Excellent service it took less than a half hour. When the tire was fixed they even told me what was in the tire to make the tire lose tire pressure.

Walk in with minimum wait time. Good price for oil change. Service interval was mentioned and no pressure for other service. Only issue I had - It was first time for this facility so I didn't know where to park my car and register for the oil change. Waiting room was good with coffee and large screen TV.

Everything went smooth. Only hitch was we had to wait a day (no car - but were offered a rental) because the part (door latch) was not in stock. I would have expected this part to be pre- ordered based on the previous attempt to fix this same issue. Since this was the 2nd service visit for the same issue.

I bought my F150 new in 2011, I love my truck, so the only place to service my truck is Gorno/Quick Lanes,I have spent over $2,000. On tires and services, and have been extremely satisfied with one exception, my wheels look horrible due to the scratches from the tire rotations, I enquired about it a while back and was told to buy a product to rub them out.I don't think that this is my responsibility, and what tools are they using that would cause this?I would love to hear a response on this matter.Sincerely, Mark Dunlap

2016 Explorer XLT Used Quick Lane to have the works done at the 5000 mile check up on my vehicle. The service was excellent as it always is the staff is always friendly & helpful. They always wash my vehicle but I think they were concerned because I had come from the flower shop & had flowers in the back of my Explorer & it was warmer out that day & didn't want my flowers to wilt so they were done with my car & forgot to wash it like they usually do which was not a problem at all. I was appreciative that they were thoughtful about my flowers in the back which I had mentioned when I got there & to me that showed they pay attention to there customers when they are talking and I was concerned about how long I would have to wait & I didn't even have to wait the amount of time that they had said I would. Gorno Ford & I will be doing business for many years to come.

I leased a Ford fusion and I was pretty satisfied with the service I was given. I actually had just left the Chevy dealership and was there looking at an escape. He turned me on to a fusion around the same price then cheaper than the Chevy cruze. The only thing I did not like was the clarity of the lease agreement. I was not aware it was a 3 year agreement until the day of the sign and drive.

My husband just passed away last month. When I called Steve Engle and ask what I had to do with some recalls he said he would help me. Bought a new 2016 Fusion from Ken Fansler. He was great. He talked us into getting the wheel protection and we're extremely glad he did. Within 2 months of us having the car my wife hit a pothole and blew a tire and damaged another. We took the car in to see Lisa the service manager and she took great care of us. The car was fixed the very next morning and ready for pick up. Would definitely recommend Gorno Ford to anyone. Great service all around!

The gentlemen that worked with us were very honest and upfront. There was a mistake made and the unfortunate part of it was there was no one available to fix it on a Saturday morning. If the dealership is open and loans are being made I feel there should be someone available to correct problems at all times. We spent 3 hours Friday morning getting everything arranged only to show up Saturday to be told we had to wait until Monday. This is really an unacceptable practice. Only because the gentleman stood up and did not pass the blame did we choose to wait and get the car. We should not have had to wait 2 days!

Before I was even home (on your shuttle) they had started to work on my vehicle and found something else (leaking valve gasket) that would have caused me major trouble very shortly. Hello , Gorno Ford Service Dept. went way above a beyond. With a problem I was having with my remote start ( which was purchased else where). My heat was not working when the car started , so I took it to Gorno. Don at the service desk did everything in his power to get this fixed. My experience was good. It could be a little faster for an oil change. It took over an hour to have one done. If I were to go yo lets say pennzoil and have it done i would be in and out with in 30 min. But over all I will keep coming back.

Initial trade in offer was substantially lower than several other trade in offers received from Chevy and Jeep.I don't like to haggle and wish I had received a decent trade in offer the first time thru. Iwould have probably changed my initial buying plan review process(considering potential vehicles to purchase over several days) and purchased the Escape at my initial meeting.

I have always had a good experience at the Quick Lube at Gorno, It started out very good this time ,because Joe took care of me as usual. Sitting there after Joe left was nothing but confusion. The two people that were left there were not sure what they were doing. Once my car was done, it took almost 20 minutes to get my bill done correctly. I will still have my cars service there. Hopefully you get it staff with good people that know what they are doing.

