I would recommend Fremont Toyota of Sheridan to anyone I know. From the beginning of my interest in trading my prior vehicle, I was treated with respect and honestly. I feel Fremont Toyota went above and beyond what they needed to do to make me feel that I was making the best choice for myself, always available to answer any questions and made sure I fully understood what I looking at. I received excellent customer service from the moment I entered an online request for someone to contact me regarding a 2015 Rav 4. Becki was excellent at responding to me in both a timely and courteous manner. I felt it was obvious that this dealership wanted my business and was willing to work with me to get to a deal that I was comfortable with. I did not purchase from this dealer only because my local dealer was able to offer a comparable price. I appreciate that when I emailed Becki with the news that I would be purchasing from a local dealer, she was very kind to me. We spent quite a bit of time researching and looking around for the right vehicle for us, going to lots of websites and a few dealerships. Immediately on driving up to Fremont, Stormy greeted us and started to work for us. She was friendly, very helpful, and easy going. She handled our requests and made sure we got what we wanted. We ended up not wanting a vehicle that was on hand, but she did the research, found our vehicle at another dealership, and quickly got it to us. Very impressed with Stormy. She made the car buying experience fun (or as fun as it can be) and we will definitely recommend her to others.

Josh Sandvig heard that I was looking for a Sequoia and suggested contacting Oscar Gaona. He said he would be able to find me what I wanted at a price that met or beat any other dealership. And Oscar definitely lived up to that recommendation - he was able to find me a very particular Sequoia that I was looking for and didn't play games when it came to price. He was straightforward, gave me a good deal, and was very helpful and professional. Fremont Toyota (Sheridan) has exceptional employees in both Josh and Oscar. I was impressed with the patience, professionalism, and flexibility we experienced throughout the buying process. I was checking web sites for used good quality vehicles that would fit my family. I got on Fremont of Sheridan and found an older Explorer with very low miles. Contacted the Dealership via email. I did get a reply the next day. That vehicle was no longer available. But they had a Dodge Durango I might be interested in. Jeff Running contacted me about this vehicle. He asked what I needed, what i was interested in and price range. I explained all of the above. He thought the Durango would be perfect. He sent pictures, told me everything they did to it, told me about the damages it had on it, (which were minor), talked to me about the price, and miles. I asked tons of questions, he answered all of them and if he didn't know, he asked then let me know. Jeff kept me informed everyday. He also asked me if he found something else that would fit my needs before I could look at the Durango if I would be interested. I work during the week and my son had track on Saturday. I was going to come the next weekend, but he offered to meet me on Sunday even though they were closed. I meet Jeff drove the vehicle and decided I wanted it. I did my whole transacton over the phone and via email. They delivered the vehicle to me. After the sale Jeff contacted me again to make sure everything went ok with the delivery. Jeff was awesome to work with and I appreciate that he came down on a Sunday for me to look at it. I would definantely use Fremont of Sheridan again. Jeff was never pushy and never tried to talk me into anything I didn't want. The overall experience was great. Thank you Stacey

I talked to Jeff Running on my first call . I told him what type if vehicle and accessories I wanted, they did not have one. Jeff offered to find one. In a day he located what I was looking for, he E-mailed the information on a 2014 4 Runner. We traded a 2013 Sienna in. They were fair on the purchase price and the trade in. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the products he sells and a pleasure to work with, along with Brian Knott, who finished the paperwork. I felt very comfortable with this dealership and will recommend them to family and friends.

We walked in just to get an idea of what our used Motor Home was worth on a trade. No one had referred us so it was just a chance visit. We talked with Jeff Running and told him what we had to trade and what we were interested in. Jeff brought the Manager, Jason Rainey, out and he said he would see what he could do. Thirty minutes from then he came out and had found two buyers for our Motor Home and made us an offer. We had expected it would maybe take several days for him to find a buyer.They had a 2013 Tundra we were interested in, made us an offer which satisfied us and we did business.These people do not descend on you " like a bunch of vultures" and very one was courteous, friendly and efficient. At no time did we feel pressured. I am sure the dealership made money, we were satisfied with the trade so all were satisfied.We had a box cover and running boards installed and Service Department was cordial and made us feel welcome. W e highly recommend this Dealership and it's staff and will continue to go there for service and any future needs.

