As I have told you before, the sales people were great esp. Ryan Evans', but I am concerned about letting the service dept. I think they need an attitude adjustment, they use bad language, they will not let you discuss a problem you might have about your car.

I found the dealership very easy to work with. They took our vehicle request and located exactly what we were looking for. The entire purchasing process was quick and stress-free and that is always appreciated. I also have to give applause to Angie Gue, our sales consultant who took the time to meet our needs. She was really interested in taking care of our issues quickly, and did so. We had a few loose ends to address and boy, she answered each with a smile. I saw the perfect toyota sienna for our family on glockner's website. I made an appointment and test drove it... the staff was very friendly and helpful. We called and made an offer on the vehicle the next morning and they held it for us because we couldn't come in to work out the details until later in the day due to a sporting event for our daughter. When we got there it was shiny and clean and ready for us. We bought it at a great price and enjoyed talking with all the staff. My husband and I went down just to take a quick look at a vehicle bc we were looking to trade in our van for something smaller and more payment friendly. That's when we ran into Angie. She was very helpful, honest and friendly. She even gave up her own snacks for our two little ones. I have been contemplating buying a vehicle for over a year because of not wanting to deal with the stress. I stopped and visited Mark Combs at Glockner and am glad I did. After test driving a few vehicles I decided on a 2014 Ram 1500. Mark was very knowledgeable of the vehicles I test drove and also if the Ram that I bought previous ownership. What I thought would be a hassle of a process ended up being very friendly and easy. I left the same day with the vehicle I picked out. I had a scotch guard applied to the vehicle and when I picked the truck up I've never been more proud of a vehicle I've owned. I highly recommend Glockner but more specifically Mark Combs. This guy is first class and even stayed past closing time to make sure I was taken care of. I'll definitely be back. Thanks.

I had a great experience when I purchased my 2016 1500 Ram 4wd at your dealership. From the moment that I stepped into your dealership I felt welcome. Katrina is a great salesperson and was very easy to work a deal out with. When it came time to complete the paperwork. Barry was also very nice and did a great job. I had been looking for a new truck. During this process I visited several dealerships and I must say that I was treated like a person, customer, and friend at your dealership while at others I just felt like that I was a number. I walked into this dealership looking for a jeep...first day of looking and I had a great experience! My salesman Ryan walked up to my husband and I and was very welcoming and knowledgable on exactly what I was looking for. We dealt with Ryan and had an awesomely quick experience. Ryan answered any questions we had and explained everything very well, yet he was not pushy at all. Tony was Ryan's business partner, he was very quick and made us all feel very welcome and comfortable. Literally from the minute we stopped to "look" til the Time we drove the Jeep off the lot in our name was a total of about two hours!

This is the fifth time I have purchased a new vehicle from Glockners over the years. Katrina was the sales rep that I delt with, she was knowledgable and very friendly. Not pushy or overbearing. My wife and I was able to drive several new vehicles, this made it easy to make our choice. I had been looking for a van that would work for my family's needs and also be priced reasonably. I found exactly what I wanted at Glockner and with the help of Ryan, was able to secure a deal that worked for my budget. I also appreciated that Ryan was not overly pushy and didn't make me feel like he only cared about selling a car. He allowed us time to make our decision and was on hand to answer questions but didn't drive us crazy. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Gabe talked with my wife and I about a van and answered questions openly. He steered us toward ahigh-priced model replacing the Town & Country, but took time to explain the differences and invited us to return or call if we were not successful after looking at another dealer with whom we already had agreed to an appointment.Ultimately, we bought exactly what we wanted at the competing Chrysler dealer but it was not due to Gabe. He simply did not have what we wanted and we already had promised the other dealer we would visit his business a hundred miles away. Whether or not Gabe would have given an identical amount for our trade is something we will never know. But I feel confident he would have given it every shot if given the chance and were it not for the fact that the other dealer had our exact requirements already in place.