I was very optimistic that Gorno would be able to fix my car without any problems. I was not sure where to body shop was actually located in the Gorno lot, but a few employees guided me without trouble. As soon as I left they began working on my car. I was not given an estimated time of completion, so about three days later I called up and asked. I was a bit annoyed to have to call up again the day I was suppose to pick it up and be told it would be another day. When that was discovered that should have been relayed to me ASAP. But no big deal. When I got my car back, all the repairs made where shown to me for my approval. It was perfect.

I was pleased with the majority of my service. The main important thing is that they kept my car to update the software so I could use my Bluetooth device, as I couldn't use it once I got the I-phone 6. They had to contact Ford Motor Co. and my car was in the shop twice for this. They got it done and didn't charge me for a week's worth of rental, twice! My only complaint may be just my car itself. I have a 2009 Escape and the shocks were bad, so new ones were put on. After a few days, the vehicle still pounds the pavement hard when hitting a bump. Like I said, it's probably just the make of the car. Other than that, I'm very please with my service at Gorno Ford.

I hate the fact that I have to wait on the service manager to get the bill to follow him to pay for my service before I can get my vehicle? why don't you have the bill ready at the cashiers office so I don't have to wait for the guy who is running around to get there and lead me to the cashier? It makes me feel like someone took their car and didn't pay, but that isn't me. PS I am partially disabled and the walking hurts me.

2014 Escape - Had a slight accident, so my car was at the body shop. Vehicle looks perfect!!! Did a little tour & only have one thing that was questionable. In no way am I condemning a policy; but still have to question it. After signing for body work, I walked to service to make sure there were no recalls. On my way to the used car lot to say 'hi' to a friend (Russ); I stopped by to get oil change (only had 5,000 miles - but was a little over a year old). The policy is 'first come / first serve' (understandable); I said great - I will go get my car from the body shop. Unfortunately for me, someone came in behind me & they had to take them 1st. That I couldn't figure out cause my car was on the property, just a quick jot away. So I needed to speak to a friend (Russ) at the used car lot, Was in a bit of a hurry now, but upon getting my vehicle, there was a noise never heard before. No one was at the Lube, so I figured they were going to rotate the tires; maybe the could detect the problem. Seems to be from it sitting the long weekend with the rain. The very nice service man, drove it & the noise was gone. FYI, both check-in employees at the Lube were very, very kind. Oil change perfect.Guess my bottom line is, being in of a hurry, I would have used my waiting time for the oil change by visiting Russ. Again, love Gorno Ford & their staff, so not a complaint - just confused.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and my job order wrote up immediately. The waiting room was very clean, even the coffee was fresh. My car was completed in a timely manner. The staff was friendly. Joe reviewed the inspection report for my car and I was on my way in less than an hour. There was two cars being worked on and one ahead of me when I arrived. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I brought my car in for service under warranty, which I purchased from Gorno when I purchased the car there. They charged me a $100 deductible, which seemed pretty xxxx bogus to me. Had I known my warranty was out a Cracker Jack box I wouldn't have bothered. Mind you, this was not a cheap warranty I purchased, either.However, the real reason for this 1-star rating is this:I flippantly asked them to check the Sync system since I had brought the car in for another issue and figured it would be covered. When I came to pick my car up four days later, they said I had to pay another $50 for a "reset" of the Sync. Never did they inform me that this service was not covered. They never called to update me on my car or tell my about these charges; they just expected me to cough up the cash when I wanted my car back. Frankly, I could have reset my Sync system in my driveway on my own time.When I expressed how upset I was over these charges and the lack of communication, the service guy simply said, "You should have read your warranty more carefully."Talk about rude.I will be filing a complaint with Ford on the corporate level.

Temp tag expires in 2 days and they can't get my title. I bought from out of state and regret it.I love my Focus ST but the salesman dropped the ball. I drove 3.5 hours to get my registration to find I don't have the title. They can't help because they got my car from Avis Ford. A vis Ford is responsible for applying for title. They messed up my financing. They say 1st payment isn't due for 45 days. I'm getting calls saying it's past due.....13 days after delivery. This place is the definition of damage control. Save yourself many headaches!

