I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Q50S from Fresno Infiniti. From the start of the process, my sales rep Mr. Frank Broderick exceeded my expectations. He was quick to follow up on my initial inquiry and got back to me in a timely manner with answers to the many questions that came up. Since this was an out of state purchase, I put a huge amount of faith in Frank. He was always accessible and even took time on his day off to help move the transaction along. When I knew I wouldn't be able to see the car in person before deciding to purchase it, I asked Frank to take a few photos so I could assess the true condition of the car. Once again, he went above and beyond, taking a multitude of photos of every panel and angle so nothing was left out. He was extremely helpful with the paperwork, especially as it related to purchasing from another state which can get tricky. After I took delivery of the vehicle, he setup time to personally walk me through the wide range of features to ensure I was able to enjoy the full functionality of the car. I highly recommend Fresno Infiniti and Frank Broderick if you are in the market for an Infiniti. He made the car buying experience fun and pleasant, which is not something you hear much anymore.

The Fresno Infiniti Service Department has provided us 1st class service. They are professional, prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. The New Service Manager Johnathan Sabado is a wonderful addition to the Fresno Infinity managerial staff. A delight to work with!!!

I had driven past the Fresno Infiniti dealership many times. When I did stop in I have had great customer service. So much so that I am now taking my Infiniti sedan there for all maintenance. Thank you Fresno Infiniti and I will be back!

Recently I had my 18,000 service check up on my G37 at Fresno Infiniti. I have always enjoyed the level of service received by the friendly staff, and this visit did not disappoint me. Debbie always greets me with a smile no matter the time of the day. She is always asks about my family and myself. The tech, Joey, always makes sure my vechicle is running in tip top condition. They even give me my car back washed and vacuumed (nice job guys!).

This is my 3rd Infiniti and couldn't be more happier. The Fresno Infiniti dealership is one of a kind. Also when purchasing my 2014 QX80 from salesman Ron P. it was a pleasant experience.

I was looking for a used G37 and found one in cars.com. I e-mailed the dealer (Fresno Infiniti) and Ron the E-commerce specialist got right back with me. After talking with Ron we agreed this was not the right G37 for my wife and I and he would let us know if the right one came in. Well, it did and Ron e-mailed and called me right away. It took about a week but we got there and made the deal. I have bought several cars from several dealerships and Ron has been the best! I highly recommed Ron and Fresno Infiniti.

Ron Papenhousen was the dealer my husband and I dealt with. He was always courteous, never pressured us, explained in detail all the features of the car we were thinking of purchasing and when we explained that we were also looking at Lexus and Acura, said they were also good cars. We asked for a price estimate if we decided to buy. He gave us a price that was well below the MSRP. We looked around and dealt with two more dealers, who were also nice, but did not start out with a good price and we had to continue to "negotiate". He also only called us once more (over a two week period) to see if we were still interested. On the last day of the month, we called and told him we were coming in for a second look and had narrowed our choices down. He said if we bought it that day, he would give us an excellent deal and he did. I had researched, several cars and felt that the Infiniti had all the features I wanted, and was rated one of the top three midsize luxury sedans by Consumer Reports. We bought the G37 Journey.

We dealt with Ron Papenhausen. He was polite, patient, knowledgable and at delivery he was the most thorough I have ever experienced and I have vought Mercedez and BMW previoulsy. The Dealership itself was modern, clean, efficient. Excellent overall expereince.
