I went in on a Saturday shortly after they opened to test drive a Mini Cooper. Within 5 minutes I was test driving the car. Jorge was very nice and easy to work with. I also had a trade in and got a fair amount for it. Overall the test drive, paperwork, financing, trading in of old car took about 3 hours total which in my experience is pretty fast for buying and trading in a car. No hassle, no jerking around with prices. Everyone I encountered was friendly and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Griffin Ford.

I bought a used car this week from Griffin Ford. My car consultant was Jorge Plasencia. He was a pleasure to work with and made my buying experience seamless. I feel like I got a great used SUV for a reasonable price. Jorge listened to my buying requirements, brought over the vehicles I wanted to view and then suggested an SUV that was not on my initial list of vehicles but fit my search criteria. I did purchase the SUV that Jorge suggested and I'm happy with my purchase.

They moved a bent part back into place free of charge, and still provided a complimentary car wash. Their extended service hours and online option for scheduling service made the entire process convenient and simple. The complimentary popcorn and cookies is yet another way of making their customers happy and comfortable.

My husband & I have purchased numerous used vehicles from this dealership and find that we are always taking vehicles back within less than a year. They claim they inspect these used vehicles before they sell them but don't believe it. The Ford Explorer we bought some years ago needed the entire rear end replaced along with the transmission and numerous other major parts. Most recently we purchased a Ford F-350 Diesel Super Duty with a plow already mounted. When my husband test drove the truck it hardly steered. They replaced the Power Steering Pump supposedly at that time. Well within less than a year not only has the Power Steering Pump failed but so have the axles, bearings, u-joints & God only knows what else. We were completely misled regarding the extended warranty we purchased; Custom Edge Warranty, (Google their reviews & get an eyeful) and now we are left hanging trying to figure out how we are going to get this thing on the road again.

Griffin Ford Waukesha has been my dealer of choice for many years. I have purchased my last seven new cars from Griffin and will continue to purchase my cars there. I enjoy meeting with the sales staff and have never had a bad experience during my car selection and purchase process. The carry a nice inventory of cars and if they do not have the exact match for you, they will find it for you in a reasonable amount of time or order it just the way you want it. I have never felt pressured into a purchased and have been treated much like a family member. The environment is very friendly and open. They recently expanded there facility and have a great lounge to set in while waiting for service or test drive for your car. Their service department is very good, and their personnel are very respectful. I have found that their standard service (oil changes, tire rotation, brake inspection, etc.) is very efficient and when you run into a problem that is more difficult to resolve, they stick with it until it is corrected. All in all, I really like Griffin Ford. They truly try to meet all of your needs, and pride themselves in serving you.

My son and I were looking for a used car and had a specific dollar amount we could spend. This was the first time our son would be buying a car with his own, hard earned, money. We walked into another dealer in the area and were turned away in 5 minutes ... they didn't take the time to find out our needs or reason for buying a car - basically, we didn't matter to them. Immediately after we were turned away, we went to Griffin Ford in Waukesha Wisconsin. Tony was the first person to greet us. We told him the same dollar amount we could afford and he said "we can may be able to find something in your price range" and .... long story short ... we walked away that night with a car. They were SOOOO helpful ... they showed us 2 possible cars slightly above our price range, but with our trade in, were able to make one car work. They took the time to find out why we needed a used car, what our needs were and didn't pressure us into higher priced cars to "try and make a sale". They really cared about us, our needs, our budget and our concerns. I am writing this 2 days after we purchased the car and I have to say I have told about 20 people of the positive experience we received with Griffin Ford, and I will definitely CONTINUE to recommend anyone I talk to, to buy a car from them! Thank you so much Griffin Ford, especially TONY and ANTON!!! You guys really impressed us and made us feel as important as someone buying a brand new car! Next time we need a NEW car (or used again), Griffin Ford will be the 1ST place (and hopefully only place) my husband and I go.

