Very dissatisfied with my visit. Craig was too pushy and just wanted to sell a car he even told me in the beginning he has a quota to make selling nissan. I originally wanted to look at the Santa Fe Sport but before he even showed me that what I even put that I wanted he had to show nissan first due to his quota. When I actually purchase a vehicle I will drive a further distance to have someone whom actually listens to what all my needs are with a vehicle. Also for my 1pm appointment nobody could even find Craig for 15 minutes plus continously was on his cell phone which is poor customer service along with double booking appointments.

Alex Marcoux and John Murphy did an amazing job. They both went above and beyond whati asked of them. They got me the best deal i could have hoped for. They make you feel comfortable and make everything stress free and they never pressured me into anything, and made sure i was 100% happy and satisfied with the vehicle!! They are a great team, Alex will make sure he finds you exactly what you are looking for and John will make sure he gets you the best deal and financing. They both did extremely better than every other dealership i went to and have ever been to. I recommend if you want to buy a vehicle, call and ask for Alex Marcoux. They are also very family friendly, i have a 4 year old and they both are so good witb kids, it jusr makes your vehicle buying experience that mich better. I will only buy vehicles from them period. No one will outdo them!!

Right from the moment I met Craig (our salesman) I felt comfortable. He was intentional about ensuring we got the car we needed at the price we could afford, there was no pressure sales or trying to put us into a vehicle that wasn't a fit for our family. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We are thrilled with the entire lease process and would recommend Craig to a friend.

Great to deal with people who listen to and care about customers. June was ready with the test cars and very willing and patient to help us through the buying process. The vehicle was tailored to our needs - nothing pushed that we didn't want or really need. Full marks to June who saw the whole process through to a conclusion. Willis was very helpful with the finance arrangements and insurance options.Met with Todd (Service Dept) who was very helpful....it's reassuring to know the dealership provides a really good service proposition in addition to sales. Apart from those mentioned, I can say that every individual I met, was friendly and ready to help.

I have now owned seven Nissan vehicles. My wife and I have been impressed and overly satisfied with each of them. I walked away unharmed from totalling out two Nissan Maximas. Four of the seven Nissans were purchased from Ed. He has always been their for my wife and I anytime we needed him. This past week we purchased a new Titan. Ed, Scott, and Willis were very accomodating throughout the entire purchasing process. It was a great experience.

Since I live an hour away from Saginaw, I started working with Craig via text and the phone. By the time I actually went to the dealership I felt comfortable and prepared. Craig took the time to find out about how I would be using a vehicle, my driving style, as well as what type of vehicle I like, colors, features, etc. He picked out a couple of different vehicles for me to test drive which made my selection process easy and efficient. I didn't feel hurried and he answered all of my questions. He was very well versed in features and how everything worked. It was a great experience and I will be coming back for my next car. I feel like I not only leased a car ... I made a friend. Craig is the best!

Craig was my dealer last year when I went to buy my first brand new car. I had no idea what I was looking for and he helped me find my dream car. Fast forward 1 year. I was driving on a slippery highway and my car slid on black ice and was unfortunately totaled. While my car was unrepairable from the damage, I was not hurt at all. My car did it's job and kept me safe. Immediately, Craig was on the hunt for me. He was very compassionate about my situation and also understood that I needed a new vehicle and went above and beyond searching for what I was looking for. In the end he helped me once again to find my second vehicle. I feel so fortunate for the time and effort he put in to helping me on such short notice.

Craig was very helpful in showing my husband and I the pathfinder we were interested in .He had the car waiting for us when we arrived. Showed us all the features of the car. Craig was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was very knowledgable about the features of the car. Would of loved the payment price that was we were first quoted. Willis was helpful with the finalizing the financial paperwork was friendly and courteous, but the mileage should of been doubled checked( it was a 100 miles below the actual miles) not a big deal as long as we stay within our 3 year lease mileage .

We really liked the looks of the Juke and then found out they came in yellow. We worked with Craig to find a yellow AWD Juke. They finally found one in Ohio and it was here in Michigan in a couple of days. This was the first time we leased a car and the whole process was the easiest I've been involved with. Craig spent about an hour out in the cold wind explaining the controls to us. Very nice guy to work with.

