We have been dealing with Greenwood for years. I wasn't going to buy a chevy this time because I didn't think I liked any of the vehicles they had. I tried to make a deal on a Hyundai and another at a Toyota dealership. I was so frustrated with my experience at Toyota that I decided to drive to Ft Meade and see Rusty Starr. Within an hour I had picked out a new vehicle and made a deal. Rusty Starr and everyone down there make it such a pleasure to buy a new car. Not a hassle!

If you want something, they will make it happen. They will not sell you a vehicle just because it is on the lot and not exactly what you were looking for. Every person was helpful, knowledgeable, and genuine. Mr. Elliot himself made sure everything was to my satisfaction and even helped me with a loaner vehicle until mine was ready. I drove >100miles to this dealership because of its reputation.

I am going on a trip very soon and I took my truck in for routine service and for a safety check. As always I was very impressed with working with Guy Bass. I fully expected I would spend between $400 and $500 but ended up spending less than $300 and had all of my needs taken care of.

I found Greenwood to be a very pleasant dealership. Mr. Vasquez did a great job of showing me various cars and was patient as I test drove cars and asked various questions. I appreciate not feeling pressured to do anything and feel that Greenwood in general is an honest place. I will car shop here in the future.

As a long time customer at Greenwood, I always appreciate the service and attention I recieve. This visit involved the ignition key. As first thought was my wife may have gotten it wet. But thru several different attempts to figure this out it was finally decided that there was a manufacture problem. Something happened in the one key that made the car begin to honk and the lights to come on, this began in the evening when there was no contact between the key and car. We have had issues with another key before which would pop the trunk, thanks for the problem solving, my wife has not driven the car on a daily bases as of now because she has had surgery done on her right wrist. she cannot grasp things with her hand as yet. I have had driven the car when taking her to an after surgery appointment in Tampa. No issue have happened since we exchanged keys.. Thank you to Bob Elliott and his staff.

Colorado in for service, had to wait for part overnight and was given loaner, went home, sliding glass door smashed, TV & tablets taken, called Bob Elliott and he and Robby brought piece of plywood for me to use to cover door as it nearly froze that night. Great friend & son)!, Great Chevy dealer!

I breifly dealt with this company before moving on to the next to buy a vehicle. The vehicle if located on their lot was advertised online. They did not have a real picture of the vehicle just a copy and paste picture from the gm website. Id imagine if somebody was going to invest 40 grand into a vehicle they would at least like to see it first. I called the dealership up to see if there was information about the vehicle or if there was the possibility of getting a picture of the vehicle I was interested in. The car salesman knew nothing of this vehicle and acted as if i was inconveniencing him to be able to send me a picture of this car. His statement was that the vehicle was not in front of him so he was unable to send me anything. I feel bad for the owner of this dealership if these are the employees he has representing his company. With this crew of employees failure of the company is eminant. Its just a matter of time. I would rather spend my money somewhere else.
