I spent a long time looking for the perfect car at the right price. We wanted a specific year, make, model and trim package. They actually had it at Georgia Import Auto and it was priced very competitively. It almost seemed too good to be true and it turns out it was. The car was a 2011 CR-V with only 22,000 miles. It was kind of dinged up but there didn't appear to be any major damage. It was checked out by a Honda dealer for GIA and we saw the report which looked clean. The Carfax was clean too. We went back several times but they would not budge on the price so we gave up. A couple weeks later the salesman called me back to tell me they had addressed the small dings that were in the body and in a moment of weakness I agreed to drive the 90 miles back to see it. It actually looked better than last time and in another moment of weakness I agreed to buy it. They would not discount it at all even though I was paying cash. They also denied my requests for new tires (the tires are all mismatched and almost worn out) and a front end alignment, but the price seemed good so I went for it. On the way home I noticed it was pulling heavily to the left. We got an alignment the next week and it was still pulling. I took it to a body shop because some of the work they did at GIA was falling apart, the bumper liner they had "repaired" had torn out again worse than it was before they "fixed" it. As the body specialist approached the car from about 10ft he said, "you know this car has been in accident right?" I didn't know that... He said that anyone that has ever worked on a car body before could have told us this. Both the doors on the passenger side had been repainted. He then found evidence of another accident on the front driver side. The misalignment was also traced back to an accident. I immediately texted the salesman who had been very responsive in past communication but it is 4 days later and I still have not heard back from him. Not even a phony denial... After talking with my repair man he was convinced it was unlikely GIA did not know it was painted because they would have been able to tell as they removed the dents. Our salesman never even hinted at it. The only indication I had something was amiss was when our salesman gloated to another salesman about the price he got for it after the transaction was completed. Buying cars is a horrible experience when you don't have a trade or need financing. I was trying to buy private but the right vehicle never came up. I trusted that GIA was being honest with their product. Now I am stuck with several $1000s of repairs on a car that only has 20,000 miles on it. I had my last car for 15 years (it was also a CR-V). I hope that after I sink all this extra money into this vehicle, it will last too, but who knows?

Recently was shopping around for a used 2013 Honda Accord and happened to fall into the right hands. Great service with allowing us to take time to test drive and go over figures for a couple of days. They are not like other dealerships who push and plead you to buy their cars they are looking to satisfy your needs. I recently bought a 2012 Honda Accord from Georgia Import Auto. I am really satisfied with their service. The car which I bought had freon leakage due to the problem with condenser, which I identified only after 2 weeks of purchasing the car. But when I informed them about it, they agreed to replace it for free without any hesitation. Really satisfied with their after sales service too..I would recommend this dealer to all.

This is not your typical high pressure dealer type environment, at GAI the process is much more casual and less structured. The guys at Georgia Import Auto helped my wife and I pick out a great used car. We originally visited to drive a Honda CRV, but instead purchased a 2011 Honda Accord with only 25K miles. It was priced very fairly, and even when I shared a few concerns with Philip, they were willing to negotiate. He was very friendly and didn't pressure us at any step of the process. Buying a car is a big investment, and if I have to spend that large amount, I am happy to spend it with these guys. They were also able get us a low interest rate on our loan which is easy to start online. They are also very responsive to return phone calls in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them for their inventory of great used cars which they take very good care of, and their overall customer service. The next time I need a used vehicle I am returning to these guys.

I was searching for a 2009 or later (due to side airbags) Toyota Corolla for my son, who attends a college about 350 miles from home. Time was short. I'd done a number of internet searches, and found that the number of desirable cars was in the Atlanta area. We went to the most likely option first, and concluded the purchase two days later. I found that the Shabbir and rest of the folks there very forthcoming, friendly, and eager to please. The dealership was clean and nicely kept, a comfortable place in which to do business. Shabbir had volunteered when I phoned ahead, that I was welcome to take the car and have it inspected; this predisponsed me towards the place, since that information had not been mentioned on any of the phone calls I had previously made to other dealers. The inspection at the closest dealer was a bit unsettling, because they felt the car had been in an accident, probably due to the front bumper having been replaced, but they assured me that there was not structural damage. They also gave me a detailed list of things that could/should be done to the car. Upon presenting this information to Shabbir, I was told that the issues would be resolved, and could I return in a day or two to get the car. The issues having been addressed, we purchased the car and Shabbir even extended the temporary tags to accommodate my son's school schedule. The drive back to Huntsville went smoothly. However, en route back to school, the front splash guard which the dealer had installed fell off; my son diagnosed it with too small bolts having been used to attach it to the underside of the front of the car. Since the snow season up north is hopefully over, we'll deal with that when my son comes home to get the plates. It's been only a few weeks, but my son is satisfied with the purchase. I recently purchased my daughter a pre owned Honda Accord from GA Import Auto in Alpharetta. There sales team, led by Phillip was awesome! I never knew that buying a used vehicle was so much fun! Even though there were some minor issues with the car, they got on it fast! They handled the problem immediately! The car works and looks great! The owner is a wonderful person and very friendly. I bought the car cash and had driven it for two months. My breaks were squeaking and called Phillip. He told to me to bring it in and they took care of it, wow! (No Charge) The atmosphere was like home but professional. I would 100% recommend this car lot to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

