Brianna was the absolutely easiest and most gratifying car buying experience I have ever had. Very helpful. Knows her stuff, put my husband and myself at ease for the whole process. She was the greatest!!

Charged $599 to do everything we already tried to do with the car, then only to tell me I need a new engine.

Just took a friend there 3 weeks ago that bought a car and tried to make a deal myself but wasted a lot of time till end of transaction to discover different terms than negotiated.

I really was just trying to do a quick stop to find out the price of one of their pre-owned vehicles, bc they had the type of car I'd been looking for on their lot and I wanted to know what their asking price was. The sales person (Nathan) told me he didn't know the price and asked what kind of car I was looking for and my price-range. So I told him, but I explained that since I had a one year old with me I really didn't want to stick around, I just wanted the price. He went inside to find out and came back saying that the guy that knew was busy but that he could show me a few cars that were in my range while I waited. He showed me the first one which I did like, but he didn't know the price and tried to get me to test drive. I told him I'd like to wait until I had more info. He showed me the second one which was a model I don't like. The third one had a horrific two-toned paint job of bright green and blue. As we walked up to it I told him he didn't even have to show it to me. I would never buy a vehicle that color. His response was 'so that's it? you don't like the color and it's automatically out?' ummm YES! So he took us back inside with the understanding that we were getting a price on the first car he showed us. He sat us down at his desk and proceeded to try and collect all of my information. At that point I just told him nevermind. I was tired of the runaround. I didn't come here just for him to make a sale. I told him right off the bat I just wanted a price and wanted to be on my way. So as I was starting to walk out another guy came running and apologized and asked which car I wanted the price on. He gave it to me immediately and I left. I never did find out the price of the car I stopped to ask about, but I did buy the same car 1/2 a mile down the road at Ford with a better package on the car, lower mileage and it WAS in my price-range. And also they TOLD me the price when I asked.

I was driving by the lot and saw that they had in their pre-owned portion of their lot, the type of vehicle I have been looking for. I was with my fiance and 1-year old daughter, but I stopped to ask what the asking price was. He said he did not know , but started asking leading questions about what I was looking for, what is my price-range (which is fine, I understand that you are a salesman). He asked us to come sit down at his desk so he could work on getting some information and he could get more into detail. I explained that I wasn't really looking for an extended stay, that I had a toddler with me, I just wanted to know the price. He left and came back and said that the person that knew was busy but that he could show me a few cars that were in my price-range if I wanted. I agreed. He showed me the first car, but couldn't tell me what their asking price was. He showed me the 2nd car, which I told him I did not like. He showed me the third car which had an extremely unattractive exterior color (it was two-toned and changed between blue and green) and I told him he did not need to show it to me. I didn't like the color. His response was 'So that's it? You don't like the color and you're just done with it?' He took us back inside with the understanding that he would find out the price of the first car he showed us. When we went in he sat us down at his desk and proceeded to try and get all of my information and then said another gentleman would then come over when he was available to help me further. That is when I stood up and said nevermind. I could go home and look up the same information on their website inventory with a much simpler answer. I did not need for him to give me the run around; and when I started to walk out another gentleman came running, apologized and asked what I wanted to know, that he would tell me. I told him and he immediately told me the price. Two days later I bought the same car I went to their lot looking for, at the dealership a half mile down the road. It had less miles, a better package for that type of car, it WAS in my price range, and they TOLD me the price when I asked them.
