Went there Saturday met with Nick my sales person. Had all my paperwork done that lessen the wait. I have an Autistic son and they were so accommodating with him , made the process less stressful. Jodi W. was very positive and a good listener. She gave us a number of alternatives and made the procedure as comfortable and efficient as possible without being in a hurry. And we had many good alternatives to choose from a wide selection. Jodi made us feel very welcome by even giving my wife a dozen roses. I knew then it would be hard to walk away from such a positive experience. It ended just as well as it started. Thanks so much. From the first time we've opened the door, everyone was extremely friendly. Besides the great features that Mazda CX 9 2016 is bringing to the table, the professionalism and the team's knowledge created one of the best buying experience. Mihai is a very skilled sales person and his charm captured us from the beginning. He was able to meet and exceed our expectations as he paid great attention to the details and our needs. Thanks to him, we drove back home the upgraded version of CX 9 Grand Touring and we couldn't be any happier. The management represented by Tony and Mike was also of a great help. They were able to explain the financials and help us to get a great deal for our family. Ossie was the last "resort" in the deal. He used all the resources and put all the efforts to ensure we are satisfied and that the paperwork is filled out properly. Some other presence of a great importance was Larry. He spent plenty of time to make sure we are aware and we know how to use all the great features that our Mazda CX 9 is offering to its users.Even if it's for the first time we are leasing a car, I know for sure it's just the beginning of a long partnership with Mazda. The employees at Gunther of Fort Lauderdale were able to deliver a great car buying experience and made us feel part to "the family".

I did research on many crossovers and decided to purchase a Mazda CX-5 base model. I went to my local dealer and they did not have the color I wanted (Titanium) in the base model only in the Touring model. They did not even want to negotiate on price! I left and got online and began to inquire with Gunther Mazda even though it was not in my county. CJ was very prompt in responding to my request. Most of the transaction was finalized on-line and only had to go to the dealer to test drive the actual vehicle I would be purchasing and complete the paperwork (total 2 hours). I am over the age of where purchasing a new car is exciting, because to me, it means getting into debt. But I do have to admit, I am enjoying my CX-5 tremendously! CJ was easy going and also gave us a great idea for our next vacation!

A couple days ago our credit union--We Financial--put us in the very able hands of Jodi Weisfeld who literally ran all over their huge lot to line up the cars we were considering and then steered us to a safer, sportier, more beautiful and more econmical car than we had anticipated, the delightful Mazda 3. I'm very upset w/Gunther Mazda agent name Anthony. I went out there on a Saturday back in June of 2016 and he claimed that when they did a diagnostic test my walmart car batter (Purchased on Oct. of 2015) needed to be replaced; however, the battery they installed and charged me extra money for has been dying everytime I want to go somewhere and supposedly it was new. I pray that they'll return my money back for deceiving me into purchasing this battery. I suspect they gave me an old battery claiming it was new. To make things worst on that same day they claimed that they changed my oil, but they never added the sticker to confirm the date nor the time. These folks are robbers. I reported this that Monday and Anthony claimed he mailed it out, but I've never received any sticker displaying the service they charged me for and it appears to me that they lied overall. They just sat their collecting people's money and return cars unserviced.

