Mike Todd was polite and easy to work with. He coordinated with their finance manager (Britton King) and got us a great loan rate! Mike came in on his day off to insure the purchase went smoothly. Britton King did an above average explanation with words and drawings of how the Honda Certified Warranty program worked in conjunction with an extended warranty if we were to purchase one.The only negative experience was the cleanliness of the vehicle was below average. I do not know what the recon department was told but it appears it was just wash and vacuum it out. My wife and I expected the certified 2014 Honda Odyssey EX-L we purchased for about $28.6K would be clean and shiny; it was not. As we came from out of state we just picked it up and took it back. As Mike only came in for the delivery, I think he presumed the car would have been better prepared for delivery. We will have the Odyssey detailed near home.

We bought 2 cars. One we paid cash for the other my daughter needed a loan. I thought we could have got a little better deal. Getting the paper work done seemed to take along time. We arrived sometime around 6:30 and didn't get finished till 10:00. The salesman was very nice and so was the finance guy. Would return to dealership.

I came to this dealership for a recall on my Sorrento 2011, oil change, and to fix my A/C. I was there a couple of hours but the service was fantastic. Before any repairs where done I was updated with price and verified that I wanted to continue with service. JR was very helpful with the wait time and keeping me updated. While waiting I did go look at the 2016 Forte, ended up buying the black one and received excellent service with Jason. The trade in was higher than I expected, and really happy on my purchase.

Stopped in to look at a Kia Sportage as the vehicle had great reviews on Edmunds. Wasn't expecting to purchase a vehicle that day, but was in the market and had been researching. As we entered the Kia dealership, our hopes of purchasing a new car were but a distant dream. We were greeted by Mike Todd, who assessed my needs immediately instead of letting me try to go into a small vehicle he introduced me to the Kia Soul, which would meet my needs of more than just a immediate ride to replace the mechanical disaster I was driving. Mike allowed me to test drive the Soul without pressure to sale a vehicle. We talked about my current situation, my job and the needs in a vehicle. He also, seemed to know that I liked the "titanium grey" and looked to see that there was one available for me. I didn't end up making it over until Thursday evening so my application wasn't ran until the next morning but overall my experience was great. The experience was the typical dealership experience. Salesman was kind, courteous, and helped when I had questions or concerns. But like with all dealerships it is a business so there was a bit of "haggling" that went on. I eventually left with a nice vehicle and paid a price I was comfortable with. Alan Shoup was our sales representative we told what we were looking to spend and he kept us in that price ranges.We can compared the Kia Sportage and Sorrento. He went thru each vehicle with us and said it was just a matter of what makes you comfortable. The Sportage was cheaper and he could have easily pushed us to the higher priced vehicle, but he gave us the autonomy to make the decision. We did go with the higher priced Sorrento, but only because I am on the taller side and this vehicle was just more comfortable.

I had initially tried to deal with the Frederick, MD dealership but they made me feel they were not being honest. The sales guy was not able to give me a straight answer about the price difference between the base model and the plus model with no options - when I called him on it, I was led to an office with a sales manager or finance guy who proceeded to try and insult me in a crowded dealership. I walked out and called Hagerstown Kia. They had the cars on the lot, the sales guy was knowledgeable, and they were able to negotiate a reasonable price. I would deal with them again if the opportunity were there.

He answered all my questions, was gracious, very helpful with questions about finance, the differences between my Rio and the Forte I was looking at. He made sure my Cell phone was hooked up correctly. And he reassured me that I could call anytime I had a question about anything. Bathe finance people were also very helpful with keeping my payments where I wanted them. They were patient while I figured out what was best for me. Overall, it was a great experience and made me extremely happy that I bought my car here. The service was superior to the KIA dealer I bought my RIO from in Middletown NY three years ago.

