The car was a Nissan Versa. After talking with us extensively Russ, the salesman, went to find a car to show us. When he returned, it was more than expected. Most salesmen would not have taken the time to provide a vehicle with the features we wanted as well as not having the features we did not. The color of the vehicle was even one I like. With all that said, It was a good experiance all around and I feel you can trust the sales at Grainger Nissan.

I purchased a vechicle from Grainger Nissan last week. Marco Toles was my sales consultant and performed OUTSTANDING! He listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. I had a financing challenge Marco took point and lead the way. He stayed until the wee hours of the night making sure everything was right.

Purchased my Altima and actually do not care for the car like I'd hoped because of the really loud "electric power steering pump" it's actually embarrassing. But after I found Grainger Nissan Service it makes dealing with my car more tolerable. Mr. Martin is doing an excellent job with the service department and as a whole I wouldn't go anywhere else for service. Love Grainger Nissan!

I purchased a 2016 Altima SL. I want alone and I was very overwhelmed and unsure, EVERYONE I worked with was helpful and polite. Especially Payton Gregg & Harold Blue & Billy Maner. Payton wasn't my salesperson but he treated me like I was. He took time to show me how to use the new features on my 2016 that I did not have on my 2011. He was a pleasure to work with. I will recommend him to anyone. I was a hard customer to satisfy, Although they probably wanted to kick me out they stayed until after closing and got me into the exact car I wanted. After getting home the next morning I realized the car was missing the navigation. I went back and told them and they changed the car out without any frustration. I LOVE MY CAR & I LOVE GRAINGER NISSAN :) Thank you Harold Blue & Sales team for taking car of my first brand new car purchase!!

I purchased a 2015 Nissan Versa SV for my son. He had a 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis that was literally falling apart and was left stranded as it had finally given up. Already being an established customer with Grainger I was referred to their Nissan dealership and was met with an excited crew who went above and beyond to keep me satisfied. They were more than willing to accommodate mine and my sons needs and I am one relieved mom knowing that my son has a dependable car to drive while away at college. They were very hospitable and easy to work with. I am very satisfied and look forward to buying from them again!

The first time I went to this dealership, they were great and friendly. They did such a wonderful job that we continue to come back!! They took care of all our services as well as warranty items. They even took care of all the messed up items that we had trouble with another dealer. Stay away from Vaden Nissan in Savannah and Hiltonhead!! I brought my '07 Sentra to Grainger Nissan upon my mom's referral a couple of years ago and have stayed with them since, I met Mr. Robert first and I could not have been any happier with his help! I met Mr. Clint this past appointment and he was very informative and kept me updated with my car's progress. This place is accommodating and makes my experience very easy. Still one happy customer.

I walked in. Named my price! Just say yes or no and lets all get on with our lives. Instead I have to endure 2.5/hours of nonsense. We left after they passed us to another sales person to knock us out. Finally we left and they literally chased us to the car. Mr. Blue a sales manager was banging on our car window as we drove off. I've never seen anything like that. Bought the exact same car $100 cheaper same day at Vaden. They probably just felt sorry for us and spared the normal circle.

