We brought in a 2014 Chevy Cruze with one year remaining on a lease. Zac, the new car associate salesperson that we dealt with, put together a package for getting us out of the remaining 12 months of the Cruze and into a new 39 month lease on a 2016 Chevy Trax. We were extremely satisfied with the transaction and the skills and professionalism exhibited by Zac. We will be back in the future to do it again. Incidentally, we have been doing business with Gordon Chevrolet for a decade or so and we are not surprised that we got a good deal. Keep up the good work, Zac!!

I was met by their service associate John Pool with courtesy and care. The whole staff made me feel that my business was important and appreciated. The speed of service was amazingly fast. I was in for a routine recall campaign (software issue) and thought I would get the oil changed while I was there. I was advised to wait because I still had 50% oil life and that I would save money if I waited until it was necessary. This tells me that Gordon Chevrolet is more concerned about me and my vehicle, than simply making a 'buck' for themselves. Thank you Gordon Chevrolet, There is still a reputable dealer out there. :)

We were referred to a salesperson( Rachel) by Andi, who noticed we were checking out a Malibu. Rachel impressed us with her knowledge that we didn't hesitate to not check at any other dealerships and put a deposit down right away. Rachel helped me with the GM legacy paperwork and showed us all the bells and whistles on our Malibu Premier. We also received an invitation to attend a seminar to answer any questions we may have at a later date. Rachel let us know that she will help us with any questions also. Both her and Andi are valuable assets to your dealership.

The experience went well. I was not here for more than a few hours, and the bulk of that was due to my insurance company faxing over the wrong information. Dave Finegold was able to get me into a truckey of my color choice and happened to find one with a deluxe style package in comparison to what I am used to. I was very fortunate to be driving off the lot with a new 2016 Silverado. Thanks Dave, this truck is beautiful

I was very impressed by the advertising they do and even tried to use a car pro certificate but they didn't live up to the advertising Susan Iani, gen manager, she uses on radio. We were ready to purchase a new Malibu and they didn't do anything they preach. The next week went to Bob Sellers and bought a car and very happy with my new Regal.

John Pool was fantastic to work with. It was an extremely busy morning and I was waiting to get in for the service work and recall on my truck. John acknowledged me and when my turn came; he gave me his full attention and wrote down the concerns that I had about my truck. The work was completed before the estimated time and John had the other items fixed too. He was a pleasure to deal with and my truck was also washed and windows cleaned. It's very nice inside! They have water, pop, Popsicles, ice-cream and a dining area with tables or a lounge area with comfy chairs and toys for kids. Everyone is very friendly and does everything they can to get you a good deal. No one tried to push anything. People were very helpful and explained everything clearly. Rachel was awesome!

Wow! Had a great first experience with the Gordon Chevrolet service department! Louise was extremely helpful, and did an excellent job explaining everything. As if that wasn't enough, the service team took care of my oil change and tire rotation in record time and even alerted me to (and promptly fixed) a recall that needed to be performed on my car. Extremely pleased with my service and will definitely be returning for my future service needs.

Its really a shame when you try to buy /lease a new truck and they give you a dog and pony show never did they present numbers to me. I sat at the dealer ship over an hour and they did not present numbers due to the program recently changed. I was working with a guy names AVI and initially he came a crossed as nice guy but once he figured out I know more about the car business then he did... he totally blew me off. Its really a shame... I even called him back twice and did not return my calls. So much for giving me a call in a hour. Go to Matick. They will give you a deal.

Rachel the sales rep and her manager Dave were very friendly, and most important answered my questions immediately. The only knock against the dealership is the fact my credit report had two hard inquires when only one should have been required to get financing.

