre owned Nissan Rogue and started using Fred Andersen for my service/repair. I had taken my car to this dealer 2x before, each time it took 2 visits to solve the problem, both times for a problem with the work/fix. When I got a further problem I resolved to give one more chance and try again. BIG mistake!!! I had a repair costing $600 (partly paid for by extended warranty) which did not fix the problem, in fact nothing changed. I was told that the problem was 2 possibly 3 fold, the next repair was going to be $530 and still might not solve the problem. I couldn't get behind the rationale that I would keep paying on a trial and error basis. I spoke to the service director Frank Nicotra, who told me to bring the car in and he would personally get with the technician to solve the problem once a for all. I had further conversations with Frank about being forgiving on the cost, on the basis that I had already had the cost of the initial work to contend with and there had been no change at all. He said he would work with me. I just went to pick up the car and the problem seems to have been resolved but the cost went up to $750!!! I discussed this and then argued the case...so they agreed to lower it to $550. So I ended up paying a negotiated down price that was more than the original quote without any consideration for a) the inconvenience and b) the compensation for an original fix that didn't fix the problem and c) a price that I had to fight for. In the end I dealt with Jennifer who tried hard to make it better even though there was little she could do....she at least tried. Frank said that it would the lowest he could go because it would end up costing him....knowing business as I do I am sure there were more options here .....instead I am an unhappy customer who is unlikely to go here again and would canvas any one I know who owns a nissan too.

He was very helpful and patient with us. He allowed us to test drive a Rogue and walked the lot with us while we checked out other colors and options. Devin and the folks at Anderson Nissan made it possible Asheville Humane Society to get back on the road with our Relocation Program. We were blindsided by another costly repair to our Sprinter van. It was a point where we were going to spend lots of money to fix the Sprinter, explore our options to purchase another vehicle, or suspend the program as we know it. Fred Anderson Nissan had the best add on options for a fleet vehicle, as well as a great warranty which made our decision making easy. Devin actually came to us on several occasions with paperwork etc. Now that we have a new Nissan NV we hope to exceed the more than 700 animals we saved with relocation last year! I stumbled upon the Nissan lot going to the Toyota place. That's how I met Michael Greene. I had no knowledge about or impression of Nissan trucks but I was in the market for a 4 X 4. Michael was a pro at talking about the vehicle. He explained benefits of owning a Nissan and their dealership extras plan. That made the deal very appealing... however, I was really on my way to Toyota and yes I went. After driving the Toyota truck, I went and found a tree to sit under and do some research. That's when Michael called , the first time. I told him I didn't like the other brand and asked about pricing again. He got right back with me and offered me a deal I could not refuse. He then helped me get my car I was driving and did not trade back to the hotel I am staying in, and took me back to the dealership to pick up my truck! I had pretty much thought that he probably wouldn't have time to do that but he did. He made time. I feel like he will always make time for his customers.This young man is a very good salesman. I feel sure he's been told by the leadership of this dealership to apply pressure but he only applies a tiny nudge. ( Sorry Micheal,... hope the boss doesn't read that part but pressure is not necessary. You have a great product that will sell itself and tell the boss I said so!)All in all, I will revisit Michael at Anderson Nissan for each new car from now on. I found a lifetime salesman who is younger than me and sharp as a tack!

It seems I stress out more buying a car than more significant life issues!.... Not sure why....but here was my simple strategy for a stress free experience. I searched used cars at Fred Anderson. Found two I thought I liked. Got an appraisal via email (You will get a lowball price but it is likely somewhat negotiable (if you honestly answered the estimation questions. It gives you the 'blackbook' price which is kind of an auction price rather than the true wholesale price which could be s a few hundred higher. ) ...so don't be afraid to ask a bit more for your trade!. I traveled a bit to Ashville as they seemed honest and not 'high pressure'. Bottom line they offered me 200 more than I had anticipated and lowered the new car price by another 200 off of the internet price on the 2015. Smooth and relative fast transaction....Very friendly and helpful. MY salesman was Brian Warren...He was great to work with.! Thanks guys,,,, Isaac

We searched the whole field--6 dealerships and 12 models. We considered rebates, discounts, and interest rates. We weighed gas mileage comparisons. We went in on a Saturday afternoon and spoke with Bob Miles about a car we had inquired about online. Bob was great to deal with knew everything about the Altima let us look over it with no hassle then we went on a test drive with Bob again no hassling us at all. We got back to the dealership told him what we wanted to pay for the car and what we wanted on our trade in and with in 15 mins we had a deal worked out and was off to finance we dealt with Chris in finance and once again wow what a great experience we were in with Chris maybe 20-30 mins doing all the paper work and really just talking and laughing! It was a great experience all the way around!

I bought my Nissan Altima in Savannah, GA but transferred my service plan to Fred Anderson Nissan when I moved to Asheville last year. During my most recent visit to the service department, there was a miscommunication issue that needed to be addressed. I was initially concerned that it would be a daunting task and an uphill battle, but the response I received from management was nothing less than professional, respectful and prompt. I'd like to thank Andrea and Frank from the service department, but, most importantly, I'd like to thank Don Woodruff for his efforts to rectify the issue. The level of customer service I received was beyond my expectation and I'm truly astounded at the level of personalized care I received. We intentionally visited the dealership late on a Saturday night in the hopes it would be closed - to avoid the pressure of a sales person while we looked at various cars. As we pulled into the dealership parking lot, we noticed it was open, and I cringed at bit as we parked our truck and got out. In moments we were welcomed by Devin Dzioba... it immediately felt different from past car buying experiences. It was a good different, non-threatening, and genuine - which immediately removed my disappointment that the dealership was open. Devin mentioned how customers of Fred Anderson Nissan are considered a family member. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical thinking how many times I've heard that line before. As we looked at several cars, Devin found us the PERFECT car based on our needs and finances. The Sales Director, Nick Tasios, worked with Devin to give us a great price, and found us a great rate on the financing. Chris Moore made the loan documentation a painless experience. Through each step, we were welcomed as a new family member, and it hit me... it was real. In a very short amount of time, we owned a new Nissan Murano.Devin met with us one more time to review the features of the car. Sitting on the dash was a thank you card signed by Devin. I drove off thinking it was a superior car buying experience, due primarily to Devin and the others involved. The following day, we received a call from Devin thanking us again. From the beginning to the end, it was a refreshing and new experience with respects to purchasing a car. If you're in the market to buy a new vehicle, ask for Devin, you'll be so pleased that you did.