We started out at CarMax in Frederick, MD looking at a 2013 Kia Sorento, the sales woman didnt seem very knowledgeable about the vehicle and had to keep going inside to have my questions answered so finally my family member that was with me (who is a 2x customer of Hagerstown Kia) called up to Hagerstown Kia and asked a sales man about the car were currently looking at at Carmax, he immediately pulled it up on his computer and ended up telling us that vehicle wouldn't be a good purchase due to the condition and price of the vehicle. So my family member then asked what they had in stock in Hagerstown and it turned out that there was the same model i was looking for in MUCH better condition, better features and $1700 cheaper! My experience at CarMax was very frustrating to say the least!! We headed up to Hagerstown Kia and they already had the car out front waiting on us! Mike was my sales man, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and wasnt hovering like a mosquito! He let me take my time and look at the car until i was ready to talk numbers. When we went inside he got us refreshments because it was very hot outside. I had my parents and my 6 year old son with me. The waiting area was equipped with tv and toys, and comfy furniture that kept my son occupied while we talked about the vehicle. The application process was very easy and Mike explained everything so that i understood everything easily, the longest part of the process was waiting on the banks to answer back about the interest rates they were offering for my loan. After we picked a good interest rate we filled out the final papers that were explained to me in great detail as well and it was so easy. The vehicle was very clean and ready to drive off the lot.

Unfortunately I totaled our Honda Accord last week. Needing to replace this car quickly, I looked online to see what deals were available at Hagerstown Honda. A nice CRV caught our attention. The associates there were all friendly. We were greeted by more people than other dealerships...they made you feel welcome and was willing to help you. Unlike some other dealerships in town. My dad and myself were greeted by a gentleman named Jim. We told him we were looking for a car for my dad. He's 2004 had seen its days . Wanted him yo have something safe , higher seats, higher off the ground and roomy enough for him to see about....he had been looking and saw the Kia Soul ... We pulled into the dealership and their she sat the one he first saw and test drove and it was love at first site. We talked with Jim got the figures and we talked....sorry Jim we will be back . Had to go see two other cars to make sure. We did the next morning...that's when we enter the no man zone unfriendly , unknowledgeable and unconcerned! That did it !, dad knew it was the first love!,We cleaned out the old car washed it and took it to Jim! Jim with he's professionalism ,Customer service and concerning attitude we made a deal. Everyone in the front room showed concern and friendliness while we were waiting on the paperwork to be done.. Made you feel great to feel you were surrounded by caring associates. I'm happy that my dad is happy with he's new Kia... I posted on Facebook yesterday and most of the family knew before he could tell them... Had a great experience shopping for a new used car. Went to a bunch of dealers and used car lots but hands down Kia Hagerstown and my sales guy, Justin Blake were stars. From the start to the end. Helpful, always available, genuine, but not pushy. Justin was great to work with, made you feel comfortable, didn't waste your time, he is a real car guy but when questions came up he didn't know something he hunted down an answer. Was also straight forward and helpful during the price negotiation as well. Just a sincere, nice guy -- ask for him by name. The rest of the staff was great, Jon in finance and the sales manager too. Love my car, would definitely go back. If I had any reservations it would be that I felt that their warranty was a bit skimpy -- 1K miles 1 month. Went to several other places that backed their cars up with as much as 6 months/6K miles. But that was not because of Justin., he was great.

Went in to look at the new Kia Sorento's and was met by Rick Whittington who was more than willing to "look" with me. I asked to see models with certain features and Rick drove around in a Touring Edition - absolutely beautiful car with everything I could wish for!! I was shocked that Hagerstown Kia was able to put me into that SUV, just where I wanted my payments to be. I traded in a Ford Fusion (which was a nice car but I wanted an SUV)...they worked out my deal like magic. I went in to Hagerstown Kia looking for a car that would get me to college and work. My salesperson, Mike, helped me find that and more. I know have a wonderful car that will last me for a long time. In driving the car I have found a few problems. I inserted a cd and it wouldn't accept it, and it also scratch my cd significantly. Also one of my front lights is hanging loose and shines through the grill of the car. Also the fuse box cover under the steering wheel is missing... This has nothing to do with the salesperson I dealt with, he was wonderful and always made sure I understood everything as a first time buyer. This issue more has to do with whoever /serviced the vehicle...

