Waited over a week for a part to be delivered. Everyday I called they would say it's on the way to you now......our driver has it with him. Never got the part so I guess I'm going to end up having to go pick it up myself. Dont count on these guys to deliver anything. They run when it's time to collect the money but are in no rush to deliver your parts. Horrible customer service.

After an unsuccessful attempt at my local dealership, I traveled to Freeland to make a deal. Their listed price was already far below what I was able to negotiate locally. I was immediately greeted and directed to a sales rep by Steve McFarland. The entire process was lightning fast and Steve insured that all of my needs were met until I drove off the lot. So I go to Freeland Chevrolet because my girlfriend's car needs recall work. So while we are there I walk the lot as I'm interested in a newer Colorado. About halfway on our walk back to the building, to talk to someone. We met Tommy Poston. He talked to us about the truck showed us it had one owner. I was sold. About 30 miles down the road my check engine light come on.... yeah not very happy at all. So I take the truck back up to Tommy and I say hey man this has to get fixed. He took me out to talk with Jay Roberts, a service advisor and then spoke with the technician. Who said it needed a new head the exhaust valve on the number 3 cylinder was bad. They scan the code and tell me to come back in a week. A week later I come in and I'm speaking with another service advisor and they don't have parts ordered or know any knowledge that I had even come in before. So I am fuming I walk into the dealership and I'm ready to give the keys back I was really upset that they would sell a truck like that and not inspect it and on and on. So I'm outside smoking and a miss Shelly who is the service lead came out and assured me that they are going to get it right and deffinetly made it all a'ok thank you again Freeland Chevrolet

A couple weeks ago, I wrecked my 2012 Chevy Equinox. I decided that I didn't want to drive an Equinox anymore, but after a few negative experiences at other dealerships, I came to Freeland Chevy. My appointment was at the end of a long day of car shopping that had me feeling totally defeated, and starting to question what I was even looking for. Then I met Al. Al listened to me explain how my '12 Equinox was a total loss, and how I felt lucky to be alive. He told me his own story of cheating death behind the wheel, the moral of which really put me at ease. I told him I absolutely did not want another Equinox, so he walked all over the lot to show me different vehicles. Nothing really piqued my interest until we got down to the last row, a 2016 Tungsten Metallic Chevy Equinox. I commented on the pretty color, and he asked if I wanted to drive it, so I said, "yeah, sure," though not really expecting that a test drive would change my mind.He got the keys, then me and Al took a ride. I was nervous behind the wheel, fresh thoughts of my accident came flooding back and distracted me at first. But Al was a natural, got me talking about family and careers and sharing his own story, and by the time we got back to the lot, Al felt like an old friend, and that 2016 Chevy Equinox felt like home. I was impressed by Steve. We had been to several dealerships that day and had dealt with pushy salesmen. When we got to Freeman we were expecting the same. When Steve came out he was not pushy but very informative, he explained each car we asked about. He did not try to make us buy anything. We told him we would be back and he was still genuinely nice. We came back that Monday asked for him and walked out with a 2017 Camaro. Best experience so far at a dealership!!! I recommend everyone go and visit Steve!! Great guy!!!

They advertised on their website and cars.com a new car for $14998 but after driving the car and filling out paperwork they presneted fianancing for the car priced at $16900! I showed them the price listed for $15k and salesman Brian said "well, if you look at the small print you see $2k of that is GM money you don't qualify for." REALLY??!! STAY AWAYFROM THESE SHADY LIARS! IF YOUR INTERNET PRICE SAYS $14,998 THAT SHOULD BE THE PRICE.

Submitted an inquiry in the early morning and received a response first thing in the morning by Lindsey J.. She was professional, very knowledgeable and not pushy! The entire buying process was seamless and everyone treated you very respectfully.Our car was priced at least $5,000 less than any comparable vehicle that we looked at in the past 3 weeks prior to purchase. Since we had just moved from FL, we had been searching in FL where cars are cheaper than TN and Freeland price was still the best.I just hope the service department is at the same level of service as the sales department.

I got a call the next morning from Tabris who told me that I was approved and all I needed to do was come in, test drive the car I chose, and sign the paperwork. We were driving from FL to MN and this particular Saturday, it was 99 degrees and our a/c quit working. We had been sitting on the freeway for a couple of hours due to bumper to bumper traffic. We spotted this dealership sign and pulled off and headed for the dealer. The service staff were exceptional! I'm sure we looked hot and dry, and they immediately with bottled water. They were also kind to our little white dog and ushered all three of us into the show floor and made sure we were comfortable. The gal that especially helped us was so sweet. It was after 2PM and they were closing at 3PM, but the mechanic said he would check it out. Jonathan, the mechanic, told us it needed "surgery" and he couldn't fix it that day. We packed in the car again and headed on our way. The service gal and Jonathan gave us exceptional customer service!! We can't thank them enough.

Everyone at the Dealership was great and didn't shove something that I didn't want down my throat, and the price I'm paying is definitely cheaper than what I paid over at Carl Black, though the vehicle due to its age needs a little tenderness. Also they made sure the vehicle was in working condition even if it took a little longer to get the vehicle.

This was my first experience with this dealership. I was uncertain of exactly what vehicle I wanted. Logan Stewart was patient with me for hours while I figured it out. With his help, I left a happy customer. He worked very hard to make sure I was happy with my vehicle choice. We made several different test drives. I had a good experience with him. I have to go back next week for a recall notice so I guess I will check out the service department next. I hope they are on their toes as well. They said I was approved for a 2005 Chevy truck for 16000 drive it for three weeks then all of a sudden they called and said bring truck back ur not approve after I gave the 1000 down plus my car Asa trade n they said I was a proved for a small truck to come get it I told them I want my car back the done sold it and all of a sudden I was approved for 2007 infinity qx56 for 16000 and I bought it everthing worked on test drive the second day I have it half the electric quits working buttons on steering wheel don't work ac works great but turn it to warm and nothing no heat they say they put the cars through a 134 point check they might just don't fix any thang after a month and a half I have a car that really is junk big electric nightmare that is under warranty And they only fix nothing put a radiator cap on it and put a head light n it but makes some crazy noise when u first start it they told me it's just the exhaust warming up in Reality It has way to much freon In it I would not send no one to buy a car from them

My friends and I unfortunately experienced some awful car problems on our travels and we are from STL so we did not know where to go for good, honest service and help. We stopped by this dealership stressed out from our situation and flustered from the past few hours of only getting more bad news about the car issues. the staff here was incredible and actually got us to smile and laugh! They were thoughtful, knowledgable, experienced, and friendly. The service was fast and helpful. They saved the day not only by fixing our problem but also by being wonderfully friendly and genuine. Also, the lobby was nice and had great coffee.

My experience was a great overall experience. I went in knowing a bit of what i wanted, Freeland was able to get me into a new unit for less that a used. The process was not aggressive like most dealers, Tom Poston was an excellent Salesperson. He even followed-up with me on his day off. John then assisted with the sale paperwork. I had been getting the run around from the Wilson County Chevrolet Dealership and had to do all the calling to them when I decided I was not messing with bad service anymore and called Freeland Chevrolet. I spoke with Jim Bean and he went to work fast and in a hurry and kept in touch with me throughout the day since I was at work. When I arrived at the dealership I met with Jim and discussed my options. Jim is a classy kind of guy. No pressure, no sales tactics. I am a very independent and up front kind of person that hates feeling like she is being sold something that she did not want or need. I simply told him what I was looking for and he started the process and helped guide me to the right vehicle. I ended up coming in late that evening and in order to finish the sale so that I would not have to come back in after work the next day the whole staff stayed until my deal was done. I am very GRATEFUL for the service that I received above and beyond what was expected. I will most definitely use them again and tell all of my friends what a wonderful car buying experience I received from Freeland. Thanks guys!!!

Most of all he told me about a car that wasn't there but would be in my budget and told me he would call when it comes in he did that but I wasn't available. So on MONDAY HE BROUGHT THE CAR ?? TO MY JOB SO I COULD TEST DRIVE IT AND SEE IF I LIKE IT. I was going somewhere else but after that when I got off I went and bought the car. Most of all John always communicate with me from the very beginning to days later after I brought the car.

Everyone was friendly. My salesperson, John Schmitz was not pushy at all. I was not treated like a woman who didn't know anything. The finace process was great. I bank with Ascend FCU and they contacted them directly instaed of me having to physically go back and forth. They were also great with 8 year old throughout the process. She got free bags of popcorn while we waited and was allowed to "shop around" herself. John was very patient in answering ALL her questions.Have already recommended these folks to some co-workers and family!