I have been looking for an F150 for about a month now. Most of the salespeople I ran into weren't interested in getting to know me or my needs. Then I went to Griffin Ford in Waukesha and met Saul Ramos. Saul was different than all the other salespeople. He actually got to know me and spent a lot of time finding out what my needs were. Then he showed my all the trucks that fit my needs and before long I found the one I wanted. He worked out the numbers for me and it was a little over my budget. He then talked to his business manager Michael Morrison. Michael was able to secure financing for me that DID hit my budget!! It was a great team effort!! I just bought my 2015 Ford Escape from Griffin and as repeat customer I was not disappointed. My old salesman had moved on but Sales Manager, Kipp assigned Ross Johnson to work with us. We explained to Ross what we were looking for and the need to find a new vehicle as soon as possible. Ross showed us some vehicles and we selected an Escape that met all our needs and at the price we were willing to pay. The buying and paperwork process was fast and efficient and all our concerns were answered and met. I will be back to Griffin to buy my next vehicle.

I recently had my 2014 Ford Fusion serviced at this facility. Had some transmission issues and the car had a power draw somewhere that would kill the battery overnight. The vehicle has about 12,600 miles on it. Obviously my concerns were under warranty. The two service writers were extremely incoherent seeing as I had to explain the issues about five times between the two of them. Even then, they couldn't get it right. In my opinion, a little less socializing between co-workers and a little more paying attention what the customer is saying. I talked to the mechanic directly and explained the situations to him. He did an excellent job diagnosing, fixing the problems, and being knowledgeable; all within about an hour and a half of dropping the car off. As stated before, the car was fixed within an hour and a half. I did not receive a phone call until 0742 the next morning that the car was done. The car was complete around 1600 the previous day. I was a bit agitated with the lack of communication, especially being in the area I could have picked it up as opposed to going through a painful rental car experience. The assistant service manager had addressed the problems to his staff after I brought it to his attention. He went above and beyond to make up the dilemma to me. Not that I expected him to do this, it did not go un-noticed. It was very appreciated. In summary, I would recommend this dealership to family and friends. However, communication needs to be addressed and also the ability to understand what the customer is trying to tell them.

We had been looking for a first car for our daughter and found a used Taurus in our budget online. Called Monday night and spoke to Mark. We negotiated the price over the phone without even test driving it yet. Tuesday morning Mark was not able to come in and Tony Faros completed our transaction. Tony is very friendly and was very efficient. Between Tony and Sam, we were only there for 90 minutes and my daughter was driving her 16th birthday present out the driveway. I grabbed a flyer on the Escape as I will be looking for a new car in about a year. I will definitely be checking back with Tony on a quote when I'm ready.

Brian was the coolest salesman we had ever met. He was NO pressure and very polite, he even opened the door on the truck for my wife to get in. He made us feel like we were real people and not just walking $$ symbols like the other places we have been to in the past. I chose Griffin Ford for my daughter's first vehicle purchase because we had purchased our last two cars from them. We went to the used lot and met Tony Faros. We told him what we were looking for. Tony explained what vehicles would fit her price range. He showed her many cars and was extremely patient as we walked the lot on a cold Saturday morning! His knowledge of the different cars was vast and he was very low-pressure. She decided on a Jeep Liberty and I co-signed.. After looking at the SUVs I thought about trading in my little Fiesta. I happened to have it scheduled for a repair a few days later at the dealership. I had my eye on an Escape and called Tony the next morning. By 4 that afternoon he had an offer for my Fiesta (he looked at it in the service bay!) and Sam in finance had run some numbers for me! I needed to wait to pick up two days later--Tony's day off. But guess what? He came in anyway! Now that's customer service! I don't think I will ever again buy two cars in less than a week but I will definitely buy another car from Griffin Ford and more specifically Tony Faros!

Just bought a Ford Explorer with Tony Faros' help. We were so impressed with his accurate knowledge of the vehicles we were considering. Tony took all of the Explorers that we were looking at and instantly knew the unique features and differences between them all, which made comparison shopping extremely easy (especially on a cold day!). We wanted quick answers to our questions, and Tony had them. The guy is as polite as the day is long, and is not high-pressure at all, which is always a deal breaker for us. Tony actually came into the dealership on his day off in order to "deliver" the truck to us, taking the time to sit with us in the vehicle before we drove away and explaining many of the electronic features that it had, which otherwise would have taken us awhile to figure out on our own. The entire staff at Griffin was friendly, attentive and professional, and the facility itself is very comfortable.