Corey Segger was very good and very honest with me. I would recommend him to anyone to go to for a used car or KIA we felt no pressure from anyone and everyone was so pleasant with us. This was the best experience we have had going to a deslership so far. Correy is an excellent sales person and a good person and is very personal when he tals with you. I understand thats his job to mske tou like him, but I felt he was geniune and if He fooled me then he should be an actor because I can pickup on the lines that the normal sslesman put out there so I want to also thank Ryan Harnish for his hard work and intoducing me to Correy and finding the van for us. Also Greg was awesome to he found me the good desl with the bank and offered me the gap insurance and warranty but was pushy about it so I bought the warranty and he did an excellent job explaining it to me too

I came to Hagerstown Honda/Kia as a repeat customer. I was looking for a used Honda Accord for my 16 year old daughter. I wanted to find a car with low mileage that would be dependable for many years as she finishes high school and goes to college. Rick helped me find the best car for us! I had searched on the internet and found several cars to look at. Rick helped us with those, even calling me on his night off from his son's ball practice!! He actually found a car with a better deal than I had found online and that was the car we drove home!I was impressed with the entire process. We found everyone to be very helpful. The dealership was neat, organized, and clean despite the ongoing construction. If the need ever arises for us to search for another used car, I will most certainly return to work with Rick as his professionalism and character are above board!!

From the moment that we walked onto the lot we never felt pressured in any way. Jim was available to help us even though we needed to make several trips to test drive cars. Having been suddenly thrust into the new car market we were not prepared and were in more of a research process having little idea except budget what to look for. Chad pointed the way and ended up being our sales rep. He was very personable, helpful and not pushy which was important to us. My Father has had several excellent interactions with Honda, and had encouraged me to trade my (12 year old) Nissan in for a Honda. Boy am I glad I listened to him. Even though he knew there would be no sale that day, he treated us like valued, longtime customers. He was patient and spent as much time as it took for us to look, touch and explore KIA models. There was no pressure. He was friendly and very informative. He knew everything about the features and options of everything we looked at. When we said we "may" get back with him, "should we decide" to buy a KIA, he thanked us for visiting and asked us if we would take his card. He didnt bug us or rush our decision in any way. I'm not about bouncing from dealer to dealer, sitting for oodles of time while the salesman goes in and out of the room to discuss with his manager the terms of his sale to me. I called around, did most of my shopping over the phone. It came down to Hagerstown and Baltimore (Winchester, price was comparable but lost my sale because of the negative talk- not cool with that) Corey assured me he would meet or beat the big city dealer. Despite my research, I figured the advertised pricing down the road would have a few caveats. So when I arrived at Hagerstown and Corey gave me the news I wasn't shocked. He was quick to get me the bottom line, no haggling, out the door price. I had a set price in my head and he came in $40 off, I was ok with that. So there I left with the vehicle I wanted. There were no pushy overwhelming sales; I also appreciate that he was willing to do business over the phone before I got there; it's where it's going this day and age.

I have looked at vehicles in Fairfax, VA and other various dealerships and have been turned down every time. I always have requested an SUV and all the other dealerships would show me vehicles that I would not drive off the lot. When I walked into KIA of Hagerstown, I had informed them over a phone conversation that due to numerous back surgeries, the only thing that would work for me was an SUV. I was greeted with a warm handshake and then the Salesman, Corey Seeger, walked me outside to look over several KIA Sportages. We took the vehicle for a drive and I fell in love with the Sportage. Upon returning to the dealership, Corey escorted me to his workspace and immediately began doing everything in his power to get me into the Sportage. He did it!!! I was thrilled beyond control. He then worked on getting the Sportaage in the color I liked. Low and behold, he found exactly what I wanted and had it available for pickup the next day!!! This was the same type of thrill one experiences when they purchase their first car. I tell my neighbors and friends that they need to go to Corey Seeger at Kia of Hagerstown and he will get the job done. I can assure Kia that my next car will definitely be a KIA.