We really didn't know what vehicle we needed. We had a list of what we wanted to do : camping kayaking, biking, shopping,. At Fred Anderson Nissan they listened to us! They took our needs and most important our budget and gave us options. We came home with our dream truck- a beautiful Nissan Frontier with crew cab. As soon as I can find someone at a higher level, I will complain to them. What a poor experience! Never again. Appointments mean nothing. Had an appointment and waited nearly an hour and a half before being told it would take 2 and a half hours to fix. Was charged twice what another dealer would have done the work for (I checked). No offer of a rental car. I was charged for the diagnostic ($125) - most dealers will void that charge if you agree to have the work done there. Not Anderson Nissan! What a rip off!My daughter just had new brakes put on her car and Toyota gave her a loaner to drive for the afternoon. Clearly, Toyota provides better customer service than this dealership. I can't wait for the survey...it will be a pleasure to give the rating you deserve.

This dealer has knowledgeable and nice staff. Nick Lindsay was particularly familiar with the Quest I bought. He answered all my questions with authority and without the games other sales people seem trained to play. The rest of the staff were equally friendly and professional. I understand the dealership must make a profit. However, it seemed to me everyone I saw was also genuinely interested in treating me as well as they could. The dealership was spotless. Although the paperwork was never-ending, the professionalism and good humor made that particular ordeal tolerable. I have a hard time imagining a better car buying experience.

I bought a certified used Nissan Altima vehicle here and just over a year later, I noticed some sputtering on acceleration. So I bought the extended warranty that covered everything except tires and brake pads Then I took my car into a dealership where I moved to and found some serious issues After a week of waiting while renting a car, they then told me that my car was not covered by the warranty because it had been less than 30 days. When I bought the warranty from Michael Duncan at Fred Anderson Nissan of Asheville. I asked when it went into effect. He said immediately! So I took my car right in to see what was wrong with it. Now that the assessment has come back that my car needs a transmission replacement, an expensive repair, they tell me its not covered. When I specifically, bought a warranty that covers exactly that. The estimated price for this repair is $3,600 which now I have to come up with out of my pocket.. I have just spent $650 this week waiting around. Car rental $300, cost of testing the car $150 and the down payment on the warranty $200 which is a worthless piece of paper from Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. out of Deerfield Beach FL, and yet, I am still sitting here stranded with no transportation. Im a self-employed business man who works from Asheville to Raleigh and now, Im going to be out of business. I spent everything I had to try to get this resolved quickly so I can get back to work To make matters worse, I experienced a level of unprofessionalism and finger pointing and a lack of dedication to resolve this issue that I have not experienced a long time. Ive called in about 50 times, left messages with everyone from Michael Duncan to the General Manager Don Woodruff and no call backs. I have to get lucky and catch them answering their phone when they arent looking at caller ID#. Just ridiculous. Im just trying to save my business and need answers.

I left my car at the service department for my 105,000 service today. They took me to my office while the work was being done and the guy who picked me up scared the daylights out of me driving back to Andersen. I don't scare easily but sat in the passenger seat just hoping we were not in an accident. I told the service department he did not need to be driving the van when I got back there.Then my service was completed and I opened my car door to get in and was hit with a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. I have allergies and take shots and medication for my allergies so cigarette smoke does not work for me. I complained to the service department and they said he probably did not smoke in my car but that the guy who worked on my car was a smoker. He should never have gotten in my car while smoking or with the smell in his clothes as now the smell in my car was strong. My eyes started burning and became puffy, my throat was raw and I could taste cigarette smoke on my lips. I am a Realtor and I have people in my car all the time with sensitivity to smells so I try and keep my car odor free. Now I have a smoke smell in my car. Jennifer did ask me if she could take it back and have them handle the smoke smell but I was already running late for an apt. at that time and did not have time to wait any longer.On top of that when I left I started looking for my information on what was done that I paid about $900 for and realized they never gave me my paperwork. I called the service department back and asked Jennifer to email it to me. This was around 5pm and as of midnight tonight I still do not have it in my email.This was a horrible experience and I hate that I have to go back to maintain my car in the future. I really hope they make some changes before my next visit.I have left Don Woodruff a message to call me tomorrow as he had left for the day. It shall be interesting to see if I receive that phone call tomorrow.

I went to Fred Anderson after leaving another dealership and experienced a total 180 from the previous experience. I was greeted upon entering, passed on to a Sales Consultant and on my way to finding my new vehicle. I went in set on a model and was guided through the pros, cons and reasons why I would enjoy my selection. I test drove the car and was on my way within two hours in my new ride. I settled on a brand new 2016 Nissan Rouge SV and couldn't be happier. Kudos to the team and I would highly recommend to any suitors seeking a new car.!

Although planning on buying a new car after a trip from Raleigh, NC to Lexington, KY our trip was interrupted by a breakdown in western NC. Our ten year old and amazingly reliable Nissan Altima was seen promptly by service under the direction of Jennifer Kendell who was responsive to our situation and was prompt and accurate in diagnosing the problem. The diagnosis prompted us to move up our purchase of a new Nissan Altima if, and only if, the sale could be turned around in the course of the afternoon. This is where Joe Rodgers and the rest of the Nissan team came in, especially Joe who had given us a cordial tour of the lot while our old Altima was being diagnosed. Joe expedited the sale and after a long afternoon we left with a new Altima with all the features both my wife and I were looking for, an answer to prayer. Joe was attentive, empathetic, personable, easy to work with and fair. His customer focus was exemplary and his follow up since our purchase has been as well. I would rate my experience with Joe as a 5 out of 5!Joe's manager Mark Clampitt and financing representative Zain Rigby also provided wonderful and timely support.