DO NOT.......I REPEAT.......DO NOT BUY A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP if you DO NOT want a headache.........They have poor customer service the GM Phillip does NOT know what customer service consist of. He feels as if Customers need him vs him providing good customer service to a customer who is looking to buy a car. If you do an inspection, he wants YOU to pay a DEPOSIT, I have never heard of such. PLEASE pay attention to what you are buying vs what he is TELLING you. Because keep in mind if you BUY from this car lot, you will be dealing with a HEADACHE just to get something fixed. There is a reason he says he has the best prices in TOWN.........which he doesn't..........you just have to keep looking for a Dealership that has good customer service and is truly in the business of making their customers happy........

I purchased a 2011 Honda CRV from this dealership and truly enjoyed the experience. They specialize in a couple of cars (Honda CRVs are one of them). When I was selecting the car I wanted to buy, I noticed the bumper was scratched and the wheels needed to be repainted. They were able to replace the bumper and repaint the wheels easily and were true to their word. I worked directly with Shabir and enjoyed his opinions on the models of cars they offered. I am located out of town from Atlanta but have friends in the area. After finding the vehicle I was looking for and contacting GA Import Auto, Shabbir was very friendly and open with my local friend who agreed to take the car to a mechanic to have it checked out. The car I was looking at was a salvage title car so I went through the entire process fully expecting for something to go wrong. The checkout went perfectly and Shabbir was very easy to work with in getting the paperwork sent and arranging for my picking up the car when I got to town. the only dealer I have ever been to, not very big, many hondas, seems most used cars were leased mines too but looks new, their mileages are between 30000 to 50000 in most situations in my knowledge, NO price negotiation but cars all priced at good price, pretty professional and knows how to do business, so far very satisfied. All in all, used honda in good shape with one of the lowest price in the area.

i bought my 2011 Honda Accord from here last weekend and was happy with my overall experience. The selecttion for what i wanted was huge. Shabbir assited us in our search but i never once felt the typical used car pressures that you usually have. We had been to several places prior to GIA that day and yes, had the sales pitch occur!!! Shabbir asked what we were looking for, price range and other specifics, pointed us in the direction of several viable options and then let us take our time and look inside and out. Took a few for a test drive, asked many questions as well. We always had patience and great response from Shabbir but again without any pressures. When we decided on the purchase, Shabbir worked to get me financing even with the glitches i have with my credit. Their selection at least for the Hondas was phenomonal and allowed a range of mileage, years as well as price for the cars. And all the cars seemed to be in good shape inside and out!! Overall we had a wonderful experience and i have already recommneded for others looking for used cars to look at GIA!!! Oh and I LOVE LOVE my car as well!!!

