Super Disappointed in Fresno Acura! They are the reason that dealership service departments have a bad name. I went in for a transmission flush and was quoted over $700! Went ahead and called another Acura Dealer and was quoted $320. When confronting Daniel the Service Attendant, he simply stated that prices may fluctuate and labor has a huge role in this. So this means that Fresno Acura is charging an Extra $400 IN LABOR! Cmon Guys! I really want to keep my business local to Fresno but you guys are making it really difficult. I now have to drive my car 100+ miles for service, but at least I will get treaded fairly like any paying customer should. Really Disappointed in Daniel and most importantly the service manager David. David, when you read this I hope you truly realize that poor leadership starts from the very top, and you Mr. Skinner are setting a poor example of what leadership consists of. Please do stop soiling the name Acura is trying to create for it's self!

Took my car in for service. Daniel from Service department is rude and unprofessional. Took 2 hours to change two tires. He said they giving my car a wash. Little do they know I washed my car before I took it there. I had grease all over my front two rims they have had replaced. I told Daniel there’s grease on my tires and rims. He replied “ when you drive it pass Bakersfield it should all come off”. I thought they washed my car???? I bet they was holding my car so they can get paid hourly for the labors. I bought my 2019 car from there and idk if I should go back for service . I hardly write reviews but this is terrible experience

After taking vehicle in for a recall fix, we began to have electrical issues the following month. Car finally had to be towed into the service department. Service quickly found the issue, but ignored servicing the maintenance due issues while the car was in, leaving me with having to find time to take the car in again. The original issue was caused by an '"O ring being pinched" which happened when the recall was being fixed. All the following electrical issues were supposedly a result of that, resulting in calls and visits to the service department. So why wouldn't they do the general service while the car was in their care and the indicator lights told them it needed to be done? They just don't care. Overall, great car, but I suggest to buy only where good service is going to be provided.

First of all, I would like to formally write a review on the service department here at Fresno Acura. Daniel, yes Daniel, has given me the worst customer experience I have ever experience in my life. Please, take your time and read below before purchasing. (August 2021) Future customers, I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your purchase. I bought a brand new 2021 Acura TLX two weeks ago. Yes,(14 days ago) and the vehicle left me stranded three hours away from home. Yes, you read that correctly. I WAS LEFT STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE FREEWAY. After hours of being on the phone with the warranty (new vehicle, so that's why the warranty comes into play) I was told the vehicle would NOT get towed to my original dealer location. Therefore, I paid out of pocket to get it towed to my preferred dealership which is where I purchased it, FRESNO ACURA. This is when my experience comes into play with the service department, specifically my horrifying experience with Daniel. Please see the timeline for DATES and the horrible unfair practices. Sunday, August 15, 2021 The car gets delivered to Fresno Acura after misfiring and going into limp mode, leavening my family and me on the side of the freeway. Monday, August 16, 2021 Daniel contacts my husband to let him know that the issue was a coil pack. He lets him know that he has placed the order and it would arrive at their location the following day. Tuesday, August 17, 2021 Daniel calls my husband and me and informs us that FedEx, "LOST" the package and he had to look for the part because it was on backorder. (We understand things happen, therefore, we are very understanding) Wednesday, August 18, 2021, and Thursday, August 19, 2021 No new information was provided. Friday, August 19, 2021 Finally, my husband reached out to the parts division, parts department manager Vince told him he was looking for the part, however, everywhere he looked the part was back-ordered. My husband asked for some clarification on the issue and that's when Vince, confirmed that there was no order placed for the coil pack and it was never lost in FedEx. He said, " Nothing in the system shows that the part was ordered". I feel that Daniel is taking advantage of the customers and deceiving us by providing inaccurate information. My husband ended up doing his research and found the part within a few local dealerships so when he called Vince, he had also been able to locate and purchase said part, within 15 minutes. Teamwork makes the dream work when one is willing to treat customers like adults and coordinate said efforts into finding a solution. After this took place we called Daniel. Daniel was very unprofessional and dishonest. We asked him why he provided us with the wrong information and very rudely he said he placed the order on Monday and on Tuesday it got "lost" in FedEx. He doesn't care what Vince said, he is certain that the time shows he placed it. He then very rudely and unprofessional said, " I'm not here to argue with you guys" word for word. I can not fathom what type of customer service this employee has to offer. He then confirmed that the car will get serviced and be ready on Monday. I will continue to update and inform the people who read this post, as to when I will receive the 2021 car I purchased. So far, the car has not been returned to me. A luxury dealership should always make its customers feel safe and welcomed in order to thrive. The clientele that walks through an Acura dealership is very specific, and do not like there time wasted. Buying a new car 2021 anything let alone an optioned out model should already tell you that the customer is not there to have there time wasted, let alone be jerked around. When one walks in to purchase a brand new vehicle, they want the best service available. But, if this is what the warranty has to offer I WOULD HIGHLY recommend giving your service elsewhere. Management needs to talk to Daniel. He needs to relearn customer service. Update** Car was returned. Daniel said car would get aligned. It wasn’t after 3 visits.