We purchased a new Mazda6 from Gunther Mazda, and it was the most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. Jodi Weisfeld was very professional and knowledgable about the vehicle and was a real trooper by going back to the lot and bringing up multiple models and colors of the 6 to help us make our decision on which packages, features, and vehicle color to buy. Gunther had our exact match in stock and (even better), it was a freshly delivered car that had not been driven before and still had the plastic wrap from the factory on the seats. Excellent!Even better, and this is what sets the experience apart from any other dealer: Jodi went above and beyond with my family, by making sure that our two daughters also had a fun time and were entertained throughout the process. I also have to compliment the front desk receptionist for interacting with my 4 year old when she was trying on the fun masks that were included with the coloring book/ toy packs that Jodi brought in for the kids. Mr. Bernard in the finance department was helpful and professional when we finalized the purchase of our vehicle, and he was also very patient and friendly with my family. It was also fun to chat about our families and the places we have both visited in our travels. Regarding pricing, Gunther Mazda is a USAA-approved dealership and stood by the commitments and standards required by USAA to participate in their program. This includes pricing transparency and an ethical business transaction without hidden additional costs. After completing the purchase, Jodi surprised us by presenting our brand new Mazda6 at the front door, with a giant red gift ribbon on the hood and a personalized sign congratulating my family our our new car. I've never seen this type of personal touch at a car dealership before. Mr. Larry Whittenstein spent some quality time with us before leaving, to provide in-depth instruction on the high-tech systems and features of the Mazda6, set up the bluetooth sync, and give us the link to Mazda's tutorial videos in case we wanted to go back and review any of the information in the future. While the system, software, and controls are pretty straightforward, this was time well-spent. I even learned some new things about HD radio stations from Larry. I would highly recommend checking out Gunther Mazda for a new vehicle. They are worlds apart from other car dealerships. If you value friendly staff who go above and beyond, a quiet and clean facility, a relaxing atmosphere with coffee and nice music, this is the place to visit. It's great to own a Mazda again, they are fantastic vehicles with excellent reliability, safety, and economy. I hope to be back next year to add a CX-9 to the fleet. My mother also exclusively drives Mazdas and will be visiting Jodi and Gunther Mazda in the future.

I can say the exact opposite happened when I worked with Nick. He was very patient and offered to provide me with the details (and I tend to ask for a lot of details) when I needed. The day I went in to actually purchase the vehicle i felt like the use of time was efficient. While the credit application and paper was being organized I was shown the car and a tutorial of how to use all the features I was getting. Overall I was nicely surprised at the process and feel very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Nick to someone if they told me they were going to purchase from Gunther Mazda.

My wife is my reviewer in chief. She does the homework (she enjoys it, I do NOT) and has a plan formulated as to the configuration of the auto needs. Bids were done electronically and on our arrival we chose from what was available. It turns out that they Gunther/Mazda has a whole parking garage across the street with all models and colors. Everything was there. They stuck with their offer with no deviations. Great way to buy the car!!

It was the easiest process that I have ever experienced in procuring a new vehicle. Jodi showed me all the options and purchase versus lease. Once I made the decision, the new car was ready for me to drive away in a little over one hour while I completed the necessary paperwork to have my license plates and insurance transferred and credit verified. I went into this Gunther Mazda with only one motive, pay off my car. I was not looking to invest in any other car because I was not looking to increase monthly payments or pay out of pocket for a down payment. I currently had a lease and i was way over my mileage and did not want to pay for that either. Making it simple I was not looking to spend any money. Andy Rama, from Gunther Mazda and his colleagues, not only changed my mind but satisfied every single requirement I had. I did not have to do any of the both mentioned but yet I still managed to leave with an amazing brand new car of the year. No down payment, No deposit, no wear and tear charges and not additional cost for overage on mileage. Andy was so pleasant to work with, he knew exactly where I was coming from when I said I can't spend a dime, I had just gotten married, had just moved to Florida and I had two toddler. Andy was very sympathetic with my situation as he was once new to Florida as well. Andy was proffessional, he had full knowledge of the industry and the product he was selling. I usually will try to stay away from car dealers and have used "brokers" in the past so I would not have to step foot in a dealer. BUT Willie Loszynski at Gunther Mazda is really a great guy. I bought a Mazda 6 a few months ago and he kept his word and did not try to raise the quote he gave me originally. In addition, I turned in my old lease a few months early and the dealer paid the rest of the payments. After a few months of enjoying my new car I received a letter from Chase that they wanted money from me for ending the lease early. To make a long story short, the dealer helped me work out a reasonable settlement with them and I was very impressed. They could have ignored my calls and request for help since I had already bought the car and they had their money. I highly recommend this dealership. Love the car as well!! Win win!!

