Bought a replacement key and FOB (with alarm/remote start) from parts. Bill in service programmed the new FOB in no time. Was in and out in about a half hour with no problems. Small issue for me, but glad I was taken cared of pretty quick. New FOB works great; it does everything it is suppose to.

This dealership sold my wife a 2013 Biuck Verano with very low miles. I negotiated with the used car manager for a very fair price. The salesman Paul walked me through the vehicle and told me everything about it. I was in and out of the finance office fast but not rushed or annoyed in anyway. The whole process took 90 minutes. After searching for vehicles online, I came across a very reasonablypriced pre-owned vehicle at Haggerty. Everything about my experience at Haggerty uick-GMC in Villa Park, IL was spectacular. I found the car I wanted online. The pictures were extremely detailed; it's obvious that Haggerty uses a high-end photography company for their photos. When I called to inquire about the car I was pleasantly greeted by one of the salesmen, who described the vehicle in thorough detail. I went in the same day to view the car, which was appeared exactly as previously described. The car was freshly detailed, which made a world of difference; I've visited other dealerships whose cars were filthy. I test drove the car with my salesman and decided that I wanted to purchase it. The internet price for the vehicle was very competitive, making the negotiation process very simple. I then worked with the finance manager, Chris, who checked multiple lenders to find me the lowest interest rate. I was also interested in purchasing an extended warranty, which Chris was able to help me with.I live close to the dealership and will definitely be taking my new car back for all of its servicing. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Haggerty Buick-GMC.

I just made my first new car purchase ever. The dealership made it very easy, straightforward, and were very honest. I was given a more than fair market value for the vehicle I traded in, and all the numbers on the vehicle that I leased were explained all the way through till signing. The vehicle was cleaned and prepped and extremely shiny when I picked it up, and had a bonus FULL gas tank. Thanks to the entire staff at Haggerty Buick GMC in Villa Park, I will be back for all my cars, and will refer all my friends and relatives there. GREAT JOB!

Below is an email that I sent to the service manager at Haggerty two weeks ago today. I have yet to receive any sort of response. Dear Steve/Tony- I wish that I could say that your service team successfully completed their job.When I bought my first job back in 2003, my father insisted that I buy a car from Haggerty Pontiac because of the service center. The hours were fantastic and he felt that the service team went above and beyond what they needed to do for him.My original car was totaled in June 2005. Joe in the body shop was great and took care of me. I was a happy customer when I left with my new 2005 Vibe.I fortunately had only a handful of dealings with your service department in regards to recalls through the years.That was until March of last year. The day before I was going back to work after my maternity leave, my brakes decided that it was time to be replaced. It was a Sunday and I dropped my car off and left my keys. Your service team called the next day to let me know that the car was received. I had been having trouble with my air conditioning and with a little one; I didnt want to have her in a car that I couldnt cool down. Quite honestly, this was probably my biggest mistake. The brakes had been serviced sufficiently, but my HVAC unit hadnt been the same since. A couple of months after that, when I needed the air conditioner it was not producing any cool air. I dropped my car off once again. Your team had it over a week. You may actually already be aware of this one because your team ended up going through four units to determine that they were plugging it in backwards the whole time. While I would completely understand this situation back in 2003 when the Vibe came out, we are talking 12 years later. It took one of your staff contacting a friend that worked at Toyota to get it right. This is unacceptable to me.Two weeks after this, I turned the system on in the car and the fan went out. I turned it off and back on and it came on. Then it started going out over bumps. I have a little one and a full time job. I didnt have the time to drop my car off and try to find a car to borrow. Then in the cold of winter, I took my car on the highway and the whole unit went out. I dropped my car off with Danny (whom, I had already been dealing with) and I pointed out that there were some lights out on the control unit. I asked him to take a look at those and see if they could be replaced. He stated at the time that is probably an indication of what was wrong with the blower. I said that it couldnt be because those lights had been out for over 3 years. Danny called me later in the day and told me that the control unit had to be replaced for approximately $500. He told me that would fix the lights and my problem with the blower. I had him replace it. Less than a week later it started to go out over bumps again. I eventually turned my car back into Danny. Your team unplugged everything and couldnt find anything wrong. They test drove it over the road that I asked them to and I even drove with Danny and it seemed okay. A few weeks later, it was out once again. I dropped my car off 2/23 to look at that and to do the air bag recall.Danny called me back later in the day and told me that was actually the blower motor and it would be $700 to replace. In other words, I spent $500 earlier in the year that I didnt have and for no reason. Only to replace a couple of light bulbs that I ultimately didnt care about. Your team should have noted the previous time that it was the blower and I would have put my money to this and my car trouble would have been over. Danny let me know that the blower will most likely go out over a bump again and gave me my car back.I took my car back from him as the blower was still on. That night, I traded a car that was supposed to last me at least 150-200K miles in with not even 72K miles on it and with NO other issues except for the HVAC system. I basically got my money that I put into it for it instead of having the vehicle and a down payment. I didnt even have the $500 that I wasted on an unneeded repair. Had the blower been replaced two services ago, I would still have my car.To say that I am disappointed in your service department is an absolute understatement. I will not be returning to your service department. I will make sure that anyone thinking of going to your service department that I know is aware of my situation and to be cautious. Bringing a car in FIVE times (THREE in this year alone for the same issue) is unacceptable. This should have been fixed the first time.Also, I refuse to purchase another vehicle from your dealership. I went to Honda of Lisle and was treated fantastically. I have a couple of accessories that need to be added to my car and I will be dropping it off with them next week. Not only was I offered a loaner car, I was asked what I would like to drive. Your team only offered me a car after you had it 5 days and didnt know when I would be getting it back. I was not offered anything on any of my other service trips. That was the best car buying experience that I have ever had and will most likely go back to them when I need a used car in the next couple of years to replace our second car.