We have lived in the Nashville area for two years and Freeland Chevrolet has been servicing the car we traded in. We saw vehicle on line and it was a perfect fit. As soon as we where browsing we got a chat offer on line from John Schmitz trying to as if we want to test drive the vehicle. Next day we came in, even thought we where 45 min late John still acted with professionalism. To make this story short, we got a great deal and John answered all of our questions we asked and did not beat around the bush. This is our second purchase from Freeland Chevrolet. We checked prices and talked to other dealers at other lots but Chip Heflin sealed the deal with his friendly approach and treating both my fiance and I with equal respect and attention. As a woman, it's nice not to be ignored while the men talk cars and money. I recently moved so another Chevy dealer is closer to me but after my last service experience I will drive the extra distance to Freeland. I had an engine light on shortly after getting out of the hospital and then the engine light went off. I thought about not getting it checked but service recommended bringing it in. I still wasn't feeling well but went. They located the issue, tracked down the part that was supposed to be available only by special order and repaired the vehicle, covered the cost by warranty and had me on the road in no time - making sure I would not have to return to get the part installed. They handed me the keys and I was shocked that I didn't have to do anything as they took care of everything for me! With service like that from individuals who clearly care about their customers, I am a customer for life! Thank You!

My experience at Freeland was amazing. I worked with Alwx Dudley and he was knowledgable and actually listened to what I needed and wanted. He worked with my situation and made recommendations that actually mattered. I ended up buying a certified pre owned 2013 volt and I LOVE it! He and his team got everything done efficiently and with none of the hard closing pushes that can happen at some dealerships. Went to Freeland Chevrolet after being extremely disappointed by local Honda and Nissan dealerships and now I wouldn't recommend anywhere but here . I wanted to lease a vehicle for Uber driving and they were the only dealership that was able to answer my questions and work out a deal with me that wasn't a rip off. While in Nashville traffic we heard a loud squeak coming from our truck. We were on a vacation trip and knew this needed to be checked out before traveling any further. I am at times unbearable, hard to tolerate, or please. After a horrible, wretched, vile experience with a different chevy dealer in Madison, TN. I found myself at Freeland with a concern over the oil consumption with our 2015 SS camaro. Ken put on velvet gloves, and dealt with me more openly, honestly, and genuinely than the other dealer with concern to the matter that brought me there. He is a true professional and knows the meaning of respect, non-bias decsions, and handling irate, dissapointed and bullish customer. He took the time that the other dealer could care less to take in explaining to me completly, honestly, and clearly the situation with our vehicle. I rarely regret decisions that I make, but admit that I regret not buying our car at Freeland. They are closer to us than the lesser dealer that will never see us darken their door again. With staff like Ken, and Jonathon in Service Freeland is the better and more deserving GM dealer for not only our business but your business also. This dealers staff will take the time to LISTEN ! Something nobody on the north side of town took the time to do. Thank you Ken! Thank you Jonathon! I believe the other gentleman and I use the word gentlemen with all three of these employees, but the other gentleman who was there to assist was Greg Nippert from Naples, FL as I recall. He didn't say much but he did what Ken and Jonathon did........ he listened. I am prematurly giving stars across the board something I am usually hesitant to do based solely on the belief that if something isn't right a man like Ken will be just as reasonable as he was today! I came here to buy a Scion Tc. This was my first buying experience and I must say, it has made me not want to buy from a dealership ever again. I was treated poorly due to the fact that I am 21. They tried to screw me on my car loan and make me pay $18,000 for a car with a sticker price of $9,000. They didn't really let me view the car and were very pushy to get me out the door. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. They didn't get my tags in until 2 temporary tags after my purchase & argued with me to get a new temporary tag. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Supposedly one of the better dealerships, not to me it wasn't. I could go on all day about this dealership but I believe you get the point.

Everyone is friendly, great customer service, and I will definitely do business with them again in the future. The sales rep really helped me out a lot. Even though I bought a used car I was treated as if I was buying a new one. I would definitely recommend to shop here for your next car.

Going to a dealership is like going to a dentist, I hate it. But this dealership is the best ive been to. they do not pressure you at all. my salesman Brian Greene was the best salesman ive ever encountered. sometimes you just want to walk out of a dealership because its so overwhelming. but this place goes out of their way to make it less painful. 5 stars all the way especially to Brian. you were awesome.

I knew I wanted a 2016 TRAX. They just needed to find the color I wanted. I did not want to wait 2 months to have a new car built. I came in, we discussed it, they found a couple possibilities in Kentucky. It took a few days to get the other dealer to cooperate. When I actually came in to purchase, I was driving off the lot in a little over 2 hours. I was very impressed with that. This is my second purchase from Freeland and will not be my last. Ellis in the service department has always been wonderful to deal with.

Went to buy and came out with a lease due to the AMAZING price they got me for my BEAUTIFUL Equinox. They were extremely patient and answered all my questions to the best of their ability. I brought my 2014 Silverado in for a warranty oil change, tire rotation, and to check the transmission for a possible issue on 8/5/15. I picked up my truck on 8/6/15 and when I got home from picking up my truck, I found 4 greasy hand prints on the truck, One on the drivers door, one on the drivers side rear door, one on the hood, and one on the passenger side fender. This is the third time I have brought my truck to Freeland for an oil change, and it's the third time I have picked it up with greasy hand prints on it. The first two times, I just chalked it up to bad luck. However, after it happening the 3rd time, I called Ellis Roberts and explained what happened. I informed him that the greasy hand prints are completely unacceptable and added that I'm not sure why there were on the rear door, as there was no reason for the technician go into the back of my truck. Ellis was very apologetic and told me that he would have the Service Manager call me first thing the next day. That call never came. On 8/12/15, I called Ellis again and explained that no one ever called me and once again, he was very apologetic. Ellis informed me that he was putting another note on the Service Managers desk and that I would get a call first thing the next morning. That call never came.At this point, I'm washing my hands of this dealership. They have done nothing to resolve the issue. If I can change the oil in my three other vehicles without getting greasy hand prints on them, then why can't a technician, who changes oil every day, not do it without getting my truck filthy? When I take my vehicle somewhere for service, I expect it to leave in the same condition that it came in as.

Please purchase your car from Freeland. I was shopping for a 2015 Impala black in color. All the Chevy dealerships has new ones for over $36k. When I went onto Freeland's website I found two black 2015 Impala's under $27K used with no more than 30,000 miles. I was sold, I starting entering in my information online to get pre-approved. Lloyd Harris, my salesman said I did save time by entering my information online. Well Lloyd was there waiting on me with the car pulled up ready for a test drive. He is the sweetest most professional sales guy I've ever met. He did not pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable. I felt right at home and also knew another sales guy Smitherman, our sons play football together. Freeland is a family orientated atmosphere, a great team. Shane my financial guy made the process of signing my life away, easy as cutting pie. He was so friendly and personable, we knew each other kid's names by the time we were done. Did I mention the entire process was only 3 hours. I was in and was out. I didn't sit around bored waiting for the banks to come back with an answer. The team kept me entertained and very comfortable. My car is great I love it so much!!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!!!!!!

I was torn between fixing my 14-year-old car or getting a new one. I owned an Impala so went to Freeland Chevrolet to look. I left with MY new car. Chris Carrier (the salesman) was personable, efficient and knowledgeable, Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and helpful. My new Impala has a lot of bells and whistles, which my old one did not, so it will take this old Vietnam vet some time to practice and learn about things like On Star. But it doesn`t diminish the fact that I have a well-build, smooth-running vehicle. I love American-made cars, and having a Chevy fits me to a tee.

After purchasing my used car from Freeland Chevrolet, I noticed some minor detail issues that were over looked when buying the car. I called the service line to see what could be done and if I could use my insurance to cover the cost. After listing my issues and hearing my story, I was told "Not a problem." Not only did I get next day service, but they went on and covered the cost of the problems without touching my insurance. Everything was fast, I was in and out, and I truly was treated like a friend that they had known for years. Two thumbs up from this girl!

I had an old beat up car on its last leg. i ended up barely making it to freehand on a hope and a prayer and had a diagnostic and knew soon what my cars fate would be....The cost to repair my badly broken vehicle surpassed the initial amount spent to acquire the car. I was worried i would not find a car with new credit such as mine. But Mr Ellis Roberts took great care of me in services and linked me with Lee Linton who worked hard to make sure i left there with a reliable car that i was happy to own! He was very patient with me and unlike any sales man I've ever encountered. I feel like i really got a great car at an affordable rate for me. My truck has recently been in twice for 1. a new battery and 2. a throttle sensor replacement. These guys have always been great in quickly diagnosing and servicing the vehicle and having it ready before I'm finished eating lunch across the street. Can't beat OEM, they guarantee their work and in the long run I save money and time.