Kelly was very pleasant to work with and very helpful.Did not feel pressured to buy and many of my questions were answered over several days.Bought a Sedona and am happy with it although still learning about all that it has to offer.Was not pleased with the cat and mouse game concerning pricing. I would have paid much more if my husband had not helped with the negotiations. I am not one that likes to have to haggle and usually feel that women try to get taken advantage of----the problem is that I would have walked away rather than play the game but was satisfied with the end result.The only other issue was that the closing took MUCH too much time. Certainly much of this paperwork could be completed before the customer arrives. We were there for 3 and 1/2 hours ---Kelly was good at explaining the workings of the car and I will surely return and ask her for more help after I have had time to study the owner's manual.

We were fairly sure we wanted a Kia when we went to Hagerstown Kia. Our existing car had almost 200,000 miles and we knew it was time to trade. But we were fairly new to Hagerstown, and knew no one when we walked in the door. Laura Kelly met us and instantly made us feel not only welcomed, but that we weren't being "sold". It didn't take us long to test drive the car we wound up buying, then it was just doing all of the paperwork. She showed us around the car, how to use the radio and bluetooth, etc. The story could have ended there, but it doesn't. Only a few months after purchasing our Kia, we were in a traffic accident that totaled our other vehicle (not our fault!). We knew we wanted to go back to Hagerstown Kia and to Laura, so we looked online and found the vehicle that we thought we wanted. We called and set up an appointment with Laura. When we got to the dealership a couple of days later, she told us that the car we had seen online had just sold. But the dealership had another of the same model, in very good shape, that we were able to buy with very little more than what we got from the insurance company for our totaled car. With the service we received, we have no reason to go elsewhere when we next are in the market for a car!

We were helped in veery way possible - even to setting up the features on the bluetooth (a foreign experience for me). I was shown how to use the various features available in my car. We were shuttled home and picked back up and returned to the dealer during the time they applied the coating to the finish of the car. Everything was taken care of quickly. Enjoyable experience.

A few years ago I bought a Honda CR-V at Hagerstown Honda / Kia, and when it came time to by a car for my wife I thought I had a good experience there before so I decided to go down and try for another. I had no intention of stopping to check out a Honda for I 3 appointments with other dealers. It was a true intervention when I turned down the "wrong" road and saw Honda and said, "Why not check this out?" So I did.I was fortunate to be greeted by a kind, professional, up-lifting, non-pressuring sales person, Jeremy Myers.He is the "Poster Child" of what a car salesperson could be. No pressure but confident and encouraging. He showed me a number of used vehicles and I was strongly leaning toward one Honda Civic. I liked the appearance and the millage was very reasonable for a 2009 vehicle. We took the car out for a ride and that was it. I loved the way the car drove and pick-up for this four cylinder was exceptional.I know that if Jeremy did not approach me first, I probably would have left the Honda dealership. I have had many not so good experiences with car salesman in my life of 60+ years. Jeremy is outstanding. This is our third KIA purchased from Hagerstown KIA since 2005, we still have the other two, a 2005 Sedona EX and a 2006 Sorento EX, I don't think that anything more can be said about my being a return customer. Everyone I met at Hagerstown Kia seemed truly happy to be working there. There was little pressure to buy or rush to sign. Both Luke and the Financial department took time to explain prices, options, and warranties. Luke took extra care to be sure my car was freshly washed and cleaned before I drove it home. All of the "little" things were taken care of, such as calling the insurance agent to update the policy and returning old tags to the DMV. Overall it was one of the best car buying experiences I have had.