My wife just purchased a used Cadillac SRX from Tim last week. This was her first time purchasing a vehicle on her own. They were straight forward and didn't play the back and forth games that usually happen while purchasing a vehicle. They were fair on both their car and our trade and came to a reasonable deal very quickly. I would purchase from them again for sure.

My wife and I brought our 2010 GMC Acadia in for an oil change recently. While we were waiting, we walked around the lot and spotted a slightly used 2015 Acadia. Since we have purchased 3 vehicles from Tony Z. over the years, we asked him if we could take it for a test drive. Long story short, we ended up making this our 4th vehicle purchased from Tony and we are very happy with our purchase!! For the last two weeks I have worked with Marco in sales on a 2010 Cadillac Escalade ESV. Since I live 5 hours away I explained that the numbers and payment had to be at a certain point or I would not make the drive. To my surprise they came back with a very fair offer on our trade and a payment we could live with. But things went south from there. For one it took me several attempts just to get a deal sheet. Once I finally did I was satisfied and wanted to proceed. I had already given them my credit info and they ran it. I spoke with Chris, the business manager twice and he assured me that the financing was set and we were good to go, all I needed to do was call Marco and tell him we wanted the car. I did that and Marco started giving me the story that it is their policy not to hold cars but since I was out of town they would hold for 24 hours. This was in the middle of the week so I explained to him we would drive half way on Friday night and be at the dealership by the time they open at 9 am. He asked for my credit card so he could run the deposit on Friday morning. He kept telling me that the car could sell in between time and there was nothing he could do about it I went ahead and gave him my credit card and told him if it's meant to be it will happen. On Thursday I got a text in the afternoon that said the car had sold. I was not happy, especially since they had already ran my credit. My issue with all of this is if you are going to advertise on the internet and know buyers from all over will be looking at your cars why wouldn't you take a deposit to hold a car? I'm guessing they are so hard up for sales that they don't care how they treat customers. Maybe poor customer service is why they need those sales. I should have known something was wrong when it took me asking several times for the deal sheet. Marco told me that NO dealerships take deposits any more. I find that statement incorrect because I'm working with a dealer now that has said they would take a deposit no problem and we purchased our last car out of state, found it on Cars.com as well, and that dealer took a deposit and held our car for 2 weeks because we could not pick the car up because of winter weather. Again I believe those dealerships have more sales and probably can afford to extend this courteous to their customers. I'm not wanting a response, an apology, or contact from the dealer. They will say what they want to say and claim policy is policy. I just want it known to buyers looking at cars from Haggerty GMC Buick to beware about their antics. If they would have been honest with me in the beginning and told me they do not hold cars then I would have looked elsewhere and not given my credit information. I cannot just drop what I'm doing and take off work or change plans. We were only talking a couple days anyway. So buyers beware...they will sell that nice car you are looking at online. If you can't get there that day, don't buy it. Here is another funny thing...after I got the text from Marco telling me the car had sold I thought I would give them one more shot...Since they are part of a small chain and have other dealerships I asked if they had another Escalade similar to the one I was looking at...I've yet to get a response so that tells me they do not want my business.

