I am writing this review in regards to my experience while making a purchase at Hanover , Pa Nissan. We have purchased many vehicles from Hanover Nissan and had one sales person for a long time. Scott Geaasey was our go to sales person. When he left Nissan it was very doubtful that we would ever buy another Nissan due to the fact that everything we walked in we didn't get the warm fuzzy feeling of purchasing a car from what was our Nissan Family. We didn't go in for a long time unless it was for service. On in particular day I went in for an oil change and walked over to the show room floor to sit for a while because I had a severe headache. I suddenly heard a voice saying "Are you ok?" I looked up and saw a very concerned young lady with a bottle of water for me and wanting to know if I would be ok. Little did I know that a few short months later she would be at my side again to give the details of a car that I was looking to purchase. She was able to grab my attention by telling me everything that the car had to offer and more. We went to her desk so that she could write up some paperwork in order to present it to my husband. Kaitlyn Steib is a perfect example of what every sales person should portray for the company they work for. She greeted me with a smile while extending her hand to shake mine. She worked up a price for me after carefully listening to my needs. She asked me if she could show me some other options. At the end of our meeting she shook my hand again with a smile on her face then she thanked me for coming in. Kaitlyn also followed up with a phone call to give me other options that would meet our needs and thanked me again for my time. She called me everyday and left a message for me to call her and invited me back to the dealership to address my needs for the perfect vehicle that would meet our budget as well as happiness to drive another Nissan. We did buy a new Sentra SR but, it would not have happened without Kaitlyn's professional way, her smile and her willingness to never ever give up on what it means to meet the needs of a customer. The buying experience was very satisfying. John Lugo answered every question we had and was most helpful throughout the entire process. The deal was very good (at least we think so). Will definitely recommend to others and would purchase there again.

John was very courteous and excellent in his salesmanship. We were very impressed. The vehicle we wanted wasn't on this lot so he took us to the lot it was on. We fell in love with it and purchased it. John did all the leg work and walked us through the process. We are pleased to have worked with him. We are happy with the dealership also. Everyone was friendly and helped everywhere they could. Finance office was excellent also. We are pleased with the vehicle John helped us buy it Is a wonderful vehicle! Thanks John and all the employees! I would recommend this dealership and John's friendly salesmanship to everyone!

My wife and I bought a used Certified 2012 Murano back in August 2015. Extremely happy with the purchase. Excellent ride quality, and in excellent condition. The previous owner installed an after market remote start which we were haveing problems with. On my Birthday, Shawn Preston e-mailed me a Happy Birthday wish. I responded back to him explaining the problem we were still having with the remote start. Shawn is a sales person at Hanover Nissan and took it upon himself to have the problem resolved. Thanks to Shawn, the dealership installed a new unit at NO CHARGE! That being said, my wife and I were in the market for a 2nd vehicle. It was a no brainer as to where we were going to shop. Thanks again to Shawn, we bought a Certified 2013 Altima which is in excellent condition at the price and payment we had targeted. The entire staff at Hanover Nissan are excellent to deal with and make the car buying experience very pleasurable. The atmosphere is very laid back, which my wife and I appreciate greatly. We get turned off immediately by high pressure dealerships. I would highly recommend Hanover Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a new or Certified used vehicle without the hassle we've experienced at other local dealerships in the past.

Shawn Preston was immensely helpful to me in the process of buying my new vehicle. He was able to answer any question I had, was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all. He actually made the process so calm and relaxed that I felt like I was hanging out with a friend when buying the car from him. I am very thankful for the great customer service he provided and I would recommend him to anyone in need of talking to a good salesman! Thank you Shawn for the great car buying experience!

I recently purchased a new Nissan Versa at Hanover Nissan. The salesman Shawn Preston was great to work with from the test drive to going over the car and options. He explained everything very thoroughly to me and went over all my options. He was very courteous and professional and very relatable to make buying a car a pleasure not a chore. They gave me a very good trade in allowance on my other vehicle and worked with me and got a great finance rate. Everything went very smooth and the finance manager Karen explained everything and went over all the paperwork and made the experience great as well. All of the personnel on the staff here were wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new car.

What a great place to deal with they are definitely out to serve the customer zero pressure and our sales person Kaitlyn was just wonderful. They couldn't do enough for us buying the vehicle was just a pleasure simply pleasurable. We have purchased an excess of 25 cars over the years and we would say this was without a doubt the number one dealer we've ever dealt with. Everyone we dealt with there was just the nicest people we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

We have bought vehicles here in the past and do all of our service here as well. The staff is friendly and thorough. Our sales consultant Shawn was very professional and courteous. The management was great as well. We had an excellent experience! I recommend everyone to go to Hanover Nissan.