I was in the market for a new car (lease) since my current lease from another manufacturer was up. I was over my miles, and looking for a new brand. Nick was welcoming and not overbearing from the time we stepped into the dealership. I was not ready to buy, only researching the new Mazda 6. Through the next month, Nick kept in touch and assured me that they would be the dealer of choice when I was ready. Nick and his team took my previous lease back to the other dealership, and got in a new Mazda 6 for a very fair price. The whole team at Gunter Mazda was professional. From walking in, to signing the paperwork I never felt pressured nor uncomfortable as I have in other dealerships. I recently had an issue with my vehicle, and rather than them just do a quick fix, they replaced the whole part. Teri in service was spectacular! I went from never hearing from my representative in the 3 years that I had my lease at Rick Case Acura; to non-invasive follow ups just in the first month from Gunther Mazda. I appreciate feeling like one of the family already.I want to thank Nick for his professionalism, throughout the process and keeping in contact over a month after purchase. I am sure that all representatives there approach their customers with the same professionalism, but I will have to highly recommend Nick if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

I recently woke up one morning with a flat tire. A large nail was in my tire.I could not drive to Gunther, so I went to local National repair center asit was close to my home. They could not open the lug nut with the key I had, so they broke the lug and the key and fixed the tire.The next day I was driving 4 hours to the Keys and I was in a panicbecause I had no key to open the other lugs if I had a problem.I contacted Bobby Fanucci my salesman and he immediately told me to come in and see Anthony Huerta.I was in and out very quickly. I just had the most amazing experience with Jodi at Gunther Mazda. When you walk in her office, there are 100's of thank you notes on the wall, and you can see why once you deal with her. She is not pushy, she is sweet, and kind. You can really see that she cares about her job, and her customers. In a world full of pushy male car sales men, she gives a breath of fresh air to an experience that can be full of turbulence. I am pleased to say that she got me an amazing deal on a CX3, and I love the car! She really goes above and beyond, and is very genuine. Anyone looking for a Mazda, should go to her. Well the time had come that I had to purchase a car by myself!!! OMG ,I had heard tons of stories about being attacked by salespersons and was told to beware of the financing managers as they would be tough to deal with!!! So a little scared and with some concern, I ventured into Gunther Mazda and took a deep breath to get ready for this experience. Needless to say, I met the nicest salesman, Mr. Ali Suzer. I cannot thank Mr Suzer for his patience and willingness to accommodate my needs, as well as my concerns about making this purchase. Mr. Suzer spent much time with me explaining the lease program, as well as the buying program. Together, he and Mr. Burba advised me as to what would be best for my needs while taking into account my financial concerns, too. Mr. Suzer gave me step by step instructions on how to operate and maintain my new Mazda 6. (My previous car was 10 years old and did not possess the technology and special features found in my new Mazda 6.) He was patient, caring, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough!!! Tried very hard to get an actual internet quote from Mazda dealerships in Lee, Broward, Martin, and Palm Beach County. I got zero quotes only requests to come to the dealership for a "great deal". Almost out of pure frustration of not wanting to negotiate with multiple dealerships I decided that I was going to buy through the Costco auto buying service at Gunther, contact Stockton Williams. This was my daughters 1st car purchase and Stockton was VERY patient to the point that I was worried that we were going to delay his follow-on appointment. There was no up-sale techniques. Finished all transactions from test drives to finance in 2.5 hours of which we (well daughter)spent over a half hour deciding what color. Got a Mazda 3i touring below invoice. The inventory at Gunther is excellent. Purchased a 2007 CX9 at Gunther in 2007 and had same positive experience.

I recently leased a brand new Mazda CX-5 from Gunther Mazda. I went in on a Thursday and was promptly greeted by Stockton Williams. He was extremely friendly, accommodating, and made me feel at ease. He did not engage in any pressuring techniques or the any of the "tried and true" trickery that many others in the field resort to. He followed up with me the same evening and the following morning, secured the vehicle I wanted, and worked with me to get the price that I wanted. Negotiations took only about an hour or so, and not only did I get the price I came for, I got better features and warranty packages than I had hoped for. Stockton and his team even got creative to make the deal, and followed me to Carmax with my "old car", so that I could get the most money for it. If that wasn't enough, I was later informed that the dealer was going to add wheel locks at no charge (I had previously inquired about this, but was not all that upset that the car didn't have them included, it was just a preference). I'm so pleased with my new wheels and am looking forward to dealing with Gunther for all of my maintenance during my lease (which of course is built into my payment at a very fair price :) )

Just leased my first brand new car from Willie Loszynski, who was very patient and made sure i was comfortable with my purchase! I would recommend anyone looking to stop by and pay him a visit. The only reason for my not giving them 5 Stars is because of the finance guy i dealt with i wish i would remember is name, however steer clear of the tall white haired guy with the Spanish accent. He was outrageously rude to my grandfather who wanted to review the lease contract and luckily he did because there was an error, and the man was as if he were insulted somebody wanted to actually read the contract before they signed it.