During this time we have seen them grow and expand, best of all they have got better year after year. It's not only the cars that have improved but the customer service. The new facility is a huge upgrade, and puts Griffin Ford on par with the best. Service is excellent, and when you have a problem they go the extra mile. Car buying was super, did it all by email apart from the final closing. Got the car at the exact spec and at a price that was very competitive. First of all they won't make you go merry go around on prices....their prices are very reasonable and overall customer dealing is amazing. I drove from chicago to their place which is about 2 hours away from my place, their dealership closed around 6 pm on saturday so I got their by 700 pm , these two gentlemen Brian Bohn (sales consultant) and Michael Morrison (Business Manager / finance person) , waited for me about extra hour and made sure all the whole transaction went smooth. I am very happy with the 2008 Tahoe that I purchased. Tony Faros was great to work with and very educated on cars. The vehicle runs great. I was disappointed in the prep the dealer did before, during, and after my purchase. The interior was not cleaned and many paint chips were not fixed even after "Picaso" touched it up twice. When I brought it back a third time, no one washed my car before touching up the paint or before I picked it up. Overall, I would recommend Griffin but they need to work on this one area. Everyone likes a clean, well kept car.

Approximately two weeks ago, I purchased a 2012 Ford Escape at Griffin Ford. When I first came to look at SUVs, I was met by NeHi in the parking lot. I informed him that I needed to test drive 18 vehicles before deciding on my next vehicle. (A friend test drove 17 vehicles before deciding.) I test drove numerous vehicles and I did not feel pressured. NeHi went out of his way and did some research on another vehicle that I was going to look at another car dealership and informed me that it had frame damage. I appreciated the time that he took to go out of his way to help me. I have not purchased a SUV in 12 years so I needed to be sure I purchased the right one for me. I brought my old explorer in for service. Jeff in service has always helped me with my explorer. Unfortunately, this time it was beyond the price I wanted to put into fixing the vehicle. He referred me to Dave Nutt in the used car department to look at explorers. Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles I looked at. He was very patient as I took 4 out for test drives. When I found the right one, they gave me a great price for the old explorer. Karen in finance was great! She got me a great rate on my new truck. First of all, their new dealership is AWESOME! I have been going there for years and always loved the experience. Now, they have a great building to match! Their service waiting area is perfect and a huge improvement over the old one. I have purchased new and used cars from them. I always come away smiling and I guess you really can't ask for any more than that. Their service department treats it's customers right and I really appreciate it. I tried Wilde Dodge once and they were terrible compared to Griffin Ford. I figured that getting my used Dodge van service at a Dodge dealer was the way to go. However, Wilde didn't fix it right after two tries so I took it to Griffin even though they are a Ford dealer. They fixed it right the first time!!

Over the years, I have worked with every department at Griffin Ford. EVERY time I am extremely happy with their service and the way they treat their customers. I made a mistake a few years back and tried Wilde Dodge which was a mistake. Griffin Ford is THE place to go to in Waukesha or Milwaukee.Of course, the used car I bought from them eventually had to be taken in for service (brakes) but they were fixed right the first time and the cost was reasonable.I then also leased a new Fusion from them. The prices are competitive, the inventory is well stocked and the cars are in impeccable shape. The salesperson Alex Griffin was patient and incredibly knowledgeable, he understood cars in general, the technology of the new and older models and showcased the most relevant features of the vehicles I test drove. When I contacted him by phone or email he consistently responded within the hour and even after I purchased my car he offered to help me with some of the options that I didnt quite master yet. I was so pleased I sent my sister there the following day and she bought her car that very night!! When I went into the Ford Dealership I was only looking to sell one of my vehicles. When I walked in I really didn't know what to expect. I had been to a couple different dealers already and wasn't really treated that great because of the fact that I wasn't looking to buy only sells so most of the sales people didn't really want anything to do with me. I was really please when the first sales person I talked to was willing to help me and work with me right away no questions asked. (Michael Grimes) was very helpful and understanding of just wanting to sell my car. When they came back with such a good price on my vehicle that it made me wonder what they could do for me if I decided to buy. My sales person worked with me to get me into a car that would really suit my needs as well as was in my price range. I also thought that their finance department did an amazing job. I had a lot of outstanding debt from the loans of the two vehicles that I already owned and they worked really hard to make sure that I was able to get a loan for the new vehicle without any extra money down as well as for an amazing interest rate. They were so helpful and easy to work with. I hate car dealerships cause I hate pushy sales people and no one there was like that which was so nice.

