Great Leasing experience with my Passat TSI. My agent is Victor Lopez who is very patience showing me the Jetta and Passat. I droved both cars and I'm impressed with both cars. I picked the Passat because it is more comfortable and spacious. Victor explained everything from A to Z about the cars and convinced me to get the Passat for a lot of reasons which I know will be useful in future. I like Galpin, i live a block away. What i did experience as excellent and of Victor Lopez did a good job take care of evrything. Good Job.

What an INCREDBLE experience at Galpin Volkswagen! Victor Frausto assisted me in finding my new car and really delivered exceptional service. My family has been shopping with Galpin for over 10 years and this was our first time working with Victor at the North Hills office. He caters with exceptional professionalism and really knows how to listen to the clients needs. I am a pretty direct buyer and am fairly certain on what I want walking in. He delivered on almost every essential at the price I can afford. I ended up walking away with a 2015 Volkswagen SE and couldnt be happier. This is my first time driving a Volkswagen and I already know Ill be a repeat buyer. More importantly, I will be a repeat client of Victor at North Hills Galpin VW. I leased a Volkswagen Jetta from Galpin Motors in North Hills. My salesperson is Erica Trujillo. I cannot stress enough how knowledgeable and patient Erica is. She made the whole leasing experience a pleasure. I drove off in my new VW Jetta so happy and pleased. I did not feel pressured and swindled like I have in the past. I got the car on 12/26/14 and today is 1/13/15 and I still love the car! Thank you Erica!!!!!!!!

No pressure, lots of helpful information, excellent service and Erica will go to bat for you. When my credit report put me right on the edge between an A and a B rating, Erica and her finance manager got on the phone, pushed and got the A for me which saved me $$. Thank you Erica!! Greetings, I recently purchased a 2015 VW GTI Autobahn and could not have been happier with my experience. I visited Galpin VW with the sole intention of a test drive, and met sales executive, Victor Frausto. He was extremely professional and courteous and instantly put me at ease. We hopped into the sleek, pearl white Autobahn with black wheels and low profile tires, then hit the road. The GTI handled like a dream and was incredibly responsive. The acceleration was effortless. I was sold 10 minutes into the drive, and only needed the right price to make it official. Vic made it easy. He was transparent in every way and I didn't feel the least bit of pressure. Our agreement was easily reached and I drove off in my new GTI that day. Thanks Galpin!

I went with my girlfriend to shop for her car last Saturday 8/30 and wasn't expecting much, I didn't even think we'd drive off in a new car. Delfi Palma was our saleperson and she was very helpful and patient with us. We weren't sure what car we wanted yet, but she was patient and showed us the inventory at Ford and also took us next door to VW for a test drive. All the while asking if we wanted water, snacks etc...Not once did we feel pressured by her or anyone else. Delfi and Mike Schwartz the GM worked with us and were able to get us an incredible deal on a 2014 VW Passat. Then we worked with Fernando Bolanos in finance - he was very helpful, pleasant, funny! and had a great attitude. He explained everything to us in detail. The whole staff was friendly and we were always being attended to. They had free refreshments, free food, even free ice-cream for kids! ok and for me too hehe. I'm very happy with experience at Galpin Ford/VW and have already recommended family and friends.

I would like to preface this review by saying that I have not had many dealership/car buying experiences in the past. HOWEVER, I would assume that anyone who is buying or leasing a car wants it to be a pleasant experience. That is why I am writing this review and urging anyone and everyone who is looking for a car to go to Galpin! Victor Fausto helped put me in an awesome, brand spankin new VW EOS (hardtop convertible). He was not pushy at all, and worked with me to get me everything I wanted out of the deal...so much so that there was no way possible for me to have buyer's remorse afterwards. Since I was not budging on the amount I needed to make this work I was worried that we might not be able to come to an agreement, but Victor would not give up on getting me down to where I needed to be. He bought my boyfriend (who was also very impressed by the entire experience...and he's been buying cars way longer than i have) and me lunch, and coffee (after 6 hours of being there) and made the entire experience an incredibly satisfying and enjoyable one. I will recommend everyone I know to this dealership and will most certainly continue to do business with them in the future. And the best part is.... I LOVE MY NEW CAR! Thank you, Victor & Galpin for being awesome!