I always felt that the dealer experience that I had two years ago, when I leased my 2014 Mazda CX-5 through Willie Loszynski, the internet Sales Manager at Gunther Mazda, was the best car dealer experience I have ever had (and I have been driving for 50 years). However, yesterday, my wife leased a 2016 Mazda CX-3 from Gunther, and we can't believe that the experience now with Willie was even better than two years ago. He delivered every promise he made to us, but this isn't about getting a better price, or getting the model and color that the other dealers in South Florida said wasn't available- although those factors do count in making the experience so wonderful. It's the way you are treated with every respect, kindness and consideration that makes the overall time spent (less than 2 hours !!!) during the process so unforgettable. And those factors also extend to the finance officer and even the individual who explained how the electronics work. My husband & I walked into Gunther Mazda just to look & drive a CX-5. I had other SUVs in mind to also go look at. My husband had a not so great experience at Gunther Mazda about 3 yrs. & was hesitant about going there to look at a car. When we walked in, Andi Rama greeted us and the rest is history. Andi Rama at Gunther Mazda was a stand-up, straight shooter type of guy who was also courteous, respectful, and very patient. He was extremely knowledgeable about the CX-5. Needless to say I bought the Mazda CX-5, without going to any other dealers to check out other SUVs, and I love it. It was a pleasure to meet and do business with Andi. I am a "return" customer to Gunther with a VW purchase years ago. This week I checked out Mazda's new small SUV reviewed in Consumer Reports. I had a 13 year old "cream puff" Solara convertible which I would sell privately. However, thru mild negotiations with my sales person, Sam Yucel, WE worked an easy and equitable way to trade my car and lease a Mazda 3. I say "mild" because he was informative and personable but never made me feel pressured or tried steering me where I didn't want to go. He is well informed of his product and obviously enjoys dealing with the public. As a result of a pending divorce I recently moved back to Florida. I was driving my 427 Corvette convertible and knew that I needed a practical, daily driver. My choices were a CPO Infiniti G37 with a six speed manual or a brand new Mazda 6 with a six speed manual. Today I made the decision to go forward with the Mazda. I knew Gunther had the car I was looking for so I made the internet querie. Within minutes I was contacted by Stockton Williams. I told him my situation, what I wanted to pay and informed him that I needed the dealership to procure financing. This was at 2pm and I live 2 hours away. Within an hour, we had the price locked down and they had me approved me for financing. I made the trek over this evening and everything was exactly as Stockton described. Let me first preface by saying that I am a 28 yo Asian American female in college with back problems due to a previous rear-ending, car totaling, horrible experience. No, this is not a singles ad, this is how Nick changed my future. I didn't have a lot of time to get a new car a few years ago due to somebody else's negligence. I basically had to get the most base model (did you know they still made new cars with manual windows and locks?), and because I'm a part of a traditional Asian family, the men/elders have heavy input on what the children (yes, even at 28) do, so I was kind of forced into getting the car that I got. Due to being in college and consequently-being broke, I became upside on my vehicle pretty quickly-with very high payments. Fast forward two years and my back problems have gotten worse. Base models are just that- base. No comfort, no amenities, just deal with it. I began hoping to get a new car and was shopping around. 72 months financing? No thanks. $50 higher payments than my already $300+ payment? No thanks. I'm broke, remember? That's where Nick came in.Nick not only got me out of my insanely upside car, but he offered me a new option. He was calm, patient, and even spoke to my Uncle over the phone. Reexplaining everything he had just spent the last few hours talking to me about. Not once was Nick pushy. Not once did he make me feel uncomfortable. Car dealerships are scary places for females going in alone. I no longer feel like I have to bring a man with me just so I don't get taken advantage of. Nick and Ossie treated me as if I was one of their own children shopping for a car. They worked with me, they helped me- and guess what? I was able to get into a new car, for the exact same dollar amount I was paying per month for the basic babe. I absolutely love my 2015 Mazda 3 hatch. It fits my personality, my needs, and most importantly- my back. Nick went above and beyond to help get me into my new car, and I am forever comfortable having had this experience with Nick. My old car broke down on the way to work. The engine blew, Nick went above and beyond my expectations. Nick worked with me to get the car I really wanted the new Mazda CX-3 at a price I was comfortable with. Nick knew I was starting my vacation and now I was with out a car. Got in contact with my salesman, Julio Pazos, via email and he got me the exact car that I wanted. No bait and switch! I even told him about a slightly better offer from another dealer and he was able to match it. This is my second lease from Gunther and they have a long history of being a fair and honest dealership with good employees. I had made up my mind to buy the MX 5 but still needed to see it up close and personal plus take it for a drive. I felt very fortunate to connect with Willie who happened to be in the showroom when I arrived unannounced. We had immediate rapport and start to finish he was thorough, accommodating and informative. Best of all he is authentic! He and James (finance) have been at Gunther for over 10 years. That says something! I love that it is a family business and that Gunther has been around since the 60s. Lastly, Mazda is a quality product and I think my little red convertible and I are going to be very happy with one another for a long time.

