Bought a 2011 Silverado along with a warranty in January, nicest staff you'll meet on the day of sale. 6 months later my sunroof goes all ape and the warranty wouldn't cover that, was calling them trying to check my options as far as a warranty upgrade and all of a sudden they are nonexistent, they're the dealer car buyers warn you about

We drove over four hours to see this low mileage (6000) SUV. Salesman told us it was a one owner trade-in from their Zanesville lot. We found a window sticker in the glove box from a different dealer in Cleveland. Salesman said, "I don't know, let me check on it." He pulled the Carfax and discovered it was really a rental car from Virginia. Asked the salesman about the paint over-spray on the rear bumper and he said, "I don't know, maybe our body shop did some touch-up." Further investigation on our part discovered that the entire rear AND front had been repainted. Salesman just blamed someone else on staff for not giving him the right information. Wasted an entire day and nearly 500 miles round trip. Plus wasted time and effort at the bank pre-arranging a wire transfer for payment since they won't accept a bank check. Polite and friendly sales staff but clueless about their inventory. Don't waste your time with this dealer!

So I bought a new truck at Grahams Automall in Mansfield Ohio 3 years ago. I bought the extended warranty because figuring it is a truck something will go wrong. When I bought it, the guy who sold me the warranty said everything is covered. Well that being said, this is how they get you. My bluetooth is acting up on my radio, so they said well we can't call the warranty place to see if it is under warranty until we do a $100 diagnostic to see what the problem is. So they charge me a $100 to see if the problem is under warranty? Now if the problem is under warranty my $100 is not charged, but if the part is not then I have to pay the $100. After arguing with these people, this will be the last car I buy from Grahams Automall and the last time I have service done at Grahams Automall.

Graham Automall1515 W 4th St, Mansfield, OH 44906?????The best car dealership in the eastern USA. If you're looking for the best deal on a new car (of just about any make or model" Toyota, Chevy, Hyundai, Cadillac, Ford, Lincoln and more) this is the vehicle super store for you. We drove about 600 miles each way, all the way from NC to OH because of the great deal we obtained on a new Toyota Highlander XLE AWD V6. Dealerships within 100+ miles of us, including all over NC, GA and SC couldn't even come close. When we shared with other dealers the arrangement Graham Automall was making for us, they were thousands of $ higher. One Toyota dealer in NC flat out told us to "get our car somewhere else" (how rude!). Another in Atlanta said they felt like coming along with us on our drive to buy one for themselves (because they were about $6k higher). Let's face it: cars are commodities: same make, model, options. No sense paying more because your local outlets want you to pay them more. If you're healthy enough to make the trip and are a careful driver, you may want to consider Graham. In a few months, I'm going to ask the local Ford outlets about an F150, but I think I know what's going to happen: I'll probably be making another trek up to OH to make that trade. Art Holcomb and Charlie Mills honored the trade-in value they estimated on our trade. No quibbling, no muss, no fuss. We arrived at 4PM and were out the door and driving away in our beautiful new SUV by 6PM. Fastest, simplest car deal of my life. Ask for Charlie Mills: the low-pressure super-salesman who gets you what you want. He's at: 419-677-6206. He works with Art Holcomb to make you the best deal you've ever seen. These guys sell 4,500 vehicles a year. That's 375/month, and 12 to 20 a day. They have such a high volume, they don't have time to bother you with anything but saying "yes!" They'll probably make you as good a deal as they did for me and my family. You'll never know unless you try them. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised that you did.

This was our second experience (vehicle) with Graham....both were excellent, but our most recent experience was completely over the top! Our sales person (Brian Olney) was not just professional, he was human!! He spent his entire day making our experience and journey wonderful. Of course the finance team and others also made the deal possible, Brain was the one that kept us up to date during the process, sought out and obtained any and all discounts available to us (even a discount via the company I am employed with to which I was completely unaware), and ultimately made sure we had the vehicle we wanted at or near our price point! Graham is a big company, with wonderful employees that provide the "human touch" that is often times lost today. Brian Olney is representative of the outstanding company that is Graham Chevrolet! Brian's attention to detail, passion and overall good spirit have made us a life long customer of Graham's, as well a life long General Motors customer!

