I had had my jeep in once before with the same issue for the 9 speed transmission shifting issue, the applied more firmware for this. The service tech called and explained everything to me, said drive it and if anything changes to let them know.

They did not pressure us at all. We told them we were looking at 3 different brands of SUV's and would decide which one we wanted to get. I like that they did not bash the other brands like some of the other dealers did. You did not push us into a vehicle we did not want. When you didn't have a vehicle we wanted you didn't try and sell us one that you had you went out and found one in stock at another place and did not charge us to bring it to your location. You gave me a fare price for my trade in compared to what some of the other dealerships were doing. Being fair with us help make a decision to try a Jeep and go away from a Ford which we have had for years and years. Your salesman Dylan did an excellent job of helping us find the options we wanted in a vehicle and did not try and sell us something we didn't want. It was a very fun experience with your dealership. Some of the other dealerships could learn from your non pressure approach. Great job. We hope we get the same satisfaction from your service department when needed.

Getting a defective trim strip replaced. Order the part on 10/7/15 and did not receive notice that the piece was in. I called to follow up right after the 1st of the year and after Chris checked into it she found it was never ordered. I was told the service would take up to a 1/2 hour when I scheduled the appointment and when I got there I was told that because it was so cold out side that they would need to let the truck warm up and it would be an additional 1/2 hour or so. My experience with Gandrud was exceptional. Very timely, courteous communication with my sales representative was always present to answer and help. I was in the market for a gently used car, with relatively low miles, ample cargo space, reliable and under $10K. The used car selection was of really good quality as I found the right vehicle that matched my criteria; they really do maintain their used car inventory so you can literally drive off the lot with no issues. Also, the warranty I was offered from, from my car brand, was phenomenal (24hr road side assistance, tire changes, cosmetic/windshield damage etc.) all for a low price value! Furthermore, as I was arriving from out of town to purchase my vehicle, the courtesy shuttle service from the airport was a great help.

Dave Estel was very knowledgeable about the Jeep SUV I purchased. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he came back with a model and package that he felt would work for me and I agreed. He made sure I had sufficient time to drive the vehicle as this was the first time I was not purchasing a "car". I felt confident that he had my best interest in mind. Had a trailer wiring harness installed on my Dodge Journey. Not only did they install the wrong part, the install looked like backyard garage work with a dealership price. Wires hanging from bottom of car and zip tied to my bumper, paid over $300! Not only the shotty workmanship, part doesn't even work.

I like that I can get an oil change without an appointment-I appreciate the flexibility! I was disappointed however with one thing: I called ahead to confirm that Gandrud had the correct oil filter for my van (Kia Sedona) because in the past I was told that they didn't stock this filter & that they would have to get one from Dorsch Ford K. I was told that Gandrud had 3 different filters in stock. However, 20 minutes into the oil change I was told that they did NOT have this oil filter in stock and that it would take an additional 1/2 hour to get one to the service department. The person who answered the phone & my question was not aware and should have checked.

Using the Express Oil Change feature saves time and offers Authentic Chrysler parts. Going to any of the "fast lube places" does not offer the same parts guarantee for my vehicle.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. We already knew what we wanted since we found it online and Jeremy (and team) was able to attain the vehicle for us. Jake was very knowledgeable when showing us the vehicle at the time of pick-up (Jeremy was out sick). Everything went very smoothly and it was probably the fastest experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle.

No hassle negotiating, no pressure, very competitive pricing. Having a sales staff that doesn't work on commission likely adds to all these positive aspects. In general Sam Barta made it a very accommodating and pleasant shopping experience.

I came in for routine service and tire rotation. Thanks goodness the mechanic noticed a nail imbedded in a tire which gave it a slow leak. I had him get it fixed promptly, which saved me a problem in the not-too-distant future.

Staff is always knowledgeable, courteous, and quick. They explain the required service in language all can understand. They don't try to "upsell" services and treat customers well. Clean and pleasant waiting area.

Our salesman was very nice ( Jeremy) he didn't fit the mold , of your typical salesman .. Which we really liked! Jeremy was awesome. He did not pressure is, and made us feel comfortable. If I was to recommend a salesperson to anyone else, we would definitely recommend Jeremy!

My time at Gandrud was absolutely wonderful. My sales consultant, Lucas Craig, was amazing to work with. He showed me everything about the car, and answered all my questions truthfully. My financial advisor, Jay Smith, was also exceptionally great to work with. He took me through all my options in a very easy to understand way and was very quick and efficient. My only complaint was that the 23 point vehicle checkup form was not completed and one of the two license plate lamps was not working which I had discovered prior to the service having been done.....just to test how well the checklist was followed. No big deal.....I've replaced the bulb myself.

He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all the bells and whistles that the van had to offer. After taking a test drive, Matt brought us inside, offered us a beverage and answered any additional questions we had. I have purchased 5 cars from Gandrud and have nothing but amazing service. The most recent I purchased a 2011 Jeep Patriot from Ben W. I was a great help and didn't try to talk over my head like I had other sales people do at other dealerships while I was looking around. He was knowledgeable and not pushy. Friendly and found out what we were really looking for. The facilities are awesome. Collision repair, oil changes, breakdowns, different building for different models! They have everything. Rob who helped us do the paper work was just as friendly and personable.

This dealership is just awesome. Their prices are pretty good and there's no bargaining involved. The price is just that... The price. I worked with Matt Gonwa, who is very attentive to his customers. I didn't like the way the Liberty drove so he took me out in the Patriot. I love it! Very good experience.