Alex Pugh is awesome with his customer service. I was in an auto accident and I just purchased my vehicle in September. I supply employee benefits for the Federal Government and I have to drive to the VA'S to service the employees. I was going to be without my car for a week and I would not have been able to go to work. Alex made sure that I had a loaner vehicle so that I was able to go to work. It is always A++ - Gordon Chevrolet is the best dealership, and group of people, I have ever dealt with. The customer service for every employee is top notch. I just sent a letter to Mr. Butkovich commending his great team and the entire employee services there. It was amazing as it always is and unbelievably fast service. Jim Nelson and Rick Lachance are the most patient people I have ever purchased a vehicle from. I cannot thank them enough for my new truck. It was a no pressure sale. I told them that I was looking at Marty Feldman and Jim and Rick came back with a better truck and a better price a no brainier. When I told the sale person at Marty Feldman I was going to Gordan Chevrolet he started giving me the third degree and telling me things like they are going to swap it with a work truck and they won't come through with the deal promised to me. A representative met me as I got out of the tow truck. He asked me what I needed, took my key and sent me to relax in the lounge. He came in and told me what I needed, he had it, and it was covered. I had a complimentary sandwich and coffee in the lounge and was back on the road minutes later. I never told him my name, showed him my care card or anything. THAT'S HOW IT'S DONE PEOPLE! I have gone to other dealerships and never went back cuz they were so bad. I have been back to Gordon many times and will continue. The service is TOP SHELF!!!

John (salesman) noticed our lease would be up in a few months and called us to see what our needs would be. John was our salesman for this lease and another prior purchase. My wife challenged him to find a new vehicle of the same model and exactly the same equipment/options/features and color. He found one in that nearly identical, missing only the running boards. A deal was struck to order & install the running boards. The new lease payment was within a few dollars of the previous lease payment. My wife was ecstatic!!

I really like Nathan, the Service Advisor. He is very knowledgeable. Dean, the diesel mechanic, is very good too. He keeps in touch with me about the repairs and even sends pictures to my phone to see what he's talking about. The only partially negative comment I have is that this dealership is so busy it's hard to get in for routine maintenance, like oil changes.

Came in for a scheduled oil change. While waiting for the service to be completed, I was informed that my left front tire had safety issues. I have the tire and rim service purchased at the time I leased my car. I was told it would not cover this situation, because the tire was not leaking, even though the tire was damaged to the point of not being safe to drive. In the end Gordon did take care of the situation and I did not have to pay for the new tire. Definitely, Gordon handles situations that make the customer feel important.

From my first meeting with Sales staff Joe Churgin, it was the most pleasant experience. He listened to what options I wanted on my next lease. Addressed questions, concerns. Kept me up to date on arrival date at dealership. I recently had ankle/foot/leg surgery. He was willing to deliver the car to my house!! When I went over the finance end of the lease Rick LaChance explained all the details. Had some follow up questions and Rick took care of that for me too!!!

From beginning to end, my experience at your dealership was amazing. Everything seemed to fall apart with my car at once so when I brought it in, I had a list of about 6 items that needed to be done. I had arrived just before closing to drop off my vehicle and was still greeted with a smile from your service department even though I'm sure everyone was ready to leave. John Pool was the gentleman I got to work with. He took his time going over all of my concerns with me, doing his best to decipher what I hate to admit is the stereotypical female explanation of a broken car. It was a lot of sound effects and references to "that thing over there". After going over it all a few times to make sure he got it all, he took the time to help me with a rental car so I could still go to work the next day. The ladies who generally handle it had already left for the evening. My car was finished the following day and I was supposed to pick it up first thing in the morning. Unfortunately there was a death in the family that morning so my day didn't go at all like I had planned. It was around 2pm when John texted me to check in on me picking up my car. After quickly letting him know what had happened and that I was on my way, he was kind enough to let the rental people know so I wouldn't be charged for the late pick up. I know it's probably not much to the company, but the kindness and patience I was shown those few days meant the world to me. One less thing to worry about in a day of chaos. I have been and will continue to send everyone I can to Gordon Chevrolet for anything I can. Thank you John for eveything! It is truly appreciated!