I had an excellent experience with Grahams. I did a ton of research on which vehicles I wanted and what questions to ask. I arrived and Josh (my salesperson) was friendly and helpful. He put a hold on the car for the night so I could do a little extra research, and he made himself available on Friday (even though it was his day off). I am always suspicious of sales-people as I understand their objective is to sell the vehicle for the highest cost, and mine is obviously to get the best vehicle for the lowest cost. He was more than willing to work with me, and give me information freely. I bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla for $15,000 (out the door cost). I was also able to add an additional warranty (which I was not at all pressured into, just chose to do on my own as this particular model has a history of some issues with interior devices malfunctioning (radio, etc.), and they were able to secure me a significantly lower interest rate than the credit union I usually use for auto financing! Buying vehicles is stressful, and this experience significantly reduced that for me. Additionally, once I drove off the lot with my new car, I noticed some scratching on the roof of the vehicle. I called Josh immediately (after hours on his cell phone which he provided me the number for), and he agreed to discuss the situation with his boss. He called me today (I bought the vehicle Friday, today is Monday), and said they will fix the scratches at no charge to me, this Wednesday. I sincerely appreciate this kind of service! Thank you to the entire team at Grahams for making my experience a positive one!

Scheduled oil change, arrived on time told they were 2 hours behind. Too busy to wait over 2 hrs for 30 min. Oil change.Another time took car in for transmission issue. Tech agreed it wasn't shifting right but nothing they could do since there was no code showing. After arguing they called tech support and found out upgrade in computer was needed.Last time wife took in for oil change was told water pump leaking. Didn't have a drop on garage floor. Told to just finish oil change. 1200 miles later fluid still full and not one drop on floor. Was going to charge almost 700.00 for repair. Do not trust service dept!

I took my brothers truck into the dealership for an oil change. I was checked in at approximately 2:45 pm and was told that the service appt would take 45 min. I told Dennis that I would be waiting in the lounge. At 4pm I was still sitting the lounge and returned back to the Service Desk on to be told that the truck had not yet even been started. I called for a ride home, and left the dealership at aprox 4:25pm and could see that the truck was still sitting and hadn't been started. Ironically at 4:50pm we received word that the truck was finished. If a service requires 45 min, how was it finished in about 20?? Was the oil even changed?? I wrote an email to the dealership the day of the awful service, and received a reply the same day stating that the appropriate people would be notified of the problem......that was 4 days ago and they haven't contacted me in any fashion. At this point their apologies mean nothing, we will NEVER return to the dealership for anything.

My Prius had several concerns after purchased from a previous owner. My car was fixed in a day. I was updated on the status. The cost was acceptable for the problems it had. I was very pleased with the courtesy of all the people I had contact with. When I picked up my car it was washed clean. This is a dealership that must be under new management/ownership over the last 10 or 15 years. They are a remarkable gorup of people and clearly put customer service at the top of their list of priorities. My husband also bought a truck from them in the last month. Had a great trade-in experience with his old truck - and he is a deal-maker. Great place and awesome people! Thank you, Graham Automall! I highly recommend this place for all your vehicle purchase and repairs.

Very bad experience, the dealer gave me a list of repairs needed that had no bearing on what the actual quality of the car was. Needed a new catalytic converter, lied about it. They said there was no rust, lie. They said interior electronics were in full working condition, lie. I tried to negotiate a cheaper price and the agent said he would take care of it without offering to reduce the price at all. The shadiest car dealership I've ever seen.

I visited the Graham Automall Ford Service Department today for an oil change and tire rotation. They were very busy however everyone at the Ford Service department was very friendly and willing to take the time to answer my questions. Josh and Chelsea both went above and beyond. Josh so kindly printed out a pervious visit's service summary and at check out Chelsea so kindly filled completed "The Works" rebate for me online. I would highly recommend the Ford Service Department at the Graham Automall!