I have been purchasing vehicles for 40 years so you can say I can tell good from bad. Sales people and the service technicians make or beak the deslership....not the sales managers. Scott Lusby at Anderson Nissan was/is my sales person. In my opinion, he is one of the best I have had the pleasure dealing with in 40 yrs. What distinguishes Scott from others is his professional demeanor, his steadiness in building the relationship and his attention to detail.I would recommend to anyone to go see Scott.The dealership is modern and very clean. The people in the service department seemed engaging when Scott introduced me. Let's hope I get the same level of attention in service as Scott gave me in sales.

Bobby agreed to fix items and then basically called my wife and I liars even after we had sat with him and given him the list, reviewed the list and his exact words were I will take care of thisI bought the car a month ago of which they had it 12 days when I picked it up they had completed 2 of the items on the list, Bobby then tried to say they could not do several of the othersBecause I was not happy he got Chris involved who was backing Bobby and then was sarcastic and when I questioned why they did not want to give me a loaner he kept saying we have spent 35 dollars a day previously which I had to defend and say they had my car for two weeks and did not fix all the issues after being disrespected and argued with he eventually agreed to give me a rental I picked up my car two days later it seems like all is good however I won't be surprised if the stain they had made on the leather seat while replacing the tint and then removed does not come back all in all they had my care for 14 days Those two unfortunately give used car sales men the reputation they haveI think the Anderson family should be concerned

We visited Asheville NC; this past Saturday in the hopes of finding a new car for our family. We went to several dealerships before we came to Fred Anderson. We had test drove several cars as well before coming to this lot. Soon as we got there we were greeted and offered coffee. We told our Sales Rep what we were looking for and the first car he showed us was exactly what we were looking for and what our family needed. I had a great purchasing experience at Anderson Nissan of Asheville. I arrive with my eye on a specific car, however, I did NOT tell the sales person which specific car I was looking at. I mention some color preferences, some options that I wanted, and a few vehicle styles I was interested in. The sales person, Devin Dzioba, took my information and told me he would be back with a vehicle to test drive. Out of the MANY cars available, he brought up the exact vehicle I wanted (right down to the VIN). After test driving, we discussed financing possibilities and Devin was very patient with us as my husband and I juggled numbers. My husband jokingly mentioned that the only thing missing there was donuts (something a dealer, he had dealt with in Florida, had). A short while later, my husband was presented with brownies!!! It made for a great laugh and seriously impressed us.We bought the car and then told Devin that he had picked the exact car I had been considering.While getting informed of all of our extended warranty options and coverages, we had the pleasure of working working with Michael Duncan. In addition to giving us lots of great information, he showed a lot of patience and professionalism as we decided what options best suited our needs.It was a great experience for me and I will definitely be recommending this dealership!

Lets face it nobody wants to go trade cars at a car dealership but these guys and girls make it as great an experience as is possible. Scott and Mark were very helpful in getting me the right car at the right payment amount. Zain in Finance got me in and out as fast as possible considering all of the documents that have to be signed today during a purchase or lease. The guys in the back quickly detailed my car and filled up the gas tank while I was waiting to finish in the Finance department.

Just bought a 2015 Juke from Fred Anderson Nissan for my wife. Worked with Sam Hartman to find the car we wanted and Sam made sure we were getting the right vehicle. Sam worked to get us the trade-in value we needed and got all of the paper work ready so that when we arrived at the dealership the next morning the "closing" went very smoothly. We worked with Chris Moore on the finance side of things and he explained our service and maintenance options very clearly and got us in and out in record time. This is the fourth Nissan I have purchased from Fred Anderson Nissan, and I have always felt that the purchase and following service visits have been excellent. I will continue to make Anderson Nissan my automobile partner in the future.

We have been dealing with Fred Anderson Nissan of Asheville since 2012. We were extremely happy with our 2012 Maxima that when we were ready to purchase another new vehicle, we shopped around but ended up back at Fred Anderson. We spent alot of time going back and forth with Scott Lusby over the price and finally reached a deal that we were happy with on a 2015 Murano SL. Scott was very patient with us this the entire process. He and Sam took the time to show my wife the features of the vehicle and the financing was quickly approved and the paperwork processed in a timely manner. We highly recommend Fred Anderson of Asheville and ask for Scott or Sam, they will take care of you.

I have bought many cars in my day and never had a good experience until I stepped foot into Fred Anderson Nissan and and met Sam Hartman. He just felt "real" and had my best interest at heart. Together we found the perfect car that was safe for me and my little girl Roxie. I was texted him late at night on his personal cell phone asking him about different cars and he helped me out no matter what time it was. Chris Moore was very helpful and always had a genuine smile on his face when interacting with me. Michael was also very helpful not to mention he too is a huge Star Wars fan like me so that made signing all the paperwork a little faster. Love these men and all their help but Sam is my favorite. This was my second car I had bought from Nissan of Asheville, NC. Jeremy Greene went out of his way to explain any questions I had. I had went on line to look at cars and found one I thought was for me. Left a message and requested Jeremy Greene as the person I wanted to deal with and talk to. Within an hour he called me back. I ask about the car, he answered all my questions. I told him I would like to come the next day yo look at the car and test drive it. We set a time. He said he would have the car ready. When I got there he was standing outside in the cold waiting on me. He had already driven the car up front so it would be ready. My time was not waisted on waiting. All service was excellent. I got in and out as quick as possible and drove away in my new car. Thank you Jeremy Greene. I will be back for another one in the future. Hope your there.

I knew I wanted a Nissan and had specific requirements. There were options on my current vehicle that I was not willing to give up. I compromised only on the color of the vehicle. I had to. The vehicle they had in stock was exactly what I wanted except for the color. I believe I might never have found a car as clean and well cared for as this one. The team of professionals was also quite impressive. I worked mostly with Donald, a sales professional. However, others, like Michael, stepped in to assist and speed up the process. They worked together like a well-oiled machine. The finance people worked to get me a great rate. The person handling the usual mountain of paperwork that is required to meet regulations was also friendly and knowledgeable. He had a sense of humor but remained professional and got the job done. Each step of the process was explained before it happened and I appreciated that very much. I would highly recommend this team and their product for purchasing your next vehicle.