I was just another Internet shopper, and I know it a very impersonal way to shop, but thought I could get all the information I needed with some creative internet searching. Well when my searches crossed paths with Fremont Toyota, I found a sales person (Jeff) who seemed to really appreciate both me and my process. He not only was able to get me all the information and more I was needing to make this large purchase very pleasant, but also respected my privacy where I never felt pressured to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with. Once I was totally sold on the product (which wasn't hard... it's a Toyota!), and because I'm about a 2 hour trip out of Sheridan, Jeff set me up what they are calling their "VIP Appointment." When I came in, the vehicle was cleaned up and parked right up front all ready for me. I met Jeff for the first time, he thoroughly went over the vehicle, I took it for a drive, and I was sold! The paperwork was quick and easy (for a major purchase anyway), and Brian, the business manager, was very courteous. Before I knew it, I was driving home in my brand new Toyota!The guys down at Fremont were really able to take away any jitters I had about making such a big purchase and I couldn't be more pleased with them.Whether you are in Sheridan, or you are just looking for a better car shopping experience, I strongly recommend you give these guys a call!

Buying a car can be an exciting but also stressful time if you feel pressured. Although both Jeff and Matt were anxious to sell me a car I never felt pressured as they both just simply answered my questions and fielded any concerns with what I felt were honest answers. I never felt like my husband and I had to play "good cop, bad cop" to make the deal happen nor did they play the "good copy, bad cop" routine either. It was an expensive purchase made truly easy by their professionalism. Thank you for everything. I purchsed a 2013 Sequoia from Oscar, he was professional and very accomadating with a low pressure sale, with I have not experienced from other salemen at other Dealerships. There was snow on the Sequoia so, Oscar had the vehicle taken to the detail shop to get the snow off and warmed up so my wife and I could look at the vehicle in a more pleasant environment than outside (very cold) after 5:00PM at the end of November.Oscar, Mark and Brian stayed late the night of purchase (past 6:30 pm) being away from their families to accomadate me. This was the most pleasant buying experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Kenny helped me the next day to order some assessories, answering all my questions for the assessories I wanted. My wife and I have traded in our car for a new one every 2 to 3 years, we have always went out of town because we never could get what we wanted or the price down to where a local dealership was competitive with other areas. to our pleasant surprise we not only found the car that my wife wanted but Fremont Toyota gaves us a great deal and a decent trade-in. This was my first time buying a new truck, or any vehicle for that matter! I met with Oscar at 5pm and he stayed way after hours working with me. I came back the next day and by that afternoon I drove out of Freemont in my new truck! I felt very comfortable to search my options and come up with a deal that fit my financial needs. We were traveling from out of town (Minnesota to be exact) we called another Toyota dealer and were told they were booked for the next two weeks, and told us to try Fremont Toyota. I called the service department and spoke with Jason to see if there were any opening but they were booked also, I explained that we were from out a town and needed an oil change and a flat fixed. Jason and the service team fit us in so we could continue on with or traveling (honeymoon to be exact ;) Jason and his team had our car serviced and washed faster then our larger Toyota dealer back home. My wife and I are truly thankful for the service department at Fremont Toyota of Sheridan.