Everyone was really polite and educated us with each concept upon car purchase. They know how to establish great rapport to their clients. They even let us ride the vehicle and test drive if it works well with us. Mr. Ed Heinz, the Sales Consultant, who I believe worked for 25 years in the company is a very professional one. He also established great rapport to me and my husband. We were grateful because we had a common friend. We even showed our new car purchase to other Filipino friends and they told us that they know Mr. Heinz (because they purchased theirs too through Garber) and said that he still looks the same. He showed to us the maintenance room and even introduced us to some of the staff. He even delivered our car awhile ago in our apartment. Looking forward to future purchase with you, Mr. Heinz! I went in to Garber on Friday, May 8th at 9:30am on a very tight schedule. After having done quite a bit of research on my own (side-by-side comparisons), I was fairly certain I knew which car I was interested in. As I walked in to the dealership I was met by John Koslowski. I was put at ease by his immediate friendly demeanor and approach to learning what I was looking for. I went online using my iPhone and showed him the exact car I was interested in. Within a few minutes, he found the key and we went for the test drive.During the drive, again John took time to take a personal interest in me as the customer as well as balance that with explaining the features of the vehicle. After driving the 2015 Altima SV, I was pretty well sold. Now, we just had to get the numbers right and get going. I explained to John that I had only until about 11:30am and needed to get out of there.We returned to the dealership. I have never had a salesman work so hard to move things along for me and get me on my way. It was a great experience. Willis Lewis was by far the most pleasant auto-finance representative that I think I have ever dealt with (this is the 17th vehicle I've purchased in my life). He had a great sense of humor and took a personal interest in me as a customer, too. All-in-all, the superb service aspect alone would keep me coming back to Garber Saginaw. But, I will say, I am really enjoying the new car too!

I have dealt with Ed Heinz for many years. I have found him to be honest and helpful. I had an issue after the leasing of my last vehicle. He had already made his commission off of my car. He made several calls to Nissan and resolved the issue for me. I just recently leased a new vehicle and the process went well and I am very happy with my car. My wife does not like to get involved in purchasing vehicles, but stated that she would deal with Mr. Laferriere on our next lease. He even talk with us for an hour after the sale, spending his own time just to visit with us and make sure we were happy with the vehicle. Alexandra Keeling was very friendly, and knowledgeable. With her help, we were able to quickly come to an agreement on all of the details of our purchase. She was very thorough in her demonstration of the various features found in the 2015 Rogue making it over all a very pleasant experience. She made us feel like valued customers. An average car salesman stereotype is a sneaky guy that is not interested in getting you what you want, but rather rip you off... Well, none of is true at Garber Nissan Hyundai! My experience with Ed Heinz, and other people I dealt with at that dealership, when buying my new Hyundai about a year ago, is strictly positive. They are honest and hard working people, who realize that they are there FOR the customer and not the other way around. They are - by far - the best car dealers I ever dealt with and I will come back there (hopefully Ed will still be around!) for a next vehicle I might ever need.Additional positive experience is with Todd Hutter from service. I do appreciate his insights and clarity every time I inquire about service or pricing.

First Nissan purchase so we were a little apprehensive, we purchased the pro x exterra. The staff was very accommodating to the fact we had to bring our Yorkie due to our time constraints.The finance department was above average and the manager worked to get most from our trade.We will be going back in the spring to get a new car for my wife and we will be purchasing from the dealership.

I was comparing the Chrysler 200 and the Nissan Altima. Alex kept telling me the Altima was going to win, and she was right. She did a great job of showing me the myriad features that made the Altima a luxurious yet practical option. The test drive felt more like I was driving around town with a good friend rather than someone trying to sell me a vehicle. She was very impressive. John Murphy did an outstanding job finding me the color and interior I wanted while not having to give up any of the features I desired, as well. In the end, he found exactly what I wanted at a neighboring dealership. As for Willis in financing, I don't know that I've ever seen a more efficient process for signing closing papers. It literally took less than 20 minutes. Kudos to the entire team at Garber Nissan and their neighboring building Garber Chrysler. Both treated me as though I was a long time friend and not just another customer. I will definitely look to them for future vehicle purchases. Thank You!