Late last evening we drove home in our new 2016 Nissan Rogue SL with cayenne color. We compared the Rogue to a few other cars in the same class including the Mazda CX-5. Although we liked the look of the CX-3 and CX-5 more than the Rogue, there was an immediate recognition that the driveability of the Rogue was quite superior. Mark Filleman was our salesperson and we sure resonated with his low key information delivering and his honest approach. Mark, the manager, was good to deal with, too, and really didn't give us the good cop bad cop schtick. The business manager Zaine was efficient and quick with a nice personna to back it up. They only had Platinums in the lot so he worked out a way for us to afford a brand new 2015 Pathfinder Platinum. We never dreamed of having such a nice vehicle and much less new! I started my search for my new truck before Thanksgiving. Devin helped me get information to compare features and price on new and used vehicles available. I found the exact vehicle I wanted, but needed time to arrange financing after seeing the numbers Nick shared with me. Devin contacted me several times with information about available trucks, but wasn't pushy when I said I wasn't ready. Just before Christmas I finally had time to explore financing options and emailed Devin before work to find out how soon they could get me the truck I wanted. Had an appt. 11/24/15 at 1:15pm. Got there early, 30 minutes. Waited till 3:15 pm ask Jennifer to check the statis of my vehicle. No reply. Went to desk to see what's up 2 1/2 hours later still sitting 10 feet where I left it. Decided to leave as people came and left and me still waiting. Then the car would not start. Not the battery. 3 battery packs to charge it....NOT the battery. Finally used car repairman started it. Left no oil change.....NO SERVICE. I GET MORE RESPECT AT JIFFY LUBE.

I have looked at a ton of options and have had Fred Anderson quote me on a couple different vehicles. They also gave me a fantastic first quote price. I opted to go a different route altogether in the end by throughout the process Fred Anderson never waivered, never gave me a hard time and always treated me as a top tier customer. I wish I could have ended up purchasing from them but sometimes the dice just don't come out that way. They will however continue to be one of my first stops every time I am on the hunt. (lucky for them, I average about 2 purchases a year, I've got a problem! LOL)Ask for Brian Warren and he'll treat you right and go the extra nine yards for you no matter how often you change your mind!!!

Years of Sales Manager experience in high end Mercedes dealerships in NY and FL make him an easy, seasoned professional. No smarmy sales tactics...just straight dealing, and they cut me a stellar deal on a wonderful new car (great price, full incentives/rebates and full payoff on my trade). The F&I manager and sales manager were also straight shooters. Sure, everyone tries to up sell you on warranties, coatings, service plans, etc. but they ease off graciously if you kindly tell them no. Nothing like the high pressure tactics at other dealerships I've visited. Followup has been friendly but not overbearing.I have been servicing my Altima here all along, and will continue to do so with my new car. I like the "Family Plan" savings. Always found the service department accommodating and friendly. Not sure why the other reviews are so negative. On 5/27/15 my 75 year old mother Pat Justice wanted to buy a new car for herself, not completely new, but new to her. I, her son told her to go see the 2012 Nissan Sentra that Fred Anderson had just put on their website, since that was what she was looking for and their TV ads showed them to be a good dealership. After buying the car and paying too much for the (administration fee)or doc fee as everyone else calls it, and seeing that they had not washed or vacuumed it out before she bought it, I just discounted as an oversight. Then when she called me to complain about the lack of power going uphill from a stop , and being afraid she would be run over. I went to check it myself, and after driving it I told her it seemed not to have enough power and that the brakes felt funny, and told her to call the dealership. She took it to Fred Anderson on 6/3/15 and was told nothing was wrong with the power but it needed a brake job. They turned the brake rotors, did not replace the pads, and did a 4 wheel alignment, and a full checkup including the battery, all costing her $252.09. All of which should have been done before selling the car to the public. And just a side note to all, don't let them tell you that you need a 4 wheel alignment on a front wheel drive car, it's a lie and not possible, (2 wheel alignment only possible, and should be cheaper, and not to replace brake pads during a brake job is shameful). Then on 7/23/15 she called me again with a dead battery and no way to get to work. So I closed my business and took her a new battery to replace the one checked by Fred Anderson, which showed only 59 amps, costing me over $112.00 and an hour of lost business. I would hate to think that they do this kind of service to all of their elderly customers. I guess you have to be one of their family members to get the family plan. I don't recommend Fred Anderson Nissan or any Nissan products to anyone.

From the moment I stepped into this dealership, I really felt like the word "family" definitely applied. Even my grandmother knew about their "family plan" so they do a wonderful job of advertising and bringing people in. My mom had decided to buy a new car a month prior and was already very happy with her new Nissan, so I couldn't wait to look around! Unlike other car dealerships, I didn't feel overwhelmed, I didn't feel like I was being "wheeled and dealed" and that's what made it great! The first car he showed me was the one I ended up driving off the lot, and it was happy 100%! He explained everything so well, he took the time to answer any of my questions, and he really made it easy to deal with. I didn't feel overwhelmed (more than I already was buying a car), and I felt like he really had my best interest at heart! He showed me how to work everything, was encouraging about the whole process, and made it a seamless experience! When I dealt with Zain for my financing, he made signing 1000 pieces of paperwork manageable, and not overwhelming. He made things very easy to deal with and easy to work with! Even though that room and the paperwork can seem daunting, he worked with me from the moment he shook my hand, and he eased any and all of my concerns.Overall I would recommend this dealership 100%, and if you get Michael then you will have an awesome experience! For most of us, buying a car is a difficult experience, Anderson Nissan made this as painless as possible. I found the car and price I liked on the internet and notified them that I wanted to test drive it. I received a phone call very soon after and was able to set up an appointment for the drive. Mr. Greene had the car ready and waiting for me. I decided to buy it and the whole experience from test drive to my driving off the lot in my new car took less than 2 hours which was a record for me. Mr. Greene explained everything in the car to me and helped me set up the Bluetooth with my phone. I would definitely go back this dealership. Mr. Rigby in finance was very helpful and didn't push any special packages on me. I left with my new car happy and not feeling that I had been taken advantage of.

