this review is for the service department. I never bought a car here, so I can't comment on sales. I take my '13 Subaru crosstrex here because I can't find and don't trust to many private mechanics. I caught one in a lie and decided it's best to go to the dealership. so, all the service personnel are polite. that helps. I like to know why I'm waiting over 3 hours every time I need service, beyond an oil change. (I've all my receipts with the times on them ) I always make an appointment in advance, too. it is nice that you have water, coffee, and snacks, but I think that is a little to long to wait for my car. so, I just like to throw that out there and see if anything happens. enjoy the holiday season. jeff wallen

My wife and I both drive Subaru's. Hers is a 2010 Impreza and mine is a 2007 Legacy both purchased from Glanzmann. We have all services performed by them since we bought the Legacy in 10/06. Glanzmann has continued to take care of our cars and us at a level I had not previously previously experienced in over 50 years of driving. This kind of excellent care in today's world is hard to come by, in my opinion. Additionally, the salesman who sold us our first car is still at Glanzmann and I hope Mark will handle the transaction for our 2017 Impreza when we buy it next year.Although a few service staff have moved on in the years we've been associated with Subaru and there is a new manager for the service department, they continue to provide great customer service. They appear to be busier than ever and the new service digs coming soon will be much welcomed. With fewer independent service centers avaliable I'm glad I bought 2 Subaru's and will continue to take my Subaru's to Glanzmann.

I have been coming to this place for about 20 years. As the place has grown, the service department, especially during the past year or so, has felt more "corporate" than "family." With some of the best service advisors gone--David U and Dan G--the only reason I keep coming back is Jesse Brodman. He gets it. He's sincere, really helpful, and shows genuine care and concern. I trust his advice and have never been let down when I needed real help and sometimes emergency assistance with my car.

I scheduled a 60k service. Upon arriving, the service advisor assisted me right away. The waiting room was very comfortable, allowing me to get work done while waiting for the service to be completed. They even provided complimentary snacks and drinks. The service advisor provided an update on the progress of the service, and areas where the suggested additional work. At the end, the provided a detailed report of the status of the vehicle, including a section outlining items that may need attention. Great service and great people!

I scheduled an oil change and state inspection. I was immediately processed and settled in the waiting area. I was asked if I needed a drink and snacks were available for free. Eric Wilson was very polite and answered all my questions. My only complaint is the work took 3 hours and the estimate was 1 hour to 2 hours.

I had to bring my husband's car in for inspection just three days after he had passed away. I had just had the car transferred into my name the day before and was worried that I would have a problem. Stephanie Morales waited on me and she couldn't have been more understanding of my distress and my tears. She got everything changed to my phone and email and just made me feel better. She gave me her card and told me if I had any problems to call her. I can't thank her enough for her compassion and kindness towards me at a very difficult time in my life.

All new staff was strange, but Eric Wilson took care of most of my service needs in about three and a half hours--needed scheduled service, state inspection, wipers and bumper guards. Problem with computer unable to print inspection sticker for about a half-hour did prevent me from getting car back to my wife in time for a meeting (she cancelled). Eric tried to get me out in the three hour window I allowed myself, and was very eager to please me. Since I work with computers, I understood the problem, but there should be back up printers or whatever when such glitches occur. Only after I was on Broad Street did I notice the "tire needs attention" light still on but I took care of that after I got home. One tire needed air. Nevertheless I'll be back for next check up.Doc.

After my left rear tire blew out Tuesday after work, I realized that my tires might be on their last treads; so my wife and I took my car in for a quick inspection. The always reliable, and affable, Jesse Brodman did not make us wait long. He was courteous and warm, checked my tire treads (not good at all), and recommended that I replace them all - something he suspected would happen after they barely passed inspection last month. So as I went off to work with my wife's Subaru, she kindly stayed and waited. As she worked quietly in one of the WiFi cubicles, Jesse stopped by to check up on her occasionally and even brought her a bottle of water. They shared some laughs, which always make the day go better - for both customer and service representative. Jesse - like Dan Geist and Dave and Dean before him - has always been this way with us. The tires were replaced, the wheels balanced, the oil changed, and, once again, Glanzmann had succeeded in making nus feel like valued customers and friends. That's why we'd never go anywhere else to purchase or service one of pour cars. You can't replace this level of professionalism and service.

I brought my 2017 Subaru Forrester in for service, as recommended by Subaru, to have the CVT transmission fluid level checked. I scheduled a loaner car, which I received promptly allowing me to run errands while my car was serviced; very convenient. Eric Wilson took care of my service call and was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable with regard to the work that was performed. A complimentary multi-point inspection was performed in addition to the warranty work; not expected, and much appreciated. I have used Glanzmann Subaru since 1998, puchased three vehicles from this dealership, and have always walked away satisfied with my experience.

Got routine maintenence, 30.000 miles, a new gas cap and windshield wipers, and then I got a detail. Stephanie was very professional, keeping me informed of what the agency was doing and the time frame. She got my permission for a few extra expenses. Because I bought the car at Glanzmann, I had a loaner. Everyone seems very nice at Glanzmann, and I recommend the agency to friends and family who are car hunting.

Glanzmann Subaru is above the average in customer service. Each of these service folks are knowledgeable; attentive, and personable; their mechanics - a bit wizardry, and, the waiting area- about as good as one could ever expect. On this visit my car was due for the 75,000 mile service review. When a problem was detected , Eric notified me right away. He presented the problem and some ways to make the corrections, being sure to include the mechanics suggestion on how to proceed. Glanzmann, and its employees, has set the bar higher on customer service.

I was disappointed when I arrived at service desk to be told that check of transmission fluid would take close to 2 hours, when Subaru notification had stated 45 minutes and I reaffirmed when making the appointment that I would be waiting for the car in that event. However, Eric Wilson came through and got me out in 40 minutes, which I very much appreciated. Everyone was courteous and solicitous.

I have been a Glanzmann customer for 14 years. They have taken care of my 12 year old car with 150,000 miles on it and never pressured me to give it up and buy a new one. Once, when I stopped by complaining of a strange smell coming from my engine they took my car back immediately to fix the problem. They really know how to take care of the customer. Eric Wilson is really helpful.

Had a 9:45 appt but had to wait almost 2 hrs for an inspection (no emissions needed) . Service mgr Eric warned of the wait when I arrived. Seems scheduling could be better. Always had great experience other then the last visit. Very courteous and always had good work done. Would buy there again.

Our 2008 Outback was due for 60,000 mile scheduled service and safety/emissions inspection. There was also a rattling noise in the undercarriage at low speed. After the technicians got a look, Eric informed us that there were numerous issues that could be put off for short while, but would need to be fixed in the not too distant future. Eric checked parts availability and then arranged to get us a loaner vehicle which we had for 2 days. Eric notified us by phone as soon as the work was finished, and made a point of informing us of the closing time. He also honored the 10% discount coupon on the entire bill, which was a big help on service this extensive. We have always taken our Subarus to Glanzmann for service, because we trust the service advisers and the technicians. We have never had a problem or a complaint about Glanzmann service, and we have referred many friends who ended up buying from Glanzmann.

This dealership was recommended to me, and while the actual purchasing process took longer than I had hoped, it was great. There was good customer service and a lot of information and communication. As for the service, all I had done was a CVT fluid top-off due to a recall, so I can't speak for anything more than that, but it they did top off the CVT fluid and they threw in a complementary multi-point inspection. It took a pretty long for just filling up transmission fluid (they estimated about an hour to an hour and a half; it ended up taking about two and a half hours), but they did apologize for the extra wait and explain what had happened (they needed to wait for the oil to cool off) and they did offer me a loaner car and a shuttle service, both of which were free.

We had bought a brand new 2017 outback and when our salesman was showing us the features of the new car he push a button on the center consul and it stuck down. The service depart was able to pop it back out and order a new one. They replace it today and Eric Wilson was very helpful when I dropped the car off and picked it up. It was done really fast and the new one does not stick. Thanks to the the staff for making this very minor issue easy and quick to fix.

We brought our 2010 Subaru Legacy in for an oil change and repairs to the electric seats and our experience couldn't have been better. Jesse, our service advisor, took care of everything including providing us with a rental car as the repairs required an overnight stay for our car. Jesse was very communicative and kept us " in the loop" every step of the way. In fact, Jesse noticed that the car needed a "recall" repair and had it taken care of while the car was in the shop. As usual, top notch service and a commitment to taking care of its customers. This is the reason my family wouldn't go anywhere else for its auto repairs.