I had a great overall experience at Gunther Mazda. My father had purchased my previous Mazda 3 there and I had it for 11 years. I was due for a new car and since my Mazda 3 lasted so long with little problems I came back to Mazda. Julio helped me look around and I test drove the Mazda 6. I usually dread having to buy a car but by going through Costco, where the price is predetermined, it took a lot of the headaches away and saved me a good chunk of money. The salesperson, Stockton Williams, was very kind and friendly. He was not pushy at all. He asked the right questions and gave me complete and valid answers to my questions. The finance person was very nice efficient. When we told him no on the extended warranty and any other add-ons, he did not keep trying to sell them to us. I am completely satisfied and pleased with my experience with Gunther Mazda. I am already planning to purchase my next vehicle through Gunther Mazda in the near future.

2 years ago, this Memorial Day weekend, I walked into Gunther Mazda with nearly 2 years left on my lease. I walked out with a 2014 Mazda 6 with no money out of pocket and similar payment... From the minute I walked in my experience was STELLAR. Ali Suzer greeted me and my daughter, who is already a Gunther Mazda fan and a past customer of Ali (who by the way remembered interesting things about her and her husband which was very impressive), and from the onset he knew exactly what I was looking for in a car and he made it happen for me., What he did not know was that I had horrible car buying experiences in the past and I was prepared to be uncomfortable and bullied. However, from the beginning Ali made me feel comfortable, at ease and worked very hard at his job. For instance, he produced two beautiful cars for me to test drive, and made sure that they were both exactly in the color I was considering right down to the upholstery I wanted, which I thought was very considerate and thoughtful. I went into the Gunther Mazda dealership with only the intention of "checking things out". I already knew my first choice of cars was a Mazda3. I was greeted by Bobby Fanucci who explained everything in detail about the different Mazda3's. Car buying can be a harrowing experience, but Bobby made it as easy as a walk in the park. He was very kind, professional and personable. He put me at ease immediately. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Starting from the initial greeting to the financial department, Robert F., and ending with Bobby explaining the car again and even setting up my Bluetooth and stereo system was such a great process. I feel fortunate to have been able to work with Bobby and Gunther Mazda for making the car buying experience such a positive experience. I definitely recommend the Gunther Mazda dealership, and especially Bobby, for anyone looking to purchase or even just to inquire about their cars and services. Never in all the years of buying cars have my wife and I had such a great experience. I looked on my own at first. There were so many to choose from that I thought the salesman would get tiired of my indecision. To my surprise, Mr. Stockton Williams greeted me as he promised on a call before comming to the dealership. He then took about one and a half hours following me around, to see if I wanted to test drive each vehicle I looked at. He was not only patient, but, very polite and professional in the way he dealt with me. Then I got to meet others such as Albert, Stocktons general manager, Joshua, Craig, and Patrick. Then there was this guy Yogi, who came over to tell my wife and I about how very much of a walking miracle Mr. Stockton was. He also had a polite sense of humor! This was truly an experience never to forget. I will be returning to Gunther as soon as I am ready to trade my sportage for a new car. God bless the Gunther family and all of their employees. Whom seem very much to be family. Thank You so very much!!

