It was an amazing experience! I have never had such an amazing sales rep!!! Armani's in depth knowledge of cars was undeniable. He listened (really listen) to us to understand what we wanted in a car and our budget needs. He was amazing from start to finish. We love the car we purchased. The attention to detail from Armani and the beautiful, fun picture he took so we could send to friends. After purchasing at least 10 cars in my lifetime, I have NEVER had the customer service, knowledgeable sales person as Armani! What an asset to your company. I would liked to thank my service advisor (K Tran) for providing me an excellent customer service experience! He was courteous and honest. Kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle. He listen to my problems and was not pushy and very helpful resolving concerns I had. This is how it should be done! Keep up the great work!

Kevin Tran was absolutely amazing! Kept me up to date with the progress and explained all the recommendations. He helped me decide what recommendations I needed to do and took into consideration my finances and what was truly needed and what wasn’t. He made me feel very comfortable in my choices and that’s huge for me. I dislike feeling pressured, Kevin made sure I did not feel that way. Thank you so much for making this easy for me. What a fantastic experience! First all, beautiful dealership. Secondly, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. I went in for some major repairs to my older TL, and it was simply better to trade it in and get a new car, so that’s what I did. Nathan, from the service department was great to communicate with, and Eric Glover was a fantastic sales rep! Loved working with him and would highly recommend him. He listened to what I wanted, responded with what they had, and wasn’t pushy at all. He was clearly there to work for me and to try and get me the best deal possible, all while answering my questions honestly and directly. The whole thing took less than 90 minutes. They earned a loyal customer. 5/5 stars!

It's been a few years since a dealership has impressed me, but this team went above and beyond. It's the integrity of team members like these individuals that create a family out of customers.