My appointment with Glanzmann subaru for inspection was much the same as all the others: informative and efficient. My service advisor was Mike O'Brien, and he was extremely helpful and thoughtful. When I pointed out that my severe arthritis makes it difficult for me to remove the leaves that build up under the windshield he saw to it that it was all cleaned for me. It may not sound like much but it meant a lot to me! I continue to be impressed with the service that Glanzmann provides, and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

I am cautious about who I allow to work on my vehicle and I have only had routine maintenance performed on the vehicle. After the service was preformed my vehicle is always returned cleaned. My service advisor was Stephanie Morales, who answered all my questions and concerns, with real answers. So far so good. I feel Glanzmann will continue to met if not exceeded my expectations.

My overall impression was this is a small business that is more interested in cultivating longterm relationships, rather than a "one-and-done" mindset.Historically, my car buying experiences were long and torturous where "old-school" salesman and their managers would sequester you for hours. brow-beating you with numbers. Scott and Rob (the General Manager) respected my time, and we were able to complete the sale in an upbeat and efficiently manner.

Went in without an appointment, because had had a flat tire during that day. Without reminding me that I did not have an appointment, my car was taken promptly. In addition to needing a new tire, also needed a new wheel. Both items were in stock and car was repaired. With the addition of an oil change, I was out in about 90 minutes. Jesse Brodman always waits on me and does an excellent job.

I wanted to take some time to let you know about my recent experience. My fiance and I recently leased a car at your dealership. I need to tell you that Justin Brock and Sean Lipschultz were absolutely outstanding. I bought a brand new honda in March of 2012. I will never buy one again. The service experience is night and day different. I cannot thank them enough. I never felt pressured, they answered all of our questions. Made us aware of all of the things we could get. They only negative thing I have to say is that the remote start was never put in. This is at no fault of Justin or Sean. They ordered a 2016 part instead of a 2017 part. 100% understandable. Things happen. All in all Justin and Sean are absolutely fabulous. I would definitely come back to this dealership as long as they are there!!

I had brought my car in unexpectedly on a Wednesday night just before closing. A part was needed. He offered to keep my car overnight. The service staff is pleasant to work with, and the mechanics were able to identify and fix an on-going problem I was having with my car that another dealership wasn'the able to identify after bringing it in no less than three times. My XM radio suddenly stopped working today and after a frustrating couple of phone calls to Sirius XM I just drove to Glanzmann Subaru where we'd purchased our Outback two years ago. Jesse took the time to handle the situation for me, in the friendliest and most pleasant manner possible...and successfully took care of the problem. It turned out to be related to having to replace our whole radio system this past July when the GPS stopped functioning properly. And there was no charge for this wonderful young man's time and attention to my problem. We've always been more than pleased with all of the Glanzmann employees and are happy to highly recommend Glanzman to anyone interested in Subarus! Thank you.

We brought in two Subarus for service. My 2014 Forester and my wife's 2010 Legacy. Although it took a bit more time than expected, Eric was on top of things and took care of us. We got a loaner car and although we could have kept it overnight, we chose not to. Returning it was easy and picking up the second car was simple. My family has bought 3 Subarus at Glanzmann in the last 6 years and I have sent friends and family there who have bought a total of 5 others. They've all been happy with their purchase.

They offer snacks while waiting for the car to be serviced, and a shuttle service to pick up and/or take customer home if no transportation is available, if not waiting at the agency for completion of service.

I come to this site for car maintenance and state inspection ever since I moved to this area. Very good service. Every time I come they have my car inspected carefully and let know what I need to do right now or in the future; however, they respect customers and don't push on any decisions. They inform you and recommend solutions, but the ultimate decision is in the customer's hand. I like this.

I live forty-five minutes away from Glanzmann Subaru. I have my car serviced there because the people who work there go the extra mile to please the customer. On at least four occasions, different staff members have gone beyond the call of duty to help me with issues, all of which were happily resolved. Each of the service advisors, in my 8 years experience with Glanzmann Subaru, has earned my trust. If one of them tells me that I need a "six digit overcrank bonhomme duhickey," then I get it because my history of patronizing this business has taught me to trust them.The salespeople are so knowledgeable and helpful. Before I bought my first Forester at Glanzmann, I visited other Subaru dealers closer to home.. Whenever I had a question, we would have to adjourn to the salesperson's office so he could look it up. Not so at Glanzmann. Frances and Nina rattled off the answers to those same questions from the tops of their heads. When it came time to decide on add-ons, deluxe items, they meticulously probed what my needs and wants were and prescribed the additions tailored for me. They were 100% correct in every feature they advocated.I enthusiastically endorse Glanzmann Subaru for their products and for their service. Obviously, people skills are very important here, and I wish all businesses operated this way.

I have been a customer at this dealership since December 2006 when I bought my first Impreza. I have always been treated with respect and curtesy. All repairs are guaranteed and recently I needed a repair to my car on an item that was previously repaired. I was not charged and I had a loner for the duration. Whenever I sense a problem with my car, I am told to bring it right over and it will be checked to make sure there is not a safety issue. I find this very reassuring. Also, my questions are always answered, work is done on schedule and I have confidence in the mechanics. Now, I am deciding on my second car with Glanzmann. They are a very professional dealership.

This was my first time buying a car on my own and I was really apprehensive after hearing many horror stories from my parents and a few friends about their experiences with car dealerships. However, my interactions with the Glanzmann staff were overwhelmingly positive as soon as I stepped onto the lot. Nina was so patient and it was so clear that she was well versed in the Subaru brand because she herself loves the company and product! She was ready to answer all the questions my husband and I had (unsure at the time if we would be purchasing new or used, Forester or Outback) and her answers never seemed to have an ulterior motive. She listened to our feedback and helped us make the decision that was best for our needs, not hers as a sales associate or to the strict benefit of the dealer. There was never any sort of pressure applied or tactics used to get me to excessively upgrade. She was fantastic during the test drive phase as well, and guided both my husband and I in shifts to demonstrate all the capabilities of the newest Forester. When I was ready to buy she worked with another dealer to get me the exact make, model, trim, and color I wanted (2017 Forester in pearl green!) extremely quickly and then reached out two weeks after purchase to see if I wanted to an encore delivery with her to go over the car again to see if I had any further questions about the vehicle. I look forward to doing business with her and Glanzmann for many years to come, and will sing their praises to anyone who is willing to listen!

Well yes it can be. We came back after receiving a letter soliciting the exchange of our 2015 Outback for a new Outback 2017. After doing the numbers with Neal's help and reassurance that by the time we got to the bottom line there would only be a slight up tick and then talking with Andy who went over the improvements in safety features, e.g., reverse automatic braking, we ordered what we thought would be pretty much be the same Outback 3.6R Limited with Pearl finish and ivory leather interior. However we have noticed a number of changes that make driving the car really a delight. For example, the windshield glass seems to have some kind of polarization removing all glare. It's like looking out through a very good pair of sunglasses. Further, the car seats provide better support and the car rides differently The steering and supports for the chassis provide a ride that feels very smooth - it's kind of like it's moving along on rails. The car feels even more anchored to the road perhaps this is due to it being heavier but my instinct says it has something to due with support provided by the changes to the chassis. We would have given out 2015 a B+ in terms of other cars we've had but this 2017 we give an A+. Someone has been tinkering and we are delighted! It was great to work with Andy again and Neal's warm personality made getting through the paperwork less tedious. We hope to be able to steer friends to your dealership with a recommendation that they try and get Andy and Neal when they do so. So for us the second time around is sweeter:).

One day after purchasing a 2017 Forester, the check engine light went on, indicating serious problems, which could cause serious damage and void the warranties. The sales consultant denied telling my wife and I that the car had been fully, professionally serviced and inspected before the sale. When hearing of the problem, he said, that's not my concern, that's a service issue.. good luck. Waiting to hear from the GM but I assume he will deny any responsibility as well.