I went to Fannin after my previous sales lady transferred there. She was a delight to wk w/ then and now. The only negative was the time it took to do the paperwork (over 3 hrs of waiting to sign the contract ). The staff here are so courteous and helpful. They had to search for a commercial van for my husband and they managed to find him what he was looking for within a week (no easy task). I had to get the transmission replaced in myJeep Patriot recently. It took three (3) separate trips for the service department to diagnose the problem. The new transmission had to be ordered and they didn't call me when it was in, I had to call them to set up an appointment. I dropped the Jeep off on a Monday, they called that Friday to say that they "hoped someone could look at it that afternoon." About a week later they called to say that they had received the wrong transmission and a new one would have to be ordered. It was two (2) days short of four (4) weeks that they kept my Jeep for this repair. I had the Jeep back for less than one (1) weeks before it started leaking fluid. Back to the service department the Jeep went. This time they only kept it a week and a half to replace the seals. During both extended service periods I was given a loaner car that has convinced me that I will NEVER buy a Dodge Avenger. On both occasions the loaner car was given to me with little to no gas... this last time the gas light came on before I even left their parking lot. Not knowing when they would be done with the second transmission repair I filled the loaner car up hours before they called and said they were done with my Jeep. I requested that they fill up my Jeep in return for returning their loaner car on two separate occasions with close to full tanks when they were given to me on empty. They said that they could not authorize this and did not offer anything at all to compensate me for the gas and all the extra trips that they caused throughout this ordeal. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

We drove over 2 hours looking for a vehicle and ran across this dealership. The salesman Mark was extremely nice and unlike the usual salesman not pushy at all. He even took the time to explain to me that the bright light switch was no longer on the floor board of the car. I went to look at what Superior had and ended up buying a car after how I was greeted and helped by Mark Combs. This was not the first dealership I went to, although it should have been. Mark was not overbaring nor did he have some gimmick. He just talked to me as if I had known him for a long time. The paperwork was no hassle with him, everyone there made sure that we had everything we needed at any point in time. Even after we purchased our car Mark still goes above and beyond to take care of everything we need. He went so far as to wash it himself because the person that details the cars went to lunch. It is reasons like these that I would purchase my next vehicle from Mark at Superior, as well as, reccomend Superior to friends and family.

I went to a dealership close to this one and stopped in here to see what they Had. I first bought A Honda Accord, which was an amazing car but I decided I wanted more room. I worked with Mark Combs with the Honda and requested him for the second car which was a Jeep. He was very professional and went above and beyond customer service. He still keeps in contact with me to make sure all of my needs are taken care of. I needed an oil change and my tires rotated and called him, he sat up my appointments and called me back and when I came in to have the service done he was right there making sure I was pleased with my service. Employees like him are the reason customers keep coming back to a dealership. I didn't know him at all the day I stepped in your dealership and now I feel as though he is a friend. When I decided to buy a car, I made contact with two salesmen from different dealerships. I wasn't going to be ready for a few weeks but I wanted to do my research in advance. The first salesman did contact me twice. I told him I was going to buy a car but it would be two weeks before I was ready. I never heard from him again. Charlie Munn contacted me several times and answered all the questions I had about his available inventory. At this point, I was really open to buying anything. With his guidance, I was able to zero in on the perfect car. I want to say that I hate pressure from a salesman and would have ended the conversation if that had been the case. I am an intelligent woman and am capable of making my own decisions (and mistakes.) I was not pressured in any way by Charlie. When my husband and I came in to the dealership, he was very patient and followed our lead in the car buying process. I appreciate that more than anything. Charlie was willing to do whatever was needed to make up happy with the service needed and the overall deal.

