I’m not sure we’re your service rep’s head was when I was explaining what I wanted him to have checked on my car. First I asked to have the air checked on my tires that didn’t get done. Second I asked to have some road paint that was on my car checked, he couldn’t remember where I asked him to check. Third, I told him I had reward points to apply to my bill, he took the information but when I was about to pay the bill he never applied it my bill. This is second time I’ve had my car in for service and I wasn’t to happy with that experience either. Your service Rep’s seem to be listening to the customers. I hope the oil was changed correctly.

This dealership is amazing! When i moved from Michigan this was the first dealership i came to and they treated me with the best customer service. Once i moved to Ocala i decided to try the Ocala dealership because it was closer and it was terrible! I will be driving from Ocala to Wildwood anytime i ever need anything done with my car even an oil change. They also make sure i have a vehicle to get around in if they are fixing mine, they are honest with the work i need done and they are so friendly! Great job to everyone that works here!!!

Our experience was excellent. We had hoped to work locally, but drove over 100 miles because of the specific vehicle that George Nahas had available. Working with Halston online was easy. We were able to work out some numbers over email, including the value of a trade. We arrived and were able to close the deal in a very timely manner. Our salesman, Greg Young, was an awesome help, and a true blessing to work with, even in the short time we had together. Everyone on staff was very professional, welcoming, and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to a friend, and already have.

Went shopping for a new car and went to George Nahas Chevrolet on the recommendation of a neighbor. We were driving a 2014 Hyundai Tucson and wanted to upgrade the safety features. Steve Helmberger was our consultant, and he showed us everything in the showroom that met our criteria. We test drove a fully loaded 2016 Equinox. Steve spent a couple of hours with us, as our Hyundai was examined for trade-in value. After getting all the figures and options together, we left, thinking we would go and check-out a 2016 Tucson. Two days later, we were back with Steve signing over our Tucson and driving away in a brand new car. We love our Equinox! Steve was wonderful to deal with, answered all of our questions and didn't push, which made both my husband and I very comfortable. The entire experience was terrific!

Looked online for a new car and made an appointment with George Nahas Chevrolet. We were fortunate to be given to Steve Helmberger as our sales consultant. What a wonderful experience. While we had a rough idea of what we wanted, Steve took a great deal of time to show us different possibilities. W e test drove a 2016 Equinox and were delighted! Two days later, we went back to Steve after making our decision to go for it. We traded in a 2014 Huyndai Tucson, and we got a fair trade-in price. That second day we drove home in our new car. Couldn't be happier with the way we were treated by all we came in contact with at the dealership, and especially with Steve. He made the entire experience a joy.

Our car was totaled on Sunday. Tuesday we talked with Mike about needing a Malibu but would need to get tow equipment installed before heading back north on Saturday. He said that should be no problem. We purchased the car on Tuesday and he was able to arrange to have everything installed on Thursday. I hate shopping for cars but Mike made it easy.

Had a great car buying experience with Mike Sumner. I'm very picky about my cars (and my money), and this place delivered exceptional quality! Mike was a great guy to work with, very genuine and easy to talk to. It was very easy from start to finish! He took his time getting to know my needs and what I was interested in, he wasn't just trying to push the newest car on the lot. He was also very knowledgable about the cars on the lot (I hate when a car salesmen has to go back to the computer to look up simple details). He was also very easy to get ahold of and see (a must when you want your ready to close). Overall it was the best car buying experience I've had, Mike truly knows what he's doing and takes pleasure in provide the best (unlike someone who is just trying to collect a paycheck!). Finding a genuine car salesman is hard nowadays and I just want people to know how impressed I was with him. He will be my go to man from now on.

Also a midwestern I wanted a great car shopping experience, visited a few dealerships in the area and found them too pushy and trying to put me in anything, felt like I almost couldn't leave without buying but didn't give in. I'm so grateful I met Steve Helmberger at George Nahas Chevrolet what an outstanding salesman, he greeted me with a firm handshake and a smile and welcomed me to the dealership. I told him I was just looking and he said " happy you came here" anything in particular catch your eye" I said that beautiful 2016 red Chevy Malibu but I can't afford that. And it was all downhill from there, Steve asked terrific questions, had me complete a credit app and explained their current lease option that they had going on...long story short I drove away in that beauty with a $200 payment and was elated! He's a great listener and excellent salesman...I highly recommend your next purchase with him!