My husband and I just recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Tundra. This is the second time this year that we have dealt with Tom Nelson. Tom and the product are the reason we returned. Tom is so very informative and knowledgeable about the trucks that we were interested in and purchased. Answered all of the many questions that we had. Helped program my phone in the truck today and was very helpful with all of the other options that were on the vehicle that we purchased. I am confident that I can call him with any questions that I may have and that they will be answered promptly. We are very happy with the accessories department also. Tom set us up with Kenny Phipps and we were able to have a grill guard, running boards and sprayed in bed liner installed very efficiently and promptly. This is very important as we have to travel from out of town. They both worked very hard to accommodate our schedule. My initial inquiry was sent via email off of their website about a used Toyota and Julian was very prompt to reply. In this day and age, the internet, email, and cell phones play an integral role in the consumer market. Fortunately, everyone at Fremont Toyota in Sheridan are well aware of this. 90% of my transaction was handled via email, phone, and internet. Tom, Julian, and JR made everything from the finance application to viewing the vehicles we purchased that much easier due to the Fremont team being computer and mobile phone savvy.The only reason our transaction required us to be present in person was to test drive and pick up our awesome new Toyotas! Seriously this was probably one of the best car (truck) buying experiences I've had and trust me, I've bought a lot of vehicles...The whole experience was a very "no pressure" sales experience. Glenn Ree does not fit the bill for a "typical car salesman". He was very friendly, helpful and informative and if I bought the truck, great, if not, then he said he met someone nice. Very cool in my opinion. This is a guy you want to buy a car from.The dealership did not have the color I wanted on the lot, so they actually brought one in from one of their other dealerships for me. I didn't even have to leave town, they took care of it. They last forever and never had to put in any major repairs on any of our Toyota cars. Our Toyota vehicles have lasted a very long time. I have purchased 8 new vehicles during my lifetime so far. Some of those purchase were nightmares to go through. This purchase was, by far, the most pleasurable experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. No games, no price shuffling, no bait and switch. Just up front conversation and negotiation.I live approximately 250 miles from this dealership so most of the negotiations were done over the telephone. I expected that when I arrived at the dealership for one-on-one negotiations, that the deal that was negotiated over the phone would end up with issues to work out. That was not the case at all.Fremont Motors stood by their quoted price for the new truck I purchased, it was ready for me when I arrived, the price quoted for the new vehicle and the price quoted for my trade in stayed the same, the paperwork was done, and I was introduced to everyone at the dealership who I needed to know.I was on my way back home, driving a new truck, within 1/2 hour. I feel this is a five-star dealership and would recommend it to anyone. I would certainly purchase from them again.

Stopped to brouse the Ford pickups at the Fremont Ford dealer next door. Wound up looking at the Toyota Tundra. Got a better offer on the Tundra. Went home done some more dealing on the phone and computer. Went back and brought the Tundra. I was treated very well throught out the dealings and fell I have found a reputable dealer. Only time will tell the rest of the story.

Here's why. About a month ago I purchased a new Toyota Highlander from Fremont Toyota in Sheridan, Wy. The actual experience of buying was enjoyable and I don't like to buy vehicles. Tom Nelson the sales consultant was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. Mostly he came accross as sincere and you can't fake sincerity. The rest of the staff was also excellent and efficient. It really didn't take long to do the deal, i.e., no hassle, no haggling, just a simple honest business deal.The Highlander exceeds our expectations. Tom Nelson was great to work with during the purchase of our new Camry. He was very helpfull showing us how to operate the controls on the new car. It was our second visit to check out buying a new Avalon. The first visit was exploratory for both sides. The second visit was an appointment set up on a Saturday. We had our financial ducks in a row and were pleased with the quickness of the price negotiation for the deal. The orientation of the 2011 Avalon was very informative. Kurt, the salesman we worked with was knowledgable, friendly and pleseant. He assisted us with the purchase of a Highlander and made us feel at ease about the entire process. The service (purchasing and financing) was timely, professional and respectful- we never felt pressured or that we were not their #1 priority.After owing the Highlander for a week, the dealership has been in contact with me about to ensure I do not have any questions or issues that the can assist with. The dealership has assisted me with purchasing the desired accessories as well.

I find all of the employees to be friendly, timely, excellent appearance, answered all my questions thoroughly, and have done great work with anything I have asked them to do concerning my vehicles. I can't say enough good about them. I don't take my vehicles anywhere else.
