I had my son bring in my car for an oil change and tire rotation this week and an employee had my son look at my tires, he said he had never seen tires crumble the way my tires were and I was under the rated mileage. He rotated my tires but did not charge me because they were so bad. He suggested I call the dealership where I purchased the car. I instead called the tire company and was sent to a tire store where they got me $350.00 tire credit because the tires were defective. Some people would have just rotated my tires and charged me, and would have tried to get me to buy new tires. The staff did give him some prices but didn't push the sale. I'm very thankful for the advice to contact someone as I was given credit towards new tires. I've had my service with Golling for years and have always been treated well. Keep up the good work

Drive up, Drive in Oil change, rotate Tires, Wash Job and out of the parking lot in 30 Minutes. I also took a coupon for the service and the Dealership had a better deal price wise for the service that I got. My friend was with me and said what a great deal, good timing and terrific service and she will be using them for her oil change service.

Was looking at a used car they were asking top dollar for. It needed paint in numerous places, hubcaps, and parts of the bumper recliped. They would not fix those things or come down on price for the car so i could get those things fixed. The car has been there for months guess they didn't want to sell the car that bad.

Poor service from service department, service manager, and dealer manager on my Buick Enclave. Could not solve service issue for repeated issues with vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Damaged multiple parts of engine while performing work on warranty part. Also left screw driver in engine compartment. Total cost 2400$. Had to take back 3 additional times, the 3rd having the service manager ride along to confirm my findings, to acutally fix broken parts in which they damaged. Spoke with multiple people, including general manager, without satisifactory resolution. They are careless and do not take responsibility for their work.

My experience was fantastic, We were greeted by Lisa as we waited for a salesperson, she was very pleasant to talk with. Within just a few moments, Dave Crowder became my salesperson. I appreciated the fact that I never felt that he was being pushy and was very honest with me. He was willing to listen to exactly what I was looking for and immediately started looking for a dealer trade since they did not have the one I wanted. He kept in contact with me to let me know when it arrived and was extremely helpful. I consider him my new salesperson and the one that I will refer to all of my friends and family.

Chuck Eubanks was a pleasure to work with. Very personable, honest, and not "high pressure sales", which I appreciated. There weren't any games like "let me talk to my manager to see if I can get you a better deal." ( I am sad to say I can not say the same for the other dealership just down the road. ) The playroom for my 4 year old son was a god sent. I spent 6+ hours at the dealership over a 3 day period. My son played contently in the playroom during that time, allowing me to relax and really focus on my vehicle selection. The same could not be said about my eperience with my son at other dealerships I visited that did not have a playroom. My husband and I were in and out of the other dealerships within 15 minutes due to very bored and impatient 4 year old. Thank you for the great car buying experience.

Unlike so many other salesman I had come upon while shopping at other dealerships he was the first in a long time to immediately understand my expectations for the transaction and work with me to make this very seamless being I was very limited in time due to my business travels. Upon only 2 total visits to the showroom I was happily back in my garage with my wife's new car. Happy wife, happy life...! :) ***I have since brought my mother down from an hour north of the Golling GMC dealership to deal with Maurice on her next vehicle car just because of the positive experience I had with this last purchase.

From beginning to end I met with competent, friendly service. Being a woman, buying a car on my own for the first time, I had many indecisions. Car, SUV, then finally a smaller SUV, over about a month, Dave was so patient and helpful with my many questions and switches. I have referred friends already, since my experience has been so good. I must add that I have used the service department in the past and have nothing but praise there also.

I had been trying to have about $600 worth of work done there. Getting to talk to someone was next to impossible. I originally called and left a message with a girl who didn't call me back for 6 days. When she did finally call me back, she said that she was out of the office one day and that they were closed the day before. Their website hours says that they were open, and this was not a holiday...didn't matter at this point, I had already made an appointment. Getting this appointment was incredibly hard. It took 5 days of repeatedly calling until I finally spoke to someone. I had someone take my car in for me who spoke to a man and was getting my car checked in. The girl (Cassie) overheard the name and recognized it as being the guy she called back that never made an appointment through her. She tried to make it so that they wouldn't accept my car that day because I didn't make the appt. through her. They did take my car. I received a call around 11am saying that their internet was out and they would not be able to get to my car that day, and that I would not be able to make another appointment for a week and a half!. I told the guy on the phone that I won't be doing that. I picked up my car and Cassie was there who brought my car around. She asked if I wanted to reschedule and i explained that I would be taking my business elsewhere. She very rudely said to me that they are too busy to answer the phones. While I was waiting for my car to be brought up, a man from the sales department came in and asked for someone to call a lady back, because she had called four times to make and appointment and no one would return her calls. I guess they just don't give a damn about people anymore. They are obviously making all the money they want to make.