My Husband and I just bought a Tiguan from here and the experience was amazing. Our salesman Casey Parker was great! He really knows his cars and helped us a lot in deciding which car to purchase. He also got us a great deal and its not even sale time yet! He is an amazing guy who is also a veteran of the armed forces. We are just so happy with everything. We also dealt with Fernando Bolanos who is the finance manager and he was SO helpful and funny. I would not suggest any other place to shop for a new car than Galpin, specifically from Casey as he is as good as it gets when it comes to car sales. Thank you Casey!

I was seriously dreading shopping for a new car as I absolutely hate high pressure sales. We had originally planned to go to a different VW dealer in Van Nuys, but while spiffing up the current Beetle (also known as Trade-In), a chance encounter at a car wash in Sherman Oaks convinced us to give Galpin a try. Im very glad we did. I cant say enough good things about Casey Parker, our sales associate, and Fernando Bolanos, the finance manager; together they made leasing a brand new Beetle easier than Ive ever experienced. Casey is friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure youre getting exactly the car you want. He worked very hard to not only get us the right car but also the right price. Once we got to the finance department, Fernando had us moving right along by far the shortest time Ive ever spent in finance! I highly recommend Galpin VW I know well be back!

The service was beyond compare. I was greeted with a smile, treated to lunch at the Horseless carriage, and kept abreast on the whole process. I felt like a family member the whole time. Juan Mejia made sure to answer all of question, even seeking out the answer when he wasn't sure. I didn't feel hounded for a sale, I felt like I was being guided through the process to take my dream care home. I felt like I was getting an excellent value at an excellent price throughout the process. Fernando Bolanos really drove the point home when he made sure I got an excellent warranty to boot! I'd heard the commercials before, and I thought they were kind of cheesy, the advice couldn't be better.

I worked with Matthew Sanes at Galpin to help me get into my new Tiugan. I had not considered a Volkswagen previously,I had come to look at Ford originally but Matthew led me to my dream car. He was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure that my mother and I had a great experience and left with a car we were happy with. I was out to purchase a used third vehicle for us and had been researching for about a month until I found one at Galpin Volkswagen. I called the internet department sales and spoke with Albert Cortes, he was nice over the phone and made an appointment for me to go see the car. When I showed up, I was a few minutes early for my appointment, we went for a test drive, at no time he pressured me into anything. The financing process was very smooth and easy. Albert was nice and courteous throughout the whole buying process, I had to return to the dealership and Albert made it right by sending us to a restaurant to have a nice breakfast while we waited for our new car. I would go to this dealership to buy another car. If you want to there ask for Albert Cortes in the internet department sales.

My husband and I went car shopping the other day with no expectation of buying a new car. We were greeted by Casey Parker, who was down to earth and welcoming. He informed us on a great deal with the specifications of what we were looking for. He also showed us other options. He spent several hours with us and did not make us feel pressured or rushed. In the end, we drove off the lot with a new car. Everyone involved in the process made this experience stress free and we look forward to coming back for our next car.

I went to Galpin Volkswagen to get a new GTI and I am so thankful I did. I first spoke with Albert Cortes who was very helpful. We spoke over the phone and he went above and beyond to help out (even though it was his day off). I then dealt with Adrien Torres who was very nice and definitely knew Volkswagen's. Any and all questions i had were answered thoroughly by Adrien. We finally spoke with Fernando at the end, for the financial part of it all, and he was knowledgeable, thorough and my favorite, FAST. it was very late and we were more than ready to head home. Thankfully, Fernando informed us on everything and got us out as fast as he could. Overall our experience with Galpin Volkswagen was GREAT!