I will never buy a car from this dealer again. They stated when my wife and I bought our Nissan Quest that the Family Plan was the way to go. Since purchasing our van we have had to have the brakes replaced on the rear at a cost of almost $300. I tried to have them replaced else ware but was told by Fred Anderson if I do so the warranty will be voided. We needed tires so when checking prices Fred Anderson told me they would not recommend a certain tire however that is the exact same tire they put on the car at Nissan. We bought tires at Discount Tire and received free rotation for life of tire. When we went in for a "FREE" oil change the Nissan service department said I still have to pay Fred Anderson to rotate the tires. They charged me $25 for tire rotation but, DID NOT rotate the tires I marked them before going in for service and they are in the same place as before I got there. This tells me the oil change is not free I pay for it every time with tire rotation that probably never get's done! I am disgusted with the attitude the service tech. gave my wife when she questioned the tire rotation fee on her receipt. The service department at Brevard Rd. in Asheville is very unprofessional and rude! I will never purchase another Nissan at Fred Anderson again and I will make sure everyone I know understands what they are in for when purchasing one there as well.

I was just thinking in the future of trading so I went to the dealers website to get an idea of the trade in value of 2 cars. Scott called me and we just started talking over what I was interested in and he went to work. It was the end of the month on Monday and he needed me to buy for the incentives he quoted to kick but I was sick with a summer cold and just didn't feel like going in. He got all the paperwork together and came to the house to get signed. I recently decided to purchase a new mid-sized SUV after 10 years of driving a Nissan Sentra with a 19-year old Pathfinder as my "Lowe's trip" vehicle. I looked at several options from several dealers in the area. I narrowed my wish list down to my top four vehicles, including a used 2014 Nissan Rogue. I planned to write a check for the car rather than financing and had an exact amount of money to spend. With that in mind, since I had purchased two previous vehicles from Anderson Nissan, I decided to give them the first opportunity to win my business. I also liked the idea of the dealership's "Family Plan" which extends the manufacture's Powertrain warranty to a lifetime warranty. That was important to me because I do keep cars for a long period of time.My salesman, Donald Dobbins, was extremely helpful in exploring all the options, including some that I had not previously considered. He was not high pressure. He did not make a lot of false promises. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and, when he did not know something, he found out the correct information without just throwing out some answer hoping I wouldn't know the difference. He showed me some newer vehicles that I may not have considered because of the price range and said he'd do his best to get them where I needed to be.I asked Mr. Dobbins to get me a bottom line price on both the used 2014 Rogue with AWD and the new 2015 Rogue with FWD, both with the latest body style. The two vehicles ended up being within about $15.00 of each other in price after trade-ins and I ultimately chose the 2015 FWD Rogue. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. Mr. Dobbins went over the paperwork with me and introduced me to the service department and the business department. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. I traded in both my 2006 Sentra and my 1997 Pathfinder so there was a bit of paperwork involved. However, I was lead through that as quickly as possible while still being fully informed of what each document entailed. All-in-all, I was in and out of the dealership in right at 3 hours. That included driving three vehicles, making the deal, having the old vehicles appraised, and completing the paperwork. The 2015 Rogue was in pristine condition when I took delivery. The paperwork was presented in a manner which would aid me in having insurance transferred and necessary documents easy to find in the event of a traffic stop, etc.I was extremely pleased with the entire process and the staff. Donald Dobbins oversaw the complete process, made introductions as needed, was helpful, did not rush me into a purchase, did not pressure me into a purchase, and was patient with questions. I would highly recommend Mr. Dobbins and Anderson Nissan for future purchasers.

I was making the third new car purchase of my life; I drove my last two cars for over 16 and so far over 15 years respectively. I do a lot of research beforehand for vehicles which are reliable. At this late stage in my life, I wanted to be more environmentally conscious and wanted a EV, although I was still a little wary about them since they are relatively new in their stage of development. However, I decided to buy this year since I wasn't sure that the $7500 tax credit would be available next year. The Nissan Leaf was more highly rated than others in my lower budget range, so I decided to look at them and was impressed with the roominess and the ride. I have to say that Nathan Arrowood, who is one of the Leaf specialists, was very helpful and is an exceptionally nice person; I felt very good about working with him.

I would rate Anderson Nissan a zero if I had that option. My fiance and I visited the dealership on October 30 of 2014. The salesman, Donald Dobbins, seemed to be a kind and decent person but he should have gotten us a sales manager that would deal with us in a fair and professional manner. The sales manager we were assigned to seemed to be in love with himself and more than a little rude. He made promises he did not keep. He was not only rude but belittling. I cannot remember his name, I guess I have blotted out as much as I possibly can of the ordeal. I asked the sales manager if he would negotiate on the $570.00 dock fee of the vehicle and he said: "We have made an agreement with the Salvation Army in this town and we have promised them we will not do CHARITY WORK if they will not sell cars". I can see no reason at all why the sales manager would make such a rude and belittling statement. The sales manager said we had to take the 100,000 mile dealer protection plan/service contract and said it was $2,000 dollars. The sales manager also said we were getting a great deal on the dealer protecton plan because it was normally $3,000. The sales manager said there was no negotiations on the dealer protection plan and said everyone that bought a car from Anderson Nissan had to purchase the service plan. My finance bought the car in spite of me telling her that these people, in my opinion, are scam artists and rude and belittling ones at that. She paid $39,000 for a 370Z. We complained to the district manager because she was told she had to get the dealer protection plan. I later checked back with Anderson Nissan and found out that the dealer protection plan/service plan that we had been forced to get had mysteriously been cancelled but we did not receive one penny of the $2,000 back, A few polite words I feel are more than appropiate for the sales manager are "crook", scam artist and unprofessional. It is also my opinion that he is in the wrong profession. I detest dealing with a cheater/liar and I feel my fiance was both cheated and lied to. So I will give this warning to others about Anderson Nissan: "BEWARE and be more than cautious of Anderson Nissan!" If you are thinking about purchasing a Nissan then I would suggest bypassing Anderson Nissan and selectiing another and hopefully more professional dealership. If all Nissan Dealerships are of this low caliber then I would simply choose to buy another name brand car. Maybe this rude and in my humble opinion "untrustworthy" dealership will politely and quietely go out of business because of lack of business.PS: I talked with Rob Smith at the dealership and asked for the name of the sales manager that we dealt with. He said he was not allowed to give out that information. So, it appears that we are still getting the "run around".