I recently took my Acura TLX into Fresno Acura for its first service. It was a very pleasant experience. I called ahead and arranged to drop the car off in the late morning. I walked to a nearby restaurant and the car was ready by the time I finished my lunch. Everything about the experience was good. I plan to continue using Fresno Acura for all of my car maintenance needs.

I have been an Acura owner for over 10yrs and have always been extremely happy with the dealership from the sales man Harris , the the person that answers your call , the service guys that attend to you when you walk in . Very professional in all categories . I have made appointment in the past but this last time I took my chances and walked in and to my surprise not only did they work me into their schedule , I got transportation back to my office and my car was done before lunch and got transportation back to get my car.

I bought my Acura TSX from Fresno Acura in 2013, and since then they have completely treated me like family. Recently, there was a piece of trim on the side of my windshield that needed to be replaced. Daniel Weimer, the BEST Service Representative I have ever encountered, got it taken care of for me right away and at a great price!! Also, I needed a ride to work that morning right away, but the courtesy driver had just left and wouldn't be back for awhile. That's when the Service Manager, Jim Lerma, offered to take me to work. I will always do business with Fresno Acura!! Thank you so much Daniel and Jim!!

I took my car into Fresno Acura for a regular maintenance servicing and waited for the car. It was faster than expected and I had great customer service from the moment I walked in the door. Interior of showroom could use some sprucing up. While we waited for various things, it would have been nice to have been offered something to drink and a "coffee and refreshment" area to set in instead of just walking around. I have been saving for two years after grad school to buy a luxury vehicle of my dreams. I worked with Kevin at Fresno Acura for over three months (I needed to make sure this was the vehicle I wanted). I never felt uncomfortable working with Kevin, he never push me called me 1 million times and he listen to everything I wanted in a car. I bought my car in December and so in love with it still. I went in to have a small piece of my roof rack replaced under warranty on my 2013 RDX and through their routine safety check they discovered my battery did not test properly so they replaced it; no questions, no hassle. Service waiting area treats you to warm cookies and hot coffee. Got the car back washed and vacuumed.

The only good thing about this place is that they sell acura's. The customer service is horrible, unless you're looking to buy then they treat you like royalty but after you've signed on the dotted line your just another customer. To bad it's the only acura dealer in fresno.Next time I buy acura it will be from an out of town dealer. Don't make the mistake of buying here.

Made appointment for service of my MDX for airbag malfunction for Thursday morning. Drove 140 miles from San Luis Obispo for service.Explained to service advisor what needed to be done. Airbag, oil change paint touch up. Got call from service advisor that driver seatbelt buckle needed to be replaced to fix airbag issue. Also, front engine mount had broken and needed replacement. Authorized repair, got loaner car and decided to stay in Fresno area until Friday. Friday morning got call, airbag part did not arrive. Decided to stay another day until Sat morning and return to central coast late Sat morning. Reminded service advisor not to forget add on item paint touch up. Was assured everything would be taken care off, will call back with update sat morning. Sat morning 10am, no call. Called service at 10am, part was in, will take an hour or so to fix the airbag issue. Arrived at dealership 12.15 pm. Car not ready,floor jack under car in garage. It was obvious to me car had sat in a parking lot at acura service for the last two days and they were just now getting around to performing all the service issues, i.e engine mount, airbag, paint touch up and minor service (oil change). Waited until 1.30 pm when it was cheerily announced my car was ready. Missed several appointments in San luis obispo after returning late after two days. Paint touch up service was never performed. When I mentioned this at the service desk I received a heartfelt " sorry about that hon".I have been a customer at Fresno Acura for 10 years and always been satisfied, but after this experience will find another dealer to get my car serviced.