New college graduate who was looking for a reliable, trustworthy car to start my new future with. I did quite a bit of car shopping at other local dealerships, and I have to say that this dealership had the best customer service and sales representatives out of all of them. I had the pleasure of working with Rigo, who was extremely patient and willing to work around my schedule throughout the entire process. I did not experience any pressure to buy a vehicle, which was much appreciated, because that had been my experience at other dealerships. Rigo made sure that I would be walking away completely satisfied with the perfect car that would suit all my future needs/wishes. Overall, this was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend both Hanover Nissan and Rigo to any family and friends who were looking to buy a vehicle.

My wife and I have been using this Nissan dealership since we have moved here to the area. I have been around to many Nissan dealerships throughout the United States due to being in the United States Army. I would have to say that this is by far the best dealership that I have been to. EVERYONE AT HANOVER NISSAN WAS PLEASANT WHICH MADE OUR CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OVER THE TOP!!!!! THIS IS OUR SECOND PURCHASE IN TWO WEEKS FROM THE SAME SALES REP AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED. Sarah helped me from the minute I walked onto the lot. She greeted me with courtesy and professionalism. She was very knowledgeable with the vehicle and immediately put me at ease. She went over all options with Financing and was able to wrap up a sale within an hour. I would recommend others to Liberty Nissan and Sarah.

I just wanted to write a review to let all the future car buyers out there know how happy I am with my new 2014 Nissan Juke. It is the cutest vehicle I have ever owned and fits my personality completely. I'm so glad I ultimately chose the Juke. The entire team particularly my salesperson Sarah was so helpful and polite. I felt so comfortable in my decision because everything about the car buying experience was fully explained to me. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything, but after speaking with such a positive group of people, I totally wanted to purchase a vehicle from them. I would highly recommend Hanover Nissan as your dealer of choice when buying your next car. Make sure to ask for Sarah. She is awesome!

The dealer I worked with, Sarah Gibson, was very kind and helpful! Kept in touch with me over the course of a few weeks to help me find the right car. The whole company helps you find whats right for you and works with you if you have a certain budget.

Everyone we spoke with was very helpful and they gave us a great deal on our Juke. We were very pleased with the service and they even gave us an outstanding deal on the car we traded in. I was pretty much set on trading my 2010 Kia Sportage LX in on a 2015 Kia Sportage EX model. I had only visited 3 Kia dealerships to try to make the best deal I could for that vehicle. Two of the dealerships were good to work with, but neither had the deal I was looking for. The 3rd dealership was who I purchased my 2010 Kia from, but I kept getting the feeling that if I bought a car from them fine and if not, that was fine too. So at the last minute I decided to look at the Nissan Rogue. My wife and I really liked it a lot when we took it for a test drive. As I had the opportunity to work with both Sarah and Luke on my deal, my wife and I really liked dealing with these people and they made you feel good about doing business with them without all the high pressure or hype. They didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in, just worked with me on what I was looking for. The experience was so good that although the Kia deal was a little better, I still went with Hanover Nissan because of the positive experience of the people we dealt with and the fact that I felt the Nissan Rogue SV was an upgrade over the Kia Sportage EX.Time will tell if I made the right choice, but based off the initial experience, I feel good about my decision.

I arrived at this dealership knowing exactly what I wanted on their lot and that's exactly what they showed me. There was no pressure to upsale or convince me of what "they think would be best" for me as I had experienced at other dealerships. It was a pleasure working with Riggo in sales who treated me with respect & did his best to give me a great deal on the car I wanted. Kudos to Luke in management too, who made the buying process easy. All in all it was an enjoyable experience & would definitely recommend this dealership to others!

We left another dealership after feeling pressured to buy a car there and drove to Hanover Nissan. We drove around the lot and looked at vehicles available. We walked in and met Sarah who welcomed us right away. We talked about what we were looking for and our experience in the previous dealership. She took us on a test drive and explained everything in the car. We drove for about 10 miles and Fell in love with the car. They did not have the exact car we were looking for, so Sarah was able to locate the one for us. We appreciate Sarah taking her time and reviewing everything with us. Due to her customer service level we decided to purchase a Nissan vehicle. We feel that f we got what we were looking for at a great price. Thanks Sarah for the great service.

Bottom line - this place is just a waste of your time. The manager is so painfully slow. I could tell it wasn't the salesman's fault. Honestly I just felt from the moment I talked to someone that they just wanted to rip me off.

Bought a new 2014 Murano in November at Hanover Nissan. We love our car! Nissan was very helpful and friendly with our purchase. We just took our Murano in for it's first oil change. The service department was just as kind. Excellent company with A++ Service! Thank You Hanover Nissan

After having some issues with an older car, I decided to look for a brand new car. Went to Hanover Nissan and talked to Arliss Thomas. He helped me there on from that day. I was set up with a salesman and getting quotes within 10 minutes. Also had an appraisal done on my other car for a trade in, which was a very respectable amount. Once I committed to buying, I was in and out with an hour on a Saturday morning. Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They answered all my questions right from the start. I highly recommend Hanover Nissan. They have a great team working there and that made my first time buying a brand new car exciting and simple. I brought a 2013 Nissan Sentra SR and absolutely love it. If you are looking for a great experience buying a car, this is the place to do it.