I visited the Freeland dealership to have a motor replaced for my windshield wipers and as a woman I am not happy anytime I have to get repairs on my car. Jonathon Stainton - James was my consultant and he made my experience carefree and fun and just had me cracking up the whole time I was there. (All while being completely professional) It's the best customer service I've EVER had and this is coming from a woman that's been to a lot of repair shops in my life. All the consultants there are always so nice but Jonathon really stood out. Oh and not to leave out the part that the repair shop had my car ready in 1 hour and that's also including repairing a recall on my car. My former salesman retired several years ago and I was not looking forward to finding someone else to deal with. When I called Freeland a week ago about buying a new truck, I was put in contact with John Vollmuth. John told me what trucks were on the lot and to come in. When I went to the dealership and spoke with John, I was very specific about what I wanted in a truck and he found two that I test drove. The second one I bought and had for a week. Nothing was wrong with the truck, it was just a little too big for me. When I went back John helped me find another truck that is just right for me. Also working with Shane Turner in Finance was a better experience than 28 years ago when I bought my first truck and 21 years ago when I bought my last truck.I dealt with the former dealerships at this location for years.Usually when dealing with Freeland in the past it was for service on my former vehicles and it was always a pleasant experience.

Part of the reason I waited so long to buy a car was that I disliked dealing with sales consultants. As a 4 time Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler loyal customer, I was very hesitant in buying from another car company and dealership. I went specifically looking for my dream car that just happened to be on the lot. When I couldn't find it, I entered the sales floor, apprehensively, and that is where I was introduced to Chris Carrier, my sales consultant, he immediately showed me the vehicle in which I immediately fell in love. I simply said I want it and he said, well OK?!?! ( Too easy, I know!!)I was treated with kindness, and felt very comfortable. Not once did Chris give me the typical sales lingo or mumbo jumbo! I, instead, was presented with a very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, funny and compassionate sales person. The whole process was so streamlined, my stress was completely alleviated and I drove out of there in my dream car. (You know you're buying the right vehicle when everyone you come in contact with from sales to finance, nod in agreement of your choice of vehicle.) A++ service from all that I met and a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my dreams of buying myself a Dodge Challenger come true!! This experience was all a perfect example of how to do good business.

If you want to buy a Corvette, then Lee and Danny are the chaps for you. They are super knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the car, without being pushy. I initially hesitated going to Freeland because of the reputation of the previous owner of this dealership location. I had only heard (no pun intended) good things about Freeland and had bought some parts there, from some nice folks. I had purchased a used hard to find low mileage diesel truck sight unseen from Ohio and, as it was unseen, got a 3rd party service contract thru Penn Warrantee. All fine until I needed a new alternator, as the bearings began whining. Decided to try Freeland as they are convenient to me. Long story short, the warrantee was not worth buying, but Jonathan Stainton-James went above and beyond, did all the hassling about the service contract, got approval, and got the service done. I am very pleased with his efforts on my behalf, and very pleased with the work. The truck runs great again, and I know where to go for service.

I just wanna say as a southern woman i know how we roll! To get the service & love i received was not suprising but, these lady's took Carol Joscelyn,Joyce Lewis, & Stephanie Beasley (Southern Hospitality) to another level! I live in Pittsburgh now so, i was down checking on my sick uncle. Things was already in a uproar so, truck problems made it worst! Pulling out my hair 1 string at a time! I called the warrenty company who gives me these numbers & says call around to see who can help. After calling 3 other places that assured me they couldn't get me in no sooner then 3 after! I called Freeland & got Ms.Carol who calmed me down immediately! I explained & complained! All she did was listen & said how soon can u get here! From there all the lady's worked with me to get the job done. From getting me a rental to personally saying a prayer that i very well needed!!!!!!!!! Even the wait time for my truck was shortened! I gotta say, even the exspected is unexpected sometimes! I HAVE TO SEND A EXTRA THANKS TO MS.STEPHANIE BEASLEY. The great (GOD ALMIGHTY) puts us in places sometimes to receive his message loud & clear! THE MESSAGE WAS RECEIVED & I THANK U ALL FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! If i ever have a problem again wen in town, u guys r my visit. THAT VISIT ALONE MADE ME WANNA MOVE BACK HOME! If i could pay u guys a bonus at the drop of a hat it would be done! I was in the market for a new car and had my search narrowed down to two models, a Chevy and a Dodge. Both models I was looking at are fairly rare and hard to find. The Chevy at Freeland was the only one like it within a 100 mile radius of Nashville and the Dodge was one of only two in Nashville. The Dodge dealership tried everything in their power to get me to not leave their dealership without that car. Although they were very friendly, they were also very persistent! Something just didn't feel right about the Dodge and I told them I wanted to go back to Freeland one more time before I made my decision. It was the best thing I ever did! The folks at Freeland, especially Lloyd Harris were extremely easy to deal with, extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable of their product. They never tried to push anything on me or make me feel guilty like the Dodge dealership did. The Dodge dealership tried to tell me how much safer their car was, how much better of a resale value it would have, etc., basically just dogging the Chevy car. I bought the Chevy. The Dodge can't hold a candle to it. The Dodge felt cheap inside and out. I honestly felt like I was driving a bucket of bolts. The Chevy I purchased is absolutely awesome inside and out. It's already been a head turner in the few days I've had it. One last thing, the payments at Freeland came in at almost $110/month more than the Dodge although both cars were roughly the same price. I had been pre-approved at Dodge first and showed Freeland the offer Dodge gave me. They went back to the drawing board and matched the payment so I walked out of Freeland a very happy customer with a very sweet car and a very positive experience. Lloyd even filled my car up with gas and set up my On-Star for me. I highly recommend Lloyd and Freeland Chevy to anyone who's in the market for a new or used vehicle. This is what auto buying should be about!

First rate service department. I recently relocated to Murfreesboro and needed tires and routine servicing on my 2500. After calling a couple of other dealerships in the area, these folks had the right answers and my truck was serviced the next day. A++ for professionalism, service quality and friendliness. Price is only "good" because hey, it's a dealership but I received the personal attention I expect when paying dealership rates. A dealership's true value is in the quality of the service department and this is where I'll be when it's time to buy a new one.

Our salesman was extremely patient with two "old people" who did not know exactly what they wanted or needed. He explained the specifics of each car we looked at and helped us decide on the best one for our needs. When we made our purchase, he carefully explained all the vital parts, such as lights wipers, etc so that we drove out with confidence.Everyone we met, from the Service Dept, the Finance man, the Insurance Lady and the Managers were friendly and helpful. We have already recommended the Freeland Dealership and Mike to several friends who are thinking about buying a car.

Mr. Roberts has absolutely nailed what customer service should be! I called him and explained to him that I needed my oil changed and tires rotated on my lunch break. He told me to come on in and he would get me thru in time. He did just that, and made sure I was done and back on the road within 30 minutes! Every person in the service department greeted me,and with a smile! I am so impressed! Thank you for providing me with great customer service and making me smile!

I don't even know where to begin other then Thank you. I was traveling from Illinois to a business event. Five miles from the hotel my truck started making a noise and was pulling. I drove slow and thought I would get to the hotel which I did. This was late at night so nothing was open. I got up early the next morning and called a dealership that the hotel had recommended. It was Carl Black. Well their recording said their service department opened at 7:30 so I started calling. I called and left multiple messages explain my panicked situation. (three hours later I finally got a call from them. of which I told them that I had already been taken care of by Freeland.) Around 8:30 I googled another name and found Freeland! The receptionist said she would have a service consultant call me right back. Within minutes I got a call from Jonathon. From the initial hello I knew I had contacted the right place. I was a basket case because it wasn't even my Tahoe that I was driving, it was my in laws, and I hadn't even called them when it happened because my mother in law had just been diagnosed with ALS and they had enough on their plate. This was a truck...I could get it fixed! So talking with Jonathan he thought it was best after describing what it was doing to have it towed to the dealership. I asked him if he could give me a number of a place and he placed the call right then to Bailey's Towing I believe it was and gave the guy my hotel address, name , everything. He took care of it all. I had explained to Jonathan that I was going out on a River Boat Cruise and I was hoping to get the truck towed before I had to leave in a couple of hours. Again Jonathan took care of everything. Not too long after they had my truck Jonathan called me and explained everything that was wrong, that they could fix it that day, and that most importantly that he was glad I was safe and I had made it to the hotel as the wheel was moments from falling off and Lord knows what would've happened. Jonathan called me later that afternoon and said the truck was ready to be picked up. The only problem I had was getting a ride back to the dealership. He said no problem there was a shuttle but unfortunately by the time I got back from the cruise the shuttle wasn't running. Once again, Jonathan took care of it, he sent one of his mechanics, Chad to pick me up at the hotel. What a nice guy Chad was too! Totally enjoyed the conversation with him back to the dealership. Gave Jonathan a huge hug when I met him and couldn't thank him enough not only for fixing the truck, but just for his overall customer service in helping me be at ease that it would all be ok. So it doesn't end there....I leave for home to Illinois Sunday morning. Driving down the road in the pouring down raid and one of the windshield wipers flies off! lol Yes, this is a true story! Stopped at a truck stop, turns out these wipers were special from the dealership so I drove home with one wiper! Monday morning, I get a message from Jonathan asking if I made it home safe. When I told him what happened, he said I should've called him, he would have came and performed an emergency wiperoectomy! lol and you know what, I bet he would have! I was just blown away with how much he cared. I lived in Texas for 9 years and I miss The Southern Hospitality a lot. I sure got a great dose of it with Freeland! You can't put a price on outstanding customer service, and Freeland Chevrolet does it best! I can't thank the folks at Freeland Chevrolet enough for the wonderful experience I had last week. I had received information in the mail regarding the Key for Key Exchange Program, and emailed the dealership to inquire. Felicia Fregene promptly responded to my inquiry and answered any and all questions. I drove down after work on Friday afternoon, a time when most folks are tired from a long week's work, but was warmly greeted by the staff. I had submitted most of my information via email prior to arriving, so Felicia was ready to guide me through the process as soon as we sat down. She very astutely answered all of my questions and assisted me with trading in my 2008 Impala for a 2014 Cruze. It was after 6 p.m. when I arrived, and although I'm sure some folks were tired, not once did I feel rushed through the process. Hope also assisted with insurance questions I had, and was equally as knowledgeable about insurance plans. Shane Turner guided me with the paperwork, and again, extended the same courtesies as the others, taking time to answer my questions as the hour grew late. I firmly believe Mr. Freeland has respect throughout the community because he has respect for and from his employees. I am so pleased to have made the initial inquiry online. We were visiting Nashville for the weekend and our key broke. We didn't have our spare key with us. We started calling around to different dealerships in the Nashville area on Saturday morning trying to get help. We ended up at Freeland because they thought they had the key we needed and could get it cut and programmed for our car. I got the car to the dealer at 11:30 A.M., knowing they close at 1:00. They were waiting for me from my previous phone call. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with a new key, which cost less than I expected. Everyone I dealt with, Joyce, Bobby, Chico & Mark, were super helpful and friendly. They saved the weekend for us. If I lived in Nashville area, I would definitely go here for my service!

