I got just what I wanted. sales person worked very hard and did meet my needs. dealer trade was performed very quickly, and the sales person made it very easy to get my new car. She even delivered it to me, so I wouldn't miss work.

I have no complaints as to the overall experience from beginning to delivery. Everything went pretty much as anticipated. Just a couple of suggestions: 1. Initial test drive I would not automatically have the salesperson ride with the customers. If there are questions or concerns, then offer to ride along and answer or clarify as needed. 2. When negotiating the price or in our case the payment amounts show how these figures are derived.

I drove a Hyundai Tiburon for 13 years. It was a great car but I needed four doors for the kids. Settled on a Hyundai Elantra GT. Went with the package that adds the 17" rims and sport tuned suspension. I love the car and it was really nice working with Green Family Hyundai. Everything was easy and pleasant and they even brought in a blue GT for me, since I really liked that color.

The service was horrible. It's was definitely one of the most unprofessional deals I have ever been in. Jeff Appleman was the rudest one out of them all. After finding a car that I would be okay with I told them I would be back the next day with my mentor(who is a pastor) to look over things before I make the final purchase. When asked why I wanted to wait I told them because I wanted an outside eye looking over the deal because I was not fully educated on everything. Jeff looked at my like I was stupid & said a rude unnecessary comment about how my pastor passes around a collection plate for money. After that I was pretty set on not getting a car from there. But due to family that worked at the dealership I returned. My car was advertised to have the blue link in it & I was told I'll be shown how to use it before I left the lot but after I bought the car I was told my car did not have the capability. When I called Jeff about it the next morning he told me I was lying. &if I wanted help with my problem I would have to stay in town longer (which was an issue because I was on leave from the Air Force) which he did not seem to care about & he didn't bother to help me until I came in to return the car & demanding my trade in back. EXTREMELY Unprofessional & I would not recommend it!!!!

Our experience at Green Hyundai was most satisfactory. I have purchased a dozen or so cars over the years, and this was the most pleasant, positive experience I've had. The sales person, Franziscka, was outstanding. She was friendly, informed, and a good listener. I felt she truly wanted to find the right vehicle for us, and she did. She also worked to make the price right. It was reassuring to see Josh in the service department as I have worked with him at a previous dealership. I highly recommend Green Hyundai.

My salesperson at Green Hyundai was Doug Kenyon and he was wonderful. He didn't try to push me into a different direction he let me choose the base model I was interested in and he was so great to work with. My experience at Green Hyundai was excellent. I had originally wanted a Chevy Malibu, but no one even ever came out to greet me at the Green Chevy in East Moline. Not good! So my nephew told me Hyundai's were better so I went to Green Hyundai and everything went absolutely smooth. It was a great experience. Unfortunately, Rob Azbell, my salesperson, is no longer with Green Hyundai. He was a very nice young man. The Service Department was great! I look forward to my maintenance being completed at the facility. I am totally satisfied.

My only complaint is that the guy in the financial room was not kind and was VERY pushy to me...I did not like even sitting with him for paperwork but I had to...I financed through my bank and not through them and I don't know if this upset him or what but that part of my experience was not plesent!

Made a quick phone call and within 2 hours I had a car bought. I made multiple phone calls between two other dealerships over the course of a week and came to a stand still with both of them on price. My husband told me to make one more call to Green Hyundai just to make sure we getting a good price. Patrick answered the phone I told him exactly what car I wanted. He called me back 10 mins later as promised with a GREAT price on the car. Hours later I was driving home in my new Hyundai Sonata. Patrick was quick and knowledgeable on filling out the paperwork. The service manager was very nice and thoughtful as well when I bought all weather mats. I will call Patrick in a few years when I decide to trade my Sonata in.

It was saturday august 15th when I went down there with the doubt of even getting financed in the first place. I was looking at a couple of newer vehicles. The truck that I originally went to look at had been sold several days prior, but was on the website the night before. So i had another car i was looking at. They pulled it up, we went for a test drive. Patrick did a great job of explaining everything to me and helped link everything when purchase was complete. When we got back paula let me know i was financed and we finished paperwork. I just didn't understand y the price higher than some competitors. I didn't have a chance to negotiate. Overall my experience was great and I'm happy I was able to get my new car.

Our salesman, Patrick, was excellent and other salesmen in the showroom were friendly. Our experience with the financial manager, on the other hand, was less than pleasant. Besides trying to push additional products onto us (which in all fairness is to be expected), he submitted paperwork to the state of Illinois with incorrect purchaser information listed, so my car is no longer MY car, and instead of offering to correct the error, even if it would cost the dealership, he blamed the salesman, even though I sat in his office and clearly made it known that it was MY car and that I was in charge of all decisions on its purchase. Not to mention the problems he gave us because we wanted to use the lending institution we have been banking at for 40 years, which required us to go offsite, instead of using one of the dealership partners. I would recommend Patrick Sharp as a salesman to any one looking for a vehicle. If, however, I were forced to deal with Rick Eckstein again, I might consider going to another dealership.

I was greeted when I stepped out of the car. However, the lady that helped me wasn't the best. There was very little excitement as to helping the customer, even after I told her about the poor service at their Green-Chevrolet location. I would NOT recommend this dealership to someone. This was one of the poorest car experiences that I've ever had.