We recently purchased a Kia Soul from Hagerstown Kia - our experience with Emily Cobb and Luke Blickenderfer was outstanding and we cannot say enough about how professional and nice they both were to us. We had been considering a purchase for several months and were following inventory and waiting for a good time for a purchase. Last week we made an on line inquiry which was promptly returned by Emily, who then spoke with us and confirmed that they had just received a new shipment and set up a time for us to meet with Luke, our salesman. When we arrived both Emily and Luke greeted us and they had two models, in a color we desired, next to the showroom waiting for us to look over and decide which we liked the most. Luke showed us both models and answered all our questions without any pressure to make a sale. Once we decided that we would like to purchase one of the cars, Luke continued to work with us and very professionally negotiated a sales price, without any pressure tactics, including a reasonable allowance for a trade in. Luke further made sure our new Soul was fully cleaned and detailed while we were negotiating the purchase so it would be ready for us to take home without delay that afternoon. Our experience with the business manager was also an excellent one - no long paperwork preparation time and he was very courteous and accommodating. All in all, it was a very positive experience and we will definitely return to Hagerstown Kia in the future.

I applied online to obtain prequalification and Dave Barnes called me the very next morning. By the time I entered the sales office, I had spoken with Dave several times and he seemed like an old friend. He made the experience for me and my husband a blessing. My family and I have been looking for cars for me for the past couple weeks, and have had terrible experiences. I needed a car that I could afford while starting school and working part time, and as soon as we pulled onto the lot Luke had five cars waiting for us, all of which were nice, clean, low mileaged, and affordable. We immediately test drove a couple and five minutes later were in the process for me to take it home. Mike Duncan is a thoughtful and helpful sales associate. He greeted my husband and me within a minute or two of our entering the used car lot on the evening of 7/25. He listened carefully as I described our thinking process. We weren't sure if we wanted new or used, or if we even wanted to trade at all. We were exploring. He showed us a variety of new and used cars in various price ranges and allowed us time to discuss pros and cons of each. He did not pressure us at all, nor did he try to steer us toward something more expensive than we were comfortable with. There came a point when we were trying to decide between a new vehicle and an almost-new one. These cars were on opposite ends of the lot, so Mike went across the lot and brought the new car down to compare it with the used one. The decision was easy to make when we had the cars side-by-side. Mike made us feel like he really cared about our process and respected our decision. In fact, he provided some insightful observations that ultimately sealed our choice of vehicle. I completed the purchase on the following day, and again Mike was just as patient and supportive as I negotiated on my trade-in and researched finance options. From the moment we walked into Hagerstown Kia all of the staff were very friedly. Jeremy was very helpful with all of the questions we had in regards to the Kia Forte. He even gave me the oppertunity to look at all of the possible color options by finding cars that had a similiar shade to the ones that were offered on the forte. Once I purchased the car he made sure that it was spotless and everthing was perfect before we drove off of the lot. He also made sure to go through every button in the car and answered any questions I had before leaving. Last week I was on vacation in Maryland, and buying a car was the last thing on my mind. I have wanted a CRV for a while now, but just hadn't taken the time to shop for one. I happened to ride by Haggerstown Honda and thought, "Why not just stop in and take a look?" From the minute I got there, I was so impressed! There was someone to greet me at the door and I was shown cars without the usual pressure from car salesmen. Jacob was so helpful, not pushy, which is so often the case. I drove out in a new car. Britton had my paperwork ready to go in no time and it was a wonderful experience. Usually buying a car is so dreaded and stressful for women but not this time! Shopped over the internet for the pass few weeks. Decided that I would give Kia a look. Looked at what was available at dealerships within 50 miles. Found one like I would be interested in at Hagerstown Kia, which is also the closest dealership to me. Went on live chat Monday morning, then within minutes was contacted by Emily who set up an appointment for me to look at the vehicle I was interested in, a Soul Exclaim. Rick was the salesperson and brought the vehicle out and away we went for a spin. I decided this vehicle would fit my needs very well. Buying a new car now days can be intimidating but this wasn't. Rick was very knowledgeable, no pressure and the support staff was great. I arrived at the dealership at 10:30am and left in my new car at 1:30pm. All in all, an almost painless process on a very hot and humid day.