Had been dealing with a tire that was losing air all weekend. Roadside assistance came out Sunday morning and said it was fixed. Later that night the sensor was on again. So frustrating. Stopped into Quick Lane first thing Monday morning and was out in less than 30 minutes and confident that my tire troubles were over. Dick Miller has been our service adviser forever. Dick know us by name and is always helpful and enthusiastic to help. Our sales person Marty Gorno is the BEST! When it was time for our young college graduate daughter to get her first car, we felt comfortable taking her to Marty. He took great care of her - and treated her as his own! I am leasing a 2014 Ford Escape. The service at Gorno Ford has always been top notch. I went in for an oil change. I called to see if I could make an appointment, however they said they do not make appointments, it is first come first serve only. I waited for over an hour and 1/2, took my whole lunch hour and was late getting back to work. The service they provide is excellent, just wish they allowed appointments to avoid the long wait. If I left and came back later it could be the same thing, so I stayed.

2016 Ford Explorer XLT (I have leased my past two vehicles at Gorno Ford I have to say that the reason I came to Gorno Ford is because of one of your salesman name Ken Fansler, I leased my 2014 Explorer from Ken he made sure we had the vehicle with all the features & then some that we had wanted & kept us in our price range which made me a very happy lady. I loved my explorer & my experience with a very nice salesman (Ken) who didn't make me feel like he was just out to sell a car & get his commission check. He helped me connect my I-Pod & phone also was very nice of him to install my cargo shade cover. I don't know if all salesmen do this but I have never experienced this before Ken called a few days later to see how I was enjoying the Explorer & if everything was going good & if I had any questions or problems to let him know. I had a few questions & told him of a concern & he was right on it to help me but I couldn't bring it in till the week of August 10th, that was really something that made me know that I will be a repeat customer to Gorno Ford & that Ken Fansler & I will be seeing each other every two years for my lease & or if I ever decide to buy a vehicle. If there was some type of certificate or award to be given to an employee for going above & beyond I definitely say Ken deserves some sort of recognition. Thank you Ken Fansler once again I love always having the newest model vehicle & we did it again with my 2016 Explorer XLT.

When I dropped it off at QuickLane I was told it would not be too long because no one was in front of me on the wheel alignment rack. I went to the other building to read and came back after the time estimate for it to be done. But it was still on the oil change rack. Apparently there was one in front of me on the alignment rack but she was unaware of it. I wish they would have informed me that is was taking longer. They did a good job and I was pleased as usual. But they should make it a practice to let people who leave the immediate area know that if will take a little longer than the first estimate. In the past they asked for my cell number and called me when it was ready. They always do an excellent job and give friendly service. It is also nice they have the history of my vehicles to inform me what has been done in the past.

Marty Gorno is my salesman. He made sure to get me in and out for my service call. Took my car in because my brakes were squeaking. Of course, they didn't squeak for the tech. They inspected my pads and everything looked good, which was my main concern. Had them rotate my tires while they had it in. The shop. Was surprised that it cost 20.00 to do that. I usually pay 8.00 at 10 minute lube.

The only real problem I had was when I picked up my car the fuel gauge said 6 miles to emptyWhen I dropped it off for repairs it was over 1/4 full. Also the oil change sticker said itat been driven 75 miles. I understand the need for test driving but someone should have at leaseput 5 buck in gas. Glad there was a gas station at the corner. The service mgr Jeff called me about this after I called to complain that I didn't think this was right. He offered to give1/2 tank of gas.

I brought the flex in to fix a heating issue and get an oil change with "the works" promotion. As part of the "works" promotion the steering was checked and an inner tie rod end was found to need replacement. This was fixed without any additional charge, because the car was under warranty with $100 deductible. So 2 problems were fixed with only one deductible payment being required. By the time we had noticed the steering issues, our new tires probably would have started to get uneven wear.I was also very pleased with the shuttle service in getting a ride to and from the dealership.Gorno Ford has certainly earned our loyalty. We will definitely buy are next vehicle from this dealership.