About a week ago, I went to Fresno Acura looking to buy a vehicle. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for or what was right for me. The gentleman that helped me was named Kevin. He was nothing but helpful and had tons of patience. He took the time to show me different types of vehicles, even though i was very indecisive. Throughout my time at Fresno Acura he made me feel like he was there to help me. He was not like a typical car salesman who wants to make a quick buck. I didn't end up getting a vehicle that day but as soon as I'm able to, I'm sure that i will go back to see Kevin. His professionalism and his willingness to take his time on one single customer is greatly appreciated. I would definetely reccommend him to my friends and family members.

I recently bought an Acura this week (04/22/12) from Kevin. I would like to say that it was surprising to see a negative review about Kevin and his service because he has been nothing but competent, professional and hard working. Although, I would not take someone who brings up an individuals race before slandering his name with nothing more than a grain of salt, it was difficult for me not to feel like this was a very one sided attempt at trying to manipulate the use of social media. Kevin worked with my budget, credit score and at times my very high demands with a smile and a positive attitude. The cherry on top was working with Clint, who made me feel like I was family. I would recommend this car dealership to anyone who is looking for an outstanding Acura, wonderful service and a very fair price.

The white guy by the name of Kevin was the rudest salesman I met in my life, it amazes me to find morons like him having a job. The idiot has no commutation skills and lacks professionalism. Instead of convincing me to buy the car, he insults my family and I by saying we wouldn't be able to afford their new cars without even running our credits. Lol My credit is good enough to buy me a 2011 BMW which I still currently own since 2011. Bottom line I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

I started searching online and knew what options I wanted and came across fresno acura. I went to the lot 3x before I purchased an 05 TL with only 45k miles! Martha helped me from the beginning and with her upfront and follow up, finally found exactly what I wanted in the price range I needed due to my trade. It was an amazing smooth experience and Josh got me a great apr. They knew I was picky and even got to chat with the GSM, that was a nice touch as most managers don't talk to you unless they want to grind you down, but just a normal chat was nice. Overall, Martha was great and the experience was the best i've had in purchasing a car.

Sales woman "Martha Shepherd - not stewart" was amazing! Very smooth process, no issues whatsoever. I dont typically take the time to write these, but after being so impressed with my experience at Fresno Acura I knew I had to. My dealer was Martha. She was so easygoing, but efficient and very eager to not just find a vehicle but truly listened to my needs and situation when she began her search. I am extremely busy at work and slammed with appointments. I simply didnt have the time to do a good thourough search I needed when purchasing used. Martha went above and beyond. After looking at pictures and info provided for several vehicles, we found one that looked good for my needs. Within 30 minutes, Martha delivered the vehicle to my work across town to test drive and see in person. She did not specialize in BMWs, but had taken the time to do her research and was able to not only answer my questions but give me some really good info on that specific make. I ended up driving to the dealership with her, my credit had been processed earlier in day to accomodate my busy schedule. I was blown away at how quickly the financial team worked to get me in and out. I drove home soon after, in my new purchase, still shocked at how easy and fast it all was. He thought since I was a woman I didnt know how to shop for a car. He tried to charge me way over the value and way over the price that was listed on the internet. I do not recommend this Dealer especially not women or someone that is somewhat educated..

I had to find a used car in a very short amount of time. I had very specific criteria that I could not waver from. I looked at so many different websites, and dealers my head was spinning. Martha Sheppard from Fresno Acura made everything better! I told her what I needed and she did all the leg work. She found me the most PERFECT car!!! Then her manager Dave worked so hard to get it financed at a price that I was happy with. I have always thought of car dealers as sleazy and only out to make a buck. These people changed my mind. I will never buy a car from any other place EVER!!!