The service department needs some work. They are slow. It took 2 hours to do a job that should have taken only a few minutes. And, it took them way too long to get us the paperwork after the job was completed. We will go back to the dealership - where we purchased a new Toyota Prius - for future maintenance/service, but are somewhat hesitant to do so.

I had a whining noise coming from my CTS which I thought for sure it was the tires making the noise but Chris in the service department test drove it with me and immediately knew it was not the tires, it was the front wheel bearing and it was fixed properly under warranty. He was correct and now is as quiet as it can be and as an added bonus, my car was washed too. They were so very polite to my wife and I. They provided us shuttle service for the day. I couldn't ask for more.

Most arrogant snotty people I have ever had to deal with. The truck i bought from them decided to break down about a mile from them, so I limped it there and arrived at 5:15 at the service center. At 5:30 when someone finally showed up they said oh we close at 5:30 but you can come back on Monday! I explained what happened and he still insisted that I come back. After about 5 minutes of going around with this fool he asks for my name. Well he says is____ your dad? Yes why? We worked together for years ect. Well the jerk tried being a friend now but it was too late. Every time I have had to deal with them I was treated like it was a huge inconvenience to them... HELLO IT'S YOUR JOB PEOPLE! If it wasn't for people like me buying vehicles from you or no problems with them you wouldn't have a job! Never again will I be treated as an inconvenience. Looks like I will buy my next truck elsewhere

My husband an I visited this dealership since they advertise on TV, what they don't advertise is the salespeople are lazy country butts that are dragging that dealership down. we were looking for a vehicle for over 15 minutes. There were 2 salesman in the office and they were talking. They did not even walk out the door to greet us or even ask if we needed assistance. I thought car dealers want to make money. Maybe this is just a good ole boys dealership and not open to the public. I have never seen such terrible service in my life by a car dealer. Needless to say we went to another dealer who actually wanted to sell cars and we purchased from them. Graham on 4th should probably close down if you ask me and MANY others who have dealt with them.

Sorry can't remember the names of people I worked with that day, but my appointment was Wed. Jan. 2, 2013 and they were all very nice and efficient, right down to the driver that took me to Menards while they worked on my car. Very satisfied as usual. Sorry this is the first time I've ever taken the time to complete one of these. Steve & Mindy Lamontagne

Chris Yocum went out of his way to explain what might be happening to my vehicle (since this was a two visit diagnosis). I had trouble with the car, but once at the dealership, it wouldn't exhibit the problems I was having. On my second visit, he carefully went over everything, and even found that my problem was still covered by warranty. When picking up the car after the repair, he helped with another problem that I was having with my rear view mirror. Overall, I would rate this an excellent service visit, primarily because of the customer service received from Chris. I will certainly request him for future visits.

This is one service department that can be trusted. The folks there: the person who makes the appointment, the one who checks the car in, and the gentlemen who wash/dry the car, and the cashier are all exceptionally nice and CARING. They make sure to communicate and treat customers with utmost respect, while showing some personality that goes beyond just "business."

My wife and I purchased our previous car from Tom. Having been a neighbor of his a couple of years ago we new he has smarts we it comes to cars. He was able to answer our car questions and some of the financial ones and if not then he would get the answer for us. They were able to give us a better deal then what autotrader had offered. Tom is a friendly sales person and not pushy.