I am a pamper spoiled patron of Mercedes and I am used to the attentive I used to get from them. I recently got introduced Jeep grand Cherokee Overland. Allen was so gracious he had it at his home and he offered it to me over the weekend to have I picked it up after hours and I feel I truly enjoyed the ride and the luxurious handling, Then I meet David Blatt Sales man, he made the car buying experience painless and effortless. I had trouble getting to the dealership, so he ended up to my home to close the deal. Since then I had a few other services and he has been exceptional at getting my needs taken care of. The service department is awesome and very courteous and they was the cars when requested. I also recently had a wreck now I tell u what a complete department Brian Cunningham and Tom wow they made the process painless. I recently completed a purchase of a vehicle from Superior for business use. The overall experience was a positive one as the sales representative was attentive and the gentleman conducting the actual transaction was polite and knowledgeable. The challenge in conducting business with this dealership is that it is much simpler to drive there and speak to someone in person than to speak to someone by telephone. The automated telephone system they utilize is a train wreck. Lets walk through the process: - After dialing, an automated female voice thanks the caller and advises the call may be monitored or recorded. - After a few rings a recorded voice of the dealership's owner is heard. One hears a "mini-commercial" and then the recording proceeds to roll off a laundry list of options, numbers and opportunities. - Now is the time to choose an option, but my initial need vs. the options available was unclear, so I pressed "0" - certainly I could get an operator to help. Didn't happen. Instead, I was rolled back to a ring that was followed by the start of the process. In short, I am fighting in a circle with an unusable telephone system while trying to spend tens of thousands of dollars on a vehicle. Simply put, unacceptable. - Finally I press the correct button and find a real, live human! The problem is, every time I called initially and throughout the purchase process and beyond, those who answered (presumably the sales staff) seemed rushed, inattentive and generally upset with the fact that they were required to play the role of telephone operator. I brought this concern to the attention of the sales representative I dealt with. He gave me his personal cell phone number to allow me to avoid this automated mess. I never used it. It is unfair for me to call his personal telephone and potentially increase his monthly bill to do business with an automobile dealership. Those folks aren't paid enough anyway - why should I, as the purchaser increase their personal costs? I simply fail to understand why a dealership this size cannot invest in calm, polite and customer focused employee to answer a customer's call, assess their needs, advise if the correct person is available and on-duty, and either get that person to take the call or take a personal message and ensure that it is delivered. Seems fairly simple to me. I know there are costs involved, but this is the "front door" of the dealership for telephone inquiries - and presently, it's broken. Another role that an operator could play here is to greet customers in the showroom. When I finally drove to the dealership to meet a sales representative I walked in and saw - no one. Everyone was huddled in rooms with others and I walked around for quite some time waiting for someone to break free from their present business to determine my needs. Thats not fair to them, not fair to me and not fair to the customer that the individual was otherwise serving. A "telephone operator" in the showroom can serve as a "greeter" also. The experience would certainly improve. Seeing a smiling face when I enter a business sets a strong tone for the experience that follows. On the positive side, I feel as if I was treated fairly and with respect. It was an easy purchase experience and the dealership worked with us on some unusual circumstances for a cash deal. That is recognized and appreciated. If shopping for a vehicle in the future I wouldn't mark Superior off the list. I would, however, be hesitant to fight through an unruly and unfriendly telephone system to spend dollars on a vehicle. This dealership's competitors actually invest in people who can make the buying experience pleasant and professional from the start. Superior should take notes.

Superior of Ashland is a great place to shop for, and purchase a vehicle. The staff there is very friendly and down to earth, and they go out of their way to make customers feel at home. Charles Munn was our salesperson, and his knowledge of their inventory, and product knowledge was very helpful. The buying process was very simple; no hours of back and forth between sales managers like takes place at some dealerships. I don't hesitate to recommend Superior of Ashland and Charles Munn, and our Commando Green 2013 Jeep Wrangler has been great and a lot of fun!