I give 5 stars in all areas to this dealership as well as to my sales person, Sherre Nightingale. She is very clear, concise, detail oriented, kind and efficient. She is highly knowledgable in the cars I was interested and is the most pleasurable sales person I've ever dealt with. When doing a trade-in and knowing that I would be there a long time for the process, she made it as comfortable and quick as humanly possible. There was a lot of multi-tasking happening (finance was alerted I would need them, my trade-in was being looked at while my new car was being detailed, negotiations were quick) and this was all happening at the same time! In the end, I walked away with a beautiful new car and a smile on my face. I highly recommend Sherre and her team!

I was shopping for vehicle and my friend recommended me to go to Galpin Volkswagen but specially to go and see Herman Serrano, I ask her why him in particular but she replied "you will find out why". I drove to the dealer from Simi Valley and I asked for herman, he was paged and he came to meet me right away, to make the story short it was clear why my friend recommended him, he was very polite, honest an very helpfull, he was very clear and explained everything thruought the process, got me the car I wanted the payment I felt comfortable with and most important he explained the operation of all the features that came with the vehicle, I recommend him to everyone and also to Galpin.

Absolutely great service and great dealership and my sales person was wonderful to deal with. Marvin Bolanos was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable with everything. He made sure I was getting the best of the best. Excellent service. I've been to quite a few dealerships in my lifetime and this is the best one with the best service. He helped me so much, very helpful. But unfortunately I couldn't buy the car due to my credit score being low, and I had thought that it was higher but that was my mistake. Marvin was very sweet about the situation. But when my score is better I will definitely go back and make sure Marvin is my sales person again.

This is one of the best dealerships I have been too. Their service is great; I recently bought a Jetta and I love it. My fiance and I went to Galpin Volkswagen looking for a great deal on a new vehicle and we were blown away with the excellent customer service we received from everyone at the dealership. Nick Khazzaka, a Sales and Leasing associate worked EXTREMELY hard to get us the deal we wanted and that would fit both our budgets. I can't even begin to explain how much time and effort he put into getting us the perfect deal. We were there the whole day and to be honest I wouldn't change that for one moment. A lot of people dread going to a dealership to buy a car because of the long waiting process, but I can honestly say it was worth every minute we were there. I recently traded in my 2005 VW Golf for a 2013 Jetta TDI. Adrien Torres was my sales consultant and was very helpful in picking out my new car. He was very knowledgeable and patient which was a big help because I'm very picky and indecisive. He showed me multiple models and options, from Passats to Tiguans. I ended up getting the Jetta TDI because of the gas benefits and the overall feel and look of the car. Everyone at the Galpin VW Dealership was very nice and helpful from the GM all the way to random sales associates greeting me and offering me water (which was awesome because it was a hot day). They even had a Labor Day BBQ going on for everyone that was there "shopping around". One month after having my car they had me come in for a routine check up to make sure everything was running well with the car and that I was happy. Dennis Hern was my service consultant for the one month check. He was also very nice and seemed happy to be doing his job. He asked me if I knew where the tire pressure reset button was. When I told him it was in the glove box he seemed surprised that I knew where it was. I told him that Adrien was very thorough with his explanation and check over of the car to make sure that I knew what everything was for. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and experience I have had with Galpin VW and will definitely be recommending Adrien Torres to all my friends and family!