My husband and i were looking to buy a new truck long story short we went first to dodge and got very disappointed . Came home that night and as i was sitting there talking to my husband something said get back up and keep looking . So first website i have typed in was Grainger Nissan and let me tell you this is the best thing i have done so far in a long time. After getting a call from MR Harold Blue we decided to go there . Walking thru the doors of the dealer ship and thinking there we go again most likely another disappointment but nooooooooooooo way . They treated us like we were family . Right away we were offered coffee , water, popcorn . Watching the sales people was the most amazing thing as well . They are professional but funny and goof around too just gotta love it hehehe. Anyway so after like an hour or so we got the news that we were going home with an brand new truck and i about had a heart attack . Did not want to believe it but they made it possible . BIG THANKS TO ALL IN GRAINGER NISSAN FOR TREATING US LIKE FAMILY !!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I were in Hilton Head last week and our Nissan Armada started making a horrible noise, The car sounded like it was ready to fall apart. We took it to the Nissan dealer there and they could not come up with an answer. The noise would start then stop. We were driving to Savannah on Sat. morn. to spend the night there for the end of our trip. We were leaving HH and it started making a constant noise! We stopped by the Nissan dealer in HH but they only were doing oil changes on that day. So.. we decided to push our luck and head to Savannah.. We saw a bill board that said Grainger Nissan at the next exit.. Praise the Lord! We got off and the guys there took us right in. The incredible service advisor,Chris Parker, moved right in and made us feel so comfortable. He told us they would do a diagnostic and for us to wait inside and have some water,coffee and popcorn. He assured us they would do everything they could to get us back on the road that day. The problem turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. He did not have one but sent one of the techs out to look for one. We were still nervous cause we live in the North GA.Mtns and needed to be back on Sunday to pick up our dog! After about 2 hours Chris came back and informed us they had found a wheel bearing and they were getting ready to tear the car down. Long story short, 4 hours later we were back in the car heading to our hotel in downtown Savannah. We were so impressed with this wonderful young man and how everything was conducted.. Everyone was so friendly that it didn't even feel like we were there as long as we were. This is a great dealership. We would deal with them all the time if we lived closer..

I bought my first car this past weekend, and although I've never had previous experiences with dealers to know much about car salesman, I do hope that every time I go to get a car whether it be a Grainger Nissan or any other place i get a car i get great customer service the way Marc Headley has given me. Buying our 2015 Red Leaf at Grainger Nissan was not a "typical" buying experience. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years and I often left the dealership feeling like I had been in a battle. The process often felt more like a challenge to avoid being taken advantage of. Buying a car should be an exciting and fun experience. It's typically the 2nd most expensive purchase you make (behind a house). Buying at Grainger Nissan was what it should be. It was fun and exciting. My entire family was treated professionally and with respect and courtesy. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and eager to help. I wouldn't hesitate for one second to recommend buying here.

My wife and I just moved to Ft. Stewart, as I have recently been stationed there. On top of that fact, we are both very young. I'm 20, she's 18. Needless to say, I was Grant Deloach's customer, and for a first time car buyer for me and my wife, and after a huge hassle with vaden nissan in Hinesville, it was a relief to meet this guy. Our current car is not in good condition, and I needed to just get a new car for my wife. He did NOT pressure us at all, he helped us get what WE wanted and NEEDED. He did everything in his power to make sure we left happy. As well as that, the first thing when we went in, he told us as customers, we are that. Customers. They would not have business without us. So he thanked us, treated us to a meal (pizza) which was good, and he got to know us on a more personal level. You can tell he cares. I really do HIGHLY recommend anyone; first time buyers, and veterans at the trade, to go see this dealership FIRST, and more importantly, speak to Grant Deloach. All of the staff there was friendly and great, so I'm not disregarding any others, but I owe it to Grant to make sure he gets his customers, because he did wonders for my wife and I and turned a headache and stressful situation, into a feeling of relief that i now know whenever I have to leave (I am military) that my wife will be in a safer vehicle. Thank you Grant, for taking care of my family and I.

I recently bought a Nissan and 2 weeks later someone a ran a red light and totaled my truck. I called back to see if I could find another one or at least help to locate a truck to replace it. They worked their butts off to assist me in finding the right one within my price range and now I drive a new vehicle. Everyone one that I have had the pleasure in talking with or received help with my purchase has been they are most easiest and resourceful people I have ever meant. I can honestly say they are honest people looking out for you and will continue to stand behind their products until you the customer are completely satisfied and happy. I had recently bought a new car and it started making a noise but only every once in awhile. Instead of acting like I was crazy after the first look showed up nothing, they kept looking and running test until they found the issue and fixed it!! they were awesome! Thanks Scott!

I have bought many new cars and trucks and this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had at a dealership. Contacted my salesman Marc Beaulieu through the internet and he responded very fast and furnished me numbers on the vehicle I was looking at. Went to dealership ready to do financial battle and fully expected internet numbers to change...they did not. They gave me top dollar on my trade and numbers I was quoted to get me into dealership did not change and was very low keyed and no high pressure sales tactics at all. I highly recommend this dealership and my salesman Marc was very helpful and professional.