I just moved from Ohio and really needed a good used Honda. I got this gem, and I love it!! The first thing I noticed is how perfect the size of the inventory is, since I know I want an Acura or Honda, and I know I want late model, it is easy to find the color, feature (cloth seat for me) that I want. I didn't exhaust myself going all over town or walking around a million cars I don't want to find the ones that meet my needs. I recently bought a 2010 Honda Odyssey van from Georgia Import Auto. I can honestly and truthfully say that it was the best experience Ive ever had buying a car. I worked with both Shabbir and Phillip, the two salesman there. They were very professional, no pressure, and totally wanted to make sure that I was a satisfied with their customer service. They provided me with a CarFax report. I took the van to my Honda mechanic who compiled a brief list on items that should be fixed. Shabbir shared this list with Qaiser, his boss, who agreed they would fix them. I then had a financing issue from my bank that was my fault and they totally bent over backwards to accommodate my situation and were very understanding. Ill buy my next car at Georgia Import Auto and I have no hesitation to refer my family, friends and neighbors. After seeing only the car fax and pictures online, I bought a 2008 Lexus sight unseen. After some transportation challenges(not the dealership) with the transport company, the car arrived in excellent condition. I live in VA more than 8 hours from the Dealership. Phillip was great to deal with. I had the car completely checked out by the Lexus dealership, prior to purchase. Phillip had everything fixed for the same sales price we agreed on. I have taken six months or so to mull over my thoughts before writing this review, just so I could avoid writing an overly angry review and be a little more fair. To be fair: We found ourselves in that unenviable position of extremely tight budget, extremely tight time frame, and living far away from home. Because of this, I feel we weren't able to shop as carefully as we would have liked. When we found out we'd be expanding our family by two, we knew all of our children wouldn't fit in our hatchback--we would need a minivan. We spent months researching and decided on a Honda Odyssey. After a few more months of comparing prices, we saw a very clean looking 2008 Honda Odyssey at Georgia Import Auto (GIA). We live over 8 hours driving time away, but after running a carfax on the car, calling and speaking to the manager, Phillip, and carefully considering other options within the same distance or less, we decided to do an overnight trip to Atlanta. This is where I should advise anyone to never make an out of state car purchase on a tight time frame, unless you are a car guru or have money to waste, or don't mind disappointment. It is something I hope to never do again. My husband rented a car, drove 8-9 hours to Alpharetta, GA, got a hotel room, and showed up the next morning when the shop opened. He inspected the car, took it for a test drive, found several minor issues and showed them to Phillip. They replaced a tire and fixed something on the door latch. After a little bit of negotiation, he purchased the car. It only took an hour of driving on the high-speed interstate to start hearing noises that weren't at all noticeable on GIA's conveniently in-town test drive route. When he got home, we researched the noise and discovered it was likely a transmission issue. He called Phillip and asked him about this. Phillip denied any knowledge of transmission issues. We were worried enough about the car that we ran another car history report by autocheck. We had no idea it existed prior to this experience. It showed the car had been a lease car that had potential structural damage. When we called Phillip about this, he claimed the damage was simply a scratch. Perhaps he is right, but since he did not reveal anything to us about the car beforehand, we began to feel uneasy that we had bought a lemon. We took the van to the nearest Honda Dealership, over 45 minutes away. They found the transmission needed to be replaced. They said there was no cabin air filter. Phillip had specifically told us that the cabin air filter had just been replaced and was brand new. The Honda dealership also said they had never, ever seen such filthy transmission fluid. Phillip told us that the car had been thoroughly serviced before being put on the sales floor. Also, an engine anchor had to be replaced. We paid $500 in general car work, plus had to have the transmission replaced (it was still very narrowly under warranty). Since then, we feel we constantly hear strange noises, from creaks, to rattles under the hood, to splashes. We had the car detailed inside (Phillip told us the car didn't smell like smoke, but we found cigarette burns later and the car has been sprayed with the most potent and nauseating air freshener possible) and the technician found mildew on the carpet. At some point we also figured out that none of the four tires were matching and that one was actually the wrong size altogether. In short, this car has been grief for us. We are told that with the new transmission, it should last a while, but we would have rather avoided the hassle and frustration. Lesson learned. Also, after purchasing the car, GIA did not mail us the title. After 2 weeks and several phone calls, they finally overnighted it to us, on the last possible day for us to register it in our state without penalty. We know now that we should have done several things differently, but we were also told several lies about the van's condition. I would never shop here again.