I had to trade a 6mo. old car in for a truck ,the dealer I got the car from would not give me a good deal so I looked and found Anderson Nissan .I didn't have time to spend at dealerships . I called and got Zane ,told him what I wanted ,a Frontier 4x4 crew cab with all the goodies . I went in talked a deal ,took a truck home to test drive but it didn't have all I wanted ,took it back ,and told Zane ,he found the truck at another dealer but it would cost more . As we talked a car carrier came in with a truck like I wanted on it . Came back the next day and picked it up . I told him were looking at other brands also, and he didn't pressure me. I called him back 2 days later when we decided on a Altima. He showed us all the cars in the color we wanted and helped us in deciding what model would fit with our needs. He is very professional and a great guy and I'd highly recommend dealing with him. We had a good time with the store manager in working out a price and also a good time dealing with the finance manager. Overall in comparing too my past dealings with dealerships, this was a very good experience and left you feeling good.

I had been looking at cars for the last year to in addition to my existing blazer I already own which has high miles. I had been to many dealerships to look at both new and used only to be put off by the pushy sales person who was not really listening to what I really was looking for. Other reasons it has taken me so long was not one sales person or manager would really help me get better financing all seemed way to high for me and what my credit rating was.When I went to Anderson Nissan I had forgotten about them my parents had bought cars from them years ago got treated great and got pretty good financing terms they liked from what I remembered as a teen. I went to see them and 2 days later drove off the lot with the car I wanted with financing terms that exceeded my expectations, and a very friendly staff that went out of their way to help get me into the car I wanted. I will be sending everyone I know their way as well as I am sure in a few years I will be back for another vehicle and they will be my first and most likely only stop. I purchased a vehicle from Anderson Nissan on Dec. 10, 2013. Nathan was deceptive in this approach and outright lied telling me that the car had been checked out top to bottom. It was a 2004 Nissan Maxima. I have owned the car for less than 3 months with nothing but problems and expensive repairs. I purchased the vehicle on his word and the fact that carfax had all maintenance records. The car looked like it came off the show room floor. For a 2004 this was very appealing. A few days after purchasing I realized it was burning transmission fluid. I asked them to simply provide a little service after the sale and provide the drain and fill service. I even offered to pay for fluid. I was basically told to kiss it. He represented that the vehicle was thoroughly checked out then later after purchase telling me, "oh no, we only do what is required to pass inspection." They had resurfaced brakes, fixed value cover gasket leak, put 500.00 worth of tires on it. They had done all this work, but skipped the transmission, which one of the most important parts. It shocked me that there was simply no service after the sale. They sold me a vehicle they knew had a bad transmission. Not only did they have to know the fluid was burning it in, but also after purchase I realized through research that this car is very inclined to have transmission problems. Nissan was actually sued in a class action lawsuit over the 04-06 models due to transmission issues. They knew all to well it was having problems with the tail tail burning smell. In less than three months the ABT system has went out, a coil and spark plug failed, and now without even making my third payment I have to put a $3000 transmission in the car. On top of this insult and the very poor service I received Anderson wasted my time over the last two days outright lying to me again. They told me they were sympathetic to the situation since I had purchased it from them and offered me almost what I paid in trade. We talked about the trade value over and over. We went through numerous vehicles and nothing made sense on financing. I had approval, but learned why we were having trouble after literally two days wasted. Today when backed against the wall Scott informed me that no they weren't doing that. They were simply adding half my payoff back on top of another vehicle trying to rip me off again. He told me, "Well we have to make money off of it." They sold me a piece of junk for way way too much money and then refuse to fix the situation. I have a car that I have to make payments on for 5 years without being able to drive it. They knew the transmission was due to go out. Its a known problem. I'm sure they saw the problem and left it be until they could find a sucker to purchase the vehicle. They have not tried to help in anyway. They just tried to rip me off again. I've been basically told twice. Your problem buddy. They simply do not want to have good word of mouth. As I read the reviews on these websites I also see a stacking of positive comments that do not back public opinion. I wonder how many employees there are posting these reviews.

We came in on a rainy day to look, and and we left owning a new Maxima, largely because Zain Rigsby is good at what he does; explaining the options without any cheesy fake-friendliness. His knowledge of the vehicles is impressive, and his willingness to be helpful without any high-pressure gradually caused us to focus on the process instead of being defensive. I do have two minor, less-positive comments that have absolutely nothing to do with Zain. It seemed to take a very long time to get done. [5 hours.] And there was a manager on duty who stepped in several times---it was my impression that he was perhaps not paying close attention to the paperwork or to our questions, and my husband had to "back him up" a couple of times. Those are small details, but fresh in my mind. The car came in from another dealership exactly when promised and was waiting for me in immaculate condition. I am very very happy with the car, and I would recommend the dealership and Zain Rigsby to anyone shopping for a car.

I have no problem with breaks to smoke or whatever but better to do it when someone is not waiting on you.Overall good experience.

I was shell shocked by past experience and came in without hope. I was a risk with spotty credit and negative equity in my trade in. I thought I would give it one more shot. My quest began last January. I had decided to buy a car. But what? My needs and wants did not match and I wanted to stay in my budget. After weighing many possibilities, none seemed right. Then I remembered how much I loved a Nissan Maxima my Dad had many years ago. I actually was looking at a Maxima at another dealership when I found one I liked better on line at Anderson. I came in and talked with Sean. He listened to me and also showed me a different style, based on my comments on cost and my needs. It was helpful to see the advantages of the other car, which I had budgeted for. But I really liked the Maxima I had come in to look at. I was very apprehensive about purchasing a car, both from a cost perspective and from trusting my judgment on the service the vehicle would provide me in the years to come - the what if's were overwhelming. Sean showed me what I needed to see, but allowed me to absorb all, professionally giving me knowledge where I needed it. Two weeks later, after more looking I returned. Still loving that Maxima. I had not scheduled an appointment, and Sean had a customer with him. Sean quickly said they had a more loaded option - and instantly introduced me to Nathan, rather than have me wait or come back. The no waiting was perfect, and Nathan continued the excellent customer service begun by Sean, without missing a beat! Again, knowledgeable, answering my questions, offering help at the right time, but never pushy. When we sat and looked at the numbers, I was surprised that the interest rate was better than my bank's rate. I was also surprised that I could complete the transaction on a Friday night! Mike Duncan finished things out with the financial end of things, much paperwork, very patient, very fast. Nothing was omitted, everything was covered. Nathan even went online to upgrade my insurance on my existing policy while we finished up with Mike. I even left with my next service appointment already made. What a great team!!! Oh and - I love my car!