She took me across the street to the 360 restaurant for an awesome meal. She really went out of her way to make me very comfortable with the process. I used to go to another Chevy dealer and became disgusted by that dealership after ownership changed hands. As my car was still under warranty and had some recall work that needed to be done, I found Freeland Chevrolet and Jonathan Stainton-James! April 2, 2015 was the third time I have taken my 2011 Chevy Cruze to Freeland for service (not just routine maintenance, but real service).Today I started my car and had 2 unusual error messages come up in the display. I had to go past Freeland on my way to an appointment so I stopped in to ask about the error messages and to schedule an appointment to have the errors checked out. I also needed to have the oil changed, tires rotated, and to have the wiper fluid hose properly routed. (The prior Chevy dealer mechanic had routed the hose so that it was getting crimped in the hood hinge). I explained everything that was going on to Jonathan, asked him a ton of questions - which he answered quickly, honestly, and correctly. (Unbeknownst to Jonathan, I used to build engines so I am VERY familiar with the inner workings of autos. As a female, I use my knowledge to ask questions intended to test/gauge honesty and knowledge of the issue at hand. If I get crap answers to my questions - they are not touching anything I drive). I told him I was headed to a 10:00 am appointment and needed to schedule the service visit. He said I'll schedule you for noon, so when you are done with your appointment just come on by. I was back in the shop at about 11:15. I left the car with instructions to call when ready. Jonathan called me at 4:31 pm and said it was ready to go. He asked if I wanted to pick it up today or wait till tomorrow. I had my car back and paid the service ticket at 4:59 pm. The guys (Terry Parks and Matthew Clark) did all that work, test drove the car, and I paid the invoice in less than 6 hours! I absolutely love this service department. All of the employees I have dealt with have always been friendly, helpful, efficient, and just plain awesome. I wish I could remember the names of the other staff I worked with on prior visits - to give them proper credit and kudos - but each time I have been to the shop, I spoke with Jonathan first. I will continue to bring my car to Freeland for any issue that comes up as well as all regular maintenance. If I ever buy another new Chevy product, I will buy it from Freeland.

I dropped my car off for a diagnostic for my instrument cluster. Prior to my visit, there was miscommunication between me and Joyce about the diagnostic fee being deducted from the repair costs; however, Carol cleared that up. I received a ride to work on the shuttle. The driver asked me to provide him with my work address and phone number so that he could call me when he was on the way. That was suppose to happen around 3:00 or 3:15. I called the Service Department around 3:00 to ensure that I would have transportation back to the dealership. A gentleman said that he would check to see where the driver was and call me back. It is now 4:30. He has not called me back and I learned that one is available to pick me up after speaking with Joyce around 4:20. I was seriously contemplating on letting this dealership perform the repairs on my car. After this experience, I will NEVER allow them to touch my car again if I can help it because this experience was beyond horrible! I will not recommend any of my friends or loved ones to this dealership either. Furious is not an adequate word to describe how I feel right now.

The salesman that took excellent care of not only myself, but of my boyfriend too was Mike Watson!! I cannot even put into words how helpful and considerate he was knowing my situation with wanting a car. Never once did I feel that he was trying to cheat me out of my money or give us a bad deal. Even though I was stuck on what car I wanted Mike made sure to show me a wider range of cars and prices just to make sure that I was positive on the sale. He always did everything in MY best interest! Also, the person that helped with the financing was awesome too!! He was just as excited about my new car as I was. Even going back in there with my boyfriend, he (Sean Donaldson) recognized me and came straight over to make sure I was being dealt with right. I get so nervous before going to get my car worked on. As a single woman under the age of 30, oftentimes the mechanics try to talk me into buying parts I do not need. This was the first dealership I've been to where that was not the case at all! Everyone was incredibly friendly and honest. I took some work with me while I was waiting and a few employees stopped to chat and comment on my heavy workload as I was sitting there. They were so friendly, an employee overheard me sneeze and I heard, "BLESS YOU!!" from the other room. All of the employees went above and beyond to make sure everyone waiting was comfortable. Besides being overly friendly, they were quick with my car and did a wonderful job. I would recommend Freeland Superstore to anyone.

Worked with Joyce Lewis on 2/20. We came in due to a tire that was deflating quickly. We had to stop 3 times to put air in before finally making it to the service center. We only let Freeland's service center work on our car that is way we didn't just stop at some random shop along the way. Anywho, we made it safely and we were hoping they could just patch it up. Unfortunately, we had to purchase a new tire and we kinda expected that since we could hear the air coming out.Joyce walked us back to see the damage to the tire prior to just replacing and charging us. I appreciated that one of the mechanics explained why they could not just plug it up and showed us the tire. We purchased our Chevy Camero in 2012 at this dealershipn with Llyod Harris and will not go anywhere else for maintenance and repairs. They always do a great job and are fairly priced. When we decide to buy another vehicle will will be returning here and working with Llyod. Thanks again to Joyce for taking care of us on that visit!

not a big fan of visiting service departments however Ellis Roberts was incredibly helpful. he got my vehicle in quickly, got me a ride to work, called with diagnosis and that he had found an item that was able to be warrantied, along with another service that would help prevent it from happening again, gave him the greenlight, he gave me a time it would be ready stuck to it called me 30 min prior to being ready, offered to have the shuttle pick me back up if needed explained the entire bill to me .. was great.. even had a surprise when i picked up my truck, have a low tire light thats been on as ive neglected to fille it back up.. without even being mentioned the technician filled it.. very impressed by that took time to do a small non mentioned item. very appreciated.

First time ever buying a car over the internet. Josh Miller was very helpful. He did not pressure me into buying the vehicle. Most of the transactions were done over the phone or by email. Since I was dependent of a ride to the dealership I couldn't give an exact time to pick the car up Josh offered to pick me up on his way to work on Friday. I took my Suburban in a few weeks ago to diagnose a check engine light and get it serviced. On this particular visit we were in a time crunch and let Cindy know. She was fabulous about getting our service done and the check engine light figured out. We did inform her we were going to come back and get the engine light issue repaired. When we returned a week later to get the other portion fixed our return trip was just as excellent. Joyce got to us right away and had us worked up and our Chevy checked in within minutes. She called me with updates and went the extra mile to ensure I understood what was going on and let me know what my options were. When my vehicle was done she informed me it was ready and let me know that she could have a driver come and pick me up to bring me in. I have never had this much help or even offer of help with another dealer. When I showed up I was greeted right away by the staff, and even only having been there twice I was greeted by name!! As Joyce helped me close up my order Jonathan Stanton-James went to retrieve my vehicle for me so I wouldn't have to walk around in the cold to locate it, he brought it right to the door for me so I didn't need to go far to get in. I would HIGHLY recommend coming to this dealership to get any service done. My vehicle runs great and I really felt that everyone on the staff I came in contact with was AMAZING!!!!!Stephanie Ward

Purchased a new 2014 Corvette-- I live in Kentucky and took a day off to drive down and see the car advertised on Freeland's internet site, Calling ahead for an appointment, Lee Linton scheduled a time to meet me even though it was his day off. After discussing the car and taking a test drive, I left without committing to purchase. Deciding a few hours later to buy the car, I called Lee and scheduled a Saturday pick-up. For the last several months I have had four experiences with the service department. All were positive. Three of these visits were for recalls. Although they were free, I felt like I was treated like they wanted to do the best job possible. I had a recent experience was with the car locks and the remote.. Months ago I had gotten an estimate over the phone. The work I had done was reasonably priced and I was satisfied that the estimate help me plan.. Ellis Roberts was who I worked with, and he followed up with me during the day to give me an time when the car was ready. Being without a car for a day is inconvenient enough, but good service eases the pain.