Shopping for a new Kia Sorento. Searching several dealerships for the best price. Dealings were cordial enough till it came down to pricing the vehicle sale. He was already aware that we had several quotes and that this was a cash deal purchase to the lowest dealership. When the price was provided and I indicated they were >$5K, yes, more than five thousand higher than the Frederick, MD dealership, I and my wife received what was the coldest dismissal in my 46 years I have ever experienced. Was also told that the other dealership would not have such a vehicle for that price despite having seen, test drove, and provided a written quote already. He based the other dealership in a way that was both wrong and inappropriate.I am a person who firmly understands that all dealerships are in the business of making money, establishing acceptable profit, but when a business practices such exorbitant price gouging and profit pursuit to the extreme case, I find it hard to even consider such a business as the least bit customer friendly. Out of four quotes, Hagerstown KIA was the highest with the next closest price being $5,135 lower. Outrageous by any reasonable persons standards.The worse part of the total experience was the total lack of respect and unfriendly spirit displayed by the sales representative when he was called out on the carpet for his exorbitant number. That decision was a business decision made by the dealership not us the customer, yet we were treated as the bad guys. Not only will never step into Hagerstown Honda/Kia for car shopping again, but will work diligently to let all my personal contacts know about this event and the poorest of customer service skill sets and the unreasonableness of what they consider "bottom line profit".

They did everything possible to make the buying process go as smooth as possible. Most of all, they treated a first time buyer with respect. I had gone to Hagerstown Kia looking for a new car that would give me payments less than what I was already paying and a car that had more space than I had. There were also a couple other specifics I was looking for in the new car. James was patient with me in helping figure out what car I wanted and helping me find it. Everyone else in the dealership was also very helpful and we ended up being there past closing time but that didn't seem to bother anyone. They continued to do what they needed to do to get my new car ready to leave and didn't seem at all frustrated that I was keeping them there past their scheduled time.

I have gotten new cars from Hagerstown Kia for the past 15 years and have been completely satisfied with the value and service I've received from this dealership, from the very first time I drove onto the lot. This past visit was no exception! Greg met with my wife and I from the time we got out of our car, and showed a strong interest in our visit to the dealership. He gave us all the information we requested about the new cars we asked about and proceeded to give us a tour of the cars we liked. We left the lot with a new 2012 Sorento and it is now like a new extension of our family. We actually enjoyed the visit to the dealership and talking with the salesman, Greg Tyler. In 2010 I visited hagerstown KIA to view a 2007 Volvo s40. The sales person that took me for a test drive in this car was Greg Tyler. He was very well informed on not only the car but the details of the past on this car. I went on to purchase the car and had a very good experience not only with Greg but with the dealership. a little over a year later I had outgrown the Volvo and set out to purchase another car I wanted something with a little more space and more luxury. I really liked the looks, luxury and practicality of the Acura TL. So with this in mind like any well informed consumer I started to shop around. I found only 4 Acura TL's in my area and price range. I found myself quick to shop at hagerstown KIA again because the good experience I had in the past. I didn't want to just jump into another car without at least checking out the other dealerships, so I did. what I found is that the good experience I had with hagerstown KIA is not something you find everywhere not only that but a sales rep like Greg makes car buying easy and comfortable. Greg never once called me to pressure or anything of that nature. at the most he had only called me to let me know if he could get me a better deal, in which he did.... TWICE! when I traded in my Volvo the team at hagerstown KIA made it a deal that was too good to pass up. the financing department made sure to get me the most they could for my trade in... and then a little more, they also made sure to get me the best payment and interest! So all in all if and when I purchase another vehicle I will seek out the help of Greg Tyler and the team at hagerstown KIA!