I made an appointment to get my oil changed, noting that I would wait for the car. I checked in at 8:21 and told the service advisor that I would be going across the street, but would return in 5-10 minutes to wait. When I returned, I said hello and he nodded. I waited and watched other customers come and go. At 10, I went up to the counter. A young lady stated that she had called my phone number, but didn't get an answer. I told her that was my HOME phone number (it said that on the invoice) and I was sitting in the waiting room for over an hour and a half. She told me that the headlights needed to be replaced and she needed my permission. If I had not gone to the desk, I would have been there all day. I finally left at 10:15--almost two hours for an oil change!This is not the first time. On Nov. 13, 2015, I was at Glanzmann from 8:15 until 10:15 for an oil change.

During my purchase, I was actually surprised to receive emails and phone calls as promised, but the deal was fair and straight-forward as well. As a woman I was nervous to go car shopping alone. I was afraid of getting ripped off. I went to two dealerships prior to Glanzmann. The first one had all their sales staff on their phones and no one greeted me so I left. The second one I went to the salesman laughed at me ("why would you want to do that") when I asked to look under the hood. I left and tried Glanzmann Subaru because of the good ratings on here. Scott greeted me when I came in the showroom. Fortunately, Scott made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and created a great experience. He did an awesome job explaining Starlink to me and Eyesight- two features I was extremely interested in. The pricing was amazing and even after I left with the car, Scott has followed up with me to see how it is. It was a stress-free experience and I highly recommend working with Scott when you go in!

As most of you have experienced, some car dealerships are impossible to work with, or understand and to trust that they will do what they say they can do. Both of my experiences with Glanzmann and specifically, Steve Horn in sales, have been the opposite of any other dealers. There was literally no hassle, nothing misleading, and he didn't backtrack on anything that he said that he could do for me...all which had happened to me multiple times prior to working with Glanzmann. They gave me fair value for the vehicles I traded, and sold me great cars at great prices. As long as I drive a Subaru, there is no other dealer in the area that I will even bother to look at.

While I was extremely pleased with the interaction with my service advisor, Andy Dormer, I am somewhat confused by two items on my bill for service completed this past week. First, I see that a 45,000-mile/45-month Maintenance Service was completed this past week; however, reviewing my records, I see that exactly the same service was completed during an October 2015 visit. Is duplicate service required? Admittedly, I requested the service online, yet am not sure why I wasn't advised that that service has already been completed. Second, I see that I was charged by Glanzmann for labor for "2 Heat Secure Loose Exhaust System Heat Shields," but I was also charged for "secured heat shields they were rattling" by Meineke for exhaust work they completed. Should I pay both Glanzmann and Meineke for identical work? Again, Andy's communication with me was great, and my car is running fine now; but why should I pay for duplicate service on two counts?

5-star support through Dec 2015 but has slipped since the departure of long term customer-facing service staff (like David U). Specifically, I paid $500 for Added Security/UVP/GlassCoat by SImoniz for my new 2014 Forester but had also been cautioned not to wax the Forester because it would void the GlassCoat coverage (PS - my 6th Subaru from Glanzmann). Feb 15, 2015 had minor finger nail scratches removed around door handles (5-star); and again on Dec 7, 2015 (5 star). June 3, 2016 dropped car off for routine maintenance and another round of detailing work. Maintenance was 5-star but detailing not done because of rain - so I had to reschedule. (Also had to redo the "map" of minor scratches.) June 14, 2016 I had dropped off the car a 2nd time only to get a call that work had to be pre-authorized by Simoniz. I was told to call for an order/authorization number so work could still be performed that day. Called Simoniz which was a challenge. Rang 6 times then recording said all agents busy but wait time was anticipated at 1 minute. Immediately went to ringing 6 times and message repeated. This cycle repeated 7 times before I disconnected. I called again, same cycle of message/ring/message/ring/... I called a third time and pressed "O" to get a live person. Transferred successfully only to be told an authorization would take 3-5 business days AFTER Simoniz received photos uploaded showing the work required. I described the minor detailing needed and was immediately told it was not covered! My Questions - 1.: Why did the work stop being performed at Glanzmann? 2, How did it get performed before? 3. Why didn't the Service Techs know an authorization number was needed when I made the first appointment in June? 4. Why didn't the Service Techs let me know an authorization was needed when I rescheduled? 5 Why did Glanzmann Subaru recommend I spend/waste $500 for this disappearing coverage? 6. Why does a Service Tech's recorded message think 11 AM on a Tuesday was "outside regular business hours'? [Survey forwarded to me by my wife since I had the interactions.]

I purchased my vehicle from Glanzmann a little over 3 months ago. The Warranty was just up a few days ago. When I took it for my first routine oil change you can imagine my horror when it was found to have a major, expensive repair caused by the previous owner. I was stressed out and thought the dealership would try to get out of fixing it since the 3 month Warranty was technically up. Instead I spoke to Dave O'Brien and he was very understanding and polite. Dave got my car into his service department within 1 day and covered all the charges associated with this repair. When I checked out I shook the guys hand but I really wanted to give him a huge hug. Dave's Stellar Customer Service is why I will go back to Glanzmann.

We seem to be living in the era of auto recalls. When I got a recall notice on my 2 week old Outback I was shocked and second guessing my purchase. Would there be a parts shortage? Mike in service and John Stiles in sales assured me not to worry. With no hassle, I was given a new car to use during the recall work and just 3 days later my car was ready to be picked up. Also would like to thank Amanda for emailing me the sale price for the vehicle I was interested in (2016 Subaru Forester XT) before I arrived at the dealership. Once I got there, Phil made the whole experience seamless; from getting my trade-in car appraised, test driving, negotiating, financing, and what owning a Subaru vehicle entails. I went to Glanzmann looking for a specific model (the 2016 WRX STI), and they immediately gave me an internet price (under MSRP!!!) and set me up with a test drive. Justin was extremely personable and knowledgeable, and was not pushy at all. He sat in on the test drive, explained every important detail of the car, and worked with me on my trade-in and purchase options. We brought our 2008 Outback in to have the airbags replaced under the federal recall. David Ullman was helpful as ever: courteous, thorough, knowledgeable. He got me into the loaner car quickly and I was on my way. When I checked in around 4:00 PM, though, the car was not ready. It was around 6:00 when I finally picked it up. The next day, though, the Check Engine light came on, and the Cruise Control light started to blink. Took it back in Saturday morning and was greeted by Dan Geist, another outstanding service adviser. Dan got me checked in, had the car into the service bay quickly, and soon reported that the problem was an oil flow valve. Within 2 hours of getting in the door, I was back out again, with this extra benefit: the service, which had a value of $192.00 parts and labor, was FREE! Dan said it was "customer loyalty reward". I say it is just the latest instance of top-notch service we have enjoyed from Dan, David, Jesse and the entire crew since we began using Glanzmann in 1999. I recommend Glanzmann to everyone!

I bought my 2007 Forester from Glanzmann in 2006. The purchase was a good experience and so has been the service. My most recent visit was no exception. What stood out for me this time was how comfortable the waiting area is. I had never used it before because my wife and I had two cars, but we are now down to one. The arm chairs were all padded and comfortable. There was a large tray set out with a big variety of snacks to choose from. The coffee and tea was free and there was a vending machine for canned drinks. The bathroom was large and very clean. In every detail it's clear that all those who work at this dealership care about customer courtesy and quality service, from the time you enter the front door until the time you go out. It is a tribute to Subaru and to the Glanzmann organization that all the trips I have made here since I bought my car have been for routine scheduled maintenance or for state inspections. Thank you everybody!

Going to this dealership is a pleasure because I am served promptly and I do not feel like I'm treated like a number, also they have the history of my visits to add to the value of the vehicle at the end of my lease term. I can actually have dialogue with the people working there. I did not feel pressured into purchasing added items if they were not necessary. While I was at this dealership I walked upstairs to inquire about flipping the vehicle into another lease or wait for a bit, I was told about the new vehicles coming in and I think I will be returning to visit and test drive them and possibly flip my vehicle. I bought a 2014 Forester in the summer of 2013 and it was a great experience. I had my 2002 Forester in for service and the bill came to over $500. I remarked, "Oh, I should just buy a new car" and was told if I bought a new car within two weeks they would give me my $500 back. Then they introduced me to Laura Todaro and the entire experience was great. She is a delightful person and was so patient with me. I wanted a silver Forester with gray interior and they found one for me within a week and I got a great deal on the car. My brother usually negotiates for me when I buy a car and when I told him the deal I got he said he couldn't have done better. I've also used the service department since 2002 and am very happy with everyone there, especially Dan.