I had been shopping for cars for months (Honda Odysseys). I continued to see excellent prices at Georgia Import Auto online but was hesitant to pay them a visit since they were not a big box dealership. However, on the weekend, my wife and I made the drive to Georgia Import Auto (about 45 minutes for us). We checked out the car we saw online. Phillip G. (sales manager) met us outside after a few minutes to ask if we had any questions or wanted to take the car for a ride. It was completely laid back and definitely not pushy like other dealerships. We told him we were just browsing, and he grabbed a few set of keys for us, handed them over and let us browse at our pace! A few minutes later I saw Phillip walking back towards us with a battery pack. He said the battery on one of the vehicles had died earlier because the lights were left on. Phillip jumped the car for us himself to make sure we could see it with the full experience (that actually ended up being the car we purchased!!). However, we didn't purchase that day and walked in to hand back the keys. He gave us his card and told us to give him a call if we had any questions...no pressure at all to buy, he moved at our pace. After a few more days of scouring for prices online, we just couldn't beat the deal from Georgia Import Auto and it actually was the exact type of car we were looking for (miles, color, options, etc), so we decided to go back. I showed up at GIA first thing the next morning before they even opened. When Phillip arrived, he remembered us, and we began talking about the car again. I told him that I wanted to drive it to the closest Honda shop and have it inspected...no problem what so ever. GIA even had their mechanic look the car over one more time before I took it in. The Honda shop told me the car was in great condition except that the tire sensor on the back passenger side was malfunctioning (which Phillip already informed us about), and also that the airfilters needed replacement and new wiper blades. I called Phillip from the inspection shop, told him that the Honda shop also agreed that the tire pressure sensor was not working, and Phillip said "no problem, we'll take care of it." I took it back to Georgia Import Auto (which also has a full service shop integrated into the same building). They fixed the sensor and I agreed to pay the full price on the car (remembering it was already the best price I could find within a 100 miles). I love to negotiate, but this time I just felt that it was an excellent and very fair price...so I saved us all some time and took it for sticker. After we settled on price and signed documents, I then asked Phillip if they could give me a better price on the air filter and wiper blades than the Honda Service location. He told me not even to worry about it. He immediately made a call to their parts supplier who drove the filter/wipers to the dealership within 15 minutes and they installed them for me as a bonus! (now that's good service!). In fact, we waited for about 10 minutes for the parts to arrive but they hadn't yet - so Phillip called them back and basically told them that he was not happy because he had an unhappy customer that was waiting!! :)!! The parts arrived promptly 5 minutes later! After we closed the detail, they took the car to the back service area , checked it for emissions requirements and gave it a good detail and washing. Since I lived about 50 minutes away, I just stayed for a few hours during the day rather than going back home and coming back to make sure everything got wrapped up fine. I had a great time getting to know Phillip and Shabbir (both with the Sales Team). Phillip was great working all the documents and even got on the phone with my credit union to talk about the financing details. He was awesome, and the best part was that everything was casual and no pressure...it was an excellent experience. Couldn't say more positive things, I'll be back when it is time to retire my other car

Phillip is very good salesman, very helpful and honest. This is a good place to buy IF you don't try to get items fixed on the car, or dollars knocked off so YOU can have it fixed. We were OH SO CLOSE, but some repairs needed to be made, or price knocked off, but there was no "give." It wasn't Phillips' fault, but we went elsewhere and bought. It was a matter of principle as much as the money. By the way, the car we bought had the items fixed to our satisfaction.

Great car buying experience. This was my first time buying a car in the US and as everyone does i did feel my share of insecurities and doubt. After a month of research on the internet i finally zeroed down on this dealership as they had the perfect car we(me and my wife) were looking for. we reached there quite late in the afternoon, took a test drive and finalized on the car rite away.Everything looked great felt great and there was no doubt in my mind when i left the dealership... Shabbir was very patient and helpful. he answered all our questions promptly. just a working day later after finalizing everything with my auto financing union, i was fianally driving in the car of my dreamz... Bought a Honda Accord LX-P, with 35K miles on it for 15K(all inclusive)...I'm quite happy and would highly recommend this dealership...

My husband and I had been looking for an Accord for several months. We had been to all of the Dealerships around Chattanooga where we live, when my husband found Georgia Auto Imports on the internet. We found several cars that we liked online but were a little skeptical because we did not want to drive over two hours to find out that there were added fees or that the cars were not what they appeared to be online. We decided to take a chance and make the drive to Alphretta. We were so glad that we did!! We found everything exactly as it had been portrayed. The cars we went to see were very nice and clean and Phillip was very helpful. We found also when we went to purchase the car, that there were no added fees. Phillip was great, he really worked with us to finish the deal. The only trouble we had at all was deciding which vehicle to take home.

Buying a car at Georgia Import Auto was an amazing experience. It was so easy. You are able to drive any car you want and do it by yourself; no sales person rides with you. They sell high quality cars at great prices and the buying process and paperwork were so easy. Shabbir was just great to deal with throughout our day. Let me mention again the vehicle prices. You have vehicles that are only 10-15% into their useful life at are discounted 25-35% from the original selling price. Many have the remaining factory warranty in place. I travel a great deal of miles for my work and will need to buy a new car in a couple years. I will definitely be back at Georgia Import Auto to buy that car. I cannot say enough my experience. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

Shabbir, the office Manager, made this car-buying experience a stress and hassle-free experience. Hes very friendly and courteous. Competitive prices and quality cars. My mechanics pointed out a few minor issues, Shabbir took care of them, no question asked. The other sales person, Charles, is think his name is, is also very helpful. Highly recommended dealership, and will definitely go back for any future car needs.

