Kathy is the best person I've worked with in the service department, I will stick with her! While I was in for an oil change, tire rotation and filter change, I was able to visit with Trina who has sold me both of my Acadia's and again I will stick with her. As they both not only care about their customer they work with us to get what works best for us and still make the sale for Green! I am glad I was introduced to Green back in 2014. Here is another example of how good they are to me. It's Friday afternoon, I am sitting at the high school, my Acadia will not start. I call Kathy, tell her what is going on so when I call my Brother-n-law I am able to tell him it sounds like the battery. He brings jumper cables, gets it running and I call Kathy, she tells me to come in she will fit me in! Who does that now days? Kathy does that's who!

The oil change was fine, but had told them about an issue with two of the new tires still losing air/nitrogen since we bought it from them, and all they did was fill them properly and said they weren't leaking. This happened previously and they put new air/nitrogen valve stems into the tires and those two never leaked since. They should have done this to all of them previously (instead of just the two) they will surely leak again now. Also they washed my car and it looked better before they washed it.

Had to wait at least 20 min. to get a trade price after a test drive. Mgr could have looked at our trade in while we gone. It looked like we were their only customer at the time. Mgr. seemed as though we had interrupted him. Salesman was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the vehicle. He did a great job explaining the features.

Green is not US military friendly. "One sale will not make or break my dealership" - Sales Manager. I was visiting from out of town saw a truck I liked online. Went thru MY bank, got the loan, insurance, and put down security deposit. Signed all paperwork. Was told there was a title issue being from out of state by Gordon. Then no calls were returned. Went to dealership to see what was going on. Asked to speak to a sales manager. After he admitted the title issue was BS, he stated "one sale will not make or break my dealership", that my signatures didn't match on my state ID and military ID, that "I could get a thousand of the same vehicles in my home state", was accused of attempting to fraud the dealership, and "one sale won't make or break my dealership" again as he folded his arms and leaned back in his seat. Was told someone from out of state with a military ID fraudulently purchased a car with a fake military ID a month ago. That he was "killing the deal" and wouldn't sell the vehicle. Finished the conversation with "one sale won't make or break my dealership." One might not but many will, the lack of integrity was unreal. Green does not care for the US military personnel that fights for their freedom. Spend your hard earned money somewhere more patriotic.

Trina was great to work with, I contacted her about a used truck and she got right back to me with a video of the truck. I passed on it, and called her about a new 2500HD, again she sent me a video of the truck. She answered all my questions about the truck quickly. I ended up buying the 2015HD, and I drove over 200 to do it. I was tired of the pushy dealers locally and was thrilled to buy from a sales person that didn't call and email me at nausium after an inquiry about a truck. My Experience with Green GMC / Buick is always a positive one. I had a 2015 Canyon which I really loved and hated to part with so soon but in order to be able to trailer a new recreation trailer I needed a new vehicle with a more conclusive adaption to my needs in towing over 1000 lbs comfortably. They made that happen for me and I am very happy even though a little sad to see my Canyon Go. They are a great ride also.

This was the first time I've used Green's service dept. It was for a recall replacement item. The service staff was all very helpful and and was able to get my Terrain fixed and was very accommodating while I waited. Suzanne was wonderful to work with and introduced me to John in the sales department who showed me a 2016 Terrain that I fell in love with. On Tuesday I will return to Green's to pick up my new beautiful 2016 Terrain Denali. So my first trip to Green's Service Dept ended up with me having a beautiful new car. You are all the greatest!!

I am on my 3rd GMC since 2004, my Yukon XL I put 286,000 miles on, my 2008 Yukon Denali ( I bought thru Green ) 207,000 miles which I traded into Green for my 2015 Duramax Denali Sierra on 4-27-15 , which I already have 28000 miles on. Green has always treated me fairly and expediently , do not see that changing, something else that will not change is my use of GMC products in my business. I grew up driving and racing Mopars, you come out with a sports car I'll drive it, but trucks have always been GMC, enen back in the 70's I had a GMC truck,3/4 ton 4 speed with the granny gear, a real power house, you keep making trucks and SUV's I'll keep buying them.

I brought our 2014 Terrain in for warranty service after losing partial engine power while on a vacation trip out of town. We had just started a trip to Missouri, but nearing Iowa City after 5PM, so we stopped our trip and called Green GMC. The service department advised us that the problem would reset by shutting down the engine and re-starting. They waited on the phone while we did that, then said we could safely return and bring the car in 7AM the next morning.When I got to the service department the next morning, Henry responded right away, checking the memory on the car's computer, and researching GMC's history of similar problems. After seeing that the problem would take quite some time, he brought me a loaner car so I could go ahead with my day's schedule, giving the service department time to make repairs. When they were finished, Henry called my cell phone and explained what they found. I returned the loaner car, expressing my appreciation for all the prompt action.Henry went above and beyond his required duties to assure that I was not inconvenienced any more than necessary.My thanks to Green GMC and especially Henry for the great response!I have told all of my close friends about the great service and will continue to do so.Jerry Bennett

I had purchased my last two vehicles from Green & was very satisfied with sales & service staff. So this time I shopped around at several different dealerships (at least 5 or 6) including Green. I was specifically looking for a 2014-2015 LaCrosse with low mileage (less than 15,000). Our salesperson at Green, Tracey Jurevitz, found just the car we were looking for. She went above & beyond what we expected in terms of customer service. We really appreciated her attention to detail, yet a no pressure attitude.

I was at Green Buick looking at cars an hour after they closed. While looking I had a salesperson come up to me as she is leaving in her car for the evening, she introduced herself and told me they were closed but she would be happy to assist me in anyway she could. This salespersons name was Tracey and she was awesome from the moment I met her. I came back on saturday, test drove the car and had the best experience ever with Tracey and everyone else I came into contact with. I ended up leaving with a beautiful car and one of the best experiences' that I've ever had at a car dealership. Kathy and Dustin in the business department were great as well!!!! I will definately buy another vehicle from Tracey in the furure and would recommend anyone to go there and see for yourself what a wonderful experience that you will have.