Herman Serrano is very accommodating, reliable, courteous and efficient sales person. He let us test drive the Beetle and the Passat Wolfsburg edition which was his recommendation for us to buy. He was able to make us buy both cars and we are so happy with our decision to try the German Engineering. First time w/ VW brand. Vicky Moreno is such a wonderful person, fast efficient and courteous. He gave us a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the car. Eventually we would have our credit ran and then convinced we could make payments work and even got out of our current lease and into a new lease and we are very happy! I came into Galpin because my car died, and I was looking for a new kind of experience. I was tired of American and Japanese cars, so I decided to go with German engineering. I was greeted by Nick Khazzaka, who immediately made me smile and got on my good side. I started off wanting to buy, but he showed me all the available options in so many different forms. I thought leasing would be a good idea, but after speaking about it with my father, we decided to finance. My mom and dad then came in, and Nick treated them like family, went through all the options with them too, and they thought financing was a good idea. He was very patient with us making our decision and didn't pressure us into doing anything we didn't want to. When we finally talked about the payment with him, he was extremely understanding of our situation, and him and his manager Mike Gould went the extra mile to make our dream payment a reality! And to think we were going to buy a used car in the 6k range! Our finance manager, Vikki, was extremely helpful as well. She walked us through all the options of products we can get for our car. Although we didn't end up buying anything, we still were very educated about the products. Overall, our experience was amazing, and I recommend Galpin Volkswagen to ANYONE WHO WANTS A NEW CAR. I couldn't be happier with my new car, my new payment, my salesperson (for life) and Galpin!!! If you are looking for a new car, go ask for Nick at the front and save yours

I just drove home in my new VW Golf 4 door automatic, 36 months lease. I was shopping around a few other dealers too, but what struck me immediately about Galpin was a) how, unlike the other dealers, getting a payment within my budget wasn't a dragged out fight and b) how quickly (within 5 mins of my initial contact with Neil Stone) I was given an offer that was exactly what I wanted, and with one further quick conversation they gave me my perfect deal which was an even lower payment than I was aiming for! It was as simple as that. Neil even proposed to have the new car delivered to me, bringing the paperwork for me to sign at my home or office - AMAZING! I ended up driving up to Galpin anyway as I was going to be in that part of town. The entire process of turning in my old car, its appraisal, and doing all the paperwork with Neil and J.C. was so fast and easy - they were so good with my dog "Bear" as well - getting him food and water and being so kind and dog friendly - which also was much appreciated. I already am 100% sure that I will be going back to Galpin VW when I make my next VW purchase, and I highly recommend Neil and J.C. Even though another dealer offered to match Galpin's offer in a part of town nearer me, Neil and J.C. were so nice and such a pleasure to deal with, so upfront and responsive, and also were so honest with the pricing from the very beginning, and promised no "surprises" that I decided to go to Galpin. I am so happy I did! For the first time in my 17 years of being a driver, this is the first time I have bought a car and had NO surprises (for example things like hidden charges, "oh..we weren't including X or Y", "this didn't include DMV & fees", "I miscalculated," I didn't include your trade-in, etc etc...) at all! The price Neil said on the phone which included all fees and taxes at the exact drive-off we agreed on was EXACTLY what I paid today, to the cent! Also, I would like to mention that Fernando Bolanos who was the Finance Manager, who did my financial paperwork, was very informative about additional insurance options. I had already decided before I got to Galpin that I wanted the extra damage insurance (covers up to $10,000 damage to the car when you turn it in) which Neil had already factored into my quote. Fernando also made me aware of other insurance options as well, which were very reasonable and worthwhile. However, even though they were well-priced and not expensive for the extensive extra coverage and peace-of-mind they offer, I had already reached the limit of my budget, and instead of giving me the 'hard-sell', Fernando was so pleasant and he respected my decision. Again, I have NEVER experienced this in a car dealership before. I am likely to get a more expensive car next time around, if all goes well with my career, and I will be doing all that at Galpin VW SOLELY because of how well they treated me. The price was as good as I was going to get from other dealers as well, but it was the experience and the genuine, kind, non-patronizing, non-pushiness and honest friendliness of everyone I met at Galpin, including people I passed as I walked through, that makes me recommend Galpin so highly. Also, Galpin add additional security features to their new cars which I haven't seen at other dealers, which can help lower your insurance premium. If you're interested in a VW, go to Galpin. If not, still go there because they sell other brands too - Ford, Jaguar, Honda, Subaru, Aston Martin, Lincoln, etc. I promise I wasn't paid to say any of this - I am a real customer and am so enthusiastic because I am so amazed!! Buying a car should make you feel happy that a) you got what you wanted within your budget and not b) that you ended up leaving with a car you didn't want, just because you were steered into that decision because of dealer incentives etc - and Galpin made me very very happy. I cannot believe it was so quick and easy and fun! 5 Stars!! Thank you Neil,