Had shopped for a car for a few weeks. Talked or attempted to talk to several dealer ships from east coast to west coast and everything in between. I was looking for something very specific and did a lot of research online. I signed up for deals online and within seconds i received a phone call from Halston at George Nahas Chevrolet even though they were not part of the internet program that i signed up for. Halston was the first person from a dealer ship that listened to what I was looking for. He did not have the vehicle on their lot so I told him who did. Within minutes he had confirmed that he could get vehicle from competitor and sell it to me at a much better price than competitor in Eustis whom I had already talked to (Not impressed). He turned all my information over to Scott Moll in the sales department who was just as personable and after a few minutes of conversation with Scott i realized that these guys are the type people that I like to do business with and the deal was made. Do not hesitate to go to this dealership! This was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership and I have been to many. I live in Lake County, but had heard and read so many good things about George Nahas Chevrolet that we decided to go out of county. Doug Faber was our salesman. He was laid back, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was not at all pushy. We were in and out of there in a little over 2 hours and that included the test drive! We took our 6 month old baby granddaughter with us, but she didn't even have time to get fussy since we were in and out of there so fast! :-) There was no haggling either... I had done my research on-line, knew what I wanted to pay and that was what we agreed upon immediately! We bought a 2015 Equinox LTZ and are immensely happy with it. I highly recommend this vehicle, this salesperson and this dealership. You will not be sorry!

As with many people, I do not enjoy shopping for a vehicle. That all changed when I had the pleasure of meeting Scott Moll at George Nahas Chevrolet. I had a terrible experience here. I drove all the way from Gainesville, FL to come look at a grey 2010 Chevy Equinox LT that had 46k miles, and they had the car on the lot on Wed, May the 27th, 2015. The dealer who helped was named "Ronnie". The majority of my experience was caused by Ronnie. The vehicle is still listed for sale as of the date of this review posting. Stock # T5099A. After test driving the vehicle I had noticed several discrepancies that would bother anyone looking for a nice used car. It had a loud noise coming from the engine while it ran, the A/C was very weak even for Florida heat, and it was very underpowered. I dismiss the power issue though due to it being a 4 cylinder and AWD. That was more of a personal preference. Anyways, He gave me the body language of someone who didn't seem to care about my concerns nor did he even try to help me on the cost of the vehicle. He claimed he was going to "see what he can do about the price" but all he did was go and print off a Kelly blue book on the value of the car instead of talking with his manager. As if I hadn't already done the research myself, it was an insult to my intelligence. He was acting in a manner to imply that I had no idea what the worth of the vehicle was when I had obviously done my homework beforehand. I told him never mind and me and my family decided to promptly leave. He acted as if I was going to come crawling back to him for the sale if we didn't make a deal when I decided to leave which added further insult. Needless to say I most certainly did not. In retrospect I drove about 30 minutes up the road to "another dealership" in Fruitland Park, FL. The man who helped me there was nicknamed "Buzz". After some very helpful and caring assistance I managed to drive away with a 2009 Ford Edge Limited with AWD at 65k miles for $3k less than what Nahas wanted! It had a clean car fax with no accidents and only 2 owners to boot. This car was far more luxurious than the Equinox and they sold it to me for more than a fair price. So in short, I heavily suggest avoiding George Nahas (or at the very least "Ronnie") and go to the "other" dealer. Be sure to look up Ken Buzby in Fruitland Park, FL and you'll find the place! He practically makes the reviews, single handedly, for the "other" place.

I had a terrible experience here. I drove all the way from Gainesville, FL to come look at a 2010 Chevy Equinox LT that had 46k miles, listed for $15,900, and they had the car on the lot on Wed, May the 27th, 2015. Had my 2013 Chevrolet Equinox in for service a couple weeks ago. Was told the replacement of my weathered and discolored front logo was covered under warranty but barely as my mileage was a couple hundred miles away from the 36k expiration date. I gave the go ahead to replace under warranty.However, they had it approved but had to order the part. Several days later I was advise by telephone that the part had arrived and I could schedule a time to bring the car in for installation. I was busy and wasnt able to call back for a couple weeks. I was then told my mileage had exceeded the 36k and the warranty no longer applied. I indicated that no one told me I had to keep my miles under the warranty before installation ocurred. I could not understand a policy that determined the need and approved it under warranty but did not have the part and when the part arrived my warranty expired. Geo Nahas Service rep simply stated thats too bad and was sorry but that is the policy. Figure the logic of that??!! Geo Nahas should have have simply said they would cover it. i purchased the car from them and have had it serviced by them and they would not honor a simple and inexpensive emblem replacement that was ordered while under warranty but did not have it in stock. They have lost a good customer--I hope their narrow minded attitude was worth it--the loss of a good customer and my friends and associates.