Although my brother (a GM employee) was able to procure a vehicle for me at a better discount, I was so impressed with how quickly your sales team (John Hopper) got back to me. Even after telling John I was also going to check with my brother for pricing on a pep car as opposed to using his discount at the dealership, John took the time to find what I was looking for. I had called another dealership first as I had purchased my vehicle there 8 years ago, they told me there were no discounts, no deals and no 2014 Enclaves left. Have had problem with car windows fogging up since we got it new. They said that is normal. Need to run the AC year round to not have the windows fog up. So much for getting good fuel mileage. They do not have good service department at all. Sales department is not bad. Service manage is not friendly person at all. You do not tell the customer that you do not know what the problem is and just leave the AC on all the time to fix problem. Would NOT buy from this dealer again!!

We call Harvey Blitz and told him what we were looking for and what we wanted as a payment. The next day we went in to the dealer and he had just what we had ask for. We had brought our 5 year old grandchild with us and he really enjoyed the kids area and this gave us the time to talk to Harvey without him saying , I am bored. I had a nice surprise when I was told my oil change and tire rotation were free of charge since I bought my at the dealership. I was disappointed that my car wasn't washed. I was under the impression that all oil changes included a car wash. Maybe if I'd paid for the service if would have gotten the wash. I would have given5 stars if my car had been washed.

Harvey Blitz was extremely helpful all during the process, from ordering, to even helping me get into contact with someone at Flint Assembly so I could tour the line and view my truck being assembled, to delivery. Harvey also was beneficial in informing me ofmthe Family First program that enabled me to continue to qualify for the employee discount, resulting in a $7,000 savings in this purchase. This is my third truck I've bought from Golling and with Harvey. I will continue to deal with Golling because of the great service I receive.

Dislike the person (blonde, young boy at the counter) at the oil change garage. He needs to work on his people skills. He is very matter of fact, blunt/borders on rudeness. You feel as though you're bothering him by bringing your vehicle in for service. I have never been treated this way TWICE by the same person. If this job is beneath him, then he better make a career change! Not only was he blunt in person, but his phone skills need to be improved. After all this, he invoiced me incorrectly.

Love your dealership, but you could clean up the waiting lounge coffee counter. No coffee, empty thermos. dirty tray that might had pastiries Maybe a bowl of crackers, mints , candies or water would be nice. It looked messy and dirty .

It was an oil change, why did the techs change the driver seat setting and change the A/C? What an irritation when I got back into the car (does not have memory seats). Courtesy would leave the controls as set.

unlike my last service when they tried to charge me for something that was covered under warranty, this time my service(oil change & tire rotation) was done for less than what I expected...they gave me $20 off because of a coupon special they were having...(even though I didn't have it). I've gotta say, I've been very impressed with Golling. Our salesman Harvey Blitz did an absolutely wonderful job throughout the buying process. He was patient with us, as we waited about 9 months from our initial visit to the purchase of our Regal, but checked in appropriately to keep in touch and answer any questions. He was knowledgeable and showed a good knowledge of the vehicle, and the history of Buick. I was impressed with how quickly I had the keys to my new car after I said "I'm ready to buy". As a process-focused guy, the 1 day turn around was very impressive. All of the staff was nice, including the other salesman that took my father-in-law and me on a test drive.

I am always very happy with my experience and the customer service at Golling GMC. The only disappointment that I had yesterday was that I scheduled my appointment ahead of time to have my starter installed on my 2014 Terrain to avoid any long waits. That ended up not helping; the right parts had to still come from another dealer and ended up waiting 8+ hours for the job to be completed. The staff was very apologetic and offered the courtesy shuttle for me. I only wish that they were more prepared for the job that was scheduled so I wasn't without a vehicle all day. I still love Golling and appreciate all they they have done for me and my family and look forward to many more years of business with them.

The service department here at GOLLING BUICK GMC is TOP NOTCH! Everyone was vary apologetic regarding my last visit for an oil change and were optimistic on improvement. Casandra again proved her worth to the Golling organization and was right on top of all details,the loaner Buick was clean with a full tank of gas and served me well for the two days of usage. It was returned just as I recieved it, a full tank of gas and a deluxe car wash! Casandra, John, Basil, Brian the service manager, all the mechanics, THANK YOU!!! Basil was our service dept representative on this day. My 2 year old daughter and I waited while the oil was changed, tires rotated and the service airbag light was fixed. When our vehicle was finished, it was raining pretty hard. Basil himself ran out to bring our vehicle back inside so we could get in and drive home. I was beyond impressed with that service! Anyone who has had to wrestle a 2 year old into her car seat while it is raining knows how unpleasant that can be. Basil went above and beyond my expectations. For certain, we will continue to bring our Acadia in for maintenance.

The team always seems to be very friendly. My tire needed to be replaced. My lease information included this, thanks to Harvey Blitz's foresight to add this. The service was done quickly. The particular item/action that made it a great experience, was that your customer facing staff member was watching the customer line of cars building, outside the "drive in" door and came outside to tell us of the inactive ramp and highlighted how long the wait would be. This happened on Saturday. I had the information to make a decision on whether to wait or not. I chose to leave and come back the next day, Sunday. (Another great feature that does not seem to be available at all dealers)A very simple but extremely important customer communication action that made the difference.