Looking for a compact SUV. We originally were considering used 2014 Chevy Captiva (not available new to consumers). Green Buick had a large selection of these vehicles to choose from. Mike Hawkes did a great job of showing us the several of these with the features we were looking for. We also wanted to compare ride/fit to a Buick Encore... I have to say we were very impressed with the quality, ride, and features of the Encore! Thanks to Mike H. for making this process smooth and painless. We took the Captiva off the consideration list and bought our new 2014 Encore, and are absolutely loving it! We marked down the 'buying process' to 4 stars, only because buying a car from ANYONE is a process... and, it looks like I should've waited a bit longer until the Black Friday sales, might've improved my final numbers a bit more? Still, this overall I give Green Buick GMC a solid 4.75 star rating, and would have no problem giving Mike Hawkes and Green Buick a big thumbs up recommendation!

I brought my '09 Corvette to Green for a transmission fluid change and wheel replacement on 9/5. I was told the car would be ready on 9/8 and sure did they deliver. Everything was completed on time and they even detailed the exterior of the car. I was told that my tire pressure sensors may need replacement (they have been used several winters and at 5 years old, were starting to show some wear) but was not pressured into buying new sensors. I appreciate this and will buy my new sensors from this dealership when Spring comes around. I have already recommended the Green family of dealerships to all my friends and one of them even bought a car from you guys. Great service!

Tracey Jurevitz assisted us through every step of our car buying experience. She is a total professional who is both considerate and has a wonderful personality. She took the time to listen to us without being pushy and all of our questions were answered. She is organized and we spent less than 2 1/2 hours at the dealership and this includes the test drive...signing the paperwork and them showing us how to operate all the "bells and whistles" on that car. They got us a good rate and took care of the financing. Tracey Jurevitz was our sales person and she was one of the most helpful, knowledgeable and non-pushy people that we have ever worked with. Although she is new at the job she answered all of our questions...took our information after we found our beautiful 2014 Buick Regal and when we went to pick the car up the next day..she had all if our paperwork ready, explained everything to us, showed us how to operate things on the car like HelpStar and had us in and out if the dealership in about an hour and a half. So we spent about 2 1/2 hours buying our car. WAS UNBELIEVABLE! We will definitely go to Greens and Tracey again when we grt our truck in the next year or two

Mr. Watkins The first time we meant up with him he was not pushy and ask us what we wanted. We told him and he called us back in a couple of days. When we went back he was not in so we went again. He had looked around and found what we might like to have. However, when we were not sure, because of sight unseen he came up with another idea. He went out of his way to see that we were happy and thus far we are extremely pleased. I would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to see what Bill can do for you.

I bought a 2014 GMC Sierra from one of the best salesperson that I have ever bought a new vehicle from, her name is Ann Anderson and it was a pleasure to deal with her. The trade that I did was a Yukon and in my mind this truck rides and out performs that Yukon in so many ways I couldn't began to list them all. The last trip it was on got a average of 23mpg with less than 5000 miles on the truck. GREAT is a real good word for this truck!! Buying this truck From Ann was a REAL pleasure!!

I had a great experience with Green Buick GMC on one of the coldest days of the winter. It was around -25F and everybody was bringing their car in because of the extreme cold. I was told that they were not sure if they could finish my service appointment by the end of the day, and advised that I come back the next day. At around 5:30PM, I call the dealership, and Todd says he may be able to finish my alignment before 7:30PM and he definitely delivered. My car now drives straight and better than before! I will definitely use this dealership in the future and will recommend it to all of my friends! I am currently having my '09 Corvette serviced by the Green Chevrolet location (over in East Moline) and so far they have been great, the manager even stayed late to accommodate my needs!Alex from Davenport Iowa

We went in with the need of a good commuter car, not too pricey, reliable, and within a certain price range. The process of buying and trading in my vehicle was smooth and with no problems whatsoever. They were ready to negotiate the price of my trade-in, clearly they wanted me as a customer. The car I bought from them was very clean, they even took us to the gas station and put some gas in it. Overall great experience. Oh, and did I tell you I live in northern KY and these guys are in Iowa, so if you are out of state buyer do not hesitate to buy from them. I worked with Rick and he was awesome and very friendly.

Very unprofessional. We went to look at a car was quoted a certain price with a printout from them. 2 wks later go back with the printout and now they dont want to honor the price I was quoted even with the paperwork from them in my hand. We can afford anything on their lot however the principle of the whole thing is never gonna let us spend a dollar at this lot. They say come down with the paperwork they will honor the price they quoted and now today its a different story. BAD BAD BUSINESS! Our cash we were ready to give them today is gonna be put in someone elses hand. We are ready to buy but not from them!!!!!