I had done a great deal of research to know what vehicle I was interested in and what I wanted to add to the truck. Their on-line website is better than most that I shopped on with a no hassle on-line quote for both the new truck and with my trade-in. The individual that helped me via email was the same individual that sold me the truck which made things that much easier. They didn't bother me with a bunch of unwanted phone calls, i called them when I was ready. Within two hours from walking in the door we took a test drive had all paperwork completed for the sale and trade. The staff stayed thirty minutes after closing to take care of us. Even took the time to bring other vehicles up to show us a comparison. I would recommend a friend to this dealership.

I researched my Juke for a long while online. Trying to find the perfect one that fits me and my needs. I finally found my Juke 3 and 1/2 hours away form my home. But so worth the drive. I called ahead made sure they had my paper work, and told them I was on my way. they had the car pulled up in front, and detailed. ready for a test drive. It was very much like being a VIP. I was in my new car in 2 hours tops. That includes dropping off my rental car and paper work. The only thing I could say negatively about Griffin Ford in Waukesha WI, is maybe to the detail shop. After all they are DETAIL shop, so pay attention to the smaller things. I mean if your buying a new car, you want to show it off. the car was in excellent shape , don't get me wrong, but the driver side floor carpet had a few dirty foot prints, I could of easily shake them out, but I was happy when Tony ( the sales man ) offered to have the Juke ran back though the detailed shop. I will defiantly end up buying more cars form Griffin Ford. My finance lady, Karen, was amazing too!! I work 3rd shift, left from work to drive 3 1/2 hours to pick up my Juke, and she didn't mind me asking all kinds of questions. she explained in great detail answer to the questions I asked. not once did she ever make me feel dumb of lack of car buying experience. She has the patients that I think MANY finance people need to have. after all you are there to buy a car, investing and committing the next 3-6 years of your life to a payment and vehicle. Not once did she ever corner me or pressure me to sign or agree to anything that I did not want/need. HUGE thanks to Tony (sales man) and Karen (finance). they BOTH made sure I was happy with my car and all the process.

We came into Griffin Ford at 7:45 to simply test drive a 2012 Ford Fusion. I had no idea that we would be driving off a lot in our new car. Nehi Aslani was very receptive and open to working with us so late at night, as I knew that it was late in the business day for car dealerships. After the test drive and falling in love with the car we decided to start the financing process. We started the process at 8:15 and were out the door by 9:45. Karen in the financing department pulled some strings and got the deal done so late at night. Both Karen and Nehi were pleasant and wonderful about having to stay past 9:00, which both my husband and I felt bad about. Finally a salesman who is a man of his word. Recently purchased our 3rd vehicle, a Ford Escape, from Griffin. well I did not think I would be writing another one of these so soon. long story shot. I bought a new Fusion SE 2013 last July. in early March just 8 months later was in an accident. the car was a total loss. I decided to go back to Griffin Ford, since I had a great experience last time. I called Gary Cramer, the salesperson that I bought the Fusion from back in July. Told him my situation. Gary was understanding and helpful. This time I decided on a Fusion Titanium AWD, after changing my mind on another model, nice car metallic white. Since I had to wait for the insurance process to work out Gary was very patient with me. When I did finally get the check the process took less then a day to put me in my new car. I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion. It was exactly the car I wanted, the service was great, and quick. I test drove a couple of cars, Focus, Fusion and decided the Fusion was the one I wanted. There was no hassle from the salesman pushing me to buy something I couldn't afford or didn't want. initially I was going to purchase used, but in the end was able to get a better deal with a new car with a great interest rate. The salesman and finance people did a great job. I can not express enough how well the whole experience was. I went with a friend a few months back to purchase a car from another dealership and it felt like we spent a day at the dealership waiting on the loan, then going through the car. It was dreadful. I was looking to by a used car and came across a 2009 jeep they had for sale. I had sent an email to the dealership stating I was in interested in looking at the jeep and wanting to take it for a test drive. I had received a phone call that same day from Nihad stating the status of the vehicle and that there were other people looking at it also wanting to buy it. I immediately stopped looking else where to drive to the dealership to look at this jeep. Upon arrival I was greeted by Nihad and he proceeded to tell me about the vehicle and offered to take it for a test drive. After carefully looking over the vehicle and taking the test drive I knew I had to have this vehicle. not only because it was a great buy but also that I needed another vehicle due to my cobalt being totaled in an accident. I told them my situation and we proceeded with the paper work. The guys were great in finding me the financing of the vehicle and made the experience at the dealership wonderful. This was on a Saturday, that Monday my financing went through and I was able to pick up the vehicle. I can honestly say that those guys made the experience wonderful in buying a car from them and it was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership and I highly recommend ANYONE to go to this dealership if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. I was searching extensively for a hard to find make/model combination (pre-owned) and a good candidate happened to be a Griffin Ford in Waukesha WI - out of state. The milage was low, model and trip exactly what I wanted and priced competetively. I Worked with Roy Stuckemeyer first through email, then by phone, and finally in person. Roy was quick to respond, was extremely thorough and a good communicator, and very accommodating to my needs as an out of state shopper - which brings its own challenges. We exchanged a number of Question/Answer emails and calls, He went above and beyond to reassure me on details I had questions about and was agreeable to my independent inspection request which was invaluable. There was no pressure, and just the right of communication from Roy to keep me informed and instill confidence over the following week or so while I made my decision and plans to travel to see the car in person. We agreed on a time to meet, when I arrived the car was detailed and ready for me to drive. It was a no brainer after the test drive and the purchase process was quick and efficient. Everyone I worked with was kind, good senses of humor and professional. With 22 years at the dealership Roy obviously knows how to treat customers and solve any problem/question that might arise. He told me many of his coworkers had been there even longer. I highly recommend shopping here, great people and a nice new facility.

