I don't enjoy writing negative reviews at all. Based on the fact that this place is a large authorized Volkswagen dealer my expectations were high. But alas, the process dealing with a sales person in the used car department was just unacceptable. However, it was a first for me: I was never called 'bro' three times in one sentence, I also can't remember that somebody who wants to sell me something yells at me. The purchase never happened.

Amazing in every department! Very friendly people. They made me feel very comfortable and got me in and out with a GREAT deal. Definitely going back for my future vehicles.

I am new to the Gossett Volkswagen family. My experience is one of complexity, However my experience was not totally bad. I was shopping for a car online. I originally chose a used 2010 convertible beetle. Needless to say wasn't a good choice in the end. At this point my frustration was times 10. Oh did I mention I found my salesman on Covington Pike but my car picks seemed to have all come from Germantown location. Oh back to my experience...I was frustrated and without a car. At this point the Sales Manager Mr. Allen stepped in and went to work! He was awesome and so was my salesman Mike Hibbler. I ended up with a 2012 Volkswagen Passat SE. I like my car but I must agree with the other customers GOSSETT needs to upgrade on their service department. The service is poor and I'm not sure that the work is being done that is requested by the customer. When you build relationships you look for longevity consistency and honesty...that old cliche that one apple can spoil the bunch is really a true statement. If great service starts at the first meet and greet in should ricochet throughout the entire experience. True my car was used at purchase but I expect the same courtesy from the service department as if I bought it brand new off the showroom floor. Now where is my thirty day follow-up?

I HAVE HAD A TOUREG FOR 6 YEARS. EVERYTIME I GO INTO SERVICE I AM GREETED BY THE SERVICE PEOPLE AND ALSO THE SERICE MGR. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE MOST HELPFUL PEOPLE TO ME. IF I HAVE TO HAVE MY VEHICLE IN OVER NIGHT I AM GIVEN A RENT A CAR AND DONT HAVE TO WORRY ON HOW IM GOING TO GET BACK AND FORTH TO WORK. THE SERVICE DEPT. IS ONE REASON I DO KEEP MY VEHICLE, IT HAS OVER 100,000 MILES AND I AM ALWAYS TREATED AS IF IT WERE A BRAND NEW ONE.

I've taken my car into the service department multiple times over the last four or so years for repairs and service. Each time I have been there the customer service is "On Time". Since we live in an "Entitlement" society, everyone feels they are entitled or deserve as much as they can get for free or as cheap as possible. I feel privileged to have such a professional operated business to take my VW to. You have to pay for excellent service, such as what Gossett offers their customers. They are not the cheapest or the most expensive, but you get what you pay for. Keep up the great work!

This is my first VW that I've owned and only take it to VW Germantown and have not had anything other than AWESOME service! My Jetta has had a significant amount of work done the past few months due to the mileage and it's always serviced and I'm updated in a timely manor! I only deal with Service Consultants, Drew Jackson & Daniel Richard whom are excellent employees. And, I must add the Service Manager, Dwayne Hart demands professionalism & excellence of his Service Department which DOESN'T go unnoticed! I will never own anything other than a VW (regardless of the maintenance expense) and will not have anybody other dealership other than Gossett VW Germantown and their Service Department maintain the maintenance of my car(s)! They are truly the one of the best to deal with if needed!

I took my car in for basic servicing and ended up being charged close to $600 - for my car that is only 4 years old and has <30,000 miles with no issues! When the service rep quoted me the charges over the phone, I went through each item and he agreed with me that they were erroneously charged, so I authorized the few minor repairs/services recommended. When I showed up to pick up my car, they charged me even MORE than the originally quoted price. I paid them and pledged never to go back. The very next day, another warning light came on my dashboard! Rather than take it back to the Gossett, I ended up driving to North Carolina where a reputable service center correctly diagnosed a minor problem and charged me only $19 for the entire process. At Gossett, they would have charged $150 just for the diagnostics, which does NOT apply toward the actual parts/labor associated with repairs. It was CHEAPER and EASIER for me to drive 12 hours for repair than to return to Gossett only 10 miles away!!!

The sales rep (Daniell) was MOST helpful and patient with me. It was my first new car buying experience so I had a lot of questions and the staff was more than willing to spend as much time with me as I needed. They made me feel very comfortable and was able to get me EXACTLY what I wanted! I have been contacted several time since my purchase to make sure I was still happy with my car...of course I am! But, it was nice to have someone follow up on it. This was the best car buying experience I have could have hoped for...from picking the right car for me to the financing. It was a breeze and stress free!

I had an enjoyable buying experience at Gossett winchester. Clarence, my sales agent, made the whole buying process a lot of fun! The service department has been excellent also. I could not be MORE pleased with my 2012 Golf. I will definitely go back to this dealership in the future.

Excellent experience at Gossett. My salesman, Wayne, was extremely knowledgeable about the VW models, as well as with all the new technologies. Everyone treated me with respect and made my car buying experience stress free. I shopped around for a bit, and no other dealership compared to Gossett. Everyone from the Internet coordinator, to salesman, to sales manager, to finance manager were professional and friendly. I love my new GLI and Wayne has already called to see if I had any questions, gave me his personal mobile #, and scheduled my 30 day check up. Very impressed and am happy to be a part of the VW family!
