From the moment we stepped on the lot to driving out of the delivery bay, you'll feel appreciated and well cared for. Nick Petersen was amazing, he even took time to help us pair our phones to the vehicle and go over features and make sure we were comfortable! Just a great experience beginning to end! It was a seamless experience. I was just shopping for a CARGO VAN and ended up with a Mini Van. It took a short time to seal the deal and i was on the road with a gently used Caravan. It will serve my needs well. I thank the whole staff for being so efficient. I love my Dodge Caravan! Most recent 60,000 mile check on the Caravan: Great courteous service. Auto running like a race horse and many thanks to the Host driver for the ferrying!

Great experience!!Took my 18 year old ingor his first vehicle buying experience and we picked the right place for sure. From our sales guy to the finance manager to the GM, super friendly and positive. Was able to get our son into exactly what he wanted and we all left very happy. Plus we were doing a trade in, which was effortless thanks to these great guys. We will be going back for our next purchase

Save your money go elsewhere! Got tire rotation, day later had a flat. Discount found a huge gouge in the tire the dealership never informed us of. They also filled the tires with wrong PSI. Expected dealership to know better....thankfully Discount Tire knows how to check manufactur recommend PSI. Asked them to check shaking mirror they replaced once already. Was told it was $400 motor in mirror. You could clearly see the glass separating from the plastic. After speaking with a technician they refused to acknowledge it was anything else. After fixing the mirror elsewhere, it was only that...glass separating from mirror. Expected better customer service. This was after very standoffish customer service to start with and waiting from 10 am to 4:30 for it not to be done right. After we left dealership we had MORE work to fix than we went in with!

We purchased a 2015 Town & Country from 0, yesterday. O was helpful and dedicated in finding us a van. My husband is disabled; therefore, a van is necessary in more ways then one. Didn't appreciate being asked as soon as I drive onto the lot how I was going to pay for the vehicle I wanted to Look at. Asked about trade, down payment etc. Before i was even shown a truck. Won't go back or recommend

My girlfriend and I just bought a 2015 ram 2500 from Scott Heinsma, (funny dude). If it wasn't for him I don't know if we would have bought anything at that time. He worked hard for us to get us the deal we wanted. Sales manager Mike came out and talked with us as well and did everything he could to make the deal happen. They have restructured the service department, so Ill see how they are when I take our New Ram in for service. Thanks guys, we will buy there again.

DATE: January 4, 2005<br><br><br><br>We were looking at used cars just before New Years and found one we liked, on your lot, a 1997 Buick LeSabre Custom, Sedan, VIN #1G4HP52K0VH568103. We returned first thing Monday 12/3/05 and spent a couple of hours checking it out. We took it to a mechanic and drove it around. When we came back, we were ready to write a check for the car, when the sales manager told us it was sold. He said it had been bought and paid for over the holiday. Why didnt the salesman, Benjamin Higgs, know the car had already been sold before we spent all that time. Of coarse it was a nice car and a good deal thats why we were interested. . The salesman Ben was very apologetic and we do not blame him in any way it was his manager that told him it was sold.<br><br> I cannot believe you do not have better communication in your organization. What a disappointment for us and not a very good way to run a business.<br><br>In the past we have owned two Chryslers and a Dodge Caravan. We have always had our cars serviced at the dealer and have been happy, until recently. I do not appreciate being treated like a second class citizen as we were treated recently by your service department. We had a brake problem with the Caravan and got the run around to the tune of several hundred dollars only to be told the problem was not fixed.<br><br>In light of the problems with your dealership; I doubt we will be buying another car from you, in the future. <br><br>