I went to Freeland expecting the same results as I had faced at other dealerships. As I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Carlos Brittain who had a smile on his face that would light up any room. Not knowing what car I wanted Carlos was patient and happy the whole time. After picking out the car I wanted it was time for the deal (you know find out what you get for you trade and what they want for their car, the back and forth, the part we all dread) but that didn't happen, the two gentlemen behind the tower where all the deals are made( forgot their names) worked hard on everything to get me the best deal I could get .Then I meet Shane Turner and Sean Donaldson in finance to seal the deal. These guys are awesome! I walked out with a new car at a great price. Thank you Carlos, Shane, Sean and the guys behind the tower for making me feel like I was #1 in your dealership. I bought a truck from Freeland Chev. started having problems right after I drove of the lot, I didn't expect what happened buy a used car it's AS IS, the general Mgr. Greg Nipper told me to bring it into the service Dept. well they thought they had the problem resolved & I expected to pay, well there was no charge, that's totally unheard of, well the problem persisted, went back in the General Mgr. Nippert was upset the truck wasn't fixed right As was the service person who was a great help to us Jonathan Staton James, they said leave it we'll fix it I asked for an estimate Greg said we don't send vehicles out like that we'll fix it, Jonathan made sure we had a vehicle, well, after finally figurering it all out & Making sure everything was running to their satisfaction they called & said it was ready, we got back basically a new motor, & exhaust, I was shocked because I tried to deal the the former dealership that was there & no way, these guys Greg Nippert & Jonathan staton James were great to deal with, & made sure we were happy with everything. These guys have a customer for life, & I've bragged to everyone I know as to how well I was treated, I have 2 kids getting ready to drive, guess where their cars will come from. THEY'RE FANTASTIC.

I went to Freeland Chevy on January 12th, which was a cold, rainy day. My heat was no longer working in my car and I had spent way too much money trying to get everything repaired. I drove into the parking lot and was getting my paperwork together to go into the Dealership. I was suprised to see Lee Linton waiting for me (standing in the rain). My experience just got better and better as we went along. Just FYI, when I came to the dealership, I did not beleive I would be leaving with a new car. I purchased a Camaro from Felicia. She is a fairly new dealer with Chevrolet. Although such is the case, it was not apparent. Felicia was courteous, personable, empathetic, selfless, knowledgeable and compassionate. I work at the Board of Education Central Administrative Offices, Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools. Due to my position with the school district, my time is very limited. Often times I only have 10 minutes to eat lunch before running into meetings. Felicia was understanding of my meeting schedules, brought the car to my office, took me to and from the dealership, and even offered me lunch. I was very shocked by her drive, motivation, and general concern with my hopes of becoming a Camaro owner.I had many questions regarding the specs of the car. Felicia was able to answer the majority of my questions. When she was unable to answer the questions, she spoke with Tabris Sanders who was able to provide her with the answers. Although this is only the second car I've purchased my entire life, this was definitely the fastest process, ever. The process was a bit chaotic. We felt like we were being pulled from multiple places. When we asked questions, the answer was always "I can't answer that for you yet". This made us uncertain about buying the car at all. We thought about leaving a couple of times because of the uncertainty. However, whenever we did get answers, they were very helpful.The finance guy really worked hard to make things work for us.Our dealer was very energetic and lively, was easy to connect with and remembered us everything we came in.

We bought a car on Dec 23rd and drove it home. After thinking overnight decided on a different car on the lot. They let us exchange on Dec 24th with no problem although they had to 're-do all the paperwork and was now Christmas Eve day. On Dec 26th we decided to go back and check on a truck we saw on the lot. We wound up also buying the truck. Jeff McCarty was our salesman for both cars. He was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He made me feel very comfortable without being the typical "pushy" car salesman. Alvin Norment helped us in the purchase of the 1st car but was off Christmas Eve day when we brought it back. By no means had he made me make a mistake. I just changed my mind. Alvin was also very thorough and nice. But our main salesman was Jeff.

Came to Nashville to visit my brother, no intention of buying a vehicle on this short 4 day trip.Called your dealership to look at a sedan, was possibly thinking of getting a car when got back to Sioux Falls, SD thought I'd check them out there.Karen was the salesperson that I first talked to. She was very friendly and helpful. I didn't make it down the day I said I was going to. She called me back the next day and asked me to come in, so I said I would. She was good about confirming a time to meet, but at the same time didn't come across as pushy. Karen was friendly, very caring about what I wanted. Not pushy or I would have been gone, however she had enough aggressiveness to keep me engaged and get the sale. She hasn't forgot about me either since the sale, good follow up. Went in to purchase a used vehicle and Tim worked with me to get the payments I needed. Very friendly service, and a great deal on the car I bought. The salesman I worked with was not the typical, pushy, annoying salesman. He listened to what I needed/wanted in the car and the payments and he made it work. He was there to help me, not sell something to me I didn't want. He answered all the questions I had so he was knowledgeable too. I recently went to this dealership because a coworker said I should go. I took the bus to get there a hour and 30 min bus ride and 15 min walk. I orginally wanted to get a older car. But they were very friendly and honest with me. My dealer was Lee Linton. He miraculously put me in a 2014 Chevy Spark. Now honestly at first I didn't like it because it was super bright red and small. But after test driving her I immediately felt comfortable in her. Any who I love love my car. She had 3k on her and the mpg is 38 city. Perfect for what I needed. A gas saver, reliable and affordable. I honestly didn't realize it had 3k miles on it until 2weeks later! Lol That's how much I was detached from the car. But now I'm totally grateful for them because they could have tooken advantage of me because I was a woman but they didn't. I decided to buy the new 2015 Corvette Stingray and sell my 2014 Corvette Stingray. Due to the unpleasant experiences I had with other dealers (I bought about 7 cars in the past 5 years) I decided to go to a new dealership. I did some research and seen positive ratings on Freeland Chevrolet located in Antioch TN which happens to be close to where I live. I went there and worked with Lee Linton. I have to tell you that I didnt know Lee and had the pleasure work with him. After I told him what I was looking for and the options I wanted he knew exactly what I was looking for, very smart, experienced, very welcoming and friendly. I put an order through Lee for the 2015 Corvette Stingray and it has arrive several weeks later after it was built. Every time I called Lee or visited him to check on my order he was friendly and welcoming even though I was a little too excited about my new car and kept asking him Is it here yet? I went to their Finance and had the best experience financing the remaining amount with them. The interest rate I have gotten was lower than what I was actually expecting. Easy process, friendly and respectful people.To summarize my rating, this was the BEST car buying experience by far therefore I would definitely give Lee and Freeland Chevrolet 5 start rating. I will also return to them for future car purchases as I havent had not one single issue with them. They are terrible never use them for repairs. I was hung up on mid sentence when I requested they contact me when the recalled part was in so my husband and I could change our work schedules to pick it up. They kept my car hostage for 2 months trying to up sale me on not just getting the recalled piece fixed. My car operated perfectly before going in with the exception of the recalled part. In that time they killed my battery. They had to jump it for me to drive off the lot and now it won't start at all. Never ever giving them my business again.

So I literally answered a letter in the mail regarding refinancing my vehicle or purchasing a new vehicle to get a lower rate...I was very doubtful that I would qualify for either but I said it won't hurt to try. I was there for 3 hours but I didn't mind because that must mean they are doing every thing they can to help me and that's exactly what they did :) They were so friendly and inviting....ALL of them! I left with a new vehicle and a very fair rate and I was literally in shock! I appreciate you guys especially Mr Tim Riley who was my salesman and Mr Sean Donaldson who worked his magic to make sure my car was protected! We hopped from dealership to dealership looking for what I wanted. I knew exactly what I wanted, and Freeland Chevrolet was the only dealership out of all that we visited that had almost exactly what I wanted. I initially wasn't looking for brand new. But once I saw the price comparison for the car that I wanted vs. the 2013 and 14 (with 30k to 45k miles) - it just made sense to buy new. Lee's professionalism and patience were fantastic (although I did feel sorry for the guy having to work til midnight - some new promotional thing they were trying out).It was an overall great experience! Lee also offered to set up a time for me to go have a sunroof installed (this was a deal breaker and he mentioned that he could get one installed and that the company doing it offered a lifetime warranty). SOLD! If you're looking for a new Chevy, ask for Lee! He gave me a few of his cards and if anyone mentions anything about looking at new cars - I hand them his card! I highly recommend!