Prior to today, I felt confident that I would always get the best service. I am very disappointed now. I came in for an oil change (the $39.95 checkup). Debbe came to the waiting area and told me I needed an air filter and that it was 30.50 and 19.95 installation. I guess I was naive because I assumed the engine air filter. It turns out that it was the cabin air filter. Now I am not sure that I really needed it. But if I did I could have gotten it at Walmart or online for $15.50 and installed it myself. I ended up paying $50.45 for something I probably would not have changed. I guess it is about time to take my car to a reliable oil change facility.

I saw the special for $29.95 for an oil change and a tire rotation out from and I assumed that is what I was supposed to get. First I waited over an hour and a half for my car, then they tell me they had to take my tire off and put the spare on because it had a hole in it. Without even asking me if that is what I wanted. Then quoted me over $200 for a new tire on a Chevy Sonic! That is the cost for a truck tire. I walked out paying $45, $10 over the special so they could change the tire that walmart actually patched up. I am a walmart customer now for my vehicles.

This is the worst dealership/car buying experience I have ever been through. Ordered a brand new 2014 Camaro ZL1 on March 28th and was told 6-8 weeks for the order to arrive. There was no contract signed and they "could not give me an out the door price until the car arrives." I paid a $5000 deposit on which the receipt did not say non-refundable and I specifically asked if it was refundable if a deal was not made and they assured me yes it was. When the car never arrived they kept pushing out the date of arrival. I told them I would no longer be purchasing the vehicle because there was zero correspondence and I was never called back after calling an entire week straight several times per day. They refused to return my deposit and kept my $5000. I contacted Chevrolet corporate headquarters and opened a formal complaint and after corporate notified the dealership to return my deposit they still refused. Corporate has since notified me that there is nothing they can do because dealerships are privately owned. CHEVROLET HAS BEEN A GIANT DISAPPOINTMENT ALL TOGETHER. The Sales Manager Jon was extremely rude to me when I did finally get into contact with him and he hung up the phone on me after refusing to return the deposit once again. I was told the car was on the truck and shipped on Monday May 5th and was then told it was pushed to the 7th and that it was coming from Canada. I looked up the VIN number and it has never been registered into the United States. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I was told them returning my deposit was "not their problem, its mine" and "they do not care what corporate has to say because they can do whatever they want." WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

My wife and I walked into the dealership and we were greeted by Angel Beauchamp. He was very pleasant, and as we later found out, he is extremely knowledgeable, not just about GM and Chevy cars but others as well. There was no pressure. He answered all our questions and took us for a test drive in 2 different vehicles. He told us a little about himself and we also told him about ourselves. He has a way of making people comfortable and relaxed. Everyone we met at the dealership were cordial and professional. It was a pleasurable experience.

In the past year i have bought a 2012 traverse and a 2014 SS from George Nahas Chevrolet, and in both cases the purchasing experience was excellent. Since then I have taken our 2001 Silverado, and our 2004 Cavalier to be serviced and as always the staff has been great. My story is simple, after working in the fire department for 25 plus years the 2014 SS was my retirement gift. So far it is greater than i expected, not from the performance, but more importantly the handling, and comfort. I had a great experiance buying my Chevy Tahoe from this dealership John the sales man was great can not complain at all he did a great job. The only thing that I was not happy about was the fact that your spending thousands of dollars to buy a vehicle and then you get in your car and they can't even leave you with a full tank of gas. If this was my dealership every car would have a full tank upon sale. So if you plan on going here make sure you bring enough money to also fill your tank when you leave because they aren't, I only had about 5 gallons and I had to fill up to make it back to Ocala.

Found a 2 yr. old Ford Expedition on Cars.com. Went to George Nahas Chevrolet to look at it. Fully loaded and asked why it was traded in and if it had been in an accident. Told the seller wanted a Chevy and it was never in an accident. Shown a "clean" car fax report. After a few days I discovered the rear bumper was loose. Took it to my Ford dealer to get it checked. Turns out, the truck had been in an accident and the bumper was completely replaced by George Nahas Chevrolet and was not mounted properly. Since then, I have had trouble with the rear lights going out randomly, and bulbs that just fall out of the sockets. The interior door moldings were mangled as if it was taken apart and not put back together all the way. I could go on and on. Basically, the truck was traded in damaged to George Nahas and they repaired it for resale. They did not want to file a claim because they were protecting a very good commercial customer. It's all about the $$$!!!
