I cannot say enough great things about the Gustafson dealership! Rick Barto is the best Sales Consultant I have ever dealt with. He was friendly and extremely helpful! Rick definitely went the extra mile making sure that all my questions were fully answered and kept in communication with me to make sure my needs were met. I had been researching Ford Edge vehicles for three months. I had other dealers that I had been in communication with and had planned to visit, but once I dealt with Rick and Troy Clementz, the Business Manager, I knew I was getting service that was unsurpassed! I live more than fives hours from this dealership and I am so glad that I made the drive. Rick and Troy made buying a quality vehicle so easy!! This latest purchase was my 6th new vehicle from Gustafson Ford in approximately 16 years. I always find the staff friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make my car owning a good experience. I think we often overlook the value and benefits of buying a car from a local, smaller town dealer. The bigger dealerships just don't have the same attitude toward customers that a place such as Gustafson Ford has.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment for an oil change and service. Jim said they were ready and brought my C Max in right away. As I was waiting, Jim came out and asked if I would like to see a new 2015 F150 in the back. It was really nice! I had been wanting to see one and didn't know one had come in. The staff is very helpful in meeting the customer's needs, and answering questions and concerns. The service was done in a timely manner and I was on my way. Gustafson's is a great place to do business.

I had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted when I stopped in the shop, I just knew I needed something reliable and affordable. Right away I was helped and was shown a couple vehicle types and even was taken into the shop to check out a vehicle that was being detailed. I was given a full review of everything/option in the vehicle and took it for a test drive. My husband and I loved it right away. I was offered a lot more than expected on my trade in and the sales person made "it work" as far as what I could afford and getting the vehicle I wanted by the end of my search. Very pleased!!!

Gustafson's has very good customer service. I am never disappointed. I have purchased several cars from Gustafson's and would not trade anywhere else. I have my car serviced and detailed there regularly. They all know me and always address me by my name and know my car. I trust them to do the right thing and they always do. I drive a beautiful Lincoln MKZ. When I was looking they asked what I was looking for and found me the exact car I wanted. Try to find that kind of service in a city, simply put you won't.

Ford Escape. Service is always great. Staff is not only helpful but friendly. Took my vehicle in to get the battery tested. I needed a new battery; I waited only 15 minutes. Usually the service guy drives my car to the front of the store. Found out that the vehicle was in the garage only waiting for me to drive it out the back entrance; says the service guy "...didn't want to have you get out in the cold". It's the little things that says a lot.

I have had a Van for years and years. I no longer need that size of vehicle, but still liked so many features of a van, that I didn't want a car. My son bought 2 vehicles from you within the last year and has been very pleased. I know the Gustafson family and have not bought a vehicle from anyone but Dave Taylor in so long that I can't even remember. I wanted to buy from your dealership and had been looking at the Escape. A couple of my friends had bought one and liked it. I looked at it 2 or 3 times and drove it once. When I was ready to buy I contacted Dave and the rest is history. I love my new vehicle - though never having owned a Ford - I am still trying to find some basis items. I have gone to the manual several times. Soon I will go back to set up voice commands. My children say I have finally entered the 21st century. I could not be more pleased with the help and service I received.

I have had MANY experiences working with car dealers that didn't care half as much as the members of Gustafson Ford. From making me and my family feel welcome from the moment we entered the door, it was not about selling me a vehicle, but about selling me on their business and ethics. I drove 125 miles one way to deal with them and would do it without hesitation for my next purchase. I tried working with dealers closer to home only to feel like I was "an inconvenience" to them and "just a buyer". In the end, it felt like they viewed me as a onetime purchase, not a purchaser for life. From the first meeting on the vehicle I bought at Gustafson Ford, I felt like I was a "friend" or "member of a family" in how we were treated. Even after getting the vehicle home (2 hour drive) and discovered an issue, they worked to get the vehicle repaired in my home town the next day and was back to driving my vehicle in under 48 hours. I have nothing but high remarks for the business as a whole from customer service, to making the actual deal. I will gladly look upon their website or make the call to them for my next vehicle. If you want a place to make you feel like you are more than a buyer, look no further you found a place to call home!

I have been a Dodge and Chrysler owner for probably 25+ years, and before that Chevy. I decided to give Ford and the Ford Fusion product a try. I have to say I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of this dealership. All the staff from the sales people, to the finance resources were fantastic to deal with. I normally hate changing vehicles and dread the experience. This dealer is no-pressure, very honest and easy to work with. After test drive and closing on deal, I was in and out in 90 minutes from start to finish. I would recommend this dealership to others, and on top of that my initial experience with the vehicle indicates I have many more Fords in my future. Five stars here.

I dealt with Greg, Dave, and Troy throughout the buying process and they were all very friendly, respectful, and trustworthy guys. They priced the vehicle very very competitively and fairly. I appreciated not having to spend half a day haggling on price. I drove more than an hour to see the vehcile and they were nice enough to be up front about their pricing so that they couldnt be any surprises when i got there. It was a clean, good history used vehicle, sold new from them originally and they priced it well below blue book. The dealership felt laid back and low pressure. If you dislike smarmy salespeople and playing the price haggling game and high pressure sales tactics, I'd give them a try.

Gustafson Ford is a small dealership in a rural area 126 miles from my home. I saw a new 2013 Ford F250 Lariat 4wd truck on their web site and phoned ahead to arrange a visit and test drive for the next day. The salesman was Kurt Gustafson, the dealership owner. Kurt had the F250 "prepped" before I arrived at the dealership. My wife and I took a test drive and negotiated a fair deal while trading in my SUV. Kurt accommodated our method of payment and we drove the new truck home the same day, saving us a second 250+ mile round trip. He was thorough and competent in explaining how to use the features of the new truck. The paper owner's manual is 577 pages long so this is a complex vehicle. The long drive to Gustafson was scenic and well worth it. I had shopped at several Ford dealerships close to my home, but most didn't have the truck with the features I wanted. The one exception was at dealer who had suitable truck, but their fast talking salesman wouldn't give me enough for my trade in.

Nice small town dealership. Really enjoyed buying my latest used vehicle from the team at Gustafson Ford. I had called ahead to notify them that I would be driving 1.5 hours to test drive one of their used trucks. The truck was waiting by the front door when I got there....ready to go for a test drive. When that specific vehicle didn't suit my needs, they found a comparable vehicle that ended up coming home with me. Overall the experience was low pressure, fast and flexible to meet my needs. After my initial email the dealership shot me a low ball offer on my truck. Then when I countered I never heard from him again. He never saw my truck. He never attempted to set up a test drive. Terrible customer service.

Purchased a 2012 Ford F-150 Raptor from Gustafson Ford earlier this month.
