I apologize for not remembering all the names, but the finance lady was very helpful and friendly. Explain the paper work very well. The man that helped my salesperson Roberto was very helpful as well. Everyone was very friendly and greet-full. Thank you Hyundai dealership!

I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car. Very polite and professional! I first had been contacted by Mark Manalili after I was looking for a 2017 Elantra. We kept in contact for a couple of days before I came in where right away I was able to test drive. After I decided to purchase and I got a really great financing offer from Lisa Wilson and Giovanni. The process was quick and pain free. Thank you Mark, Lisa, and Giovanni! I am in love with my car!

I came into the dealership with certain price expectations that were different from reality, but were explained to my satisfaction by personal handling my deal (don't remember the names). The car's features were explained to me by the salesman and demonstrated. I had no trouble with learning the features of the car because they were explained to my satisfaction. my overall experience with this dealership was excellent.

Great sales experience. Kaleb was very solicitous and trustworthy. The pricing was fair and the process was not too painful or too long. I did leave a note in the Hyundai review stating that when I went to wash the car a week after purchase, I noticed the front left rim was damaged. If you recall it was dark when we finally concluded the transaction and by then I was too fried to walk around the vehicle. My mistake. At the time I discovered the damage, I had only driven it home and a 150 mile trip to our mountain home. I did not call because I doubted that you guys would believe me with this occurring a week afterwards but if you choose to and want to replace it then it would speak highly of your dealership. If not I understand human nature and business and not take it personally.

No hassle, worry free car buying. I spent two days at the dealership trying to find the right vehicle for me at the right price. Finance and salesperson went extra mile to get us a better rate. Told them this is my 3rd hyundai and dont want going back and forth. They work on the monthly i can comfortable afford the after a few days they found lower interest.

After being a Toyota and BMW fan for a while, I wanted to try a Hyundai because of the reviews, value and warranty. And so far I am really impressed with my Tucson, it looks good , performs well, and suits my driving needs. Staff were friendly and offered a good deal I can't refuse. I hope to do more business with them and maybe continue to purchase Hyundai cars in the future. Two thumbs up!!!

Margarita was our sales rep. She is truly amazing. She contines to be great help even after she sold us the car. Unfortunitly our car had a defective trunk moter that allows the trunk to open via remote key fob.Service department has failed to calls us back to let us now the status on part ordered, Margarita checked up on us& explained our situation and she got on it and is helping us get through this hurdel.

I had been researching new vehicles looking at those with the most safety features and discovered the Tucson had what we were looking for. I stopped by the dealership to look at the 2015 Tucson thinking the 2016 would not be available and I would have to order one. I was pleasantly surprised that they had the exact model that I wanted with all the options I wanted, bonus it was even the color I wanted! The salesman, Roberto, and I took a test drive and he even let me take it home (nearby) to show my husband and make sure it would clear our driveway. Roberto was very pleasant and easy to work with. Needless to say, I purchased the vehicle! I am very happy with it.

i like the car its good for my small family. the motor is quiet and it drives good log distance and i got in a colliion and am fixing it and being a small car i was surprized it remained better intact than i would have thought. Plus noone ws hurt so the frame is pretty sturdy

Guy Anderson was a great salesman. He was extremely attentive and he made my buying experience relaxed and stress free. I had originally test drove the Sonata but I wasn't approved at that time for this particular car so Guy showed me the Elantra. He informed me that it rode just as well and that the gas mileage was gret. I took a quick test drive and I was convinced. Guy helped me get the paperwork filled out and he offered me a cold beverage as I waited for financing to finalize my paperwork. It was late in the evening and I was exhausted from a long day of work and negotiations. Guy offered for me to bring my car back the following day for a full detail! That made me so happy. I would say he was a very positive gentleman who has a great future in customer service. He should be acknowledged for his work ethic and hospitable manner. I will be purchasing the Sonata through Guy Anderson for my next vehicle.