Just a few short days ago I was going to purchase a Dodge. I have been looking and looking and visited multiple dealership but none of them came close to giving me the feeling of comfort and trust that Griffin Ford did. I arrived on the lot 1 hour before its opening to look at a car with the expectation of having to wait a while before i was able to test drive the vehicle. To my extreme excitement, a salesman ( Nihad Aslani), arrived 1 hour early to work and immediately assisted me. From my first meeting of him, till the time I drove away with my new vehicle, his helpfulness, persona, attitude, knowledge and many more qualities were evident and on display. I am very thankful to have had a great salesperson, given the sour experience I had the day before at a Dodge dealer. I had never been to Griffin Ford before last week. I saw their new beautiful facility and thought I would stop by as I needed to replace my car. The used car sales department was very helpful in listening to the kind of vehicle I was looking for and showing me several models that met my criteria. I originally had found a 2013 Ford Fusion while shopping online and it was at this dealership. I called up there and got some info about the car I had found, they had sold it that same day but the best news was they had an even better one on the lot. Originally the "even better car" was a few thousand more, but in the end, they had dropped the price of the car by the time I had come up to look at it, and I ended up getting it cheaper than the previous car I had wanted to come up and look at and they had sold. The car also had alot more options in it than the previous car too. My wife and I came up, drove it, said straight up, this is what I want to be at, I need a good number for my trade, and I will buy this car. They gave me a Great number for my trade, and the price of the car had dropped, it was a done deal after that. Test Drove it on a Wednesday night, Drove it off the lot 2 days later on Friday Night. When I had originally called, the salesman was not going to be there the night I could get up there and drive it so he set me up with another salesman who had been there a very long time too and it was AWESOME, and I met the salesman I had originally talked with the night I had called. Thanks to Griffin Ford, VERY IMPRESSIVE DEALERSHIP, JUST BEAUTIFUL, and Thanks to the salesman Frank Ballendux for taking care of me. I am from Racine, Wisconsin, but probably wouldn't buy a car here, there really is no Inventory here when looking. Do not mind at all driving up to Griffin Ford and I'm sure I will be buying another car from them when the time comes. I went on line to look for a used SUV to replace my old one that had recently "died". Griffin had a good selection with a lot of detail and pictures to help make comparisons. It was easy to find exactly what I was looking for and I made an appointment later that day to test drive. I worked with Nehi, who had everything ready to go when I arrived; there was no question it was the right SUV for me. We closed the deal and I picked the explorer up a few days later at my request. It was washed, polished and warmed up with a full tank of gas. I've been very happy with this used vehicle and would buy again from Nehi and Griffin. They also performed my emissions testing a few weeks after the sale; I was in and out in 15 minutes.

