absolutely terrible experience. walked in to look at some new and used vehicles and not a single person greeted me or looked in my direction. several employees walked directly past me and didn’t say a word and there were multiple employees just standing around, not assisting any other people. i ended up leaving because i wasn’t wasting my time there anymore. even as i was leaving, still didn’t get a single look in my direction. they lost my business for sure. work on your customer service

Went in on August 7th about noon there was a heavy set balding sales person mid to late 30s sitting at his desk looking out the window after a few minutes waiting he comes up to me I asked for Scott he told me he was on vacation so I asked for Debbie the online sales person and he told me she has nothing to do with sales so I asked him about a new jeep as I am a 4th lease vehicle at Gary Miller he told me they wouldn't be getting any in for a very long time so I asked him what they had he responded I'm busy with a customer which was a lie and walked away I asked his name and he totally ignored me....very very rude and poor salesmanship... really thinking of looking elsewhere...very disappointed 7year customer 😒

Terrible... 3 weeks to put a fuel pump and brakes on. They kept saying they ordered parts but couldn't find or got lost in transport!!

Tried to charge me $3,500. For a whole new breaking system were there was nothing actually wrong with it. Reply: It’s not pending anymore. I went to a more ethical dodge ram dealership and fixed my issue for $0

My sister and I just recently bought two Jeep Renegades from Gary Miller. We worked with one of their salesmen named Rick. He was very helpful in getting us to what we wanted in a vehicle both in quality and in price. I would definitely buy another car there. Everyone there was so friendly and willing to help at your convenience and you can tell they really wanted to make you happy and comfortable with your decision.

Came in to check out an older vehicle, and Jeff spent just as much time with us as if we were buying new. Jeff was knowledgeable, honest, and not at all pushy. He was very honest as to the car we were looking at. I would recommend working with him to anyone. If we ever look for another car, I would drive 2 hours again to deal with Jeff and this dealership. We like our car, and liked our experience. Jeff is a cool human and you should definitely come here and definitely request him. The dealership has a great attitude from the top down and you can trust it here.

I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. At the time I was looking I had wanted more features than the one on the lot had. I stepped into the showroom with my two sons, one of which I was there to buy a used vehicle for. Interestingly, when at a car dealership with my husband two days prior, (at any time, actually) the salesmen rush over to us. After standing around for about 5 minutes, waiting, I walked over to the salesman by the window, who clearly saw us come in. Asked if he could show us a car I had researched online. It was as if I'd asked him to BUILD the car for me, and he slowly got up and told us to wait while he got the keys. We'd visited two other dealerships that evening, where the salesmen went and got the car for us, warmed it up, and scraped the ice off for us. This gentleman had us walk through the icy parking lot, and while he turned on the car and went back inside to get the Carfax report, told us we could look at it there. What??!! In addition to being very condescending when I asked why there were no prices on the vehicles ( a laugh and a "I've been in the business for 17 yrs and never have seen prices on used vehicles! ), he dismissed me with a flat "NO" when I asked if the manager would be willing to work with us on the price of this particular vehicle. Sadly for the dealership, I left without looking at anything else, and was happy to pay cash for a vehicle elsewhere. It was as if he didn't want to bother with us, much less sell a car. Worst experience ever.

There is a reason I drive 50 miles from New York to Pennsylvania to buy vehicles at Gary Miller. We have purchased the last several vehicles from them and keep going back. This is one example why: I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in August 2014. After driving it for a couple of months, I realized there were transmission problems. Called the dealer, and they said to bring it in the next morning. Long story short, they worked with me to trade in the 2014 for a 2015 of the same vehicle (love this car!) for very little difference out of pocket on my end. The new car manager, Bill Heath, went above and beyond to make me happy because he knew I was never going to be satisfied with the old Jeep; even if they tried to fix it. I tell everyone I talk to about cars to give them a shot. We have never been disappointed.

Bought a Nitro and Check Engine light came on .They had me Bring it in and the waterpump went Bad .They gave me a loaner and fixed my problem with no problems .When buying the car it was also very easy .The salesman George was great and easy to deal with.

My goal was to trade in two vehicles and purchase an SUV. I love to shop and negotiate. Looked a lot , decided on a Grand Cherokee Overland. Then the fun began. I had not been to Gary Miller Jeep in over 12 YRS. Walked in and met Jeff. a very honest down to the basic salesman. He found the car ,color, & equipment I requested. Gave me the best, by far, deal for my two cars and the best price on my new Jeep. I went in with my two vehicles and drove out with my new Jeep all within 30 minutes. Just a great time dealing with Jeff. Took my Jeep back to the dealership for a little body work and met Steve who was wonderful to deal with. Jeep has 3000 miles on it and I am very pleased.

We just leased the brand new 2015 Chrysler 200 from Gary Miller Chrysler and we had a great experience. They were able to get us out of our Accord lease 8 months early and get us into the 200 for the same cost! They took the car off our hands, paid it off, and we drove off in a new car...all in about 20 minutes total! (our last lease experience at Honda took us almost 4 hours, and that is after having leased 5 cars!). Congratulations to our salesman, John Carlucci and the whole team at Gary Miller Chrysler for a job well done! The team couldnt have been more accommodating, their price was perfect, and the car is unbelievable! Standard comes with alloy wheels, back up camera, Sirius XM, push button start, bluetooth, and rotary 9 speed electronic transmission. This is a beautiful car! We will be back!

I dropped my jeep off for service and told them what my mechanic said was probably the problem. It took 3days for them to figure out that what I told them was the problem. When they told me the co.st to fix it I was told a price that was double what I was quoted on the phone. I doubt I will ever spend another penny at this dealership

Arrived to drive/purchase a new Jeep. Came home with $1,000.00 missing out of my purse after my purse was locked in my car and we were on test drive. My car was test driven by their employees for trade in value - hmmmmm where could the money have gone?! Note to self - get purse out of car, if they say they are going to "look" at it, they are taking it for a drive off the lot. And NOTHING can be trusted to anyone! Lesson learned. Paid commission but got no car.

The fat sales manger always blames the buyer and no apologize to customer even though his terrible mistake and cheating on his word to me. I never recommend anybody shopping car from him. I never touch any chrysler,jeep and dodge car anymore.........

I traded in old 2009 Jeep Compass for a brand new 2013 Jeep Compass. 2009 Compass has bad transmission after 44,400 miles. No one would cover the cost. Hope the new one is better.Salesman Shawn Stanboro was super awesome to work with. He made the new buy go very smooth. : )