This was a pretty routine service, but I find in general that the Glanzmann's efficiency on the little things makes dealing with them refreshing. On bigger things they excel as well. I had decided via CU to buy a Subaru Forester, used, about 2013. Glanzman is close by so was the choice of a starting point. My first contact was with Amanda on-line. We made plans for me to come in, but I was dealing with a health issue, and cancelled twice. She was pleasant and patient throughout and quite favorably impressed me with this dealership. When I arrived to actually look at a car, I was connected with Steve Horn. This was my purchase of my car, so my husband was at work. I was quickly put at ease, pleased that I was not high-pressured, no one was trying to be tricky or clever or take advantage of me. He found a few possibilities for me, showed me the list, everything was up there for me to see. I was happy with my first choice. This took very little time. I brought my husband in a few days later just for the final signing and official purchase. He too commented that Steve did not behave like the stereotypical "car salesman." and we had no need to rethink the deal or make changes. My trade-in was evaluated appropriately. Upon arrival, I also added "yearly Inspection", please. No Problem.I found a very convenient work area, in your comfortable lounge. In a very reasonable time, I was checked out by Dave Ullman. Our brakes went very bad very suddenly. We made an appointment but decided we couldn't wait. We took it in without an appointment, willing to let it sit for a couple days if necessary and rent a car in the meantime. Jesse completely took care of us - took the car, gave us a loaner, got the repair done the same day. This was literally and emotionally a life-saver. We can't recommend Glanzmann more highly! We've bought four cars there, but I think it's the service that keeps us coming back. They're not exactly cheap, but they're fair and they do a great job and they really take care of us. We aren't about to buy a car, or get service anywhere else.

Our Forester was totaled by another car which could not stop at the light. There was no doubt that our second car would also be a Subaru, and we would buy it from Glanzmann having great service and a terrific car the first time around. This time Ms. Bowen sold us an Outback, and we are excited about receiving it. Ms. Bowen was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the car---mechanics, safety, comfort, features. Despite a heavy rain she took us on two test drives to compare cars, and she demonstrated her command of the special features. Pleasant, extremely helpful, and demonstrating superb people skills, Ms. Bowen was a delight to work with. Ms. Freezman, who sold us our first Subaru, also helped in this sale. Glanzmann Subaru is special. I am certain I will get my next car, after the Outback, from this dealership.....although I hope not soon and not because someone xxxxx into my stopped Subaru (which, I should add, withstood the impact amazingly) I taught for nearly forty years. Glanzmann deserves an "A." ....and I was considered a tough grader!!!

Wow, when they say 100% satisfaction 100% of the time, they mean it. Shopped a few other dealerships, so when I arrived at Glanzmann my defenses were up and I was ready for whatever games they wanted to throw at me. Not needed! Friendly from the start, good communication before I arrived, everything was ready for the test drive, paperwork took literally minutes. If you are from New Jersey, don't be afraid to go there... They take care of all the NJ title/registration, etc. and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I've bought a lot of cars, this was the first no haggle dealership I've tried, and I'm convinced this is the way to go. Nice job Glamzmann team, would definitely buy from you again!

My appointment was for 7:30am and my service advisor, Dan Geist, met with me on time. We went over what I had requested to be done which included state inspection, oil change (which I supplied my own Mobil-1 oil previously purchased) replace two headlights (which I supplied both new bulbs), and get estimate on replacing broken console lid. At about 8:45, Dan met with me again to go over what they found and provide an update on status of the inspection. The vehicle passed all required inspection items, there are some wheel bearings that may need to be replaced in the near future, and he gave me an estimate of the replacement of console lid. I told him the lid and the bearings would scheduled at a future date. Her was extremely courteous and answered my questions. At about 10:20, my vehicle was done.

Today I took my new car to replace my tire that got a hole in it from the road I was on. I called today to schedule an appointment after work and they were able to fit me in. I was greeted by Dan Geist who I had spoken to on the phone. He listened to my experience about the tire incident. He took the info to process the car. In a short amount of time the tire was replaced. I found out I was eligible for a free tire replacement. I was thrilled and Dan also discussed about coming in for my oil change In 500. I was happy with the pleasant wonderful and prompt service I received today. It is such a pleasure to deal with the great people at glanzmann, I look forward to my oil change on my car. Jesse scheduled the appointment at our convenience. When I arrived, he greeted me by name and welcomed me with a handshake. He advised me that the morning was busy but that our inspection would be completed as quickly as possible. I relaxed and read newspaper and magazines in the waiting area. After a reasonable amount of time, Jesse came to tell me the vehicle was ready. There were no additional charges, no maintenance needed, and because of the age and low mileage of the vehicle it was exempt from the emission inspection requirement. The price for the whole service was so ridiculously low that I would be embarrassed to quote it here. I left as happy as could be.

Would not go anywhere else to have my Subaru serviced. Whatever we need the work is done quickly, expertly and perfectly.After leasing a new 2015 Subaru Forester, wanted to get a rear bumper cover to protect it. $79 for the part and $33 to install it. It will give us peace of mind because we have to put Mother's wheelchair in and wanted the added protection. Great job! You want to go where "they always know your name and they're always glad you came"!!

Shortly after I'd left home to drive to New England for my daughter's wedding, I ran over a piece of metal. The attendant at my local gas station told me I needed a new tire. I called Glantzmann and spoke to David Ullman. Although there were no available appointments, David understood my situation and was able to get me back on the road with a brand new tire in about an hour. My family and I are very grateful! My appointment was handled on time and with courtesy. They correctly diagnosed a weird switch problem that kept my cabin light from shutting off when I closed the door and suggested a no-cost solution. The oil change that was my main reason for the appointment was done efficiently. Over time I have come to rely on the service here--not quite as cheap as my local gas station but totally reliable, honest, and on time. It is well worth the difference.

My wife is going on a long drive & wanted to have her 2010 Impreza checked out first since she was feeling a shimmy when braking at high speeds. Turns out her brakes were on the verge of needing service for replacement anyway. We had both front and rear brakes services & I'm glad we brought the car in. Glanzmann Subaru service department has always provided great care for my Subaru's and the staffs have always been great to deal with. I was holding on to a hand-me-down 2002 Buick LeSabre, with no desire to upgrade. When my car broke down, I was thrown into the car buying world with a large amount of hesitation. My dad and I went to various dealerships where I felt I knew more than the salesman, or that the salesman was cheating me out of a decent deal. As per my grandmother's recommendation (she purchased a Subaru from Glanzmann a few weeks prior), we contacted the dealership and were put in contact with Keith. He worked diligently and along side with my dad to find the exact car that I was looking for. I was able to come in the next day, sign paperwork, and drive off the lot with the car of my dreams. Keith was personable, and made a very intimidating process relaxing. After all the paperwork was signed, he made sure that I knew how to work all of the features that were in my new car. I recently had a few warning lights displayed on my 2014 Forrester. I called Glanzmann, although I didn't purchase the vehicle from them, and the service dept said to bring it by the next afternoon so they could take a look. Arrived at 4:30pm and within an hour, not only had they checked the warning lights, they changed out a switch that was causing it--all under warranty. Very professional group of people. Good job!

My 2003 Baja needed a replacement anti-sway bar, as well as 90,000 mile interval maintenance. Dan Geist, whom we have known and trusted for more than 15 years, handled everything in the most satisfactory manner possible, which is exactly what we have experienced with Glanzmann since 1999. Dan arranged for a loaner, and took me out to the parking lot for a walk-around inspection of the loaner before I took possession of it. When the technician discovered leaking valve cover gaskets on the Baja that needed to be replaced, Dan informed me immediately that the work needed to be done, but that there would be no charge for it because of head gasket repair we had paid for in February 2014. My Baja was ready to pick up at 6:00 PM the same day I dropped it off for service, with all the 90,000 mile maintenance completed, as well as the new anti-say bar and bushings installed. Dan even made sure that, since the February 2014 head gasket repair had included flushing and replacing engine coolant, the coolant was not replaced on this visit, which was a considerable savings. Finally, I was able to receive a $110.00 discount by using a service coupon. I can't say enough good things about Glanzmann service. Whether we are helped by Dan, David, Jesse or Allie, we are always completely satisfied.