We purchased our pre-owned vehicle on Monday, and we wanted to wait for a quiet moment to write a proper review of our experience. In thinking back, we can remember purchasing a total of 8 vehicles from Griffin Ford since the 70's. We tend to keep our vehicles a long time, and there were a few non-Griffin vehicles in between. While we're sure there are plenty of horror stories to share about car purchasing experiences, including our own, we can honestly say that's never been our experience at Griffin Ford. Matter of fact, our most recent 3 car purchases there have been more than cordial, they've been down right fun while remaining professional. Frank Ballendux has become our "goto" sales representative at Griffin, and this was our 3rd purchase with him. He's extremely knowledgeable of their products and inventory and is such a pleasure to work with. This time around we were very undecided of what we wanted to do. Our '83 Ford 4x4 pick-up had finally reached retirement. At first we thought of replacing it with a comparable used vehicle, but we were leaning against the notion of continuing to insure and license a 3rd, "special use" vehicle. Frank was extremely patient and helpful as we weighed the pros and cons of all of our options - which of the 2 current vehicles to keep; what would be the best fit to replace the other while being able to fill in for those few "special use" occassions? Decisions, decisions,led to test drives, test drives! Once we decided on a model, Frank really went to work for us doing what he does best - searching the inventory, offering up a couple of "best-fit" options to test drive and patiently answering all of our questions - all this over the course of a few days (no high pressure sales tactics here). Frank was successful in finding not only the perfect fit, but also the most bang for our buck! Karen, in the finance office, was great too. She's so knowledgeable and patient...and makes the painfully tedious paperwork experience a whole lot more enjoyable. Then there's the fact that the owners continually have such a real presence in the facility, with Mr John Griffin taking the active role of VP and General Manager. That whole family owned and run business feeling is hard to beat. If you could "love" a dealership, this would be it!

I am changing jobs and I have to make a selection between a 2014 Ford escape Titanium and 2014 Chevy Equinox. I came to your dealership to see the vehicle selections (colors and interior) and compare to chevy. As soon as the salesman found out I was not buying from griffin because it would be a corporate fleet purchase, he pointed out 1 vehicle that was open but parked too close to sit in and another that was locked. He than proceeded to walk away. I know that your priority is to sell vehicles on your lot, however, it should also be important to promote the FORD BRAND and spend 10 minutes to get a FORD customer. I will be getting a chevy now because I expected service as well.

My husband and I were looking to purchase a used Ford Fusion and after visiting several Ford Dealerships in the area, it was clear that Griffins on Main had the largest selection with the most reasonable prices for the range we were seeking. Tony was really friendly, helpful, and efficient. We looked at the selection, test drove cars, asked any questions we had, discussed financing, submitted applications, signed all the paperwork, and were driving our car off the lot in a total of 3 hours! We really appreciated feeling as though Tony was truly trying to assist us with accomplishing our desired car purchase and not wasting time trying to convince us to buy a new car or any other gimmicks used by car salesmen. Also, he did things in a logical order. Asked what we were looking for, our price range, and what our desired monthly payment was. Then proceeded to help us view vehicles that met those criteria and not ones that were out of our price range. Once we had selected the vehicle we wanted to purchase, there was no back and forth about the price in order to make it fit our monthly payment needs or any of the "let me go talk to the finance person to see what we can do." I tried working with this dealership because I saw somewhere else they were friendly and "not pushy". WOW is that the opposite. I emailed back and forth with Chris for only one day because in the very first email he asked me if this is the car I wanted to buy, basically asking me for a commitment before I had even seen the car, let alone agreed on a price, or even met him. He then proceeded to ask for my credit card information so he could "hold" the car for me (his words). When I asked for clarification, he suddenly couldn't "hold" it anymore and "didn't know what I was talking about". In that same email he tried convincing me that he "regularly deals with people who are ready to buy a car without seeing it" so maybe I just was his ideal customer and shouldn't work with him. I've been shopping car salesmen for over 5 months now and have had some terrible experiences, almost everyone they list on the "when to walk out" lists you read for how to buy a car, and this is BY FAR the worst. They should lose any and all accredation because of this salesman.