I had a very positive experience at Hanlee's and with working with Zack Greene. He quickly discovered that I had a particular vehicle in mind, and was very willing to help me find vehicles with different trim packages to test drive. It took a while to secure a vehicle of my liking (brand new Hyundai Tucsons have been in somewhat limited supply due to high demand), and Zach was patient with my check-in phone calls, questions, etc. He also wasn't pushy about any options that I wasn't interested in. A great buying experience!

I walked in knowing I needed a new car and had my dad with me since he would be covering the down payment. He was able to negotiate with the bank and get the price down to something I could afford since I was going to be paying the monthly payments.

Our day began with an email to Randy Hall at 9:00 asking about Costco pricing and by 3:00 in the afternoon we had a brand new car. We were treated courteously, professionally and informatively at all times. Our leasing and purchasing options were explained clearly and in such a manner that all was understandable. At the end of the day we had the car we wanted and for a very good price. In that my daughter, a recent college grad, was relocating to California and was going to need my co signature for financing while I lived in NY there was some complexity but the team at Hanlees' worked through it.

Randy Hall refused to deliver a car that was promised to the dealership I was working with. Actually refused, because of some kind of personality conflict or he was having a bad day or something. Therefore after I had already paid for the vehicle and done all the paperwork the previous day, my dealership ended up having to get a car from a completely different place because this man would not deliver the car that had been promised by his staff. This meant a second trip and redoing all the paperwork that had been done. Unbelievable. He ruined the previously good relationship he had with a different dealership and made everything very difficult for me (the customer). He should be fired.

After driving several cars, we decided we wanted a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe. Clearly, it's a high demand car since it was difficult finding the one with the options we were looking for. I made an internet inquiry on cars.com and received a few responses back. Mario at Hanlees Hilltop had the best quote and actually had the car we were looking for. He was friendly and helpful throughout the process and we felt we got a fair deal for both the car and for our trade-in. Would have given 5 stars except there was a fairly minor glitch/misunderstanding in the final paperwork. It didn't affect the price much but I wish they would have done a bit more to make that right. Anyhow, it was overall a positive experience and we love our new car.

I purchased a used car from here, my credit was in the dumps I must say they found someone to take me but the cost is out of this world. I never received my license plate I went back to them they offered no help I had to go to the DMV wait over an hour and pay for my license plate they were supposed to have paid for. The car I traded in that I signed over to them I received a ticket from fasttrack because the person they had at the DMV didn't do their job I had to get that straightened out on my own. Last but not least I took the car to the repair department to have some work done on it, the wrong part was ordered so I was to return the following week I was looking for something in my glove compartment which was missing when I called the service department to let them know they first told me I never came in to the service department then they told me that the last time I came into the service department was three months before I even brought the car. They are absolutely no help what so ever once you sign the paper work and buy a car. Beware unless you like to handle all of your problems on your own.

After visiting 3 prior dealership, all playing mind games on pricing and negotiations, I was surprised how comfortable and pleasant the atmosphere was at this dealership. No intimidation, no mind games, and absolutely no pressure to buy what so ever. It was like I was in a dream. Ending up buying a new Santa Fe Limited at an excellent price that I determined. Still can't believe I was able to get such a great deal. Randy Hall is the best. Plan to buy all of my cars from Randy. This guy actually cares about you and is not just about commissions.

My daughter lost her key and remote on a Hyundai Elantra. (I told her to be careful, but...) She managed to get a new key made by a local locksmith, but with some effort on his part.For the remote, only a dealer could program one. She got a remote from the 'cloud', or something, and called Doten. Nick answered and told her to come in at 3:00 and he would do it himself, and it would be $37.50. I brought it in and as I pulled up, Nick said "You the one who needs a remote programmed?" I must have had it written on my forehead or something.He had his cashier write it up and took the remote(s). After a few minutes, he called me over to tell me I bought the wrong remote. Uh-oh -- this is going to be trouble with a capital $$. He told me to sit tight and he'll see what he can do. After a couple of minutes, he was done. He had swapped my remote for one he took from his inventory, and he told me he would just charge me $20. That seemed quite reasonable -- 20 for the new unit and 37.50 to program it. I expected to be hit for a lot more.WRONG!! The $20 was for the whole job. I paid the cashier fast and got out before he changed his mind.Not bad service.
