I went there for 3 hours trying to finance a vehicle Dennis and a woman tried to get me in there my credit score was 701 I had a trade in (2011 kia sorento )and 7,000 down-payment for a 2018 eqinox they wanted 16,900 Dennis was friendly but my credit report was ran 2 times just to be told sorry bud there nothing we can do for you. now I'm still trying to recover from that. they are not specialist in financing like he said but they are friendly people.

We were shopping for a pretty specific vehicle and, when they didn't have what we were looking for, they found it for us! Dennis worked super hard for us and we couldn't be happier with the entire process! Definitely recommend Freedom Chrysler!

Not a good place to do Business with. Still waiting for the recall transmission repairs 18 months later for my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan. Had to fight tooth and nail for what was right. Sold me the Van filthy and had a damaged dented Drivers side door. Wasn't even told of it, I seen it in the morning at daybreak. It was night and dark out when they brought the Van out to me. I would definitely not do Business here again.

My fiance and I purchased a new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Freedom was fantastic to deal with. They showed us every different Jeep model, all of the differences between them and took plenty of time to discuss our needs, desires, and concerns. The entire staff was friendly, patient, and courteous throughout the entire buying process. We will certainly be repeat customers. Many other local dealerships could learn a lot from the fine folks at Freedom Chrysler Jeep Dodge.

Bought a used Jeep Patriot. Tracey and Ted got me a great deal. They helped me get great financing. Found a few things that need attention. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Poor service and our not too trust worthy. Was to put a temporary fix on vehicle said they didn't when they did. Would never do business with them again.

Was looking for a vehicle, couldn't find what I wanted around here so we got online found what I wanted 260 miles away. They went the distance and brought my truck in for me two days later. Dealt with Dennis Goodlin. Wouldn't recommend anybody else.

Scott and Jim were the nicest people to deal with. The jeep I bought I found online and when I went up to Freedom Scott and Jim treated me great! They showed me the car, the test drove it with me and explained everything while I test drove it. Since I was 45 minutes away from home, they made sure I made it home safely during a very dark winter night. It is the best customer service I have ever had. The jeep is fantastic and exactly what I thought it would be. So glad I went to Freedom Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Northern Cambria. I will buy all my cars there!

First off I would like to say the customer service of Scott Hunt was wonderful. It was nice to have a salesman that always had a smile on his face and was helpful in every way possible. The car was what we were expecting and hoping for, from what we saw online. The office space was warm and inviting for customer that are wanting to buy a vehicle. Purchased mini van from Dennis Goodlin. The process was so easy. No running back and forth and the finance manager Traci Grumbling got all the paper work done in less than an hour. I liked the casual nature of the dealership. No manager with 3 piece suits, no fast talking....It was just laid back with no run around.

Traded in Grand Cherokee with less than 38,000 miles on after them having it for 17 days for a recall which was suppose to be temporary fixed until the right part came in September but they said it wasn't ready yet. They then sold it to one of their employees relatives right after we bought the new car.