Despite my cousin buying a new escape from them that was one day shy of qualifying for new car replacement under the lemon law because of so many problems we bought a new explorer. Our sales man promissed our vehicle to us on Monday monday came and we received a phone call saying it would be ready tuesday. Because of work schedules and dealership hours if our car wasn't ready monday we would be unable to pick it up until Thursday when the dealership was open late. After a phone call back to our sales man pleading how much we needed our car he got it on monday. After 3 days of having the car it started having electric problems with the break sensor. We had to take it back to the dealership. After a we with a replacement car our car was returned on empty. Two days later they call saying we have to come back up to the dealership again because they didnt have us sign all the proper paperwork. Gorno ford is a joke they dont care about their customers and we will never shop there again nor will our family or friends save your self the trouble go somewhere else.

Improvement from my last visit...I was a walk in for brake replacement , I know it's not a hour job, It was performed with in about 3 1/2 hours that included turning the rotors,road test and wash .....Also tire repair...I was offered water, ..food? during my wait .....

I came into Gorno to have my oil changed and 2009 Edge serviced before a trip, as I always do. The Quick Lane people got my car in right away, checked it out and found I needed brakes all around. They got me in and out in less than an hour for the oil change and "the works" package, and I brought my car in the next morning for the brakes, which they did in 2 hours. I was shuttled home and back for my car with no delay. I was completely satisfied. It's very reassuring to have a facility I can trust when I need it. Thank you, Gorno Ford.

I had to take the Fusion for a recall issue and that was done quickly and respectively. the only issue I have is that I do not like the Fusion. I came from a Sport Trac that I truely loved, to a car, which I may believe to be the issue. Not the Fusion is not a nice car, I just believe it's not the car for me.

The men that helped me was very nice and professional I was happy that on a Saturday they fixed my part in good time. Of course I'm not happy about paying $330.00 I bought the explorer used in October to move to Texas. The whole trip there was a ratteling and kept thinking it was in the glove box. In Feb had to come to Indiana and along the way the molding flew off. Weird the rattleing stopped. Unfortunately the few miles over my warranty did not pay for this and I had to suck it up that was the problem since I bought it. Very upset because you can tell on the car that the windshield was replaced prior to my purchase by Gorno or previous owner, the rubber molding going around my windshield is rippeled. Not a happy camper!

While I love my ford the guy that usually greets me at quick lane not so much. He gives off a cranky vibe and he's not so friendly. My mom just needed a quick tire pressure check one time cause her sensor came on and he told her she have to wait due to business. You mean to tell me no one could quickly take one minute to quickly check the pressure. My recent visit was quick and easy. But customer service could use some work.

When I arrived and we found out the vehicle that I inquired about the night before, and received an email from Cori Hicks saying the vehicle was in stock, wasn't there. Escape 2011. the problem was fixed as far as I know. the staff was curtious and direct. In Out done. It was covered under warranty. That's why it was at the dealership. I still have perception that dealerships will still take you if they can. they told me what was done to car but the language is foreign so I don't really know what they did. Something with axles. Now it's not leaking.

I brought my car in to get a new battery. I called Dan, My service advisor and told him that I had to have my jumped because it wouldn't start. He said BRING YOUR CAR IN RIGHT NOW AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. So I brought the car in and they took it in right away. I wasn't there even an hour and the car w3as done. Also they brought the car back and it was in the service area where you pull in to get service. I sincerely appreciated it because it was so very cold out. Gorno ford has let down my family a few times! Recently, they made the huge mistake of not properly filing the paperwork for my sister's lease. When she was pulled over 3 months after signing her lease for "driving a stolen vehicle," she went to the Gorno service manager to get to the bottom of it. Gorno passed the blame on to SOS. After she waited at SOS for 3 hrs. they told her it was a dealership issue. After not getting any return phone calls, as promised by Maryanne, she had to continue to track these employees down herself. When she wasn't getting results, she contacted the Gorno store manager, Dwayne, who was extremely rude to her and blew her off. Dwayne went so far as to laugh in her face. She had to have the temporary license plate renewed 3 times, that's how long it took for Gorno to "find their mistake." Gorno did not take her seriously and blew her off. She continually had to keep driving up to the dealership to find information and each time they were rude and degraded her. She will never go back and neither will I, as I have had horrible cust. serv. experience at GORNO Ford as well. I have higher standards when buying a new car! These dealerships should take people more seriously, especially when there are so many OTHER OPTIONS.