Willie worked so hard on my deal to make this happen also I have to say I live in clarksville tn and drove to Florida to finish everything. We leased our first Mazda from Gunther three years ago and had no question but what we would go back to them and work with Jodi Weisfield. She is friendly, efficient and showed us several different options with no apparent pressure. We greatly appreciate her treating us as valued "family members". The process, both times was pleasant and we left with a new car that we were very happy with and with a decent deal. In another 3 years I'm sure we will be going back to work with Jodi again. We have purchased or bought many cars through the years and this was by far he easiest and most pleasant.

We recently purchased a Mazda 3 and had the pleasure of dealing with Stockton Williams. What I loved about our experience was the fact that we didn't feel like prey. From the moment we walked in, until the moment we left, it was nothing but a great experience. We definitely recommend this dealer and Stockton Williams. He was so genuine and made this stressful process painless. Not to mention we are in love with our vehicle. The finance manager (I cannot remember his name for life of me) who attended us was also professional and made it quick and easy to get out. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Gunther Mazda and both times, have been great.

Ali was persistent in his follow up the next day, resulting in a sale for our beautiful new Mazda 6 Gran Touring vehicle. Ali was professional and very helpful before, during, and even after the sale. Good job.

These guys were great! Cody made it easy as 1-2-3. I was shopping online and got many price quotes, but actually, Gunther did not give me the price. They told me to bring me any quote from any dealer and they would beat it, and that's exactly what they did! The service was just as good, his brother Josh is the manager and treated me with respect and was very kind. Even the Finance manager was nice and not pushy. I was excited to build a relationship with this dealer because of their reputation, but it didn't hurt that they have a brand new dealership that looks unbelievable. I look forward to taking my car to their new facility for the free service so I can check it out... Thanks Cody! :)

Most useless service department I've ever encountered (have owned the Kia for two years now, which makes me an expert at bad service). My first try to get an appointment was a joke. Got transferred several times, and on hold for a while, so I gave up and went to a dealership in Palm Beach County. The second time around, I actually got my appointment set pretty painlessly. However, I arrive at the dealership only to find out that appointments have no meaning to them. I would have to sit there for 2 hours, as it was a first-come first-served and walk-ins get the same treatment as appointments. Walked away and set an appointment at the dealership in Palm Beach where they actually understand the meaning of appointments and the value of a customer's time. Not mention that I got lost in the fustercluck that is their dealership and every single employee I encountered and asked for help was rude. If you like being mistreated, than this is the dealership for you.

DON'T TRUST ANYONE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!I traded in my Nissan lease for a Mazda and Andi made me feel so comfortable with my decision and said they would take care of everything to get my out of my Nissan lease and into my new Mazda. Apparently they did not disclose to me that Nissan has a policy that they charge you when you decide to lease from another program (which I understand). I called Nissan and I was told that ALL dealerships, including Gunther Mazda, knows this and it should have been disclosed to me. It wasn't and now $1000 has been sent to collections in my name all because Andi at Mazda told me "not to worry about anything". Nissan has instructed me to take this all the way to the top because I was completely wronged by this dealership.

The thought of buying a new car gave me anxiety, but I prayed about it and I was led to Gunther Mazda. The salesman who first approached me was Julio Pazos. I told him what I was looking for and he found the right car for me---a Mazda3 Touring 2014. The buying process went very smooth and I felt content and at peace with the purchase. Drove in the vehicle to trade for a new car. Manager said he'd call a salesman at home to come in, because only that new car salesman could appraise my used vehicle trade-in. Never heard of a new-car salesman being the appraiser, let alone have to wait for a salesman to be called in from home, when the showroom's got idle salesmen available. While waiting 15 minutes, the Manager pretended to be interested, but after insulting us by not answering the why question three times, we walked out, never to "bother" them with wanting to purchase a car there.

I had a great experience with this dealership. Very professional and accommodating. I was in a rental and they actually put gas in the rental, which I was able to return right at the dealership. The salesman was very helpful and was truly a nice guy.

