I was referred by a coworker/friend and bought a 2014 VW. The price was about $9000 less than I would have paid for the same vehicle elsewhere. The mechanical/body repairs are awesome. I had a slight issue with the controls for my rear windows and washer fluid, I took it to a dealer and they said the wires were reversed and some switches are broken, but they are not life altering if not fixed, so I'm keeping as is.

I just bought my vehicle this weekend from here! I had a great experience with the people and finding the perfect vehicle. The owner was very helpful and made sure I found what I needed. We bought a nice Dodge pickup with no hassle. We were able to make a deal over the phone, and when we got to the dealership the truck was everything we expected. Overall a very good buying experience.

This is a place I would highly recommend to others that are car shopping. It is a low stress environment, the owner and staff are easy to talk to, and you feel as if you are a person while there and not part of a pending sales quota requirement.

I've been a customer of Grays for about 15 years. I've recommended all of my family and my friends use their repair facility. Big repairs to very minor repairs have been incredible. Everyone has always been happy. This past September we were in the market to buy a car for my 16 year old daughter. We started off at all the big dealers just to see what she was interested in. Grays helped us find a used, 2013 Nissan Rogue at an incredible price. We got a great vehicle with less than 10,000 miles that should last her through college. They were forthright about the cars history. I am very pleased with Jim Gray and his facility and would give them 5 stars for the quality of vehicle and good service. One of my good friends saw our vehicle and visited the following week where they purchased a similar vehicle for their daughter. Very happy.

I'm always a bit guarded with used car dealers, but Grays helped me find the used truck I was looking for at the right price. They were forthright about the cars history and even about potential issues which all used cars inevitably encounter. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick, simple buying process and the fast turn around of the truck title. All in all, I am very pleased and would give them 5 stars for the quality of vehicle that I got at a bargain price with good service.