We were in the area from out of town when our Outback broke down. Jesse and the rest of his staff were able to find the problem after a few hours wait. The part wasn't in stock, but they had it delivered the next day and it was installed within a few hours of it's arrival. We were given a loaner car, which was necessary given the circumstances.

I brought my car in for a state inspection and an oil change today. Having referred a customer who bought a 2015 Legacy in March I was given a complimentary oil change and tire rotation which was great. However, better than that was hanging out in the showroom with my salesperson Mark Hughes. He eagerly came down to the service dept. so I could show him my custom Daytime Running Lights from China and my Japanese License Plate and Plate Holder that I bought on e bay. The time really goes fast when Mark and I talk cars and about all the latest and greatest gadgets on the new models. I also have enjoyed sharing my experiences with the sales and service department on my positive experience with the Eyesight, Hill Descent Control (X Mode) and the overall utility and safety of my 2014 Forester XT. My story about how Eyesight saved me from a rear end collision is becoming legendary! I enjoyed talking with the tech and service writer so that I was up to speed on how much tread was left on my tires and how much padding was left on my brakes. Having downed some chips and coffee I was ready to hit the road. With and safe and sound car I will be back when my car is debut with Subaru reliability that may not be for a while!

I was referred to Glanzmann by a friend who has owned a few Subarus and went through them for purchase and service. My sales consultant was first-rate. She explained everything about the car I was considering before and during the test drive. She also explained the symmetrical all-wheel drive and what makes them unique and reliable. I was considering many different choices in this class of vehicle and her knowledge and enthusiasm made the Forester the top contender. The real kicker was when she popped the hood and started to show me the engine. I have never had a salesperson come close to knowing their cars as well as Nina. She was very patient with explaining how use of the vehicle when I purchased it. This was extremely helpful as the the car I had just traded in had no real features to speak of. My experience was top-rate as was the price. I would recommend Glanzmann to anyone and I look forward to as pleasant of a service experience as well. I am writing this a week after purchase and can tell you that I am very happy with the performance of the Subaru Forester. It gets great mileage and fits my needs for space and safety features.

I have never been disappointed in anything pertaining to Subaru, ever, including the display at the Flower Show. The car quality, service, and reliability is unsurpassed. My next car will be a Subaru. However, in the meantime I still have my 12 year old Forester. So I took my car in for a routine inspection and a lot of other things (at least 7 items were on my list). Lo and behold, they gave me a 2015 Legacy loner. I work in Chester County and it was a beautiful day, indeed. What a car. To top everything off, my bill was much, much lower than I anticipated. I could not believe it! By the time I got home I felt like I had won the lottery. Seriously. I will always go back to Glanzmann, even if it's something minor. They won me over completely. Outstanding service at a great price! You can't beat that. I would recommend them every time. For me it's all about trust. They definitely know what they are doing. Keep up the good work.

I don't write many Yelp reviews... ever, but after the experience I had this past week at Glanzman Subaru in Jenkintown, I had to jump on here! I couldn't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was getting my first new car with the folks at Glanzmann! I got the exact car I wanted at a price that I'm thrilled with. My boyfriend and I came in with a tricky trade-in situation, and everyone from the service team to Jim Glanzmann himself were exceptional in assisting us. Yesterday I drove off in new car and I couldn't be happier with my 2015 Impreza Sport Premium and the overall experience I had at this dealership! John (our sales consultant), Rob (the sales manager), and Neal (our business manager) took the time to work with us even after the store had closed to make sure I was completely happy and comfortable with everything. I truly believe you can't beat Glanzmann for quality and customer service. I will be a lifer at Glanzmann Subaru for sure!

I worked a lot with Andrew and he had to go above and beyond just the sale of the car. I had to register my lease out-of-state and it turned out that I needed to co-sign with a parent that lives in another state. The paperwork back and forth took some time, but Glanzmann was efficient and overnighted things whenever possible. Andrew is low key, not pushy, understanding, reasonable, honest, genuine, and knows his stuff. I have never dealt with a car salesperson that answers emails so quickly, even if just to say that he is working on a response. He and the rest of the team eased my mind and made what is usually a stressful and big decision one that I walked away feeling was a fair deal. Even after the sale Andrew is helping me to make sure everything is all set registering the car out of state and helping me with the DMV. Highly recommended!

First let me start by saying we spent a couple of weeks looking at many different types of cars and Glanzmann Subaru was actually our first stop and by far the best experience. Every other dealership we looked at seemed like they were desperate to sell us a car and to top it off they did not seem very excited about what they were selling.Throughout the 3 weeks we were looking for cars Justin stayed in touch and answered many questions. When we finally came back with he whole family and got to drive the cars again Justin really took the time to explain every detail on why the Subaru is such a great product and made us all feel very comfortable. Justin was very genuine and really cared about finding the right Subaru for us. Its very refreshing to find a salesperson like this. Allie Connor is a professional, patient, knowledgeable Service Advisor. I went in for inspection and oil change. Turns out I was due for 90,000 service but didn't know if I could afford to do that with whatever my car was going to need to pass inspection, I feared it would need brakes. Allie gave me many breakdowns. If I did all of it at once and ala cart. With limited hours on a Saturday, I could have made her crazy and life difficult that day. She was wonderful. She explained everything in detail. What I could hold off on if I wanted to. Turns out my car didn't need anything for inspection, I could do the 90,000 service right then and there. There was a part of the 90,000 that my car didn't need, she could have still charged me and I'd never know, but she didn't and took that out of the bill. We all know some places would be shady like that. Says a lot about her and Glanzmann. I am glad I switched to them for service from where I bought my car. I will also by my next Subaru from them as I am very impressed with them since my switch. Thanks again Allie, you are a sweetheart!

From the moment I walked in, everyone I dealt with was great. From indulging my multiple test drives to giving me a great price without asking, my experience was everything I wanted. Then I was presented my car. We looked under the hood and I noticed the engine cover was loose. It turned out to be broken and missing a piece. It was replaced with no problem, but it took my tinkering to notice. The car was sitting inside, having just been detailed. Whoever did the detail did not spend the extra few minutes needed to finish the job. There was salt spray on the hood, dirt marks on the interior, and the windows were not completely wiped, leaving streaks and dirt in the corners. I know this isn't the most important thing, but if its something you are going to do, then it should be done right. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend anyone to buy their Subaru here.

Happy St Patrick Day!! While at Glanzmann Subaru Dealership for a routine maintenance/oil change service I found all the service staff that I came in contact with to exemplify the "Excellent" rating in the above categories then and in the past - working with Glanzmann staff for about 30 years. While there I had asked if Jeff Glanzmann was available and Dan Geist paged him. Jeff came down to the Service area and I introduced him to a friend of mine who is interested in leasing a canard and particularly a Subaru (she knows how much I love my Subaru and for how long I have been driving Subarus). Jeff was very professional, confident and informative whole answering all of my friends questions. Hopefully we will have a new member of the Glanzmann Subaru family!

Glanzmann was the first dealership I visited after falling in love with the new legacy at the Philadelphia auto show. I went in for a test drive to feel the new CVT, which is awesome, I was paired up with a salesperson named Mark Hughes. Mark could not have been a more professional salesman, he was able to answer all of my questions while still being funny and easy to deal with, my experience with him is something I will always appreciate. I went into the process totally uninformed having never attempted to purchase a new car before, after my test drive I began researching what to expect when buying a new car, the more I researched the more I knew I wasn't going to find a better place or staff to do business with. I was initially quoted with a great fair price for the vehicle I had my eyes on, my experience with Mark, Keith, and Rob were all wonderful. I highly recommend Glanzmann to my family, friends, and work colleagues.

...that is, until I started going to Glanzman after buying my most recent Subaru. Friends kept telling me about their good experiences, so I thought "well, I'll give it a shot." I still find it hard to believe I'm writing a positive (a very positive) review for an auto dealer's service department, but I am. First of all, they recommend additional service when warranted, but they don't push it. If you say "no" that's that. Second, they made an effort to get me in at the last minute when the OTHER dealer I bought the car from (this was when I first got my car) said they couldn't get me in for a several days. Third, they are tremendously helpful with extended warranty matters (pursuing them for you if necessary), and also in advising me that a repair was under warranty when I was unaware. I've worked with several of their service reps, all very helpful: this last time it was Dan Geist who made the Dealer shine for me. PS they have a very nice waiting area as well, with plugs for electronic devices, and complimentary coffee and snacks.