There was some difficulty identifying where my A/C system was leaking, but I was consistently assured that the problem would be identified and everything was done to minimize the inconvenience on me since I had to bring the car back due to a nationwide part shortage. I was so surprised that they even told me, I would never have looked for it and when I turn this leased car in, I would have been charged for it! He also told me that Gordon would buy me a new wheel! Although being well satisfied with the dealership in general and continue to have my vehicle serviced there exclusively. I still have electrical issues with the truck that have never been completely resolved. In this time of technological evolution the inability to diagnose and fix these continuing problems seems mind boggling to me! This condition has existed for the last several years. I am not saying that the service department hasn't done their best, they certainly have. I just find it hard to fathom that no other vehicle experiences these types of electrical failure! And that no other venue within the GM family can address this issue.

My experience went very good. I didn't have an appointment due to the fact I had two light come on over the weekend on the way home. My ABS light and service stabiltrack light. But I went in Monday morning and they took care of me. My service advisor explained to me the issue and the possibility of the repair. I was greeted in the waiting room and the wait wasn't long.

I brought my vehicle in because of the possibility that the tire rotation hadn't been performed during its last scheduled maintenance. The day before I experienced a "no start" situation, which was also to be examined. Service people claimed the key was defective and replaced it. With all of the service history on this vehicle I am wondering if the key or the ignition was always part of the problem! Time will tell. Oh well, another $176.00 investment into a 9 year old vehicle! Naturally all the warranties are expired and I shelled out another $3,000.00 to purchase another warranty. Of course that costs $100.00 for the deductible each time you bring it in. Maybe I should purchase a new vehicle! Maybe not a Chevy! Its been a real frustration over the years. Read the service history on this vehicle and you'll have a better understanding of the situation. By the way, I had to contact the dealership today. My other key would no longer work in the ignition. Thank God my service advisor was able to solve that problem over the phone! Seems she may know more than the service tech!!

A minor thing; the person who drove me home (shuttle), had no personality, not friendly, had nothing to say except did tell me at the drop off if I needed a ride to pick up my car to give Gordon a call. Not a big deal but he could have put a little more effort into his customer interaction. The Gordon Chevrolet dealership is absolutely outstanding in every other way for customer service. I have been a customer for many years and have bought or leases at least four vehicles there. The people there have always gone above and beyond to be sure they have customer satisfaction.

I came in for two recalls and two other issues. One issue could not be duplicated and the other (trans lag upon increasing speed after slowing down) I was told was normal. I've never had a car that lagged like that. Doesn't seem normal to me. The sheet that I was given that lists all the vehicles that this is "normal" for didn't have my year on it. I dropped the car off at 8am and they called me at 12:30ish to say it was ready. When I asked what was wrong they had not looked at the lag issue and had to take it back in the shop. The service rep Erick was very nice. So were the shuttle drivers.

My car buying experience was good. We ended up getting the car and the deal we wanted and needed...my complaint is about my inspection. We bought the car brand new in Nov. 2014 with 5miles. The inspection expired 7/2015! With as much money that we put down and with our faithful payments plus 3 referrals made with purchase, youd think theyd be willing to work with us to get the inspection completed free or at a discounted charge! But once you own the car and they've cashed their commission checks, they no longer are willing to work with you! Very disappointing! Very poor leadership and management skills when we brought this to their attention! No longer satisfied with this dealership!

I was greeted by John upon my arrival. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. He got me all checked in and I got my car back in about 45 minutes. John even found a promotional coupon for me to use. As always, I got great service and I will be back with my Chevy.

Well I had an engine light come on in my 2013 Chevy Malibu and I was getting ready to head out of town to Cincinnati to get my vehicle taken care of so I took it in for an oil change before I headed out of town and they fixed the problem with my camshaft position sensor and few other sensors and now I'm back in business. I appreciate their friendly service so much.