Called Dan on the used Buick and he was very helpfull in making the transaction possible over the phone. We live 100 miles from this Dealership and the drive was worth our time! The car was everything we wanted and more! He quoted a price for our trade-in over the phone without seeing our vehicle and when we arrived he gave us even more than expected because of the condition of our trade-in. I recently purchased a 2010 Silverado from Green in East Moline and it was a great experience. I was able to research the vehicle from their website and minimize the time spent at the dealership. Over the course of two visits and around 3 hours I test drove the vehicle and drove home with it. The staff was knowledgeable, I was not pressured to buy and my expectations were met to a high degree. I am not a fan of working with car dealerships, however, this experience was very positive.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Buick Enclave at Green Buick/GMC. We had been looking for several months to purchase a car and had contacted another dealer. We told friends we were having a problem finding what we were looking for and they told us to contact Ric Zillmer at Green Buick. Ric listened carefully to what we were looking for and then on his computer he immediately located six vehicles exactly like we had described from which we could make our selection. The price of each car was very similar to the best prices we had been given by other dealers. We really appreciated that there were no "games" on pricing or on the value of our trade-in or any high pressure to commit to buy immediately in order to get the best price. Ric introduced us to Jamie Green to spend time with us looking at a couple of the cars they already had on the lot and we went home to make a decision. We called Ric the next day with our choice and he arranged for Jamie Green to meet us when we picked up our new car. Jamie was very thorough in reviewing all the systems and features on the new car with us and made sure everything was set up exactly as we wanted. He introduced us to the service manager and other key persons on the staff and we found everyone to be very knowledgeable and friendly. In the first week we drove the new Buick for more than 600 miles and we are extremely pleased with our purchase. Everyone at Green Buick/GMC made this car purchase a very pleasant and outstanding experience.

Thanks to Trina & Sam we purchased a lovely Honday Odyssey from Green! My husband & I drove 5 hours from MN to work with Green!! The experience was fabulous! The kids love it and I love all the features! It was exceptionally clean, and obviously well cared for. We came with our 2002 Ford Exp. very good condition, a Texas vehicle, with only 82,000 miles on it. The purpose was to find a different 2nd car with front wheel drive,or 4x4 for grocery & grandkid hauling. We had already checked the Blue Book value and knew it should be around $5,975.00. We found a nice little 1997 GMC Jimmy with only 66,000 miles at $4,000. Decided to let them put some numbers down for us and see what happens. While they are taking down our info and and verifying info we are talking deciding how we think they will do this. We figured they would offer us only $5,000 for our Exp. then $2,000 from that would clear the lien. This would leave approx. $3,000 down on the other car and we would have to pick up any additional fees and charges maybe leaving a total due of $1,500 to $1,800, we would have then just wrote a check for the balance and drove home in a different car and they would have a nice EXP. that Blue Book said should sell for $7,500 and sold one of their used cars and got a little cash besides. How stupid were we! This is what they came back with. "Your car is worth $2,000 so with that and the balance of your lien it's a wash. Your payments on the GMC would be $160.00 on the $4,000 price tag. REALLY.....Our 2002 Ford is worth $2,000 less then their 1997 GMC..REALLY.....We would have preferred they just told us from the start after sitting down at the desk that they were not interested in doing business with us then go through all the show and be presented with an offer that just sounds to supid to believe they though anyone would accept. That was our experience with GreenBuick Auto.

I would like to start out by saying thank you so much to Trina Hayslett and Glenn Baker for your friendliness and care for customer's needs! My wife was looking to update a 1997 Dodge B1500 van that she uses to transport animals to no kill shelters. While looking around on the internet I came across Green Buick GMC and discovered that they had a van that was exactly what my wife was looking for. So I e-mailed from the website and recieved a response back from Trina Hayslett. In talking back and forth through e-mails, no matter what question I had or any information that I needed on the Van, Trina was rigt there with an answer. I can not thank her enough for that! So, to make a long story short, Trina had to miss some work and Glenn Baker stepped in to help Trina out. Glenn stepped right up and took full control helping my wife and I out with the test drive and then final paper work on the van. We went to Green on a Saturday just to see what was available. We found a Ford Freestyle that I really liked. Sam Schmidt was very helpful in answering our questions and let us take a test drive. We wanted to finance through our credit union, so a purchase agreement was written up to take to the bank on Monday. That afternoon, at home, I looked up the vehicle on their web site. It was listed there for $2,000 less than we were quoted. Monday morning my husband stopped in to show them their add, the lower price was honored and a new purchase agreement was printed up. When my husband dropped off the paperwork at the credit union, he was told that they could provide a better deal on the extended warranty. So, we had that removed from the PA. While at the credit union that afternoon, I had to call Sam to get the actual mileage to put on the warranty. The mileage was found to be 2000 lower than the numbers reported on the carfax and on their site. So, after all the running and phone calls, we were back at Green to finalize our purchase. Sam was very patient and friendly.

I am a very detail oriented shopper and was looking for certain options - all hard to find on one vehicle. I contacted this dealer through e mail expecting to get a response in a day or two. I had the response straight away. I had many questions and we had many e mails go back and forth. The sales person was also responding on her Black Berry device because once I got her on her lunch - wow was I surprised at this service. Within one day I had all the build sheets, carfax, additional information and all questions answered - very impressed. Ok - now to pricing. When I asked for thier best price no haggling I expected a drop of a couple of hundred. They really did give thier best price so I did not need to go back and forth. I had to make sure the wife liked the vehicle but we could not make it to the dealer for about a week. I put the car on hold for a small down payment - totally refundable if not satisfied. This is one thing our sales person stressed over and over. All is completly refundable if not 100% satisfied. She had all the paperwork sent right away including the bank wiring instructions. We drove clear across the state and when we got thier the car looked just as advertised - great. It was waiting out front and detailed to the point I could have done a white glove test on the engine. The sales person spent time with us on the test drive and explaing all of the features of the car. This was very helpfull because thier were options I was even unaware of or how to use. Follow up after the sale was fantastic. My wife was skeptical as to why we had to drive clear across the state to buy a car but she is totally convinced now and that makes us both happy travelers. This dealer is without a doubt "class act". I do not even have anything slightly negative - all is a 10. From our first contact to when we drove away - hands down the best dealer I have ever dealt with.

I visited this dealer to have my car serviced. Before the car was completed the dealer informed me that my navigation/radio system was missing from the car. They went on to tell me that by law they were not responsible for my loss and would be doing nothing to help me. This makes for my worst experience with any service department and leaves me very afraid to ever use this company again.Finnally made contact wirh a GM and things are starting to look forward.