I needed a used car that was in new condition and I saw a used 2012 Red Dodge Charger SE that really stood out on their used lot. I had very good service, the price tag on the car was amazingly low, They worked extra hard to give us the deal we wanted which inlcuded the trade-in of a 1996 Chevrolet Camaro Z28, and our dealer, Larry Fizer, was as friendly as could be and we had a good time test driving it with him on presidents day. He knew almost everything about the car inside and out, he even showed me how to use and operate the touchscreen. Larry wasn't like most car dealers though, he didn't try to cram the car down our throats and annoy us about buying it and spending our money. He was probably the best car dealer i've ever had to deal with about getting a car. My overall expierence with Superior was amazing. I plan on keeping my new car until it gives up on me, which hopefully won't be for a very long time. I love Dodge Vehicles and always have and Superior just made it even better for me and my family and I plan on buying my next car at superior. First of all, Superior Chrysler Dodge & Jeep, Inc. is the very first car dealership that I have ever had to do business with considering I made my 2002 Caviler work for me since I've been able to drive. Now that I was at a place in my life to get a new car, I wanted to purchase something that I had always desired to own- a Chrysler 300! I believe this would not have been as possible for me if it wasn't for the way God blesses me and how he connects me with great people like car salesmen, Greg Stevens. When I had first looked at the car in September of 2012, I had tried to get the price to come down to better suit my financial needs. But that was't an option for the dealership at the time so I decided to hold off until I had more saved up and possibly worked something out. Then in January of 2013, I had noticed online that they marked the price down, but little did I know that was for their end of the year sale for December. When I called and spoke with Greg and asked if they would sell it to me at the new price he without hesitation said it was mine! He stated that he knew I had been looking at it for sometime and just assume me be able to get it instead of it sitting on the lot any longer or for it to end up being auctioned off. He also made it possible for the dealership to offer me the same amount for my car that they had offered me in 2012. Considering when the year turned over its value decreased a bit more. In other words by the grace of God it all work out for me and I was able to connect with Greg through the entire process and experience to see that it all happened. With it being said that this is technically my first "new" car it is a given that I am still young in a way that I know people may try take advantage of and manipulate. I do not believe this happened it me by Greg or the dealership. Any resistance I had experienced was just them trying to make sure that they as the dealership, and me as the costumer, both came out on top and that's exactly what I believed happened. And I am now able to have a car that can help me to continue my travels for the way my career request of me and I am able to ride in style and not worry about it costing me my soul! I am thankful to have worked with such a great business and am thankful for the way they took me- a young man- serious, in my quest to purchase a car that you may not usually see someone my age driving. I am a past Ford owner. I was drawn to the body style of the Ram 1500. The feature of the Crew Cab was a huge plus. I really needed the room in the cab as compared to the standard bed space on the truck. I have purchased from Superior in the past, and as then, all of the personnel were very up to date on this particular purchase. I am very picky when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle and i had alot of questions. gentlemen in the finance dept worked with me, and i think i got a SWEET deal on my 2012 Ram Crew Cab 1500. I have to say i have also dealt with the Service Dept here in the past, and they are too very helpful and i don't expect any less with this new purchase.

Over the last 30 years I have been to quite a few dealerships from Dunbar, WV to Lexington, KY, and out of all the dealerships, car lots, etc., this dealership would have to be ranked #1 in my book for overall customer friendliness and satisfaction. They did not hesitate to make my car shopping and buying experience go as smooth as possible. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and the staff that backs it up one of the top ranked in the tri-state area. They may not be one of the biggest but they are the best. This dealership is friendly and not pushly. They allow you to look and feel comfortable. They get everything prepared before you arrive and make car shopping a pleasant experience.I do recommend and will tell others about my experience.

I spent over a month shopping for a new pickup truck for my business, and I checked out almost every dealer in our region while doing so. When I decided to stop and look at a new Ram truck at Superior Chrysler in Ashland, KY, I met Greg Stevens. We test drove the new truck and I really liked it - much better than the F150 or the GM trucks I had been considering. This is where Greg really went to work. Even though Chrysler wasn't offering huge rebates on their new 2013 models at the time, he dug for every one he could find. He also made sure I got absolutely top dollar for my trade in. It was like he was actually working for ME instead of the dealer!! He put together an awesome deal for me. Here's the bottom line. This is a situation where the salesman made the difference. He became my advocate and went well beyond the extra mile to get me the truck I wanted at a price I felt good about. If it weren't for Greg, I would have most likely settled for a Ford. We bought a new Town & Country from Superior. Our sales rep. listened to our wants and helped us find the right van for our family. Overall, they worked very hard to get us in the van we wanted for a price that fit our budget. We were very pleased with how well we were treated by everyone at Superior! And we absolutely love our new Town & Country!