From the time I got out of my car I was treated like an important person (which I appreciate). The door was opened for me with a friendly greeting. I asked to see Greg Dorsey and snap, it happened. The integrity of this man is unsurpassed. He is so knowledgeable about his product and stands by everything he says. He's patient and a very good teacher (and I know I have a lot to learn over the next couple of months.) What a joy it was to be there and to get my new Malibu (most beautiful car I have ever had!). Not to mention they helped me out when I was deciding to either fix my junker or buy/lease new. took my van in to get repaired, was not starting, after a week in the service they told me my van was all fixed and ready to go, cost over $500 in the van is still not running correctly, took it back for them to look at again and they wanted to charge me even more, the second time I took it there they wanted to sell me all kinds of parts but the first time when I picked it up they didn't want to sell me any parts I will never go back here ever again and will tell everyone I know to stay away.

I wasn't checked in for my oil change until 1050am (20 minutes after my appointment time). There were THREE people helping the gentleman in front of me who had a Corvette, not one of them were able to check me in for my appointment?? More money = higher priority?? Completely unsatisfied.

Brought car in for bumper repair. Chrome molding was wrong one so took car home with bumper finished and brought it back when correct molding came in. When I brought car back in to have molding put on and pointed out that both sides of bumper looked like it was glue by the crease which separates bumper from quarter panel but found out it was chipped. They needed an extra day to re-paint bumper and was picked up the next day. Mike was very apologetic and when I got in my car to drive home I felt like I was in a new car. It was washed and the interior was immaculate. From the windows to the carpets being vacuumed all I could do was smile. Thank you so much for everything you've done. Very greatful.

My service advisor, Erich, did everything he could to help me, even going over options of what services I would elect to have and associated costs) and kept in contact throughtout the day via phone. When it became apparent my vehicle would take a while, he mentioned that I would probably need a loaner, so I got that ball rolling so I could get to work the next day. I was happy to recieve (With help from Colette? Sorry, forget name) a free loaner and not a rental, which I truly appreciated. Everything was great. Upon arrival I received a very friendly greeting from Erik. I was given an estimate for the amount of time until a diagnosis of my problem would be provided and it was provided in 1/2 the time. An estimate was provided on how long the repair would take was provided and the repairs were completed in a little under the time estimate. Erik walked me to the payment center and walked me to my car upon departure. He was friendly and professional. I really appreciate the wireless access; it allows me to work from the service center without having to take a day off from work. And while I do not take advantage of the shuttle driver you provide that is a very nice feature.

I just happened to have service done on my Equinox the afternoon of the "Tailgate Party". I enjoyed the lunch and the hospitality . Everyone was friendly and very helpful as usual. And the wait was easy, I had a comfy seat to relax in and watch the Tiger game. I appreciate Gordon Chevrolet sponsoring my granddaughters baseball league. She plays T ball at Moeller Field, behind the shop.When I picked up my car with her the following day, after a minor repair, The crew in the service department were very kind to her as well. I took my car in due to the check engine light came on, the odometer stop working and the tire pressure gage was flashing on my way home from work. When the service advisor, John Poole, informed me that it might be my transmission, I was totally upset. Three weeks before I just had a new radiator and hoses installed by Gordon Chevrolet. This time I had a more professional advisor who took the time to listen to my problem an kept me informed about my car and quickly returned my calls. I feel John Poole, should train the other advisors and be given a raise!!!

I spoke with advisor Adam who informed me that my wheel was bent and was causing my tire to leak. I told Adam that I had Easy Care and he took care of my issue by getting Easy Care on the phone and getting my case approved and also ordering my wheel. Damaged my brand new Malibu front fender on a cement wall where I parked in front of the dealership. Went straight to paint department. We found your dealership online and contacted you because of your large inventory in the vehicle we desired. We spoke to one of your sales consultants on the phone and were promised 0% financing that would be expiring at the end of the month. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was greeted promptly and everything was written up and the car on its way within minutes. A routine oil change ended up including that, but underfurther inspection a loose tie rod was found. The part was in stock and the technician had time to continue working on my car. I was offered a loaner car because of an appointment I had scheduled and upon my return at 2:30, everything was complete as promised. Did I expect or know of a major problem, no I did not. But thanks to a very thorough inspection, it prevented me from a breakdown somewhere or something more serious. This was a positive experience for me at Gordon Chevrolet and that is how it always is when I am there for any reason.