I went to Gorno because my dad's salesman went there from Taylor Ford. He was a nice guy and worked well for me until his management went back on a promised trade in value. They originally gave a very low trade in value so I told them never mind and was gonna walk out. Well he tells me to wait goes to talk to his manager, the manager says he will give $2,000 more if I do a deal with the salesman. I said sure because with rolling it in the payment was still saving me money. They didn't have the truck I wanted and after a few days they found one I wanted and called me. Then calls me back later and tells me the management will give me a $1,000 LESS then the agreed upon amount and that is there final and best offer. It old him this is why my dad stopped going to Gorno for almost 20 years because they did the same thing. Now Gorno will lose my business, my dad's business, my uncle's business and my brother's business. Not to mention my uncle' kids sales all for $1,000. You never promise something in business and then go back on your word. Horrible business and I do not recommend this dealership to anyone! Management does not care about the customer.

This my second vehicle purchase from Gorno and my forth purchased new vehicle from Ford. I have never been unhappy, until now, with any purchase or lease with Ford. I was mailed rebates from Gorno, that I could not use and a letter stating that they can give me top dollar for my trade in and send me home with a 2013 or 2014 new Escape for the same payment or near what I am currently paying. They did not have what I asked for, so the salesman talked me into a different Escape. I did sign the contract without the salesman breaking down the costs, trade in, and final price. I was only told the monthly payment amount. When I got home and looked the contract over and saw that they left $3,500, from the old Escape and rolled it into my new Escape, without telling me. This was not what we agreed on. I am simply asking Gorno to respect my wishes of voiding this contract so I can purchase the vehicle I want and can afford, but they are not helping me. I have paid Ford thousands of dollars over the years and never reneged on my end. One would think that Gorno Ford and/or Ford Motor Company would do what they could to keep me a satisfied customer. My future with Ford looks dim.

I brought in a truck under warranty which had a bad engine. Gorno did everything possible to help Ford get out of the warranty. Service manager told me it was safe to drive home, and it caught on fire due to oil leaks from their service. Currently in litigation.

I took in my car because my front bumper was cracked, they cited front end damage instead of minor damage. They also entered that my car had 118,000 miles at the time of service instead of 18,000. I was told that the car fax they entered could not be changed.

I've taken my Flex there for service twice. The first time was for brakes. They were supposed to check them out and tell me what was wrong. I received a call saying they had already done the work and it was going to be $700. I said I never authorized any work to be done. They called back and reduced the price but I still could have had the same work done somewhere else cheaper. Very shortly after I get the car back I notice a rattle in the rear when I hit a bump. Not being a mechanic I assumed it was something to do with the suspension. About a month later when the car was up on the rack for an oil change I asked the guy to look at it. Lo and behold a bolt on the caliper was completely missing. I had to pay $30 out of my pocket to get it fixed there.The 2nd visit was for problems I had been having with my transmission. I was under warranty up to 100k miles and was getting close to that number. I took it in and had them look at it. They found a fan that was not working and said this would cause the problem I had. They fixed the fan and as soon as I drove it off the lot I knew there was still a problem. I then also started to notice a smell whenever I drove the car for any distance over 10 miles. I took it back a few weeks later and this time they said they found a couple of sensors in the transmission that were bad (why wasnt this checked the 1st time?) and that there was a leak in the transmission. They said they fixed these issues and I would be good to go. Three days later I can smell the same odor again. I go back for the 3rd time and was told somehow the transmission was leaking again from the exact same spot it was before. So they fixed it. Again. And to top things off someone stole items from my vehicle on the last visit. I took the car in on Thursday and picked it up on Saturday. I drove it straight home and parked it in my garage and did not drive it until Monday morning so I am 100% certain the items were stolen while the car was at Gorno. On Monday I noticed a pen and paper on the passenger floor that I know were not there when I took the car in. I checked my console and money ( a couple of small bills and all the change in the change holder), an Apple nano and cologne were gone. I could also tell that my glove box had been gone through because everything had been stuffed back into it all folded up. I know it is the owners responsibility to remove all valuables so I am out of luck for the loss. But the fact that they have a thief working for them has just lost them a 10 year customer.Don, the most recent service rep I dealt with was very helpful, very friendly and very polite. But their inept service and complete lack of security are reasons I would tell everyone to avoid this dealership.