Anton was one of the best car salesmen I have ever worked with. There was NO pressure to buy while I was looking at cars. Additionally, he gave me top dollar for my trade. What I loved about working with Anton was that we communicated via text message over the two days of the buying process. As a recent college graduate, I was in the market for my first vehicle. I had narrowed down my search to a used Ford Taurus. I looked through the Griffin inventory and found a Taurus that had the trim level I desired. Having worked with Lance previously, he was exceptionally accommodating of my schedule to get me in for a test drive. After trying out the vehicle, I decided then and there that it was the vehicle I wanted. Although I had never been through the buying process, Lance made it comfortable. I did not feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions on the Taurus. Karen then made the financing straightforward and easy to understand. I hope that my next purchase goes as smoothly. The only flaw I noticed was related to construction. It made the parking lots tight and had limited spots. Its hard to fault them for it though. I imagine that the facility will be exceptional upon completion.

I was in a fender bender 4 days before walking on to my 4th lot. My fender bender totaled my car! Chris Vaughn, Sales Consultant, walked over and listened. Listens to my troubles and my immediate needs. He showed me what I wanted, then he showed me a very nice, great conditioned, solid priced 2004 Mercury Mountaineer Premier! It is loaded! Very clean! Rides like a dream. When it came time to wrap up the deal Chris and the rest of the service team worked with me until the insurance payment arrived. Well despite your salesman Mark who was very rude and demeaning to me on the phone when I called to buy a Fiat 500 for my daughter. I still made the 84 mile drive to your dealership where I met Anton and Mary. Both were extremely helpful and friendly. I hope this serves as a lesson to Mark, that you never know who is on the other end of the phone, and he should leave his attitude at home. Customers have so many options these days, and if it wasn't for my daughter wanting this particular sport model Fiat your dealership would have lost our business this time and going forward. However, the only person that lost out on anything this time was Mark. I was very pleased with the way we were treated when we arrived at Griffin thanks to Anton and Mary. I emailed Griffin Ford. They promptly replied. However when I arrived I was shown a car similar to the one I wanted but with more mileage. I was told it was a nicer car. It smelled of smoke but the seller told me he had just had a cigarette. The wait was way too long since they were short staffed in the finance department. I came with cash and felt like I left with a car (which still stinks of smoke) for which I payed too much and they took advantage of my ignorance and being a single woman. Would not buy from them again or recommend them.

Lance was our sales person and he was a pleasure to deal with. He showed us the features of the car without pressuring us or overselling the aspects of the car. While we waited for the car to be prepped and for the finance manager to be available, we enjoyed chatting with him. There was no real haggling on the price, as it was a reasonable price (we did our research before we got here and thought it was a fair deal). The financing went smoothly as well, and we walked away with a car we like at a price we were willing to pay. We're relatively new to the area, but when we need a car again in the future, we will definitely check out our options here.

Last year, 2012, we purchased a very nice 2010 Ford Focus and were quite pleased with it. Later that year, my husband got hit by a hit and run driver in our 14 year old truck and we needed another vehicle. We went back to Griffin Ford because of their great service, including the sales process and getting another key programmed for free by their service department. My husband is extremely happy with his 2005 Mercury Mountaineer. It just so happens that our salesman, Roy Stuckemeyer, called us one day because he found an extra key and remote for the Mountaineer. He said we could pick it up. However, he remembered the car we had bought had no remotes. He added that there was a possibility of programming it for our Ford Focus. I stopped by and he played with my car and remote and I finally have a remote for my car! I was so happy I asked him for a hug! He went above and beyond to help the customer and it is sincerely appreciated. I would definitely refer my friends to Roy when they are in need of a set of wheels!

R. J. Evert was enjoyable to work with along with "Rooster" who was our first contact here. We have a memorial on the back of the vehicle that we traded in. The purchase of our MKX was a very positive experience primarily because of Paul, our sales person. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles we were interested in and was more like a consultant, than a sales person. He got to know us and what we were looking for in a car and then directed us to those vehicles that would fit our needs. Unlike at other dealerships, Paul did not try to "upsell" us to the most expensives cars on the lot, and he didn't ask, "what is it going to take to get you to buy a car today," which happened at several dealerships. Our intention was not to buy a car at Griffin the day we purchased our MKX, but rather just look. Because Paul listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect car, we drove off with a beautiful MKX. This was a great car purchasing experience, and we will recommend Paul and Griffin to others. No doubt we will also be back in a few years.