I loved the snacks,but stared at the coffee machine for the longest time trying to locate the hot cups for the coffee dispense, which I never found,so, I used a cold cup and it was almost to hot to handle. I took my 2009 Malibu in for a noise in the front end and found our it was struts and some other things that go with it. Took the Manager (John) for a ride, he heard it. So happy the techs found the problem, Wonderful Job done by all that had something to do with the repairs, The rental person was great to get me on the road again while my car was in for service. I think there should much more "hand holding" when it comes to service. When I pick up my car, I feel the adviser should go through the finished report line by line before I signs. This helps explain what was done without any ambiguity. Just my opinion.

arrived for 1 PM appointment about 12:45 took vehicle back about 1:15, not a problem. Was going to take shuttle but it was out and service adviser said vehicle would be done before shuttle returns (wrong) she did keep me informed but my 10 minutes is 10-13 minutes not 30 minutes. Long story short Vehicle was not done till about 2:30 and they drove it into the shop and it sat there till I asked the adviser what the problem was and she said waiting on paperwork, I told her the driver that brought it back put something on the other desk. Then I waited some more and finally went to her again and she asked me what I was waiting on and I said you! Told me vehicle should be right out and I said it's right behind you and finally she started looking around for the paperwork and found it where I had told her before on another desk. I know your time is important but so is mine. I like your dealership as it is close to me and I have had good service there but next time appointment or not I will take shuttle so I can do other things rather than sit and wait. I am workaholic so if I sound impatient sorry but that is who and what I am.

We were invited in to receive a trade-in value on our vehicle and purchased a new 2015 Silverado Z71. I liked dealing with Steve Maurer since he was our first salesperson. I was in somewhat of a "panic" situation, since the "Change Engine Oil" light began to illuminate as I was driving to an appointment. I was in the immediate vicinity of Gordon Chevrolet and decided to bring the vehicle directly to the dealership, fearing that I would do irreparable harm to the engine. The Service Advisor-Don Weiss was very courteous and extremely helpful in assuring me that I did the right thing bringing the vehicle in at that particular time, since my diagnostic report indicated that the service life on my oil was down to 7-percent. At any rate the situation was resolved and despite the fact that there were a few customers ahead of me, they were able to get my oil changed and I was on my way. In all the years I have been dealing with this dealership, I have never gone away dissatisfied in any way. The service department got me in on saturday with out an appointment for an oil change, which was great. But here is the problem. The mechanic got oil on my exaust and now i get to smell burnt oil while driving. I dont let people change my oil because they just never seem to care for my car like they would their own. I am not a professional mechanic but i do know how not to get oil on my engine or exaust. So i would have to guess that the mechanic is either not a professional, he just doesnt think its a big deal or it was an accident. But in any case i allways have the same problem when i let some one else other then me change my oil. It does bug me that the professionals cant get it right. Worst place to buy any vehicle! Don't do it! The 120 point used car "inspection" is a scam. They don't do oil change, air filter change, or any basic maintenance of their used vehicles. They couldn't even tell you if your reverse lights work! The oil pan is rusted and leaking oil. The plug for the rear differential has dry rot (which should be changed every 8k miles). All of this on a vehicle I bought 38 days ago and Gordon Chevrolet is doing nothing! No honor! Makes me sick that after 38 days I will have put $1000 into a vehicle that was "inspected". If you're thinking of buying a vehicle, you would be safer buying from Craigslist!

I brought my car in for the ignition switch recall. I was quoted that it would take 2-2 1/2 hours and it took 2 hours 15 minutes so right within the window quoted. I was welcomed with a friendly greeting and waited in the "customer lounge" where I took advantage of the Wi-Fi access and was able to complete my normal work so I did not need to take advantage of the shuttle service offered.