I brought my 2011 Forester in for a recall check. I inquired about another issue as well. The service department found that there was an issue which involved resealing the cam seals. The repair would be carried out under warranty. I was given a loaner vehicle and a week later, they repaired my Forester. I would certainly recommend this dealer for service.

I took my car in for state inspection, the 30,000 mile walk around inspection , and some warranty issues. Dan Geist kept me informed on the progress of my service .I had problems with my remote starter which they had to trouble shoot, and get parts for.I was given a loaner vehicle which was clean and full of gas.I would highly recommend Glanzmann service, and the dealership !

I had a 10am appointment and arrived at 9:30. Dave greeted with a smile and a warm "come on down." My car was making a noise that was difficult to explain. Right away he called Michael over to take a ride with me and to listen to the noise. Pf course the car made no noise but from my description, Michael had a idea that it was a heat sensor. Finally the car made the noise and Michael said indeed it was a heat sensor. as easy fix. We drove the car back to the shop and I was on my way out at 10:15. No one does it better. I have been going to this dealership for 10 years and will continue with them. fantastic service.

I brought my car in because the left outside heated mirror was not operating correctly. A new mirror was ordered. I was told I'd be called when the part came in. The day after service, I was called, the part had arrived (1 day later!!!), and we set up an appointment for the repair and inspection, as it is due. I have always been treated with friendliness, competence, and respect. I've dealt with Frances Freezman and David Ullman in the past. They are also great to work with. If all the businesses in the world operated the way Glanzmann Subaru conducts business, all of us would be so much better off. The service advisors, the mechanics, the valets, the secretatries exhibit exceptional interpersonal social skills. I have learned to trust them. If they say I need a 500 duplex ear turbine inhibitor, then that is what I need. I live almost 45 minutes from this dealership, and there are Subaru dealers closer, but I continue to get my Forrester serviced at Glanzmann. They have helped me so many times, always with a smile, and always with respect. The salesperson, Frances, who sold us our Forrester answered all our questions, (without looking them up which some other dealers had to do). Some of those questions were pretty technical. All the answers were at her fingertips.Jesse, Dan and David, service advisors, should be be noted for their above and beyond the call of duty effort they make each time my car needs servicing. I am not a big endorcer, believing that people should figure things out for themselves, but I repeatedly recommend Glanzmann Subaru to friends.

Dan Geist handled my service visit for my 1st oil change in my new Subaru Outback. He was very friendly and helpful. I did not know how to install wiper fluid for the back window wiper. He explained everything to me in detail and showed me how to access it. He also suggested that I could always drop by if I needed fluid added and he would come out and put it in for me. That was so thoughtful of him and I really appreciated that offer. I am now responsible for my own upkeep with the car (my husband always took care of this, but he recently passed). It's a great feeling to know that there are people out there who will help if you needed it. Love dealing with Glanzmann. My husband and I used them for years with our other 2 Outbacks.

I visited the service department to pick up a second key & fob, since my used 2011 Forester car only came with one. I had been told I would have to purchase these items. When I arrived my salesman told me he had found at the fob, so I would only have to pay for the key and programming. I mentioned that the rear wiper blade didn't seem new as represented. When they completed the work, there was no charge for the key/fob/programming or the replacement wiper blade. The service desk was very friendly and the waiting room pleasant. I am very happy with the treatment I received.

Dan Geist is the person I work with in the service department. He is competent, and knowledgeable, and takes the extra step to be sure your experience is good. Tonight was a perfect example. I brought my car in for an oil change and mentioned that a concrete block had fallen or been dropped on my car. The roof had a huge dent and was staring to rust. I asked what to do. Next thing I knew he was calling the "detail " guys to see if they could patch it up. Sure enough they patched the roof of the car as well as the lid of the trunk!And, hey, the waiting room is clean, pleasant and they have a basket of great snacks.

Even on the occasions I've stopped by for help with no appointment, the service staff always exceeds my expectations. Dan Geist is a real pleasure to work with and I can't say enough. They normally open at 7:30am but I arrived five minutes early and he was there ready to take care of customers before the opening time. That is something that is rare. Months ago after a car wash tore off my rear wiper blade Jesse and the parts department set me up with a new one. He also helped make sure I put the small plastic cover on correctly. To me it's the little things and I would recommend this dealer in a heartbeat. Plus I love my Suby!

My first trip with my 2012 outback I experienced a thumping when the brakes were applied. When we got home i called and talked to Bruce in service and he set me up the following week. I met Dan, my service writer and everything from there forward was seamless. They resurfaced all four rotors to make sure they fixed the problem. They gave it a safety inspection, installed a new front tag bracket and my license plates. Before I knew it I was heading home with smooth braking. My first service experience was Perfect!! On the day I bought my certified used 2014 Outback with 4,000 miles ,that had been in the possession of the Glanzmann dealership, it had a dent in the bumper which was not there three days previously, when I test drove the car and looked it over. Glanzmann had the bumper repaired perfectly a few weeks after the purchase date and provided a nice brand new Crosstrek as a loaner. I was very pleased with the service I received. Today, I had my first oil change and was pleased that the first oil change is free. This is my second Subaru and my first Outback. It is the car I have wanted for many years. The waiting room has cubicles with WiFi for doing work on the internet as well as couches for watching TV, reading and just relaxing. There are free snacks, coffee and vending machines. The work is done in a timely manner and I always understood what was involved. There are loaner cars for use if my vehicle is kept overnight and valets to help park the car, carry your packages, etc.. This is my second Glanzmann Subaru and in a few years I will be planning my third purchase of a Subaru. On the 5th year anniversary of the purchase of my Subaru Forester I took my car in for an oil change and state inspection. My Forester needed front brakes for inspection, not bad considering they were original brakes with 64,000 miles on them.No other repairs were required and I was on my way within three hours. In physical size the dealership isn't big but in taking care of their customers their huge. The Forester was my first Subaru, it won't be my last. After hitting a hidden pothole, and having the spare "donut" tire put on by AAA, I took the car in for service the next morning (without an appointment), and Glanzmann Subaru replaced the ruined tire with a new one in under an hour. The cost was only $30 because I had the Gold Plus Extended Warranty Plan, and the tire had only 10,000 miles on it.David Ullman was very cordial, and I also found out that I was not due for an oil change for another 1000 miles.This is my second Subaru purchased at Glanzmann Subaru, and the service has always been outstanding.

I bought my 2010 Impreza preowned in June and realized there was something amiss with the illumination. When it came time to get an oil change I had the tech take a look at it. After my wait they determined there was a short in the wiring but couldn't locate it and I had to get to work. By the time my next oil change came, I made sure i left the car with them to find the problem. I had to have my wiring harness replaced - no charge! A few days later as the cold kicks in i realized now my heat is only blowing through my defrost vent. I take the car back at the next available appointment time, they give my a loaner which couldnt have been easier and again they were able to fix my issue at no charge. From the minute i stepped into the dealership to only look at cars and even through these repairs, they could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I have worked with Jesse, Dan, and Allie and all have been so kind and patient. Neil, my salesman, was approachable and easy going. Even the gentleman in the finance office made me feel at ease. I love this dealership and i'm sure I will continue to have good things to say.

I did all my work with the internet representative and he was honest and straightforward about the car and its condition. When I got to the dealership I was warmly greeted and went for a test drive. The Outback Sedan was perfect just as it was described to me. We worked out a fair price and the staff took care of all the NYS DMV paperwork. They even delivered the car to New York for me. I have been a loyal Subaru owner for all most 20 years and this was one of the most pleasant Subaru buying experiences. What a great staff and experience.

I took my 2011 Subaru Forrester here for recall work and to check the airbags. The recall work was not needed and my airbags were fine. Jesse Brodman, the Service Advisor was cheerful and courteous. In addition to this work, he noticed that my inspection sticker was a month late and did the work, all of which was completed in about 1 hour. I told him I would be driving the car on several trips in December in excess of 1,000 miles. He told me that if I brought the car back in January for an oil check, I would get a free oil change that day. I thought this was a great deal. Everyone there was cheerful and courteous. The waiting area was very clean and had comfortable seating, snacks, coffee and tea as well as vending machines. I will always bring my car here for service.