We came to Green Buick and GMC looking for a new SUV type of vehicle. We had done a lot of research but hadn't made up our minds. Sam literally followed us around all of the construction to introduce himself and answer questions. He led us to the new Terrains; not one of our original choices. Sam told us he was new to the area and new at being a dealer. That being said, he either answered our questions or found out by asking somebody else. His honest approach was refreshing, not something one sees everywhere these days! My husband and I spent three days looking at cars in different locations, and came back to drive the Terrain (even though I was already sold on it!). Sam an I sat down and did all the paperwork. He then worked like a madman to get it ready for me to drive home. I love the Terrain! It how has a little over 2,000 miles. Sam was and is a delight to work with and has called to make sure everything is okay. Of course the fact that I'm a retired music teacher and he has extensive music background, didn't hurt as well! bought a extended mileage plus warranty from them with my car i bought from them a month later i went to get a full refund they said that was OK almost a year later i still havent seen my refund and by the way they charge $2500 for the extended warranty a lot of other dealerships only charge around $1500 thats why i wanted to cancel it in the first place they make commission off those warranties that's why they make it so hard to get your money back by the way i turned them in to the better business bureau.

I was taking my Mother around to look for a car for her. She is 82 yaers old and can be very trying at times. Green's was the first place that we stopped and Dan Anderson was the salesperson that came out to help us. You could not ask for a nicer, kinder more patient person. After test driving several cars and a truck, my Mother finally found a car that she liked and within her price range. Dan went out of his way to help us and even helped me with my car that I had bought at another dealer! I went to Green to look at a used car that seemed to be priced rather well for it's year and condition because I wanted a better car before winter set-in - they were very friendly and accommodating, and the sales representative that I worked with was even willing to go to work on her day off because that day was most convenient for me. The wait was a little long, but it was later during the evening...I bought the car and was overall satisfied with the service!

We came in just to browse at the enclave. Rico was very accomodating and informative and patient as we had 2 children with us. Green didn't have exactly what we wanted on site and both Rico and Sean worked very hard to locate another vehicle for us. They put forth a lot of effort and in the end we found exactly the vehicle we wanted at the price point we wanted and were able to drive it home the next business day. Everyone at the dealership was very welcoming and friendly. Overall we had a great experience and will be back when it's time to trade in our next vehicle.

I found two similar 2010 Honda Insights on cars.com and began negotiating with the dealerships via email. Both were aware that I was looking at two cars. Green GMC came back with the best offer on a trade in and dropped the listed price the most. Started negotiations on a Thursday, went and picked up the car the next evening. Green GMC stayed open late for me to pick up the car, Trina Hayslett was an incredible salesperson and everything went very smoothly other than the service department forgot to get the car detailed on the day I was to pick it up. Even that wasn't an issue as I have an appointment with them later on to have that done and I'll have use of a loaner car in the interim. Outstanding dealership! Outstanding salesperson! We had a great experience at Green. We worked with Trina and Evan and they were both very helpful. They worked very hard with us and for us to help us to get the vehicle we wanted. Trina even came in on her day off to close the deal to accomodate our schedule. Both Trina and Evan contacted us after the sale to be sure we were enjoying our new Ranier and to offer their help if we had any questions at all. I actually did go back a couple of days after we bought it, to get help with understanding some of the features and Trina was happy to help me with that. We would definately return to this dealership when we are in the market for another vehicle and will let our friends know of our positive experience.

This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience that My family and I have had. I will for sure be a repeat customer at Greens as long as this high level of professionalism continues.

I was thinking of a new pickup and stopped by Green G M C . It was to my amaxment that they had lots of trucks like I wanted !! My hardest choice was what color !! My salesman was Tom Baxter and was very helpful in my choice ! Since I choose black suggested paint protect and was good idea! We went to the dealership on an extremely busy Saturday afternoon. We were greeted warmly and began the process. After a test drive of a 2011 GMC 2500,we began the negotiation on price and trade in value. We were treated with respect and after some give and take, we agreed on a deal that both sides were satisfied with. Curt Early on the finance side was able to get us financing that exceeded our expectations. We were then shown the vehicle top to bottom. I have bought at least 10 vehicles over the years and never has a salesman took such time and attention to detail. Jamie Green and Curt Early did a great job!

The experience I had at Green Buick was second to none. The employees are polite, conscientious, efficient and customer oriented. I have recommended Green Buick GMC to several of my friends as they look at new new 2012 LaCrosse. At other dealerships, time is wasted, but at Green, they completed the buying process with no stress to me and I was out driving my new car within an hour and a half! Awesome!

Dan "helped" us in our struggle to decide between a $3000 car for my 16 year olds birthday and a $30,000 car for us. He was kind and honest helpful with outside of Green options and in the end we felt comfortable with the $30,000 descision. I know have 2 people in the car world I trust: Dan Anderson and my mechanic Gary (not at Green). Though we have purchased previous vehicles from this location, under another dealership name, this is the first time we have done business with Green Buick GMC and have to say the experience was very positive. The entire staff there is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Glenn rode with us on a test drive and fully explained all features of the 2012 GMC Terrain we were looking at( we had also looked at the 2011) ,and, before leaving the dealership, we purchased it by lease agreement thru GM(Ally). They worked quickly and efficiently to get the deal closed to our satisfaction. A quick trip to the service department to get any questions we had answered, but, which we are already very familiar with since we have brought our other cars in for service here in the past. The new car was washed and waxed and gas tank filled and with a few more explanations of the cars options and setting up of the personal available features with Glenn's help , we were on our way in about 3 hours. We are very please both with our experience there and our new 2012 GMC Terrain. We are and have been loyal GM owners(Buick,Pontiac,Chevy) for many years and do not see that changing.Thanks to the "Green team" for a postivie experience.

