We followed out salesman, Jordan Read, from a previous dealer in Ogden, Utah to Hansen Motors in Brigham City, Utah. We have purchased vehicles from Jordan for many years. Yes, he is that good.

I originally brought my car to Hansen's because of the positive word of mouth and the piece of mind that comes with having dealership-quality workmanship on our only vehicle. We brought our Impala in to have its motor replaced. From price quote to pick up, Tyler took care of us throughout the entire process. He made a very high stress situation into something bearable and positive. We can't express enough thanks to him... Hansen's has now left us with a positive experience of our own of which we will freely share, a great-running vehicle, and the confidence that there is a place where we can take our car--a company that will not only be honest with us, but fair.

I can't even begin to describe how AMAZING Hansen Motors is!! We received AMAZING customer service throughout our whole car buying experience! They went above and beyond for us and exceeded our expectations!! Each person we worked with was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable!! Matt Hansen was especially great to work with!!! Bob Peterson was the best salesman I've ever worked with. No pressure, but he went out of his way to help us get the most beautiful car we've ever owned. They gave us the best price on our trade in. I wish we had known about this dealership years ago

My truck broke down and I was stranded in Sardine canyon. Hansen's towing towed me back to Hansen's in Brigham City. Early the next day they diagnosed the problem, got the parts and got it put back together. They were friendly, quick and a good price! Definitely a company you can trust to buy a vehicle or have one serviced!

Greg did an excellent job as a salesman. He went the extra mile but was not pushy. He was very knowledgable on all of the vehicles we were considering, even the automobile brands that Hansen's does not carry. I usually avoid car salesmen like the plague, but I would recommend Greg to any friends or family that are shopping for a vehicle. He made the car buying process very straight forward and pleasant. Which from my experience is very rare and amazing in the automobile industry. There should be more salesman like Greg! I will be using him again.

Great experience, Greg was up front and honest with us. His knowledge of GM vehicles was outstanding. He really knows his stuff. Greg is very personable and went above and beyond to find the right truck for our family. Made us feel like family and not a customer. What a stud.

I had mentioned to Greg that my husband & I were looking to buy a truck in a few months & just wanted him to keep an eye out if anything great came his way. About two months later he calls me saying he found our truck, it had just been traded in, hardly used, & was in immaculate condition. Without even seeing the truck we put money down to hold it & drove 2 hours to see it. It was exactly how he described it. Greg stayed late to help us & was late to HIS BIRTHDAY DINNER with his family. I don't know of many people who would do that for a customer. We have now owned the truck for a year & have loved it. He will never know how much we appreciated his hard work, devotion, & honesty when it came to selling us a vehicle. Greg has now sold my husband & I a truck, sold my parents a Cadillac, & also sold my brother & his wife a car. We would never buy from anyone else. It's nice to feel like you can trust someone in the car industry!! We recommend Hansen Motors to everyone we know looking for a new vehicle.

I had my Silverado serviced and it was great. The service writer Cody was helpful and kind. also the tech working on my car Caid did and excellent and quick job. I would come back anytime.

I love these guys. My family has been buying cars from Hansen motors for years. I really enjoy there low pressure sales approach. This is the third Chevy Silverado I have owned, these trucks have never let me down.

I bought a certified pre owned car. The sales man Matt Hansen was very informant. He took me on a test drive. Then encouraged me and my spouse to drive it a lone. He talked me through every feature the car had. Matt stayed with me through the whole loan process. When I had keys in hand he stayed with me to help me activate my On Star and XM Radio. He called me about 2 weeks later to see if I still liked my car and if I had any new questions. I love the free car washes too. About a year later on a Saturday evening when I went to Ogden. I hit a curb going pretty fast and was scared I may have messed my car up. I called everyone in my phone and got no answer. I called Hansen's, and even though it was after hours. The owner Byron Hansen came to Ogden and gave me a ride home. He set me up with a loaner car. He then sent someone on a Sunday with a flat bed truck to pick up my car. Everything was fine on my car. But I still cant believe the extra mile Hansen motor went for me. I would gladly recommend Hansen's to everyone. They are a family company that makes every customer part of that family.

I was thinking I could only afford a used car when I had been shopping. I went in and was shown several nice used cars that did interest me, then I asked the salesman about leasing, I had heard a Chevy Cruze advertisement on a tv commercial for the same kind of monthly payment as the used cars I had been looking at. The salesman spent the time to explain to me the pros and cons of both options. I decided to go forward with the lease. They didn't have the car in stock with the color interior and manual transmission that I wanted. They located exactly what I wanted and got it back to the dealership the same day. I am so excited with my new car, The lease with Chevy gave me a better deal because I don't have great credit and on the used car the interest rate was going to be considerably higher. I have been back several times already and had them wash my car. All in All like I put in the header it's been a very positive experience.

The bad news: My Pontiac Aztec that I bought new from Hansen Motor Company 10 years ago died last Tuesday Morning on my comute into work. I had put just under 250,000 miles on that bad boy. I travel with work and it was my travel car. I drove it through most of the Western United States and it will be missed. I've NEVER had a more reliable vehicle. The thing is, I wouldn't have picked that particular car as my first choice. But Matt at Hansen Motors knew my needs and directed me towards it. He listened and helped get me in the right car for what I needed at that time. The good news: Thanks to my friends at Hansen Motor Co. I am getting in a 2013 Chevy Impala at a killer interest rate. This is why I "Drive a Hansen" from Hansen Motors in Brigham City and have for the last 11 years! 4 cars and no complaints. They are really good guys and they take care of me! I've worked with Byron, Matt, Art, Cam, Dan, Tyler, and their service people. They have all treated me with respect and given me the best price possible. It's seriously why I keep going back!

We broke down[water pump] and called AAA, they were the local AAA tow service that towed us in. They were very good to get us in and out being from out of town. Brought in parts Toyota and fixed my Corolla there, which was appreciated since their wasn't a Toyota dealer in the area.

I'm very unsatisfied with my buying expierence with the sales man I got and the customer service I have received. EVERY person acted like I was a waste of there time. I went in already knowing the car I wanted and expected it to be an easy process. They were all very nice until my loan got approved and I signed all the papers. Then it was like they couldn't get me out fast enough. Almost didn't give me keyless entry or any of the things that was posted online as INCLUDED. they called and said my plates were there so I drove from Layton and they said they weren't there. Then I got a card in the mail so I tried to call and they kept transferring me to anyone else. Then they didn't even put my plates on. Not that its hard. Just not curtious. I've had to go back 4 times to try and get everything and I'm still not done. Then I tried to call and talk to someone in charge to tall about my problem and the lady didn't have anything to say. Not even an apology for in convince. I will never suggest to friends or family.

Went to buy a car from these guys and basically it was the worst car experience I've ever had. Nothing but pressure to buy a New car. Asked about used, but I guess they just never heard me or never got around to it. Don't waste your time. Go to dealer that actually acts like they need your business.