I have a 2006 Chevy Colorado with 45,000 miles on it to trade. I was interested in a VW bug they had on the lot. I communicated with Kaleigh, via text message and made an appointment to have the Colorado appraised. She told me to be there at 615, and ask for the sales manager.I arrived at 610, and asked for the sales manager. An older gentleman asked me what I needed. I explained I had an appointment. He said, "for what?" I explained the why I was there. He said, "why are you here? This is just a little bitty car lot." He told me that he he couldnt even look at my truck, to take it down the street to the "other grahams." He then told me that the VW Bettle that they have on the lot, had a bad transmission, broken mirror, no operating dash vents, and a trunk that wouldnt open. They were asking nearly 7,000.00 for a 2001 VW Bettle with all of that in need of repair, not to mention it had over 85000. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I went into the Chevrolet parts and service department looking for a washer fluid nozzle for my 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The service worker, Samuel Crum, looked up the part on his computer and found the part I needed. His exact words were, "You are not gonna like the price." I said, How much is it. He said $25.54. I asked if I could buy this part at an auto parts store? He says the only places I will find this part is through them and maybe a junk yard. So, I bought the part. If I would have done anything different, I would have checked an auto parts store first, because when I got home, I looked on the internet and sure enough, an auto parts store carries the part I needed for much less than I paid at Graham's. I thought to myself, That is a shady way to do business. Telling someone that they can only get the part through them or a junk yard. I understand that Graham's is a business and in business to make money, but I don't agree with Mr. Crum's sales strategy. It is very shady and I will state for the record here and now, I will NEVER EVER buy anything from Graham Automall in Mansfield again. They are ripoff artists and crooks.

I have never experienced such care, before, during and after the sale. All transactions have been professional, everyone we've dealt with has been courteous, and the care after the sale has been phenomenal. Words can't express how appreciative we are of the service this dealership has offered us. When our check engine light came on shortly after our purchase we were worried, but one call eased my mind and we had the vehicle back to Masfield within the week. Our expectations have been met and exceeded. There was one other issue we had two weeks later and again, we took the van back over to have their expert technicians take a look. This issue was cosmetic, but they provided us with an amazing compromise which has ensured we will continue to do business with Graham for years to come!

I dont think my husband and I could have gotten better service anywhere else! We went to Graham Used Car Outlet. At first we were told we wouldnt be able to get a Van there since we lived outside of the limits (We had driven over an hour from where we lived to come to Mansfield), but they made an acceptation with us since we made a bigger down payment. (It was so nice how they worked with us!) We had been to many other dealerships within our city, and this place was by far the best place we went to. The sales consultant, Kevin, was easy to talk to and helpful to answer all our questions. He really made us feel like he was there for "us", and that we werent just another sale. Unfortunately, the next day the check engine light came on our Van. We didnt have a warranty with the Van, so I gave Kevin a call. He talked it over with his sales manager Pat, and he agreed to take care of it! So we brought the Van back to Mansfield, and they replaced what was needed, and just completely took care of everything! A++ service! Even the staff (Thad) that work in the Ford service department were friendly and helpful. They offered a shuttle service, so we spent time at the mall while they worked on the Van. You just dont get service like this anywhere. So I knew that I wanted to get on the internet and post a couple reviews somewhere about this place. And just for the record, we are VERY pleased with our Van! It runs like it is brand new!

Jason was very polite, like an old friend. He was never pushy nor was he putting down other auto makers or dealerships, like I found at most other dealerships. I've bought the families last 5 cars there. 2 new and 3 used. I found the exact same cars (mileage, color, options) in Columbus and surrounding areas and they were $2k-7k (Ford F150 19k in Cols, 12k at Graham) more expensive. Jason has sent us regular letters asking how our vehicles were doing a couple times a year. I just recently bought the 4th and 5th vehicles. I don't have the gas money to waste my time looking elsewhere.

My husband and I stopped by here to look for a truck or SUV. The guys didn't even want to give us the time of day. Finally one of the older gentlemen that worked there brought his arrogant self over to us and asked what we were looking for. We told him. I continued to walk around the lot and look. My husband asked a few questions and he said "yeah a truck like that you would have to pay at least $600 bucks a month" I was like a used truck?? It was only like 22,000 dollars. I was like what. Then the arrogant man walked over to his old arrogant co-workers and kept right on talking. My husband and I left and never thought about them again. I've even made it clear to some family in friends in Mansfield not to waste their time cause they have an "you are not good enough" or "im better than you attitude". what did my husband and I do. Went about 5 miles away to Whitey's automall and GUESS WHAT?? We bought us an SUV. Imagine we could get something not $600 a month. HMMM ...