I had been to a couple of dealerships before going to Green but all they were worried about was selling a car right then and there. When I went to Green that was totally different. Audrey Leigh took time to try and find a vehicle that I would like. She didn't try to pressure me in to anything. She wanted me to be happy and wanted to help me find the right vehicle for me! Besides that the other dealers I visited weren't nearly as knowledgable or as friendly! She worked hard to make sure I was happy and got what I wanted and in the end that's what really matters!

Purchased from Green Buick GMC, a used Mitsubishi 3000 GT, as stated by sales person Trina and manger (Josh) himself, that vehicle was previously owned and driven by (Josh) the manager and that is sound and clean. They provided lots of maintenance records for the car (timing belt and water pump replaced within last 2000 miles), certified low millage, immaculately clean engine compartment, and vehicle was clean inside and out. After purchasing a vehicle and driving it home (150 miles), there was a antifreeze leak, and within next 200 miles timing belt skipped and engine was destroyed. Dealership just pointed the finger to the shop that replaced the belt and pump, and said that vehicle was sold as is. Pretty shady crew working there, unloading personal cars that they know are bad.I would never by a car from Green Buick GMC again, but I will at Lujak`s Auto Plaza (4 cars from Lujak`s and never a problem).

He did an outstanding job of describing the ins and outs of the vehicles and making sure he thoroughly explained all the functions and features. From the time my wife and I walked into the dealership we felt comfortable and never pushy to make a decision. Ricardo did a great job looking for the appropriate vehicle that met our criteria. After a couple visits I made a decision to buy and the negotiation process was fair. The vehicle I purchased was priced right and they gave me what I wanted for my trade-in. I feel it was a win for me and hopefully for the dealership. Even when it needed some repairs to fix some mechanical problems they were very accomodating.I would recommend anyone to buy a used car from Ricardo.

Don Anderson was friendly, helpfull and understanding of my needs when I purchased a used Dodge Pick-up. I had a problem with it three days after the purchase and he and the dealership split the cost of the repairs (which they did not have to do) which I thought was very fair.

I have purchased several cars over the years, and have NEVER had as pleasant an experience as I did with Ricardo at Green. He really is a rare find in a salesman. From the moment we started talking I knew we were going to be well taken care of. I'm a "get in, make a deal, and get out" kind of girl. I do a TON of research on the vehicles I have my eye on ahead of time and don't mess around when it comes to negotiations. With Ricardo, it wasn't "What will it take to get you in this car?", it was "What can I do to make you happy?". If Ricardo didn't know the answer to a question, he didn't pretend to know and guess. He always searched for the answer first before answering. That earned my trust. He made sure I was well-informed and comfortable before moving on. It was nice to feel like I could talk to him without worrying that ANYTHING I said could be used against me in the negotiation process. You don't have to be a 30 year car sales veteran to make a sale. It's my belief that if you follow the Golden Rule and treat others the way you would treat yourself, the doors of opportunity will always be open and people will continue to trust you with their business. I know Ricardo didn't make a mint off my purchase, but, by the time we left, you wouldn't have been able to tell whether he sold me a Pinto or a Porsche. Thanks for a great experience, man!

My husband had been searching for a Chevrolet Tahoe for about the last three months. He went to Green Chevrolet in Davenport, Iowa where he met Tony Garcia. We were still shopping around and my husband did tell me he found one at the dealership. We went to the dealership Saturday afternoon and after taking the vehicle for a test drive with Kevin in tow. I was very impressed with the condition of the vehicle and the way it handled. We returned to the dealership at which time time we were able to work a deal with Tony and the manager. Kevin took all of my information for the credit check and Curt serviced the financial portion of the deal. I can honestly say it was one of the most pleasurable experiences I ever had. All three men were very kind, personable and took the time to explain all the details associated with purchasing the vehicle to include explaining the details of our option to purchase an extended warranty, which we felt was needed. Everything was explained in detail and we never felt like we were a burden to the assisting staff. Next to purchasing my home, I have to say this was the best experience involving a purchase I've had in a very long time. Fromt the minute I made my first phone call to this dealership, I was treated with the utmost courtesy. Ricardo was friendly, personable, and helpful. He spent a considerable amount of time researching the best possible options for me and my financing. He was able to secure an amazing interest rate for me and kept in constant contact with me to update me on his progress. My wife and I recently purchased a 07 Yukon Denali from Green. I have to admit this is the best car buying experience we have had so far... and I buy a lot of vehicles! I actually bought this truck the day after a heavy snowfall, the employees were still cleaning the vehicles and lot when I arrived. Audrey was very helpful and friendly... didnt mind standing out in the cold to clean the snow off the truck and go over the entire truck with me! She also didnt pressure me whatsoever which is something I take into consideration when buying a vehicle. There were a few things that needed fixed on the truck when I bought it... Audrey was very helpful and responsive to all my questions and concerns... mostly through email as that is my prefered way of contact. Curt was very helpful is the finance dept as well... he worked to get us a great intrest rate and got the payment right where we wanted it... I mean down to the penny! I had to beat him up a little on the warranty but in the end I think we both agreed it was fair for all! Paul in service was very helpful and really knows his stuff! He had all of my warranty issues fixed and fixed right the first time! Probably the best experience I have had with a service dept ever! I wish they were a little closer to where I live because I wouldnt go anywhere else for service! I really LOVE this Denali and our experience at Green was so good I dont think we will buy another vehicle from anyone else except Green from here on out! I originally contacted the dealership based on an internet search for a preowned Dodge Caliber. The response was quick but unfortunately the vehicle I inquired about had an offer on it. However the salesperson, Rich Perry, took the time to ask about what vehicles and options would interest me and lined up an alternative they were taking in on a trade(He did this through email and void of a high pressure approach). I made an appointment for a test drive and bought it on the spot. It was a local, one owner, PT Cruiser with low miles and all the service records, options I wanted and at a highly competitive price. The whole transaction from contact to keys took about 3 days. That was in November and I'm extremely pleased with my Cruiser and recommend both Rich Perry and the dealership without hesitation.

