Our experience with Gentilini Chevy was nothing but superb from start to finish. We emailed about a trailblazer, received a follow call immediately from Colin. We learned more about the vehicle (details/pricing), then called after the holiday weekend and purchased the vehicle that Tuesday. Super friendly staff from the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave with your new car. It was worth the hour drive to deal with such a wonderful group of people. Amazing service department and very helpful staff. Left to go on vacation and made it halfway to my destination and my 2019 Chevy 2500 diesel went into reduced power mode and had a check engine light on. Was able to reach my destination and contacted several dealerships in the area to get my truck serviced and got the run around with all of them. Called Gentilini Chevy and spoke to Bill in service and he handled the situation like a professional. He sent a tow truck out to pick up my truck and also gave me a loaner car. He called me later that day and told me they had the truck diagnosed and the parts where on order. The following day I received a phone letting me know my truck was done and ready for pick up. Complete blown away with how the whole situation was handled by the staff and how they where able to supply me with a loaner car so my family wasn’t stuck while my truck was getting repaired on vacation. Would highly recommend the dealership to anyone who is looking for a honest and personable dealer! Thank you again for all your help Bill and Gentilini Chevy for all that you did!

If your looking for the old time SLIMY car dealer. this is the place for you. i went in to buy a new truck and trade in my Cadillac. i already had a car fax offer that listed my trade at 17400.00 , i was told that they ould only send my car to aution and the best i could get was 15500.00. i asked why and they said they have no market for Cadillacs. i know i should have left but i needed a truck and there were few available, so i did the deal. Lo and behold i see my trade in a week later on their web site for 22000.00. Really a 6500.00 mark up. do your self a favor stay away.

I love the weather channel and don’t get it at home so I appreciate it being on the tv in the waiting room. Also, it’s always super clean even though it smells like tires which is impressive.

The Chevrolet service dept. is excellent. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and they go the extra mile. We have our work truck serviced there and they are always able to fit us in when it is convenient for our schedule. Great customer service and communication. It's a pleasure to do business with the Gentilini Chevy Team!

We had just arrived at our vacation destination in Sea Isle City, NJ. We unpacked and I returned to the car to lock it as the weather was looking as bad as the forecast. I put the key in the ignition to close the windows and as I tried to turn the key the ignition jammed. I had to do something and I did not know a soul in this town. I went online to find help and found Gentillini Motors as I needed a GM dealer. Calling their number, although I did not know it yet, was the best thing that could have happened to me. The car was not drivable and I needed it towed as I explained to the lovely Jan who answered the phone. She said no problem we will come and get it for you and there would be a $120 charge which I was more than willing to pay to get the car out of the weather with windows still locked down. WOW! Frist problem solved and they came and picked up the car.We hitched a ride with a neighbor to the dealership and I met a man I will remember the rest of my life, his name is Bill Fosbenner. I explained my situation and Bill told me he will get to it tomorrow and I should relax he would take care of everything. Long story short, I called Bill the next day. He said there were two recalls for the ignition system and this could be my problem. The parts were ordered and he will call me when the car was repaired. Several days later Bill called and told me to pick up the car, it was done. To say the least I was very grateful. We got to the dealership. I met Bill and he handed me my bill and as I looked at it to see the total amount and found the amount to be zero. I was speechless. I reminded Bill of the $ 120.00 towing I owed and he said he was able to add it to the recall. Please keep in mind I am complete stranger they could have put anything down and I would be happy to pay for it. However they did not. All I could do is think Oh my God, honest decent people!So it is with a deep sense of gratitude that I would like to thank Mr. Gentilini of Gentillini Motors whose business model is obviously based on integrity and honesty. Certainly I would like to thank Mr. Bill Fosbenner for his help and kindness when my back was up against the wall and all the wonderful folks at Gentillini who had a part in this story. if you are in the market for a new vehicle , do not waste your time here , took GM EARNINGS OUT OF ACCOUNT WITHOUT MAKING A SALE , WILL GIVE NEXT TO NOTHING FOR YOUR TRADE , GAVE THE EXCUSE IT IS WINTER TIME , I GUESS IF I WAS BUYING THE SHOW ROOM CORVETTE , I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE WINTER DISCOUNT , GO ELSE WHERE AND SAVE THE AGGRAVATION , SHOULD NOT HAVE BAILED OUT THESE CLOWNS
out of luck with a broken truck

I was talked in to buying a used Buick. with in a month the check engine light would come on and off. when I brought it back to the dealer I was told they couldn't do anything until the light came back on. when I took it through its first inspection it failed. I was told since It was used it was my responsibility to have it fixed. I took it back to the dealer and found that the timing chain was causing the light to come on and it would cost me 2-3 thousand dollars to fix. it was my assumption that when I bought a used vehicle it was to pass inspection. I feel that when I buy something from a car dealer that it should come with something more than what I get buying it from the side of the road.
