Purchased a new Grand Cherokee limited 2015, Bill Bernard the owner introduced himself and introduced me to one of his salesmen. The experience was nice as were the people I met. The new owner was a class individual and this experience will bring me back.

Chris Sciarrino did an awesome job for me during the process of buying my Chrysler 200 Convertible. I love the car and really appreciate the extra effort due to extenuating circumstances that Chris put forth during the process. Chris certainly deserves extra recognition for his efforts.

I have dealt with Fredonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM for about 20 years. They have serviced my Eagle Vision in and later my 2004 Dodge Intrepid. I always received excellent service and repairs that were directed at exactly the problem. I am totally satisfied with the service staff and the repairs on my former vehicles. Every time I ran into Business Manager Chris Sausaman he would always greet me by name, even though I had only dealt with him personally during the purchase of the Intrepid way back in 2003. When it was time to purchase a new car I went directly to Chris and throughout the entire process had a very professional and enjoyable experience. I knew exactly which vehicle, and the options I wanted and Chris processed my request and answered all my questions about option packages and we moved through the ordering process very efficiently. The vehicle was ordered and we waited for it to be delivered. I was told that it would be 6-8 weeks for delivery and it was 8 weeks. At closing Chris moved through the payment and transfer process very efficiently. Having had very poor experiences at other dealerships I can say that this was THE BEST relationship I have ever had. I recommend Chris and the service at Fredonia Chrysler without reservations.

Formally known as Farrell Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep! It's been awhile since I purchased a car at the "Top of the Hill" and though some things - like the owners - have changed - some things have remained the same. This local car dealer may not be the biggest, but it certainly is top-notch! We arrived at the dealership close to closing time and didn't even realize how close it was to "shut down" because the salesman, Chris Sciarrino, greeted us as if he had all the time in the world to spend with us. However, we were on a mission and basically already knew almost exactly what we wanted. A JEEP! Not just any Jeep, but a Wrangler, four door, with three-piece removable hard top, power package Sport with a monthly payment of $400.00 including tax, title, registration and a trade in. I had done my research and knew it was possible to get what I wanted, but not sure a small local dealer could accomplish the task. But before heading into some big dealer miles away - I had to give my local guys a shot at the sale. They had nothing that fit the bill, but we were determined to get the car my wife wanted - at least I was determined to get the car she wanted at the price I wanted. So we left our name and number with Chris to see what he could come up with. In less then a week - we stopped back to actually drive a Wangler, because - though we had a Grand Cherokee and a Liberty - we had never test drove a Wrangler and thought that was a must. The Jeeps they had on the lot were all out of our price range, but we drove first the four door. It was an amazing ride. Then we looked at the two door to ensure we really needed the four door - we did! We talked to Chris and told him we really liked what we test drove - 2013 with everything we wanted except the right price. He did some talking with Bill - one of the owners and they said they could get us into that Jeep for the price we wanted. This meant that we were getting the new JEep at the right price, getting a trade in on the old Jeep that we needed and that all costs were rolled into the deal and not one cent was being spent out of pocket. At that point it was SOLD! But we were not going to be picking it up for two days. When we went back today to pick it up and sign all the papers - there was a minor glitch with the price. I wasn't happy, but they were determined to make me a happy customer and treated me amazingly well. I have never dealt with such honest and trustworthy car dealers in my entire life. Their sense of pride in the product, honesty with pricing and professional manner in which they treated my wife and I was unbelievable. IF all places dealt with people this way - I wouldn't mind shopping! Amazing professionalism, sharpest price ever, great service, fantastic warranty and mostly a peace of mind knowing that Chris the salesman, Chris Sausaman, the finance guy and Bill will be there for a long time - unlike many car dealers where there is a revolving door for all positions. So if you are car shopping and a bit hesitant because you've received some bad deals in the past - give the guys at FredoniA a chance to make you one happy new or used car owner! I won't just be highly recommending this dealer to my family and friends - it will become my dealer of choice and will be the place I return to from now on!