I always get my car serviced here and I have never had any problems, they give me an accurate time frame and even offer me a ride to work with their shuttle car. I always recommend them to my friends and family!

Receptionist was extremely rude and spoke down to me. She had the audacity to speak to me in a negative manner when I was not even talking to her, but talking to my father. Also, the dealership charged an absurd amount of money for labor for things that did not even need to be done. Took my car in for repairs for a recall, ended up paying $400 for unnecessary things. Also, my car was there for about 5 hours, and they somehow managed to use a quarter tank of gas from my car. How? I am just not sure.

If you want a Ford dealer in the downriver area go to Southgate Ford. I purchased all my vehicles from Gorno and the last vehicle I purchased was an Econoline for about $30000. When I went back to trade it in they wouldn't buy it back. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it, they said that Econolines are not selling so they didn't want the vehicle. The salesman was an a**hole and the dealership didn't care if they lost my business or not. At first I thought I wouldn't be able to trade it in but I went to Southgate Ford, the people where great, traded the van in without any problem. Also, while I had the van which I purchased new, my tire went flat after about 6 months. I figured no problem. I'll patch the hole myself, done it more times than I can remember, and when I found the hole, it had already been patched and was leaking at the patch. So I put another plug in next to theirs to fix the leak, took the van to the dealer to complain about it in hope to get a new tire and they told me they couldn't do anything for me. $30000 new vehicle and I'm getting tires with plugs in them. I will never buy a vehicle there and will tell anyone who asks to not buy a vehicle there.

After purchasing a Truck a week prior, salesman and management would not work with us to purchase another car. Went to Taylor Ford and the first offer was what we were trying to get at Gorno. Salesman dropped 5 F bombs in front of my wife, very disrespectful,

I took my truck there to get fixed because Taylor Ford screwed me and tried to say it wasn't under warranty, any ways Gorno fixed the Truck free of charge under warranty. I had lots of problems with this truck and it only had 59,000 miles on it and it was paid off so I started looking at new trucks and after talking to Mary Knee she at first got me $18,500 for my truck and I was happy with that and with the rebates that I was getting for a new F-150 I decided to pull the trigger and buy a new one so I filled out the paper work and picked out a truck and she came back and told me that it would be ready the next day. So I go in there to pick up my truck and she tells me that she talked with the manger and got me $500 more for my trade in and I didn't even ask her to do it. So I got $19000 for my truck instead of the $18500 they first quoted me and $4500 for rebates and a great truck that has everything one could want or need. She is a top notch sales person and the dealership really took care of me, not like Taylor Ford.

I bought a used version of my dream car from Gorno Ford. Of course I should have spent more time looking at the car before I drove off the lot but with some of the flaws they agreed to install a remote start and replace the back seat cushion. I was finally able to drive it days later - and noticed none of the tires had valves on them. Then I noticed bubbles buldging out on the front and back passengers side. Research would tell me these needed to be replaced immediately. My husband took it in and (having found another bubble on the rear drivers side) had to literally argue to get 4 new tires (4 - because the tires would wear unevenly otherwise). And of course the manager had to question whether I (being female) hit something (when we had the car for less than a week at that point). So then the Body shop manager thought he would be slick and give me the cheapest no name tires. Right now my husband has spent the last 2 hours at the dealership waiting to get these tires only to find out the guys in the body shop cant get them to bead - and they have to take them to Belle Tire, oh and it will be another 2 hours. The fact that we have to FIGHT for what we agreed to pay for - an operational vehicle - and that the male chauvinist pig of a body shop manager believed I could cause such damage because I am female; solidifies my opinion that I will never shop at Gorno Ford again.

They wasted so much of my time on 2 different occasions. I pretty much went without a car for a month because they lied to me. And when everything was said and done, they wanted me to pay another $5,000 over what they told me. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM EVER!

Three years ago I had repairs done on my vehicle. I asked these people to stop sending me mail. I even walked in and asked them and even sent mail asking that they stop. And then I moved and now Im getting the junk mail there at my new address. Figure that one out? Harassing TREE KILLERS!