I perceived him as not just a hit and run salesman, whose only interest was to make his monthly sales target, but someone who who take all of the time necessary to make his client comfortable with the sales process. When we initially went into the dealership my daughter was apprehensive as to her ability to qualify for purchasing her 2013 vehicle. As a father, I cannot describe her delight, happiness and bright eyes as Carlos prepared her to take delivery of her vehicle prior to us leaving the dealership. I had trouble with another dealership and when I contacted Freeland, they were nothing but nice. They told me that they would do all they could to get me into a quality vehicle. Tommy, my dealer, was patient and extremely helpful. He stayed in constant contact with me until I could make it to the dealership to check out cars. I'm so very pleased with my expereince there. I didn't feel like I was any different, just because my financial situation isn't the best. I was made to feel important. We love our car and will recommend Freeland to any and everybody.

I was very hesitant prior to going to the dealer only because of past experiences with pushy sales people. I am so happy to report that Mike Bush was not in that category. Mr. Bush treated me like I was buying a 2014 Camero when I was just buying a used car. I drove up from Fla. on august 10th to help my daughter(20),and married to a deployed serviceman,buy her first car..we were going for a used car to begin with and searched around a bit when we drove through Freeland Chevrolet in Antioch Tn. We were greeted by Mike Bush in sales. we went on a test drive, 2013 Cruze, and the kid loved it. but her husband doesnt want a manual shift and no automatics were available,so he had one brought in from another dealer out of town.meantime we shopped hard around the area for another 2013 auto. and only got baited to other dealers who said they had one and didnt. I was a little discouraged with that act. Mike called back last Mon. morning,said he had the car we wanted, so we went to look at it, another test drive, offered great rebates,tax free for deployed service and plenty more from the dealer along with info on an extra $750 from USAA insurance..we knew nothing about it untill Mike told us of it..after making the deal on the car we went shopping for banking.. yeh, shouldda done that first but these guys were VERY patient, it took 4 more days to finally choose and we did well,, bottom line is that we put both Mike and the staff of Freeland Chevrolet thru it in order to teach my youngun what it takes to get thru all those things you need to know about a large puchase.. I wanted a White Chevy Equinox with, seat warmers and no one in town had one. I even visited Payne Chevrolet which is right down the street from where we live. They had a black one with everyhing I wanted ,but I really wanted white. I searched the internet and found Mr. Brown. We went from Springfield , Tn to Antioch and though they had a white one adding the seat warmer would not work because of where the on/off switch would have to be installed (my husband would hit it eerytime he sat down as he has an artificial leg). So, Mr. Brown was nice enough to locate one in Kentucky for me and get it for me. He had it here by Saturday noon and I had it by 3:00pm. I find it interesting that no one at Payne ever offered to find me what I wanted. I will definitely go back to Freeland Chevy.

I was referred to Freeland by a friend and upon arriving, I knew the type of vehicle I wanted but wasn't sure about options or packages (RS, SS, hard top, convertible, etc). Mr. Tim was very patient and diligent in explaining the differences, as well as assisting me with what I thought I wanted. He encouraged me to call with any questions that I may have had after leaving the dealership. When I returned three days later, Rickey assisted me with my trade and Sean worked his magic by beating my credit unions interest rate. These guys were professional and appeared to care about my car buying wants and needs, even when my OCD kicked in, lol! Although Mike didn't personally assist in selling me my car, he was always welcoming and friendly. I absolutely love my car and was well pleased with my car buying experience!

They did not push me into any decisions. They let me look around and stood back until I had question. Tim Riley was very nice. He took me for a test drive and was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He answered all of my unanswered questions. Tim was very patient and maintained a positive attitude throughout my visit. Sean Donaldson handled my account with care and continued to make sure I was comfortable and let me know step by step what was going on and everything that was needed by the consumer to get the deal done. When I first arrived at the dealership in the pre-owned side, my family and I walked in and we were not greeted at all. We we not acknowledged and told that someone would be right with us or anything. So that was not a good feeling at all because plenty of people passed us and just let us sit there. I decided instead of leaving the lot completely, I would go to the New Sales lot and see if we got a better reception there. Once we pulled up and got out of our vehicle, Drew greeted us to see if he could assist.I explained to him what we had just experienced and that we weren't very happy with the customer service we had just received as potential customers. Drew gladly assisted us and even though he had to finish up on something at the other lot, he escorted us back to the pre-owned lot, showed us a couple of vehicles and then had us wait while he finished with a previous customer. That was all we wanted at first, was to at least get acknowledged like they wanted our business. So we waited and he took great care of us. I was very upfront about what range of payment I was looking for and what I had to bring to the table. I advised him that I didn't want to waste his time or mine, so I laid it all out to see if he could work out a deal. He took my info and was able to work out a great deal for me. I just came truly that day to shop and see what I needed to do to get into a vehicle and to see if it was even possible for me to get into a vehicle; not knowing that he got everything together where I was able to drive away with a vehicle that same day. It was only a year old and very good condition. He kept to the payment range I wanted to stay at. He didn't try to get over or tell us any untruths. I was very happy with customer service we received and he is what made us stay at this dealership and ultimately made a sale. If it wouldn't have been for his customer service and treating us like he cared, we would not have done business with this establishment. I will definitely refer my friends and family to him. Also the finance guy was great as well. I can't remember his name, but he took great care of me and made the process very easy. They both are a great asset to Freeland Chevrolet and should be commended for their customer service.

My wife and I were looking a for an affordable family car. After doing some internet research, we figured out what we could reasonably afford and what fit with in our budget. We saw a couple of Impala's on the Freeland webpage that fit our budget, so we went to look at them. Drew was very professional, polite and helpful. After test driving a couple Impala's, we picked the one that we liked and purchased it. Drew was very straightforwards and when the time comes to purchase another Chevy, I will most likely enlist his services again.Why:1. Customer service was prompt and polite.2. I would strongly reccomend Freeland Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy a car! My experience was amazing. My car was recently totaled and I needed to find a new car. I went to a few dealerships before coming to Freeland and none compare with the atmosphere and customer service I experenced at Freeland. I walked in and spoke with Dean. He was very friendly and listened to what I wanted. He is new there but he was able to get me the information I needed. I knew the class of car I wanted, what I could put down and what I wanted to pay each month. I had my eye on the 2013 Chevy Sonic and immediately fell in love with the chevy sonic RS sitting on the showroom floor. That very day Sean Donaldson sat down with me to discuss financing and got me an AMAZING interest rate considering my situation. I was not ready to buy just yet but I came back the next day and test drove the vehicle. Lee walked me through all the features and the cool things I could do with my phone in the car. With the interest rate, extended warranty and the great experience I had I was ready to go for it! Sean and his team really took care of me and explained everything well, answered all my questions and I didn't feel pressured like at some dealerships. I signed all the papers and went through the process and everyone was so friendly. My car took longer than expected to get ready for me so they treated my to lunch they brought in for their employees. They really take care of you and treat you right at Freeland. I will be recommending them again. And I love my car!!!!

I did not know what I wanted to buy so I needed to test drive several different cars to find out what I liked. My saleman was so patient with me. He did not try to push me towards any particular vehicle. He spent between 5 - 6 hours showing me what was available on the lot and sharing his thoughts about each vehicle we took for a test drive. The last car he showed me was in the garage getting cleaned up to put out on the lot. It was exactly the one I was looking. I had owned the same make of car in the past. I am very happt with my purchase. Thank you Carlos!

She had knowlege about the my car and loan questions as needed...She help me with (Greg approval and his compassion as head Ascent Finance) with the car repair issues I had with my car; They had the service department fix my car with no charge and also provided me with transportation with a rental...Also I had a personal tradey and I was treated with empathy and compassion worked with me during that time period with my car note payment issues the entire time..I was not treated like a nameless customer with a car payment due...She appreicated my business and treated with dignity during this peroid...I would recommend anyone purchasing a car with this dealership..I am a customer for life..Even though my car is paid in full..When I decide to make a new purchase..Ascent Auto will be my fiance place of choice..

I went in not knowing what I wanted specifically. With the help of Faron Stout and Michael Bush I am now driving a brand new Chevy Cruz and I am VERY happy. I highly recommend either of these 2 gentlemen for a purchase of a new car.