Craig Laferriere made the whole process very easy. He understood my financial restraints and selected a car that immediately fit the bill. He guided me through the buying process and instructed me regarding the features of my new car. He introduced me to Willis Lewis who helped me get my finances in order, and I also met John Murphy who welcomed me to his dealership family. Craig was never pushy and when I left the Garber I felt like I had made a great deal with a salesman who had my best interests at heart. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I would highly recommend Craig Lafierriere to anyone wanting to purchase a car.

This was my first experience in getting behind the wheel of a Nissan Altima. My experience was exactly what I thought it may be. It took me a little while to consider a Nissan over that of a GM, Chrysler, or Ford product. When I noticed the window sticker "made in Smyrna, TN" it got my attention. I am not an Stranger to the people at Garber. Everyone I have come in contact with have treated me with utmost respect--even when I was "just looking."Before I close, I would like to give specific recognition to those who have made this transaction most rewarding and memorable. It started with Chris and Mary the switchboard operators, to Larry in the service department who introduced me to Mark Newman my salesman. I've know Larry for several years and have gotten great service whenever I stopped in for service. My experience with Mark Newman was really more than I expected because he was extremely busy with other customers. And, through Mark I also met John Murphy and Willis Lewis who added to a pleasurable experience beyond what I had hoped. Just as I was about to leave with my new car, I was formally introduced to Michelle Murlick. Michelle and I had passed one another at the dealership numerous times with extremely pleasant salutations to one another.I am extremely pleased with the staff and the treatment of all I came in contact with both in helping me and those in passing by.

We met Brett Volz on our first visit to look at the 2014 Rogue. He went through everything on the vehicle and showed us how everything worked before our test drive. They didn't have what we were looking for but a search was done and a Rogue was found for us. Brett showed us around the dealership and the service area where we met Todd Hutter. The paperwork went smoothly and we enjoyed listening to Willis Lewis's music as we finished up.

I'm pleasantly surprised at how nice this experience was. Bill Case was very knowledgeable and friendly, and did everything possible to help us make an informed decision. The negotiations were brief because no games were played--we just had a conversation and came to an agreement on price, etc. The service manager came in to answer our questions and give us advice on how to keep our used car in excellent condition. Everything was great, and when it comes time to upgrade our next vehicle, we will go to Bill and Garber first. Really outstanding service.

I walked into Garber with no idea what kind of car i wanted. I had a strict budget and only knew what I could afford. When I walked in I was approached by Joey Meyers. From the get go he was extremely friendly and seemed to sincerely care about my needs. He sat down and talked with me for about 45 minutes, then pulled up the Nissan sentra. It was like he knew the car I wanted before I knew what I wanted. I fell in love instantly. Throughout the whole process I never felt pressured but at the same time he made me feel extremely important. I will never buy another car unless it is from Joey Meyers.

We walked in to change the brake shoes on our faithful 2011 Nissan Rogue and walked out with a great service experience AND a brand new Nissan 370Z ... that's how much magic these guys do. The Z has long-time been a dream car of mine, and has always just been that little bit out of reach, but John Koslowski listened to what we wanted and worked hard to find us a deal that worked for us and for Nissan. Their customer service in helping us end a lease on another car (Ford), and get the financing for the Z was outstanding. They all truly wanted to help make it happen. John and Willis were both great people to work with on this deal, but in the three years since we bought the Rogue, everyone at this dealership has been personable, helpful and fun to work with. We would absolutely recommend Nissan vehicles, and this dealership to buy/service them!!

Several years ago i went through a personal bankruptcy after a significantly painful period in my life.. Since that time I have worked hard to repair and build my life and reinstate my credit. i was very leery about applying for a new car loan and the minute I stepped into the beautiful show room, I was made to feel welcome. Craig, our sales person was awesome, understanding and a great listener. He made me feel secure throughout the entire purchasing process. The showroom was beautiful and the entire staff was easy going and not at all pushy. The finance director was also very helpful. In addition, Craig worked on processing my paper work long after the dealership closed providing excellent customer service, touring and explaining the dealership grounds and walked me through understanding my new car (for the second time that day) in the pouring rain without a hint of complaint. I intend telling all my friends and colleagues about my experience and look forward to being a loyal customer for years to come.