While at this dealership my husband and I dealt with five or more salesmen trying to get us to sign papers to buy a vehicle we did not want. We asked for a moment to discuss the purchase and we stepped outside where we were followed by two salesmen. We were hounded about purchasing a vehicle that we did not want and was not what we needed for our family. The amount they were offering us for trade in of the vehicle we had was less than half of what another dealership was going to give us thirty minutes after we left. We had been previous customers and we were trading in a Nissan. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had car shopping. This dealership had many LEAFs to choose from, so we could experience the differences in models and features first hand. When it turned out nothing on the lot fit what we where looking for they spent time to find us something at another dealership and get it delivered in a timely fashion. We ended up being able to get the car we wanted with the packages we where looking for and have been enjoying it all weekend. If you are in the market for a new car I strongly recommend you check out this dealership. I of course love the Nissan brand but mostly I was happy that the sales guys here managed to want to sell us a car (remember that is their job) without coming off as pushy like several other dealerships I experienced while car shopping.

Interested in Kia Forte Coupe, Ford Focus SE, Mazda 3, and the Chevy Cruze all 2013's I went to 4 different dealerships before going to Anderson Nissan. I never even considered a Nissan.The first dealership was a Ford dealership and not only did no one come out to greet me, I walked the whole lot (30 min)before actually going into the building to ask for help. I then waited 15 min for a salesperson to help me and he made me feel like a was interrupting his day. So I left on to the next which was a Mazda dealership. This time not one person talked to me. I asked for a sales person and was told one would be with me when one was available. Well 45 min later I was still left walking alone. Very fustrated at this point I went to a Kia dealership. Well I was greeted before I even parked. Sales person was extremely pushy and tried to put me into a car that I didnt even like. The mananger came out and wanted me to do a credit app before even test driving a vehicle. I thought to myself this is a Kia dealership not a Mercedes dealership. Upset, and wanting to leave the dealership they bombarded me and wouldnt let me leave. I had it with dealerships at this point.. Next day I went to a Chevy dealership. Wow.. let me tell you. They tried to put me into a base model Cruze not the Top of the line model I wanted. They gave me every excuse to put me into that 2012 model mind you, I wanted a 2013. While in their showroom, on their TV was a commercial for Anderson Nissan. I saw a commercial for the 2013 Nissan Sentra. While waiting for the Chevy salesperson to come back I got up and took off.....Long story short lol, my experience at Anderson Nissan was awesome. My salesman Robert Smith was very knowledgable on their products and not once was any one pushy. I test drove several vehicles before making my choice. They made me feel welcome and that I actually was somebody not just another customer. Even with my frustrating attitude towards salespeople at this point he still went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and made sure I chose the car I wanted with the options I wanted. My wife and I were traveling to Black Mountain when our car started messing up. We were about 4 hours from our home so you can imagine how bad it was being that far from home and your car messing up. Searched google and it was the first on the list so I called. I was worried that it was going to ruin our vacation. You think oh lord it is going to be so expensive. From the first second on the phone Adam was very helpful he explained every thing down to the last detail and even set us up with a rental car so our vacation never missed a beat. The service was super fast. I could have almost waited instead of renting a car. The price was very reasonable so we had them do some other stuff that needed to be done. Two thumbs up. Everyone is always so quick to complain but very few take time to tell about good experiences.

James Lordman is the very first truly professional car salesperson I have met and I am 67 years old and have pretty much bought a car every year for a bunch of years. Jaguars, Mercedes, Nissans, Cadilacs so not low end cars and James is truly the first professional I have ever encountered at a dealership. This is the very first time I would way recommend a salesman, James Lordman. He was polite, knew his stuff, did not try and talk over my head or talk me into things. He was informative, well spoken and in no way at all did he come across like the regular pushy, fast talking, undereduacated saleman that I have had the terrible experience to know. It was a pleasure to talk to James Lordman, listen to him about the car and finances and price and have him explain without talking down to me. I would drive miles and miles to make sure James was my salesman.

This dealership will show you a CarFax report but it would be wise to make sure that the report is for the vehicle YOU are considering; mine was a bait and switch. As soon as it was shown, the sales person threw it away.Finance person will push every aftermarket product under the sun; he'll do it quickly and give you little or no time to consider the product.I specifically asked if the car had been in an accident (The logo was missing from the rear bumper) and was told it was clean. On close inspection while washing the vehicle, I did find paint drips that would indicate it had been painted by someone beside Nissan.Their pricing is aggressive but Caveat Emptor...they are slick and not to be taken at their word. Do your homework before you buy,