We started out looking at a few different vehicles, but chose a 2015 Legacy! There were some hiccups with my vehicle, but Matthew took care of everything without question. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience we could! Roughly a month later I had a few more issues and immediately spoke with Mark Glanzmann and along with Matthews help they both found a way to resolve any complications the vehicle had itself. I was exceptionally pleased with everything the dealership had to offer and even though it wasn't smooth sailing for me when I left the dealership I would definitely recommend Glanzmann. Had a very nice experience at Glanzmann Subaru. We had searched for an exact car before we came. The car was in stock when we arrived and Neal was an excellent sales person to be attended by. He was friendly, knowledgable and polite. The test drive was nice as well as the buying experience. The car had some interior smudges (like from a bad/rushed cleaning) and a small rust spot on the hood. We requested that the the rust spot be taken care of and they said the car would be cleaned inside and out while we were finishing the sales details. When we got in the car, in interior was smudgier than before...like a bad wipe down with residual leather protectant left on...streaky. Also, the rust spot was simply painted over...not buffed down and touched-up correctly. These were a disappointment. If we had more time to be there, I would have asked for it to be redone but we were running late. I wouldn't blame Neal for these...he looked like he was trying to do everything in his power to make us happy. The 'delivery' conditions only allows me to rate my experience as 4/5 - good not great. Neal was 5/5, though.

We had an absolutely awesome experience with Glanzmann Subaru, and would recommend them to anyone in the NY/NJ/PA area looking for a great buying experience. We worked with Mark Hughes, who provided us absolutely awesome customer service.We purchased a 2015 Forrester with the Eyesight and All Weather package (without the Navigation System), which we knew was a really difficult package combination to get. After searching all over NJ, MA and NY states for this particular model combination, we were nearly resigned to the fact that we'd have to purchase one with the Navigation system, which we realized were also in pretty limited supply. (We were unable to locate one despite after working with over 8 different dealers!). Via a stroke of luck, we decided to look in Dealerships in PA, and were delighted to see a car in-stock with the exact specifications we were looking for at Glanzmann Subaru. I reached out via the internet and was praying that the car hadn't already been sold. Mark Hughes reached out to me promptly the very next day confirming the availability of the vehicle and also followed up with a phone call. After he confirmed that the car he had was the exact specification we were looking for, (and sensing my excitement in finding the car were looking for), I wasn't expecting to get a very good price on the car. Expecting a high price, I requested Mark to send me an email quote. I was absolutely delighted when Mark quoted a price that was even lower than TruCar (which we feel is a really fair price for a car). The price was below MSRP, below invoice, and an absolutely fair price. The price was so far, the experience so phenomenal and hassle free that I did not even negotiate! I placed a deposit right away, and send in our financing paperwork via email.On the day of the delivery, the process was equally hassle free. We spent a total of 1 hour at the dealership, and drove away with our brand new Subaru Forrester.We would highly recommend this dealership, and would also highly recommend Mark Hughes. We have bought multiple cars and can attest to the fact that this was the most hassle free and FAIR car buying experience ever. If you're looking for a Subaru - Glanzmann is the place to go!

I loved my (and/or my Dad's) old Explorer so I was pretty depressed when it became time to replace it. I've heard horror stories from my friends about their car buying experiences so I wasn't excited at all since this was going to be my first time car shopping. I found a car I liked online at Glanzman Subaru and I drove and there and met Matt Durkin. I couldn't have asked for a nicer salesman. Matt made my first time car buying experience memorable. He was fast to return my calls, answered all my questions, never pressured me, and anything I needed, he took care of. He was a complete gentleman. Since I purchased my car on Valentine's Day, he even left me a rose on the steering wheel! I also have to compliment the service department. The moonroof needed to be worked on on my car so they gave me a beautiful complementary car while they worked on my car which was really fast and they kept me informed on everything. Everyone in the service department that I met or spoke with over the phone was extremely friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be using them for any service work that needs to be done in the future.I love my blue 2005 Subaru Forester. It's the perfect car to replace my old Explorer and someday when it comes time to replace the Forester, I'll definitely come back to Glanzman Subaru and have Matt help find me another Forester. And if anyone I know needs a car, I'll be sure to direct them over to Matt at Glanzman. :)

Came in for a headlight replacement, although it was passed the warranty, they replaced it at N/C.I also told them that I has a problem with the wiper blade. I paid for the replacement blades,& someone in parts came over to service & put them on for me, (it was raining)while I was waiting in their comfy waiting room. Service was done completely and satisfactorily. My waiting time for the car was minimal. Everyone is courteous and helpful. I've been dealing with Glanzmann Subaru since 1986. I trust them to do service and repairs correctly and to charge me fairly. Even when my cars were not purchased from Glanzmann, I have come to them for service. I live about 25 miles from Glanzmann, and there are at least three Subaru dealers much closer, yet I still travel to Glanzmann. That represents my confidence in them.

I had an overall good experience buying my first car (2006 Honda Civic) from Neal Hood at Glanzmann Subaru. I wished that I could've had my car right away instead of waiting 3 days but I understood the reasons why it took that long. I guess I was too desperate to get my own car since I was tired of relying on public transportation. But what I need to point out is how good Neal treated me during this whole process. He was very friendly and it seemed like he genuinly wanted to get the best deal for me. Just so you can get an idea; the first day I walked in, it was pouring rain, it was getting late, didn't walked out with the car and I would've had to wait for the bus under the rain if it wasn't for Neal that offer to give me a ride. So in conclusion, if you find yourself looking for a car at Glanzmann Subaru, you should ask for Neal. I'm not saying he will offer everyone a ride if a deal is not done once you come in but, since he saw that we live close by, he took the iniciative and offered and for that I was very grateful

We had previously visited 3 other major dealerships in the Doylestown area to look at used vehicles, and arrived at Glanzmann with 2 Subarus in mind to look at. Speaking with Neal Hood on the phone, I was releived by his laid back nature, as we were exhausted by the aggressive "getting to know you" techniques by other car sales consultants. He was super helpful, he answered all of our questions up front about both vehicles. We were initially dissapointed that he wasn't flexible about the price of the car we wanted, due to their "no haggle" policy. However, he was able to arrange for some minor paint touch ups on the exterior of the vehicle, and for the interior to be detailed and deep shampooed per our request. He really went out of his way to try to make that happen asap so we could drive the vehicle home. Another dealership might have just told us "take it or leave it." But we left with a sparkling shiny clean new used car, which made us feel good about spending a little bit more than we originally planned. It also made us feel good about the company, and how they do business :-) Rob Shintaku also helped us quite a bit by negotiating an amazing interest rate to finance the vehicle and "surprised" us with a congratulatory bottle of wine (nice touch Glanzmann!) The only drawback on the whole experience would be that there were some lengthy waits for the whole process, we arrived at 9:30am and didn't leave until 4:30pm. This included 2 test drives, drawing up the sales contract, negotiating financing and filling out all the paperwork, and lastly, a fairly long wait for the paint touch-up and interior detailing. However, we were very happy with the kindness of the staff, and we were willing to wait for the work to be finished, so we were ultimately pleased to leave with keys in hand :-) Very happy with our experience with Glanzmann, would recommend them to friends and family! -Jill Walsh & Jamie Brock

I've never owned or otherwise had a car before, but making a move to the country meant I had to buy one. I was daunted by the process until I came into contact with the good people at Glanzmann. Weeks before I first visited the dealership, I had a lengthy email exchange with Nick Peroni. He answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. I was corresponding with a number of other dealerships at the time. Nick was by far the most helpful, and could write with the most clarity, which matters.When my wife and I finally got out to the dealership, we worked with Neal Hood in the sales department. He took his time and walked us through all the steps. He's not only deeply knowledgeable about the cars we were considering, he was also a lot of fun and had us cracking up. (Be sure to ask him about his pet parakeet.) He's honest. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he would say so and then find out. And he gave us a ride to the train station in his personal car, also a Subaru, during business hours, as a friendly favor. Just an all around nice, personable, professional guy. Gary, the manager who handled the final sales paperwork, was a straight-shooter, authoritative and friendly. He helped us figure out some technicalities around registering our car in PA while in the middle of a move to NY and the various bureaucratic implications. Most importantly, at no point in the car-buying process did my wife and I feel played, and we both have fine-tuned radars for xxxxxxxx. Prior to Glanzmann, we visited a dealership in suburban New York. It was a totally different experience, and not in a good way.So thanks to the good people at Glanzmann, today we own a very nice 2010 Subaru Legacy and are 100% satisfied with it.