As soon as we walked in the door Audrey was very helpful and answered all of our questions with an honest answer, if she did not know the answer she was honest and said that she did not know but was more then willing to get an answer for us. She brought all of the information about the car we were interested in before we even asked for it. My wife really liked that she stayed with us the entire time of our wait for a loan approval. We also liked that at no time did she try to pressure us into anything we did not like or show interest in, she just layed all options out for us to compare and make a decision on. I have purchased 6 cars and 3 motorcycles from dealers and Audrey rated right at the top of all of our experiences so far. All of the staff that we worked with at your dealership were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. We will for sure make your dealership one of our first stops for our next vehicle purchase.

They were very friendly and explained every detail of my purchase/lease options and all the new options that were different on my new acadia from my 07 acadia. They met the price I felt comfortable with and handled my purchase very quickly and efficiently. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from Tom Baxter. He is easy to work with and very knowledgable. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him. The service department is also another reason I purchased my car there. The service department and Henry Traum are one of the best. I have used them in the past for my other vehicles I have purchased there. I've never had a bad experience with Green Buick, Tom Baxter, Henry Traum or the service department. I would recommend them to anyone.

He saidwe will work with you and see what we can do. In the meantime, Mr Baxter showed me a vehicle that was acceptable. With in 24hrs the deal was agreed to. My son and I was driving through the car lot and Rico was walk around. We stopped and asked him if he had any car 6000 or lower. He was great dealing with. Very friendly. We ended up buying a car from him. He stayed with us through the whole process and had our new car ready to go home with us. We had one more place to check out. She offered options during the purchase process but respected my decisions. Chris Green was also very friendly and professional. This was one of the best car purchase experiences that I have had. Richardo had the vehicle waiting for us when we arrived. He greeted us politely & was very kind to our children. Through the entire process he kept us updated on what the status was and offered us conveniences to help keep the children entertained. The price of the vehicle was within what we were willing to accept & there was a limited amount of back and forth to arrive at that amount. Eric that worked in finance was very outgoing & polite as well. We were very happy with the vehicle & with the service that was provided.

We feel he worked to insure seller and buyer were satisfied with the outcome of his hard work. We especially like his approach for showing the details of the vehicle (seat controls, on star, gages, etc. etc). Trina became involved in the final stage of the transaction, providing additional customer service. At this point we will recommend the dealer and Duncan to friends and family who are interested in a new vehicle. Recently purchased a Buick Rendezvous with the help of Tommy Baxter. After having a baby, we decided we needed more of a family car. I called Tom and told him I was looking for a "Mom car" and two days later I drove away in my new car! He made everything very easy for us- and quick which was what I was looking for. As a new Mom I didnt have the time to really shop around and I knew I could trust his advice. I gave him information about my trade in over the phone and he had all the paperwork ready for us when we picked up the Buick. He even purchased us a Hawkeye outfit for the baby!! I HAVE recommend this dealership to several friends, and Saturday a friend, bought a a Cadillac from Greene. I have been very happy with the service on my Cadillac DeVille and have purchased two Cadillacs previously from Trina Hayslett, who assisted my friend in her purchase. I will have Trina assist me when I purchase my next Cadillac - when I am ready to buy she knows what I want in a car, she finds the best vehicle available and gives me a fair price. I DEFINITELY will purchase from Trina again. When my vehicle needs service, Todd (especially), Henry, Paul and the other service technicians are GREAT to deal with. My car is fixed quickly, and the work is always satisfactory. The one time it was not, (turn signal was loose) the car was IMMEDIATELY fixed to my satisfaction. My Father was a mechanic and he said that Keady's (now Greene) did good work.

We have only lived in Iowa for past 3 years after being in other states for 33 years, but normally buy Buicks and always GM products. Dealing with a new auto dealer can be a trying experience , but we couldn't have been more pleased with the treatment we received. We never have had such a thorough explanation of the features of a new car we purchased previously.

It was about 4:45 Pm on Wednesday 11 Aug 2010 and I drove onto the Green Buick car dealership in my 1997 Nissan Sentra. It had, lets just say, a few issues but I was still given a descent trade in I was approached by Rich Perry and without a thought of the scorching heat Rich spoke to me about the cars I thought I wanted and then he directed me to a 2009 Toyota Corolla because he knew it was the car I needed. Rich took me to his office, done some checking with my credit and worked out a deal to be presented to the finance manager Curt Early. That was when I took a deep breath because it had been 13 year since I had last purchased a car so I thought I wouldnt hear anything back until the end of the week. Well, little did I know that the financing, title transfer, license transfer, basically everything accept insurance is handled by the car dealership. When Curt called me in for signing the purchase agreement my APR and monthly payment was one thing but because Curt is an over achiever I was called 12 Aug 2010 and he had found an even better APR and lower payments. Curt was the gift that just kept on giving. By 7 or 8ish I was driving off into the sunset in my 2009 Toyota Corolla and what a way to spend a dinner hour. I have told everyone Ive about the Green Buick GMC experience and I am attending a family/friend outing tomorrow and will do a complete commercial. Thanks be to God and to Green Buick GMC.

After looking on the internet and then finding the car I was looking for 150 miles from my home.I then called Trina and we talked and she inspected the car called me back and gave me info, all the information she gave me was accurate and I do appreciate that. We were pleased with the experience at the dealership and also with the help we were provided with with the Sirius radio. Perhaps we should have been given a car with at least 1/4 of a tank of gas the low fuel light was on but were given directions to a gas station that was close.I also appreciated that the dealership is dog friendly.Each and every person I encountered was friendly and helpful.I would recommend this dealership to others.I would not hesitate to drive the 2 1/2 hours again to purchase another vechile from Green Buick and Trina Haysleet.