I originally came in to attempt to get my car serviced. I had previously purchased a 2011 Chevy Aveo, not from Freeland (first mistake), that was literally giving me a headache every single day! I thought I would never get out of that nightmare of a car. I was so upset and stressed when I spoke with Mr. Tim Riley to set up a time to talk about a possible trade in! He knew the situation I was in and he was more than willing to help out! The very next day we met and talked everything out. I looked into a brand new 2013 Chevy Sonic and fell in love!Tim was so very nice and provided me with all the information I needed as well as helped out tremendously! As we went over all the figures I never thought I was going to be cleaning my old car out and driving off in my new Sonic that same day, but Tim made it happen! I was so impressed. I have never had anyone so thoughtful and caring about another's situation from the get go!I am beyond happy and will always go back to Freeland for all my vehicle needs. They even give you a free oil change the first time! I am going to be reccommending this dealership to everyone I know!!Thank you Tim so much, my headache is all gone now!!!! =)

All employees encountered were polite and helpful, without being syrupy. They were business-like and knowledgeable. We had been to another dealer earlier, but could not reach a deal, because they would not value my very clean trade- in to my satisfaction. Faron & Lee worked to get the exact vehicle we wanted from another dealer.

When I REALLY needed a car, an AFFORDABLE car - no one would help me due to credit issues. Other dealerships seemed to be telling me only WHY they wouldn't help me! But not Nick Rice of FREELAND CHEVROLET! From our very first conversation he seemed genuinely interested in helping me with no apparent pre judgments about my credit situation. To me, I felt like a valued customer needing a car - not a bad credit statistic. Every single step of the buying process was handled professionally and with attention placed on listening to what I needed - not telling me what he thought I should get "or else". I have never enjoyed doing business with such a stellar group of people in my life! Even the finance department, Sue and Theresa were FABULOUSLY helpful and caring! I whole heatedly recommend Nick Rice to anyone wanting to buy a car! It will be the BEST buying experience imaginable!

JUST BOUGHT A NEW 2012 SILVERADO 2500HD FROM THIS DEALER. I HAVE BEEN RESEARCHING ALL LOCAL DEALERSHIPS (4) RELENTLESSLY FOR THE PAST WEEK, AND FROM THE VERY FIRST PHONE CALL, I SET THIS DEALER APART. I HAD BEEN IN CORRESPONDENCE WITH DEALERS CLOSE TO MY HOME, AND I HAD TO CALL CONSTANTLY TO GET INFORMATION FROM THEM.THEY WOULD NOT CALL ME BACK AFTER MY LAST TWO PHONE CALLS. We were pleasantly surprised and how easy the process for buying a new car was. Tim Riley was great to work with. He changed our opinion of car salesmen. He treated us like family. He was not pushy and was very honest. Tim will keep us coming back and we will be recommending him to family, friends and co-workers. The gentleman in the finance department was also very nice and helpful.

It was a great experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Lee and Faron and this dealership to my friends. A super job by them! In the past, I have not liked the car buying experience. Lee and Faron and their team were knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to work with. There was no adversarial back and forth - just a very professional business deal. Hats off to Freeland!

My husband and I was greeted by Lee within seconds of entering the lot. He is a very pleasant and knowledgable, he listened to us at what we wanted and took us for a test drive and answered all our questions. Everyone was really nice to us and did everything to get us in our new 2013 Chevy Cruz. Financing was made very easy and comfortable for us thanks to Sean and Ricky. This is the very first new car ever for me and I want to thank all of you at Freeland for making it so pleasant and comfortable for us. In our line of work our vehicles are our second home and the Chevrolet brand is the choice for our salesmen and their families. Day after day dependability and comfort while exhibiting a style of luxury and maintaining an affordable price point can be difficult features to find in one package. Our company is small in size but when we are all in the office we have a fleet of white Chevrolet vehicles ranging from Tahoes, trucks, to Impalas. When it came time for my new truck we went to Freeland Chevrolet and met with Richard Smith. I knew as soon as we pulled on the lot we would purchase our standard white Z71 truck. After many phone calls and a couple trips out to see Richard we finally made the purchase. Richard drove the white truck down front and sent it to be detailed and cleaned for me to pick up the next day. My schedule was hectic and I could not make it out to Freeland until 6:00pm to pick up the truck. Once arriving I noticed all of the lights were out and a red Chevrolet was pulled up to the window with its lights on. The power had been out for hours but Richard didnt bother us and he waited around until we arrived while everyone else had been sent home. The red Chevrolet was Richards and we signed all of our documents by the lights that were beaming through the glass. After we signed all the paper he said he would go get the truck and be right back. After a minute Richard pulled around to my surprise in a Black Z71 truck. He was smiling ear to hear and said congratulations and it took me several minutes to realize he was talking to me. Richard knew what I wanted and cared enough to help do what would make me happy. There were multiple times that Richard and Freeland could have treated us like other dealers have in the past but they truly exceeded all expectations. Richard detailed two vehicles and answered numerous calls as well as several visits until we pick up our truck. Thank you Richard and Freeland Chevrolet for your time and assistance in helping me pick out the best vehicle for my needs. Richard exemplifies great character and I would trust him with any of our car needs in the future.

5 Stars all the way! Having purchased cars from other places in the past, I honestly dreaded going out this past Saturday to even look. But, was wanting/in need of a small pick-up truck for a lady for hauling that spring planting stuff :-) I've seen Freeland from the interstate and recently saw television ads, it is on my way to work and back, so thought - oh well, will go in and ruin my Saturday with high pressure sales, etc. NOT. I was greeted at the door by Nick Rice. I explained what I was looking for, price range, etc. and that I would not expect high pressure talk - I wanted a fair deal within a set price range. We sat down and talked about my likes/desires/features in my 'new to me vehicle' and immediately he zoomed in on a 2012 Chev Colorado pick-up truck. Have to say, the dealership offices and areas are clean and very relaxing in appearance. Other employees passing by were friendly with a 'hello' or 'hi'. I was waiting for the stuff to hit the fan. The high pressure yack. Never happened. The negotiating was easy and no pressure. We came to an agreement on an awesome 2012 Chev Colorado Extended Cab truck. OMG, something for me,something for my husband. Handshake deal, off to see Sean Donaldson in finance. Equally as professional, calm and most helpful in explaining all paperwork and warranties. The whole process was so seamless. The waiting time was very very reasonable, with offer of a beverage and an apology for the wait. The atmosphere was very quiet, friendly, a family atmosphere with absolutely no pressure. My salesman, Nick Rice, so nice, helpful and knowledgeable - listed to my likes/desires in purchasing a vehicle. I would definitely recommend Freeland Chevrolet and sales executive Nick Rice. They know their stuff here, how to treat customers. Up until now I have not had an alliance with any car dealership. This is a dealership that I would definitely go to again and my husband is making plans to go see what they can help him with in purchasing another suv or pick-up truck. Thank you Nick and thank you Sean for such a 5 Star experience! We love the truck! Happy customer who will definitely recommend Freeland and continue future buying experiences with!

He answered all the questions I had and if he was not sure he asked someone else. Lee gave a great overview of the car and what buttons did what and got me set up with On Star. Sean Donaldson was also very helpful and friendly. Answered the questions I had and gave me all the info I needed. Overall I had a very wonderful experience and would recommend any of my friends to come to Freeland Chevrolet

Lies lies lies. Wanted lt, when started the process to buy finance manager told me was the lt I asked for. I asked many times to use redstone as I was preamp proved at a low rate. Sean insisted using his bank at a higher rate.. I told him before coming in I was approved at another dealer at redstone for same price only it was an lt.I come in it was a ls and still at his bank. Come time for paperwork it was rushed to sign and leave, no explanation, I would dump it on freelands door if I could. I may be stuck with car but I will never recommend dealer to anyone. As soon as I can I will trade it in at a dealer that will take the time to complete the sale, so all understand the transaction.

Phenomenal! Smooth transition through the paperwork. Bill Davis was great. Cindy Dunning went above and beyond ...totally phenomenal. Props to the techs in the shop that worked on my truck too!I am I overly impressed with the entire process of purchasing a new vehicle from Freeland Chevrolet. If you are in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend this dealership.

This was our first NEW car buying experience and when I say that the guys at Freeland Chevrolet have set the standard, they have set it Skyhigh! I can't thank these guys enough for their hard work! Lloyd Harris was our salesman. He stayed in constant communication with us and worked hard to get us what we wanted! He listened to us, but also gave his opinion without trying to bully us into a car we were not interested in. This wasn't an easy sell because the beautiful Brand New 2012 Camaro we wanted was not on the lot. Nevertheless, they made it happen!I have to give a shout out to Quintin Siemer!! I couldnt ask for a better person to work with! Even in my most frustrated moment Quintin remained calm and heard my concerns and then he SOLVED them by Locating and Delivery the car we wanted! Thank you soooo much Quintin you really made us feel like we was worth all the effort you put in! I don't want to forget Brandon Mosley he stepped in one night when Quintin was out I didn't get to work with him personally, but he was also a great guy. Last but certainly not least Sean Donaldson, the Finance Director, he made it all possible!!!! There was an incredible sense of trustworthiness and honesty when I met him! That's what you hope for when you walk into a Dealership as a first time car buyer! Thanks again Sean!!