My most recent purchase from Superior was my second in two years. I am a Jeep fan and content enough with my 2011 Wrangler, (purchased from Superior February 2011) but really hoped that a deal could be made for a 2013 Wrangler with a 3.6 Liter engine. I got on the Jeep Internet site, built my next purchase, clicked my "trade in". Within a few minutes I received a phone call from Larry Zimmerman, asked me if I wanted to make an appointment to talk further, which I accepted.On the appointed day Larry greeted me, showed me around the lot and we were off on a test drive. Not surprisingly the Wrangler performed beyond my expectations. When we arrived back at the dealership Larry introduced me around and everyone went to work on my behalf (even though they were busy that day). By the end of the day (slightly after closing time) I was driving home in my new 2013 Pentastar equipped Jeep Wrangler. When it comes to service Superior has taken care my 2011 Wrangler with regular maintenance, oil changes etc. I have found the service department at Superior to be very honest & friendly. There is little doubt to my mind that Superior will take care of most recent purchase.I believe that I have made a new friend through this experience and His name is Larry Zimmerman. I am looking forward to a mutually beneficial experience for years to come.

I went to three different dealerships in the area and Superior is by farthe best. The value at your dealership is only surpassed by your outstanding customer service you provide. The salesman that helped me was Brian Ramsdell and no other salesman at the other dealerships could even compare to his help and concern he provided for me and my family. The other dealerships either ignored my concerns or just wasn't interested in what I wanted or could afford. Brian took the time to walkthe lot with me and look at several vehicles and explain to me the options that I had. I told him my intrest and concerns being a family man and he treated me just like family and found the perfect deal for methat was in my price range. Brian walked me through the whole process step by step and even went with me on a test drive to better explain some of the options and capabilities that the vehicle had. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and was as honest as they come. Once I decided that I wanted the car, a Toyota Camry, Brian took me in and helped me fill out the paper work and got the exact price I stated my price range was. He then went on to explain some of the betterwarranties that Superior offered and what would be best for me and my family. He talked about what the warranties covered and was addressing my concerns as if he were talking about or to his own family. I could not recommend a better salesman in the whole Tri-State area than Brian Ramsdell and I would just like to say thank you so much for your help and concerns for me and my family.

rambo 2010: ijust recently purchased a new truck and i was treated like part of the superior family i would like say thanks to Mr.Thacker for the good people he has working for him would also say thanks to Tony and Trevor and Dennis for their hard work in getting my new 2010 dodge ram truck they work over 4 hours on my deal and i know all of the other departments will do the same this is the place i think everybody should buy their vehicle

was bold faced lied to about service that needed to be performed on my vehicle a 2005 jeep liberty. Service manager thought that my wife wes either too dumb to question him or that i was when it came to his so called service emergencys. He told us during recall service of front ball joints that the brake shoes only had 10 percent of pad life left in front and 15 percent of life left in the rear. Everyone knows that disk brakes wear at about three to one faster in front as opposed to rear(lie#1).Then he told us that the transmission needed to be flushed and was past due at 20 thousand miles(lie #2). Then he told us that differential fluid could only be changed by the dealership because it took a special friction modifier that was a dealer only item and could only be used by the dealer and not sold to public (lie #3). When questioned about all of these things and others I was told that I should have bought it at their dealership if I know what he means. I probably would have bought it at this dealer if thewy werent $3500 ofr more higher on everything we looked at as opposed to the dealer in Huntington. That is the sole reason that I had bought the last three chrysler products at huntington after first trying Superior. Horrible prices at the sale and even worse scare tactics in the service department. This is why everyone I have talked to that have purchased here have either never bought another chrysler product or have at least never bought here again. Thanks