If you are looking to purchase a New or Used Acura or any car, go and visit Fresno Acura. I had an amazing experience with this dealership. They are friendly and provide great customer service. During my wait to get my car financed, Edward Ramsey, who was my dealer, checked up on me a number of times to make sure that I was comfortable. I've dealing with this dealership for about 3 years now. The two persons I've been dealing with most of the time are Tom Simpson and Harris Prieto. Both of them have been great to me. They always try to help and make time to talk and explain things. Tom is always understanding and tries to get me the best option available to him. Harris sat with me several times to show me the newer models and discussed the different buying options. The reception staff are also very friendly and welcoming. Overall I like this dealership a lot and would highly recommend it if you're considering an Acura.

Excellent customer service at time of sale and after. First service visit was great and they even went above and beyond to buff out a paint scrape I got pulling into the garage. I came to pick up the car, which just got a complimentary cleaning, and noticed the obvious scraping was hardly visible. The best part was I never even asked for this to be done. A+ sales and service.

I was in the process of making a buying decision between a Lexus and an Acura. I test drove both vehicles and was very impressed with both. The cost of both vehicles was similar so I wanted to take some time to think it over. What finally swayed my decision was the experience I had with working with Harris. Both cars were just as appealing, but I felt that Harris was easy to work with and trusted that my experience with the other employees at the dealership would be the same. The service deparment has been a pleasure to work with as well. My experience with them has been that they are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Whether for car service or buying a new car, Fresno Acura is a customer-based business. Salespeople, mechanics, and secretaries greet me with a happy smile and hello. My salesperson, Harris Prieto, was genuine, a great listener, informative, but never pushy. He is professional, yet like family - senses when a family needs to talk alone, and offers beverages. His sincere, polite, and friendly demeanor made him my go-to guy when purchasing other cars for family and recommending him to friends. Because of his patience and love of helping people, many times I have gone back to him for help on some gadget I can't get to work (programming the blue tooth calling, for example.) The excellent service department is welcoming, helpful, and gets the job done the first time. Customers can drop by without an appointment, and they do all they can to help(like if the windshield wipers don't work).

Brian was extremely helpful with the purchase of the 2008 Acura RDX that we bought. Originally we were looking at the MDX model because we owned one of these before and it was and still is the best car we've ever owned! Our objective this time was we wanted something similar to the MDX but maybe not quite as big. My wife loves sitting higher in an automobile when she is driving. The RDX filled the bill exactly. We are really enjoying this car and the comfort it provides to us. The service at the Fresno Acura dealership is second to none. Brian was there for us every step of the way and answered every question or got the answer(s) to any questions we had. Clint Sorensen, the general manager, joined us for a while in Brian's office and we enjoyed talking with him as well. We were introduced, by Brian Wade, to the parts department manager Matt Tanoury as well as the service manager Stacy Sanchez. That is what we consider service "above and beyond the call of duty". This is what every dealership should do when someone buys a new or used car, the salesman or woman should take the customer and introduce them to the parts manager and service manager. This makes the customer feel important and feel like they know the managers of these departments and can go to them anytime for service regarding their vehicle! We haad a great experience with Brian when purchasing our new TSX Wagon. The dealership sent out a message that they might have a vehicle we wanted (I'd been in several time inquiring about the wagon) and I went in the next day to check. Brian was actually on the phone to my wife when I walked up to his desk. We mad ethe deal with no drama and I was out in short order. I did not expect a deal on this vehicle, since availability was almost zero, but was not gouged either. I got exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Brian was great to work with.I also have to mention Carey Tutunjian in the service department. We also have a 2006 TL, and Carey is a big reason we wanted to purchase another Acura. He has been fantastic about taking care of us,even with problems that the dealership could have passed on. A huge thumbs up to Carey and the whole service department!

Jason the sales manager was committed to addressing my trade in value on my 08 MDX and sale price of the 2011 MDX. Jason was efficient on time and did not keep me any longer than necessary, to make a deal. The service was fairly quick and they were very accommodating to my wife and 2 yr old daughter. Mike the fiance gentleman was very effective on giving me my options for additional warranty extensions available at Acura. Mike was also quick on getting me in and out as fast as possible. Over all, the Fresno Acura team provided great customer service and thanked me multiple times for buying another Acura.