Everyone was great at your dealership. One thing that I would recommend for the future would be to take care of any recalls on new vehicles before they're delivered. If there's one thing that makes a new customer mad is having to turn around and schedule a repair right after buying a new vehicle.

Very thorough. Followed up. Promptly returned calls. He also proactively helped address a fix needed in the radio through service before I even got to get it set up. Great job.

I had brought in my vehicle for minor repairs. The service specialist held a dealership rental vehicle for me while work was being done. It would be a day before they were able to get to my vehicle. I was contacted and notified additional major work needed to be done that would carry into the following week since there was another vehicle ahead of mine. I gave my approval to continue on. Our experience recently was excellent. We received a loaner car for the day to repair issues with my heating system. It only took a few hours and when I picked up my car my heat was working great. They also repalced my heating knob as the paint was fading and chipping.

Dave was very helpful, He was always available to talk to. He got back to us when he said he would. He explained all the paper work very well. Once we received our vehicle he went through all the features on the Enclave and helped us understand as much as we could at the time. This is the second time I took my vehicle in because of a low left rear tire - a message came up on the information screen in the car. The first time, several months ago, they did not find anything. This time they found a piece of metal, removed it, and plugged the tire. I also had the vehicle for Oil, Lube, Filter, and tire rotation. I expected to have to pay for the tire repair, so did not really think about what I was paying. However, later, I realized that I had been charged for the OLF and rotation, which I understand was included as Buick Experience Service for the two years of my lease. When I called back a couple days later to mention that I did not think I should have been charged, I was told that something in the computer system did not work properly to inform the service advisor of the free service. Now I have to make an extra trip to get part of my charges removed from my credit card.

John and his coworkers in the service dept. have been very helpful through the last 6 months while there has been a "phantom" problem with my G6 and i think that we have finally figured out the source of the problem. I was always greeted with a smile and a handshake. John has always gotten me a loan vehicle so my wife and I can still get our jobs without any interruptions with figuring out rides and whatnot. The only "complaint" that I might have is this last time I picked up my car from service is that there was barely any fuel left in the tank and the low fuel light came on as I left the dealership. I know that I had just over a quarter of a tank of fuel left when I had the car towed to the dealership. This is not a huge deal because I know the technician had to drive my car to assess the situation with the car, but was a bit annoying to me that I had no fuel left in the tank when I left the dealership.

as always, i brought my 2004 GMC Sierra to the people who I TRUST. Golling Buick GMC did not disappoint me, they got me right in, talked with me like a friend not a customer and assured me that the truck would be fixed. after waiting with warm coffee and a nice donut watching the news in their beautiful waiting room, the service manager John approached me to give me quotes. John was very professional and personable. He also said they had discovered a leak on the power steering unit. I told them to fix all of it. After getting a ride home and waiting a couple hours, they called to say it was fixed & sent a driver to my house to pick me up. Golling is one of, if not the best dealership in the Oxford / Orion Area. Love and respect all that they do for customers and the community. I would not take my truck anywhere else. I must also say, I usually work on my own stuff because I am very picky and particular about my work. This says a lot about Golling, because I TRUST them to work on my vehicles and they have always done me right. Hats off to ALL GOLLING EMPLOYEES. YOU GUYS / GALS ARE A CLASS ACT. THANKS AGAIN

Mike and Holly in the Body Shop were friendly, professional, and quick to handle every one of our needs. We ended up purchasing a new vehicle through Tony in the Sales Department. The used car I purchased didn't make it 35 miles before it broke down. Over $1000 for a catalytic converter, oxygen sensors, plus a substantial tow bill. When the car arrived in PA with the owner for college, and had to be inspected by the state, it cost another $1000 to get the suspension and remaining emission issues resolved. The salesman explained the work put in to making sure a car is ready, but after the fact denied having said they do anything. The manager insisted all they do is make sure the car has brakes and goes forward. The sales staff clearly lied. I don't know what the manager did or did not know. What I do know is that he wouldn't even have a discussion about how to make the situation right. I will tell anyone who asks about dealerships in Lake Orion- stay clear of Golling. They will say anything to sell a car, and I have the receipts to show they have no qualms about selling a college kid a complete pile of trash.

I brought my Terrain in for an oil change and simply mentioned to Dave Crowder about a wrinkle in my seat, no biggy. He asked Linda from warranty to look at it and she agreed it should not be there. Well! you would think that that seat belonged to Queen Elizabeth. It took a couple times to get it right but they did not give up until I was happy and Dave followed up as if it were his seat. Gave me a Buick La Cross to drive as we are a one car family. I felt like Shaquille O'Neal. So in closing I have a beautiful seat, I was treated to a royalty treatment of service and felt like my dad owned the place and got the family treatment and that's the truth.