Helpful Internet saleslady, very disappointed T.O. Manager.After bringing in a beautiful trade-in car, had to sit through some nonsense about why our car was worth 1st $4500 less than KBB trade-in value,then magically $4000,then $3000,then $2000, then finally $1000.Oh, the baloney these folks are trained to spew.Other than being apparently unable or powerless to complete a proper and fair deal, Jodi was at least honest with the new car prices.Waste of 4 hours, but I WAS able to steer two family members away from the Dealership.Grand Total of vehicle sales lost by Gunther this weekend.....3.Nice work.

We live in Orlando, and we spoke with Willie Loszynski over the phone. He was very helpful in telling us about our options and very mindful of our budget. He also got us financed very fast. In the end he hooked us up with our dream car and at an amazing price! I would recommend Willie to anyone out there looking for a car. We drove 200 miles south, and we don't regret it!!! Excellent experience all around, from the first phone call with Willie to driving off the lot in our brand new Sorento.

Around May 15, 2011 I negotiated a very competitive price for a new 2011 Mazada CX-9 completely through the Internet with Willie Loszynski (Internet Sales Manager) who provided excellent and prompt service throughout the process. When I arrived to pick up the car, it was in pristine condition and ready to go. Once I arrived home I noticed that the Wheel Locks were missing but a couple of emails quickly solved the issue and I received the locks a few days later through UPS.The Loan process also went very smoothly and I always felt I was provided with all the information needed for to make informed decisions about my options for the loan and the extended warraty. I also felt I was treated fairly and respectfully (unfortunately I can't remember the name of the person I dealt with). All in all a very good experience.

On 05/31/2011 I purchased a new vehicle from Gunther Mazda. The sales "experience" was OK and I offfered a fair price to reduce haggling. Deal done, all good..or so I thought. I drove my vehicle home and enjoy it to this day but...I realized I was only provided with one set of keys. Before calling the dealership I decided to wait until someone contacted me to come and pick up the tag and registration. I had been given a temporary tag with an expiration date of 06/29/2011. By Monday, June 27, no call, no tag so I called my sales person - Jim Collins and left him a message to please return my call. I waited 24 hours and did not receive a call back so I started calling the dealership's main number. I spoke with a woman in the title/tag department (I think - she didn't give her name) and she told me that the tag should be in by Wednesday and if for some reason it was not delivered, they could issue another temporary tag for me to have until the "hard" tag came in. She said she would have to wait until Wednesday to confirm if the hard tag came in and if it did she would send it "next day" so I would have it on 06/30. I assumed - from her statement - that if the hard tag did not arrive - that she would "next day" a new temporary tag to me instead - by 06/30. I called the dealership again for the second set of keys and asked for Jim Collins - got transferred to him - reached his voice mail again. I called back and explained my situation (no tag, no 2nd set of keys). The receptionist took a message and said she would have Jim call me back. Jim did call back and apologized for not returning my first call. He mentioned that when I bought my vehicle, they had experienced a problem with the "key machine" and it eventually got repaired and he was sorry but I was one of the customers he did not get a chance to call back. He said he would leave it at the front desk for me to pick up. I then told him about my tag and he said he would call me back. I explained I had spoken with someone - didn't know her name - and that she would have the hard tag or another temporary tag delivered to me by 06/30. I asked him to check on whether or not that was going to happen. Jim called me back and said he wasn't sure about the tag but the extra key would be waiting for me at the front desk. When I pushed further on the tag - telling him that I was working another long day and could not make it to the dealership - I told him someone was going to need to either overnight everything to me by 06/30 or they would need to get a driver to deliver to my house. He said we don't offer that service but he would have someone call me back. That was early afternoon on Wednesday - 06/29.By Thursday morning, no call, an expired temporary tag and no 2nd set of keys. I called the main dealership Tel # and asked to apeak with Ozzie - the General Manager (I think - not sure). I was transferred to him and he listened to my story. He said he would call me back in a few minutes. Within 20 min or so I received a call from Alissa (spelling?) and she said they had the registration and the extra set of keys and would have them overnighted. I told her no, that I had a visiting sister to pick up from the airport at 5pm today and that I would not get on the road with an expired temporary tag. I told her someone from the dealership will need to drive the tag and key over to me today. She asked for me to hold, returned within a few seconds and said they would have a courtesy van sent to deliver the tag and keys to me today. Not the worst experience I have had at a dealership - that's for sure - but not sure this dealership deserves a "DealerRated" certification.