I must start by saying from day one my salesperson Anton was very responsive and a pleasure to work with, we had purchased our cars over the past few years and decided to finance this one. we were a little skeptical because we had not had any loans on anything for a long time and i must say was i let let Anton know i wasn't going to over pay, pay a high interest and exactly how much money i was putting down. Bought a used car from this dealership and it needed some repairs. Got in writing from them that repairs would be taken care of upon purchase. Have had the vehicle in 6 times in less then a month and repairs have not been corrected and they refuse to address the issue. Final result was a buy back of the purchased vehicle and a repurchase of my trade in. Not the best buying experience I had and I have purchased over 15 vehicles and the was by far my least pleasant purchase.

So.... After test driving a different car my husband suggestd that we look at the 2013 Ford Sho so we did. After the explanation of features and benefits that the car has over the amazing interior I felt comfortable playing the numbers game. Dave Hall is our sales consultant and though new to the company new what he needed to do in a smooth process. Trade in value was more than what we were expecting so that made us feel great and so did the final number on the selling price of the vehicle. They all made every stride to open doors for us and even offer us something to drink. Paperwork with Kay Horn was flawless and went quicker than ever before and my husband and I have purchased many new things in the past sso it was the moment we dreaded most of all. While taking delivery Dave made sure that it was cleaned, waxed, and buffed correctly so that I would feel great leaving in it.To sum up my review I will be bringing this dealership cookies!!!

Be careful, they will try to take advantage of you. I found it very offensive and extremely unprofessional. I was stuck in a bad situation and wished I had my lawyer on hand to deal with the issues. I will not ever go back and will tell everyone I ever speak to about purchasing vehicles to steer clear of Griffin Motors.

This group of misfits in the service department (Valerie and Curt) may be the most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure dealing with. They wont tell you if the service is under warranty unless you bring the car in. Then have the nerve to charge an evaluation fee before releasing the car. Have had my car in for the same problem every week for a month and a half. WILL NEVER BUY OR SUGGEST ANYONE EVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER.

Purchasing a USED car through the dealership was, and continues to be a terrible experience.They implemented a NO HAGGLE policy while we were there. It is also very obvious that when they get a used car they put absolutely no work into it before putting it out for sale.The 2007 Ford Edge that we bought has had many, many problems in the 3 months that we have owned it.Overhead lighting doesn't work...The Vista Roof motor is breaking down....The windshield washer injection units did not work...The front brakes on an 07' with 25,000 on it went out - - Rotors and all!!!! Which is extremely suspicious and should have been caught if they had done an inspection... And should have been fixed before they sold the car!!!!The car had also previously been in a serious front end collision so BE SURE YOU ASK FOR YOUR CARFAX REPORT!!!This dealiership is extremely shady = they don't work with you on trade-in pricing... We gave them a 05' Mustang - perfect condition, not a single scratch, not a single stain or ding... They only gave fair market value because they said it would need new tires and brakes..... REGULAR WEAR ON A VEHICLE!!!! I BET THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHANGE THE BRAKES BEFORE THEY SOLD IT....It's probably company policy to lie and not fix cars before they resell them!!!The business practices on the part of GRIFFIN FORD in Waukesha, WI are horrible! I'm appaled that I purchased this car and will voice my opinion until everyone out there knows what kind of business they run!Save your money, save your time, DO NOT SHOP AT GRIFFIN FORD!!!!!WARNING!!!!!! I came in with a 98 escort (running perfectly) to trade, looking to buy a used Focus. I found one that I liked with the options that I wanted. Went through the haggle process, eventually settled on a price for the focus, then started on trade-in price. They said the used sales manager had to drive my escort first. I swear I heard the tires squealing and the engine racing as he pulled out onto Hwy 18. When he came back they said they could only give me $300 because the tranny is slipping. I said that is total crap, it was running perfectly. Went for a drive and sure enough, slipping between 1-2 and 2-3. My advice to you: never let someone drive your trade-in without you riding along, maybe then they will be less likely to abuse it.

More than one time have had problems with the service area. Also with the collision repair facility. Service area did not call to get authorization to add repairs to initial estimate. Came in to a bill double original quote. Collision repair facility did not do a thorough check had to bring vehicle back when I found additional damage that had not been repaired.