They seemed nice in the beginning, but I soon realized that this was not the case. They tried to make me pay for a recalled part. And then when I got it fixed, the day I got my car back, my engine light went on and my car was making a grinding noise. They had just cleared my transmission before replacing the recalled part, but after they worked on my car, my transmission was screwed up. Also, I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation (with a 30 point inspection) a month earlier and my car has been leaking oil since. I've taken it back 3 times to get the oik leak to stop, and first it was the "oil plug they didn't tighten all the way", but then when it was STILL leaking, they told me my oil pan was cracked and I needed a new one. Why didn't they see this in the beginning??? Because THEY CRACKED IT! And they blamed it on the age of my car. I tried calling the corporate customer service line, and they were no help because they said they trust their dealership and what they say goes. So what's the point of a larger customer service line?? This dealership are LIARS, SCAM ARTISTS, UNWILLING TO ADMIT TO MISTAKES, AND OFFER ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not ONCE did they offer to help me with a rental car, or money off my next oil change, or even to help me carry a bag! NEVER, EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!

The price was what they told me we added a few things though that I am GLAD Sean recommended like gap and warranty! Thanks Buddy! I HATE that Ben Freeland has the stigma of Bill Heard because he is an awesome person! Very active in cleaning up Antioch and getting rid of the bad ju ju from the previous dealership! Keep doing everything you guys are doing because you got a team of shining stars there! Service Included! I was introduced to Ken Nesbitt and Cindy Dunning and they have been in touch with me through the letters they mail out! I have never had a dealership take the time to be that personal with me! Lloyd was when I arrived at the dealer just before closing time.He was helpful in getting me in a Truck that I had picked out. Sean was also very helpful and explained everthing well.I would definately reccomend Freeland Cheverolet and Espically Lloyd and Sean.They are an asset to this dealership.

The sales and service departments do a lousy job. They sell you cars they know have problem and then expect you to pay to repair things you discover after you leave their lot. If they repair it, they do a lousy job and then stand around trying to figure out what they did wrong. I will never buy another vehicle from them. They changed their name and treat customers the same.

Freeland Chevrolet is a credit to the industry. I have been buying cars for 40 years and this has been the best experience I have had. The staff is very helpful and made every effort to make sure I was totally satisfied. They treat you like family.I was very impressed with the fact that the owner Ben Freeland actually took the time to meet with me to insure I was satisfied with my purchase. Our family found the employees we encountered at Freeland Cheverlot to be friendly,knowledgeable,personable and courteous.When we were looking to buy a used car for our teenage son, we test drove a lot of different cars to make sure we were getting what we needed.Roger spent his time talking with our son about safety and up keep of a car as well as milage to the gallon.Once we made our decision Roger made sure the car was serviced and ready to go when we arrived at the dealership.Cindy the employee I deal with in the service department.She always calls me before the service work is done. She lets me know exactly what needs to be done and the cost. I find that very helpful so I know in advance what really needs to be done now and what could potentially wait until the next service.Rodger and Cindy always act very professionally.

I have purchased two vehicles at Freeland in the last 3 months (2011 Camaro 2LT/RS, & 2011 Cruze LTZ/RS). The 3 guys mentioned above (Joe, Lee, & Tim) are shining stars in the new car business. I am unwilling to work with anyone else at this point. They have provided the absolute BEST experiences I've ever had purchasing vehicles, which should be evident considering the amount of business I've done there recently.The other excellent part of this dealership? The service department. Cindy Dunning is an absolute sweetheart, AND she gets the job done at a great price, and in an attractive time frame.Freeland Chevrolet is the ONLY place I will do business from here on out.

Before I bought my new Corvette at Freeland, I had shopped at another dealer and couldn't get an acceptable offer on my trade.Freeland's first offer was better than the last offer at the other dealership.Sales, service and finance are all great people with a friendly attitude!

Everyone has to feel that they got a good deal when the paperwork is done, or neither party will be happy. Ben Freeland Chevrolet gets that. I will be back to them for my next car or truck purchase. This is why I feel I had a great experience at Ben Freeland Chevrolet, and would recommend them to someone else looking to buy a vehicle.

Seen a nice looking Kia Optima on their lot that my girlfriend liked, so we pulled in to check it out.We test drove, she really liked it so we started the process of buying it and let me tell yah what a long process that was.We arrived sometime before 11a.m. test drove for around 20 mins, went inside and started paper work.The sticker price was $12,588 and she was going to put $1,000 down.She dont have the greatest credit(550) and filed bankruptcy 3 yrs ago due to a divorce, but no credit card or other bills except rent and makes good money.They come back with $400 a mnth payment for 5 yrs.We was like theres no way.They was like u cant afford that? and we was like not anyhing about affording it, not paying $400 a mnth for $12,000 car.They say its not them its the finance companys, but i dont believe that at all.After a couple more hours and coming back a few more times with numbers that still wasnt close to what we was willing to pay a month we was about to say screw it.The absolute most i thought payment should be was $300 a month.She wanted the car so she put another $1,200 down and got the payment at $300 a mnth.So put a down payment of $2,200.Ok then they told us that 2nd owner warranty was only 3yrs/36,000 miles.It was a 08 with 17,500 miles so waranty was about up because of yrs.So she got the major guard warranty and gap for a additional $44 a month.So back up to $344 a month after everything and 8 hrs later.YES 8 HRS LATER Now after a week the check engine comes on, she lives in lebanon and made sure we can take to any chevrolet dealership to have it repaired.Took to Wilson county chevrolet and they told me they cant read codes or work on it they gotta take it to kia and might be a few days before get back.Then i started getting pissed, i took it to autozone before i went there to see what code was so i wouldnt get lied to by them.I told them u mean to tell me Autozone can read the freakin codes on it but u cant.He went got manager and he told me that he could check codes but wouldnt gaurantee he could fix it and now i find out got $200 deductible which is the highest amount and wasnt offered anything lower or even told about the deductible.Told him not going to pay you $200 and you not even know you can fix, wth.Guess i will just take to Kia myself.So she got a warranty that she has to take to Nashville Kia if she wants work done after being told differently.Then done some researching on the warranty and find out Kia's 2nd owner warranty is 5yrs/60,000 miles.So paying for a GM warranty when its already covered by Kia and GM wont even work on the car after being told they would fix and honor the warranty at any GM service center.$1,500 warranty tacked onto the total with finance charges for a warranty thats covered by a free warranty and gonna charge $200 deductible everytime u take it for repairs, while the kia factory warranty has no deductible.Wouldnt put it passed them to have cleared the codes before selling and im glad the engine light came on cause after this I found out about factory warranty still good for awhile and can cancel the GM warranty within 1st 60 days.Freeland Chevrolet is no better than Bill Heard in my opinion and are a bunch of vultures trying to charge the max state finance charges and will try to get you anyway they can.We Bail you and the finance companys out,then u invest it oversees and give big bonuses,only to have you ram it in our butts.Thanks alot

I am so disappointed with the service i just received at this Freeland Chevrolet Dealership. They took full advantage of me and had absolutely no remorse for it. I had my car repaired at the beginning of November 2010. It wouldn't start so I decided to take it to this dealership prayerfully thinking this was a company with integrity and would not try to take advantage of me. Boy was I wrong. They charged me extra for all types of labor but I just went ahead and payed the bill thinking and believing that they took care of the problem correctly and I would not have any more problems with my car not starting. Low and behold just four weeks later I was stranded in the middle of the night, in the freezing cold weather, on a dark and lonely street. Why??? Because my car would not start. I once again was stuck stranded with the same issue. Now I had to pay to have my car towed again. I took my vehicle back to this same dealership (the Freeland Chevrolet on Hickory Hollow Parkway in Antioch, TN 37013) because I was trusting that they would correctly fix the issue this time around and I would be on my marry little way. I was so mistaken, not only did they make me wait until the next day before they would even look at the car (aaahhh, such an inconvenience) but they also told me that now I need another new part (which they charge an arm and a leg for of course). I thought they fixed the problem when they charged me for new parts just weeks ago. They told me there was nothing they could do to compensate me....they could have at least given my a break on the labor costs seeing as though they had just worked on my car a couple weeks ago. They took full advantage of me and now I am outraged. I can not believe a company would operate in such a way. Shame on them. I am so disappointed with the Freeland Chevrolet on Hickory Hollow Prkway in Antioch, TN. I would not recommend them to anyone I know, not even to my worst enemy. They have just lost a customer.