Neal and Steve both worked with me on this one because the scheduling was a little difficult, I came in from out of state because I was having a hard time finding the exact car I wanted and Glanzmann had it. They treated me like I was buying the most expensive car on the lot! The car was freshly washed with a full tank of gas when I picked it up, and the process couldn't have gone smoother. I contacted the dealer through cars.com and received an immediate response and enjoyed a productive series of email exchanges that verified we were interested in the vehicle. We arranged a visit to the dealer and was equally impressed by our on premise experience. The price of the Honda was very good compared to other dealers. Neal Hood, our sales rep was completely transparent that the car had been in a minor incident but had no structural damage and was completely repaired. So my search for a Subaru Legacy GT proved to be very difficult. On several occasions i scheduled test drives at other dealerships only to arrive and find the cars had been sold without informing me. Mr. Hood and I spoke over the phone and he went the extra mile to work around my schedule. Staying late so that I could drive up for a late evening test drive, he sacrificed even more of his time so I could close the deal that night. I never felt pressured or rushed. In fact Mr. Hood was up front about the car's history and its condition (which was excellent thanks to extra time put in by the dealership themselves). It was well worth the drive. Neal Hood took us through the test drive, trade-in, and purchase of the new car with terrific customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and even recommended a great place for us to eat while our paperwork was being completed. We were very pleased with the price of the car we bought, and mostly satisfied with what they offered us for our trade-in. It was a low-pressure environment, and we appreciated that they worked with us to arrive at a monthly payment that was close to what we wanted. Overall, it was a great car-buying experience, and I would recommend Glanzmann Subaru to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. The bottle of wine (with the Glanzmann Subaru label) we were given at the end of the transaction was just one more example of their fine customer service.

I told her the car I wanted, how much I wanted to put down and what I wanted the payment to be. 10 minutes later she was back with the correct numbers. Not $20.00 more or even $5.00 more. The exact number of where I wanted to be on the payment. The finance mananger Greg was just as nice. He did explain all the extra's we could purchase but did not pressure us at all when we declined. Start to finish, 2 hours and 15 minutes to drive away in a new Subaru Legacy Sport!! And a nice bottle of wine for later that evening was a nice touch too. Our 2011 Impreza lease will end next year and we will be headed back to Glanzmann to pick out a Crosstrek for my wife!!

As a salesperson, Laura is a great consumer advocate...she seeks to do what's best for the customer and goes out of her way to answer all questions...I was impressed by her knowledge of the vehicle I bought, but more so with her spirit, friendliness and attitude: she made the experience pleasant, so much so, that my wife was compelled to give her a long hug before we drove off with our vehicle. Laura was great. When we walked into the dealership just a little over 90 minutes from closing I was planning on waiting until the end of the month to buy a vehicle. I was expecting to buy from another dealer. Laura listened to my wife as she described our needs establishing rapport. She really knew her product, gave us a fair offer (not great) for our trade in and really conveyed her interest in getting us into the right vehicle. We purchased a new Forester from Glanzman. Unfortunately, the car had several rattles and minor problems - and we became concerned. The mechanic at Glanzman was creative and worked hard to correct every problem, but new ones would appear. it became clear that this particular car was going to be a problem. We have owned several Foresters, and I still have faith in the manufacturer. It was just one of those exceptions.When I expressed my concerns, the sales manager (Jeff Glanzmann)stepped up. My satisfaction was his goal. He told me to call Subaru to see how we could go ahead with a trade for a different car. Subaru explained that, since my complaints were not safety issues, they couldn't help. I told Jeff and he said he would call them. Within the hour I heard from Jeff that Subaru would kick-in to help me trade to a different new car. I made the switch and am now driving the quality car that I expect from Subaru.It's when there is a problem that a dealer shows its character. Glanzmann Subaru came to bat for me and helped resolve this problem.

Wanted to buy a 2013 Outback and from looking online found that Glanzmann had the largest inventory in town. I was a little bit disappointed when I got there to find out how small the Subaru sales office is, but that turned out not to be an issue--it really did take only 5 minutes to bring the car we wanted to test drive over from another lot.We bought a new car during our (only) visit and it was a smooth and efficient process. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and it was as comfortable a process as new car buying can be.I definitely recommend Glanzmann Subaru for anyone interesting in a Subaru.Also, we're quite happy with the car, too!

A few weeks ago, I met with Laura and test drove a Subaru Outback (both the 2012 and 2013 models.) Laura was very friendly and professional, and not overly "sales-y". She was very patient and answered all of my questions. I fell in love with the Outback immediately, but took it upon myself to test drive some other similar vehicles. After visiting some other dealers, it became even more obvious that the Outback was the best deal AND that Laura was by far the most pleasant salesperson to work with. I went back today and bought a brand new Subaru from Laura. The whole process there was very painless -- she helped me get the exact package I wanted very quickly. I have been going to Glanzmann Subaru since 2002 and I have had absolutely no problems whatsoever dealing with the employees and Management. I got to know the guys in Service and Know Vince Hendri in sales. I just purchased a 2011 Tribeca and also had my brother purchase the same vehicle the same week who was really set on GMC, but after introducing him to Vince he changed his mind and went with the better car and a much better price ! My decision was not based on just a great vehicle, but knowing the people that work there really sealed the deal. I know I will get excellent service for years to come. When I visited Glanzmann Subaru to look for a new car, I had a wonderful experience. I worked with Jeff Glanzmann to find a 2011 Subaru Tribeca and he was so nice to work with. Jeff listened to everything I wanted in a car, answered all my questions, and was able to find me what I wanted in my price range. Once I decided on a car, Glanzmann Subaru took care of everything. I live in New Jersey so would need to register my car in NJ. Glanzmann Subaru took care of it for me so that all I needed to do was show up, sign the paperwork and drive my new car off the lot. They even gave me a tutorial on the car and made sure I knew how to work everything before leaving. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I highly recommend this dealership for its excellent customer service and just overall buying experience.

What a great Company. How many companies can you find where the name on the door matches the name of the people working inside. I worked with both Jeff and Mark Glanzmann and they were completely honest and up front about all the details of the deal. I think it says a great deal about their integrity that they put their name on every car, service tech uniform and piece of paper that comes out of their office. I came into the dealership and was greated by a nice gentelman, I told him that I was interesed in looking at an Outback.My sales person showed me over to the vehicle and gave me a very good presentation of the vehicle that was on the show room floor,he also provided me with a good test drive. Came back went over the pricing and I left. ( Took a day or two to think about the purchase) I came back a day later and bought the vehicle. Everyone was pleasant and friendly and I would recommenend Glanzmann Subaru

Went to the dealership to look at a new impreza. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the car and very low pressure. In fact, i left (took a day to think about the purchase) and didn't get hassled about it. I came back and eventually bought at a good price and interest rate. Typical "bait-n-switch" tactics. Wasted 2 hours of my time dealing with this guy. Told him my rock bottom offer, which he agreed to. I had 2 other family members with me to testify to this. Did the test drive, etc and agreed to the sale on a handshake. Well, handshake deals dont mean a thing if the person that youre dealing with has no integrity (as was the case with Ed). After filling out all the paperwork (blah, blah blah) the figure was hundreds more than we had agreed to. Like i said, we had agreed to a rock bottom price and that was how much the check was to be made out for. He not only lost the sale, but i will share my experience with anyone that asks me about it. Never again.

The salesman Jody was very nice and knowledgeable. The problem is Gary, the finance manager. He completely lost the deal for me. There is no other way to say it. When I shopped around I found out he had been lying to me about not only my tier rating but the fact that I was denied the car loan. Turns out I was approved and this screwed me up at other subaru dealers in that they wanted to give me the same crappy quote that Gary tried to give me. Took alot of work for the manager at colonial to get me into my subaru outback sport. Would not recommend these guys at all.

The whole staff was friendly, my saleswoman did not pressure me at all, and their price was competitive right from the start. I did not have to haggle and go back and forth with them to get a fair price. They were also fair with the value they gave me for my Ford. Have been taking both our Subaru's there for service 5+ years. Have generally resolved all issues. Taken us in on an emergency basis and looked at several problems with no charge several times. Rates have gotten more expensive recently.Pleasant low pressure sales staff.