There were 2 reason we have sdwitched dealers. The former dealer's service personnelseldom seemed to appreciate our many years of business . We were never greeted with a smile or a "how are you"?" Our daughter purchased a car from Tom Baxter 10 yrs. ago and she was always pleased with the personnel at the service center. Todd Woods is the person she calls for her appts.We have known Tom when he first began selling cars. He helped me turn in mylease car and I purchased a 2008 G6. A few days later we purchased a new 2010Sierra. My husband is handicaped and Tom helped him find the truck for which he was looking and also helped him with details of operation OnStar,etc. We are very pleased with all aspecets of purchasing vehicles from Tom.

Over all good costumer service. Got a good trade and even went back to pick up something I forgot in the traded vehicle. The car I purchased has a very comfortable feel and has alot of bells and whistles. The staff treated me very well and made sure I had all the information I needed for the vehicle purchased.

Ricardo was very helpful on our first visit to Green on Saturday, the 17th of July. My daughter and I test drove 3 cars that day. I came back with my husband on Wednesday, the 21st and Glen helped us out. He was great! He gave us all the details on the Durango we were interested in, looked up the car facts, and did the same with our trade in. He came up with several options for add ons and payments and stayed late to close the deal. He took us over to the service department and got us set-up with the preferred owner program and explained all the perks. He helped us clear all of our personal belongings out of the trade in.(I hadn't planned on making the purchase that evening and had not done this at home.) Curt, the finance man, was very pleasant and helpful as well and we kept him late too. Glen set up our appointment for the xzilon protection and called with different options for arranging to drop off the durango and pick up a rental. The gentleman handling the rental was wonderful. I will be having my oil changed at your dealership because I was so impressed with the entire staffs friendliness and the positive and prompt service I received. I am sorry to say that in the past, a dealership is not a place I tend to look forward to visiting. The people at Green have changed my expectations and I look forward to our continued relationship. I know people are more apt to relay any negative experiences they might have, but I am very happy to give you this positive feedback.

Late on a very hot, muggy Saturday afternoon, Glenn was the essence of patience as we looked at several vehicles. He said he was there for us as long as we needed him, which impressed us. We did end up buying a 2011 Buick Enclave and have been very happy with it. Glenn had helped me previously even though I didn't buy a vehicle at that time, he was very nice and didn't make me feel bad that he had gone to that effort to help us, which is why I asked for him this time. We have taken our cars to this dealership since 2005 when we bought a Buick and a Cadillac. We have been very impressed with the quality of the service department and the friendliness of the people we've dealt with.

I was unhappy with the high pressure attitude, not being allowed to test drive the vehicle for longer than 15 min. with a salesman present. I wanted to sleep on the decision but was talked out of it. the salesman was concerned about was moving a vehicle. He stated several times that that was Green's philosphy, 'to move vehicles'. After i was finally given a moment alone to express my concerns regarding the vehicle/financing/etc. with my spouse, we agreed to the sale. With that said, upon agreement of the sale everything from there went smoothly. The actual transaction went smoothly and Tom was helpful in weighing all our financing options. The mention many times over to fill out this survey too was too much.

This was my first time purchasing a car, either from an individual or a car dealership. I was concerned about being treated with respect and honesty. At Green's I was greeted and put at ease immediately. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and Chris Green was extrememly helpful in assisting me to find a vehicle with the features I needed, and in the price range I had available. I felt no pressure to have to purchase without feeling completely comfortable and informed. I did take time to check out some other vehicles at other local dealerships. They could have explained the extended warrenty better, we felt we were overcharged because we thought everything was included in one price and the gap ins. was an extra $600.

I went to Green GMC after seeing a car online. The car was exactly the way they described it online. Glenn was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took me on different types of roads so that I could get a feel of how the vehicle would drive. He showed me the carfax report and the 125 point inspection performed by the dealer to ensure the car was in excellent condition. He is a great salesman, who listens to his customers and does not pressure them into making a decision. This was my first time purchasing a new car. It was a great experience and I love my new car!

Five years ago we purchased a vehicle from John Keady Dawson who was just bought by Green. We looked for a car at several dealerships prior to going to Green. Ricardo came out to meet me the first day I was there and was very professional, friendly and informative. The car lot had the car we wanted, but if it they would not have, Ricardo offered to see if their Illinois location would have had one. The dealership is located very close to my home. I found it to be quite clean and the salesmen very friendly. They showed me many vehicles and tried to find what I was looking for and what suited my needs.I wanted a new car and I wanted a specific color with lesther seats. They did not have one on the lot so they did a search and found one many miles away. They soon had the car on location and I was most pleased with it. I would say they "bend over backwards" for me!!

I was in the market for a good cheap work truck, nothing fancy. I had been searching web sites for some time and found a few that seemed to be what I was looking for spread across four dealerships. Three of the dealerships that I visited had salesman who didn't seem very intersted in showing me any of the vehicles features and asking them for a test drive was like asking someone to help me move to a third floor apartment. Two didn't even know anything about the vehicles themselves, getting things like engine size and mileage wrong. One couldn't even tell me if the vehicle was sold or not, after waiting for 30 minutes I just walked out (turns out they do still have it, to bad for them). Then I stopped at Green Buick/GMC. At first I wasn't looking at the truck I ended up purchasing, it had way more than I needed as far as features and frankly the list price was a little above my price range. Dave Arnold however was eager to show me everything about it and it was nice. I couldn't resist asking what their bottom dollar price would be. Imagine my surprise when the negotiated price for a loaded 4X4 was less then what others were asking for a stripped down 4X2 work truck, the price fell well within my range. Being cautious however I wanted to go through the truck from top to bottom, take it on a few test drives, and really make sure that the price wasn't to good to be true. Mr. Arnold stood by me every step of the way answering every question, getting under the truck, in the engine bay, and never once did he make me feel like I was asking to much. He worked hader to sell me a vehicle that cost less than $5000 then any of the salesman I have bought new vehicles from and I will be seeing him again soon.