Though I have always had good experiences at Gordon Chevrolet, this most recent experience did have some challenges. The service team did their best to assist me; however the challenges existing with the technician. The problem experienced with our Malibu was extremely noticeable to anyone near the vehicle while it was driving (several people have mentioned to us that they heard the noise very clearly). After the service team had the car for a day, I received a call stating that the technician could not hear the noise. I could be mistaken, but I believe the service member simply relayed information he received from the technician. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated and asked the service manager to get involved. The next day the service manager called me to say they did hear the noise are were working on fixing it. The problem was rectified, but this frustration was not necessary. I am not sure what the technician did, but he could not miss the noise if he simply drove the vehicle like I suggested in the report when I dropped off the car.

I never was fond of G.M. products, until I rented a 2014 Chevrolet Impala for a few weeks. I was surprised to feel the comfort in sitting and also in the ride itself. I am sold on Chevrolet and I have recently leased a 2015 Equinox LTZ. This is by far a very comfortable vehicle all around, comfort, room and gas mileage are great. I was told on Monday November 10th that I could make an appointment for Thursday November 13th at 5pm for a factory recall, oil change, and routine maintenance . When I arrived at the dealership I was told that the tech's go home at 5pm and the service center closes at 6pm, but the Service Manager, Duane, was very helpful. I was able to have the work done that day. Everyone was very helpful.

Have a 2012 Tahoe which is under bumper to bumper warranty. While driving in four wheel auto on a snow and ice covered road a humming noise could be heard while holding a speed about 40 mph. Took it to Gordon Chevrolet three times and each time they kept my vehicle for two days. Each time I received the vehicle back saying they could not fix the car because GM would not pay them to take apart the transmission to locate the noise. The repair tech and service manager both drove the vehicle and acknowledged the noise. I was told to not drive in four wheel auto and I would not hear the noise. I called GM and they said that was crazy and they called Gordon who told them there was nothing wrong with my vehicle.I called Gordon back and spoke to their customer satisfation person who told me to bring the vehicle back in so I could satisfy my lemon law requirement. She told me they would not look at the vehicle again but to bring it in for the paperwork. The day before the appointment the service manager called and said not to bring the vehicle back to them so I called Mark Chevy in Wayne. They were great the service manager drove the vehicle and immediately knew that the pinion rod and rings were bad.The vehicle now runs like new and guess where Mark Chey got the parts to fix my vehicle? Correct Gordon Chevy. Way to go I will never buy another vehicle from you and know of at least four other people who wont also after hearing of how I was treated by you. On the other hand Mark Chevrolet now has a new customer.

About 15 months ago I was driving and my service traction control light came on, along with a message saying that engine power was reduced. Since my vehicle was still covered under the powertrain warranty, I took it to Gordon Chevrolet... BIG MISTAKE!!! After having them fix the problem, my traction control light came on a month ago. I took it back up to Gordon since this is the second time in 15 months my service traction control light had come on. Before going up to Gordon, I called the service department and explained the situation knowing my warranty on the repair had expired. I was told that since it was the same issue, I wouldn't have to pay a diagnostic fee, but when I arrived to drop off my car I was told I'd have to pay the fee, even though I was told I didn't have to. I didn't have time to argue, I agreed to have them diagnose the issue. I dropped off the car early Wednesday morning and got a call later that day saying that the tech couldn't find the issue of the problem. They wanted to hold my car. I agreed. I didn't get a call until late Thursday afternoon saying that a sensor on my bearing was bad and it would cost $600 to replace the bearing. I went to my local mechanic, it only cost me $250. Almost immediately the light comes on again. I take it back up to Gordon saying I fixed the issue that they told me was present but the light was still on. They said there was nothing they could do, but I could pay the fee again and they'd be happy to address the issue. I was furious! Instead of throwing a fit, I took it back to my local mechanic. He told me that the bearing itself was actually fine, but the connector from the module to the sensor was actually bad. It cost me $80 with labor to fix. Gordon had my car for 2 days and failed to correctly diagnose the issue, but instead of working with me to fix it, they wanted to charge me again. I wasn't having it. That is my last time going to that horrible place. I would rather drive 5 extra miles then go to Gordon. I was also told that i would receive a callback on an estimate for a repair, but I never received one. Horrible service and I will never go there again!!!