My daughter and I were shopping for a new/used Buck Encore. We did our research and visited a couple of dealers who had cars that we were interested in. From the time we initially visited Haggerty Buick GMC to test drive an Encore up until the time we actually closed the deal our experience was a very positive one. Our salesman, Ryan Leach was courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable while not being pushy or trying to pressure us on a purchase. Once we decided on the vehicle we wanted both Ryan and the Sales Manager, Tony Zaremba, worked very hard to get us to a price and financing structure that worked for my daughter. They never tried the old high pressure sales approach that so many car dealers use and made the first buying experience for my daughter a very positive one. I have bought many cars over the past 35+ years and have seen the good and the bad from car dealers around the Chicago and have had some really negative experiences. I mention that only to amplify what a refreshing and positive experience that my daughter and I had at Haggerty Buick GMC. It impressed me and left her with a great experience that will make future car buying something she will look forward to vs. something to be dreaded. Hats off the Haggerty Team for making our experience such a great one!

Mick was very helpful in reviewing some autos we were considering. His approach was a very patient one as we considered the cars. Letting us test drive it helped in making the decision. He was very thorough in showing us a number of features in the car. He set up the Online and XM activations which made the process much easier. We had a feeling he really cared about us as customers and not one who was just trying to force us into a purchase. We have left other dealerships because of the way their sales people handled customers, but we have found this dealership to be one where I can be relaxed and work with a salesman like Mick who is very considerate of people's needs. I was welcomed the minute I walked in the door. Mick O'Sullivan took care of me, listened to my reasons for being there and then guided me through the purchase process. We went for a test drive around the neighborhood while he was explaining to me all the gadgets and buttons. Then we chatted while I signed a gazillion pieces of paper. He got the car washed and ready and then before I took possession, he went through all the explanations one more time. It was a totally pleasant experience from start to finish. Have leased 4/5 cars fom Haggerty/villa Park. Temporary insanity I leased from a different dearlership. I came back to Haggerty because of the people. Mainly Tom Torren in service. Mick my salesman was GREAT. Friendly professional very helpful. Bill you will never see just sitting behind a big desk. He is out greeting people and talking with everyone. Tony is new to me. Very nice, helpful knowledgeable. Chris the last man you sit with has been there forever it feels like. He makes the final processing easy and painless. I have bought a minimum of 3 Buicks from Tony Z over the years. Each purchase was the right one--from the financial and the aesthetic viewpoint. Tony is extemely knowledgeable of every aspect of the vehicle he is showing and he moves between all vehicles with the same professionalism and accuracy to their particular details. I don't always remember all of the details he shows me but all I have to do is drive by and get a refresher course or give him a call and he is spot on with his advice. After that: no problem!

I am a working guy (blue-collar) and had gone in to this dealer after working a long shift at a recycling plant without changing clothes. I was received just as if I was in a suit and tie. I was a cash buyer but, they did not know that. I walked out of there with a beautiful S.U.V. (A 2011 G.M.C. Terrain). I cannot say enough about the two gentlemen that I dealt with, George and Brian. No one could go wrong with this place or these two gentlemen.

I purchased 2003 suburban, Very nice truck. Although after having it for a few days,a few things popped up. An annoying squeek in front end and driver side seat heat light up but not working. I would have thought that this stuff would have showed up in there 100 point inspection.As far as the buying process and the staff,everything was excellent

When I told the dealer that I saw they had the truck I was looking at for 2 months then they took it off line. Then put it back on changing the car fax. Like it had changed hands. But they had it all the time I think that is fraud. They had the truck from 1 20 11 per the car fax deaier invoice. Know it shows dealer invoice at 3 19 12 SAME DEALER