I came into the dealership looking to trade in my car. I was greeted by Scott who showed me around the dealership. He had sold the car I was currently driving to my grandfather, and recognized it immediately. Scott was friendly and helpful throughout the sales process, even when towards the end I decided on another model. Jim and Abby were friendly, professional and very personable. We went there to test drive a new Kia Soul + and thinking we wanted one in Alien green, however, when we saw it in person discovered we preferred Titanium over Alien. They had one with the audio option we wanted and none of the high priced options we didn't want. Jim and Abby provided great service, however, we were disappointed that Jim could not discount the new car and paid less than the minimum trade in price listed by Kelly Blue Book. We love our Kia Soul and expect to replace my wife's PT Cruiser with a Kia in the future. We'll buy from Jim and Hagerstown Kia again provided they can be more price competitive in the future.

We were shopping for a new car but didn't really know what we wanted. We started out thinking a used car. Greg helped us through our decision. He was always prompt in returning emails and answering questions. Since we live over an hour away from the dealership, we were able to provide needed information via email/internet. I had a 2006 Jeep Liberty that was eating up gas and thought with the price of gas I needed to m ake a change . We were again given the same treatment as the first time and again Mr. Knopp was the person who handled our purchase of the Opitma with the same courtesy shown us before . What impressed me was they got my name off the last purchase and put me in touch with Mr.Knopp .It has been in the past that he sales persons took the sale and not turning it over to the sales person from past purchase . Models selected to review and test drive included Mazda CX7, VW Tiguan, Subaru Outback, Chevrolet Equinox (purchased 2 of these back-to-back)and the Kia Sorento.Sunday was a look only visit and we showed up in Hagerstown AFTER CLOSING but there was still a salesman who showed us around. We kept telling him to go home but he was so helpful we let him stay and took his card before we left. That salesman was Greg Tyler.On Monday, we left the KIA Dealership in Frederick because the salesman was pushy and not forthcomming with information requested. We visited several Dealerships in Hagerstown and this KIA Dealership was the final stop after a 7 hour auto hunt.We showed up with the card of the previousely encountered Greg Tyler and found the perfect auto, amazing financing, and I drove home my new KIA Sorento that day....I returned the following day with title and check as promised for my tradeed in Chevrolet Equinox.LOVE THE CAR...and gave the Greg Tylers business card to my Companions brother for him to check out on a new car purchase....wish I had another business card of his for my rolodex because I will return to this Dealership and request this salesman again.

From our first meeting, our salesman, Ray Oberholzer, seemed genuinely interested in getting to know us and our particular wants, needs, likes and dislikes about our next car. Over the course of the next few days, we visited the dealership, test drove, compared options and colors, and decided on what we wanted. We received a reasonable price on our trade-in and opted for a sixty month loan at 1.9 percent, a special promo rate offered by Kia Motors. We chose a dune color Exclaim edition which we have named "Dune Buggy". It's our forty-fifth anniversary gift to ourselves!

I was shopping for Honda Ridgeline RTL and was looking for some specific things. I found the car via the web site and worked with Britton to arrange the entire sale over email and phone. When I detoured after a business trip to pick up the car, Britton had everything ready and my entire time at the dealership was less than 2 hours including the drive back and forth to the rental car dropoff at the airport.Excellent job.

I live in Ohio and found a used vehicle online at Hagerstown Honda. I sent an inquiry email about it and got connected with Britton King, a pre-owned sales rep at the dealership. Even though I was 400 miles away, Britton communicated well with me and worked almost daily with me for about a week and we finished the deal. He really helped put to rest my apprehension in regards to purchasing a pre-owned vehicle without being able to see or drive it. I wouldn't hesitate at all to work with him in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Even if you have to travel a few extra miles to get there, it is well worth the trouble. By far the greatest experience I've had a dealership. Will definitely recommend this dealership and Britton to everyone I know. They were very helpful and honest from the beginning. I was at there a few times before actually taking delivery and not only Britton but every person I came into contact with was pleasant and very professional. I went into Hagerstown Honda/Kia looking for a Honda but Britton listened to ME and was able to help me find the perfect car for what I needed, what I wanted and, most importantly, what would fit my budget. I absolutely love my new Kia Forte!