A friend of mine who drives 150,000 miles per year on her job told me to do two things. One...by a Nissan. Two...buy it from Roger McClain at Grainger Nissan. Today, I bought a 2013 Nissan Versa brand new. The car, the payment, the warranty, and the Sales and finance dept at Grainger were incredible. Not only was Roger great, but Buck in finance was too! To give you a comparison, we started looking at another dealer. They offered us a 2012 with 37,000 miles and the interest rate was much higher because it was used. With interest and the cost of the car, we saved nearly $10,000.00 over the life of the contrace from start to finish because we went to see Roger and Buck at Grainger. Very happy tonight with my new 2013 Grainger Nissan in the driveway!!! Thank you Roger and Buck!! My sons closest friend is a Desert Storm Veteran and dealing with Buck who served in the US Marines and Operation Desert Storm made us very happy!! Thank you Grainger!!

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Grainger touch when one of my daughters, totaled her 2008 Nissan Maxima and I accompanied her to Grainger Nissan to replace her totaled Maxima. The professional, spiritual, and friendly atmosphere was warm, and accomodating for us, including my 2 grand children, who was also given attention during this process. Being a former automobile sales person and manager, I was able to recognize the level service and professionalism throughout the process. They had the expertise to communicate with a father, daughter, as well as a 4 & 8 year old as well, with ease . It is easy to do bisiness at Grainger Nissan! Go see them and find out for yourself.

I had the BEST experience ever going to Grainger Nissan in Savannah, Ga. Salesperson Grant DeLoach was one of the friendliest, knowledgeable, people that I have ever dealt with in my car buying experience years...and I buy vehicles a lot.. Grant will do whatever it takes to help a customer or anyone for that matter...he has a personality that goes beyond belief. He is definitely in the right field of work. I will be going back to Grant at Grainger for all my vehicle buying and will be sending others that way!! Grant DeLoach, thanks man for taking care of my family. You will be seeing us again soon!!

I have never experienced a car dealership like Grainger NIssan. It amlost feels like a reunion when you walk in the door. Everyone speaks, if you have concerns they are addressed IMMEDIATELY and positive which is a breath of fresh air. I have a name a Grainger, not a # or wallet. The best in Savannah by far and I have been to quite a few.

The "GRAINGER NISSAN" facility was great. My wife had a simple battery issue with her 2010 Nissan Maxima (22,000 miles). I had her battery checked twice by Advance Auto to confirm the issue was not the alternator. I went to "Vaden Nissan" for the simple battery issue and was told there was nothing wrong with her battery. After my wife battery went dead a third time and me catching H_ _L, I finally wised up and took her vehicle to another nissan dealer "GRAINGER NISSAN". The "GRAINGER NISSAN" facility took care of my wife's vehicle with no problems or hold ups replacing the battery. "GRAINGER NISSAN" has a nice facility with great customer service. It also has a child friendly waiting area just for kids. I am a (NCO) Non-Commissioned Officer stationed at Hunter Army Airfield. If you are in the market to purchase a new or used car, you absolutely must consider Grainger Nissan. The staff is incredible. Like most, I entered the dealership with hesitation. I could not have been more impressed or thrilled with the experience. The salesman who worked with me, Darren Ware was wonderful. I literally can not say enough good things about the place or the people.

I have to admit, that I used to not look forward to going to a car dealership to purchase a new truck, BUT, after going to Grainger Nissan, that all changed. They had the truck I wanted, the sale person, Chip Cecil was the best, and the deal went down without a hitch. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and NOT pressured.All dealerships should take lessons from Grainger Nissan!!!

It doesn't matter what you drive! These guys are the absolute best in Savannah, GA. Their young staff offer the most current and up-to-date information on all makes and models. Their sales staff are NOT a bunch of hungry sharks looking for the next sale. Their goals are to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Overall, A+ service.

The Staff ,Management and Service staff were so friendly and helpful. I took my car in for an oil change and new tires..they were fast, thorough and kept me informed of all my future car needs. I would recommend them even if you don't have a Nissan automobile...the big word was TRUST!! As a woman I can feel taken for granted when it comes to car service needs..I never felt that at Grainger Nissan..thank you for a wonderful experience.
