I just wanted to send a quick message of thanks for what was a great overall experience in purchasing my wife's new Acadia. She woke up this morning excited to take it for a whopping 3 mile round trip drive to basketball practice. We are both very happy with the look and feel of the Acadia and the beautiful dark red color (I refuse to call it crimson and will never see a maroon shade in it no matter the lighting). :-) \m/ I also wanted to let you know how pleasant it was working with your sales representative Justin. I am not the easiest customer to work with, but throughout the journey Justin was patient, persistent and never pushy. He answered all of our questions and met all of our needs in a timely manner. We communicated by phone, email and text which was perfect for our busy lives. He even personally delivered my wife's new vehicle from Kilgore to her work address yesterday in Tyler which was the icing on the cake. It was a solid job all the way around by him and others at Gabriel Jordan. Bottom line is you guys have a great sales representative in Justin. Car shopping is not always easy! I needed a new vehicle and only had a week to research, test drive, and buy! I fell in love with the Buick Encore, but had a hard time finding them in Texarkana or surrounding areas. That is when I found Gabriel Jordan online and guess what, they had ten on the lot! I found the exact car I wanted at a great price and could not have asked for a better buying experience. I had the pleasure of working with Nathan, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The entire staff was friendly and informed. Best of all, they were not pushy or sneaky the way some dealerships can be. I was very impressed with their selection and prices. I would recommend Gabriel Jordan, Kilgore, to anyone looking for a new car. They have several other stores as well, so even if it isn't on the lot, they can find you the right car. I am a first time buyer and my experience was AMAZING!! The facility is so nice and the people were so helpful and I felt are truly honest. Nathan Bangert knew exactly what I wanted and he worked very hard to get the car I wanted. I was so Excited when I got the call to say he found the one! Fell in love with a vehicle while driving by, and Taylor Prickett and Steve made the process so simple and easy for me. They both, worked really hard to get me the deal I wanted. I have purchased a lot of vehicles and this is the best HANDS DOWN. Everyone in the facility was very friendly and helpful. They took really good care of me. The finance lady is awesome and informative as well!

We just bought our second vehicle from Tim at Gabriel Jordan. As usual, it was a fantastic experience and the whole process was made so easy! We started looking for a truck, let Tim & Nate know, and the next day they had 2 trucks for us to look at. The whole thing went really quickly and VERY smoothly. Nate was fantastic during the whole process of finding a truck, and Steve & Matt made the financing side of things very simple for us. We will most definitely use Gabriel Jordan for any vehicle purchases in the future!

Thanks so much to my salesman Taylor and my finance guy, Matt, on one of the most pleasant buying experiences I have ever had. I recently purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon SLT from these guys, and from the very first phone call, it was obvious that customer service was high on their list of priorities. After all the local dealerships around my hometown would not work with me, my husband and I began looking elsewhere for a better buying experience. After several phone calls back and forth, we made the 4 hour drive from Beaumont to Kilgore because these guys proved to us that customer service and satisfaction are what is most important to them! They were always easy to get in touch with, answered and responded to every phone call promptly, and were happy to go out of their way to make sure that we were completely comfortable with the purchase. They wanted to sell me my Yukon, and it was obvious that they were happy to help me! They worked out a fabulous deal for my trade in, and I could not be more satidsfied with how the whole process unfolded. This was our first, but definitely not our last purchase with Gabriel Jordan!

Thanks Nathan and Steve for helping me find a great truck. I was looking for a 2014 Sierra 1500 SLT with several specific option requirements. Due to GM's year end closeout sale, there was a very limited inventory of 2014 SLTs available in the region. Nathan and Steve worked for two days to find a truck that had desired options. Thanks again guys for your hard work and the great purchase experience. I'll be back to buy again the next time I need a car or truck.

I was looking for a 2014 Sierra 1500 SLT with some specific options. Due to GM's year end discounts, inventories throughout the region were very low. Nathan Bangert and the sales manager, Steve, worked very hard for two days to locate a truck for me. In the end they found what I was looking for at a price that was very reasonable. I am now driving a beautiful SLT with the options I wanted. This is the second vehicle we've purchased from Gabriel Jordan in Kilgore and we've been very pleased with both purchase experiences. Being new to the Longview, Texas area, I was told by the local folks to go to Dallas to buy an automobile. However, we did our homework and searched car performance criteria and vehicles on the internet. We were surprised that the best pricing was available at Gabriel / Jordan in Kilgore, Texas. I would thank Taylor Prickett and the Gabriel / Jordan Auto Group in Kilgore, Texas for their knowledge, professional and friendly service my wife and I had in test driving, discussing and buying our 2014 Buick Enclave. They will help educate you and encourage you to go back home to look at the competition and other automobiles so you can make a sound decision in buying. They do not push but let their pricing and the quality of their vehicles do most of the talking. I definitely recommend them if you want to test drive your next automobile.

I worked with Blake on purchasing a Buick Enclave. I was calling from Ft. Myers, FL area and I was working everything over the phone. Blake was very professional and polite and helped me get what I was working for and at the price I could afford. Unfortunately, the Enclave that we ended up putting a deposit down had more milage on it than what was advertised and it was too many miles for my wife's liking. Blake and his team were very understanding and refunded my deposit. I also got to speak with a couple of the managers Tessa and another one I believe his name was Steve. Everyone I worked with was very understanding and very nice I would have no problem going back there to purchase a vehicle. Great team to work with.