What a difference 10 years makes in a dealership! Ten years ago we had such a horrendous experience with the salespersons at Hagerstown KIA/Honda that I thought we would never again return to the dealership. It seems like a whole taking-care-of-the-customer philosophy has since spread through this organization. Our recent purchase of a KIA Soul was made possible by the kindness and consideration of our sales consultant Britton King. Mr. King made me not only a good offer on the vehicle we wanted but went out of way on his day off to ensure the installation of two options we requested that were somehow initially overlook in the dealer preparation of the vehicle prior to me picking it up. This level of customer support speaks highly of the staff of the dealership and I would certainly recommend this dealer to my friends or coworkers.

Since turning 16, all 5 vehicles I have owned have been purchased from Hagerstown Honda and Kia with Bob being the salesman on all occassions. I usually have buyers remorse immediately after buying a car. I mull over whether I made the right choice, whether I negotiated the best deal and arranged for the best financing. We purchased a used Honda from Hagerstown KIA on Wednesday and I had no doubt on Thursday that it was a fantastic deal.. I found the car online, called and spoke with Jim Jardinier. on Wednesday night. I did more research and contacted Jim on Thursday. I was wary because we had to drive to Hagerstown from York PA and I wanted to make sure that the price was accurate and that the condition was exactly as described. My worst fear would have been to make that trip (almost 2 hours one way) only to find that the car had a manual transmission vs. automatic, etc. Jim described the car to a tee. He even told me about a small scratch on the right front bumper. There were no surprises when we arrived.Honestly, the car was priced so fairly that there was NO NEED TO NEGOTIATE (something I still cant believe). We arrived and with Jims assistance, left 2 hours later with a beautiful car at a fantastic price. I have purchased a lot of new cars but this was the first used car. The experience was the best car buying experience ever! Jim is fantastic and really took the time to explain all the details of the car and our deal. Even though the dealership is so far away, I will call Jim as soon as it is time to buy our next car. It is worth a two hour trip to deal with such a great dealership.

I went to Kia looking for an affordable first car and little did I know what I was in for. The customer service is amazing and they really know how to help you find something you want and something, of course, that you can afford. Jim ended up selling me my OWN first vehicle, a Kia Soul, and I love it! Jim was awesome and I felt like I was talking to a friend. "Customer Service is key in today's day and age in the business world". With so many places/dealerships out there, if you don't provide the service people will go elsewhere. Such are the experiences my husband and I had on many occasions. We had been looking at cars for sometime and had some bad experiences. So if the customer service wasn't there to begin with, we moved on until we found the car and the service we were expecting. We saw a car we wanted to look at on auto trader that was at kia. We went to look and test the car out. Ben came out to greet us. He was extremely professional, courteous, helpful and knowledgable. He was so easy to work with. He was always prompt with any assistance we needed. After the prior experiences we had with looking at cars, this was exactly what we needed to experience and the service we were looking for. Coming from a customer service world, the service you provide is instrumental in making or breaking a deal. Even though the car was exactly what we had wanted, if Kia wouldn't have provided the service we wouldn't have bought the car. And the customer service didn't just stop after the sale or signing of the deal. Ben still calls us from time to time to check up, see if we still are enjoying the car and to see if we need any assistance. I am so glad we came to Kia for our car and am glad I had the chance to work with Ben & Kia. "Thank You" and I look forward to working with you again in the future!

Great Dealership with GREAT people, I totally enjoyed buying my new Kia Sorrento, no pressure but was there to answer any and all questions. I would recommend all to visit and enjoy the dealership from Sales to Service. I was also impressed with the help understanding all the new gadgets on the car, they took a lot of time explaining and helping me to load the bluetooth and other things. Randy was a very helpful employee he did not push me into buying anything right away. He let me look at a bunch of different SUV's to find the one that i wanted. Once I found the one that I wanted he worked with me to get something that i could afford. He also worked with me to get what i needed as a trade in for my old car.He was a very very friendly person always polite. I would recommend this dealership and Randy to anyone that is looking for a new car!