I recently bought my first vehicle from Green Buick GMC and was very surprised at how easy and painless the whole procedure was. As soon as I arrived, Tony Garcia came out to welcome me and ask me if there was anything in particular I was looking for. He got keys for me to take a vehicle for a test drive and was up front and told me everything about the vehicle inside and out. He was completly honest about any damage to the vehicle and went out of his way to make sure it was detailed to perfection before I took it home. He never tried to push me into purchasing the vehicle and trated me like a king before we parted ways. Next time I'm purchasing a car, he will be the first salesman that I offer my business to and I will be sure to send anyone looking for a car his way!!!

Rich was very helpful from the moment we arrived on the lot. The vehicle we were looking at had just recently arrived and did not have a price or description (number of miles, etc.) and he was very forthcoming about the vehicle. He promised to give us a good price for the vehicle and delivered within our parameters. He was also very personable and identified with our need to have a good vehicle for our purposes that met our expectations and ability to pay. All of the people we met, from Rich to the office manager, to the finance person, to the employee who washed the car before we took delivery, treated us cheerfully, respectfully, and enthusiastically. Our entire experience was great and we happily recommend that people come to this dealership for like treatment.

I purchased a used Cadillac Escalade from Trina Hayslett at Green Buick GMC. It was a very good experience! Because I live 35 miles away, most of the up front communication was done by E-mail, including a ballpark estimate for my trade in. By the time we finally meet together, we were able to agree on the sale without too much pain. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and respect shown by the entire Green staff. The introduction and tour of the service department made me feel like I was important and that by my future business and satisfaction was truly important.

I just bought a used 06 Chevy Colorado from salesman Tom Baxter and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Tom took real good care of me and didn't waste no time jacking around like most would because I'm a young buyer. He ran my credit check and got my info no problem and everything on his part was done within minutes. I would give a full rating of 5 stars but the financing department could have been quicker finalizing the closing papers. My experience was overall excellent and will do my future car buying from Green Buick GMC!!!

We felt that Rich gave us the time to think about our purchase. It wasn't pushy and had the answers that we were looking for when he was asked. We arrived with one model of car in mind and he showed us the other options that were available and gave us the time to test drive them. Ultimately after 3 weeks of ownership we are still completely satisfied with the choice we made. Everyone at Green made us feel comfortable and would do business there again.

To Whom it may concern,This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Green. We are pleased with the overall buying experience we have had for all 3 of our vehicle purchases. During this last vehicle purchase i would of appreciated more information on the extended warranty options that are available for the vehicle i purchased. i will eventually buy an extended warranty for this vehicle. but, didn't feel comfortable with the information and pricing of the extended warranty at the time of the purchase.

Trina is a perfectionist when it comes to providing the perfect car car for her customers. She listens carefully and finds exactly the car that you are looking for and then she takes care of every little detail before delivery. An example would be that the date was a day off on the dash display and she corrected it without even being asked to do so.Trina doesn't waste your time with cars that are "close" to what you want. She finds exactly what you want before she calls you. She treats used car customers the way that you would expect to be treated if you were buying a new car. When you can finally afford that new car, you will remember her and go back to her to buy it.I would expect a dealership like Green to provide a female salesperson for those of us who aren't comfortable buying a car from a male. When Green hired Trina, they couldn't have made a better choice. If you, too, prefer working with a female salesperson, or if you just want a salesperson who is detail oriented, you will be doing yourself a favor if you let Trina find your dream car. She will have Greene check your used car out, repair what is needed and you will drive away with a car that you can depend on.

I have purchased my last three vehicles from this dealership, all through Tom Baxter. When I first purchased a vehicle from Tom, I had arrived at the dealer showroom very upset by how I'd been treated by other dealerships. I feel that many dealerships tend to take advantage of a single woman in the process of buying a vehicle. I'm sure Tom must have wondered what I was so angry about, but he proceeded to treat me with respect and was never condescending. I bought a vehicle from him that very day. Since then, with every vehicle I've purchased I spent a lot of time shopping various dealerships online but in the end, always came back to Green Buick GMC, mostly because of the working relationship Tom and I have developed. I trust him, and whenever I've had an issue of any kind I've been able to take it to him. He would then do everything in his power to assist in resolving it. And to top it off, his sense of humor is terrific and makes buying a car fun. I would strongly recommend him as a salesperson.In addition, I would like to put in a word about the Service Department. Excellent! In particular, Henry has always been extremely helpful and professional. When I foolishly had purchased an "after market warranty," Henry went to all lengths to communicate with that company in order to make the warranty work. His friendliness and personal service really speak well for the dealership.

I had the opportunity to purchase my 2007 Cadillac Escalade in December 2009. Curt Early handled all the financing so the process was smooth, quick and exceeded my expectations. Glenn Baker took the time to show me all the options and features of my new purchase. He was patient with me as all the options were overwhelming at best!My experience with the service department also exceeded my expectations. I have referred several people to Green Buick GMC and will continue to do so.

My husband, son, and my experience at Green GMC was great. The helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable saleperson, Tom Baxter and the financial personal Curt Early made purchasing our used pickup very easy and smooth. The price seemed to be fair. New tires were put on vehicle and cleaned inside and out as per the agreement by the time we came to pick up the next day. Excellent service. Happy customers.

Tom was fantastic in helping me get the car of my dreams. Although he had the best price, I just give you a good rating on price because I think all cars are overpriced. When I paid $25,000. for my first house in 1980 and $60,000. for my fifth car in 2010 tells me something is wrong here, but overall everyone was very helpful and friendly.