During the past ten-plus years that I have dealt with Gordon Chevrolet, I can truthfully say that they are the most customer-oriented dealership that I have ever encountered. And, in the few times where there have been miscommunications or any problems whatsoever, they have quickly responded to remedy the situation in a most prompt and courteous manner. I have a long-standing relationship with almost all of the staff, and I trust that it will continue for many years to come. Prior to doing business with this dealership, I was an avowed "Pontiac" user. But, when the product I was accustomed to buying was no long available, I immediately turned to Gordon Chevrolet. I have had absolutely NO regrets since making that transition to Chevrolet.

I first went to Marty Feldmans dealership on Grand River to have my radio unlocked in my car because my battery died. They said over the phone it would be $40 witch I thought was a lot but I had no choice, so I go there and the guy at the desk says yea no problem $95. Theres no way Im paying $100 to turn on my radio? For reference you can buy the same radio (monsoon premium 6 disc cd) on ebay in perfect condition for $60. Marty Feldman wants almost twice the value of the whole radio unit just too simply turn it back on? I had my registration showing the car was mine so it was not a matter of theft prevention. So I called the next closest dealership to my house witch is this one in garden city. They said bring it in it will either be free or at a max $35. So I went in and they gave me accurate information over the phone as after unlocking my radio in a short time it was only $35. They even ran my car through the carwash for me. Will definitely be going to this dealership for anything else I need.

Appointments are only for the wright up for service not for the mach. or the car to be fixed and scents they already wroted me up, why wouldn't they have repaired my car? So, I had to take my car to another dealer to be fixed. Had it back the next day on the 4th of Mar 2014. And Gordon's let me take my car to another dealer without even trying to take care of this. Called GM to file a complaint, then Gordon's, calls back basicly said sorry. No, what can we do to make this better or nothing just sorry. It took 4 days, no calls, to fine out my car would not be worked on because I was a drive in and did not call for a appointment. That is just not right.

How come you do not offer the $39.95 oil change/maintenance program through GM? My sister is a rep for GM and her dealers all offer this program but Gordon Chevrolet doesn't and I am wondering why? Also, do you typically overbook? It typically takes over 2 hours for an oil change at Gordon Chevrolet and that has been a concern of mine for quite sometime, I had to have other issues fixed (rear windshield wiper blade and blinker) that is why I came back to Gordon Chevrolet, to be honest I had a 7-point check full oil change and rotation at Firestone near my home last time and they only charged $40.00 and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Overall, this experience was better than I have had in the past, so you having my vehicle for most of the day was okay since you provided a courtesy car, but when I turned the car back in I had to leave again and put more gas in it.

I took my 2010 Equinox in to have it checked for a "surge and stall" problem. The dealership discovered excessive oil consumption. They replaced the pistons and rings, changed the oil and coolant. I was given a loaner for three days. And, all of this was done at no charge to me. I have had nothing but great experience at Gordon Chevrolet. It's no wonder that GM is back with service like this.

Day 1. Took my 2010 Impala in for pre-warranty expiration check. No major issues with the vehicle. 9:30 am day 1.The advisor asked me for some specifics...there was a clip that came loose laying on the front passenger floor and a loose screw from the driver seat laying on the rear floor. I also mentioned it needed a new fob battery and could he check the main battery. xx brakes too.End of day one...said they found a coolant leak and would replace a gasket. Car would be ready on day 2. No courtesy vehicle available.Day 2 ...They called at 9:30 said they were working on coolant problem and would call me back in 2 hours with status..no call. I called at 1:30 and advisor apologized and said the car also needed an alignment and rotate, balance. I declined. The advisor said car would be ready on Day 3..but, it was a Saturday and no shuttle ride available. Told me to call Sat and check on car but it was his day off.Day 3 Called and not ready yet was told they would call back IF ready.I am writing this am of day 3 and still don't know if I'll have a car.P.S. Last week I went on a 1500 mile trip and had no problems with the car....the service manager had told me his mechanic had driven the car and detected a vibration..thus leading to the alignment, etc recommendation. I had the tires rotated and balanced 2 weeks before my trip. Last time I was at dealer (9-12 months) I was told the same thing and got an alignment.