As soon as I walked in the door, Matt Bohler met me and we hit it off right away. After asking what I MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN, he drove up an elantra and let me test drive it...and I later took it home overnight and bought it the next day. I've been very pleased with it and even got 40 mpg on a recent trip to Waterloo and back. The only set back is the poor reception for AM radio stations. Lawrence Mayer

This was my first time buying from a Dealership, I chose Green Family Hyundai because my brother purchased a vehicle from them a while back and had a great experience. I had an AWESOME buying experience. Green Family has a huge variety of new and used vehicles to choose from. Shawn explained all the car features as well as differences in pricing and really helped me get the best value! After I chose my vehicle Travis (the finance manager) helped find me the best possible interest rate and did a very good job explaining everything. After my purchase was finalized, Shawn showed me how to link my phone to the bluetooth as well as explained various other features. I would highly suggest everyone visit Green Family Hyundai for their next vehicle purchase. I originally went there to test drive a Chevy Cruze and ended up buying a Hyundai Sonata!

I have given this rating based on two people I dealt with at Green Family Hyundai. Nathan Collier the salesman and Josh Park in finance. I couldn't have had a better sales rep. He was nice, polite and not pushy at all. I believed him to be honest which is hard to say about some of the other car dealers I had been to. I had sold my car quicker than anticipated so I was out hitting all the car dealerships to purchase a car with a set price. If they couldn't match it then I didn't deal with them. I had talked to Nathan on the phone before so I dealt with him with I hit his place. He right away showed me a car that was in my price range and I loved it. He is the greatest and nicest salesman I have had in a long time. Josh also was so easy to talk to and was very very polite with me. I would rate Nathan and Josh a #10 and would recommend anyone to go to Green Family Hyundai and see Nathan!!!!!!!!!!!

The reason I give the five star rating is because, from the moment i called about a vehicle i was interested in to the moment i walked out with the vehicle the process was so smooth. Nathan Collier was and excellent, no push salesman. He made me and my wife feel comfortable with our purchase. He went out of his way to help us get what we wanted. We had been to three different dealerships and each had low balled us on our trade, but this dealership was honest and up front and told us what they would give us for our vehicle and gave us a great deal. I have already recommended others to Nathan collier, and will definetly go back to purchase another vehicle when that time comes. My experience at Green Hyundai was a very good one. The main reason for that was the courtious way I was treated by their salesman Ryan "Petey" Peterson. Buying a truck is not something I do everyday so it can be a little nerve racking. Petey helped to make it as comfortable as possible. He worked hard to take care of me and that really helped. I would highly reccomend he and Green Hyundai for your next car buying decision. You will be glad you did.

my experience at this dealership was excellent. the salesperson, eddie botello, was knowledgeable and very helpful in my decision as to which model and what features i eventually chose. he impressed me, and also my wife, as being very straightforward and honest as we worked toward a final deal that we both could be happy with. the santa fe sport/turbo that we bought is a car that i'm sure we are going to be extremely pleased with. the car is solid, well appointed, exudes quality and is also very attractively designed. i would definitely recommend green family hyundai and eddie botello to any of my friends. as a side note..when my wife drove to the dealership to meet me and eddie, she said a front tire was very low on air. eddie had the service department check it and they discovered it had a nail puncture. missy bowker, service rep, had it repaired at no charge to us. a first-class dealership with wonderful people to work with.

Petey met us at the door with a hand shake and greeting. Petey showed us everything that we described to him that we were looking for. Travis was amazing putting everything in perspective, giving us advice so we didnt pay to much and kept us where we needed to be. They had a play area for the kids and had refreshments to keep them occupied. Car buying can be stressful, and Travis and Petey made the car buying experience great. This was the best experience I have ever had in my life at a car dealership. There was absolutely no pressure during the sale and Travis and Zach did everything they promised and then some. As far as the service department goes, I was so impressed I took my old used vehicle to them today for service and had an outstanding experience. Green has always had a good reputation in the quad cities but this new Hyundai dealership should be their flagship. On top of everything else I didn't even buy a Hyundai, I bought a 2012 Ford Escape!

I did not feel any pressure making a decision to buy a new car. It took me four days to make my mind up and during that time the two associates helped me with all of my questions with great knowledge. I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. It was an overall great experience.

They don't serve donuts but that is the only negative. I would definitely go back for another car and recommend friends go there too.

Customer service was excellent. They answered all my questions, and was patient with me while I made my decisions. I got an excellent deal and today I am driving my brand new Sonata. I went to the dealership to buy a new Veloster. I wanted a manual with style and tech package. Yellow ones are rare. 7% of all V's are yellow. 20% are manuals. Add that I wanted it with style and tech. The numbers grow smaller yet. Chad did a national search and found 2. One in St Louis the other in Columbus. He had the Columbus V transferred to their dealership. Zach handled the paper work and going over the high tech media and control center of the V. Larry handled all the financing. All were very professional and timely. I had a very pleasant experience buying my V. All the staff was very friendly. I also want to thank the transport crew. They traveled through a very nasty winter storm. Bring me my V on schedule. This dedicated crew got back safely and delivered the V without incident. They had the mechanics do a full diagnostics on it. Then detailed for delivery. All in the same day it was received. I'm totally happy with the Green Family experience. The next day Zach called to do a follow up. This is now day three with my lovely new V. I love it.

I had a great experience working with this dealer in purchasing my new Hyundai Veloster. I was on the fence about purchasing a new vehicle but wanted to go down to the dealer to take a look around at the new vehicles that they had on their lot. As soon as I walked up to the doors I was thoroughly welcomed by their employees and was soon directed to someone who could help me with one of the vehicles I had my eye on. I didn't know a whole lot about Hyundai but was completely reassured as they helped me with all my questions. I have owned my car now for a couple of weeks and am completely satisfied with my decision that I made by going down to Green. I would recommend them to anyone and already have to all my friends and family.