Hello, just wanted to say how great of an experience I had with Anderson Nissan. My family has done business with Anderson dealerships in the past and to say they've never disappointed us in any way. On December 17 2012, I was randomly looking for a car that could replace my old one which has very high miles. Mr. Otto Sylvester, who was our salesman, was the first one to greet us in the lot. I was going there to look at some Mazda's and Mr. Sylvester suggested I should check out a few Nissans also. Well, after a test drive of the 2013 Nissan Sentra Sr, I was amazed how much I've overlooked the Nissan Sentras in the past years,especially since Nissan was always my brand of choice. The Altimas,Maximas,and Jukes are out of my price range so I've never really had the time to check them out, but they are great cars I want to own someday. What sold me on buying the 2013 Nissan Sentra was a nostalgic feeling I had of driving my old 1995 Nissan Sentra SE, which my dad gave to me for my first car. I really enjoyed driving the new Sentra and it has all the bells and whistles that came with it. Mr. Sylvester was very helpful down to every last detail about the car but never pushed me into just buying the car. To me, he never seemed like a salesman, but a friend giving me an advice about the car, the loan, when was the best time to purchase a new vehicle, etc... Well, after all was said and done, I wasn't approved for a 2013 model but was approved for a 2012 Nissan Sentra SR which was also an awesome car. I would like to thank Anderson Nissan for having some of the best sales representatives,the best finance department, and great managers for helping me in purchasing my first car I've financed alone. Recently I purchased a new 2012 Nissan Frontier from Anderson Nissan. I started my vehicle search several months ago and visited Anderson three times to ask questions about the Frontier. At each visit, I was greeted with a friendly welcome, introduction, and handshake. I was never pressured, just given good information that ultimately led me back to Anderson. On my last two visits, Robert Smith took care of me and encouraged me to return to Anderson before making any final purchase, as they would do their best to earn my business.After requesting quotes at three regional Nissan dealerships other than Anderson, I had tentatively decided on pricing from another dealership. Mark was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the sales process. No high pressure...just explained features of the vehicle to us. Don McCrory, finance manager, used too much jargon. We had to ask to have things clarifieed, as is "3-36". We had no idea what he was talking about and had to ask repeatedly for him to explain it. It referred to 3 years or 36,000 miles on the car, whichever came first. No professional should ever use jargon with a customer...explain what you mean in layman's terms, not insider language.Other than that, we had a good experience and would recommend this dealership in the future.

Just purchased a 2013 Altima yesterday. Those personnel I encountered were courteous and professional: the sales rep, sales mgr to the finance mgr. I believe I got a good price for a good product. I have driven Nissan products for the past nine years. My current vehicle has l63,000 miles and still runs great. I have had no problems with it, so I did not have to be sold on Nissan...I am already a fan. This dealership just happened to have the color I preferred.Since I have not yet had service, I cannot rate the customer service or quality of the work therein.

I went looking for a good used small truck. I met with Anthony Parton. If you are looking for an honest hard working salesman go see Anthony. They had already sold the truck I came to see so I left. Two weeks later Anthony called with another truck to look at. He was very honest about his opions of the different new and used trucks they had to offer. We finallly settled on a full size ford f-150. Anthony worked very hard to get the price down and the payments in my range. I have never been more impressed with a car salesman in my life. Deanna Lee was my service contact person. She assured me that the service would be completed within a reasonable time and it was. She does a great job of pleasing the customer with outstanding service even when the times are busy. She is a very good organizer, always putting the customer first and exceeding their expectations. We went to Anderson Nissan to look at the 2012 Maxima and Chris Moore greeted us and showed us the selection of Maximas they had on their lot. He let us take a test drive where he explained and demonstrated all the features on the car. He was extremely knowledgable and his low pressure sales approach made us feel very much at ease. My husband and I originally inquired online to get pricing on a Maxima. Nathan Ray responded immediately to our request by email and then a phone call. We made arrangements to meet with him at the dealership to test drive a Maxima. There were several Maximas to choose from but none had all the features that we wanted and the price was a little over our budget. Nathan was very patient with us and worked tirelessly for almost four hours to make sure that we got what we wanted and that we stayed within our budget. In the end we purchased an Altima that we fell in love with as soon as we saw it. We never felt pressured to make a purchase we weren't happy with and felt that Nathan was honest and attentive. We got excellent service from him and Anderson Nissan! We would definitely recommend Anderson Nissan and would make a purchase from them again!

I would recommend Anderson Nissan to anyone looking for a new car. They were willing to help me reach my ideal price and are very focused on customer service. There was no pressure to buy and they really care about their customers.

Only suggestion: no one gave us a business card or wore name tags. Recommend both be instituted immediately. Customers need to know who they are talking with and have contact info to take with them. Folks did introduce themselves but a name tag/business card would be much appreciated.

I visited 2 previous Nissan dealership before going to Anderson Nissan. I went there looking for a used murano but after talking to Chuck on the phone and letting him know what I was interested in I got to look at a brand new murano compared to a 2011 used one. I fell in love with the new one. I let chuck know where I wanted to be payment wise & he worked very hard to get my payments exactly where I wanted, the 2 previous dealerships didnt even want to bother with me! I would highly recommend Anderson Nissan to anyone.

Awesome experience. Would encourage anyone to buy here. Chris Moore was increadably detailed salesman. Bought a Juke for my 17 year old and he covered every possible question she could have had with this car. Great salesman and I generaly dont like car salesman. Finacing was even enjoyable to work with. Stacey was helpful and had a great personality to boot, made us feel like family. You have us for the next Nissan purchase.

Hi,Okay so i went to Anderson Nissan recently just to look. I was greated by a salesman by the name of Chuck Simmons. I was not really sure what i was looking for or what i could buy. Instead of preassuring me to make a decision he sat down with me and asked me a series of quesions that could help him and me make a decision on which car would work best for me and my kids. We Finally came to a decision that the Nissan Altime would be the best. I didnt know anything about the Altima at the time but he took his time with me, made me comfortable and made sure i was satisfied with the decison i had made. Then he gave me a few otions on how to could purchase the car, They gave me a great value for my tade and a great price(which i checked). The dealership was great to work with. Me being a woman i was a little skeptical at first but that fear quickly went away after they really went out of thier way to see i was happy. I still communicate with chuck and if i ever need anything he is always there to see i am helped. I recomend that if anyone who reads this needs a vehicle you go to Anderson Nissan and ask to speak to Chuck Simmons.

The salesman, Chuck Simmons, was very nice. However, all the assistant sales managers used (in my opinion)heavy-handed tactics, did not acknowledge advertised special deductions. After a particularly upsetting encounter with one of the assistant managers, I put in numerous calls to the general manager. He never returned my calls but had one of the assistants call who again took days to get back to me with a price which was not any better that I could get elsewhere. I was trying to exchange a car I bought there one week previously for a larger vehicle. They would not put any quotes in writing to fax to me (contrary to other dealers I later dealt with) nor did they seem anxious to discuss what they would give me for the car I was exchanging and the best price for the car I was buying over the phone. They supposedly prided themselves on being a family business where the customer came first. I did not get that feeling after my dealings with them.I was very surprised that a general manager of a dealership would not e have the courtesy to return a phone call and offer an apology for how a customer was treated. (numerous messages were left for him)We will never return to this dealer nor buy any Nissans in the future.