I cannot say enough about this dealership and their employees. They were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and responsive. I've dealt with other dealerships in the past and by far this was my best experience. I'm happy to say that I am now a permanent customer of Gordon Chevrolet as well as Mona Saad and Tim Swinea. They're kindness and professionalism is greatly appreciated. I highy recommend this dealership and sales team.

My wife & I took our 2006 Malibu Maxx SS in to inquire about some warranty paint work. We had been toying with the idea of buying a new used car, wondering if we could use the Maxx & our 2002 Impala as trade ins. Steve readily offered to get us an appraisal on both vehicles. We were both impressed immediately with his professional & friendly manor, and felt at ease. While he was getting that done , we took a test ride in a used Impala & were pleased with the comfort, quietness, and cleanliness of the car.After getting back & talking with Steve, we were also pleased with the first appraisals but were thinking maybe he could do a little better. We also were hoping for a little better on the price, so Steve went to work for us. In the end we ended up trading in both cars, bought the Impala, and walked out feeling that we absolutely got a fair deal. I will recommend Steve to any of my friends who might be looking for a used car. As this was our third purchase from Gordon Chevy, we would also recommend the entire dealership as well. I feel Steve was a very friendly salesperson. I didn't feel pressured at all while looking at used vehicles out on the lot. He followed up on all my questions and concerns. He took extra steps in making sure that the vehicle I chose was fully detailed and misc. paint chips were touched up before I left the lot with the car.

Gordan Chevrolet is by the far the best Dealership that i have ever been to. Everyone there is very nice, professional, and the prices are unbeatable. I drove 45 mins just to go to this dealership and every min was well worth it. I appreciate the kind, curosity, friendly, clean atomosphere that this dealership gave forth to us. I recommend Tim Swinea, and John Graczyk, they r GREAT!!!!

My husband and I purchased a very nice used Cadillac from Steve Nissen yesterday (06/21/2011. I felt this rating was the least I could do for Steve to show how much we appreciated his help. Steve is professional, very helpful and not pushy like most sales people. He makes a living selling cars but does not make this the deciding factor, he truly tries to do what is best for the buyer. I felt very at ease and could tell Steve knew what he was talking about. We spent about 2 hours with him and feel we have known him for years. This is my second time I've gone to this dealership. The first time I bought a car, and recently i leased a 2011 malibu. The dealership always has a great selection of vehicles. both times i've worked with Steve Nissen. He's always so kind, professional, and doesn't presure you into anything. I will defintetly continue to go to Gordon Chevrolet in garden city!

Joe was very knowledgeable about the cars and very friendly. Spent as much time as we needed with us and had no problem answering all our questions and explaining the details about the Chevy Cruze we were interested in. Dealership appeared to be very clean and service area looked clean too.

5.3 burning one and half quarts of oil every 1k. they installed valve seals and then new pistons and rings. Still does the exact same thing as when I started. They talk a good game but don't back it up. I like my chevy truck but it is getting old because of the service problems. I have had it in for major service 4 times in two years.

We went there to purchase a Trailblazer EXT and after walking around on the lot for 10 minutes we finally found someone to help us. He didn't seem eager for the sale but told us he'd be right with us as soon as he helped another car into the vehicle they were test driving. Fine, I didn't have a problem with that UNTIL I saw him actually driving off the lot with that couple! It would've been nice for him to tell us that he was leaving or have some other salesman help us. My husband & I ended up leaving and now we're looking at Fords.