Nightmare car deal. The deal was made on the Internet and my phone I knew the car wanted and the color I got there the car was there and ready. That was the best part of the whole deal never test drove the car didn't want to I showed up at 11:30 AM I got jacked around by the salesman due to the finance manager and sales manager I left there at 330 that took four hours for me to by the car no test drive I didn't want the deal was negotiated before I even went to the dealership.... Hard to believe before I went financing ran my credit they came out so I have excellent credit I didn't need any credit but they insisted on running my credit which was fine. Before a winner in the finance they said that I need to go get a cashiers check to buy the car so I did I thought that was very strange in somebody with an 800+ credit score and lived in their home for 30 years should not have to go get a cashiers check to buy a car most other dealerships do not require you to go and get a cashiers check that was my bad experience at GALPIN VW sorry to say that because I used to respect that dealership

I first walked into Galpin Motors of the San Fernando Valley on Roscoe Blvd feeling very defeated because of being turned down by every other dealer due to my not so great credit, prior debt and a foreclosure and also having a trade-in that I owed way more on than was worth and not in the greatest condition. I had made an appointment with Chris Page over the phone. He advised me I would be working with Henricks Martirosyan in sales and leasing, new and used. I get there expecting to be shot down yet again. Little did I know I would be leaving that day in a brand new 2013 VW Jetta. Henrick and the finance manager Vicky Moreno worked their magic. We, my wife and I, went to Galpin Ford in May of 2013 looking for a new car. We were helped by Michael Moses, who was very helpful, patient and very professional with us. At that point we did not have a clue what vehicle we wanted, nor whether we wanted to buy or lease the vehicle. We were then introduced to Nick Mongeau, who explained to us the financial aspect of our automobile lease. Mr. Mongeau, was also very helpful and professional. I usually approach car dealerships with the same enthusiasm as I approach dental surgery but my experience at Galpin was utterly delightful from start to finish. The man to thank for this was Neil Stone. This man is completely straight up, not in the slightest bit pressuring, extremely knowledgeable and he worked very hard to get me exactly what I wanted... and what's more he turned my old Toyota into a beautiful New VW CC R-Line (what a great car this is!). I walked (well, drove) out of the dealership knowing I got a great price for my old car and a great deal on my new one... you can't really do any better than that. I will most certainly be back!

This dealership was very professional in dealing us a 2013 Volkswagen GTI. They were very friendly with us and agreed on a price in no time. After agreement, they prepared the specific trim we wanted and we had the car in no time! I recommend Mr. Adrien Torres as your sales consultant. This is my third purchase from Galpin Volkswagen and Steve Rogers. First off, Steve Rogers is the best man in terms of outstanding customer service. He always goes out of his way from the beginning of the transaction to the very end. Second, after the deal is finished, he still continues assisting the customer ensuring everything is great with the vehicle. He is truly unlike anyone I have ever met in any of my car buying experiences. What really hits home was when we purchased a 2009 Volkswagen Routan and en route home suffered a tire blowout. After contacting the roadside assistance, the personnel had difficulty locating and changing the tire. As the time and frustration grew, I called Steve Rogers to help out with the situation. Sure enough, Steve Rogers guided the technician on the phone on where the spare was located to the change of the tire. The following day, I took my Volkswagen Routan to the service department. To my amazement, Steve Rogers was waiting at the Service Department. He made sure that "everything" was taken care of. I just want to say that Steve Rogers is the best. He truly goes above and beyond the call of duty to maker sure his customers are satisfied with their vehicle. Again, Steve Rogers and Galpin has our forever loyalty. Thank you Steve Rogers!!