I was looking for a late model Honda and short listed this dealer along with 5 others. I live in Forest Park so I ended up at other dealerships first. There is one dealership in Roswell that also had good prices but tried to add huge doc fees at the last moment. My last stop was Georgia Import. I was glad I didn't buy a car elsewhere. Their quality was top notch and there was no doc fee which I confirmed upon arrival. I test drove several cars and for the first time I had wide variety of choice. I was like a kid at the candy store. Long story short we ran out of time that day and had to leave. We did come back two days later and bought our car from them. Thanks guys for the Awesome experience and keep up the good work.

Philip was awesome. Knew i was doing my own research to buy a car without asking. Basically said test drive whatever ya want have fun. Ended up buying a car after being to 10+ places and test driving numerous cars and dealing with pushy dealers. Car drives like a cloud. About all you can ask for in a used car shopping experience.

We purchased a late model Honda from this dealer. Initially when we walked in we had not done out research so we tried to negotiate $1200 off the price, the sales person became a bit rude. We walked out thinking that we will not be buying from here. After three weeks of extensive research and test drives at other dealerships we again ended up at Georgia Imports Auto. This time we knew that the quality at this dealership was top notch and nobody in the area came near it. The sales person was also more welcoming this time. The car we were trying to buy earlier was already sold. We test drove several cars and ended up purchasing one. Overall we got a great deal. Also, they got us extra keys at very resonable price. THANKS FOR THE GREAT DEAL!!

My wife and I were looking for a vehicle for our growing family. I found Georgia Import Auto on cars.com. I called about a 2008 Odyssey and asked if they were flexible on price; they were. I drove from Jackson, Tn to Memphis, flew from Memphis to Atlanta, took the train from ATL to North Springs, where Phillip picked me up in an Acura TL! If that's not great service, I don't know what is! I went on the test drive and noticed the front two tires were worn and, in my opinion, unsafe. I told Phillip my concern, he walked straight outside and took care of them by replacing them; again, great service! Phillip made the process of buying a car out of state extremely smooth and easy! I definitely recommend this place if you want great cars at great prices and are willing to get there.

This is the second car that we have bought from this dealership. They have great prices and fast service. We purchased from out of town and they were very helpful in this process. We traveled 350 miles to buy both cars because we couldn't find any better deals closer. They beat anything else we could find by $1000 or better. I recently bought a Toyota Camry from these guys. Their price and selections is simply the best. I was price shopping and these guys were not the cheapest, and were far away from my place. So I started at the lowest priced dealerships around town. But I soon realized that the cheapest cars had issues and needed more work and time to be road worthy. When I arrived at Georgia Import Auto I saw a vast difference in quality. cars had new tires, brakes. Overall condition was much better than what I had seen so far. Prices were clearly marked on windshield. Two days later I purchased a camry from them. Thanks guys for a great car at a great price.

I purchased a late model Honda Accord from this dealership in March 2012 and am very happy with my car. The best thing I liked about these guys is that they did not pressure me into buying. I was allowed to examine the vehicle without being interrupted by the sales person. Then when I was ready for a test drive I went inside and got the keys. They gave me the ideal test drive route. I had already gotten the final drive out price from them before arriving in Atlanta. The sales process took about one hour and I was on my way back home. Thanks guys for a great deal and making this simple. I will be back for my wife's car soon.

Went to the dealer to look for a truck I found online. It was there OK shape really dirty, did not look like anyone cared how the truck looked. I looked at the truck was there for almost 20minutes with no one interested in helping me, I WENT INSIDE AND HAD TO FIND SOMEONE TO HELP. After I went in I was offered a test Drive, the salesmen told me where to drive to if I liked it. it drove OK had some scratches and dent, and some other scrathes inside madfe a funny noise and the A/C was not cold. So I asked how long has it been here , all I gfot was for a while, because no one will pay a fair price for the car. I made an offer and the counter offer wasd the same price on the front of the windshield, So they did not want a sale, no problem I am now driving a newerf model truck with less miles and I paid $700 less than what they wanted. Thanks guys, I ended up with the truck I wanted without the sarcasism

BY MY RESEARCH I SAVED THOUSANDS ON THIS VEHICLE AND HAD NO HASLE BUYING IT. PHILIP SEEMED TO BE HONEST AND HARD WORKING. I WOULD RECOMMEND GEORGIA AUTO IMPORT IF LOOKING FOR A GOOD USED VEHICLE.
